Doesn’t even have a coffee maker in the room

Literally nothing I checked out the night. I got there within a few hours when I realized how absolutely disgusting my room was. The poop stains underneath my bed w were probably the number one thing. But when I went to cancel my booking, they told me I had to do it through Booking.com and then refused to message me back. I’m still awaiting my refund that I have not received.

My room was clean, and the staff was professional and polite. I had access to both air conditioning, and it was working during some hours when it was hot. And overall, my stay was comfortable. If I come back to Tennessee, I would make my stay there again and recommend anyone who needs to plan for a budget stay.

No hassle check in

The only positive is it was close to the highway. The furnishings looked like peaked in the 80’s. Non-smoking rooms aren’t. The locks required cheetah speed to open. Very disappointing.

The gap under the main door was almost an inch off the floor. The bathroom door did not shut because it was improperly hung. The walls, especially around the bathroom, was incredibly gross and covered in some kind of splatter that could easily have been wiped off. There were also crickets hanging out in the bathroom. That last part surprised me because the rest of the room was surprisingly clean.

Hasn't been cleaned in 30 years beyond gross and there was a band for someone to shoot up hooked to a lamp in the room

It was the cheapest in the area. Had running water, working toilet, working HVAC. I didn't have a DO NOT DISTURB placard. I didn't want my room cleaned between nights. I was unaware of breakfast offerings, if there were any. Floor was somehow constantly damp.

Nothing worked. ThevTV, telephone and room heater were all broken. Woke up at 2 AM by some drunk guy shouting rap music. I paid over $100 for this wonderful experience. AVOID THIS MOTEL AT ALL COSTS!

Very old, very basic, no shampoo in shower, towels were really (!!!) thin. The room was clean. However no housecleaning service as promised.

The place is a little rundown. The night and day staff at the desk were nice. We only stayed one night because we couldn't find any other hotels in the area with vacancy.

The only good thing about this place was it was 7 minutes from our son's competition They were filled with roaches & when I asked for a refund I was refused & so I asked for corporate number & they also refused

Room was clean. As always, the beds are comfortable, sheets and pillows are top class and clean. That big thick comforter and all those hypoallergenic pillows provide a terrific nights sleep in a safe and quiet atmosphere. It's why I always stay there on my way back n forth from Nashville.

It sucked to put it nicely I was charged for my service dog when I had proof that she is a service dog then the room was stained and the toilet was loud and scary for my kids and as soon as I took my shoes off I had a safety pin in my foot glad I had my shots but it was terrible I will never go back and the pool wasn’t even working including the fact that the microwave sounded like it was about to explode

Hotel is in a bad condition

It says breakfast included, no breakfast at all!! It shows swimming pool, that was one of the reasons I decided to stayed there, swimming empty of water.

The room wasn’t how I expected it from pictures and definitely needs a honest detailing including for wall and stains

Roaches died in the microwave and crack fiends were living next to my room. Duct tape everywhere. Nightmarish. Strap up, carry a knife, do whatever you gotta do if you stay here, but you shouldnt.

We were in this hotel for the first time, we liked it, the room was clean, the view from the window was amazing, thank you, we will come back

Bugs bugs and more bugs. Everywhere I looked at anytime there were roaches crawling around. The biggest bummer was when checking out I left my expensive winter coat in the room by mistake. When I realized it was gone I called the property and was told they didn’t find any coat. Neon green safety coat, well over $100. I left it laying on the chair yet nobody had saw it.

For one hr after we checked in we found roaches and the night bed bugs. Most of the wash rags and towels was still dirty. The room it's self had something all over the walls. The microwave sparked ever time we tried to use it. The moving that we left it was 9am check outs at 11am the cleaning people was being rude saying we going to have to pay another night rushing us out of the room. So we will not be back to this place

The environment of this hotel was very good. I found a neat and clean room. The behaviour of the front desk officer was so much friendly. One thing disappointed me. I didn’t find shampoo and body lotion in the room. I think they should provide this stuff to their guest. Otherwise everything was fine.

I was unhappy with the fact you're as said free continental breakfast and there wasn't anything other than a cup of coffee.

It was peaceful and the people was very accommodating.

What is offered online is not what you get. Lists a complimentary breakfast they haven't offered in FOUR YEARS; and all rooms have a severe cockroach problem to the level where "bugs in my room even MY BED" isn't a valid reason to them to get a better room, there simply isn't one. Also they FLAT OUT REFUSE to provide more than the two teeny towels for any reason. Go elsewhere, there are better options in the same street that are at the least bug less.

On my first day checking in the front desk person gave me a room that had blood and pee stains all over the bed. The room smelled like cigarettes and had a lot of mold on the floor. The towels were used when i went to ask for a room change i got called a dictator for calling them out. It had roaches everywhere the walls were nasty and so was the room. Very unsafe area! This placed should be ashamed for how much they charging folks to stay here when they have a roach infestation going on. I’m highly concerned and might call the health department to investigate them.

If you’re ok with pee stained covers and blood stained covers this is the place and it’s cheap. It’s better to book online because they get greedy and try to upcharge you on a place that look like a murder scene

No complaint on the hotel, but I advised to remove breakfast things from Expedia advertisement. No breakfast included, this mislead to people on booking.

I wouldn't recommend knights in murfreesboro to know one because it was dirty the tub wasn't clean the bathroom door had holes in it where it look like someone had punched hole in it and roaches crawling aroud and the front door had gaps around it i and people standing and hanging round out outside. I didn't stay i left after about 1 hour being there. Want never go back

The towels were dirty, had to purchase our own to use. Bedding wasnt proper, also ahd to use our own here. There were roaches too.

This property basically looks like a Norman Bates motel. I walked in the room to be hot with a smell, very nasty musty smell. The door didn't have a seal on it so when u closed the door it was spaces in it. The tub was dirty. The remote didn't work so instead of replacing batteries he took one out another room I didn't even unpack my stuff . Walked to sink roaches come out drain hold . It was just nasty

Bed had nice clean sheets, sink countertop had been upgraded, bathroom had original fixtures. No breakfast not even bad tasting instant coffee packets in room.

I stayed here for a week and there was cockroaches and when i didn’t have the ac running it smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes in the room. but other than it it was affordable you get what you pay for..

No shampoo or conditioner. Room was clean. Smelled smokey. Fixtures were new, so new they hadn't taken the plastic off one of the tables and the mirror had a bar code running across it. It's advertised with continental breakfast, but apparently they got rid of that during the pandemic. Seems like you could fix the website info in 4 years! Workmanship is shotty. It was a place to lay my head, but not much else.

Your site said that there was a breakfast. They haven't had it since Covid. The surfaces were not wiped down. I had to take a wet cloth to every flat surface. They were sticky and dirty. The mirrors were streaked and not clean. I turned off the light to go to bed and a bug climbed into bed with me. I killed him and struggled to sleep after that.

Property has mice! Rooms smell like animals

It was an extension of my previous stay so everything's great here at the Kinghts Inn even thou I have to tey 3 or 4 times everytime to open my door in room 109, its frustrating, but I just cant get the hang of it.

they put us in a room that they house full timers in first of all. The bathroom had poop on the toliet. It was infested with roaches. the pillows had no fluff might as well put a towel in the pillow case. actually that would have been better. we went to grab a bite to eat and when we returned our door was open and would not shut the maintenance guy had to come fix it. the qeek we was thwre they checked one time to see if we needed anything and it was at 7 in the morning. we had no choice but to stay here because we paid for the room weeks in advance we came up because my father in law is dying of cancer. oh yeah they give guest registrey to the police. i had the cops knocking on my door looking for me but it was the wrong jessica harris. we have stayed here many times and never has it been this nasty. we will not ever stay at this roach hotel again. i would advise that noone else does either

It is definetelt not worth the $50. If price was $30 ot would be appropriate. I do not recommend this to anyone.

The non smoking room smelled distinctly of cigarettes which bothered my allergies. The walls were stained with nicotine/tar running down them. There were burns in the carpet, blankets, sheets, chairs, and on the hair dryer for some reason. The toilet rocket badly and leaked a bit in the back and the tub looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in ages. The bathroom door was punched and kicked through exposing the cardboard within and the ceiling in the bathroom was missing plaster where it had molded. Towels were threadbare in places. Door didn’t lock properly. Carpet was filthy. I didn’t expect anything more than clean and no frills. I guess you get what you get with a sleazy cheap motel.

if you receive an upstairs room it is awful. the walkway and stairs are slanted like its detaching from the building they gave us a wake up call at 530 am when i did not order one. then housekeeping woke us up both mornings knocking on the door before 9 am even the day we was checking out. i paid 212.00 for 2 nights wish i could get a psrtisl refund at least it was so bad

It would not be my first choice, but if I HAD to stay again, I would. The room was not horrible, but it wasn't as clean as it should be. The bathroom smelled like pee and the tub was dirty. The room smelled stale, and it was some stains on the sheets. I slept on the cover. It definitely shouldn't have been the price it was, but I think it was a tournament in town. The guy that checked me in was nice; and it didn't take long for the process.
