Reviews
The hotel is praised for its convenient location, particularly for its proximity to downtown and the stadium, as well as its complimentary shuttle service. The breakfast provided is also a highlight for many guests. However, there are consistent complaints about the cleanliness of the hotel, particularly the pool area, and issues with hot water availability. Some guests also express dissatisfaction with the staff's attitude and the hidden parking fees.

Staff and parking great, swimming pool was a bit tired and could do with some tLC but clean and great to have. Lots of roadworks around due to the building at the stadium which made walking a little more difficult. Rooms were great, and recently updated. Breakfast ok too
- 5/5
Great stay. Very close to The Stadium and walking distance to Broadway.

Fantastic shower. Helpful staff. Good location. Unfortunately the pool was closed & had been for months apparently. Lots of building works in surrounding areas.

Amazing hotel .. great location super safe walking to downtown .. will be back

Close to the nissan stadium, but roach infested.
- 3/5
Proximity to Nissan stadium was great but also too close to freeway which was extremely noisy. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast choices and staff were great. No thermostat on fridge to control temperature so things would freeze.
- 4/5
Very clean room , Helpful staff ,great breakfast, free parking.
- 4/5
The guitar shaped pool was cool & unique! The staff was friendly & helpful! The room was clean and in fairly good condition. The complimentary breakfast was decent and there were many options to choose from. They did serve sausage patties 4 out of 5 days though.
- 4/5
This hotel was the perfect location for walking across the pedestrian bridge into downtown Nashville. We never had to drive during our visit. The pool was a pleasant temperature which can be rare to find. Breakfast had a good variety of options and was open from 7-10. One morning we went around 9:30 and supplies were low, but the workers restocked as quick as they could. They had good hot options like eggs, sausage/ham, seasoned potatoes, biscuits, gravy, and a waffle maker. They also offered cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit as well as coffee and juices. Our room was spacious and quiet. The hallways of the hotel could be a little confusing on the layout, but it was manageable. Overall, we had a great stay!

Employees are very friendly. Breakfast was fresh and good. Parking is secure. Location is very convenient, walking distance to Broadway street.
- 3/5
Was not very updated and a lot of homeless begging in the mornings. Did not feel very safe. Have stayed before and was never like this.

Close to stadium, friendly staff
- 4.5/5
Very close to what I came in for, the amenities that it had to offer, the continental breakfast and the ability to buy food for the late night snacking It did not have a safe in the room and the website said that it did
- 4/5
Elevator didn’t work when we were checking out. It was working when we checked in.
- 2/5
The guy at the front desk was rather a jerk.
- 3.5/5
The security. No control at the entrance anyone could just walk into the breakfast room from the street which happened on Sunday morning.

2. Set up of room is not accommodating due to the sink being outside of the shower area. If someone is still asleep in a double bed room then the noise of using the sink can be irritating to the guest who is still sleeping. 3. It looks like the hotel rooms were remodeled but some rooms still need work as wires were hanging under the desk below the TV and my shower door would not stay closed. 4. The desk clerk did accommodate me and placed me in another room.

Older hotel but staff was good and room was clean. Construction going on made for a cramped parking lot.
- 4/5
Great location for the stadium access, and pretty good for Broadway (15 minute walk). No restaurants in close proximity. Could use some upgrades, but all in all was well worth the $$$.
- 4/5
Overall the stay was good. I was a little concerned as there was clearly water damage near the window and air conditioner unit (we were on the very bottom floor). The shower was great but the sink and faucet did leak a bit. Relatively quite during the night but the construction across the street got pretty loud early in the morning. Bed was fantastic and the breakfast was pretty good. Very convenient distance to downtown and parking areas. I'd recommend asking for a room on the top floor away from the front facing side of the hotel if given a choice.

Always nice to have a hotel with breakfast, parking, and a pool included!

The lobby checkin area needs AC also breakfast area. Room was nice at least the AC worked. It was raining when we arrived and on the 3rd floor they had a leak in the middle of the hallway coming from the roof they put a tote catching the water which blocked most of the hallway we had to move it to get our luggage cart past it. Tip find your room location and use outside doors with room key and move vechile close to that entrance and unload. Do not do the cart high recommendation the tires also not aired up. Staff is friendly but they are having to burn up in the lobby area very uncomfortable to check everyone in. Great location next to the new stadium that's under construction and great location to the old stadium and 15 minute walk if you like to walk to Broadway. Breakfast was good if they had AC kind of hard to enjoy it when you're uncomfortably hot. They have a brand new stadium being built directly across the street the owners need to drop some dollars on this location to get ready for the business they could do if they fix the AC and leak problems they have. Great location for concerts and events. Rooms are ok

Close enough to walk Everything was fine

The shower leaked all over the floor and it was so hot we couldn’t sleep we left early. The staff was the only thing good

They had a good breakfast. There was a lot of construction on the new stadium.

The location The rudeness of the lady behind the desk, the shower door not closing properly ( had to hold the door closed with a wash cloth). The wall paper was peeling, there was a leak in the ceiling causing a puddle in the floor we had to move rooms at 9pm at night and that was inconvenient. The PRICE!!! Was down right ridiculous. It Was a 5 star price for a 1 star place.

The entire place feels outdated and poorly maintained. There was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and upkeep. Parking is a constant headache. The hotel rents out its own parking spaces for special events, leaving paying guests with nowhere to park. That alone made the stay unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. The lack of air conditioning in the walkways and lobby makes the common areas uncomfortable, and the situation doesn’t improve in the rooms. The AC unit was loud, inefficient, and struggled to cool the room properly, making it difficult to get comfortable. To make matters worse, any view this property may have once had is now gone due to a new stadium being built right next door. Between the construction and the outdated condition of the hotel, the overall experience is far from enjoyable. Overall, this stay fell well below expectations in every way. With newer, better-maintained options nearby, there’s no reason to choose this property. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Breakfast was okay. The lobby and hallways were hot like a Sauna and smelled like mildew and mold. We got in bed after a concert at 12am and housekeeping woke us up at 6:20.

How close it was to the event. In the bathroom the toilet paper holder was out of arms length had to get up to grab it to use it.

The best thing was that it's within walking distance to the stadium other than that not that great. Staff was rude n short with you if you had a question, the hotel was very stuffy n muggy as if the a/c wasn't working, carpets throughout hallways was nasty, lots of missing flooring inside and out and still had someone else's hair in the shower so did not use

It was close to the venue and breakfast was good The front desk male employee was horrendous to deal with, he was completely unprofessional and rude and had to speak with manager who corrected the issue on the hotels part. In the elevator there was a large cockroach as well and missing pieces of flooring in the actual room.

Good, convenient hotel right near downtown Nashville. Rooms feel modern and clean and the breakfast was plentiful and of decent quality. For the price, it is definitely worth the stay.

All the Hotels and accommodations we have stayed in. This was the best bed of all the pillows were just the best so comfortable. Nice walk over the bridge into the centre. Great breakfast. Nothing could have been better. Loved it

Very friendly staff. Close to downtown Nashville. Clean rooms. Spacious lobby and pool area. I had an item come up missing from my bathroom. It was silly, because it was just a trial size bottle of conditioner, but it was brand new when I purchased it to bring to the hotel, and it was taken from my shower caddy on day two of my trip. It couldn't have fallen, or it would have been on the shower floor, but nothing else seemed to be "taken."

The first room I was given, the air was out. The replacement room only had 5 TV stations.
- 4/5
The breakfast was good but when we were eating a massive cockroach crawled out from behind the booth. Ruined our appetite but before that the breakfast was fine. The pool also seemed like the filters may not be working. There was a lot of debris and dead bugs inside. The room was great quality and the staff was nice.
- 4/5
The property was clean and had free parking. Was within walking distance to Broadway. Breakfast was fine.
- 3/5
Pleasant
- 4/5
The employees were helpful and kind, and when I complained about parking one came out and helped me make a spot. It's not their job nor do they get paid enough to stand outside and monitor the parking lot, but the hotel should hire someone to do that. Other than that our stay was just fine.
- 3/5
Under construction and in a construction zone so we were put in a temporary room. No exercise room available and we just needed to move after a long drive. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
- 4/5
Otherwise it's good for the price range.

Disappointing
- 4/5
It was very close to everything within walking distance. Staff were very nice. Room was very spacious. The water pressure was terrible and no hot water, we figured maybe it’s because they’re building the new stadium right beside them.

The hotel itself was a 10/10! Clean, modern, and perfectly situated for exploring Nashville. The only minor 'issue' is the massive stadium construction project next door. It’s exciting to see the city growing, but be prepared for some early morning activity and nearby street closures. It didn't stop me from enjoying my stay, but it’s a good heads-up for future guests!
- 5/5
Was there for Bruno Mars concert. The hotel was a convenient 4 block walk to Nissan stadium. Had a great free buffet breakfast and the staff was very nice. Rooms were nice and clean and looks to have been updated. Very nice experience.
- 1/5
The room l was okay the view was terrible. The window was really short that you couldn’t see nothing outside the shower was a problem . The wait time to check-in took a long time. Breakfast was good had a lot of problems with coming in to the hotel road was always close
- 3/5
Close to stadium The staff made 30+ people wait in line until exactly 3 pm to start check-in process. And even then some rooms were not available. Responding “no check in until after 3pm”.

Great breakfast but the stadium is under construction so hard to get into and out of the hotel . It is a great location for seeing events and games at Nissan stadium!

Would stay again!
- 4/5
The room was very clean, beads were great and the bathroom was recently renovated. It is right and I mean right across the street from the new Stadium going in. Talk about a prime location! 3 minute drive to a parking garage on Broadway. The pool is in the shape of a guitar which is really cool but don’t think I’d want to get in it. Pretty outdated. In any case would definitely stay there again with no hesitation. Well priced with breakfast included.
- 5/5
Great breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Our room was a stadium view but there is no view of the stadium. They are doing construction next door to the hotel and you can see nothing but the new building that's going up. The noise and construction begins at 7:00 a.m. so if you're a light sleeper... Beware.. but the hotel itself was satisfying and I would stay there again. The room smelled clean and there was no musty smell. It was easy getting an Uber ride there. My adult son said that the guitar-shaped swimming pool was very cool.
- 3/5
If you are wanting walking distance to bars this is not the place you want they tell you 15 mins but its way more than that. Its clean but loud due to the construction that is right by the hotel. The coffee is horrible and the breakfast is ok nothing fancy.

I did not! It was not noted that there was going to be construction, and the SO CALLED STADIUM view WAS not there anymore the whole stadium was BEING REDONE!! The price The room had the smallest window ever that you could not see out of without a ladder, there were 2 spiders in the bathroom and the room was musty. None of the staff (3 total) smiled or even looked at us when we were next to them. Maintenance worker getting off of elevator did not even acknowledge us. 1 elevator and we had a very long walk to our room. There was construction but the workers were friendly to let us through promptly.
- 1/5
Worst part was staff though… Told the front desk clerk and she didn’t care. She said “it feels like cool air coming out to me” after admitting the room was hot. Left it on 60 for hours and temp was pushing 80 and so humid too probably due to the pool-view window. She acted like she don’t believe us that it had been set to 60 all day and said nothing she could do … no other room available and no one to fix it. Then said she would see if there was another room but never communicated again. It was clear she didn’t care.
- 3/5
It appears as if they are just waiting to tear down the building as soon as the stadium is completed. The building is old and lacking repair
- 4/5
Nice hotel. We were able to walk into downtown Nashville and visit the Country Music Hall of Fame. Broadway was also within walking distance. The only negative at the moment is they are building the new Titan’s stadium next door so it was a bit noisy even on the weekend.

Great location. Easy access to downtown area. The new stadium currently being constructed is right across the street causing a little inconvenience to enter and exit. The breakfast was average but beats going out to eat everyday. Pool was fun.
- 5/5
Very nice staff
- 3/5
The pool was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast was a normal free hotel breakfast.
- 4/5
The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. May have gotten 5 stars but through no fault of their own, we didn’t not realize the new Nissan stadium was being built directly across the street which made accessing the property a bit difficult by vehicle from time to time.
- 4/5
When we asked to check in early he acted like it was unheard of. Finally after over an hour we asked to see if any rooms were ready and he said he hadn’t checked. Once he checked he found rooms were available. Others had been waiting longer than us. Once in our room we were very happy with the location and amenities.
- 1/5
Dont suggest staying at the comfort inn by the stadium. We had multiple issues that were never resolved. The front desk staff didn't really care. Recommend staying at the La Quinta instead.

Breakfast was fantastic! The location is great and easy to get around to downtown.

Good rate, convenient access to downtown Nashville and stadium, but my hotel room had ants, the A/C didn't cool very well, and the bathroom sink was clogged.

The hotel was dated but clean and staff very friendly. You can walk to Broadway street if you take the walking bridge, but it was a bit of a joint. I suggest driving if you can’t walk for a couple of miles or have issues walking uphill.
- 3/5
Overall the hotel is just ok, not updated. The construction near the hotel made it very hard to get Ubers/lifts in the mornings and through out the day. It says walkable to downtown but that’s not realistic especially with the construction going on.

Did not charge for the parking.

Not even sure what I can say. But a big breakfast selection I’ve stayed here before that’s why I went back. Won’t go back here again. I wanted a view of the stadium, they are building a new one right in front of hotel, blocks the view of EVERYTHING!!! Construction!!!!! AND the women at the desk wouldn’t even start letting people in till exactly 4:00 !! But, amazingly shift change was then so the new worker had to check in a very large group of people waiting to get in While she left !! Also they had a shuttle but No MORE!!!!
- 2/5
Any staff we encountered were great! They were all friendly and accommodating. I felt like it was expensive for what it was. There was no gym and the pool was opened way too late when many rooms, including ours surround it. Nice effort with the recycling bins, unfortunately it appeared many people thought they were all for trash/garbage.

For the price, there are several other places to stay in the area that are more up to date and worth the $350 price for a Saturday night! The hotel in general needs upgraded & remodeled to reflect the nightly price. The pool needs a facelift. Room was standard but definitely showing wearing on paint and ceilings.

The employees were very nice. The breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. The stadium that’s being built created a bit of a problem getting in and out of the parking lot. But we managed. The location made it easy to get anywhere u wanted to I would go there again!

Worked out Perfectly
- 2/5
They advertised a fitness center and there was no fitness center. We also ran out of toilet paper.
- 2/5
Our room had ants and the wall usb didnt work. The pool is nice to look at but the surfaces are in rough shape and cut both my kids feet. Not to mention this is the only hotel ive ever stayed at that wouldnt let you check in 30 minutes early. Construction and traffic are terrible. Breakfast was the highlight.
- 3/5
Do not go early thinking you’re going to get an early check in. There isn’t such a thing. Yes, even 20 minutes early. LOL. Construction going on at new stadium across the parking lot. Lots going on. The noise didn’t affect us as we were on interstate side so only heard traffic. lol. 15 minute walk to Broadway. Yes, through the construction. Completion date next year. Just a FYI. Affordable during the week, weekends I wouldn’t pay that kind of money for that place. $200ish more per night for Friday, Saturday.
- 3/5
Hotel is in the midst of area construction for both the new stadium and underground pipe being laid so finding the entrance was a huge challenge. The check in guy was a little curt but eventually warmed to us. Rooms were very clean but phone and charging station did not work. Breakfast was good staff there was excellent. Pool was clean and parking a little tight with the construction but manageable. Overall a good stay.
- 2/5
It would have been nice if they told us the road was closed die to construction and that the people who worked there knew directions.
- 5/5
The hotel was spotless and the kids loved the pool. We didn’t realize they were building a new stadium across from the hotel, but we never heard the construction inside!
- 5/5
It was perfect
- 3/5
It was an average run of the mill property. Nothing much else to say
- 5/5
We had a great stay. Easy check-in, clean room and grounds, convenient location, and good selection for breakfast. The only gripe I have, and this is not a big deal, it will actually be a HUGE selling point once it’s finished, is the “stadium view”. No kidding, literally all we could see from our window is the side of the new Titans stadium!
- 3/5
The hotel was in a very good location. It was an easy walk to downtown where all bars, music and action was. The new football stadium is being built right next door, so it is currently a construction site. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was free for this hotel. The room was fine. The only complaints are that the air conditioning unit was noiser than average. The hotel is next to a busy street, so all the traffic driving by could be heard all night. The shower in our room was hotter than an average shower and we were unable to get it to a cooler setting, even when moving the lever to the cold setting.
- 5/5
Ok breakfast
- 3.5/5
It was very close to the bridge and a quick walk to Broadway, but the new stadium being built directly beside the hotel made it a little trickier to get in the parking lot and things like that but it was nice other than that
- 4/5
The shower doors slid on the tracks and wouldn’t stay closed, so water would get out. The sliding door to the bathroom was cut at an odd angle and wouldn’t allow the door to be closed. It would leave about 2” gap or so.
- 5/5
After they rectified a small misunderstanding it was a great stay.
- 3/5
With the new Titans stadium being built across the street, it would seem this hotel is likely being allowed to become run-down because soon it will be torn down. Also the construction starting at 7:30AM means you won't be able to sleep in.
- 3/5
Room was fine, location was close to downtown but very rough with the stadium construction. You get what you pay for. Nothing special, but a place to sleep.
- 3.5/5
Walking distance to downtown A room that would have a window you could use if you needed to get out not 15 by 30 and couldn't even see out safty
- 5/5
Great overall value and close to everything
- 1/5
This was a horrible experience, i usually love staying at this hotel Chain. First off the whole place was under construction which limited my movement with the car, a lot of dust and also noise making it difficult to sleep
- 4/5
The breakfast was just ok. Half of my party didnt get done til 9(breakfast ends at 10) and there was nothing left but cereal and waffles. The hotel is right beside the new Nissan Stadium construction site. We had to be let in and out by a construction worker everytime we went somewhere. Overall it is a nice place to stay. Very clean. Helpful and courteous staff.Im sure it will be prime when the new stadium opens.
- 4/5
Breakfast was okay, clean room, excellent and friendly staff. Wasn't aware before hand though that construction of a new stadium next door was going on. Noisy at times and a lot of dust.
- 3/5
Outlets in room some didn't work. TV was not good on some stations. Breakfast staff was not friendly, Ran out of breakfast items and always had to ask to replace. Parking was ok.
- 1/5
Breakfast was ok, nothing to complain about for this class of the hotel. Parking was a disaster due to the construction in the area.
- 4/5
Clean and secure. friendly staff. Breakfast was really great. Location is close to downtown. The pool was warm. Everything is clean and functional but not top in notch condition. It’s a dated building but the stay is very solid for the price.
- 3/5
Breakfast was fresh
- 3/5
The room was extremely clean but very humid and almost made everything damp. The breakfast was okay, but they did not have milk the one morning because 'the truck never delivered'. I feel like a run to buy some for the morning would have been an easy fix. Also, maybe don't put the cereal out if there was no milk for it. Getting in and out of the hotel was terrible given the current construction. The pool area needs a lot of TLC. We attempted to print something while there and when we asking for paper for the printer the staff wouldn't give it to us and instead attempted to print it for us, but didn't know what they were doing.
- 3/5
The only thing nice about this hotel was the pool and the friendly staff. Nothing else was very enjoyable. There was construction going on the whole time we were there, which made parking a nightmare. Getting in and out of the hotel was horrible too, as there was only 1 way into 2 hotels. We will not stay here again, even though it's only a short walk from Broadway, it doesn't make up for the crappy construction that you have to deal with. No thank you.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 4/5
Major construction due to stadium building. We were told the shuttle was no longer available. We have used it several times in the past from this hotel and it was very convenient to go downtown. I wish that would’ve been mentioned on the site when we booked.
- 1/5
I also paid extra for a room with a view of the Stadium. There is no view of the Stadium bcuz they are building a new one, the constuction was directly right in front of our window. That choice shouldn't be on their website its false advertising. The pool was so nasty and dirty all the way around. We absolutely weren't touching any of it, yet another reason we wanted to stay there because it's shaped like a guitar. Nope it was just the worst. Also the bathroom shower had 2 two glass shower doors and wouldn't close to shower so when in the shower so we had to hold the door closed with foot and use one hand to wash yourself. Homeless people everywhere, don't go outside alone at night either. The ants all over the bathroom floor and the nats flying all over was disgusting. Stay away, I cannot stress it ENOUGH! My new phone didn't transfer all my photos over that's upsetting because a picture says it all.
- 3.5/5
One of the staff messed up reservation. Had to get up at midnight when my daughter arrived to straighten it out. Our refrigerator didn’t stay cold. We did not get rooms near each other or adjoining as requested.
- 5/5
one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. The staff was great, the place was clean, Had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
It seemed like the pool had too much cleaner because the water did not look clear and it hurt my eyes just walking into the pool area
- 3/5
The room was clean and seemed recently remodeled. I had a king/king room. It was spacious. There is construction going on about 300-500 feet from the front door- building the new Titans stadium. It will be a great spot when the stadium is finished! There was strong odor of marijuana on every floor, and in common areas. The breakfast was overall not good, although there was a male employee that kept the warm things stocked at all times. He was awesome. There was a female, heavier set employee that could not be bothered to stock cold items or help customers when they would ask for more cold items- such as more yogurts to be brought out at 8:30am, when the cooler emptied- she denied a man milk for his bowl of cereal at 9:50am. Which is ludicrous. She was rude and lazy. There were approximately 4 employees standing on the front door ramp Saturday morning, smoking cigarettes and blocking the entrance. I have asthma and it was extremely uncomfortable to walk through. The construction is a nightmare, not the fault of the hotel, but customers should be notified about the extremely close proximity of the construction to the hotel- especially considering it is not a cheap rate per night. If I were a lighter sleeper, i wouldn’t have been able to sleep. I paid $656.00 to stay Friday night and Saturday night. Over all, it was horrible and dirty- I expected a little more for the price point.
- 2/5
Creepy pool area
- 2/5
Sadly, the construction just made the stay worse. The room is in poor condition. The staff at the front desk were more worried about their phones than being helpful. I will not be back and do not recommend.
- 4/5
It was really nice and we loved the pool, it was super convenient for everything. Downtown Nashville is close by and not far from the airport super convenient. Not really the hotel’s fault but the construction for the stadiums were hard especially when driving.
- 2/5
Bathroom was covered in hair
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Could of been colder
- 3/5
Front desk staff not great with greetings or questions
- 4/5
The construction on the new stadium created different traffic patterns each day i was there. Otherwise, everything was decent.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 2/5
Biggest complaint is that people stated partying under a gazebo right by my room on Saturday night at 10:15 pm and didn't stop until after midnight. Surely this place has security that should be aware of these things. I just put the room's split system in constant fan to try and drown out the noise. Management and Comfort Inn needs to get it together at this location. With the new Tennessee Titans stadium literally across the street, they could be a decent stay for fans.
- 1/5
Go to the La Quinta next door if you want this locarion. Its a resort compared to this place.
- 5/5
Big comfy bed. Nice amenities, soft towels.
- 3/5
New stadium is being built in front of the hotel so it looks like a construction zone. Beds are hard as a rock. Multiple customers were upset when I arrived for check in and some of their equipment wasn't working properly.
- 1/5
the room was so small, we could hardly bring our luggage into the room. The room was 95* when we got there and the air barely cooled it off. NOW for the kicker. the room was up against the Freeway. The noise from the trucks, cars, bickers and sirens kept us up all night. I thought for $190 we were getting a better room than that hole in the wall. BAD choice on our part. NEVER again.
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay here. Great proximity to downtown.
- 4/5
This isn't the first time we have stayed here. Staff is always amazing. Things were a little ruff and loud this time not sure if it was because the day or what but it wouldn't deter us from staying there again.
- 3/5
Very clean updated rooms/bathrooms! The staff was very friendly! My couple complaints about this property is that since it's right next to a highway it was really loud plus on top of that we seemed to gotten the short straw that night and was surrounded by people that were very loud throughout the whole night. Thank God this was just a passing through one night stop. We were exhausted unfortunately, however that's not the hotels fault.
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. Upgraded our stay. Good breakfast.
- 1/5
Booked and got confirmation on Expedia then showed up an hour after booking and they overbooked the room and basically said too bad we have no room for you.
- 5/5
Pool was cpean and perfect for swimming
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Room was clean.
- 2/5
Customer service was terrible. Staff had nasty attitudes. Requested housekeeping 4x and took 8hrs to come !
- 4/5
Exactly what I was looking for. The construction around hotel made getting to and from a little difficult.
- 5/5
Courteous staff, clean room, great breakfast
- 4/5
Location was good despite the construction going on with the new stadium.
- 5/5
The room was very clean, the only problem that I seen wrong with it was the bathroom toilet needed to be cleaned other than that very nice and I would stay there again. The staff is very professional about their job and very respectful as well. Good job on a job well done. 😁
- 4/5
Yes, yes
- 4/5
Staff was very pleasant.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, great convenience to Bridgestone and the interstate
- 5/5
Room clean breakfast was decent
- 4/5
Ok
- 4/5
Stayed 4 nights. Very close to Broadway but not walking distance due to bridge but had a nice stay. The coffee was DELICIOUS and the breakfast was great. I was sold with the waffle machine. Next door to Stadium and it is under construction but doesn't interfere with the roads
- 2/5
Road construction made access a challenge. Lobby and hallways much in need of updates. The room itself, however, was just fine. And quiet. Nice bed, everything we needed.
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean. easy to get to the location. Far enough away from super busy main streets, but fast and easy to get to main attractions.
- 4/5
The room was very clean. The staff was very nice.
- 5/5
They made me feel comfortable and everybody is nice .the room was clean
- 3/5
Staff was helpful. Room was clean. Hotwater was minimal at best made for cold shower. And difficult parking.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 2/5
I would normally say this is a good place, however time not so much. They are building a new Titan football stadium and the construction work left our car and all the cars in the parking lot full of some type of oil residues on our vechiles. The General manager said it was not their problem.
- 1/5
Staff was not friendly, did not appear to be as pictured, did not love the location, only stayed 1 night out of 3 due to testing positive for Covid, asked them what my options were for refund all the staff said was sorry can’t help you
- 5/5
Room was great. Staff was friendly. Location was perfect. Breakfast was great. Pool was very cold. Was a great experience. I only wish the pool was heated.
- 1/5
it smelled no one helped us with luggage … don’t stay here
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Everything possible
- 2/5
We were not told that they have construction going on next door at the Nissan
- 3/5
We had to move rooms due to a non-working refrigerator then and they were very accommodating. The one reason we picked this hotel was the indoor guitar shaped swimming pool. It was beyond freezing and my daughters were not able to swim. It was very disappointing.
- 2/5
There was dried blood stains on the floor of our room so immediately that made us feel uncomfortable. the bathroom and beds appeared clean but after seeing such an obvious neglect im not sure anything was actually clean. the water in the sink was murky and there was no place to get drinking water.
- 4/5
Updates are beautiful.. Staff were wonderful. Location was spot on.
- 3/5
The motel if fine. The location next to the freeway is VERYA.noisy.The walk to broadway is farther than expected.A shuttle would be nice.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, and the front desk the lady I can’t remember her name but she was so sweet!!! I talked to her every night when I got off.
- 2/5
My room did not have heat for 2 days even though it was 10 degrees outside. I asked 6 times over 2 days and finally had to find the maintenance worker and then chase him down to finally get it booked. Then due to
- 4/5
Overall our stay was good. For the price and location to attractions in Nashville, it was great. A few items were lose in the bathroom and the shower door did not want to stay closed.
- 5/5
Muy buena atencion y climatizacion el desayuno bien rico todo limpio y el personal exelente solo quisiera que la calefaccion de la piscina funcionara .
- 5/5
The staff was so kind and supportive during our stay while the power was out in our home for six days they worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable . I appreciate them so much. From the front desk workers to the kitchen they were excellent. I can’t say enough about their hard-working dedication.
- 5/5
The front desk lady has been awesome friendly and professional… The staff in the kitchen has been awesome friendly and caring… Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to the community living here as we wait for our power to be fixed
- 3/5
Staff was good and room was ok. My only complaint is i could hear every truck that went pass the room. Noise from interstate was very very interrupting trying to sleep. Will not return here for that reason.
- 5/5
Room was great and spacious there was some trash behind the bed but the staff Falisha at the front desk was amazing!!!
- 3/5
Customer service wZ awful.
- 4/5
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for stars for 2 reasons. With the storm and people having no power, this is obviously the reason so many people like myself needed a room. I asked for a later check out because I was trying to bathe and make sure my 11 year old bathed as well. All I asked was for an extra 30 min extra from 11am checkout, most places will allow you till 12 noon, but the manager told us no, 11am. We are in a state of emergency! Then came knocking at 10:50am! I’m trying to get ready and pack! Find out if I even need an extra night or 2! Just rude. Only him, everyone else were nice and UNDERSTANDING of EVERYONE’S situation! Also the free breakfast was cold and horrible. Waffle mix machine was broken, again someone helped us. Coffee was horrible too. But overall everyone but the manager were really nice and helpful during this time of emergency and need.
- 5/5
Everything is great here. This is our second time staying here and the ladies that work here are amazing. Will definitely be booking our trips here
- 5/5
Clean, spacious room and great shower.
- 5/5
Excelent everythinng.
- 4/5
Staff were wonderful
- 4/5
Nice place, construction on the stadium was a little annoying. That’s not the hotels fault.
- 5/5
Stayed here several times and look forward to making the trip again.
- 5/5
Everything.
- 4/5
Room was clean
- 5/5
Convenient place and easy access to Nashville surroundings. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Continental breakfast had a great variety. Staff was helpful. Only thing is room gets very warm with the heat on. Had to sleep with air on and it 25° outside. But definitely would recommend.
- 4/5
The staff was nice and friendly
- 3/5
roads closed construction
- 5/5
Clean room, staff
- 4/5
The hotel was nice. It was clean. The only thing was the food was cold at the breakfast bar, but that was it.
- 5/5
Staff was pleasant.
- 2/5
Booked Stadium view room. No Stadium view due to construction. Construction noise 24 hours a day, unable to sleep. The construction equipmet was literally 30 feet from window. Had a 3 day stay booked, checked out on day 2 due to noise.
- 5/5
Amazingly convenient location for our group!
- 5/5
The staff here is EXCELLENT! They go above and beyond to ensure that their guests are well taken care of. The property is super cute and very clean. The rooms are incredibly spacious and have all the amenities like: coffee maker, fridge, microwave, TV, desk, and a cute shoe/coat/luggage rack/seat. The breakfast hours RULE! I hate when breakfast is only available until 9am..this one is open until 10am and has a wide variety of food and beverages. I can't say enough good things about this property and staff! And soon it will be LITERALLY right across the street from the new football stadium.
- 1/5
Negative: The room floors, walls, light switches, countertops were dirty. Warning the shower stall is on the narrower side. Be prepared to find trash on the floor after trash bags have been changed in the room. Found rat/mice turds on all countertops surfaces on my second day.
- 5/5
Smooth check-in
- 5/5
everything was great!
- 2/5
I didn’t get a wink of sleep. I noticed the construction outside but assumed it would stop overnight—unfortunately, it didn’t. Several other guests were also complaining at breakfast about the noise. While the hotel looks new and the breakfast had a good variety, the constant construction made the stay unbearable. I might as well have slept on the sidewalk at the site across the street. Front desk attendants (both females) were not too welcoming either - short responses & sounded irritated to be at work.
- 4/5
The staff was exceptional.
- 5/5
Easy check-in, courteous staff, clean room
- 5/5
Room was extremely clean and the lady that checked us in was so nice! Will be back
- 5/5
Room was clean, had a very courteous staff, great breakfast. Would highly recommend.
- 5/5
Clean room and great location!
- 5/5
Staff was courteous and rooms were very clean and spacious
- 5/5
Everything was great! Comfy bed, excellent lighting, end friendly staff!
- 2/5
Rodent in room.
- 3/5
Check-in was smooth and easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, breakfast was a major disappointment. Breakfast hours were listed as 7–10 AM, but when I arrived at 9 AM, the main items (scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy) were already gone. There were three employees in the breakfast area, but only one was helpful. Overall, the staff did not seem prepared or attentive to keeping the breakfast stocked. I specifically chose this hotel for the breakfast, and only one of two guests in my party was able to eat.
- 4/5
Great location to downtown and the stadium
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Clean rooms, clean facilities, great location for proximity to Nissan Stadium.
- 5/5
Room very clean, amazing shower water pressure & the free breakfast was delicious! Arrived early & asked if I could get my room early, they accommodated me but had to pay $60 more in cash.
- 1/5
Not Sleep due to cough for that smell.
- 4/5
It was a nice place to stay
- 4/5
Clean room, courteous staff
- 3/5
The front desk staff were great and able to help with non working clothes dryer. However, the staff during breakfast was very rude when asked about where to discard a half full milk carton.
- 5/5
The location, the newly renovated room, the indoor pool and free breakfast and the free parking.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable room.
- 5/5
Everything was really good
- 3/5
To eat any eggs for breakfast, she said it will be a few min, Waited 20 Min and no eggs ever came out!!
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Front desk staff was excellent. Room was clean.

- 5/5
We stayed one night, the room was really comfortable and clean. We recommend it. The breakfast was also full and the service was good. We would definitely come back.
- 5/5
The staff kept refilling the breakfast and they had security at night
- 2/5
The room was old and the noise of the heater was way too much. The pillows in the room were not standard size and it was a really bad experience
- 4/5
Despite the fact I drove 5hrs not realizing I left my ID at home, the front desk clerk was helpful and patient as I was able to use my passport to check in. Thankfully, it went smooth. The room was spacious, fairly clean, bathroom could have been cleaned better but was stocked and when items were needed we were given extra. Now lets talk about the breakfast, chefs kiss. The older African American lady and younger Hispanic lady who worked this weekend and prepared the breakfasts need a raise! The food was seasoned, delicious, they were friendly and kept the place immaculate. The location was great for downtown activities. The guitar pool although unique needs an update and definitely not my cup of tea. Great place for the price.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay.
- 5/5
Lowest prices you’ll find for a close and affordable hotel
- 4/5
Nice place. Convenient parking. Room was clean.
- 2/5
Room was next to interstate and the traffic was so loud while sleeping and I found 2 roaches in the room at different times.
- 5/5
The staff was polite
- 5/5
Boxer shorts left on the floor near window from previous guest. Other than that, everything else was clean.
- 5/5
Room was clean and checked on a daily basis
- 3/5
Found out why the place was $50 cheaper than the rest of the hotels, but if you’re there for a night and only in the room to sleep it’s kind of perfect. If you're planning on hanging out at the hotel spend the extra money on the La Quinta next door
- 4/5
Traffic noise
- 5/5
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location is a huge plus — the stadium is just around the corner, and downtown is very accessible: about a 25-minute walk or just a quick 5-minute Uber ride.
- 5/5
Comfy beds Spacious shower Great pressure Close walk to downtown strip or stadium for events!
- 4/5
The hotel itself is good with everything you need. It was clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was great. She had a wonderful sense of humour. Our room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. I’d stay here again as most of the negatives were beyond their control. The location is good to get downtown. It’s less than half hour away from broadway by foot which is super convenient. It’s reasonably priced and good value for dollar.
- 1/5
It was a dump
- 5/5
The stay was comfortable and nice. Hotel was quiet and clean. The layout is confusing but eventually we figured it out.
- 4/5
The room was very clean as well as the rest of the facility.
- 2/5
We saw bed bugs and roaches in the bathroom. We checked out immediately because of this.
- 5/5
Very friendly at the front desk. Breakfast was quite good. Scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly (every other hotel overcooks their eggs BIG TIME). I will stay here again.
- 5/5
Was good place to stay
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly
- 3/5
The room was fine, the TV selection was terrible (no ESPN, NFL Network or any decent channels) and the staff could have been more helpful.
- 5/5
I thought this hotel was great for the value! Super clean and quiet. Great breakfast for a hotel.
- 2/5
Staff was fine. No hot water in the shower for 20 minutes. Bathroom door too hard to open and close. TV selection terrible.
- 5/5
Bathroom sliding door very heavy hard to open from inside maybe a better handle
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Very clean hotel! Breakfast was decent needs bacon and a variety they made same foods everyday we were there. No bananas. Not enough gravy. Always ran out. Buiscuts are very good i will add. Room was clean bathroom clean. Just need to have a quiet zone from lobby to elevators! We were in room 220 and got no sleep because our room was right in front of elevator. People are vwry disrespectful at all ours of the night!
- 3/5
Room was fine. I think if you stay at the place overnight, parking should be included automatically for the game. Hence the reason most people search and find your hotel because its convenient to the stadium. A upcharge of parking is an outrage and rip off.
- 4/5
The 2 complaints of dirty and noisy have a lot to do with the construction of the new Pro Football stadium being built right across the 2 lane street that the hotel sits on. Once thats completed i would think the noise and dirt will be reduced. My bed was horribly uncomfortable but the 3 employees working the daily breakfast buffet were absolutely wonderful!! Very friendly, professional and always in a good mood for so early in the morning. Kudos to them.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Great place to stay if going to a game at Nissan stadium
- 5/5
Darsel was phenomenal. I enjoyed seeing her everyday. She was so friendly and gave good feedback on where to go and tips to avoid traffic. I definitely plan to com3 back especially to visit her.
- 3/5
The hotel has had some cosmetic updates, but needs many more. The staff, however, were helpful and friendly. The location is at the Tennessee Titans' stadium, but not really within walking distance of the Ryman Auditorium, so I had to utilize a ride share service.
- 5/5
The employees were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location is the most affordable location that's walkable to Broadway.
- 4/5
Super close to everything
- 5/5
Hotel was walking distance from the strip and staff was wonderful
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice. Short walk to Broadway
- 1/5
Bathroom door very hard to close & breakfast was terrible
- 5/5
The room was very spacious and well stocked, the staff were very nice and welcoming. Was a good distance from many places we visited. I would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Staff very courteous, breakfast was good and the room was really good. It is 5 minutes walking from Nissan Stadium.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Clean room and a very friendly staff. Nice complimentary breakfast!
- 3/5
Location was great. Bed comfortable. Breakfast not too good. Pool needs to be remodeled.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
The breakfast was nice and hot!
- 4/5
Clean room; great location to the field. My only complaint is that I had to pay $50 to leave my car in the parking lot for the game, when I stayed in that hotel overnight. The parking passes for the hotel were limited and could even be purchased by people who don't stay at the hotel. That's really not good practice.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Had to get moved out of first room as very musty. I think the floors in all rooms need to be better cleaned. Food was terrible
- 5/5
Convenient and clean and super comfortable bed!!!
- 3/5
La ducha no se mantenia en su base
- 4/5
Clean, good amenities, staff was great, breakfast was very good.
- 4/5
The convenience to things to do in the area.
- 1/5
The surprise $50 fee for parking should have been mentioned up front. When we booked the room it said parking was included.
- 5/5
The sweetest staff!!!!
- 4/5
Clean. Great showers. thought the construction of the new stadium would wake us up but got a rear room by the highway thats noisy all night. Go see the pool even if you dont use it.
- 1/5
Absolutely terrible front desk staff. Not only did she lie to me but when I tried to approach her with a request I was rudely cut short and treated like I was bothering her. She was more worried about being on her phone. It was a Thursday evening and the hotel was not booked full. I had requested two rooms next to each other. Then was told they would. Then when I reminded her at check in she dismissed me and told me they were a few doors from each other. They were not. They were 3 hallways 4 corners and no where near idea h other. My kids were pretty much st the other end of the hotel. When I told her my concern with the fact that they could disrupt others, because no kid should go unsupervised she dismissed me and raised her voice at me until I felt attacked. We will not be returning to a comfort inn if this is what they consider customer service.
- 4/5
Clean quiet room comfortable bed , front desk staff friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Security personnel in parking lot over night was an extra bonus as I was in town for a car show. So having someone watching over our show vehicles was assuring.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and felt safe staff was great. Room was very clean and the breakfast was very good.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly when checking in. There is a lot of construction on the stadium across the street & you are literally right next to the freeway entrance ramp so it is very loud, our room was right next to pool area which was also very loud.
- 4/5
Breakfast was god and the room was clean Staff was very nice and service minded Air conditioning was great Litt noisy pga new stadium was under construction but the work ended early evning so not much disturbing
- 5/5
Another great Comfort Inn Suites property. Clean comfortable and a great breakfast to start your day . Very convenient location to all the downtown venues. Easy walking distance to Broadway Street , Bridgestone arena and Nissan Stadium right across the street .
- 3/5
Run down.
- 5/5
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great location to walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything.
- 5/5
Clean and close to staduim
- 5/5
Rooms were nice and big. Clean and Comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful
- 3/5
The room we were initially provided was dirty, had a moldy and musty smell to it. Upon speaking to the front desk they provided us with another room. This new room was cleaner and did not have the smell that the other room did. Thankful that they were able to accommodate a room change.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 5/5
We loved it and would recommend and we would come back again!!
- 4/5
Conveniently located to downtown Nashville.
- 5/5
Clean room . Great location!
- 5/5
Belle chambre, bien insonorisé, directement en face du nouveau stade (en construction)
- 3/5
Parking very easy and convenient
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
The rooms were redone and extremely clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. They had a wonderful complementary breakfast. It was across the street from the stadium being built and we were there on a weekend so it was quiet but Monday morning was a little bit louder. Also, the shower had virtually no water pressure at all so it is very difficult to take showers while we were there. It was within a mile walk downtown Nashville in a safe location.
- 4/5
Pretty good overall. Just not happy with the price because I’m pretty sure it wasn’t the price I booked the rooms at when I booked in July.
- 5/5
Pool is nice!
- 4/5
Good stay, nice and quiet
- 4/5
Parking was plentiful. Quick check in, comfortable bed. Quick drive to Broadway Bars. Only downfall was the highway traffic noise, it was a bit loud. Otherwise I would still stay here again.
- 4/5
Have stayed here before. Was great. This time around wasn't aware there was construction for the new stadium. Not a big deal really. But missed the view of the Stadium
- 3/5
I had a very nice, clean and updated room. Location is convenient to downtown. Breakfast was good. Hotel itself is dated and old. I was on the highway side of the hotel - there is always traffic noise (which I drowned out by keeping the fan on the air conditioner on all the time). There is a lot of construction on the front side of the hotel- bit of a loud busy place.
- 3/5
Public restroom was a mess with urine all over the floor. Area was sketchy at night and parking is not protected from outsiders.
- 4/5
Just fine
- 5/5
Everything was great but the front desk lady was unknowledgeable and not that friendly.
- 5/5
The building is older but clean. Rooms have been updated. Very comfortable. Awesome Staff. Nice breakfast area and selection. Uber was convenient and inexpensive. We did not use tbe pool but it looked nice.
- 2/5
The staff at this hotel are wonderful, both check in and hospitality. The issue is the hotel has mold. Im extremely allergic to mold so needless to say, i left very sick and very early. As I was leaving, I used a tissue to wipe some water off the sink and it caught the inside rim of the sink and came away black with black mold. My review is so they can address the issue and to warn others with severe allergy to mold. Also back side is against I24 (i think, could be a different highway)and the traffic is loud at night on the back side of hotel. Front (facing stadium) would probably be quieter. Without the mold though this wouldn't have been a bad stay.

Close to Broadway. Room was great, and the bed was very comfortable. Decent breakfast
- 3/5
Tv didnt work right. Telephone didnt work at all, and housekeeping took over the hall w

Room was clean. Place was quiet. Good hot breakfast.

Nice stay close to Broadway good breakfast and friendly staff.. construction of new Titans stadium is going on directly across street from property but don’t let that deter your stay the noise is not as bad as you would think .. Will book again

It’s alright

We stayed here for a concert at the Ascend. It was a convenient location. Hotel was clean and well maintained.
- 2/5
We didn’t have any hot water while showering at this hotel. Everything else was okay.
- 2/5
Night Staff at front desk very rude and double charged me on my debit card
- 4/5
Clean. Rooms are updated. Everything else, not. Good value if you’re wanting close to downtown.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly, room was clean, the hotel looks old and the eggs were a bit runny. Overall a good experience though.

- 5/5
Great service, very clean. Staff was accommodating. Great breakfast and fantastic location for football games
- 4/5
Breakfast was delicious! Water pressure was amazing on the 3rd floor. Right behind/in-front of titan stadium!
- 5/5
The pool is very unique. But unfortunately the setting it is in is kinda creepy. Never seen anyone enjoying the pool the whole week we were there.
- 4/5
The location was outstanding. 10 minutes from the stadium and 20 minutes to downtown Nashville.
- 5/5
Nice place at walking distance from Broadway.
- 4/5
Close to downtown. Exceptional friendly and helpful staff
- 5/5
Very good . I’m satisfied
- 2/5
Not the cleanest lobby or eating area but room was clean.

Nice Hotel

I would like to say that I was very excited to stay at this hotel since they are known for the Guitar shaped pool. I paid for an upgrade room to have stadium view, however the stadium is under construction and it was an eye sore to look at through the window. Also, when I woke up after my nights stay went to the bathroom and it was a roach laying on his back underneath the sink. I was very disappointed to see that! Besides that the bed was comfortable and I slept over 8 hours. Make sure you check all outlets plugged my phone up on one side of the bed and it was dead the next morning all outlets did not work in the room.
- 4/5
Clean room, comfortable bed for 2 night stay close to downtown Nashville.
- 5/5
Very clean, great staff! Would stay again!
- 5/5
I believe they’re coming up fast. Really good people with the organization, front office personnel.
- 5/5
Most everything was fine here the 19th, but the staff-in particular Felicia and John were most gracious and helpful when the reservation for the 17th fell through as a no-show because of travel issues. They managed to get the cancellation charge refunded to us!
- 2/5
When we woke up from our first night we found a cockroach in the bathroom. When we went to the front desk they did give us a new room, but were not overall concerned. Breakfast was decent. The stadium construction is happening right across the street and was super noisy early in the morning. Would not stay again.
- 4/5
Located across the street from Nissan Stadium is convenient for walking to events there. Friendly staff. Room overlooked guitar shaped pool. Double queen room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Room included microwave and mini fridge. Plenty of towels were stocked. Restaurant and bar are located a short walk next door. Food and drinks were great, large portions. Breakfast was good and offered a variety of choices. There is construction going on at the stadium but it didn't interfere with my experience. I enjoyed our overnight stay, the convenience to stadium and would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and room was very clean.
- 3/5
This property is in a great location for Nissian stadium and it was cheap for the concert I was going too. However. The ceiling outside the room was leaking (had had been for a while from the wetness of the carpet) I mentioned something to housecleaning as I left and she nodded and went about her business. The room smelled mildewy. Idk if that’s because the AC is connected to the wall that the pool room is in or what. The ceiling on the 2nd floor check in area was leaking pretty bad. And you can tell it had been doing that for a while. The elevator was pretty sketchy and I hoped that wasn’t the time I got trapped in it. I would probably not stay here again if I had other choices…
- 3/5
The first room we were put in smelled really bad,but they changed our room and I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
Building a new stadium across from hotel. Alot of activities around the area.
- 5/5
The staff was not very inviting when we arrived. They acted like we were bothering them while we checked in. The room was clean beds were comfy nothing bad in the room. But in the hallway there was a leak from the ceiling that was dripping a lot and there was nothing catching the water and no one seemed to care. The elevator was hot and stuffy. The breakfast was nice. Good selection of hot foods. The location is great if you are going to Nissan Stadium you can walk it in 5 min but for anything else it is not convenient. The new stadium is being built across the street so it is dusty and can be noisy.
- 5/5
Great Location and reasonable price!!!
- 5/5
The hotel was great
- 5/5
Very convenient to Broadway
- 1/5
Terrible
- 5/5
Breakfast was great! Only complaint was the water was too hot in the shower.
- 1/5
The place was very hot, noisy and unsafe and dirty
- 5/5
Construction mess was inconvenient and site mentioned shuttle but no shuttle service. Pool is run down.
- 3/5
Water at sink in bathroom was always warm, never cold. However, staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
The property was okay but they had some much construction going on it was hard to get in and out of the parking area.
- 2/5
(Jul 23 arrival) We were greeted by a very nice lady and she was very helpful upon arrival. She was wonderful for a couple of days and then the girl on the last 2 days was terrible(Jul 27/28) Our room key didn't work and she was a grump when asked twice to fix it and she was dismissive when we told her that there were a couple cockroaches we killed and that there were dead ones under the beds. They should reward the lady that was there on our arrival because she was awesome, they would be much farther ahead for reviews if the lady upon our departure didn't work there.
- 3/5
Love that breakfast and parking were included. The rooms are nice and updated but the rest of the hotel could use some updating (carpet, elevator). Location is nice and close enough to downtown/Broadway so walking isn’t too bad and a Lyft is affordable if you get tired of walking. Overall nice place and I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good... room was clean and loved the pool
- 5/5
A very comfortable stay, booked at the last minute but a perfect location and walkable into the centre across a pedestrian bridge. Room was clean and modern and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and we used the pool and parking during our 2 night stay.
- 1/5
From the smoke smelling “smoke free” hotel to dirty rooms. This was uninhabitable. We decided against staying and left night prior without refund. Room was filled with bugs and dirty
- 3/5
I recommend the housekeeping services be everyday and review the bugs issue in the 2nd floor rooms.
- 5/5
Great location/price balance. Amazingly quiet on a friday night given the events at the stadium, the highway and Nashvegas overall.
- 4/5
Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean, A/C worked great. Little bit of water damage in our room that could use touched up. Breakfast was also good for being complementary. However, is it policy for staff to not smile? Felt like were being glared at every time we asked a question or came in contact with them.
- 4/5
Bed and room were comfortable. The room was on the small size but adequate for a night. Staff was great. Room rate reasonable in an area that was pricey.
- 5/5
The room was beautiful and very clean. I will stay here again. Breakfast was very good. Coffee in every floor. Very happy with my stay.
- 3/5
Very disappointed that the continental breakfast did not include waffles. Apparently the waffle maker was broken. There was also no milk available
- 3/5
The problem is they list city view as an option. Problem there is a new stadium being built so that is now the view. They need to change their advertising as you pay more for a city view that you dont get. Otherwise its fine.
- 3/5
It is a great location to Nissan Stadium, however the hotel smells musty and was just an "alright" place to stay.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 4/5
The guitar shaped pool was wicked cool
- 4/5
Good stay! Front desk staff was super nice and helpful. The only complaint is no that serious but the air conditioner in room 211 is noisy. Didnt make a big deal of it as I grew use to it by day 2. I'd stay here again if the prices dont change being that the new stadium is 20 feet away.
- 2/5
Food was gross for bfast. Water leaked on us while in bed. Tv didnt work. Old hotel in desperate need of updates. Nice staff but literally all the positive I can say.
- 4/5
Everything was great except the room smelt musty and the ac unit didn’t work well. Fine for an overnight stay.
- 2/5
Parking was awful considering the construction going on at Nissan stadium. The halls were very hot along with the dining area. The AC in the room was set at 68 and didn’t feel like it was cooling the room although if you stand in front of it you will freeze. The hot water in the shower was turned all the way up and you wouldn’t have to worry about it being too hot. The pressure in the sink faucet was horrible.
- 4/5
The pool
- 3/5
NEGATIVES: Airconditioners loud, we were also by highway but it was'nt disturbing. Breakfast (free) was kinda bare but enough. Hallways were HOT 🔥 & Pool was really cool but hotter in there than it was outside. Small rectangle window (we were by highway). The room served its purpose but if you are looking for "frilly" this is not your spot. If you are looking to be close to downtown without the pricetag..... its perfect.
- 5/5
Near for the interesting zones
- 2/5
This room I could tell was not the cleanest based on the wrinkled sheets and stained desk chairs, etc.
- 4/5
However our room smelled mildew/musty, and the road is closed due to construction at stadium across the street. Also very limited parking.
- 5/5
Well it was good after they had to change us rooms the first room air was broke and mold coming through calling so got better room so two days was great friendly staff
- 2/5
When we arrived, we were a bit uneasy about security due to the amount of homeless people within the parking lot. Upon entering, all seemed well. When we walked into the room, there was a large cockroach in between the beds and we saw one near the curtain. The service was great and the gal at the front desk was very accommodating. She got us a different room on a different floor. The pool was pretty cool and breakfast was decent.
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Easy on and off the interstate
- 5/5
Breakfast was really good
- 5/5
We used Uber And Lyft which was under $20 and Taxi are roughly $30 but worth it especially on the weekends late at night. Enjoyed the Grand Ole Opry 100 concert event very much. Overall experience was 5 Stars and a lot of fun for 3 days and 2 nights.
- 2/5
Weird building, difficult to navigate through.
- 5/5
It was part of a longer road trip and we enjoyed our stay in Nashville but it was too HOT! We would love to go back again.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. I had to ask for the maids to come and clean my room everyday. The location of the hotel could have been better, there wasn’t any places around to go to eat. The only store close was a 7-eleven.
- 4/5
The hotel location was excellent for walking to the pedestrian bridge to view the 4th of July fireworks. However, the location is located next to the construction of the new stadium and is a little rundown. Worth the price to stay near downtown. Breakfast was nicely done.
- 3/5
The A/C was not working in the room however they moved us to a room that was working which is good as it was extremely hot out . If you like to walk you could walk to downtown but it’s about 1.5 miles . It will be perfect for Tenn Titan fans as the stadium being built is directly across the street
- 2/5
Not so great
- 5/5
close to downtown. i walked everywhere i went
- 4/5
Took the foot bridge by the 7/11 to walk to downtown.
- 1/5
No security, unsafe part of town
- 5/5
We enjoyed our little quick overnight stay…. The pool is a fun shaped guitar but what my kids loved even more was the stadium across the street!!
- 4/5
The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were very friendly.
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable and the room part was clean but the toilet behind it had some urine it's still on it and not cleaned well.
- 5/5
This hotel is very nice!!! The pool is in the shape of a guitar!!! Very cool!!! We actually had the pool to ourselves!!! The water felt amazing!!! It was extremely close to downtown Nashville and the broadway strip!!! I definitely would recommend this hotel!!! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is that it’s right across from the Tennessee Titans stadium and they are doing construction work on it until 2027!!! They did offer a very hot and appealing breakfast bar!!! They had scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage patties, waffles etc… My son loved the sausage patties!!! We will definitely be staying here again!!!
- 4/5
The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our original room smelt like smoke and they were able to get us a new room. They also have gluten free options for breakfast (I have celiacs). The shower was just ok, the water pressure was crazy strong and it wasn’t very hot. Everything else was good. The best part was it was walking distance to downtown!
- 5/5
Great stay. Very clean. I've stayed at many Choice Hotels. This location's breakfast was best by far. It was fresh, clean area, and very tasty.
- 5/5
Great stay, went to world of soccer
- 4/5
Noisy - heard expressway traffic all night
- 3/5
The outlets were not working so we couldn't charge our cellphones
