I stayed from 5/2 to 5/9. I stayed in room #312 from 5/2 until 5/7, room #322 from 5/7 to 5/8, and room #420 from 5/8 to 5/9. My daughter plays tennis and I check out of the hotel when she plays and if she wins, then I check in back into the hotel whereas if she loses, we head back home. That's why I stayed in 3 different rooms. On 5/9 early pm, the hotel emailed me about a $950 incidental charge due to TV and carpet damages in room #312. The email had pictures of some materials in what looked like a trash container and also a damaged TV. I immediately emailed the hotel back telling them that when I left room #312, there were no issues with the carpet or the TV. In fact, I remembered watching the NBA game on 5/6 evening and the TV did not have the damage they claimed in their email. After watching the game that night, I turned off the TV with the control remote, slept all night and when we woke up, we left the room. My daughter even has a picture from 5/6 at ~8pm where you can tell the TV does not have the damage the hotel claims I did on the TV. Also, I am not sure why the hotel did not tell me about the damages on 5/7 or even 5/8 while I was still at the hotel. It is all very weird. Also, I drove to the hotel 5/9 late pm to try to resolve the issue in person and the front desk clerk and later the general manager told me they could not help. So I will have to dispute the charge and provide feedback of my experience so other people can learn and act accordingly.

There is a dumpster site next to the hotel and every night at 3-4 am several truck or whatever are making huge sound. Impossible to sleep. It lasts 5-10 min. Other than that it’s ok.

The front desk person that checked us in was not very personable. She was behind plexa-glass partition and wearing a mask that made her hard to understand. Seemed to be put out when i had to ask her to repeat a few questions. End of the day got checked in and she did her job.

Everything said about this property was correct in my opinion. I treated my daughter & her husband for anniversary and they had a king-size bed they said was too firm my queen was comfy. . We all agreed we couldnt regulate temperatures between hot to cold. all considered it was a good stay, ALSO, they're a Choice Hotel but I couldnt get logged on their website so didn't know.

The breakfast was good; parking area well lit. The television was missing several channels on the cable feed, including CBS, otherwise pleasant stay, well located to area & shopping

Room was very nice for this level of hotel. Very clean and staff was accommodating. Bathroom was a little small and the way the shower door works (with a gap at the bottom) results in the floor getting wet, which is a bit inconvenient.

Very clean and updated. We were looking for a resonably priced room for mainly sleeping when visiting family out of state. This filled the bill and exceeded our expectations. It has all the amenities on a smaller scale of 5 star hotels. Constructive criticism: scheduled housekeepimg is on your 3rd day of reservation unless requested. This is not clearly expressed. It is noted on an obscure card on the desk under the tv. Would be better if posted in the bathroom. Shower valve requires a mechanical engineer to figure out how to operate. We will definitely stay here again.

The bed was comfy and the onsite laundry was convenient. The staff is very helpful. It’s at the end of a street, so it’s not noisy at all.

We have stayed there before because it has always been clean, the check-in is simple and the staff has always been nice. I'm sure we'll stay there again in the future.

Bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Dead bolt on door would not lock. Otherwise all was acceptable.

We had a well-designed, handicapped-accessible room that was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the full breakfast was delicious – waffles, eggs and bacon, biscuits and gravy along with a great assortment of bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt,etc. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the stay. They’re was very comfortable bed and the breakfast bar was awesome.

It was comfortable but the place is a little worn and there is carpeting everywhere. So if you have allergies not ideal. But overall staff was very friendly and helpful.

The space was just a tad old and tiny...the bathroom was relatively small compared to other spaces and the sink was in the main room so there was no way for me to be private in getting ready without waking my daughter or wife.

Rude lady 2nd shift behind the desk. Acted annoyed at ecery question i called down to ask. Crappy tv service - the guide scrolls ar a snails pace and wont allow you to choose a channel from the guide nor scroll up or down within it. I checked out within 4 hours of checking in. Waste of $90.

Not sure how this hotel was rated so high. According to the app, we were reserving a double queen room that was pictured with an arm chair. What we got was a very small double queen room with no chair. This is important to us as my husband can only sleep so long in a bed and then moves to a chair. The room was so small, one bed was about 4 inches from the wall, there was a nightstand between the beds and the other bed was up against the wall of the vanity area. The floor boards under the sticky carpet were uneven. The shower stall had nowhere to put your shampoo, etc. They had shampoo and conditioner in pumps on the shower wall but I’d rather use my own. The soap dish molded into the stall was very small and not flat enough to hold much at all. I will the say the breakfast was better than some we’ve had.

This was a good place to stay for price. I've definitely experienced worse but it did have a smell in hallways and front lobby. Pretty clean but not SUPER clean.

This is in a convenient area for shopping, but it is on the end of a strip full of crappy motels, the breakfast was okay. The beds were comfortable though, and the room was fairly clean.

We were very pleased with how well this establishment looked. The lobby was large and clean. The area for breakfast was nice. We walked in our room and it smelt so fresh and clean! The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Very good experience here!

I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, cold and smelled fine(I’m big on smells) The complementary breakfast exceeded my expectations — great variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit older and shows some wear, but overall it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

One of the best hotel stays. Reservation was for 2 night. The morning we were supposed to check out we decided to stay another night. Easy to add at the desk and didnt have to change rooms or remove our luggage and belongings. Very thankful for such a helpful staff

I booked a disabled room with 2 queen beds and an accessible tub as my son is paralyzed and does not walk. I was given 2 queens, however, the room had a shower (no shower chair, no accessibility at all). I went downstairs to speak to the front desk. I was shown an accessible tub room but it only had 1 bed (we were a party of 3). Forrest tried to come up with a solution, however, he stated he was flustered and unsure. Another employee came up to the front desk and told me these exact words: “Expedia has your money…WE DON’T. Take it up with them…” I told them both that we need some kind of solution as one of us could not sleep on the floor. The second employee again snapped at me in a loud voice and said “call and deal with Expedia… WE DON’T HAVE YOUR MONEY!!” I asked if they at least had a shower chair and the second employee said “no no no.” After 12 hours of being on the road I just walked away. Feel free to pull any surveillance footage to match my story. We were unable to wash our special needs son and are beyond disappointed at the lack of empathy displayed at your Murfreesboro location.

This was the cleanest and nicest hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great location. Tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again next year

The lobby looked nice but then we got to our room. It was not extremely clean and it sounded like the window was open when we heard the traffic from the interstate. The window must be the bare mint because it sounded like we had rented a room on the interstate.

My stay here was a great stay. The service if the employees made me feel welcome from checking in to checking out. I loved how clean the staff always kept everything. I sat in the diving area for breakfast and there was always someone present if help was needed or if cleaning needed to be done. The rooms were very satisfying, cleaned, and peaceful. I will definitely book here again when traveling for work.

We were going home from our winter in Florida and this location helped us get down a few miles towards Atlanta. The location right off the highway was excellent. The breakfast was early enough for an early start the next morning.

Sleep Inn was a great choice for our one night stay on our way to Florida. Rooms were very comfortable and provided everything we needed. Loved the little Market Pantry where you could get a snack or a beer. There were an unbelievable number of restaurants nearby. Nice big TV. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would definitely return.

Whenever I'm in town visiting, I always book with them, its my go to place. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and more than helpful. The room always clean and well stocked. Breakfast in the morning is always good and plenty of variety. I like that its located right off the interstate but still off the main road so its not that busy to get in and out of.

My wife loved the bed. Great overall stay, highly recommend.

Lots of places to put bags and things, well above average breakfast with multiple hot options, real butter in the fridge, juice, biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, meat, the works. Friendly staff, everything worked, great value for money, will absolutely stay here again.

Great value for the offering - quick check in and liked that security was tight. Bed was comfortable and shower was warm! Breakfast had a lot of different options (but ran out of coffee which made me sad)

I didn't expect a lot staying here, but this place is above and beyond. Everything was great. The details were covered. I travel a lot and spend about 2 months a year in hotels, at all levels. This one was up there. I really enjoyed my stay. Very clean. Lots of plug ins, including multiple USB.

I can't say enough about this hotel. It was clean, bed was so comfortable, the gentleman at the front desk was so nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will be staying there again.

Clean and kind and breakfast was good BUT my husband went to plug in his lap top and a big spark and pop happened literly zapped him and burnt his finger and when we told them, no compensation was offered. So I’m disappointed

We stay there twice a year on our way back to Michigan from Florida. Everything is clean and everything works. Breakfast is very good. We will be back in the spring.

When we arrived check in was a breeze and the attendant was super friendly. Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and actually had a nice blanket on it. The bathroom was very clean. Loved the walk in shower.. We didn't eat the breakfast but it looked a smelled good. Check out was a breeze as well. We will stay there again on our next trip to the area!
