Our side table was broken and the drawer always stayed open. No one cleaned the tables during breakfast. There was expired milk in the fridge during breakfast. They didn’t have a crib available to us until we got the manager involved. They don’t have a pool.

The room was clean however there was another persons hair still in the shower. We opted out for no room service but were told we could ask for something if we needed it. When we asked for extra towels they said we opted out for room service and we said well that doesn’t mean we don’t want clean towels. They breakfast was great no complaints. It was busy so the parking lot was full and we had to park in another hotels lot.

The fire alarm went off at midnight or 12:30 a.m. I ended up being a false alarm but our whole night was horrible as we were traveling with a small child. Very disappointed

I paid for suite and when I arrived they given my room away and put me in a regular room, when I asked for a roll away bed they didn't have any. size of room was too small, not friendly staff

Location, modern furnishings, super staff, comfortable beds. The breakfast sausage patties, and scrambled eggs do need improvement. Room carpet was dirty. Rooms hvac fan was noisy on ac unit.

Room was mostly clean (lower shelves were a little dusty) but a little smaller than we were expecting. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel when we had an event in Aurora. We loved it so much the first time that we came back. The bed is supper comfortable, our room was clean and spacious, and the location was easy to access. A winner!

All parts of the hotel were clean and the room was very comfortable. I loved that there were regular sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower! We would stay again and recommend to others That we had to leave early enough not to be able to enjoy the breakfast. That's my husband's favorite part. Also, very first world problems, there weren't outlets by the bed. But that is not something that would keep me from returning!

Clean, welcoming, comfortable, quiet My only dislike is when I plugged in my charger next to the bed it was good but flipped off the light and the plug ins stop working. Minor detail, just had to move my charger but if you don’t notice it and it was your Alarm and phone near dead you would be upset.

It was a very easy check in. The pillows were a little flat. I ordered extra pillows. They brought them however they just collapsed once you got comfortable.

Price Adam who checked us in was not very pleasant or professional. There was also an odor or unpleasant smell in the room.

I booked 3 rooms but one of the rooms was canceled the day of arrival. I booked pay at the property, but they charged the card beforehand it declined. I would have preferred a phone call instead of an email. It's hard to keep up with your email when you're driving for 8 hours. The person who had the canceled room had to share with another family member due to no other rooms being available to book. That was very inconvenient. Maybe take pool off the website since there isn't one anymore

Overall the property was clean and Convenient. The staff were helpful overall . The elevators could have been kept a bit better but I would recommend this establishment for a short stay or visit

Everything is great except their television provisions- local station WGN is listed but never available; other stations show programming, but are sending signals for other stations, ie. TBS wasn’t TBS, it was a sports network. Pluto streaming didn’t work. Minor inconvenience, but should be corrected.

Breakfast buffet was poorly organized, few trays were empty and took long time for them to refill. There was also no potatoes.

Close to interstate and local stores. Decor looks new or updated. Rooms clean an comfortable . Nicer breakfast.

A Bench out front would have been nice to enjoy the sunshine. Loved that we could connect to our netflix account on the TV.

Front desk clerk was so sweet and accommodating. There were lots of sports teams staying there for a tournament and I could hardly hear anyone outside of my room, which is rare with that much noise. Quiet and convenient.

Only issue was that our bathroom smelled a little like old smoke. I assume our room used to be a smoking room back in those days. Not so bad that I felt the need to change rooms though.

Charge me for no reason i didn't stay at that hotel. Hotels.com is a bad app don't used it they policies are only on they behave it doesn't matter if you pay for book protection. It doesn't let you modified or make a cancelation

Excellent staff! Very helpful when we needed help with extending our stay . Our tv did not work and it was fixed immediately. The breakfast was excellent with quality food choices and a lot of variety.

This hotel was actually much nicer than I expected. The room felt updated. The bathroom was spacious and had a large marble countertop. The decor was nice and modern. Not that we needed it, but there were 2 large flat screen tvs in the room. Nice touch. The staff was very nice and the buffet breakfast was great.

Their breakfast had a wide variety with healthy choices. She was doing a wonderful job at supplying the need. Over all the facility was clean and quiet but our room needed some maintenance. Like bath tub drain wasn’t working well.

Christmas stay. Manager Aaron Staller friendly and helpful, even going out of his way across the street to get change for us. Staff welcoming and worked hard to serve warm breakfast late for tired travelers. A really good team.

Room was freezing cold. I turned the heat all the way to 90, but it was making noise all night and did not heat up the room.

Ran out of orange juice one morning and scrambled eggs another morning. No pool or Jacuzzi.

Fairfield Marriott could not find my Reservation thru Hotels.com. I don't know what happened, even tho I had a Confirmation Nbr. Because we checked in at 3pm, the earliest on Thanksgiving Day, there were still a few rooms available that we were able to purchase thru Marriott itself, but not thru Hotels.com

Room was very clean and comfortable. Cable channels were very limited. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Pool is no longer in use. Turning it into a game/activity room for teens. Disapointed.

1) When my wife began turning down the bed, she immediately discovered a stain and several curly hairs in the sheets. Upon calling the front desk, the agent told her that the hotel was fully booked and that the best she could do was “inform the manager later.” A few minutes later, while we were discussing our options, the desk agent called back again and said she forgot to offer clean sheets…she brought them up, my wife remade the bed, and we went to sleep. No further discussion occurred. 2) In the morning, we were met with two issues in the shower: * Firstly, the water was lukewarm at best. * Secondly, there was no seal around the base of the shower, so water just leaked out into the floor. We tried our best to secure the corner of the floor with a towel to limit damage. While our subpar stay was adequate, we would have expected some follow-up and adjustment for the issue we reported.

Hotel looked nice. Nice staff. Only problem as soon as we walked in we saw a roach run across the desk of our room. We were moved to another room but if there's one there's definitely more. Just look around the room before you settle in.

Called to the front office the girl said they go out all the time . Took 3 days to get it working right. No body that worked there knew anything except the manager . After 8 days we wanted to get our room cleaned and she said not until tomorrow. The worst run hotel I have stayed in in years Disappointed with Marriot as a card Carrying Marriot customer. They really need to make these place have more than one person on staff most of the time.

Great property. Comfy room. Good breakfasts. Only issue with this area: the stupid semis that are allowed to park along the access road. Naperville needs to ban this/offer a parking solution.

Under construction in some areas. Breakfast was not a full breakfast-bagels, waffles, oatmeal, etc. elevator is pretty small. Staff was very courteous and helpful and location is great! Room was really clean too!

The TV choices were awful and for the majority of my two week stay, the guide wasn’t functional or accurate. And in Chicago area where is WGN?! But this aside, quality property, nice staff, decent breakfast.

It was not very clean inside. Granted they were remodeling and that’s great, because it really needs it. The elevator was questionable and they no longer had a pool. But the young lady at the desk was very nice.

Newly remodeled room so fortunately it was very clean. Disappointed however that when making reservations there was not any notification that pool, spa and fitness center were all closed. Bed was overly soft and pliant, for those of us that like a firm mattress this is at the complete opposite side of the spectrum. TV was tiny and had very limited channels, unless sports is your thing. Refrigerator was not plugged in and had to be pulled out of it’s cabinet cubby and power cord weaved through the cabinet holes to be plugged in. Breakfast also was very minimal, not impressive for the price that was similar to other hotels that were not undergoing construction and had many more offerings for breakfast, entertainment, and amenities.

I have been a member of hotels/Expedia for years. I’ve had complaints. I’ve also had shot outs and compliments. This extended stay is AWFUL. Mind you, the gentleman who checked me in was very kind. I loved the room, i loved the cleanliness but when reserved 2 more nights on this App i Was shut down through my friend whom i had asked to run to the front desk desk for me, considering I have a broken ankle. The woman manager informed my friend she would not extend my stay (20 min before checkout) , but 10 min prior had extended the same friend. Her reasoning was “I had too many male guests.” I’m sorry , this sounds a little bit discriminatory to me. Especially since said friend who the manager had just extended , had the SAME exact Company as myself. She could have come to me or called me and let me know a few hours advance, considering I was at a disadvantage. I could go on and on. But there’s no need to. I think you’ve heard enough. Not to mention the fact that in order to fix this and get another room, I was on the phone with hotels for three hours.

We got in late and the heater was on when we entered the room and it was very loud. We turned it off but every hour the fan would come on for 30 seconds but was LOUD. We didn’t sleep well all night. The morning breakfast, my son got cereal and milk. He poured the milk in and it was spoiled and clumping. Totally disgusted and management didn’t even offer a discount or credit.

My stay was fine, no problems at all..... except for finding the hotel. As far as I could see, the entry/parking lot is not directly off a main street; nor did I see a sign with the hotel name on a main street indicating where I should turn. However, it does have its sign on the top of the hotel building itself, which I saw after I turned into the area. It's the VERY FIRST right turn off of Diehl, going west, immediately after passing Route 59.

Check-in and check out was super easy and quick. Room was comforting and clean. Enjoyed my night stay.

I received an email for early check in and it couldn't find my reservation. I called to see if I could check in early and was told most likely. When I arrived, my room was not ready and was told it would be about an hour. My room was not ready until about 2:45 which is right before check-in. The blow dryer in the room only blew cold air and had to ask for a different one. When I went to go back into my room, the key would not work so I had to go back down to the front desk. Turns out when I checked in. They only set my key up for a one night stay even though I had booked and paid for two nights. I checked out very early Saturday morning and wanted to talk to somebody at the front desk. No one was around and I needed to get going so I left. Someone else came down and was waiting as well.

Clean facility with helpful staff & easy parking

Breakfast is great; there are many options to chose from: eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal etc. The evening front desk check-in clerk was beyond amazing! She was friendly, helpful and made our initial impression that much better. She is a huge reason I will stay here every time we're in town!

Close to area attractions. Pool was closed - grandkids disappointed.

Hotel is older, but well maintained, lobby newly appointed as are the rooms. 3 small issues:elevator was at the other end of the building; the bedding came undone very easy; dumpsters get emptied in the middle of the night. Coffee in the room was actually very good.
