    The people who worked here were fantastic and helpful! But our air conditioning did not work in our room and they were unable to fix it. Also housekeeping tried to enter our room at 930 before we had checked out of the room at 1100.

    Would definitely recommend for those coming to Nashville who don’t want to stay right in the middle of Broadway but close enough to still enjoy everything about downtown including Broadway 3 blocks away! No noise , super clean, and felt super safe! Definitely will stay again!

    Nice room, clean, comfortable bed. Nice bar that serves good coffee as well. Didn’t try any of the food. Thought the $30/day destination fee was ridiculous. Asked about it and because they have what they call a “museum” within the hotel, they have a resort fee. I would not call it a museum. I stayed only due to a work event but extended the stay for 2 nights to explore the area. If I would have known about the fee, I never would have stayed here. Many other great hotels closer to the broadway area. They also charged me for 2 cokes ($5/can) when I only bought one and told them up front that the 2nd two nights should be on my personal card, not my business card. They were ready to charge it to my company card but luckily noticed it in time and had them correct it. They also corrected the coke charge error once I brought it to their attention. Just way too expensive to stay here when there are other really nice hotels for less. Wouldn’t stay again.

    Really nice hotel in a convenient area close to Printer’s Alley, Broadway bars, Assembly Food Hall, Municipal Auditorium, and a quick ride to Germantown restaurants. Rooms are actually on the larger side with a real closet and hangers and a bathroom with sink inside the bathroom! Breakfast was adequate and coffee bar choices good. Would recommend.

    I can not say enough about the staff at The Bankers Alley Hotel Nashville! They were kind, happy, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came daily and even organized our toiletries. The restaurant staff was excellent. I felt safe the whole time. I highly recommend this Hotel.

    The toilet didn’t work right. Maintenance came twice and it was never fixed. The towels felt like sandpaper. Our room did not have a window to the outside. There is no ice machine. You had to order ice up to your room. The complimentary body wash was empty. We will not be staying there again.

    Please do check your statement though for any errors. Staff are pleasant. There is a lot of construction happening around Nashville, so it can be a little confusing when trying to find the hotel if you’re driving.

    The umbrella was never replaced or fixed during our stay. Inside the room there were 4 different outlets not working making it really difficult to charge phones and electronics at night. It was just a lot of problems for the price. I've always loved Hilton tapestry hotels but this stay will make me rethink using them in the future.

    I enjoyed my stay! It is about a 15 min walk away from the stadium and a 15 min walk away from Broadstreet in the opposite direction. The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the food in the restaurant below was amazing.

    location was wonderful, stuff was great. I liked the rooms. The facilities was amazing. I did not like the way to charges/money was handled. the took the whole stay plus incidental charge as a whole from my bank, and then when i checked out instead of just reversing the incidental charge, they ran my card again for the room charge again. So for three days i had those funds holding from me and unable to use them. very inconvenient. it could really have put and dampener in the trip if my funds was a little less in my account. not to mention that have to pay for parking because all they offered was valet, and was charge $88 for one night when $60 was stated.

    The hotel was very nice and great location to be able to walk to everything. The valet service was backed up with 15-20 cars parked in front which made it more difficult to check in. Our room was very clean but an extremely loud noise in the room, possibly a mechanical problem with the A/C or something near our room, made it very difficult to get a good night sleep.

We had room 301 in the Nashville location and the right side of the bed is very squeaky. We would have wanted a room with a window, the room felt very enclosed and there were 2 windows but they faced a hallway which was very odd.

    Cons: Service was atrocious in the bar/dining lounge. Waitress never came back after dropping off menus. Took 30 minutes and waving bar staff over to finally get order taken. 15 minutes later we finally received drinks and eventually the food order. We ordered the Tuesday taco special which was 2 tacos (2 pieces of shrimp per taco) for $20. Bloody Mary was nearly undrinkable because there was so much lime in it. Quite possibly the worst drink our party had ever tried. The lounge and bar area was really well designed and furnished with a great selection of whiskey and bourbon and shows great potential if the service and quality of food was improved. There was plenty of staff for the number of patrons but they lacked organization and hospitality skills.

Would have given 5 stars but the rooms are terribly hot and it takes over an hour for the AC to actually cool the room down.     El hotel está en construcción, en el baño había un salinero de agua enorme, nos cambiaron la habitación, la siguiente habitación el toilet estaba suelto, teníamos un cargo de una botella de agua que no usamos, en general no nos gustó, para lo que se pagó no estaba cubierto.

    Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. No matter what I needed. From extra towels and pillows to Uber rides, everyone was always willing to help us out and I never felt rushed or a bother. Thankyou, you have a great team working here.

    Very friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas, love the smell in the lobby ! They need to sell that scent to take home! Conveniently located so you're able to walked to everything and close to Broadway without being on Broadway so you can enjoy all the live music but then get sleep without all the music.

    It was quiet until the last morning when we heard loud housekeepers in the hallway. I wish there was free breakfast. Our room was big enough and the bathroom was also a good size.

    The hotel was beautiful and the rooms spectacular. The only thing better was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great and memorable. Would give the hotel 9 stars and the staff 10 if I could! So close to all the big bars on Broadway as well. Will stay here every time from here on out.

    The property was nice however no nashville vibe at all..very cold feeling...frint staff were nice...at night when cam in a girl was sitting at a sude desk with radiis-she never spoke but i assumed she was the night clerk...our room had sink leak, # on door was broke, tp holder brike, no bathroom mat towel, beds were good and rooms were very clean.

    The hotel was nice and clean. The pillows were awful and our last morning we called for regular coffee as there was only decaf along with another bath towel and it took an hour to come. The location was great, and the front desk was nice.
