Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating its proximity to downtown Nashville and Broadway, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. However, there are consistent complaints about the valet-only parking, high parking fees, and various maintenance issues in the rooms, particularly related to bathroom fixtures and water pressure.
- Great location close to downtown Nashville and Broadway
- Spacious rooms
- Valet-only parking and high parking fees
- Maintenance issues in rooms, particularly bathroom fixtures and water pressure

Arrived hours early but front desk was nice and allowed us in, having an available room. Hotel was nice, walkable to Broadway. Morning breakfast was delicious!! Will definitely return when in the area. Only problem encountered was ice machine empty on our floor and the bathroom door (barn style) didn’t close all the way. Otherwise, nice stay.
- 4/5
Great stay! Close access to everything!
- 3/5
There was a toe nail by the bed in the floor and the tv didn’t work. Other than that staff was wonderful.
- 5/5
Close to broadway
- 5/5
I love this place it’s close to everything in downtown you can walk everywhere from there, easy and feast check in, the valet parking was berry cain and welcoming easy to request you car when you leave and feast and easy check out definitely I will stay there again.
- 4/5
Low water pressure in the shower. Food was good. Housekeeping was great. Brought extra towels within 15 minutes. Overall it was a good stay. But the facility is needing some TLC.
- 5/5
Just an overnight stay, but the location was great. Recommend a higher floor for sound reduction.
- 5/5
Everything was nice. Can’t complain, will definitely be back
- 5/5
Could use more lighting in the first floor rooms - too dark
- 1/5
Won't be staying here again
- 4/5
Wonderful, helpful staff! Valet, Brady and Graham, did an OUTSTANDING job helping us not only get car parked, but carrying luggage to and from room when there were no luggage carts available. Our room's AC was not as cool as it should've been. I called front desk and they sent maintenance up right away. They said they "reset" the unit and even brought us a fan to help cool off quicker.
- 3/5
Valet parking was expensive. Guy at check in was very distracted. Overall stay wasn’t bad. Definitely could have been better but could have been much worse. Room was small but nice. Clean. Might stay again depending on whether anything else is available. Probably not a first choice next time.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4/5
rooms cleaned and refreshed every other day breakfast was good for hotel. room was needed some refreshed close to all attractions
- 5/5
Clean room, and a good selection at breakfast. Free ice water in the Lobby.
- 4.5/5
Location and contactless check-in Breakfast wasn’t up to the Hampton In. standard. Also, I was charged $134 for parking when I was there less than 24 hours. It’s outrageous when you are a guest at the hotel.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast could offer a few more items and options without meat. Front desk at our time looked like she hated her job.
- 1/5
there was mold in our room and after all 5 of our guests got very visibly sick, the manager refused any type of refund and told us to check out and go to another hotel…? so weird.
- 4/5
N/A Liked everything about the stay.
- 5/5
Our room was on the main floor and it was very dark - needs more light
- 5/5
Check in and valet were smooth and easy No bottle water in room
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
Our room was clean. Breakfast was good. The valet parking attendants were very friendly and courteous. They didn't have a safe in the room. In my experience most downtown hotels do. It is close to Broadway and the stadium. We came to Nashville for CMA Fest. We walked everywhere we went.
- 3/5
This hotel is in need of a lot of maintenance. Almost all leather chairs in lobby / breakfast area were cracked and torn. Wallpaper throughout the halls were ripped in numerous places. We were in the 6th floor and water pressure for the shower was awful. The mattress in our bed was in need of replacing. We also only had one towel and one wash cloth in the room when we got there. This was the first Hampton Inn I ever had an issue with. On a more positive note the location was great and the hot breakfast was good. The valet parking attendants were also really helpful
- 5/5
Very helpful staff
- 3/5
Location is good. Short walk to Broadway St. The hotel needs some cleaning/maintenance. The carpet on the 3rd floor needs to be cleaned. Lobby furniture upholstery is torn or cracking.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and always willing to help
- 2.5/5
Central to all Shabby! Furniture in lobby torn, water did t drain in sink,

Property was older and had maintenance issues. Broken tv (line straight thru screen)and missing remote. Laundry out of order. Parking fees higher than average and didn’t realize they were mandatory.

It was so clean and beautiful

- 4/5
Great location.
- 5/5
Clean room. Staff and valet parking were very helpful and nice! Breakfast was very good! Overall was a wonderful stay!
- 2/5
Would not recommend this hotel. The pros: location (walkable to Broadway St), large clean room, and good breakfast. The areas of improvement: 1. the hotel was dated, 2. hot in the hallways, elevator & lobby (no AC) and 3. No parking in the hotel only valet parking for $59 per night (or you can park in the street).
- 5/5
The Hampton Inn and Suites is very affordable, and convenient. It is within walking distance from a lot of the major attractions you might like to see in Nashville.
- 4.5/5
This property was great! Walkable distance to everything downtown. The continental breakfast was also great. Beds were very comfortable. Valet staff was TOP notch!! Maids only clean every other day. TV had only live tv available and not a smart tv so unable to log into streaming services. Hotel staff was friendly enough but didn’t go out of their way. A/C didn’t get cold enough despite adjusting the thermostat.
- 5/5
Great location, clean room, friendly staff.
- 5/5
The hallways and elevators were extremely warm.
- 2/5
i was on the first floor there was so much activity in the evenings I wasn't able to rest I did let the front office know after the first night, they said "sorry" With no solutions to move me to a room that wasn't on the first floor or close to the lobby area
- 5/5
Would definitely stay again.
- 1.5/5
The staff were not very good. Kinda rude. Didn't explain things well. The valet was great though.

No resturant, No pool, No hot tub and no bar. One lady manager was very nice. Breakfast was ok.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to downtown Nashville. Would stay again
- 4/5
It was a pretty hotel. Easy to access. The carpeting seemed to be quite filthy, maybe because it was dated. The rest of the establishment was clean. I did not appreciate all the Spanish speaking staff. Some could not even answer simple questions when asked.

- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating always. Hotel was a perfect distance to walk almost everywhere nearby. Only complaint was it was a bit outdated in the rooms.
- 4/5
Excellent breakfast
- 3/5
The room was big, however the bathroom fan didn’t work and there was mold around the door.
- 5/5
Location is excellent and pricepoint considering proximity to Nashville attractions is more than fair. Very clean and well maintained rooms, friendly staff considering the volume of patrons. Hotel provides only valet parking and it is very expensive, but it is quick and easy to use and you feel good about leaving your vehicle with them as far as security.

got suprise security deposit of 75.00 per nite upon checkin was not disclosed at booking would not booked if known
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Stayed for 2 nights with my daughter for a concert. At first the parking seems expensive but once you realize how convenient it is, it is worth the money. First time in Nashville, will definitely stay here next time we are in town!
- 3/5
The location of this hotel is excellent! Parking is only valet and is $65 per day. Rooms are dated and plumbing needs to be replaced.
- 5/5
Nice place .Would stay again.
- 4/5
The room was clean. Breakfast had variety.
- 4/5
breakfast to die for
- 5/5
Very good hotel & good location. About 3 blocks away from Broadway so easy to walk there. Staff quickly fixed an issue I reported with the bathroom door. Breakfast selection was adequate but very convenient. Room clean & spacious. Parking was expensive but at least the parking attendants retrieved our car quickly. I would stay here again.
- 3/5
Hair of someone else was on our shower wall, and on containers of both shampoo and conditioner. Not very sanitary Breakfast was limited and no omelets available at our seating till we were finished. The hotel was definitely busy so maybe you need more breakfast staff
- 5/5
Breakfast is the best!!! Rooms are great.
- 5/5
Life long local that likes to go downtown every few months. This has become our hotel of choice. Big rooms, breakfast, easy access to everything downtown, but also can be headed home on 40 in a matter of minutes. Only downside was the $137 parking for 2nts. That was 40% of our hotel stay...that's INSANE
- 3/5
Staff were all very good during our interactions. The facility, in general needs a refurbishment. Furniture cracked and peeling, ceiling peeling, generally looks tired. Location for downtown was great. Not sure I would choose this Hampton again. O
- 4/5
Excellent service and convenient location, free hot breakfast with reasonable selection. The hotel needs updates and the floors are pretty dirty. Good deal for the price!
- 2/5
beware if valet parking here.. we stayed 1 night, was supposed to be charged $60 for parking. We were charged $197 for not even an 7 hour stay at the hotel. called and since the valet is a 3rd party it took 2 months to semi resolve where they never reached out and only refunded $80.. ridiculous
- 4/5
The property was a great location. The lobby furniture was well worn and had holes in some of it. The rooms were okay. Pillows had no stuffing in them. Breakfast was good, hot food was different each day. I knew I had to pay for parking but didn't know it was a third party on site you pay separately and valet only. We were on the third floor on 2nd Ave. The traffic noise went on all night long. My husband didn't want to change rooms but the staff was kind enough to give me earplugs. All in all it was a good stay.
- 5/5
Forgot to clean our suite a couple times but other than that our stay was great
- 2/5
tv was not plugged in for our room Bathroom tiles falling off and mold on ceiling Bathroom sink tap to far from sink and makes a mess
- 5/5
Breakfast was great. Staff were great. We had a little noise issue with our AC Unit. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Easy, quick access to Broadway.
- 5/5
Great breakfast. Excellent location to walk downtown.
- 4/5
Clean Room, Nice Staff, Good Breakfast, Water pressure in the rooms isn't very good.
- 5/5
staff was super friendly, room was clean, and hotel itself so clean. parking being valet only is nice but i do like being able to do it myself
- 5/5
Nice location
- 3/5
Breakfast is good. Hotel is very tired and in need of referb. Lobby seating is filthy. Great location.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, and knowledgeable staff.
- 4/5
Helpful staff. Clean accommodations. Great location
- 5/5
The only thing I don't like is the parking is valet only and I prefer to park my car so that I know exactly where it is.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Great location
- 4/5
Expensive valet parking. Noisy tho. Could actually hear drums from Broadway at night, and lots of traffic noise and sirens too. But great access to points of interest On foot
- 5/5
Everything was safe and very nice.
- 5/5
Food was good, location was excellent. Rooms are aging from previous stays.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good, liked the free coffee in lobby, the parking fee was to much.
- 3/5
Noisy at night! Breakfast was so-so. Remodel of bathroom wasn’t done to order. Close to broadway- very easy walk
- 5/5
Kendall is the absolute best! She went out of her way to help us and get us checked on.
- 5/5
Clean room greatvlocation
- 5/5
The suite was perfect for our family!
- 5/5
Everything was excellent.
- 3/5
Yes
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast selections.
- 4/5
The only problem to me was on our last day the elevator broke and we were on the 4th floor. I have a knee replacement and my husband has hip issues. It was a battle for us to get our luggage down to catch Uber in time. I tried to call front desk to let us know when it was repaired. They didn’t answer, so we had no choice. It was very difficult to carry a large suitcase down 4 flight of stairs.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast! Easy walking area! Rooms were clean and very comfortable.
- 5/5
Comfortable stay, staff was very helpful, valet parking. Would definitely recommend
- 5/5
Good breakfast items, staff very helpful and friendly, older furniture.
- 4/5
Some surfaces are worn like hallway carpet , baseboards, and wallpaper. Lobby furniture was worn out. The breakfast menu needs improvement. No problems with service.
- 3/5
Parking was easy but attendance was ru
- 5/5
Great location.
- 5/5
were overall very friendly. Amenities were lacking. No area to enjoy the outside. Bar area was under repair. All seating in the breakfast area and lounge area were in very poor condition.
- 5/5
The next morning I wasn't able to take advantage of the buffet breakfast through no fault of the hotel, but it looked amazing! The only downside to this location is that valet parking is 60 dollars a night, and you have to valet. There is to my knowledge no other options for parking. The valet staff were pleasent, attentive, informative, and I felt my car was safe. I plan to make future trips to Nashville when the Islanders are in town, so this will be a good option for future visits!
- 5/5
Very clean and had plenty of everything we needed. Great location to walk everywhere and so we did! Only 10 ride from airport. Was quiet too. Housekeeping did a great job, room was always immaculate. Quick breakfast ok and hot fresh coffee always available. Also a few restaurants a block away when you don’t feel like going downtown.
- 5/5
Very clean, room was comfortable, and I was very impressed that our room was actually ready early for us which was extremely helpful. I’d stay here again
- 3/5
Needs a bar or lounge to unwind after long days. Lobby chairs are in very bad shape. No outdoor seating.
- 5/5
Breakfast had a variety of items for everyone. Room was very clean and spacious. Parking attendant was extremely nice and very helpful.
- 5/5
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Air in the room didn’t
- 4/5
The parking is expensive
- 5/5
Great location, walk to everything but still a few blocks so it was quiet. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. Our room was very large and had 2 king beds and a pull out sofa for our son. Plenty of room! Staff was so friendly. Definately would stay here again.
- 4/5
Some of the furniture is showing it’s age but overall a good value.
- 2/5
Breakfast was good
- 5/5
The stay was nice, nice rooms, decent breakfast. Lobby furniture needs some attention. They were painting the front entrance to hotel. Should spend that money on new furniture. But we were not there much, only for breakfast and to sleep.
- 4/5
No me gusto que no hicieran aseo todos los dias
- 5/5
Parking not included
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful
- 4/5
Location is good to walk to everything. Museum, food, music and bars. Can also walk to Titans stadium during football season.
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing!
- 3/5
Property needs somevrefresh. Low water pressure and average fixtures. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was great. Great location b
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Solid choice close to the action
- 5/5
Parking was great
- 3/5
Besides the water the hotel is perfect location to Broadway. You can walk just about anywhere from here (just not the Grand Ole Opry). The hotel rooms where clean and the staff were really nice and I’m sure had we had
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay. Will come back again.
- 4/5
Nice location to downtown attractions and rooms Clean, nice breakfast choices and well replenished.
- 4/5
Having higher prices on required valet was a disappointment
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Great location!
- 4/5
Valet parking only w/o access to car
- 4/5
Front desk staff was fine, nothing special. Some chairs in the lobby needed to go in the TRASH. Breakfast was adequate. Could get full if u wanted to. Room was clean. Tub was old. Halls smelled funny. Valet was helpful and easy. ( cost too much PLUS tax) it was close to Bridgestone arena and a few other places
- 5/5
Perfect location to Downtown. Everything was within walking distance. Jackie at check in was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Absolutely amazing
- 3/5
Three of the four mornings had egg option with cheese with no real dairy free alternative that is common in most buffet breakfast in hotels these days. Good Location and adequate rooms but was noisy on Saturday night.
- 5/5
We were pleased with everything m, during our stay
- 1/5
Paid for 2 king beds. Was given 2 queens when I mentioned I’d paid for kings they said well this is what we have. You booked through Expedia so you get what’s available. I said when I booked and paid 2 kings were available and what I paid for and front desk simply said well now they’re not. Had to call front desk several times because of extreme noise. people were yelling in the hall, arguing, slamming door etc. The police were finally called to throw the l room next to us out, they were so loud. Metro police had to escort them out. We left a day early and drove the 4 hrs home because we didn’t want to have to stay another night. It was an awful trip we only got about 3 hrs sleep our first and only night because of the noise and disruption going on. Would never stay here again.
- 5/5
Good location to the broadway mess
- 3/5
1st room 327 had a smoker in it, NASTY! Second room they gave me, no hot water for 24hrs. They said multiple times someone would be up, no one ever showed. They couldn’t switch me to yet another room due to fully booked. They asked me via txt how my stay was going, I told them exactly what was happening, the reply was “sorry for your inconvenience” it was a laughable moment as from that point forward I just said “this hotel broke me”. I did eventually get hot water, but no one cared. I may write corporate just for the pint that no one cared. Signed: Honest Reviewer
- 4/5
Clean, quiet room. Great location. Need more tables in breakfast area.
- 5/5
It needs some upgrading on some areas. The bathroom in our unit a bit old and outdated. But the location makes up for everything. Very close to downtown Memphis. Within walking distance of everything. Never had a need for a car.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, comfortable rooms, great access to Broadway
- 4/5
Our stay was enjoyable, hotel was clean. The lobby furniture is pretty beat up with rips and tears, but overall a nice stay.
- 4/5
Little outdated.
- 3/5
The property was more rundown than I remember it. The bar was not open.
- 5/5
Our room was spacious and comfortable for a group of 4 adults. The location was perfect for visiting Broadway and the night life. The breakfast was great each morning and the staff was super nice and helpful.
- 3/5
I've stayed at hamptons, many many times , just wanted to park car and walk downtown Nashville, the most upsetting thing was the 69 dollar parking fee, when staying at hotel , when public garages are 60 dollars a night ,there could have been a cheaper rate for guests ,hotel was clean , breakfast was decent, happy about the cold water, and coffee in lobby, won't stay there again because of parking rate, or anywhere down town because of that
- 2/5
There was no pool we had to pay for our valet of 65 dollars on top of our stay with wasn't told in the reservation just very unhappy
- 5/5
The only complaint was the cost to park our vehicle. As there was no free parking available.
- 5/5
The staff is amazing, the property it self needs refurbishing, the lobby area, and the food area chairs are in really bad shape as is the cushions where you sit.
- 1/5
We arrived on a Saturday and on had housekeeping 1 day. I would not stay at this place again.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Hotel ideally located near Hall of Fame and Broadway. Room clean and spacious.
- 4/5
Yes breakfast was descent
- 5/5
Parking was great! Breakfast was as okay
- 5/5
Thanks so much for a great stay!
- 5/5
Great location downtown - easy walk to Broadway
- 4/5
Perfect location, friendly staff, good free breakfast and coffee! Room was clean. Hotel furniture can definitely need some upgrades though. Every single chair has cracks/stains or feel half broken. Other than that would stay here again for the convenience!
- 4/5
Only parking is paid valet, and its $60 for the night.
- 5/5
i love the place and the staff
- 5/5
Nice and close to downtown pay for parking room is nice sized shower needs updating good breakfast easy to communicate with front desk very helpful
- 3/5
They need to do some updating. Mattress was well worn. Of course parking is extremely expensive and now the classify a truck as an oversized vehicle so they can charge you more.
- 4/5
Great location
- 5/5
Grear location, close to downtown.
- 5/5
employees were very helpful and friendly. Property was close to venue and immaculate. Good job guys!
- 5/5
The bathroom was a little dated. The 2 king beds were amazing!
- 3/5
Walls are super thin and plumbing in bathroom kept backing up in commode from bathroom next door . Also, nowhere on web site does it indicate there was no self parking or price. 70 a. Night is highway robbery
- 2/5
I gave it overall poor because we pulled in around 9 pm after traveling for 8 hours, just to be told they don’t have any parking left, and that we would have to park 2 blocks away. Needless stay I was less than impressed!
- 5/5
Loved the extended breakfast hours and check out time. Very close to Nashville attractions
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The location was very convenient to walk to Broadway. There was no pool that we found. Breakfast was good with many options. There was large area for eating but a little worn with the seating. I would stay again
- 3/5
Not real nice hotel
- 3/5
Large clean room. Good breakfast. Mattress needs to be replaced. Laundry room not accessible. Location of room (324) very noisy from street traffic/trucks all night. Between the bed and the noise, I didn’t get much sleep.
- 4/5
Bathroom door did not close
- 5/5
The room was big, clean and comfy!
- 5/5
The room was great! Beds comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast was hit or miss, eggs were better weekdays than weekends. Not always hot. Oranges and scones were delish! Staff at reception were nice and helpful. Pointed us in the direction of downtown.
- 5/5
Very clean hotel. Breakfast was very good!!
- 5/5
Very convenient location. Walking distance to the Ryman and Bridgestone arena and many restaurants. Hotel very clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Great stay! Clean room, great breakfast and the best staff
- 4/5
Great price, good location, ok breakfast.
- 2/5
We called for additional blankets and had to call twice before they finally arrived then next day we called for toilet paper and it NEVER arrived, we called an hour later and no answer so we had to use paper towels.
- 4/5
Room was great, the shower head was a little funky. Not all of the shower head settings worked
- 5/5
Clean room. Full breakfast available.
- 4/5
The hotel itself was nice and clean. Spacious room for my family. Staff were friendly. The shower however was horrible. The water pressure was non existent and didn’t get very hot.
- 3/5
The shower and bathroom sink water went everywhere, dangerous slip and fall situation. Super noisy with outside traffic and loud conversations. Staff was courteous and breakfast was good.
- 1/5
The number 1 elevator late at night got stuck. The only way to let anyone know we were stuck in it was to call the fire department. It took a half hour to finally get freed. Avoid elevator 1. I took the stairs after that trauma as I couldn’t bring myself to trust the elevators after that. They didn’t charge us for the room which was appreciated but we never got sleep that night. Just thought some people might not like this issue.
- 5/5
Great location and hotel!
- 1/5
Reservation cancelled. Hotel was overbooked. Had to find alternative accommodations.
- 5/5
location and large room
- 1/5
Definitely not happy, call to discuss
- 5/5
Great hotel! The staff was awesome. Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Right in the heart of all the things that you want to do
- 5/5
Breakfast and rooms
- 3/5
Our room was subpar. Safe didn't work. Poorly patched holes in the walls. Shower surround was cracked (they did fill crack with silicone). No vent in bathroom. Ceiling access hatches falling out. Sink faucet was offset so far that we could barely wash our hands in it.
- 4/5
Accommodating staff , front desk was very friendly and informative
- 5/5
Very clean friendly helpful staff. Great location for down town.
- 5/5
Staff and room were great.
- 4/5
Room seemed to be missing any armchairs
- 3/5
Staff tried to open the door while I was sleeping, I thought it was miscommunication between mate and manager. I did not check out yet but they tried to open the door to clean up the room.
- 4/5
The staff was great! The breakfast offerings could be improved
- 3/5
The hotel needs updating. Many seats in the lobby worn out . Breakfast was ok. It changed the type of eggs and meat protein everyday . No pastries/muffins and little yogurt available on our Tuesday morning. The room ok, needs updating. Our heater/ac worked but our family in another room said issues with theirs. Big positive was its location.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
Loved the room breakfast and distance to Broadway
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, good breakfast, solid coffee. Pet friendly!
- 5/5
The staff was incredibly helpful and kind.
- 3/5
The pictures online were not representative of the actual room.
- 4/5
The staff was very courteous HOWEVER the lobby furniture is dirty, old ripped and absolutely embarrassing for Hilton brand. I will not recommend until I see posts of revamped lobby!
- 3/5
Furniture in the lobby needs to be replaced. No bar or restaurant at the hotel.
- 4/5
Room and food were good. Front desk costumer service needs more attention on be more helpful
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Easy walk to broadway, and if you don’t want to do valet parking, their is a parking lot 2 blocks down that cost cheaper
- 3/5
The room was fine. The $300 deposit fee was not. The house cleaners yelling down the hallway from 7-9 am wasn’t. The housekeepers knocking and opening our door at 9 am while we are sleeping with the do not disturb sign was not. The water being shut off for two days without warning was not. The staff letting grown men sit in the lobby obviously drunk yelling at women as they walk in was not ok. It was a good stay but I will most likely be not returning.
- 5/5
Spotless room and the best complimentary breakfast ever!
- 4/5
Clean, quiet, good location for downtown
- 4/5
The staff was very accommodating. Water pressure and temp in the shower was a bit off, otherwise a nice stay within walking distance to the clubs.

$70 dollar parking fee. They should be upfront with these fees nothing worse than getting surprise fees at highway robbery prices. They force you to use the valet parking. You don’t get a choice. There is parking not far from the hotel at a fraction of the cost.
- 5/5
Kind staff
- 4/5
Very kind and quick!
- 4/5
Clean room. Excellent staff
- 4/5
Staff was courteous, attentive, and very accommodating. However the aesthetics could have used some attention. Cracked seat cushions in the main lobby, paint splattered on bathroom fixtures. Otherwise the valet service was excellent, the rooms were clean and breakfast was very convenient.
- 4/5
Great room, clean, easy check in! Be prepared, there is no parking, only valet! Over $80 to park my car overnight!
- 4/5
Great location. Loves our room to sleep 5 people!
- 5/5
Yes room was spotless and front desk staff was so kind.
- 5/5
one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. clean, spacious and very comfortable.
- 5/5
nice size room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, close proximity to the convention center
- 4/5
The hotel has a great location!
- 5/5
Free check in snack
- 5/5
We had to be in and out quick due to weather. Staff was very accommodating.
- 4/5
Everything was great, clean, great staff and a good breakfast
- 5/5
They only have valet parking so we couldn’t park our own truck. Then you let them know when you’re ready to get it. The valet attendant was fast. Although it was $59 + tip it’s still cheaper than to park elsewhere.

So conveniently located near Broadway! Very clean property with nice rooms! It was quiet and easy to get a good night rest. I loved the free breakfast.
- 5/5
It's so close to everything you want to see and do! The staff are so nice and friendly. The rooms were so large and clean! Will definitely be back!!
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Balcony had a nice view. Staff was helpful.
- 5/5
Safe property just a short walk to broadway
- 5/5
Rooms were roomy and clean. Good breakfast and good location to downtown
- 5/5
Overall conditions were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
Did not know that there was a $75 charge for incidentals and then you have to pay for valet parking. There is no other parking option for the hotel unless you parks a couple blocks away. Overnight parking is 59 plus tax. I wish these fees were advertised.
- 5/5
Beds were very comfortable and I would definitely stay there again
- 4/5
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the hotel is a little tired. The mattresses had visible low spots and need to be replaced. The furniture in the lobby is all very worn. Everything just needs a little update. We used the gym and it was basic but nice. The free breakfast was also basic. It would have been nice to have some more gluten and dairy free options. The only eggs they offered were cheese omelets. Overall though, it was a good value for the money in a big city.
- 5/5
Good breakfast, front desk was very accomodating, nice room. Valet , not so good, especially considering how expensive it was.
- 4/5
They ran out of the little bars of soap for washing your hands, which required us to use the body wash from the shower which was hard to lean over the tub to get.
- 5/5
The hotel was great. It was a very close walk to Broadway but not too close you could hear all the night life (about a 10-minute walk). Room had everything we needed including fridge and microwave and they offer daily breakfast. They also allowed us to do a late checkout which was very helpful since we didn't fly out till 3 pm and we appreciated being about to sleep a bit longer being from the west coast. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
We love the hotel, staff very friendly

rooms are clean but a little dated.. outlets were all worn out and hard to ise. nut its our second time staying in similar room.
- 4/5
Friendly staff

Cleaning
- 5/5
Friendly staff clean room, lots of outlets and places to plug. Your phones into breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Staff was very accommodating about holding our luggage in a secure location when we arrived early in the morning well before check-in time.
- 4/5
The location is the best part of staying at this property. Breakfast was good and the rooms are fine. Parking is the only downside and that being the price.
- 5/5
100% recomendado! Espectacular
- 3/5
Had to call maintenance to fix the bathroom shower
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
All was good but they need to do a better job with the valet. The kid worked hard but he was it. It was the morning after the music City Bowl and only 1 valet? You had to know that most if not all of the guest were checking out that morning. It took 45 minutes to get out car out of Valet. The kid was not the problem, should have have at least 3 when that many rooms were checking out.
- 5/5
Clean room, great location to hot spots of downtown.
- 3/5
Friendly service. Cons: Parking was expensive at $59.00 per night. Shower curtain rod was bent which caused water to leak all over the floor. Elevator broke down ( I don’t think anyone was in it. Or I hope not) Breakfast area was in front of the doors which was insanely cold to eat without warm clothes on. Hotel is becoming dated.
- 4/5
Location is perfect! Room was clean but the lobby furniture is out dated and needs to be replaced
- 3/5
The room was ok and the breakfast wasn't what I expected. No pastries and oatmeal today.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, continental breakfast was good, close to establishments.
- 5/5
Clean Rooms and aa Friendly, Helpful Staff

$$$$$$
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Hotel overall in great location and very well kept up. Would definitely stay again
- 4/5
Hotel is very clean, but needs room updates. Bathrooms are a bit dated.
- 4/5
Clean spacious room! Nice hotel great location! Breakfast was good, common areas- lobby and etc look a little worn. But its a busy hotel!
- 3/5
The hotel is run down. The furniture downstairs are worn and torn. The room was over all clean, but the bathroom needs updated. There was rust on the tub and there was dirt in the tub. The door to the bathroom was broken when we got there and was hard to close. After it was fixed it would not stay closed. The lady at the front desk did not seem like she wanted to help anyone. Like we were bothering her. The breakfast was not bad and the location is great.
- 4/5
Great location, walkable to Broadway. The property needs some updating. The lobby and breakfast area seating was ripped and dirty. The room was clean but water was not very hot.
- 4/5
Room needs a bit of an update. Bathroom mostly
- 4/5
Staff
- 5/5
Super fast check in, plus they let us check in earlier. Hotel is nice and clean, and buffet breakfast was pretty good, great variety
- 2/5
The air conditioned was not working properly
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly and the room was nice and comfortable
- 5/5
Our room was inviting, beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Breakfast had and array of offerings. Coffee & tea station is offered 24hrs. I do appreciate that! However, please be aware that you do have an additional parking fee daily if you do have a car. Call and ask about those rates, as I don't know if they change with season.
- 5/5
Great location, very pleased with the room
- 4/5
The room was great the staff were very helpful. Everything was great except for the low water pressure which you might not have control of.
- 4/5
A good Hotel close to Brodway and downtown. The valet service needs help as we were stuck for almost a half an hour when they got our car. Tomany vehicles for a small space and they blocked the driveway instead of moving vehicles off to the side ot out of the way.
- 4/5
Great location, easy walk to most places. Great service and a fairly good complimentary breakfast.
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean. hi
- 5/5
Staff was great, room was clean, within walking distance to honky tonks, museums,Ryman, etc.
- 4/5
All the staff was wonderful except for one person that worked at the breakfast buffet. It was about 8:30 am and the orange juice container was empty and I asked her if we could have more juice and she did not say anything but gave me an mean stare. A few minutes later she came out with the juice but I was almost scared to get any. She definately does not need to represent your co.
- 5/5
Room was clean although there were some cracks on the bathroom wall and the doors on some of the shelves didn't work well (hinges were broken or missing) but given the location and otherwise a great property with nice breakfast, it was great. Enjoyed my 4 night stay right across the Omni and within walking distance of Broadway.
- 4/5
Jackie at front desk was Amazing!
- 5/5
All good with the room and staff . Would recommend hotels.com and Hampton Inn.
- 4/5
The room, food and location great. It was a bad surprise to pay for the $59 a night, mandatory valet. I would’ve stayed somewhere else if I’d known.
- 3/5
Sunday evening desk was efficient but not welcoming. Morning desk staff was very friendly. Hotel rooms were date but a decent value
- 4/5
Staff is amazing, so helpful and polite. I would definitely stay again. Great location as well.
- 5/5
The location was great!
- 5/5
Everything was great. The valet chick wasn't friendly but otherwise good
- 4/5
Overall the stay was good. Friendly staff, the bed was comfortable, the room was cosy, the complimentary breakfast was great. The only reason it did not get 5 starts is because there is no parking at the hotel, and I ended up having to pay $60 per night to park my car which is crazy!
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean and comfortable room!
- 3/5
Breakfast was cold everyday. Lobby was cold. Rooms need updating. Elevators were slow
- 3/5
Room was ok. There was what looked like mold on the ceiling of the bathroom around the shower. Only complaint. Staff was nice and helpful. Location was perfect for our trip.
- 5/5
Clean room great staff
- 5/5
Excellent room and location. Close to Broadway and Bridgestone. Just across the bridge from Nissan
- 5/5
a great place to stay close to broadway! clean rooms and a great breakfast buffet to start your day! hotel staff was extremely friendly during check in/check out!
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again. Great price for location in Downtown/walkable to everything I needed
- 5/5
Breakfast was not too much items
- 5/5
Yes, and Kendall went out of her way to help us with our travel around town needs❣️
- 5/5
The best free breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel in the nation!

NICE AND EXCELLENT LOCATION
- 5/5
Great stay in Nashville this weekend!
- 4/5
24 hr coffee service in the lobby was a welcome addition, but the breakfast was marginal at best.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly… room was clean but the furniture and bed needed to be updated. No water pressure in the shower. Location was perfect for our visit.
- 5/5
Yes, everything was good.
- 4/5
Staff was courteous and room was clean. Our room wasn’t ready when we got to the hotel and the lady didn’t bother telling us that the reason it wasn’t ready was because Expedia booked us a hearing accessible room. The continental breakfast was a decent spread and they had coffee/tea and water 24 hours which was a plus. Another positive was that the strip and Bridgestone arena were a short walking distance away.
- 5/5
Yes, it was a very nice stay, clean, the breakfast was outstanding. Close walk to Broadway Street.
- 4/5
Would have been great, but the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable.
- 4/5
Had to get 3 different tv remotes and still had issues with the tv. Also the heat would not turn off ever or regulate temperature unless we turned it completely off.
- 2/5
The room was run down. I was given a Handicap disabled room
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a great breakfast!
- 2/5
Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Breakfast area and lobby furniture was worn and torn. Common bathroom area has peeling wallpaper and mildew. For the price the space looked very worn and ignored. Cost of mandatory valet parking was terrible.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Staff was professional and helpful
- 1/5
The bed's spring made noise. The only redeeming quality was the location to attractions. Never again will we stay there
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and the room was great.
- 5/5
Clean room. Furniture in the lobby needs some help
- 4/5
The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. Would stay again
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 3/5
Cost of snacks was over priced....2 oz bag of cheetos was $4.00.......Carpet in hallways was extremely dirty....every floor......chairs in lobby had a vinyl seat and it was peeling off and fabric was dirty. need to be replaced. room phone charging base was not working....bathroom was missing towel bars. pics of the parlor suite that we booked were exaggerated room was much smaller.....

- 3/5
Lobby furniture needs some help old and ugly. I don’t mind paying for parking but parking was really high. Room was great, comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
yes
- 2/5
The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The beds were awful, pillows worse, parking situation terrible. The lobby is a mess every morning. You have to pay for valet parking which is fine except it takes 30 mins to get your car (we even paid the extra to get priority) The staff was okay I understand it’s not necessarily their fault directly just a terrible set up. We had a cleaning lady just walk straight into our roomwithout knocking. The doors slam and get stuck so every morning you just hear everyone’s door slam closed. We didn’t have the best experience and will not be back.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Staff was great and room was clean! Breakfast was good. Coffee was available all day!
- 5/5
Great breakfast
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and the room excellent for my 3 day stay. The location is very convenient for downtown activities.
- 2/5
The customer service was so so poor. Valet takes forever and the front desk was just watching tiktoks while I was standing directly in front of them they didn’t notice me I had to say something to get them to look up. The only thing going for this is their location.
- 5/5
Welcome staff was excellent. Room was clean and I liked the eco friendly toiletries.
- 5/5

Room was neglected. Fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. No sleep. Terrible stay.
- 5/5
This was a wonderful hotel! Super location to everything you need to see in Nashville. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast buffet was perfect lots of variety.
- 5/5
The hotel staff was friendly, room was clean and it was super close to everything.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff was very kind, helpful and humorous.
- 4/5
NO INTERNET WHILE WE STAYED THERE!
- 5/5
We stayed in a suite w 2 Queen beds it was VERY spacious!! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good large selection! We were very close to broadway!! Will stay there again !!
- 5/5
Location location location!!! Just a short walk away to Broadway. Staff were friendly, room was spacious and clean. The free breakfast was simple but delicious. Will stay here again
- 5/5
Clean room, good staff & close proximity to downtown most appreciated
- 5/5
Great, convenient location to Broadway. Room was awesome. Very courteous staff.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Conveniently located
- 4/5
Staff was excellent! Room and hotel was clean. Breakfast was a wide variety of items. Overall the hotel looked a little run down with room bathrooms and lobby seating
- 2/5
Loud floor, water pressure and temperature terrible in shower, valets did not offer help with luggage, complimentary water not offered until I asked but was freely given to other guests checking at at the same time.
- 2/5
Staff was great and breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. However it definitely needs updating. The chairs in the breakfast area were literally cracked on the seats. The barn door that went between my closet and bathroom had to lifted from the bottom out from the wall to get it to completely to the other side due to a dent or bend in the rod. The heater in my room made an awful loud noise.
- 5/5
It was just great
- 5/5
They held our luggage before check in and after check out which was nice
- 1/5
Hotel is in poor shape, regular maintenance jobs haven’t been done.
- 3/5
Location, room size was goid
- 5/5
Located near music hall of fame and Broadway. Quiet at night, spacious room, modern design, good selection for breakfast and friendly helpful staff. We really enjoyed the stay!
- 5/5
Amazing staff, always very welcoming and accommodating. They had great rooms, very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.
- 5/5
Very clean room. Great service. Free breakfast was nice. Staff was awesome!
- 5/5
Everything was as expected. Great location for downtown Nashville.
- 5/5
Friendly, professional women at the check-in desk. We were early arriving and out room was not available yet but they safelybstored our luggsge. The vLet larking was very nice to have. Again pleasant efficient professional young men.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, great location
- 4/5
The staff is very friendly and helpful Breakfast was good. It’s a pretty big area for breakfast and they probably need more help. The tables were kind of dirty mid morning. It’s a great location if you’re looking to party on Broadway
- 4/5
Friendly staff bathrooms need to be updated, but overall very nice experience
- 5/5
Nice rooms and friendly staff
- 5/5
Great location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast!
- 5/5
great breakfast and perfect location by Broad Street
- 5/5
I did not have a balcony but the room.was large and spacious
- 5/5
Overall the hotel was excellent, friendly staff and excellent services
- 4/5
Parking is $60 per day. Valet only. The lobby furniture is starting to show its age. The leatherette seat cushions are cracked some are bare to the fabric. The breakfast was decent although had no bacon or sausage options. The sliced meat provided wasn't a good replacement.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great!
- 4/5
nice
- 5/5
The staff were amazing! Rooms were clean and great location!
- 4/5
Isaiah was excellent (milking and friendly) when we checked in, also checked with to make sure everything was ok. Hotel over all was clean.
- 1/5
The room was not ready I waited in my car over an hr past the time it was supposed to be ready by 4 pm I also was forced to vallet park at 60 dollars a day with no option to park in Hampton’s parking garage
- 5/5
Large modern room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
- 5/5
There was some construction outside the valet entrance but there was no noise disruption. The staff was very helpful and responsive and the location was great.
- 4/5
Our room was comfortable and walking distance from museums and bars. The hotel seemed understaffed, and the breakfast room was too crowded. Maybe they could find a larger room for the breakfast crowd. They required using the valet system for parking which was way too expensive. We could have easily self-parked in their garage. But the staff they had was friendly.
- 5/5
3 days and room was never cleaned
- 3/5
Hotel was good and in a great location to access to downtown. The beds were TERRIBLE. Also, there was construction that us, as people come in from out of state, couldn’t have known of. If we had known we wouldn’t have stayed as the jackhammering at 7am was a very unpleasant wake up call. A hotel really should let you know if things like that are going on.
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff was friendly. There is construction going on next door and heavy equipment and jack hammer noise was a pain starting at 7am. Valet was $59. Per day and the valet area was backed up because of the construction next door and wait times were long for car. Hotel was definitely convenient to downtown
- 4/5
The staff was friendly, breakfast was hot, the balcony view was ok..
- 3/5
Place is a little worn. Decent location and for the price point it was ok. Shower was marginal.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay! Short walk to Broadway! Would absolutely stay again
- 4/5
Close to Broadway and staff was friendly.
- 2/5
The breakfast was the best part of the trip and that was average. The furniture throughout the lobby, dinning, and lounge area are old, ripped, and worn out everywhere. Everything needs to be replaced. The HVAC control on the wall of our room didn't work. When we turned on the heater below the window, all we got was an acrid, burnt hair stench. I cannot recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay! Everyone was very helpful!
- 5/5
Room was roomy. Door needs greasing. Very loud on opening and closing. Overall definitely suited our needs. Close to everything!
- 5/5
Short walk to Beale St and river front
- 5/5
Great location to Nashville. Felt safe walking to and from Hotel. Fabulous breakfast.
- 4/5
Facility was clean. Staff was friendly. Bathroom in our room had some lighting not working and fan didn't work but nothing we couldn't live with.
- 4/5
The location is great. Close to Broadway and the Bridgestone arena. The hotel is beat up. The rugs are stained, water stains on the ceiling. Staff was very friendly
- 3/5
I was very disappointed over how rundown the hotel overall looked, it was very different from what was advertised in the pictures on Expedia and on google. The staff were nice, we did have significant difficulty figuring out parking because there's some construction in their parking garage, there's no free parking available only valet which was expensive. Breakfast is good, free breakfast with plenty of hot food items available. What's nice is that it's very walkable to the Broadway Street. Overall good location, but disappointed in the facilities and the room because they were nothing like the pictures that are advertised.
- 5/5
Convenient location to broadway, comfortable beds
- 5/5
Offered a free room upgrade, but foolishly declined . Friends preferred upgrade but i switched to reserved room before checking their preferences. Both rooms were nice anyways
- 2/5
The mattress need updating and the furniture in the main lobby is completely falling apart
- 4/5
Room was very clean. Location was very accessible to the downtown hot spots. The staff was very friendly & helpful.
- 2/5
We did not have hot water and their solution was to check out ! We paid over $400 a night and their customer service was horrible!
- 5/5
Clean and friendly
- 3/5
Some of front desk was not friendly and not helpful.
- 1/5
Valet parked our truck in a no parking zone off hotel property where it was broken into. The hotel refuses to take responsibility. The window replacement cost $380. If you drive a full sized truck don’t expect to have safe parking options or for your property to be returned in the same condition it was dropped in.
- 4/5
Good location, friendly front desk staff, our door did not lock properly and I didn’t like only valet parking was available but they did a good job.
- 5/5
We appreciated we could leave our luggage so we could explore Nashville before check in. We also liked the vallet service!
- 4/5
I liked the location just didn’t like the loud stage racing vehicles outside until 3 am.
- 5/5
The property was centrally located to all we wanted do. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
- 3/5
Property could use a refresh. Lots of surrounding noise from construction and traffic.
- 4/5
Room was fine but area around hotel was under construction and a road blocked off. Made it hard to get in and out.
- 5/5
I got upgraded to a corner suite, and it was very nice! The sound from inside the hotel was quiet, but I could hear cars racing and partiers throughout the night from the 5th floor. This is to be expected due to the closeness to Broadway.
- 5/5
Second time to stay and both were pleasant . This time took our dog and it was great!
- 5/5
The location is awesome. It's just a quick walk to all the attractions in downtown. The room was spacious and comfortable. Tge staff was friendly and professional.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing and Jackie was an amazing employee so very nice ,very helpful very professional Ang yiu can tell she love what see does …very nice stay was on family vacation
- 5/5
Good location
- 5/5
Great location and great value
- 4/5
Great location
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and offered a good variety of breakfast options. The location was ideal and the suite was comfortable and spacious. I felt safe during my stay and I would choose to stay there again.
- 5/5
The best part of this hotel is how close it is to everything downtown. The beds were comfortable and not caved in. Breakfast is fairly basic, but better than most. The valet crew was very helpful and efficient.
- 3/5
The room was fine, but LOTS of traffic noise. Very poor water pressure in the shower. And the guy at the front desk gave us the wrong directions to our dinner reservation! We ended up walking through a less than desirable part of town When the restaurant was only about a block away in the other direction!
- 4/5
Room 442 bathroom vent fan did not work. The faucet was so close to the counter it was mounted to ,you could not was your hands wihout water runs all over surface area around sink.
- 5/5
The people were all very nice
- 5/5
Great place to stay will definitely return! Perfect location for easy access to the entire city!! Great job staff everyone was so friendly!!
- 4/5
Bed was extremely comfortable- nice rest
- 3/5
Our balcony looked at the building garbage. Rusty bathroom. It was convenient to broadway but….
- 5/5
Staff were great and a couple of good food choices.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel
- 5/5
Clean room, nice breakfast
- 4/5
Room was clean and beds were comfortable
- 4/5
Staff nice, had to reuqest to change rooms, first one had faucet issues
- 4/5
Reasonable, and a great location as could walk to Broadway, all the honky tonks, hall of fame, etc. Good breakfast. Coffee and chilled water always available . But no dresser in the room and sink faucet so small and close to sink edge, hard to wash hands and water gets all over counter. No safe in room for valuables.
- 5/5
The front desk people were very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Best of all was the location to Broadway st. Maybe 3 blocks at most and very walkable. Great location. Will definitely stay there again when in town.
- 4/5
The hotel location, staff, and quality was great but the noise at night was terrible. I know proximity to Broadway St was the reason but some sound proofing in the building would make this hotel 5 star.
- 5/5
Convenient to the downtown area
- 4/5
while the staff was great/friendly, the safe in the room was broken, the breakfast was just ok, and parking was expensive.
- 4/5
The room and the hotel are nice and convenient to downtown and the music scene, the only reason I didn’t give it a better rating was that there was a water leak in the hotel and in order to fix it, the hotel had to shut the water off for the day we checked in.
- 5/5
The room was very clean the staff was very polite the only thing I would like to see are a couple pens and something to write on
- 2/5
My room had no running water!!! Said it would be ready at 5:00 PM - I had a function to attend an needed a shower. The water was returned after 6:00. I arrived at my event unshowered! Terrible experince!
- 5/5
Clean room walkable to everything
- 4/5
Hotel was decent however the cost of parking ($59 per day) was outrageous and the only option was valet parking.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
Quiet rooms, friendly employees, good walking distance to Broadway
- 5/5
Staff was excellent and friendly. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The room did show some wear and tear as did the furniture in the breakfast area. Breakfast was included and offered several hot and cold options. This hotel is a quick walk to downtown Nashville.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
The shower was rusty and moldy. Bathroom door didn’t fully close. Beds were very wobbly and squeaky. Refrigerator door didn’t fully close. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Towels felt like sand paper.
- 5/5
The property could use new furniture in the lobby area. It looks very worn.
- 5/5
A
- 4/5
Room needs some paint touch ups, major repair job in the shower done poorly. The hotel is in a great spot, beds were hard as a rock and the pull out couch was not comfy either.
- 4/5
Staff was great a special thankyou to Jackie at the frint desk she was fantastic
- 5/5
Jackie was fantastic
- 4/5
Great location
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to walk to many of the known attractions of Downtown Nashville, very happy with our experience.
- 5/5
Great stay! Clean rooms and good breakfast options.
- 5/5
We had a great stay! Rooms are spacious and clean. Front desk personal were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
The property was clean and very safe. The drive up for our Uber was very accessible and convenient for trips outside our walking distance. Otherwise perfect location for walking to all downtown attractions.
- 4/5
The shower didn’t work only the hand held. No water pressure!
- 2/5
Had to wear shoes as the carpet was filthy several big stains as was the hallway Stay in Hampton Inns a lot when travelling by far the worst we have encountered
- 5/5
Very friendly staff , someone was always at the front desk , clean rooms and extra towels when needed , breakfast was delicious, everything was in walking distance, definitely a 5 stars ♥️
- 4/5
Great place to stay when visiting Nashville. Centrally located and easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go.Breakfast was good as well. The only complaint was the water pressure.

Area is LOUD. Hotel room above street…EXTREMELY LOUD DURING NIGHT…Staff was helpful and courteous . Great security in and out of building. Successful GIRLS TRIP and 21st birthdays for 3 young women that had a BLAST!!!!

Good hotel

Staff was great, easy check in. Clean room and commons area. Construction going on and had to enter through that beside dumpsters and equipment. Not the property's fault, but a heads up would have been nice.

Good location that made Broadway & Nissan stadium easy to walk to. Staff was very friendly and welcoming

Great location to walk to Broadway street, very clean and wonderful staff.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. It’s very close to food and shopping. The room exceeded my expectations and the staff was helpful and kind. I will be back!
- 3/5
Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were a little dated. No bar/lounge or pool. Nice breakfast spread and rooms were clean and roomy. Convenient to downtown. Walking distance to the Ryman, broadway street and music museums.
- 3/5
I like that it was near the arena. The staff was nice, but the facilities seemed really old. But when it’s half the price of all the other hotels, we honestly expected it. I was nice at the room for a little bigger than most of the other hotels I looked in the area.

Emma the bartender is amazing! great location, great staff. Only issue was the construction on Almond street. but that's not the property's fault. Only suggestion - and this is for ALL Hampton Inn properties across the US - update the bathroom fixtures, fix the holes in the ceilings where the exhaust fans used to be. No matter what state I'm visiting, it's the same at every Hampton Inn.

The location of the hotel is perfect for downtown activities. The rooms could use an upgrade but our was spacious and comfortable. The free breakfast was good with many options. Now the bad part, this hotel lobby seating area is in desperate need and of new furniture. All the fabrics are stained and worn and the vinyl no longer exists on the chairs. The water feature looks like it hasn’t worked in many years.

I had a great stay.

We had a great stay here. Location was excellent, within walking distance to everything we were looking for. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was exactly what we needed. We received texts checking in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

We were very pleased with the people and the facility. Good location to downtown.

Walking distance to broadway, shopping, and food coart. Staff was very friendly especially the ballet boys. Great stay.

Loved the hotel. It was so convenient. Shout out to Kiera at the front desk. She took great care of us

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Parking - valet $60 available as well. It was clean, and the help was courteous.
- 5/5
I do not like the valet parking or the price for parking. But no choice in that area.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to downtown

No Self Parking, Valet parking was expensive.

Our room was NOT worth the $$$ we paid. It was not clean, smelt like musty wet towels; first morning we did not have hot water so just decided to

Well, the next morning the shower was cold, again, thought it was just a fluke. But when I got back to my hotel in the afternoon to freshen up from the convention I was attending, the toilet wouldn’t flush. Yikes! No water from the faucet too! I called the front desk and no answer so I called again. Nothing. I went down to the front desk to let them know my room was having an issue. Knowing she didn’t have control, I figured I would let her know as kindly as possible. She physically backed up from the desk and said there were signs posted everywhere and they were working on it. Not one apology or word of sympathy/concern. I looked around for any signs and didn’t see any by the doors, elevator or anywhere on the ground floor. I went to dinner, enjoyed time out on Broadway with co-workers and got back to the hotel around midnight. I passed the front desk if the water was on, and there were a few maintenance workers there as well. They assured me the system was being primed because the hot water system had to be replaced. Still no water until 2am, it was brown and grey. So disgusting!

The hotel is older and looks like it was remodeled outside at some point so dont let that decieve you. The room is right on a main road and gets very noisy at night. The chrome finish on the bath tub drain and over flow were rusty. That about sums up the avg condition of this place. Parking is an outrageous $59 valet only. The hotel next door is only $42 with self park. Overall I've stayed at a lot of motels/hotels like this one and this one ranks poorly. Location is on the safer side of Broadway and close by so that's a plus.

Laundry out of service during entire stay. Elevator out for hours first day. No water in hotel for 9 hours on second day. No adjustment as to discount given.
- 2/5
Also one night we had no elevator service.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice… however the water was shut off until up in the morning sometime. I know it’s not the hotels fault but it was an inconvenience.
- 5/5
Me and my friend went for a long weekend and it was such a close walk to everything
- 3/5
Our room had no hot water and after a night out on Broadway that was a must. We told the hotel staff and they refunded our room immediately! I think the parking is a little steep especially for the price you pay for the hotel!
- 5/5
Walkable
- 4/5
The room was big and that was a plus. The water pressure and water temp were not good some of the time. The room had some minor repairs that needed to be done, esp. in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. Bathroom sink was very small and hardly no water pressure.
- 5/5
Watch out for parking only valet 67 dollars which was insane I was only staying one night and wouldn’t stay here again with that fee
- 5/5
Nice place comfortable beds. Friendly staff good breakfast.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful room was clean. Bed was comfy and perfect walking distance to everything.

Great location

Very good

Hotel was fine in general. Big clean rooms and in a super convenient location. The property seems to have ongoing issues with the water pressure. My biggest issue was there was a problem with the hot water for four of the five days we were there. The water temperature was not hot, just warm. Hotel was aware and trying to fix the problem but it was never properly addressed.

It was nice stay in Hampton Inn & Suites hotel.
- 1/5
Staff was all about excuses and took no responsibility for problems with the room. They knew there was no hot water for days and did not reveal the problem until we asked them about it. They blamed Trump and 3rd party booking sites like, Expedia, for their unresponsivness.
- 4/5
The hotel was in great walking distance to Broadway. It was easy to get your car out if you wanted to take a ride around the city and explore other areas. the staff was excellent Isaiah was awesome .the morning breakfast was great all around a great Hotel
