The people who worked here were fantastic and helpful! But our air conditioning did not work in our room and they were unable to fix it. Also housekeeping tried to enter our room at 930 before we had checked out of the room at 1100.

Would definitely recommend for those coming to Nashville who don’t want to stay right in the middle of Broadway but close enough to still enjoy everything about downtown including Broadway 3 blocks away! No noise , super clean, and felt super safe! Definitely will stay again!

Nice room, clean, comfortable bed. Nice bar that serves good coffee as well. Didn’t try any of the food. Thought the $30/day destination fee was ridiculous. Asked about it and because they have what they call a “museum” within the hotel, they have a resort fee. I would not call it a museum. I stayed only due to a work event but extended the stay for 2 nights to explore the area. If I would have known about the fee, I never would have stayed here. Many other great hotels closer to the broadway area. They also charged me for 2 cokes ($5/can) when I only bought one and told them up front that the 2nd two nights should be on my personal card, not my business card. They were ready to charge it to my company card but luckily noticed it in time and had them correct it. They also corrected the coke charge error once I brought it to their attention. Just way too expensive to stay here when there are other really nice hotels for less. Wouldn’t stay again.

The room had such an amazing flow and very clean. The staff…across all teams support each other with providing that excellent customer service. The rooftop view was like no other and breathtaking. Definitely number one on my list in Nashville!!!

The property has character, style, and a modern boutique atmosphere without trying too hard. Room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with a smart layout and quality touches throughout. What stood out most was the service. The team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made the stay easy from arrival to departure. Overall, a strong option if you want something central, polished, and with personality. I would definitely return.

Friendly, knowledgeable, happy staff who were genuinely happy to help. The hotel, rooms, common rooms, bathrooms were immaculate. Location was ideal for walking to downtown & for catching ride share to further distances.

Really nice hotel in a convenient area close to Printer’s Alley, Broadway bars, Assembly Food Hall, Municipal Auditorium, and a quick ride to Germantown restaurants. Rooms are actually on the larger side with a real closet and hangers and a bathroom with sink inside the bathroom! Breakfast was adequate and coffee bar choices good. Would recommend.

Property was clean and well maintained. The staff was so helpful and lovely. And it was a very easy walk to Broadway!

I can not say enough about the staff at The Bankers Alley Hotel Nashville! They were kind, happy, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came daily and even organized our toiletries. The restaurant staff was excellent. I felt safe the whole time. I highly recommend this Hotel.

The toilet didn’t work right. Maintenance came twice and it was never fixed. The towels felt like sandpaper. Our room did not have a window to the outside. There is no ice machine. You had to order ice up to your room. The complimentary body wash was empty. We will not be staying there again.

I had a small problem with the sink not draining very fast. A maintenance person arrived quickly and fixed the problem. Excellent response on everyone's part.

Please do check your statement though for any errors. Staff are pleasant. There is a lot of construction happening around Nashville, so it can be a little confusing when trying to find the hotel if you’re driving.

The staff was great and very clean. We ate dinner there and it was wonderful. This is the second time we have stayed there because of the location to Broadway. Would go back again.

The umbrella was never replaced or fixed during our stay. Inside the room there were 4 different outlets not working making it really difficult to charge phones and electronics at night. It was just a lot of problems for the price. I've always loved Hilton tapestry hotels but this stay will make me rethink using them in the future.

The hotel was in a quiet area and we could walk to everything we were doing Our room didn’t have an actual window and I do t recall it saying the window was blocked. Also the lighting in the bathroom is very dark

I enjoyed my stay! It is about a 15 min walk away from the stadium and a 15 min walk away from Broadstreet in the opposite direction. The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the food in the restaurant below was amazing.

We did have to request housekeeping services, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Location It was nothing special. The view from the only tiny window in the room was a brick wall.

location was wonderful, stuff was great. I liked the rooms. The facilities was amazing. I did not like the way to charges/money was handled. the took the whole stay plus incidental charge as a whole from my bank, and then when i checked out instead of just reversing the incidental charge, they ran my card again for the room charge again. So for three days i had those funds holding from me and unable to use them. very inconvenient. it could really have put and dampener in the trip if my funds was a little less in my account. not to mention that have to pay for parking because all they offered was valet, and was charge $88 for one night when $60 was stated.

We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel room was like a cave with only 2 slender windows. It had a weird smell, sticky floors and a partially eaten candy bar in the mini fridge.

No T.P., no Body Wash, Almost no Hand Soap, Only 1 Wash Cloth...Everyone we encountered (including checking in) were on their phones and they all looked up and said the exact same thing "Oh let me finish with this, its housekeeping" Valet really

Close to attractions. Staff and restaurant food left a lot to be desired.

The hotel was very nice and great location to be able to walk to everything. The valet service was backed up with 15-20 cars parked in front which made it more difficult to check in. Our room was very clean but an extremely loud noise in the room, possibly a mechanical problem with the A/C or something near our room, made it very difficult to get a good night sleep.

Everyone even valet were extremely friendly, loved my stay here. 3 min walk to downtown was perfect for the 4th celebration

Security onsite at night and door was locked and needed key after 10 p.m. which was good for safety. Had to get my uber at 4 a.m. and security was there to walk us to our uber outside.

Overall, for a 1-night stay, hotel was quiet and clean. BEWARE of valet parking! Thankfully, we did not have any issues but 2 cars the morning of our departure had been broken in to. Apparently, from what we understand, this happens fairly frequently.

It's hard to believe that a hotel that charges the amount of money that this hotel charges for such a small room and charges $3.00 for a bottle of water. That's UNEXCEPTABLE and GREEDY! I'm sorry I choose Tapestry.

For the price paid the hotel is being greedy asking money for any small service, you have to pay for water bottle ,and the parking is double the price of any parking around the valet was rude

My husband and I spent one night here as we were traveling through. Walkable to all attractions and restaurants. Very nice and clean area. Valet was above and beyond good to us.

My room was like being in a cave. The window looked at a wall that was 3 feet away. No natural light, literally a coffin. And not enough lighting. Not like any picture on the website. Completely depressing.

No self serve ice machines. We use a lot of ice (water, comes, beer) and the front desk has to bring it to you. An inconvenience.

Good Breakfast, location was good, drinks were good. The receptionist upon our arrival provided great recommendations. Good Breakfast. We had room 301 in the Nashville location and the right side of the bed is very squeaky. We would have wanted a room with a window, the room felt very enclosed and there were 2 windows but they faced a hallway which was very odd.

The staff was responsive in helping address some unexpected changes to our plans. Great location for Nissan Stadium and Broadway.

Cons: Service was atrocious in the bar/dining lounge. Waitress never came back after dropping off menus. Took 30 minutes and waving bar staff over to finally get order taken. 15 minutes later we finally received drinks and eventually the food order. We ordered the Tuesday taco special which was 2 tacos (2 pieces of shrimp per taco) for $20. Bloody Mary was nearly undrinkable because there was so much lime in it. Quite possibly the worst drink our party had ever tried. The lounge and bar area was really well designed and furnished with a great selection of whiskey and bourbon and shows great potential if the service and quality of food was improved. There was plenty of staff for the number of patrons but they lacked organization and hospitality skills.

Everything was perfect

Just enough out of the way to be nice and quiet. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Would have given 5 stars but the rooms are terribly hot and it takes over an hour for the AC to actually cool the room down. Staff was attentive and tried to accommodate us, but they did acknowledge it's an issue in every room.

Service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. I booked a corner room and loved the view! It was so good I kept the curtains open all night. Close enough to Broadway but just far away from the noise. Will stay there again!

Great location and friendly staff. Nice modern room with a great shower. Good ventilation in bathroom - it didn't fog up. Our window looked out onto an inner courtyard with a roof, and not outside, which was a bit disappointing.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas, love the smell in the lobby ! They need to sell that scent to take home! Conveniently located so you're able to walked to everything and close to Broadway without being on Broadway so you can enjoy all the live music but then get sleep without all the music.

There was a fingernail clipping in my bed and my hairdryer was broken. Otherwise, it was great.

It was quiet until the last morning when we heard loud housekeepers in the hallway. I wish there was free breakfast. Our room was big enough and the bathroom was also a good size.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms spectacular. The only thing better was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great and memorable. Would give the hotel 9 stars and the staff 10 if I could! So close to all the big bars on Broadway as well. Will stay here every time from here on out.

The property was nice however no nashville vibe at all..very cold feeling...frint staff were nice...at night when cam in a girl was sitting at a sude desk with radiis-she never spoke but i assumed she was the night clerk...our room had sink leak, # on door was broke, tp holder brike, no bathroom mat towel, beds were good and rooms were very clean.

Parking is quite expensive, everything else was great!

The hotel was nice and clean. The pillows were awful and our last morning we called for regular coffee as there was only decaf along with another bath towel and it took an hour to come. The location was great, and the front desk was nice.
