We stayed at three hotels on this street due to a ball tournament and this was by far the best one! Clean, updated and friendly staff.

Stayed there for indoor pool listed on hotels.com website. It was closed. This hotel was remodeled which was fine but obviously went with the cheapest contractors. Poor tile work. Bad Caulking. The tub flexed when using the shower. Paint on the trim. Staff was nice. The pool being closed was a huge negative. I would have just saved my money and stayed somewhere else.
- 1/5
The pool was closed, but it is not stated on the website. They have their indoor pool as seasonal. When we went to look at it, it was like a scummy pond at the end of summer. The hotel smelled everywhere. You could tell people were smoking in their rooms and the hotel tried to cover up that smell and dirtiness smells with a horrendous air freshener that seeped into everything. We actually had someone comment to us when we went out to dinner about the smells on us. It was beyond embarrassing. The TV didn't work. We had multiple people come try to fix it. No pool. No TV. It was a pointless hotel booking. I would have never booked had I known the pool was closed for 9 out of 12 months a year.

Staff at check in was very kind. Upon entering the room toilet was not cleaned properly, placement towel for shower had what looked like a small blood stain, and I've never seen bed linens so wrinkled but do appear clean.

The staff was friendly but the desk seemed to be unattended. They did assist when you needed extra coffee and etc. The noise of the construction. Not just a little construction it’s was a major renovation. I did not realize this when booked and I paid full price for the room.

The m hotel was nice, but under construction in the lobby. I asked for a handicapped room and was paying in for a roll in shower. They gave me a tub with a grab bar. I ended up falling in the tub. The beds were comfortable. No breakfast was available in the hotel. You had to walk to the next adjacent hotel for breakfast. If the correct these issues, I'd stay here again.
- 4/5
Room was clean but could use updating. It was very quiet. we slept really well. Staff was very friendly and courteous
- 1/5
No good
- 1/5
The advertise was looked good in the website The hotel was in remodeling. The room was not ready and wasn’t clean and it smell. Didn’t stay there.
- 4/5
Property is being remodeled, so the lobby is still a mess. The room (entire floor) we were in was remodeled and was excellent. Breakfast was a 2 minute walk next door to a sister hotel while the lobby was being remodeled. Overall a very good value for the money.
- 1/5
Wife and I stayed 3 nights. We drove 9 hrs to the hotel and room was not ready. Waited 45 min for room to be cleaned and was not done so we left for dinner. They did not clean our room for the entire 3 nights we stayed. Had to get the room key reactivated every night. Had to asked for fresh towels and accessories for every night. Just plain HORRIBLE!!!! The entire building is under construction. Not recommended. Our two friends stayed two doors down from us and had the same issues. Don’t waste your time money and energy at this place. 5/23-26/25
- 2/5
Under construction, had a walk to the hotel next-door for breakfast should’ve just stayed there
- 4/5
This property is being remodeled so the ice machine is only functional on one floor and the lobby is not useable and the breakfast is next door. BUT, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable, the desk worker was very pleasant, the breakfast next door was good and simple to access and the price was great. It was a great stop for us and would definitely do it again.
- 2/5
Too pricey for remodeling condition. Didn’t know when booking.
- 1/5
I’m very disappointed with this hotel! The room that we were in when the door open you can hear it very loud. Service is very bad.
- 4/5
I would return if in Murfreesboro again.
- 5/5
I was taken back when I arrived at the property. There were no property signs to let me know that I was at the correct hotel. Entering the hotel it was under complete construction. The weight room, pool, ice machine were all out of service. Continental breakfast was in the hotel next-door. The staff was friendly. Once I made it to my room, it was as expected, and as the pictures were on the Internet.
- 4/5
It was in the middle of remodel. The room was clean and quiet. We had to go next door for breakfast. It was pitiful.
- 1/5
The room itself so nice, bed was used no clean and change yet. No toilet paper, the trash can was full. So meaning, the whole room was not changed before the next customer
- 3/5
Additionally the photos in the listing of the outside of the hotel are a completely different property, this hotel looks nothing like that and there is no signage outside either.
- 3/5
Booking and check-in were easy. The lobby is under construction, but our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was at the hotel next door and was terrible.
- 1/5
Hotel is under heavy construction and should NOT BE OPEN. Buyer Beware. Lobby is a construction site, pool/fitness rooms closed, 4th floor closed, have to walk to next door hotel for breakfast. One person staffing the whole hotel, front desk left unattended often.
- 1/5
One of the worst stays ever. Totally dirty. Almost impossible to contact staff members. Room had no phone, lights were burnt out. One tv did not work. Spoke with them 3 days. Each time they said they would leave a not for maintenance. Nothing was done. No daily makeup for 3 days. No fresh towels, no trash pickup. Had to walk to neighbor hotel for breakfast (good).
- 4/5
The staff at this location were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is under renovations so there was construction going on in the lobby and the rooms have not been updated. For the price that was completely fine with us. Overall a great deal for the price, we will be booking again for our next visit!
- 1/5
Well, the one thing they leave out online is that apparently it’s been under construction all year. Construction currently halted. So when you walk in everything is tore up. There’s no breakfast unless you walk to the Sister hotel next-door. That’s also under construction. The pool is closed. The gym is closed. The hot tub is closed. There’s no computer or printers in the lobby. There’s no place to buy drinks. The parking lot has crap everywhere. I travel all over the world all year and have never had staff be so dismissive. Last year alone I stayed 163 nights in hotels across the world. I normally only book Marriott but unfortunately, the closest one was 35 minutes away. So the photos of this place looks great. It’s quite deceiving as it looks absolutely nothing like the photos nor do the rooms. they are putting all of the guests onto the second floor. And have shut off the extra hot water to any of the floors. You were lucky to take a two minute shower before the ice cold. My first morning there I came down and asked for a do not disturb sign as there was none in the room and the staff member was , very inconvenient that he needed to find one for me. I had work belongings being left in the room and did not want service. By the looks of the hotel and the way he treated me I was hoping while I was gone that nobody would come into my room. I just took my stuff with me. Last night 4 cops for domestic abuse at the hotel. Horrible stay.
- 1/5
When we got tv, microwave, and mini fridge was not working had to call maintenance to have it fixed the next day.
- 1/5
I spent 3 nights and not one day did I get room service. It was under construction however I think the only person working was the front deck.
- 3/5
Limited room service, no ice available and limited personnel at front desk.
- 1/5
We had a reservation for a room with multiple beds suite since we are 4 people, at the hotel they gave us a king bed in a room full of bugs and with a weird smell. Horrible experience
- 1/5
The hotel is being renovated and they did not inform us. They gave us the wrong room (we paid for an executive studio suite with 2 queen beds and a pullout) they put us in a regular suite and said they changed our rooms and didn’t notify us but they couldn’t put us in our room because they were “sold out” - there were 4 cars in the parking lot and we never saw another person our entire stay. They didn’t have breakfast and instead said we had to walk over to a sister hotel to eat.
- 2/5
I should be offered a refund because I was not informed of a massive renovation. The AC/HEATER in room did not work properly. We were told that for breakfast we had to go next door to another hotel.Thankfully the Reno was not in painting process because chemical fumes flare up breathing problems……CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE WARNED OF HOTEL RENOVATIONS!
- 5/5
Very nice and clean.
- 5/5
Stopped in for a night on our way to Florida. The hotel was great! They are redoing the lobby and areas downstairs, but I wasnt there to sit in the lobby so I didn't mind. It was very quiet and I had a great night of sleep. The bed was comfortable. I was a little worried due to previous reviews saying they could hear construction going on but we had a wonderful night of sleep and I would definitely stay there again.
- 1/5
No sign to let you know your at the hotel, the gym and pool is closed due to renovations which they didnt tell you as your booking online! Very humid in the hallways, the air in your room works for a hour than shuts off back & forth ! Flies in the room and the tub was half way dirty
- 2/5
Although they were nice at the front desk, the hotel itself needed an update desperately. Overall, just a mediocre stay.
- 5/5
It was really nice actually, place was under construction downstairs, but the staff was friendly and the room was clean. It was quiet and a great bargain for what we needed and got. I hope new management doesn't change too much.
- 2/5
Wasn’t told in advance the property is under construction. It’s a basically vacated hotel, but still has rooms to rent. No ice available without special permission to get on another floor no food whatsoever or drinks no signage no address at all. Very basic room tiny TV and definitely needs a lot of work. Filthy carpets throughout not much interaction with staff. They were very disinterested.
- 3/5
The hotel as whole was fine. Our issue...we had an event that evening and didn't get back to the room until early morning. We were unaware that they were completely gutting and redoing the floor above us. The construction began at 8am and continued until we couldn't sleep and left. Not to mention that upon opening the curtains, a maintenance worker was directly outside the window cleaning it. The free breakfast was avaliable at the hotel next door. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. Once the repairs are completed I might stay again.
- 3/5
I liked Housekeeping. She was wonderful. The staff was cordial. The hotel, & the Holiday Inn Express next to it where we had to go for breakfast is completely run down. The grounds are horrible with all that pea gravel instead of grass looks like it belongs in the getto.
- 2/5
Ice maker broken. Shampoo container on wall broken. Elevator and hallway carpet dirty. No breakfast at hotel, one had to go to the adjacent hotel for breakfast
- 3/5
Facility is tired and worn
- 1/5
Staff don't even know how to program keys. Too many issues to list. Will definitely not be staying there or there sister property next door.
- 3/5
This hotel is under renovation. Price was attractive.
- 5/5
Hotel is very worn
- 1/5
The only thing to like was the girl at the front desk. The floors were filthy, elevator was filthy. No mat to step on when stepping out on the shower, very unsafe-I ended up falling down getting out. Bed was way too soft, lumpy.
- 1/5
I didn’t stay at the property because it wasn’t clean and was being renovated . The elevator wasn’t cleaned and had debris all over the floor and the hallway wasn’t clean and the trash was left in the hallway on the third floor. The pillow cases where wrinkled and appeared not clean .
- 2/5
The tub did not drain. When notified Sat morning they did nothing to fix it. The free breakfast was at a different location! I could never recommend this hotel.
- 2/5
Ok
- 5/5
Staff was nice and helpful. The only issue was we didn’t know the hotel was under construction, so we had to go next door for the free breakfast.
- 4/5
The included breakfast is at sister hotel on adjacent property
- 1/5
First off the name isn't even on the building If we wanted the breakfast we had to go across the parking lot to a different hotel. The curtains were torn the box springs weredirty the matteress were so soft you sunk into the bed there was a coffee maker and coffee for 1 person and no cup s and the garbage was left in the hallway the pool and the weight room were not available We will never stay there again
- 2/5
It was ok the tv didn’t work much and didn’t have the ability to access Netflix or peacock
- 1/5
They lied and tried to say that we destroyed rooms and left them filthy/ to hard to clean which is a complete and utter lie they didn't find it enough of an issue to keep the deposit yet chose to harass me about the issue when I tried to book there again. Also there is no breakfast no fitness center or really any of the amenities as advertised. They tried to steal my Bluetooth speaker until I informed them that I had a location for it and that I was sure that it was taken home with one of there housekeepers and it magically made a trip back from a house in Smyrna back to the hotel in the middle of the night. Also housekeeping never cleaned the rooms I have photos of this the TV's are almost always broken and the manager of the hotel AJ is an absolute pride of a person very rude and very confrontational. Please do not waste your money the sleep inn is wayy better or even the days inn right across the street.
- 3/5
We had 4 rooms before we got a good one, first two air conditioners didn’t work, third room had a very strong perfume smell that gave you a head ache, forth room was good.
- 4/5
Friendly Staff
- 5/5
The rooms were nice just dated. I like having the sitting area so that we could eat and not have to been on the bed.
- 2/5
I think the staff did very well with what they had. They all seemed to pitch in. Breakfast was next door. Not very convenient. They are in the middle of a renovation.
- 3/5
I found that it was being renovated when I arrived after I had made a reservation. I would have found a different place had I known.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, hotel clean while doing renovations
- 5/5
Overnight stay. Good value, clean and safe
- 2/5
This is a joke. No breakfast or Coffee, told us to go to the sister hotel next door to get breakfast and coffee. The Sofa couch doesn’t have any extra blanket, no extra towels or face tissues.
- 3/5
The property is under renovation. There was no sign so we were unsure we at the right hotel. The free breakfast was located at the hotel next door which also had no sign. The room was clean and the gal at the front desk was friendly. It met our needs for a nights sleep at a fair price.
- 2/5
No name on the property so you aren’t sure you’re at the right place, apparently they are renovating, waited for 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check in. Boasted free breakfast but you had to go outside to the next hotel for it, their snack @ vending machines were empty, furniture in the lobby was old & dirty, the top sheet was laying on the bed under the covers so we had to “finish making the bed, no wash clothes, have to unplug lamps to plug in phones….but the room was clean! Wouldn’t go back!
- 5/5
That recognizes that I had been there before
- 4/5
The room was very clean but the property needed a little work. But clean matters most to me. For the free breakfast we had to go to the hotel next door, which was fine for us but wouldn’t have been simple if we had kiddos. They were doing some construction which leads me to believe more improvement is coming. Overall we had a wonderful stay.
- 1/5
property under renovation, breakfast was at hotel next door, bathroom floor stained
- 4/5
The place had the biggest rat I've ever seen in the parking lot, and the bath towel had a cigarette hole in it, was told i had a non- smoking room.
- 5/5
It was under construction but the staff was accommodating
- 3/5
The hotel does not have a sign. Breakfast is served at the “sister” facility next door. I’ve stayed in far better and worse.
- 2/5
Starting with NO Name or property number on the building? hallways had stains on the carpets , garbage left in the hall the entire time we were there. No maid service to our rooms at all. People working there looked like they really didn't want to be there. The rooms were clean. Heat in our daughters room just barely worked, when we told them about it the first night "yeah that's the way it works" your FREE breakfast comes from the hotel next door , you have to go over there to get it. Out of a 10 i would give it a 2 with alot of work that needs to be done
- 2/5
Old, worn property in need of renovation.
- 4/5
Overall a decent place to stay. There were no signs stating the name of the hotel. Front desk said they were changing names. Had to go their sister property next door for coffee and breakfast. At 30 degrees no thanks. Pool wasn't working and hotel is definitely in need of some upgrades. If you are looking for a good price, definitely not a bad place to stay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
- 2/5
This property is very tired, there were not many guests and some seemed to be long term guest. Hall way and elevator were very dirty. Room was okay. Breakfast was in the sister hotel next door, very minimal. Creepy vibe, business seemed to be stagnant. Would not stay here again.
- 4/5
But staff is super friendly and the beds were exceptionally comfortable! Parking was very easy.
- 3/5
It was ok. Probably never stay there again though.
- 4/5
Good
- 2/5
This was like going on an internet date and finding out the pictures that were presented were very old. Property did not look like the pictures. No signage on the property. There was a breakfast but it was at a neighboring property. Fitted sheets on bed would not hold on the mattress. Loveseat in room had torn upholstery and exposed cushion. Loud truck was running outside for a couple of hours that disturbed my sleep. Put it all together and I would not recommend.
- 5/5
I love this hotel. I have stayed here several times and each time was very enjoyable. The rooms are spacious making the stay feel like home.
- 4/5
I requested a ground level floor, but got a room on the top level. Housekeeping never came and cleaned my room or left fresh towels. The cafeteria was closed. No explanation was given. Was told to go next door to the Holiday Inn for breakfast. This wasn't very convenient since it was pouring down rainin.
- 5/5
We had a great stay.
- 2/5
No hot water, our suite wasn’t Available and the room we were placed in was not what I paid for. They could not help me and there was no manager available either day. The nice girl at the desk was new and couldn’t help.
- 3/5
Let me tell you this place deserves a generous 6, maybe 6.5 Its not bad per say, but its bare bones, old rooms, old wall units, kinda run down rooms, thin sheets on the bed, my bathroom had a weird water stain on the floor. Whatever, all said and done it is a quiet just OK place to stay for a night if you're trying to save a buck.
- 5/5
Staff was great and friendly, rooms were very nice and clean! Great STAY!
- 1/5
Ultimately, we asked to switch rooms. While we were given new keys, they didn't work, and I had to return to the front desk twice to resolve the issue. On the third attempt, I had to ask the staff to accompany me to open the door. The entire experience was frustrating and stressful. I would not stay at this hotel again, and future guests should be aware of these issues before booking.
