Beautiful hotel and very clean

The beds were incredibly comfortable with high-quality bedding. The gym was excellent with towels and water even headphones if you needed them. With so much equipment: free weights, machines, kettle bells everything you could want. Parking was free and very close to the hotel and it was secured. The hotel is right off the interstate, but it was quiet and very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was beautiful. Clean, super puffy pillows. Lots of modern vibes and separation of toilet shower and sink area in the bathroom. Staff was super friendly and helpful

Hotel is beautiful and room well appointed with a comfortable bed and pillows. We were in a corner suite. Windows huge with a window seat that I utilized. My biggest complaint is with housekeeping. I had to ask for bath mats to be retuned to the room after taken with cleaning and never replaced. Shower was never cleaned in the 6 days that we were there as evidenced by hair left in the same area. Used washcloths in shower never taken. Open bottle of a sanitizing cleaner left on counter in room. Disappointing for the hotel.

I made plans for my wife and i to celebrate our anniversary and our new bundle and Rachel made it a perfect stay from help setting the room up to making us feel welcome upon check in i definitely appreciate her for all she has done going above and beyond. Had a great overnight stay. Hotel was beautiful and had a lot of amenities. My only two (very slight) drawbacks were location (a bit of a drive to downtown Naperville or Geneva 15 to 20 mins) and no pool/hot tub, though there was a spa onsite that we didn't get a chance to visit. Aside from that, no complaints about cleanliness, staff, amenities, comfort, etc.... Very nice hotel worthy of the Star rating!

Parking is secure/covered and included in your booking price. Just don’t forget which floor you parked on, or that the highest the garage elevator goes is 5. Plenty of food options onsite including a limited menu for 24/7 in room dining. Would definitely stay again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room is big, bed is very comfortable and the bathroom Is well appointed with bath and separate shower. Parking is easy in garage just next to the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Arista for my birthday. It was clean and quiet. All staff I interacted with were pleasent and extremely accommodating! It was convenient to have the spa and cafe attached and I recommend both. I'll be staying again!

The hotel clean and nice beds the best

when i stayed at this hotel in Germany. They provide free breakfast. But during this check in the front desk lady said they dont provide free breakfast. Why?

This hotel is so underrated! It’s a hidden gem of luxury in the suburbs. It’s impossible to find a luxury hotel outside of the city, but this is it, folks! First, it’s gorgeous and clean! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They have a full spa, restaurants, a coffee shop that exceeds my expectations every time I go and they eve have gelato! This is our go to when we come to the city. but don’t want/need to go into the city. It’s off the beaten path, but within 10 min to anything in Naperville and surrounding area. Book it! You will be so happy you did!

The room was in good condition, and the staff was courteous. At the high full room rate I was expecting more people at the hotel. It was empty so I would have been more relaxed at a hotel for less money and more people.

Hotel Arista was an excellent choice. We were visiting family in the Naperville area and needed a nice hotel close to their home, and Hotel Arista did not disappoint. The check-in process was very smooth, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were updated and clean. Overall, we are very happy we chose Hotel Arista.

Let me tell you something. This hotel easily gets 5 star's. The absolute best hotel in the suburbs. Everything in one area. Awesome hotel full of amenities. Excellent bar and restaurant. Staff is as professional as any I've seen. I've been staying here regularly for the last decade and I hope to stay for many more. Arista= 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

comfortable stay. the so called always available in house food service was not available. called to order food only to be told they don’t have anything. other than that rest of the stay was great.

I loved the design of the bathroom and the soaker tub. The room was clean and modern. The staff were all friendly, attentive, and professional.

Re: Spa: Maybe give spa Goers all day access to those amenities? The staff walked around to much and made it uncomfortable for people who had more than one service.

Good hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious with high quality bed and coverings and abundant bath/shower products of the best kind. I wished the AC had worked better. Perhaps the calibration was off but it seemed the coldest temperature it could muster was 70 degrees F. I would have preferred it colder during sleep hours.

We stayed only for one night. Hotel has a great ambiance.

The property was impeccably clean and lovely. Easy and free to park in a deck immediately adjacent. Room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. I enjoyed the coffee shop, restaurant, lounge, as well as room service - all food and beverages were tasty and service provided went above and beyond. Kudos to Jeff at the bar/lounge for great drinks and exceptional service!

Hotel Arista is exceptional in comfort, location, dining, and cleanliness. This area is within reasonable distance of local attractions without interruption of loud movement of the city. The two dining options provided on site has some of the best dishes I've ever enjoyed. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. This will be our planned stay for visiting the area in the future.

The property and staff were amazing. What I didn’t not like my husband and I the bed.. the bed is very very uncomfortable to the point we got sick. I had a migraine back and neck aches my husband lower back was hurting. If they change the mattress this will be one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. People go to the hotel for the sleep experience and this was a 1 out of 10

New and clean but seemed to miss mark in little things. Doubled handle sink in bathroom just a pain to get right temp. Felt like the 1980s. No full length mirror to get for hitting town. Great footprint and will constructed.

Wonderful service, beautiful accommodations and the best gym in any hotel I've ever stayed in by far!

Great place, clean, quiet.

During check out we were given an invoice for amenity fees we were not told about, when asked we were told it was for wifi services, the gym services. We did not use the gym while we visited the Arista.

An independent hotel that I would choose over any typical chains in this area. Location is easily accessible from highway yet in a quiet complex with a nice area to walk around (lake behind buildings with walking trail). Rooms/bedding are very comfortable and well-designed and the hotel staff were great. Room service was quick and easy and the food was delicious! Can't wait to come back and enjoy some of the other amenities such as the spa.

Overall very good experience. Staff were polite and attentive. Easy access. Had a good deal of difficulty adjusting temperature (air conditioning) in the room which was quite cold.

Excellent, staff is wonderful. The building is very well constructed and you can tell because it’s so quiet.

This is our favorite place to stay when we visit our family in Naperville. Customer services is always excellent. Rooms are excellent.

Our only complaint is related to the courtesy car- Hotel Arista offers a free car service within 5 miles of the hotel. We had the car take us to Centennial Beach. However, when we called for a pickup, we were told that the evening driver didn't show up for work, so they didn't have anyone to come get us. We got an Uber back, but it was definitely a frustrating experience.

My wife and I visited the Arista for our anniversary. We had stayed there the night I proposed and the staff went the extra mile to make this special. They're were super accommodating. Everything was perfect.

From the bathroom set up and the comfy beds. The best part was the room service. Food was outstanding.

We needed a getaway and this was the perfect place for us. Pleasant staff, a great room, delicious food (both the restaurant and room service), and the spa was excellent. Just the break we needed and we'll certainly go back.

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are so nice bedding and bathroom excellent. Parking convenient. Felt very safe. Staff very attentive. We only had one issue, first rooms temp was very warm almost hot, the staff came in and switched our room, when we got to the other room it was so much better, but as the night went on the room warmed up enough to wake us up, despite the thermostat at 69. I still give them a 95/100% satisfied

The hotel staff and restaurant staff were amazing! I set up this stay to propose to my Girlfriend (SHE SAID YES!) The restaurant staff set it up perfectly. Filmed it for us. Center booth. Special desert. Even gave us a card singed by the entire staff. Got back to the room and a heart of rose petals on the bed and a second desert on the table. The property is amazing and modern. Comfortable bed and amazing room! Very clean and well kept property. If I could give it 6 stars I would! The staff truly makes a great place even better!

We have been staying there for the last 14 years, to include hosting our wedding there. We have watched it go down hill. We always stay in a corner suite. There were dirty children's handprints all over the windows, wrappers on the floor from someone who was in the room before us, but the WORST part was when I took a bath and was covered in bugs and hair spraying out the tub faucet; it clearly had not been cleaned in months. We've reached out in person, via email AND via phone. The ONLY response we've received is them trying to sell us event booking. We will no longer be hosting events there. Pictures below of the bugs and handprints.

Staff and hotel was wonderful. I wish we had a chance to check out the bar area but it was closed for a private event. Also there is no grab and go shop for small items to snack or drink in our room. We had to order from Uber eats for snacks. So that was inconvenient.

While everything in the room description wasn't included my wife and I had a great time.

Fantastic place. We will definitely be back. Classy, clean and lovely location.

Parking was included in stay, hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Love the smell in the lobby, the area seemed upscale and walkable. Will stay again.

Staff was very helpful. Spa was amazing. Room was very comfortable and clean.

The room was great but checkout was frustrating. We prepaid but something was happening on the backend and we had to stand there and wait. The poor girl at the desk was overwhelmed and Oscar the manager was not answering his walkie and never showed up.

Front desk service was kind. Since I didn’t have a car and had forgotten to pack a plug for my charging cable, they offered to drive me to a Walgreens so i could purchase a new plug. (FYI, they have nothing in the room that allows guests to charge with a USB C cable.) Would definitely stay here again.

The deluxe suite is beautiful. The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, great dining experience and parking was convenient. I will definitely stay there again.

I really have nothing bad ti say about the hotel itself other than the fact that i checked into my room went to dinner then had to check out of my room due to my son being in a accident and was put into emergency surgery… i still have not been granted a refund or a credit to maybe be able to stay another night. But i guess this complaint is more for expeida than the hotel.

Great Bar staff

Ask for a higher floor or a suite that doesn’t face the interstate - it gets very noisy starting at 3 AM. Their in-house shuttle only drives 5 miles which isn’t far considering the hotel is quite removed from major shopping, etc. Bed linens were ripping/wearing out and stained. My first suite had missing artwork above the bed with screws coming out of the wall. Don’t let them arrange airport travel because the American Taxi service they farm you out to is embarrassingly low end. The carpeting in the elevator was filthy and needed a good cleaning - remained dirty the 4 days I was there. This property used to have a very different feeling and appearance. One out of four treadmills broken and in need of repair. Lounge, coffee bar and Front Desk staff/service were good.

Great hotel in Naperville. Took care of us and the front desk was flexible with our stay as we were there for a funeral. Good restaurant in the lobby. Great coffee shop on the first floor as well.

My friend and I stayed at Hotel Arista last night and our experience was amazing. From our massages at Arista Spa, our dinner at CityGate Grille (thank you Corey for singing us Frank Sinatra on our shuttle there (1 min ride) and thank you Miquel for being the best server ever!), to our Holiday Tea at Zorba’s this morning (shout out to Brooke for her positive, happy energy!) - our experience was exceptional. The property and restaurants were decorated beautifully for the holidays and the 24 hours we spent there definitely put us in the holiday spirit! Thank you!

Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Our room was amazing. Spacious, clean, and very comfortable.

It’s not worth the extra cost for the same basic amenities.
