Close to relatives BEWARE! Bums and possibly drug addicts begging for money in the lobby, one man pleading with my husband for 160$!!!!! PLEASE don't stay at this particular Holiday Inn they charged me twice, the day I checked in and the day I checked out! Its been 3 days and my sorry bank( Huntington )won't file a dispute until the second transaction is posted! So guess what happened? My check from my pension is deposited on the 1rst of the month and what do you know? It covered the second transaction and we got automatic bills with that account! This is BS ! I am PISSED!!!Forget about calling Holiday Inn headquarters, several times they never answer the phone! We have stayed at several Holiday Inns and all was fine. I suspect one of the Hotel clerks was trying to rob us ?. It's been 4 days and I am tired ? of fighting! Do yourself a favor don't stay at this Holiday Inn !!!

Staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was fine but had noisy neighbors. The breakfast was good. Fitness room was locked and had trouble to access. Safe in room was locked and could not open it. Lack of toilet paper in bathroom was annoying but could get more from front desk.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. It is refreshing to see such a nice group of staff enjoy engaging with the guests whenever a guest arrives. Very much appreciated the friendliness, it’s not always like that when you travel. They deserve a shoutout. Great breakfast too! Our room was very clean when we arrived.

Our reservation was canceled because we weren’t aware of the Hotels.com policy, and the young lady at the front desk informed us in a very rude and unhelpful manner. She showed little consideration and only assisted us with rebooking. She eventually offered a small discount for signing up, but only after giving it to another guest first. We also had to repeatedly ask staff to replenish our towels. Breakfast was at least decent.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was convenient to a Kroger and 7 Eleven. It was quiet in the hotel and the air worked very well! Breakfast was great too! The tub was dated as it had rust at the top and chipped paint. Housekeeping didn't clean our room one day and I had to go to the front desk, but it was corrected shortly after that. Also, housekeeping never gave us enough towels after cleaning. I always had to go to the front desk each day and get an additional set.

So, Just to start off we loved your place except for the last night there. We were woken up at 6 AM from one of the employees saying that rooms around us had called and complained about screaming from our room, which was totally untrue. My wife and I were soundly asleep before being woken up. It wouldn't have been too terrible of a situation if the employee had given us the benefit of a doubt for obviously not having any proof the noise came from our room. My wife and I go to nashville every weekend to see our baby in the NICU over at St. Thomas and have really enjoyed our stays at your hotel but have decided we are not going back after all this.

Everything was perfect and the breakfast buffet was fabulous. Staff was especially helpful since this was a weather-related emergency in Nashville and everybody did an excellent job. Thank you.

Breakfast need to better cuz some people don’t like something like add onions or parsley or etc on scramble eggs , just plain most better way or with cheese optional . Also your pool is not best place by parking lots nit good ideas for environment way bad place !

Our refrigerator beeped constantly and I couldn’t sleep. Front desk staff said all the the refrigerators either beeped or buzzed so moving rooms wouldn’t help.

We loved everything about our stay except not having hot-- or even warm -- water for our showers. That is unacceptable!

Check in staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable with the exception of the pillows which weren't much different than any other hotel. Sorry. The parking lot was small and if coming in late from a function you had to park a good ways from the front door. Of course, if some of the other guest's had parked properly and not over the line and took 2 spaces it would have been much better. Overall, though, it was a good stay and if ever in the area again would consider stating there again.

The breakfast was better than expected I really enjoyed the homemade biscuits. The staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Karen was full of energy and recommendations. The staff constantly cleaned the property during our entire stay and were accommodating. The a/c worked the entire stay and didn’t auto adjust during the early hours of the morning like most hotels do. The pool was clean and well maintained.

Our room was dirty and gross. We saw good reviews which is why we picked this hotel. The room was musty. There was two dirty towels with curly black hair on them. Stains on the carpet and sheets. The bathroom was gross and had mold and dirt all over the shower and tub.

Booked this hotel for two main reasons good breakfast and outdoor pool to lay out and get some sun. Breakfast was ok and pool was green and closed and we booked for two nights because we were so excited to see Nashville. Super bummed. Room was clean bed and pillows not as comfortable as I’m used to with holiday inn but I learned Express is different then Express and suites.

We stayed for a night because we were in town for an event. The property was easily accessible from the interstate and there was a convenience store right next door. The staff was very friendly upon check in and the breakfast was amazing!

The hotel is a little older ( ie cracks in the wall) but our room was clean. The bed was a little hard and both my pillows were flat as a pancake. The 7-11 in the next parking lot was super convenient and there was a Walgreens and CVS on the corner. Multiple dining options were easy to walk to our a very short drive away

Bailey at the front desk was extremely helpful! Our room was a bit noisy. The air conditioner made a high-pitched noise, and the bathroom fan was extremely loud. If you turned on the light, the fan came on with it. Also, the ice machine on our floor was broken.

I am very much impressed with this hotel. To start off, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful (I wanted extra cream for my coffee in the room and they happily provided it. The room was clean and the bed was wonderful. They should think about selling those sheets as they were soft and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the showerhead was fabulous. The breakfast offerings in the morning were more than I have ever seen. Great selection and great hotel.

The water barely reached lukewarm in the shower, the fan in the bathroom was so loud it could have woken up people in the deepest sleep in the next room when i went pee in the night, and after check out i was charged ten dollars on my credit card without any explanation, email, or receipt.

My room was very quiet and clean! The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing! Water temp didn’t get as hot as I would’ve liked but it was still a great shower. I will be back! Great place for a quick over night stay.

Very nice stay. Breakfast was good too. Conveniently located. The only complaint I have are the dollies to bring luggage up and down. The wheels are not movable makes them very difficult and with the shape of them as they’re easy to tip over.

Overall, terrible. We felt unsafe and the hotel was dirty. After having checked in…we immediately informed the front desk that we were leaving and asked to cancel our reservation.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean and well appointed, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the free breakfast was superior. The dining area was very good as well. Two complaints: The cleaning staff started very early and they talked among themselves very loudly. Also, there seemed to be no easily accesible guide to the TV.

Check in was easy and quick . I was here to get a few hours of much needed sleep after being at a nearby hospital all day for my brothers surgery. The room was quiet , the bed was firm but comfortable enough . Everything was very clean and worked . Breakfast was typical but fine . Everyone was courteous. I would definitely stay again

Sometimes the maids forgot to do something to the room- like leave washcloths, towels or restock coffee pods but when asked for items they were given without a problem. The pool was clean and refreshing as well. Hotel met our needs for the 5 days we stayed.

Hot!!!!!! Turn on the dang a/c!!!! The lobby was stifling hot for breakfast and our room was 76 degrees! We turned on the ac and sweated for awhile and it got cooler but then we left for dinner thinking it would be nice and cool by the time we got back and it’s like the thermostat reset itself back to 76 degrees!
