    That they had a designated dog facility around back and, were very welcoming to our precious puppy. The bathroom could have used a refreshing and more attention to detail or lack there of.

    Breakfast was good didn't change from day to day. Room was clean but bathroom door catch extremely dangerous. It cost me 10 stiches' in my hand. and was not addressed when reported.

    We were nervous based on the previous reviews, but we had a great experience. The renovation made it feel clean and refreshed. Our door was a bit hard to close/open, but overall it was a nice stay. We chose this hotel due to the option of a two double beds and 2 pull out couches in one room for our family. Our boys loved the two large TVs in the room. A microwave in the room would have been nice.

    The lobby was well maintained and the room was fairly clean. Did not realized the site was under renovation, no signage, only one elevator worked and that elevator was filthy. The elevator stopped on every floor when it descended and we were on the fourth floor and it was annoying to use and wait for the elevator. Tools and equipment were everywhere. The lobby and breakfast areas were clean and well maintained, But the breakfast was very limited. The room was okay, shower was not very clean. obvious that they are updating, but not the quality we expect from IHG properties.

    Everything was wrong with this stay when I checked into the hotel because I had already paid for it and had no choice to go anywhere else because I didn’t have any more money. It would’ve been nice to know that this hotel was under renovations as this hotel was very disgusting trash everywhere sheet rock, dust everywhere. I have asthma and COPD and this was not a good stay as I had to stay away from the hotel most of the time except for sleep because it had me wheezing. Also, I couldn’t even eat my free breakfast because it was sheet rock dust all over the place. Y’all need to do better. Somebody needs to call me 901-219-0300 as I think I should get at least half of my money back.

    Everything the hotel was under construction, elevator was slow, breakfast was only eggs or oats, the toilet in our bathroom was not set level. Had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles but we're empty.

    Did not use their internet did not use the pool cause.It's closedYou're doing renovations, but still said they were supposed to be a hot breakfast with scramble.Eggs , sauce and bacon and all it was was a very cold and not very good breakfast

    The elevator wasn’t working not that big of deal. The bottom of the bath tub was rusty , the toilet wouldn’t flush the closet door fell off on my hand and also had someone’s clothing hanging in it. I was in town for a funeral for a 21 year old family member. I would love to have a refund. The place is not ready for guest.

    Property is undergoing remodeling. Many rooms have no refrigerator, ice bucket, cups, or coffee maker. Hallways are cluttered and dirty. Pool is not in service. Web site does not show any of this.

    Check in staff was awesome, we got a double queen room but booked a king suite, construction wasnt their fault but wasnt listed, stuff sitting everywhere couldnt get off the elevator without moving my own furniture around, breakfast option minimum, no coffee in rooms just a microwave with minimal sitting, 1 tv channel that was it, lamps and outlets didnt all work, and wires hanging out of the wall glad we didnt have more than a couple days. Beds were soft

    Nothing. Room given was a double and should have been a king. Clerk was rude when I asked for it to be corrected it. The room finally given was filthy. Pool hadn’t been cleaned the entire season. The lobby smelled horrid. I immediately checked out after being there 20 minutes and stayed elsewhere.

    place to sleep. Maintenance didnt come until 8 am. Electrical fire in room after maintenance fixed the lock. I SAW THE holiday In. Sign missing from exterior when I pulled up - that should have been my sign to keep drivi g lol. On top of it all my phone broke so I couldnt follow up with a refund. There are several hotels next door - save yourself and book your stay somehwere else.

    The room was very clean and front desk lady was nice and polite. The hotel itself is outdated and there are renovations going on. Shades in the room do not close, so we slept with street light shining in our window. Shower was leaking and every time neighbors flush the toilet we felt like they were doing so on our room. This hotel definitely needs some upgrades, but not a bad place to stay for a short stay.

    We didn't have TV service. We have to request for our garbage to be removed. Breakfast was terrible and cold. 2 choices, scramble eggs and bacon or biscuits and gravy, and the gravy was cold too. No sugar for the coffee. So disappointing. Mothel 8 has better service.

    Room seemed clean. Lady at check in desk was nice Ceiling tiles in breakfast area stained, half missing and torn. There was hardly any breakfast out. Took a long time to refill and everyone had waited so long it was gone in no time so then people just left. Pool was not functioning and the pool area was in terrible shape
