    The breakfast was great. For lunch and supper there is a mexican and an pizza/pasta restaurant right there with the property so we didn't have to drive anywhere if you chose not to

    This place was excellent! From the staff to the the room and the services! It was an amazing spot for a very accessible price. It is very close to both the city Downtown and the Airport! That is a huge advantage! The area the hotel is located is a small reunion spot for homeless people and it could get a little crowded by them as the night arrives. HOWEVER, the hotel is VERY SAFE and we did not have any issues with them once we got to the premises. I wouldn’t discourage anybody from staying here based on this situation, given that we have observed it is, sadly, a general problem in most areas of the city

    They offer a fee free cancel option but only if the hotel deems it worthy. My trip got cancelled but they would not cancel the hotel room. So I had to make the 10 hour car ride to check into a hotel I did not need to stay in. All because if I didnt show up then the fee was the total cost I paid for the room. I pre paid for the room so its not like they were going to lose out on the money I spent. I was not asking for a refund. So that was rather annoying to deal with.

    The Staff was friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had no issues accessing anything in the hotel during our stay. The hall ways were dirty and had trash on the floor from other residents. The pool wasn't very clean and the fitness area didn't have operational equipment. Also would have liked to know the quality of the neighborhood prior to booking.

    We booked it on the Expedia app and it was not as the pictures showed. Didn’t check in but looked at the room. It wasn’t what we wanted plus several homeless people were badgering my son in the parking lot while he waited with the truck.The lady at the front desk stated she couldn’t refund the money because it had to come back from Expedia. Rebooked another room a few miles away. Tried calling Expedia and cannot get a return call or a real person on the phone. Called hotel again the next morning with same response that we had to go through Expedia they didn’t have our money. After many attempts to get Expedia to help we had to file with our credit card company. A month later and Capital One is saying they cannot get Expedia to return their emails or calls. Watch what you book because Expedia will not give you any support

    The bed was really soft, and we liked the soap, lotion and the shampoo and conditioner, which were lemon scented. The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean. The curtains had a disgusting stain on them that was quite large. We had trouble checking in because the hotel had lost power. We had to change our dinner plans because of this, and that was disappointing. Overall this is a decent hotel for a reasonable price. No frills, we didn't see vending machines, and the rooms didn't have phones so we had a hard time contacting the front desk for a late checkout.

    It was somewhat updated and reasonably clean however quite a few things need updating. No ice available even though they told us at the front desk there was some on the floor machines. There was a leek in the bathroom under the tiles in room 219. That was also reported and nobody didn’t even care to come up and investigate. We don’t want to be treated like we don’t matter and hope nobody else has to go through this as well . Please Get It Right! Thank you just the same for the things you did respond to and address.

    My main concern was cleanliness; I didn't see any bugs, the bathroom & floor were nice & clean. Check in & check out were a breeze. There was no coffee in the dispenser in the lobby; my partner tried to get an Americano from it & it only gave him cream and hot water. The bed was a bit more firm than we prefer, and the pillows were very thin. We both have back issues, so we had a hard time sleeping because of the firmness.

    My problem was with the front desk -- LAZY!!! Our toilet was plugged and I called for assistance. The dude told me to come get a plunger - that he didn't know what we may have " dropped into it." I asked him to come, and he said he couldn't; instead, I asked one of the maids. The "plumber's friend" she used was old and too worn to work properly. I went to the front desk (guy's watching Indian movies on his phone) and told him my toilet was still plugged and that we had 4 people needing to use the toilet. He shrugged and said the maintenance man would have to come and unplug it. My family had to use the bathrooms at the entrance...waiting on others who were using it, too. I know things happen, but the duty manager's dismissive attitude and ZERO sense of any urgency or concern was aggravating to say the least!

    The best room we could find within our budget for a Friday night out on Broadway. Was around half the cost of anything nearer to Broadway, and only $9 in an uber, so perfect location No negatives for the stay, everything was as or exceeded expectations

I am pregnant and the older woman yelled at my friend when she was helping me bring my bags in because I couldnt lift them due to being too heavy and actually tried to kick us off the property because my friend wasnt actually a guest at the hotel. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had and to be honest ive been told by many others that they have experienced the same type of behavior and we are working on a lawsuit against them.

    This stay was awful. When I checked into the hotel everything was fine. I went down to broadway for a couple hours and when I got back the elevator was not working so I took 4 flights of stairs to my room. Once in my room the a/c was not working and the smoke detector kept beeping. The phone didn’t work to call the desk about the smoke alarm. I heard someone in the hallway, which was one of the employees and I got him to come in and look the smoke detector. He couldn’t get it to stop beeping so he literally ripped it off the. The next morning still no A/C, the waffle makers weren’t working then I lost complete power in my room. I told the employee at the desk I was goingto check out and get a different hotel. He had to write it on paper because their computers weren’t working. Then I had to lug all my luggage down 4 flights of steps and no one offered to help me and I had no lights on the stairwell. I got no apology, nothing from management, the worst customer service ever. I understand things happen but at least update your customers, offer to help as much as possible.

    La experiencia muy mala porque hay coss básicas que no se pueden dejar pasar por alto como la limpieza, fatal, coste en unión de losas, todo sucio. En el baño las tasa tupida, el extractor no funcionaba, imagina que si tengo que hacer mis necesidades la peste a ese fecales todo trancado en tu habitación, la ropa de cama con olores a otras personas, la alfombra que no cabía un churre mas. La TV ni estaba de adorno, o sea llegabas y a dormir como en una cueva de cavernicolas. Se escuchaban unos golpes en las paredes desde otro lugar no tenemos idea. Pensábamos en retornar al otro dia por la tarde para recorrer la ciudad pero la familia tan disgustada que nos fuimos sin conocer la ciudad de Nashville, amaneciendo nos vestimos y nos fuimos para Louisville, ni pasamos a desayunar, no me quedo ahi en lo que me resta de vida y no se lo recomiendo a nadie, muy mal. Si se puede dar cero estrella la doy y encima me cobraron mas de 220 dolares, creo me deberían de retornar el dinero porque ademas en el sitio, la propaganda y la imagen mienten, nos sentimos engañados

    Some of the bath towels need to replace as one of mine had several holes. The tub did have several places of rust as well. The breakfast was good, although it was the same each day. One of the days I put the notice on my door to have it cleaned, and yet by the time I came back to my room over six hours later, it still had not been serviced.

    The room smelled musty, there was mold in the tub, and lights flickered in the hallway. Breakfast was made of the least cost team’s that could still be called “food” and the staff did the best they could with what they had available. Given the low price, I’m writing this off as “get what you pay for” but I won’t be staying here again. It’s worth a little extra to stay a a better hotel.

    The hotel was without power and didn’t tell us. They refuse to refund us even though we were turned away. There wasn’t even a warm manger for us - we were treated worse than Mary and Joseph and had to stay in the car in below freezing temps. Also, Expedia hasn’t refunded us because the hotel is denying any wrong doing in this matter.

    The hotel was clean, the area is decent. Room was clean and nice with no issues other than a small hole above the shower from water damage (I did check the hole to make sure it wasn't anything suspicious). The side door we used felt like the handle was close to breaking, but it worked. Breakfast was simple but the food was good and the dining area was clean with plenty of utensils and food options.

    As an IT person, what really happened was they had a security feature on the TV's OS to block the network connection options so you couldn't connect it to anything or cast to. The A/C also seemed to shut off randomly, or rather not maintain the temperature it was set at, not sure what that was about. It was intermittent. Over-all pleasant stay though.

    When we came into the hotel to check in, instead of being greeted with a hello or anything like that, I was asked name, and I wasn't sure so I said what was that and she said your name. Now I must say, I worked in the hotel industry for several years, if I was to have ever been caught greeting one of our guests that way...well I'm sure you know. The bathroom lacked a lot ti be desired. There was mold and mildew around the tub in places. The shower head was nasty. The bathmat that was privided, had black stuff smeared all on it. In the room, the curtains had what looked like bb gun, bb holes in them.

    We had a great stay. We asked to check in 2 hrs early and only payed a small fee of $25. We went up to our room and the room was clean and tidy. We did not spend much time in our room, but had zero complaints. Breakfast was also very good and had a variety of hot and cold items to choose from. Very satisfied with our stay. Would recommend!

    There was mold growing in the bathroom and around the AC unit where it was leaking. Went down early to scope out breakfast but couldnt do it after seeing ROACHES. When i told the person working the front desk his response was, ok, ill go clean. Very dismissive.never saw him go clean!

    Room 404 had a large water spot in the middle of the room. Bed covers were dirty. Breakfast at 06:00 Eggs were cold. Potatoes did not cook all the way. Coffee machine was broke needed service. Roaches large and small present everywhere. Bathroom still had hair from previous guest on the floor and completely dusty. spiders and spider webs all around the air conditioner. Not happy at all and could not sleep. Hookers outside making advances and men trying to shake you down for cigarettes and money. Was a bad experience overall

    They have mold in the rooms and in ice machine.. room had that funky smell.. we didnt notice the mold right away or would have asked for a different room. Breakfast was good.. until my daughter seen a roach crawling up the wall.. the coffee machine in lobby was great, coffee was delicious. The pool area was clean, my son swam for awhile. We enjoyed the little area in by the pool & ate our dinner out there.. I hope they can clean up the area, lobby & gym and pool area nice.

    The young people working in this place clearly have no ability to problem solve, and customer service is not part of their vocabulary. If there were some major problem, like a fire, I highly doubt any of the employees would have a clue what to do. Awful.

    The moment you walked in smelly, musty, old. We got in late, my room was so bad however we had to stay the night as we were so tired we are seniors I have COPD so the mold smell and the musty smell was too much for me I went down to check out the next morning they said they would give me my money back it just charge me for the night you slept there hopefully that's true but I'm going to call everyone in anyone that I can so that they do not ruin Best Westerns shiny reputation

    The location is good, 10min from the downtown. The place is good enough for what you pay. But I have to say what I think it was ridiculous, they charged me 25$ extra because I checked out 40min after the time. They knocked at my door to say it was the time to check out. I answered that I was leaving in 30min and they still charged me. It is the first time that something like this happens and I travel a lot. Very Dissapointed

    Pool closes to early. Roach traps behind the dressers. Only 1 person at the desk and I had to wait at least 15 minutes for attendant to check 1 person onto their room. They had a landline phone in the room, but it wasn't hooked up and there was no jack anywhere in the room. Plus side of this hotel is they did have breakfast hot and cold but some of the fruit was going bad. Check out at 11am was the best part.

    2. When they do clean, they do not do a good job cleaning the rooms. Desk was not wiped down, tub wasn't cleaned out, 3. Elevator floor was dirty for the 3 days I was there. No one mopped it. Sticky residue on the floor. 4. The staff ate breakfast before the guest. They were in line before the guest can get in line. 5. Location where the hotel is located is poor and dirty looking 6.     I had a very concerning experience during my stay at this hotel. The room and hallways smelled strongly of mold and mildew, making the environment unpleasant and unhealthy. Even worse, I witnessed a man repeatedly walking up and down the halls with a gun exposed in his pocket, which made me feel extremely unsafe. This was a very unsettling and unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The front desk staff were super friendly. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast in the morning was decent with hot food. The only thing that sketched us out is that several cars were broken into on the first night of our stay. We almost did not return the second night due to this. The staff reassured us this is not a normal occurrence. Lots of riff raff and homeless hanging around the area. Be cautious!

    Some issues with the room: a mildewy smell, probably from the air conditioner. The bathtub spout was broken so the only way to fill a bath was to run the shower for 20 minutes. Also feeling a bit grouchy after my stay because an alarm evacuated the entire building because a vaping teen set off the smoke alarms. Nothing the hotel can do to stop people from doing dumb things, but I wonder if the alarms are too sensitive or not localized enough and if this happens often.

    Terrible! Not a safe place, mold and mildew everywhere! You walk in and can smell it. Half the stuff in lobby doesn’t work and beeps constantly. We did not stay and were there less than five minutes. My friend almost had an asthma attack. They would not give us a refund. Bad customer service. False advertising as well.

    Good but small breakfast options. Staff was good helped us get into our room early. The whole time we were there the pool was not open due to it being “rainy season”. There were a couple days where it was beautiful out and the pool would’ve been nice to use. The window in our room was leaking when it was raining. 10 minute drive from downtown. Overall it was okay and suited as a good place to sleep as we were mostly out exploring.

    Lots of bedbugs and you could also see their little eggs n the crevices of the bed headboard. The desk clerk did switch us out to another room but, you know its a hassle bc you gotta pack up, now all your clothes are suspect for bugs and you have to shower again. Luckily we didn't sleep in the bed but we did lay on it before we spotted the critters. Would have included pics but they are on my phone and I'm filling this out on my laptop. New room was fine but we decided not to stay there another night and went somewhere else. Some if the bugs were decent size and the precense of eggs on the headboard signaled it wasn't cleaned good for awhile.

    When we arrived at check-in at 3:30 (check-in starts at 3pm), we were told our room “wasn’t ready,” so we were given another room. This room looked nothing like the advertisement pictures. The second nightstand was missing. the lamp on the only nightstand sparked when turned on,the shade was broken, and one lightbulb was missing. The mini fridge smelled like spoiled food, and the bathroom smelled like someone had been in there before us. Additionally, the bathroom door was dirty. The bathroom towels were stained. The common areas look well kept, so the room was shocking. What a let down after seeing all of the good reviews.

    We went to Nashville for the first time this past weekend. Not knowingbwhere to stay I went by pictures alone and thought thisbwould be a great place to stay. The only good thing I can say regarding this hotel isbthat the breakfast was good thankfully. Our room smelled old and musty. The wall by the airconditioner was old and dilapidated and literally falling apart. The mini fridge was rusted and had this crust white stuff all over it. The bedding was clean but had holes in it and the carpet looked so dirty that we did not take off our shoes until time to lay down. This place definitely needs an over haul of work.

    Rooms were dirty and facility seemed unkept. Multiple lightbulbs in our families room required replacement. We did this ourselves as maintenance never showed. We had a room for 4 adults. Had only 2 wash clothes and two towels available in the room. When we asked for additional we were told there weren’t any clean. Umm hello?? I booked a room for 4.     The man at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. The room was clean and breakfast was nice. The hotel needs work. The carpet was ripped and stained. The very strong cleaning chemical gave me a severe headache. The lobby and breakfast area were clean but crowded. The hotel was full and everyone was friendly!
