The mattress was bad! The reason I choose a property is to get a good night's sleep. When that doesn't happen, the whole experience is a fail. You failed this stay!

Big on picking a place with free breakfast, and this is THE BEST one I’ve had. I’m easy to please tho, never been to a hotel that offers bacon and of course I love a waffle maker. Everything was very clean and far enough from the madness but so close to drive where ever u need to go. 10/10

Very clean, well kept property. I was concerned about it being so close to interstate but there was virtually no road noise at all. Breakfast was very good. The breakfast room attendant was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our three night stay. Also, great location for exploring the Belle Mead and Franklin areas as well as being not far from downtown.

The hotel was nothing fancy. But it did check all the boxes. It was clean. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good.

The bed was soft and sagged a bit. The biggest issue was my 87-year-old mother was in the next room, and her alarm clock went off at 4 in the morning. She had not set it and could not turn it off. Staff needs to make sure alarms are not set when they clean the room. Breakfast was fine. Location was good.

Everything we used was very nice, comfortable and clean. We were not able to eat any breakfast (Dr appt) and it was too cool for the pool.

The place was spotless and well-maintained. The folks were super friendly and helpful. You can get a great cup of Java with the Keurig VKI Eccellenza Touch Bean To Cup Commercial Brewing System. Target and Trader Joe's are just up the road.

I have stayed at this property before. It is decent but the reason for the bad review is because I called the property 2 days before I booked to see if their pool was open. The gentleman who answered the phone said that it was. I then booked the room on Expedia. When I checked in, I found out that pool had not been opened yet for the season. Upon checkout I spoke to someone and asked if anything could be done since an error was made on their part with the misinformation. The man I spoke with said that he would have a manager call me back within a couple of days. It has been two weeks and no one has gotten back to me. I will make it a point to return to the comfort inn that is across the street the next time that I return to Nashville.

Location: I like the location being in West Nashville; it worked for me as I only went to Broadway to the nightlife just once. This hotel is right of the I-40 which got me to everywhere I needed to go in Nashville, including the airport. The surrounding area was pleasant, there’s a Planet Fitness a 2 minute walk away and even a Waffle House directly across the street.

The bathroom was out dated. The door handle was broken and we couldn’t lock the door. The shower was awful; very little water pressure.

From the breakfast attendant to the front desk team and housekeeping, everyone was kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel itself was not for me. It had too much of an air freshener smell that stayed with me the entire stay. We did not stay for breakfast so I cannot rate. The hotel seemed old.

Everything about the hotel was great

We booked an accessible room, though the room did have accessible features; as in lots of grab bars in the bathroom and a dual showerhead- it did not have a walk in shower. And the space between the end of the bed and the credenza that contained the refrigerator and held the TV was not very wide.

Clean room, the manager allowed us to cancel the last night when we had to leave early due to a flight cancellation (federal shutdown air traffic-related). Only issue was noisy rude neighbors late coming back.

Bed was comfy. Pillows were unusually small for a king bed but still comfy. Breakfast was good, ready made omelets, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker. Cafe machine. Located next to a walgreens.

A nice property, and my rating would have been higher but for the faucet in the bathroom - it was placed way too far back. It seems petty, but not when you can’t get your hands under the faucet without water getting all over the counter. Can’t believe such a poor installation went uncorrected (no need to re-drill the faucet hole or replace the countertop - just install a bigger faucet!).

We were only staying for one night so chose this hotel just off the highway we needed. It is quite a distance to the strip. Breakfast was nice and there is plenty of parking. Would I stay here again? Yes if I was only passing through. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes but only if they were passing through.

The facility was clean. Staff were very friendly. No shuttle which would have been nice. Immediate neighbourhood wasn't the nicest but 5 minutes down the road, was a really nice neighbourhood.

A little worried about the area for car safety with young people riding bikes all over late at night. Very close to highway, pharmacy and pawn shops. Included breakfast ends at 9am, a little early in our case so we mossed it. At check in, the young attendant double charged my credit card… now I have to chase for a refund.

All the spaces we were in from the Lobby to our room and the dining are were very clean. All the staff personnel are very professional and friendly, ensuring we were comfortable and pleased with our time there. The Breakfast was outstanding, the lady that was there was very helpful and sincerely interested in us enjoying our breakfast. She was ahead of the selection of food to ensure everything was there and hot for the customers. Wish more of the hotels we stay in had a person like her taking care of the customers in the dining area.

The hotel is located on a very busy corner and right by the freeway. We did not hear a much traffic noise but just to turn out of the hotel property on to the main road meant we had to turn the opposite way we wanted, go up the street and make a uturn and come back. Overall the property was fine, the room smelled a bit musty.

The room smelt musty ugh The first night we spent I would up early went outside and 6 vehicles were broken into. The hotel staff did not even contact the policy, The guests ended up calling 911. They didnt even notified the guests who got their cars broken into. Very sketchy area Not recommended

The location is perfect when we visit West Nashville; the hostess/cook in the breakfast area is so friendly and attentive - we love seeing her every time we stay! Staff at the front desk are also very helpful and friendly!

It was very quiet and very clean. Staff were fine. It has very outdated decor and the mattress was very soft which I didn’t prefer. The breakfast was average except they had no hot tea, only coffee. I’m a heavy tea drinker so was disappointed in that.

During our 3 day stay, our room was not cleaned or restocked properly. In one of the days we decided to stay in during the morning. When we left the room we requested the room to be serviced front desk told us that housekeeping was done for the day. It was just past noon. The place overall is a good pit stop if all you need is a night of rest but if you plan to stay in don't expect great service. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and made the process of registration very simple and convenient. The property site and the room were clean. The area around the property is somewhat congested, traffic wise; however, the congestion is not unreasonable considering Nashville traffic.

The only negatives about this hotel was the toilet… I have arthritis is my knees and the toilet was EXTREMELY low to the ground! Very difficult to get on and off. Also, if you’re looking for something close to Broadway, this is not the hotel for you. Advertisement said 7 minute drive, and that drive cost us (in Uber/Lyft, up to $50 one way, depending on time of day. All in all, the stay was good… very nice complimentary breakfast!

Only in town for 1-night; the hotel was decent. Clean, convenient/walkable for grabbing food, snacks, gas; seems safe & directly off the highway. VERY high-traffic area (plan accordingly), but surprisingly quiet. Priced fine, but there could have been a few more items for breakfast (no vegan/vegetarian or non pork options). Staff was friendly as well.

Our sweet cook always greeted each guest and prepared both protein and light meals. Rooms are very clean and fresh. Entrance to hotel is easy. You have cross a four lane to enter. Enjoyable 3 night stay!!

This hotel is very nice. It's quiet even though it's right on the interstate. The breakfast was first class. Our only disappointment is the bathroom. Why in the world are the toilets so small and so low to the ground? We felt like it was a child's potty. Grown adults, especially handicap adults NEED a standard size at least or better yet a chair height. This should be an absolute must. We felt like we were falling when we sat down then it's difficult to get up.

Overall our stay was "ok". The room had a few irrelevant damaged items...the locjmk needed to be fixed, the table was scratched, and remote barely worked. However, it was clean, the breakfast was good especially the nice staff that worked it. However, they seemed to be short staffed at night when making requests no one could handle them bc they were short. Otherwise they were nice.

The overall property was ok and in a convenient location. The lady that cleans up during breakfast is absolutely amazing. The front desk staff was rude from the time I checked in until the time that I left. Having rude desk staff for 5 day is unacceptable.

The hotel gives more of a motel vibe. Very dated. Room smelled like mildew, but everything seemed clean. No toothbrushes or toothpaste in rooms. Bar soap only. Smallest bottles of lotion you've ever seen in a hotel. Room did have a fridge and mixrowave, which was nice.

I had read reviews that said this property was easy to access I-40, but that is not strictly true. First, to enter the hotel property you have to drive behind a Walgreens to get to the hotel parking lot. No big deal. But during rush hour traffic, it is almost impossible to get out to go to I-40. We had to go about half a mile down the busy street to turn around and get back in the correct lane to turn and get to I-40.

Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel! The room and the hotel was clean. The breakfast area was clean with some healthy options which is sometimes difficult to find on the road. The location is right next to the highway so it made getting around super easy. We checked in around 2am so it was very late in the night but everything went smoothly.

the breakfast was good, the coffee hot and ready. There is a drugstore and grocery store less than a block away. This property is right off the freeway for easy access. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was large and had everything we needed i.e. fridge, microwave and ironing board. I highly recommend this place and will stay again if I am back this way!

Parking was a little tight with a trailer but this is comparable to are trip as a whole. The stay itself was great no complaints, food, service, room great.

the area around the hotel is just not very nice. it does have a walgreens right next door which i find very useful. the big road in front makes it hard to get going in the right direction as it is hard to get across the street. beyond that, there are some decent places to eat and what not within a mile or two but the area is run down, looks run down, and is just a bunch of vehicles driving by places that look like they were built in the 60s and just randomly.

Right off the highway so very easy to get to wherever you need to go!

Professional quality courtesy service

I contacted BestWestern customer service and they got involved, issue was raised to higher levels and finally they canceled the reservation. They did not move my reservation. I am pretty sure due to weather conditions, there would have been multiple enpty rooms that weekend, but the Indian Patel's ego didn't allow him to move my reservation by a day. I booked at another BestWestern on Music Row for the next night. His lose was some other Patel's gain.

This place had an excellent gym. In fact for a small gym it was the best appointed Ive experienced anywhere. My bed was luxuriously comfortable and the spa bath and shower were excellent! The stagf were also amazingly helpful

The bar soap as body wash, I prefer liquid. I also didn't like that the TV wasn't a smart TV that you could cast videos to.
