I definitely believe that the amenities and staff are the draw. The beds were very comfortable. The walls are a little thin. I just wish that the hotel had better views all around.

They serve a full buffet style breakfast and dinner that is complimentary and 3 free drinks per person per day of your stay including cocktails. It was delicious! They also serve free coffee and soft drinks all day and free popcorn from 4-8. This was a surprise to us but it certainly was welcomed! We will never stay anywhere else but a Drury Hotel!

The food used to be a lot better the breakfast was barely ok stale cereal but the food at the kickback time was inedible first night got sick from it,so plan on eating out at night

Location was perfect for us. Everything was very clean. Staff were wonderful! Jennie and Nada at the front desk were so helpful. We arrived early Jennie worked with us to go ahead and get checked in. Nada helped us to extend our stay another day. We really liked parking in the garage. We didn’t move our car until we left everything was in walking distance for CMA activities and the stadium. Having breakfast and dinner buffet available was great and the food was very good. We didn’t find anything we didn’t like.

The staff at this Drury was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing and so was the food at the evening snack time. This hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of Broadway where all of the Country Stars bars are located. My daughter was celebrating her 21st birthday and they were very accomodating even giving her a gift bag that contained snacks, candy, a bottle of water and a small bottle of wine - very thoughtful! I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very nice, staff friendly and helpful. Proximity to Broadway was great. The only negative thing I will say was there was a lot of noise coming from the surrounding streets in the way of police ambulance and firetruck sirens.

The hotel is great. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk from the attractions in Nashville. The breakfast is very good. We enjoyed the evening meal and the music in the pub. The price of the hotel parking lot per day is too expensive.

I love the buffet breakfast and kickback afternoon drinks and meal. It’s just perfect. Beautifully served and staff is so kind and helpful. Just the best place to stay.

Parking at the property was great. Of course it’s a little hefty on price, however, it’s secure and convenient. Our room was clean and perfect for the two of us. There is a little market in the lobby to purchase drinks/snacks and common pharmaceuticals that’s open 24hrs. However, on the 8th floor where the free amenities are located, the fountain drinks and juice should be complimentary 24hrs also considering the price point of the stay and parking.

Had amazing indoor/outdoor pool and outdoor huge jacuzzi. Very kice rooms, clean and friendly staff. Wonderfully situated with easy access to Broadway bars. The free breakfast, dinner and 3 drinks each night are an amazing touch and kept us on the property more than we thought we would. These amenities were not at an additional room cost, just a thoughtful hotel chain that knows everyone deserves luxury, not just the rich. As long as their nightly prices remain reasonable, they will become my new go to hotel choice.

When we called to see if anything could be done, Jenny was fantastic and allowed us to move up a few floors, which helped tremendously. I was very impressed with her helpfulness, understanding, and prompt solution. We also loved the breakfast buffet every morning and the “Kickback” appetizers in the afternoon. The food was fantastic, there was plenty of it, and it helped us save a lot of money on meals during the trip. There was also a very kind and helpful employee named Sara working breakfast every morning. She came by tables clearing plates and refilling dishes with a smile on her face. She was wonderful. The fitness room was also nice, clean, and well-equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, weights, and strength machines. Despite some significant traffic noise on the lower floors during the weekend, our stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Downtown was excellent thanks to outstanding customer service, great food offerings, and clean, well-equipped amenities.

Hotel was pretty old and in needed renovations.. The breakfast is low quality. Our shower door was broken and we asked them to fix it, but they didn’t get around to it.. it was nice that they had coffee and water in the lobby, but there wasn’t any real cream which would’ve made it a lot better. It was overpriced because of the great location

Drury is our go-to when staying in Nashville. The security measures are outstanding and I always feel safe when staying here. Rooms are always super clean, comfortable and quiet. Onsite parking garage is a bonus. Kickback and breakfast are a nice extra as well. Definitely recommend.

I really liked staying at the Drury. Friendly staff and clean hotel. The parking was expensive and should be included with your stay. That being said, parking is ridiculous in Nashville so I appreciate that I was able to park there.

Fantastic: 8th floor lounge includes breakfast and happy hour, location, quiet, appearance and cleanliness, friendly staff.

Booked bc of the 9.8 rating. That 9 was upside down. Honestly more like a 6.8. Staff was nice and were accomodating. Goosld to have breakfast inc. but unfortunately it was reheated frozen food. Plus there are several great local restaurants in walking distance. We preferreed to be a little further away from Broadway, so location was good. It was probably a 3/5 star hotel at a 4 star price.

This hotel was recommended as a "luxury" option, but I found that it didn't live up to that label. We stayed for four nights, and our room was never cleaned. While the towels were changed, that was the extent of the housekeeping. I've never stayed at any other hotel where the staff didn't make the beds or vacuum the floors. This was not the experience I expected from a luxury hotel.

Breakfast was not what was expected. Scrambled eggs were soft and runny, and too many peppers and onions. potatoes too spicy hot, fruit was passed ripe, sausage was greasy, “orange juice” was not real orange juice. Orange Splash? Same with cranberry juice. Tasted like Tang. Tiny bar of soap for 2 people. Staff was friendly and property was clean. Beds comfortable. Good location.

The breakfast had nice variety I especially like the waffles. The cocktail hour at night with drink tickets was a nice addition and great variety of drinks offered. The pool area was very nice a pool temperature was perfect. Great walking distance to all main attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Parking is a little steep at $42+ tax, but seems to be par for the course and is very safe to leave your car during your stay.

Staff was wonderful. We became sick on our trip and the staff brought us up extra Kleenex. They also allowed us to add an extra day onto our trip with no hesitation. We are always going to stay here when coming to Nashville and have already told friends and family to stay here. It was also in a wonderful location to go down to Broadway -- only a short walk.

Family trip, rented 2 rooms. Staff is extremely rude! I’m a disabled veteran, hard of hearing and when I asked the girls at the front desk, I had to ask her to repeat herself so I could understand and when I repeated it to verify I heard her correctly - she snapped and said “Yes, I already told you that.” I explained my handicap and she rolled her eyes and the other young girl looked at her and smiled.NEVER been so humiliated in front of my family!

Stayed 3 nights for the long weekend and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast and simple hot dinner was included daily. Food isn’t spectacular but it’s good and included in nightly rate so it was greatly appreciated. The hotel is within 5-7 min walk to Broadway where all the famous bars are at. Location was absolutely on point. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Need noise canceling curtains. You hear all the outside noise from the street was hard to sleep.

This was my 4th stay here. Breakfast has a nice variety and hot. Dinner snacks and drinks are an added bonus that nobody else has. I will say the pool and outside hot tub is great too. The amenities are endless. Highly recommend. And very convenient to absolutely everything in every direction.

This was our second stay at this hotel in the past 4 months. Always clean and comfortable. We did encounter some issues with 2 lamps and cable not working. We were trying to watch the Stagg Bowl with no luck maintenance said they were have issues and unable to fix. They did give us 2 replacement light bulbs we installed ourselves. The next morning alarms were blaring at 3:30/3:38am from the previous guest. Not a great start to our day.

Great customer service

The Drury chain and this specific location is great. A top notch included breakfast AND dinner. AND 3 free drinks per person per day. This location has a great bar and kitchen if you want more than the included food. The live entertainer Justin Foster did a great job with the country music and was engaging with the audience. He didn't leave anyone out. A really great guy and musician!

Room was comfortable and clean. This is a no frills, no glam hotel. I probably wouldn’t stay here again simply because I prefer something modern and bright. The free drinks and free food is a bonus, but nothing to write home about. Having said that, it felt safe and convenient.

We stay at the Drury every time we come to Nashville, and it never disappoints. The hotel is always exceptionally clean, and check-in is consistently smooth and easy. The rooms are spotless, and the breakfast is a major perk with plenty of variety to choose from. Their snacks and dinner options are perfect for keeping us full before enjoying a swim in the heated indoor/outdoor pool. We also love that they provide towels for after swimming. Overall, it’s always a comfortable and reliable stay.

We decided to go to Nashville to watch our Seahawks beat the titans and the stay at the Drury hotel was a highlight. Not only was there a free breakfast that was delicious but they also had a great dinner time free meal. The 3 free drinks per adult and food included were amazing. In a time when money might be tight for people that saved us a lot not having to go out and pay for all of our meals in Nashville. Thank you.

I would recommend taking Lyft/Uber in lieu of renting a car and paying for parking each night ($42). The Omni hotel next door has a great reasonably priced gift shop called the Five and Tenn. You can’t beat a two block walk to the Honkytonk area on lower Broadway. My only negative, there is a fire/paramedic station two blocks away. There must have been 3-5 calls per night with sirens blaring 🚨 Thank you, Drury, for a wonderful three night stay!

The Drury in Nashville had such great customer service! I was blown away! Very rarely do you go anywhere and they have great customer service. From the housekeeping to the front desk to the food crews they were all very personable and very customer focused. I will recommend all of my friends and family to stay here!

I left three items of clothing in the closet. I called the next morning to tell them and they told me that they did not find them. I called again the next day they checked with housekeeping both times and reported they did not find the items I said do you think they looked in the closet? They said well I hope so. I said well then someone has stolen my property. They had no response. I’ve never had this happen in a hotel before, and it was very upsetting. I’m hoping that whoever cleaned my room has been talked to you, but I have no idea at any rate. I understand that sometimes people can report things stolen when it’s not true I did not expect any kind of compensation, but it was just a very upsetting situation very unhappy with the hotel

We enjoyed having the breakfast included in our stay however it was the same things each morning …. Same sausage. Same type of potatoe. Same eggs. Different type of sausage/meat and potatoe at least would have been nice. Same with the kickback from 5:30-7:00.. it was very nice it was included in our stay however a variety would have been appreciated. . We stayed 3 days. We had the exact same thing 2 times. And the same breakfast 3 consecutive days. A variety would have been appreciated and much nicer.

Would have given a 5 rating , but was woken up repeatedly ever night by the local fire trucks blasting their horns, empty streets, 2am 3am 4am 5am, it didn't matter what time of day or night, as an EMT and first responder, I would be more cautious as to when I blast the siren at night. For this reason I would not stay at this property again, You Will Not Get A Good Nights Sleep

The room was really nice. I liked how quiet it was, we couldn't hear anyone next door. The breakfast was good. The drinks and the food at night were just okay. It was kind of cafeteria food which for free is fine. My only complaint would be the pillows on the bed are not very comfortable. They are to hard and thick so several of us in our group had very sore necks from sleeping on them.
