    Nice property. Had renovations going on. Noise was low. Pool pipe broke the day we arrived on Friday. Left Sunday and pool still wasn’t working. We use a pool at another place near by for free. Breakfast was great and was different the 2 mornings we was there. Check in was quick and did offer us a refund because of pool and renovation when we got there. But finding another place at last minute wasn’t an option at the time. So we stayed. Beds could be more comfortable

    The hotel was completely under construction. It was good that they offered us a refund for our stay but then we would have to find completely new lodging. They said they could t offer us a discount. Continental breakfast was set up I. A hallway and minimal. We had to use the back door as an entrance/exit. The room was fine thankfully but the pull out couch was terrible to sleep on. Springs in your back. I wish they would have notified me about the place under construction before I arrived.

    Stayed for 7 nights and received towels 2 times as well as garbage pick up. Went to front desk to request fresh towels and garbage collection and was told that it would happen the next day but no luck. It's a beautiful hotel and the rooms were nice but I would not stay again due to the lack of staff.

    Pool wasn’t ready despite being in the dates advertised to be open. Elevator super rough looking with foam taped to wall, carpet old, rooms need update. Sink leaked a little, no vent in bathroom so it was so hot and humid it was impossible to dry off. Bed was comfortable but AC did not work. Offered to change rooms bc they said probably needed batteries and tech wasn’t there. We didn’t switch bc it was midnight or after and had kids with us and we looked at reviews that said none of the fixes worked for them so we just tried to go to sleep and be done with it rather than deal with a frustrating pack up and move and still possibly be hot. Again the staff was very friendly but there’s no way whoever cleaned didn’t know it was hot. It was registering at 75. I have stayed at much better for the price.

    Construction in lobby, breakfast area and entrance. Very inconvenient. Cold breakfast served in small hallway by the rear entrance. Construction noises could be heard in guest rooms.     The hotel is under construction and should not accept clients. High level of noise from drillers and all sort of equipment including Sundays. All amenities are closed. The video that is shown does not resemble reality. We should be reimbursed.

    We were devastated when we arrived to find You are under construction and did not have the courtesy to inform us in advance of our stay. We drove from Florida to Nashville to arrive to a hot mess hotel. I was given a cancellation ID number and confirmation number but your staff did not notify Hotels.com or credit the paid in full reservation costs to my credit card. I am currently on the drive back Florida and have not had an opportunity to follow up but be assured I will tomorrow once I am back home. I am grateful that the Country Inn Hotel next door to your hotel thankfully had a room for us and could not have been more welcoming and warm. I expect to be fully reimbursed but you could not make up for the stress caused to us due to your lack of consideration by not notifying us prior to the time we arrived for our stay. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars I would give you a zero if possible.

    Offered to allow cancellation and find other lodging which would have almost doubled the price of my stay in Nashville. No manager on duty to speak to. Breakfast was served in a hallway near the rear entrance which was also the main entrance. Was told by the person at the temporary desk that the construction notice was on the website. The website only noted that the front entrance was closed and we had to use the back, which was poorly lit and void of proper signage. At checkout, asked the person at the desk for receipts. Was told that since I booked through Expedia they could not provide a receipt. I have always received a receipt when checking out of a hotel. Probably my worst hotel experience.

    During my stay the lobby was undergoing renovations, we did not receive a notice prior to arrival about the construction. I checked after our arrival and did see it was posted on the hotels website, but it severally under noted how much work they were doing. The entire 1st floor front of the building was closed and you could only enter through the back, and they were also renovating and entire floor of rooms Construction started at 7am and could be heard in rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor, it was supposed to stop by 5, but I was told by others in our group it didn’t until closer to 7pm. The hot breakfast service was replaced by a grab and go option that was outside the elevator each morning. One day we received a notice that water was going to be turned off for 4 hours due to the work. I’m sure once work is done that all will clear up, but besides that - Each floor had a communal microwave outside the elevator’s - that part I’m not sure if that had anything to do with the renovations or not. It was just kind of weird. Pool was dirty with no note that it was closed for season, there is a shuttle it was noted to drive you within 2 miles, but that’s not exactly true there’s only 2-3 places it goes, only at the top of the hour, and ends at 6pm so if you’re going to the Grand Ole Opry show it will not pick you up afterwards.

The breakfast area was by the elevator and they left the creamer out all day/night. We had to enter through a back door and it felt seedy.     They are undergoing a SERIOUS remodel (no lobby, no hot breakfast, water on and off, debris and garbage everywhere and remodeling workers start at 7:30 am every morning and go till late at night. If you are staying in the next two months, find somewhere else. Staff is soooo nice but that doesn’t take away from breathing dust and debris floating everywhere, old mattresses out front, no hot breakfast and banging hammers at 7 am.

    The room was nice except for the carpet. The HUGE issue we had was we could hear our neighbors talking and doing the nasty…yes!! Twice!! They kept us awake until after 2:00 am so we got very little sleep. The walls are obviously too thin. I have never been subjected to hearing what we heard in the next room.

    Breakfast setup was well organized. Real plates & cups were an extra nice touch. The food and variety was great. No complaints. No shuttle on Sunday or Monday was disappointing, and seemed staffing on those days were minimal as well. A lot of waiting for someone to come to the front desk. Our sofa bed was badly stained and the tv wouldn’t allow access to Netflix even though it was advertised as available. When I asked about it I was told to go to ch# 2. No such channel….

    The staff was very friendly especially the kitchen staff. Very kind people. The room was nice but does have the world’s smallest bathroom. I have had bigger bathrooms in New York City or on cruise ships. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. I was surprised at how good the breakfast was so thank you for that! We did go down for late night snacks to find they didn’t have any snacks that we liked which I found unusual. Overall decent stay and will do fine for short stays.

    Good location near Opryland, local bars and restaurants, grand old opry, and about 10-15 minute drive to Broadway. Pretty close to the airport. The staff were super friendly and so helpful; they even did a little something special for my husbands birthday. The hotel overall was pretty clean but the elevator floors were frighteningly dirty. Our room was clean, quiet, comfy and roomy. The ice machine on our floor was broken (a minor inconvenience). The breakfast was excellent. I used the gym area once and it was clean and private. Overall it was a good stay.

    We loved the Hyatt and location. The staff is so amazing and the breakfast is delicious with many choices. Unfortunately and not Hyatt’s fault, our room had about a 5 foot sticky area and we had to put a towel over it so we wouldn’t stick to the carpet. They couldn’t move us until Sunday night so we ended up staying in the room. Even though reported several times, no one ever came to investigate it.

    Breakfast was just ok. Pool was closed and had algae growing in it. It looks like there is no attempt at fixing it. We stayed three nights and our room was not attended to at all during our stay. We had to ask for clean towels on the third day when our room had not been attended to at all. Check in staff was great.

    Front desk guy: Chad - fabulous… recommended restaurants and also told us if you’re going to the Opry to park at the mall so they don’t charge you $26 to park. Great tip! Breakfast was disappointing. Out of cream for coffee. No meat of any kind. Some hard boiled eggs and soggy French toast sticks - only sugar free syrup. Not what we were told it was going to be- sausage, bacon and biscuits and gravy were nowhere to be found. The sofa in our room was filthy with big stains throughout. Carpet in the room was gross. Shower curtain didn’t fit. Overall just not the nice high quality we are used to from a Hyatt property.

    We arrived to find a small fire in the mulch outside and reported it to staff who quickly went out to put it out. Our first room had a noisy air conditioner but this was quickly remedied by a room change. There were some other guests there who didn't seem to realize they needed to respect quiet hours and other guests, banging doors and yelling down the hallway, but wasn't so bad that we called the front desk. The room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast Friday was tasty, though there was difficulty getting cups, plates, etc. Saturday breakfast was less impressive, trash cans were overflowing and needed attention. Staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, a decent place to stay and I'd probably stay here again if the need arose.

    The rooms could be updated with clean carpets and modernized. Looks a bit dated. Shower was moldy around the edges so definitely that could be addressed as it brings concern to general cleanliness of facility. Pool was shutdown for season but was full of algae and dirty. Not appealing to the eye.

    Best part of this hotel is definitely the staff. Was here for a cheer event, this hotel was not worth 1300 for 3 days. The hotel is completely outdated, needs a full renovation. The bathroom is a shoe box! You have to go completely inside for the door to be able to close that’s how small it is. The pics online are definitely deceiving. Not a Hyatt standard hotel, I would not recommend for the price I paid. I feel ripped off.

    The website advertised complimentary shuttle service to/from the Opryland Convention Center between the hours of 6a-8p, which is why we chose this property. When we checked in at 9pm after a long day of travel, we were warmly greeted by the front desk personnel. However, when we asked about the shuttle service for the next morning (we had a 7am meeting scheduled at the Convention Center), we were told the shuttle only runs from 8a-4p, due to insufficient staffing. Our room was a decent size (king suite w/ living area), however the bathroom was extremely cramped & not well laid out. The toilet was in a very small "room" along with the shower, w/ barely room to close the door once you stepped inside. The closet was cramped & difficult to use bc of a small sliding door w/ 1/2 of the closet located behind the sink-top area. Do yourself a favor & book @ the nearby Holiday Inn Express instead!

    This hotel does not appear as advertised. The building and rooms are very old and outdated. Our room had pieces of trim coming off the wall, stains on the wall, curtains, and carpet. Limited outlets and poor work. The bathroom was incredibly small and poorly designed. The bed was comfortable though, and we all slept well. So, if you’re looking for a decent place to sleep without the higher cost, this would be it.

    The check in was ok. The young lady was new however the manager was extremely dry and not welcoming. We had 2 rooms, which one room the heat did not work and the other the main phone was broken. The bathrooms you have to stand on the other side of the toilet in order to open and close door. There was rust on the ceiling of the shower and grout was black. They floors when we looked at the bottom of our socks were covered in white dog or cat hair. Only One Elevator worked and the flooring in the one was so warm down the carpet was gone. When checking out asked for my receipt to be emailed the lady said there was not email and handed me paper. Not a thank you for staying, have a great day just cold. This is unusual for a Hyatt. They really should update this location and possibly staff.

    This property is filthy and smells like a sewer. The elevators looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The only staff we saw was the front desk associate, and he seemed to be busy handling guest complaints and shuffling rooms for unhappy guests. Our room was laid out in a very strange manner, with the water closet room door opening right next to the bed which was fairly unpleasant. The vanity and sink are out in the bedroom, so you disturb other people in the room if you need to get ready while they are sleeping. The breakfast buffet had food items that were hard and old-looking, like the waffles. Most of the food was mislabeled, which could be an issue for those with allergies. I moved the labels myself to the correct spot since this seemed to be an issue for the staff to complete. We had to pay $8 to park our car in a regular lot (not a garage) with no security or anything special about it. Why am I paying $8 to self-park my car in a regular parking lot? There were signs in the elevators posted that they didn't have service staff, and guests were told the shuttle to the Grand Old Opry wasn't available due to being in for maintenance (which I'm guessing they just didn't have anyone to operate it). This property overall was such a huge disappointment for the Hyatt brand. It was filthy and disgusting, and I just felt dirty being there. Would not recommend to anyone.

    All staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Our first room needed a toilet repair, so we were quickly assigned another and moved to a new room. The shuttle driver was very courteous and shared helpful information about good places to eat in the area. Overall a very good stay!

    The room was so outdated and dirty. I considered asking for a new room but we were all tired from our trip and it was late. The walls were dirty and everything was just old. The whole place needs a remodel. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and had lots of options.

    Convenient to area attractions. I dont understand why an additional charge of $8.00 is necessary to park when you are already paying for a room. There are many hotels closeby i doubt charge extra for parking....breakfast just ok. Biscuits undercooked and gravy tasteless, deli ham slices only breakfast meat. I would probably look for another option for a stay in Nashville on future visits.

    The room we stayed in was not so clean. Sheets were dirty on the bed with stains. There were 3 spiders in the room that had to be killed. Several black bugs had to be killed and there was 20 to 50 dead bugs on the floor and around the air conditioner. By the window, we notified the staff on checkout. And they apologized and reimbursed me $8 parking, which I was not happy about. I feel like more could have been done. But I didn't say anything.

    This is probably the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed in. Very sub par. Beds not comfortable, limited breakfast, very small bathrooms… just a very average hotel that I wouldn’t stay at again. Best quality was the shuttle to and from the Gaylord.

    The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt the room service could have done better. The coffee cups didn't get washed - they were left in the sink dirty. Some bathroom things weren't replaced and the bed covers were just brought back to the top of the bed - it wasn't remade. Was pleased with the breakfast selection and presentation. I would recommend this hotel.

    The staff was the friendliest that I've seen anywhere. They would go out of their way to ensure you were comfortable and had everything needed. The breakfast was one of the best of any hotel I've stayed at. Great place to stay close to Opryland and the Grand Old Opry. The shuttle to Opry Mills is handy so you don't have to drive around.

    The room needs to be updated. The carpet had stains throughout and so did our couch. Same thing with the elevator carpet was worn out. The hallway carpet was dirty as well. It’s time for the hotel to remodel.. you are a Hyatt hotel. Your standards are above others and needs to show it.

    I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel. I have stayed in a lot of places over 48 states, and this one takes the cake. The concierge, David, called me in advance to my stay to ask me if I needed help in fleshing out my itinerary. He followed that up with offering coupons to nearby attractions and giving discounts on hotel appetizers for our group. The breakfast was good and the rooms were comfortable. If you are in the Nashville area, stop here! You will not be disappointed.

    The room was fairly clean, but the interior was outdated with a few small holes in the curtains just from wear, and the bathroom is super small. It looked like they had removed ice machines from all the floors except the 2nd floor, and that ice machine had dirty hoses laying on the floor around it and the water portion of the machine didn't work. There were no waters in the room (no big deal), so I went to purchase some from the lobby area. I paid $4/bottle for 3 waters, then 2 minutes later the same clerk that rang me up gave away 2 bottles of water to other guests.

    We had concerns about the cleanliness of the hotel; The day we arrived the elevator from the lobby to the rooms was filthy!!!! And it was that way for the entire day. The following morning you can see that it was cleaned. But what made this stay 5 star for my party was the staff and the service. The team took such good care of us and were so pleasant and catered to us so very well. We immediately wiped the first days experience out of our minds and the rest of the stay was good!

    We arrived about an hour early. The room was already cleaned and prepared, there was no extra pressure on the staff to get things ready. We were charged $13.00 for early arrival. Next time we will go to a local restaurant, and wait it out. Also, we were charged $8.00 per night for parking. Maybe parking should be included in the nightly rate.

    My Best Friend & I were in Nashville for a one-night stay to attend the Grand Ole Opry Show. I couldn't have chosen a better location. We were greeted by CHAD at check in & HE helped us with the ENTIRE evening!!!! He called the shuttle service to the show, which is extremely convenient for it drops you at the Opry & picks you up with no hassle. There's a $10 charge per person but well worth it!!! CHAD, Entertained Us at the bar before the show & welcomed us back at the bar for a night cap & good food after the show. This Man has THE BEST Customer Relations & Runs the Front Desk Like No Other could possibly Run It!!!! He was working to well in the early am morning then back at it for Breakfast with that famous smile & customer service. Hyatt you are lucky to have CHAD!!!! Should we ever come back to the Opry or Nash, we will Always stay here!!!!!

    I travel almost every week so when I write a review it’s generally because of something highly unusual, good or bad. My chief complaint and the reason for the lower rating for this property is the management. They had one guy, Chad, doing front desk, bartending, cooking the small meals and driving shuttle-all on the same shift. Chad was friendly and great but I watched people wait 20 minutes to check in while he was tending bar and cooking. I saw minimal staff doing multiple jobs which tells me management isn’t doing their job. If you don’t have enough staff, then management should be pitching in to help. The room was older design but comfortable enough for a night or two. The elevators hadn’t been vacuumed in days and were dirty. The bright spot was Chad who was fantastic.

Saturday breakfast didnt have the biscuits and gravy, which was disappointing, but still had many options. The hotel is very convenient to Cooter's, Opry Mills, and many good restaurants.     The front desk guys were very friendly and helpful. The stay overall was fine, but for a Hyatt, you could tell it needs a little updating. The room was clean and quite roomie with comfy beds, but the hotel might just need a little sprucing up, compared to the several other Hyatt's we've stayed at in the past. Close to several restaurants within walking distance, if you choose not to eat there.

    Overall, this is a nice place to stay outside the city and away from the loud busy activity that you’ll find on Broadway. South was very accommodating and with southern friendliness. You may want to reconsider that the sofa bed is not comfortable and should probably be replacedWe chose to Uber in and Uber out simply because they’ll know how to get you in and out out of the city. Definitely remember sales tax is 10%.

    Definitely not worth the money. Entire building is dated with peeling paint, old beds, TINY bathrooms, and one functional ice machine. Housekeeping only came once, and at breakfast they were even out of things like coffee, forks, and water. They also charge $8/day for parking in a basic lot that’s not even close to attractions that might warrant it. It’s not a terrible place to stay (our room wasn’t dirty, and it has easy highway access) but I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere.

    Breakfast was big and had a lot of variety etc but later in the morning it had definitely sat for a while. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Close to Grand Ole Opry. Easy access to roads - once you find the parking lot. There is a charge for parking. Nice size rooms.

    True fully our stay was awesome because of Chad at the front desk! He’s awesome and he was very accommodating to every single person who came through the door. No matter what someone needed he tried his hardest to do everything possible! If we come back to Nashville we will call the hotel just to make sure he is still with Hyatt Opryland!

    We stayed a couple of nights at this property based on the name ( managed by Hyatt Place) and the pictures provided online. Well, the location is fine, a couple of blocks from the Gaylord Opryland, and this hotel even provides a free shuttle to there. The staff are super friendly, to everyone that walks in. The property itself is in poor condition. The AC in the time was with too cold or too hot. The carpet is worn, dirt in many places, and creased. The elevator carpet is terrible. The bathroom fan was not functional. The shower curtains are too short, allowing water to seep out to the outside of the tub. Overall, I’d rather look for a different property, and perhaps view current photos from recent travelers rather than trusting property photos.

    I was disappointed. I’ve stayed at Hyatt Place Hotels many times. Our first room had sopping wet carpet from a leaky A/C unit. They changed us to another room, which was good. Room services was mediocre, forgetting towels and coffee refills.

    I loved everything about this hotel except for the shuttle service. I chose this hotel because I was attending a conference at the Opryland and was told that there was a shuttle that ran from 8am-10pm from the Hyatt to Opryland. That was not the case. It started at noon and ended by 6pm. That was a huuuuge disappointment.

    After the reserved room with 2 beds ended up as 1 king, 1 of the staff was able to locate a cancelation for our business trip. Shuttle for our morning meetings at Opryland wasnt available until noon and Uber/Lyft drivers kept driving past the hotel. Not sure if this was a GPS issue. The stay was fine and the breakfast was quite good.

    Good location. Safe area. This hotel needs some improvements. Staff is friendly but needs definite training and supervision. Pool was filthy all 4days we were there. It was close to end of season but with temps in the nineties it would have been nice if it was usable. Tables at breakfast never cleaned between guests and elevators were never touched while we stayed. Some carpets need replacement and ceiling in room needed painting. Don’t arrive early for check-in. You will be charged $15. Parking is limited and is charged at an additional $8/ night. They offer a shuttle -never used it but heard some upset people needing to get to convention center that ended up just walking. Liked the location but wouldn’t chose this hotel again.

    We stayed there 2 other times before. This last time the quality of the stay has diminished. The breakfast was almost the same everyday. I hope you like scrambled eggs. The choices were very limited. No omelet, pancakes, sunny side eggs for the 5 days we stayed. The pool wasn’t maintained well. Algae was apparent throughout the pool for 3 of our 5 days. The elevators were never vacuumed. They rarely vacuum the hallways. The rooms get cleaned every other day, towels etc. They charge $8 for you to park a car per day That’s why they charge you an extra $50 when you arrive. These are changes from the last 2 stays and the price went up. The staff was very friendly. It just seems like the hotel made cuts that will lower the quality of your stay at the hotel.

    The staff has been both friendly and helpful. Very professional and quick to serve. The room is comfortable. The property is nice but a bit worn/dated and there are some areas that are stained (carpet, toilet, bathroom tile) or don’t seem as clean as they could be. I appreciate that it smells clean and there are no stale or cigarette odors.

    The property is run down and only one elevator worked. Carpet was worn and dirty, beds were uncomfortable. Also we booked a 2 bed room and they overbooked and laughed when we asked what they would do to make the reservation right. Our two night stay was the worst we have had at a Hyatt Place. It is convenient to the Opry but there are other hotels close by. Look at the others and avoid the worst Hyatt Place we have experienced.

    When we checked in, we were told that the pool was closed due to an issue. we requested that the manager know how important the pool was to us. Operations Mngr. Dave S. made efforts immediately and had it repaired so we could still enjoy it during our stay. All staff was excellent during our weekend 2 night stay. Great complimentary b’fast too. We will be back.

    The lobby has an unpleasant odo in it that was noticeable all 3 days/nights we were there. The elevator carpets are dirty and worn out to the threads., obviously not vacumed much. The hotel as a whole is a little outdated. The bath towels are pretty thin. Could use new fluffier ones. The shower gel is very nice, loved the scent!! Get rid of all carpeting and that would help a good bit.

    Staff was very nice. Elevator & halls were hot & smelled bad. Room was not clean….stains all over sofa, carpet beneath air conditioner was saturated & wall looked water damaged. Lights near bed went on & off randomly. Bathroom & vanity light stopped working shortly after check-in. Phone was filthy & didn’t work, so unable to call the front desk. Bucket collecting dirty water in front of elevator. Overall feel of room was grimy.

    The staff was welcoming and friendly. Our room was very clean and quiet with a reasonable rate. The bathroom is a bit small, but it was fine for us. The shuttle into Nashville for $15 per person round trip was an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future.

    Property could use some minor upgrades. Nothing to serious. I LOVED the staff. Every single one. They were beyond nice. They helped and made sure we knew we had safe options to travel to downtown. They were kind and great. I did have a few words about housekeeping. Other than we will be staying at this hotel every time we come down. I have never felt safer at a hotel or property than this one in a town I didn’t know.

    I'll preface this by saying we should have requested a different room, or a refund to find a different hotel but we were so tired when we arrived we didn't want the hassle, we just wanted to sleep. I cleaned anything we were going to sit on or be in contact with the best I could. The beds were ok, linens looked clean. The sofa had to be cleaned/dusted before we could sit on it. There was a desk/table, but no chair to be able to sit at it to use. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom & SEVERE water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom. Not what I would expect from a Hyatt. Breakfast & coffee were the most decent thing about this hotel. Definitely overpriced & very outdated. Maybe the other floors or rooms were better, but I can't say since we didn't look around.

    An outside door was next to our room. The door loudly banged shut every time someone came through it. We asked 2 days in a row for maintenance to fix it. It never was fixed. Bed was great.

    It was ok. Not sure would stay again, especially since they charge for parking. Shuttle service was a good. Ice machines were broken and the glasses on room were dirt. Surprised no bottles of water were in room as water from sinks had an off taste. View from window was of dumpsters and trailer storage. Immediate area was depressing but quick drive to mall.

    From check-in until check-out, the staff were super attentive and accommodating. Close to where we wanted to be, the shuttle was great, and the breakfast was the best spread I have seen in a long time in a hotel! The food was fresh and hot. We will definitely stay there again!

    I didn’t like not having access to disposable cups. My husband went to ask and they gave him triangular water cups and told him that there were no disposable coffee cups either. However, at breakfast, there were many disposable coffee cups. Also, I used a different card for incidentals. They charge both of my cards totaling $500 all together for one night. The guy at the counter said charges would drop off immediately, which of course did not. The beds were very small and uncomfortable. We will not stay here again.

    - The staff are very friendly and helpful. - Breakfast had lots of options with hot foods — better than most free breakfast buffets - Room was large with a sitting area and a bar area with an extra sink - Rooms were clean Areas for Improvement: - Parking was $8 a day, but this isn’t on the hotels.com website - Elevator is as slow as mud moving. It was faster to take stairs by a long shot. - Restroom is super compact — not comfortable if you’re on the larger side - Air conditioner was crazy — kids thought 70 degrees was too cold, but if you adjusted it to 72 degrees or anything higher, it would auto switch to heat. We just had to freeze all night.

    Checkin was fast and the guy working the desk was super friendly. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Disappointed to come down at 7:30 and find no breakfast, despite seeing plates piled that suggested there was breakfast at some point that morning. Paid a little extra to stay here - part location, more so for breakfast - and then not have that perk.

    Awful hotel, can’t believe Hyatt would allow their name to be used on this place. Checking in was told pool is closed until further notice, would’ve been nice to be notified ahead of time plus freaking 96 deg traveling with kids, yippee!! Go to room and toilet won’t flush, front desk says come down and get a plunger :(. After going shopping come back to our room to go to bed and find nasty dirty sheets, had black stains all over them, then our daughter looks up and says ‘is that blood on the ceiling?’ We immediately went and changed rooms. Hotel just does not take good care of the property. Please don’t go by the pictures listed!
