Walls were super thin, I could hear everything in the rooms next to and above me. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was superb and the front desk was friendly.

The property was exactly what we needed. We were just visiting family so we didn’t need anything overly fancy but these rooms were VERY comfortable, had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location to our families homes and for the things we wanted to do. Honestly the only weird thing was the shower had containers for shampoo and conditioner and then out by the sink, completely away from the shower there was another container labeled “shower lotion” that we weren’t sure if it was actual lotion or if it was body wash. It seemed much to thin to be actual lotion, but if it was body wash you would have had to put it on a wash rag or loofa prior to even getting IN the shower bc of the distance it was located. It didn’t matter and certainly didn’t affect our stay even remotely but it was kind a funny “Why did they put this out here?” moment.

Check-in was super smooth with friendly staff. Bring your own coffee though, it wasn’t too hot even at breakfast. Had a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

Thisis the second time we have stayed in the hotel and have been happy everytime. It is clean and quite and very relaxing. I would recommend iot to anyone. The breakfast is just ok but it is not bad.

The staff was rude and locked me out of my rooms and away from my service dog. I was lectured for bringing my SERVICE DOG into a pet friendly hotel! We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, but when this happened we packed our things and left by noon after the first night.

TV remote in room didn't work very well, possibly low battery. Otherwise, room was clean and up to date. One quirk, was a small gift bag marked "Tips" on the dresser.

Got stuck in town and needed a hotel for that one night instead of the long drive home. Hotel room was ok however the hotel lobby and halls need upgrading. Not my preference.

The facility was fine. It was recently redecorated and the beds were fairly comfortable. Several of the things in the room were either broken or barely worked, however. The particular room we were in needed some attention.

The room smelled of pot, “horrible skunk smell”, sheets were dirty on the bed. They did not have a room available to move us. The front desk employee did all he could for us but we had to pay for a dirty stinky room. Very disappointed as we went by your ratings on this hotel when choosing a place to stay.

Perfect place for a stay on the way home to Illinois from Florida. Clean, spacious room, efficient check in, amenities all working, and varied breakfast options. Obvious they take pride and keeping the place clean and maintained, and we know this is a place to stop when going through Tennessee in the future. Right off the highway with gas/food options within an easy distance also.

All of the bathroom fixtures were loose. Breakfast was cold. Parking was fine. The entire hotel smelled very bad. Like heavy purfume or scent. As bad as a candle shop. Couldn’t wait to get out. I really liked the spacious vanity area, and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure was slightly weak, but it wasn’t an issue. The room was clean, and the location was convenient. It was also nice to be able to purchase drinks at the front desk. The breakfast selection wasn’t extensive, but the menu was well-balanced and just right. The egg dishes were especially good quality! Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

The fact that Cracker Barrel was right there was a plus, but that's really just coincidence not a feature of the hotel. The rooms curtains didn't close, so the parking lot lights shown right in on the head of the bed. So less than ideal. The plus side was that the hot water didn't run out and the bed was there.

We arrived later in the evening. Parking lot had several other people- may not have been guests- hanging out in their cars. Sketchy An exterior door jam and lock are in much need of replacement. You can see light through the jam and the lock plate could easily be pushed through. In the morning noticed and reported mold in the shower head and brown “ something” smeared on the wall. No compensation offered or even to go look at the problem.

I have reservation..he was given his room key.. 3rd guy...is me..I have a reservation.. was told would be s deposit.. why not the first 2 guys. I wait to see if the 2 guys behind me where asked for a deposit...nope. !!! I travel all over America for work many years... normal if i am ask for a deposit..i cancel my reservation..and move on to next hotel. Today I was just to tired ..and paid the deposit. I am a gold choice rewards member many many times over .stay in hotels 365 days a year for work.. just amazed that we are still judge by our appearance and not by our character in this world!

This place was horrible ! It stunk soo bad smelled like strong chemicals and cheap coconut air freshener - it was like it was fumigated with this horrible smell - we opened the window to try to get some fresh air -I began coughing and choking my head was hurting - we had to leave - don’t stay here 😇

The facility is a smoke-free hotel, but somebody was definitely smoking cannabis in the hallway. The guests for the most part seemed very respectful and a lot of families. I would definitely recommend the quality Inn if you need a good hotel at a very good price

We had to buy cleaning supplies for the room. I don’t think it was cleaned after the previous guest. They were hounding us about our puppy, but couldn’t clean the room. We didn’t feel it was clean enough for her to even stay there. I killed two baby roaches in the bathroom on night two. Sadly we unloaded our luggage outside our home to make sure we didn’t carry any back with us.

The lady at the front desk was initially very rude. However, when my husband responded kindly, she warmed up. The elevator broke while we were there and we had to carry our things up 4 flights. I know it couldn’t be helped but the person at the desk couldn’t have cared less as she watched us struggling. The room was hot. On the plus side, it was relatively cheap, the beds were pretty comfy, the water pressure in the shower was great, it was clean, and there is a Cracker Barrel right beside it.

Bathroom light was out and even though I reported it, I was told the maintenance person would not be available until the next day, which is when we were checking out. The fire/smoke alarm went off early one morning even though we were told there was no danger. Deafening sound and they had difficulty turning it off.

Checked in around 9:15pm, as soon as we excited the elevator we were greeted by an awful musty smell that was attempted to be covered up with a cleaner smell. This smell was overwhelming in the room as well. As soon as we turned on the light in the entry, a cockroach ran up the wall. I was able to get a photo of it running up the cord of the blow dryer, which is right by the entry door. Between the nauseating smell and the cockroach, we went straight downstairs and let the girl at the front desk we wanted to leave. I showed her the photo and she said she understood and would address the issue. After over 72hrs, I am still being denied a refund.

everything was fine except the strong odor of the cleaner used in prepping the room. That said, the room was very clean…but the smell of the cleaner was very strong. I like Quality Inns in general because the basic services are there and well kept up. Quality Inn Murfreesboro was no exception.

The sink was not emptying and toilet was not flushing properly. The staff was kind enough to change the room right away but the second room was smaller and it smelled like wet towels. No amount of Febreze or air sanitizer eliminated the smell but the sink emptied out and the toilet flushed properly. Oh and there was hair on the pillows of one of the beds.

I did enjoy my stay but I had my dog with me. He had his cage and I’ve never had any problems with any other hotels when I brought my dog. If im heading out I leave him in his cage and he’s perfectly fine. While staying at this one, i received a call from the front desk while I was out eating. They said my dog could not stay in the hotel alone. Apparently someone was making a complaint about my dog barking. Which he wasn’t. I had to go back and pick up my dog and leave him in my car while I finished eating. But I ended up just leaving the restaurant without finishing my food. There was no indication about leaving your animals in the hotel room wasn’t allowed. I checked their website.

The first room that I was put in was completely dirty. Sheets were still dirty. When I pulled down the cover there was hair and stains in the bed. Sheets. Marks all over the wall. The carpet was ripped up like a dog had chewed it. There was a very funny smell inside the room. Toilet was not clean. Also had hair still on it. Tried to complain but of course I didn't pay for the insurance on the room so I had to go downstairs and request another room, got another room all right across the street or well right across the room that I was already in. This room was a little bit cleaner. I believe the sheets were clean. However, the countertop was dirty and the shower walls and door were still dirty. And the AC either blew unbelievably freezing or extremely hot. There was no temperature control that actually felt like it was temperature controlled. Requested a refund. Never heard anything back, left extremely early after. I'd already only checking into the room after midnight. Just and that's what they think. They can charge people, regardless of a discount for using this app. People expect to be in a clean room that they feel like they could sit on the toilet and climb in the bed and go to sleep. Not feel like they need to check the mattress which I did multiple times to make sure there was no bed, bugs, etc, one of the mattresses in the bedrooms was actually stained and disgustingly dirty when I lift it up and had wished that I had not done so. Breakfast was short and brief.

Recently updated and they went the quality route for sure. It was very clean, however had a very perfume/spray smell that was extremely strong when in our room. The only complaint I have about price, is where we booked online (hotel.com), the dog price was $30, and when checking in, we were charged $50.. not sure why the difference. The pool was very small but clean and enjoyable!

We could not control the temperature in our room. We were hot all night. The rooms were remodeled but it was still an old hotel. Breakfast was not good. They were out of half the food when we came down to eat. The scent in the lobby was nauseating.

We booked as a family group before our cousin's graduation at MTSU. Rooms were clean and well kept with comfortable bedding. The friendly staff easily accommodated our group's request for adjoining rooms. The pool was clean and well stocked with towels. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection of items. All in all, a good experience.

Expedite said I needed to finish a reservation so I didn’t check my credit card, and ended up with a double reservation and Quality Inn would not cancel the second reservation and owe me 400.00! I’m 86 years old and didn’t look too see my first reservation was charge to my credit card! Need the refund plus the 99.00 penalty that Expedia charged me!

Husband was traveling from St Petersburg, FL back to west Tennessee and not able to complete the last few hours home. He was very pleased with the room and staff.

We had just an overnight stay on our journey home. The man checking us in acted mad at the world, was not pleasant at all but the woman that checked us out the next morning was so swet, kind and thanked us so much for staying with them! The bed was very comfortable but the room was muggy which made it hard to sleep. I needed to sleep comfortably and be out by 7 and on the road but becawe had trouble sleeping in a hot room, when we finally slept we decided to leave later, I had an 11 hour drive the next morning. I believe the ac filter needs to be cleaned and the coffee pot was gross so no coffee the next morning. We did not go to breakfast as planned because trying to sleep was more important. The room was clean other than that. My only other complaint would bevthat you can't see out of your peep hole, it has been covered with something. As two women traveling, you need to see who is coming to the door. Overall okay stay but probably wouldn't again.

I walked in and cancelled my reservation on the spot, which is something I’ve never done before. Even though there was a legit safety concern due to strong odours and asthma, Expedia would not give me a refund and the hotel manager has yet to return any of the calls or emails.

Reason for the 4star rating was because the entrance door nearest my room (right around the corner) had a security door that would not latch so anyone could enter at that end, key card or not. Room was made up but had huge red stains around the bed, nightstand was dirty, the handheld nozzle was broken at the base—and the front desk person couldn’t understand what I meant after explaining it to her. No washcloths the second night. If you’re rolling in and out quick, it’s fine. Not anything for week.

Many husband and were not able to sleep found bed bugs and went to tell the clerk was trying. To get us another room but we were very discouraged to may or may not happen again so we slept on one bed after we checked carefully I would like my money back

The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable, but there were some small issues. There was a large gap in the door and the with cover did cover the window all the way so you would have light in your face while you sleep. Also the faucet in the shower was super loose.

The hotel smelled clean as soon as you walked in to the lobby, the rooms smelled like they've been freshly cleaned the beds were nice and clean and comfortable. I wish they didn't have carpeting but it didn't seem stained. The breakfast was the usual Fair, nothing exceptional but it was available from 6:00 to 9:00

All was good except avoid room 115. It’s connected to the lobby and breakfast room. Guests stayed there until after 11 talking and it was literally right at door 115. Lots of kids were there for an event and at breakfast which started at 6 were SUPER LOUD. Also do not like that sink was literally right at your door. Otherwise all was good !

Every thing you would expect from this hotel chain clean comfortable only thing we didn’t care for was the breakfast not good at all

I like the fact the staff was really nice also the property was clean I will definitely visit another Quality Inn.
