Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location close to downtown attractions. However, there are consistent complaints about the high cost and inefficiency of valet parking, lack of room cleaning services, and issues with room amenities such as leaking faucets and uncomfortable beds.

Location was great! Price was good. The room was warm, and we couldn’t get it to ever really cool down. It stayed very humid inside the room.
- 4/5
The staff is friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the rooms were just fine. The bar was also great. Are bartender was attentive right from the moment we walked up.
- 5/5
Close to Broadway and other places you would like to go. Very pleased with room and staff.
- 5/5
Every day we had fresh towels, I left my wallet in the drawer and they were super quick to get back to me about how to get it back to me as I live in a different state. The friendly staff and how they were willing to take a group of 18 of us picture every night with our crazy themes for the concert. nothing everything was amazing the whole stay.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful! Will be back again!

Rasha warmly greeted us when we entered the dining room for breakfast. She was attentive, cordial, and helpful. She engaged with us without being overly invasive.
- 5/5
Comfortable and clean hotel. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly. Great location for Broadway/central Nashville. Would recommend.
- 5/5
The location was a plus for our long weekend in Nashville. Parked the car and walked everywhere! Each staff member we encountered was helpful, polite, and had a smile on their face. Rooms were clean and spacious, providing everything we needed. Patios and lobby areas were inviting as well.
- 4/5
Only complaint was microwave didn't work. Two requests to check fell short on being able to use. It did work occasionally but no clear operation. Two people with 30+ attempts.
- 5/5
Nicest Hilton Garden I've ever seen in a great location for downtown activities within walking distance of everything with a small, but surprisingly nice outdoor pool area with a couple of different sitting areas.
- 5/5
It was close to everywhere we wanted to walk. It had a restaurant right across the street. The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were excellent. The staff was excellent. We had a great breakfast every morning.

A great stay! I was in town for a friends bachelorette party and first time in Nashville. The Hilton Garden Inn was the perfect base for the trip! Walking distance to Broadway and close to the activities we had planned. Cool property and lowkey pool that was a nice break from the hoopla of downtown. I even got a favor fulfilled when I asked the front desk for a pair of scissors. Shouts to Serena at the front desk, she was easy to talk to and answered all my questions with the best guest service one can find. I definitely recommend and would book for my next trip in town!
- 5/5
Location was great for entertainment and food choices.
- 3/5
The shower in our room leaked very badly & got water all over the floor each day. We asked to have another room & they said no. Some of the metal hardware also came a part in the shower & again when we told them they said “don’t worry about it”. The bed frame was falling apart & breakfast was not included. With the price being $284 a night, you would think breakfast would be included. It was great being right in walking distance of downtown but next time I will look outside of downtown cause our friends said at a hotel on music row for $100 a night & they had breakfast, a suite room, & a cooler pool.
- 4.5/5
Location was great. Breakfast was very good. There was nothing.
- 5/5
Loved it so much the first time, came back! The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and very helpful! Location is great! Close enough to walk everywhere and far enough it’s peaceful! Absolutely love the rooftop pool!

We loved our stay here! The hotel was clean, and the staff were super friendly! It's located within walking distance to almost everything! Just a 5-minute stroll to Broadway and only 18 minutes to the airport . There are tons of restaurants, bars, and more around the hotel .

Arrived early. Rooms not ready. No big deal until they proceeded to check in other people while I waited. Not just one or two, many other people.
- 4/5
I was asked to park my own vehicle then I was charged for valet parking. Valet parking was available but 3 cars got there at the same time so I was asked to park it myself.

We were fortunate enough to check in early. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent food recommendations and always greeting guests with warm smiles.

- 5/5
The hotel staff was amazing and everything is walking distance to what we wanted to do.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed the pool. Only downside was the loud music from Martins! As the young man @ the front desk said…welcome to Nashville!
- 5/5
Really nice full breakfast every day. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- 4/5
A great location across the road from the Country Hall of Fame and two blocks from Broadway. Rooftop pool is on third floor has limited sun beds for size of hotel and loses sun at 5 pm. Rooftop bar is small and had renovation works being carried out whilst we were there May 2026. Bar not open every day. Generally a nice hotel with a comfortable lobby. We found the valet parking a bit excessive.

The room was very clean, it wasn’t moist or had that smell that some hotel rooms have. I did not use the bar, or had breakfast. The check-in staff was very nice. I will stay at one of these properties again.

- 5/5
Loved the stay and the staff (front desk and bartender) they made our stay so fun! Very happy and accommodating The breakfast Nazi. She would start harping on you for breakfast tickets before you even had a chance to sit down. One day I forgot mine upstairs and she told me I had to go back up to get it or no food ( this is after 2 days she already saw me there!!) I told her forget it I’m. It going back upstairs put it on the room.. I did get charged 20.00 for 3 pieces of bacon. And had a extra ticket come checkout

Pros: The hotel is in a good location. It’s walkable to downtown Nashville but off the beaten path just enough to be quiet. Valet parking was convenient. Staff was all very polite. Cons: The breakfast was a very odd experience and nothing like what we’ve ever encountered at Hilton Garden Inn hotels. You can the overpriced buffet which is the quality of any free continental breakfast or you can order cooked to order items and pay for those, but not both. We did buffet the first day and weren’t impressed. The next day, my daughter ordered pancakes. They were inedible. Save your money and buy breakfast at a legitimate restaurant. Hotel rooms are slightly outdated but clean. All in all, I would recommend the hotel, just skip their breakfast.
- 4/5
The facility was very nice and within good walking distance of the concert we were in attendance for. My only complaint is how expensive it ultimately was. Parking is $60 and then you have to pay for breakfast so two buffets were $40 plus the fee of the room, which was a couple hundred dollars in itself. I feel like breakfast should have been included at least considering how much we had to spend for the room.

Breakfast was decent for a hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was great minus the bartender Ash, he was fun then like a light switch when he got busy Sat evening he got cranky. We paid our tab and left at that point because he ruined the vibe.
- 1.5/5
Very nice room, shame it was right next to the gym where people slam their weights and wake you up. Loud banging coming from gym next door to room, I asked if there were signs for people to not slam weights in the gym and was met with excuses. The staff didn’t want to make up for the inconvenience.
- 3/5
Breakfast area staff were wonderful. Bathroom, hallway and closet flooded and toilet plugged for no reason. So all in all it was just okay. Should offer continental breakfast.
- 3.5/5
The staff and location were great. The bed was very saggy. There was no place to just get a cup of tea or coffee or a light breakfast. It would be great to have a continental breakfast option.
- 4.5/5
Close to everything and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast included with the room was great value. We only stayed the one night and incoming flight was delayed. So we didn’t get the chance to use any amenities.

I loved the bartender in the hoppy bird bar. (Pasha )?. told us things to do and see in Nashville. Greeted us as regular and with respect every time we came through.. the only fault I had was the maid never replaced coffee in room I had to go find her and ask every time
- 1/5
At 9 AM, the service team woke me while trying to access the room for cleaning. They opened and closed the door. I have stayed in many Hiltons and this has to be the worst experience given the price and location. This experience ruined my night and my Nashville experience and I am looking for the organization to compensate me for this sub par service - it is not what I expected when I booked the Hilton.
- 3/5
ROOM WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE STREET. NOISY ALL NIGHT INTO THE WEE HOURS OF THE MORNING. ALSO THE GYM WAS NEXT TO THE ROOM AND THE TREADMILL NOISE WAS VERY ANNOYING

This hotel was very clean, surprisingly quiet. The staff was fantastic & it is in a fabulous location.
- 4.5/5
This hotel is well situated for a visit to Nashville - not on Broadway but not too far away. Everything accessible either by walking or car - including the airport and Grand Ole Opry!

Great location in short walking distance to Broadway music and entertainment. Room was upgraded as requested which was a big plus! Friendly and efficient staff. Beds were very comfortable! Would stay here again. Surprised there was no tea or hot water made available along with the abundant coffee offered each morning.
- 5/5
Great place to stay when you want to walk on Broadway and visit Country bars and enjoy good food.
- 5/5
Clean, location, the staff was AMAZING!!! I booked an extra night on a different reservation and they helped us keep the room we were staying in. The grill staff were amazing as well!! The food from the attached restaurant/bar was OK, I am still coming back to the hotel.

The laundry services was convenient but we did not use it. The gym was a little small and we heard people working out in our room.(treadmill running and weights dropping). There was no food delivery to the pool. The sweaters in the store downstairs were too expensive. Other than these observations we did enjoy our stay and it was economical. Rob the bartender was amazing!
- 5/5
Our stay was lovely, clean and beautiful
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff, very clean hotel!

All was so good
- 5/5
Location is perfect!!! Try the bbq place across the street! It was so good! The hotel bar had the nicest bartender. I wish I could remember his name! My boyfriend and I talked to him forever! The rooms were fine. Nothing amazing, but not bad. Just average. For the price/ location it was great! Staff were friendly too. Just a reminder you have to valet park. I can’t remember the price per night, but was a little annoying! Overall I would stay here every time! Valet parking, carpet was gross
- 5/5
Bar was great, hotel located in perfect spot walkable to everything.
- 4/5
Nothing serious but our sink faucet was messed up, and I felt the valet should have helped a lil bit more. Overall, a great experience and location.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean, nicely appointed, and far enough from Broadway not to be noisy and close enough to get to by foot within 10 minutes. The rooms are basic annd certainly adequate though the bedspread was rough and uncomfortable.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was a misunderstanding regarding room servicing which was sorted out with management very quickly and amicably. The bed was a little lumpy and one of the electronic curtains was not functuioning correctly.
- 5/5
Clean, close to everything, friendly staff, comfortable beds!
- 5/5
We had a whistling toilet. Other than that it was very nice.
- 3.5/5
We did not appreciate tipping requests for valet parking, already expensive per night and staff never helped with luggage. Even the location is great, finding the spot is poorly marked.
- 5/5
Nice and clean. Very close to Boardwalk. Easy walk

Friendly woman helped me locate a couple sewing kits. Location is pretty great to make it to downtown spots. However bed was loud with movement and uncomfortable- obviously old and needs replacing. Also, the hot shower water is very lukewarm. Not a terrible stay at all, but not incredible like I would have hoped.
- 5/5
I’ve never had a better experience with hotel front desk staff. Everyone was incredible and so kind. I asked for late check out and the staff was so accommodating and kind with the things I needed. I am so grateful!
- 5/5
Everyone was cordial and professional.

Has to wait almost 2 hours to get our room and still didn’t get the room I reserved 4 months ago. Then prior to leaving the valet attendant recked our truck causing severe damage and we had to delay our drive home by 4 hours. The valet manager acted like it was me big deal while talking to him on the phone. The hotel manager never reached out to assist either.

The motel was nice and clean. However, when we got there, there was a man who appeared to be an Elvis impersonator who was very rude and informed us that we had to pay a $59 parking fee. That was not listed anywhere in any information when I made the reservation. It was just like surprise you’ve gotta give me $59. There was no real explanation. He stated it was because we did it through Expedia. The cars were piled up out front and it was hard to get our vehicle in a timely manner.
- 5/5
It was a great location. It was very clean & friendly staff.
- 1/5
We had bugs in our room and after notifying the hotel, they shut down the room and we did not even receive a discount of any kind for the inconvenience or the unsanitary conditions.
- 5/5
Walkable to Broadway but quiet at night.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing from our processor to management, all beautiful smiles, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was great, clean and always smelt amazing. The pillows were extremely soft but the mattress was a tad too hard for my liking. The rooms were spacious and also clean. The onsite restaurant had wonderful live music in the evening, the food, drinks and staff were so much fun. Especially B! You are a 5 minute walk to Broadway and really don't need a car unless your heading away from Broadway and we just took ubers. It was much cheaper than paying the nightly cost to store our vehicle. A great stay.

- 5/5
Everyone was very nice, professional and great location to get to all the bars and restaurants
- 2/5
For the money spent to be there less than 24 hours very disappointing. Freezing cold - like seriously- I don’t complain. Heat set at 76 when I got there so just figured it needed to warm up. When I came in for the night moved it to 80 - even at check out I still had to bundle up - could t sleep so cold had to be fully clothed with socks. The bathroom smelt like sewer (I did notice stains in the ceiling and did tell them I thought bathroom up stairs had a leak). The staff was very nice but the money spent was ridiculous.

Nice room , friendly staff and a short 5 min walk Broadway to enjoy live music.
- 5/5
Staff Great. Room Awesone
- 3/5
Room was cold, bedding thin. Needs an update. No place to get coffee after 10 am
- 5/5
Clean and front desk employees were great. Liked walking distance to strip.
- 4/5
Ridiculous that you have to pay for breakfast buffet! Not worth the price you charge!!!!
- 5/5
Location to music row. Walkable
- 5/5
Very convenient to downtown and Nissan Stadium.
- 5/5
Excellent, central location. Easy to walk to downtown and Lower Broadway, and at tue same time far enough away that there is no noise from downtown and Lower Broadway.
- 5/5
Staying there is close to everything.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The hotel is spacious and there is good coffee in the lobby starting at 6. This hotel is a great location for everything in Nashville including the stadium.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, grest location and super quick valet
- 5/5
Naivemlocation with clean rooms and great staff we will be back
- 5/5
Great location and a very decent hotel for the price !!
- 5/5
It was just what we needed, would stay there again.
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable
- 5/5
Perfect area, across the street from a great BBQ place, 6 minute walk to Broadway and so convenient. The hotel and room itself felt so clean. Really enjoyed my stay.
- 4/5
I didn't care for all the "extra" charges for parking, internet and continental breakfast. I'd prefer a "package" deal, like most hotels.
- 5/5
Walking distance to downtown
- 4/5
The air conditioner was a little on the noisy side. We were on the 3rd ave side of the hotel which there is a fire station just up the road from the hotel. We were woken up 5 times one night by the sirens and a couple of times another night. We were with friends that had a room on the opposite side of the hotel and they did not hear them at all.
- 5/5
Easy to walk to Broadway!
- 5/5
Breakfast buffet
- 5/5
Clean room. Walking distance to main attractions
- 5/5
Very cleanly and nice staff
- 5/5
Location is ideal. Quick walk to every attraction around Broadway while a block or two away to make it quiet for a good sleep! Very safe area for walking. All parking in downtown Nashville is expensive and all hotels charge it; however, the bonus here is that the Valet staff were friendly and quick with great attitudes. We would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Amazing hotel! Close to everything and great amenities! The pool is fabulous!
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
Comfortable rooms, clean . Convenient to Broadway strip
- 5/5
Went for three nights. Loved the location with being a short walk to Broadway. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Very clean hotel. Would definitely rebook again if I came back to Nashville.

- 5/5
Highly recommended, everything perfect!
- 5/5
Super clean ! Front desk was super friendly … I enjoyed my stay
- 4/5
Mo enough coffee in the room
- 3/5
Hotel rooms were very dated for the price
- 5/5
everything was awesome
- 5/5
The ladies working the front desk were amazing! We went to a concert at the ascend, and it was such an easy walk! I also left a brand new pair of Birkenstock sandals in the room. Called spoke to the lady at the front desk within 30 minutes. She called me back after my address and they’re on their way home to me. This was the definite good decision anytime we go back to Nashville this is where I will stay.!
- 4/5
Easy walk to attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Broadway. Nice bars and restaurants. Clean rooms. Nice pool on rooftop, although I wish there was a hot tub too
- 5/5
All just wonderful! Thanks
- 5/5
The hotel room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
Really nice property and rooms. Pool was briefly closed and being worked on during our visit which was a bummer but other than that no issues!
- 5/5
Wonderful check in with Latisha and fabulous location. Flexible and professional thank you!
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, recommend
- 5/5
Great front desk staff, room was clean and was very quiet. Wish I had more time to visit and enjoy the area, next time for sure!
- 5/5
Had a better variety of gym equipment than any hotel I’ve stayed in.
- 5/5
We came to Nashville for an event - this property was conveniently located to the event venue and was close to all the fun that Nashville has to offer! Staff were very friendly and helpful too
- 5/5
Property was very walkable, close to bridgestone arena, country music hall of fame, and about 5 min walk to broadway, lots of restaurants close by aswell. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean and well equipped, microwave, coffee maker. on site breakfast was very convenient. only complaint is parking is quite expensive, and not much parking nearby.
- 5/5
Did not like the cost of valet parking
- 5/5
Loved the rooftop pool area as well. Walking distance to broadway and super close to Kid Rock. Would definitely recommend and return.
- 5/5
It was a short walk to Broadway

- 5/5
All GREAT, but breakfast buffet for $20 was a bit much.
- 5/5
Everything was nice and conveniently located near Broadway. The staff was nice and friendly.

Clean, convenient location to broadway, quiet location great staff and safe location.
- 5/5
Loved that is was in walking distance to downtown
- 5/5
Staff was incredible and hotel was nice and close to Broadway!
- 5/5
Nice place good location
- 5/5
This was our first time visiting Nashville and we definitely made the right choice staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown/Convention Center. The staff was friendly and you could tell the room had been renovated.and it was cleaned and serviced daily. Greig the hotel manager checked us in and was very professional. We did a lot of walking and felt saft in Nashville. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved it here , I didn’t have one complaint !! Will come back
- 5/5
Great experience. Easy walk to Broadway. Nice and clean.
- 5/5
Great hotel! Was very quiet and clean. Short walk to Broadway which was great.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 4/5
Hotel in general was ok but the front desk check in horrible and very unprofessional.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown.
- 5/5
This was a spectacular place to stay, the amenities were great, it felt more like an apartment than a hotel. The hotel was clean, organized and very nice all around. It is not quiet you do hear a lot of noise but once you fall asleep you’re good. The white sheer curtains in my room did not block out any light in the morning and I was unable to draw the heavier curtains. The staff, the valet were very helpful and friendly. It’s right in the middle of Nashville’s party scene and you could easily walk anywhere or if you’re going out of Nashville you can get an Uber easy. Overall this was a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great location close to everything in town for walking.
- 5/5
This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Nashville, and I’ve been coming for years. Perfect walking distance to downtown, Bridgestone, and Ascend!
- 4/5
I loved that the hotel was close to the venue we came to see a concert at. I didn’t like the unexpected valet ONLY parking fees. I was not made aware of this extra expense by Expedia or Hilton. And it was very pricey!! An extra $60 PER night!! I felt the room was a bit underwhelming for the price also.
- 5/5
Everything was fantastic and a walkable distance from Bridgestone Arena!
- 4/5
We were only in Nashville for one night but enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
Close to everything . Clean and comfortable. The only thing is i actually thought the breakfast was complimentary so we just walked down without money. It was almost $42 for 2 people. Way too much for what it was.
- 5/5
Fantastic place and perfectly located! Clean! Pool was amazing on the 95 degree days with an amazing view and bar available. Will def stay here again!
- 5/5
Property so clean and smelled fresh! Staff was very helpful and very nice
- 4/5

Everything was great about the hotel!! I had zero issues with the room its self. My only issue is some of the staff at the front deck is very rude. I was asking questions about check in and
- 5/5
It was a great place to stay and visit Ascend amphitheater. Took 5 minute walk there.
- 5/5
So close to broadway and everything. Walked to the gulch and had no issues
- 5/5
Close proximity to Honky Tonk Boulevard.
- 5/5
Tucked away and very quiet and clean
- 5/5
I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. It was perfect for our stay in Nashville
- 3/5
There are not enough food option in the hotel. Found a razor in the shower and doors were dusty.
- 5/5
Property was very clean and well taken care of. Walking distance to Broadway and Music Row.
- 4/5
Good value. Rooms were air conditioned however they were fairly humid
- 4/5
Close to Broadway and our favorite barbecue restaurant in Nashville- Martins! Lobby is beautiful and has comfortable modern seating areas to sip your morning coffee, watch tv, bar open. I wish the pool was bigger and there were only 12 lounge chairs saved by early risers the whole weekend. Rooms were clean and beds decently comfortable. I would stay there again for sure.
- 5/5
Great location! We were disappointed in the bed, it was not the typical Hilton quality we had in the past.
- 5/5
Perfect spot in Nashville. Very easy to walk downtown to all the action. Lots of food options nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful.
- 5/5
One night stay. Conveniently located. Many attractions within walking distance

Great location with all the amenities.
- 4/5
The room was comfortable enough. My only problem was - they checked us in early , but when we got to the room, the room looked like it had been cleaned and then someone had climbed into and/or slept on both queen beds. One of them - the covers were down, the second bed - pillow clearly looked like someone had slept on it too We called the front desk , they said theyd send someone over. Half an hour later - called again and this time, someone did cover over. They
- 2/5
The King bed was hard, the pillows were worthless, as were the linens very thin. The pull out soda bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever sat on and the poor kids had to sleep on it. Thank goodness we were onlyy there for one night!
- 5/5
So convenient to walk everywhere. Loved the rooftop pool. The bar was opened Saturday at the pool but wasn’t on Sunday. Will definitely stay here if we go back to Nashville.
- 5/5
Perfect for staying in Nashville. A couple short blocks to the strip. Well maintained and friendly people.
- 5/5
Great location! Just a few blocks off of Broadway. Area was clean, safe and very walkable.
- 5/5
Right off of Broadway this is a great option and definitely within easy walking distance to downtown
- 4/5
Upon arrival, my husband and I chose to check in with a front desk representative rather than using the virtual option. We were greeted by Debbie, who ultimately did a good job of assisting us with our accommodation needs. However, the initial interaction felt somewhat judgmental. This perception shifted noticeably once my husband mentioned our Hilton Honors membership, at which point the tone became much more welcoming. My hope is that all guests, regardless of their appearance or presumed status, are met with the same level of hospitality and respect from the very first moment they arrive. While the experience improved significantly, this initial moment of discomfort is an opportunity for staff training and awareness. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Debbie for her assistance and to the housekeeping staff for their excellent work during our stay.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Well maintained, excellent amenities
- 4/5
Staff was helpful and perfect location to all the Nashville fun on Broadway!
- 4/5
Great location if you're attending the Music City Center for a conference.
- 5/5
Downtown within walking distance of bridgestone
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
A 2 night stay here was good. The Comfy beds, and clean room was the best. Front desk was friendly each time going in & out to explore Nashville. The requested late check out with no problem. Thank you
- 3/5
On the day we arrived late in the evening after a long flight they attempted to send us to a hotel 30 minutes away stating that they were "overbooked". They then found a room with one bed after we requested to stay in the area because we had an early conference to attend. The key card deactivated multiple times and they did not allow for a late checkout even after the debacle of being told the room was no longer available.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
It was a nice, clean hotel. Close to downtown.
- 5/5
Excellent service and great location.
- 5/5
Great staff, location and bed pillows!!
- 2/5
Slightly disappointed in our stay. The lobby looked nice so we thought it would be good but then, we get put in a handicapped room so not very comfortable. The TV in our room wouldn't work and when we called the front desk, they told us they couldn't come to our room to check it so we went the entire stay with no TV. Then when we went to leave after a concert, there was only one valet there so it took 45 minutes to get our car which is way too long. I even asked for my keys to walk to my car and was told no. Ultimately, the front desk staff was lazy and didn't want to do anything to make the stay better and that's ridiculous. Do better.
- 5/5
Only knock was our room smelled like a dog.
- 5/5
I don’t think we should’ve had to pay for prking
- 5/5
Was here for a trip to see ateez and the hotel was lovely! The hotel was under my name, but i am under 21 and was accompanied by at 21+ year old and the front desk was going to let me stay regardless because of the long drive. the lobby was very clean and lively! Very close to downtown so it was a very walkable stay! the staff were also very nice by giving suggestions on what to do for a nashville first timer!
- 3/5
The valet took an incredibly long time parking car or getting car. There was only 1 valet most of the time. Once they just left it in the garage amd told me to go to it and just u turn out of the garage so for the price per day thats a little wild. There was some kind of water all over the floor of the bathroom after cleaned and i had some things there that got wet while i was out of the room.
- 4/5
It was a nice stay, easy check in and out! Nice employees.
- 5/5
Great hotel and courteous staff
- 4/5
The lobby and public areas are gorgeous. The room wasnt spectacular. Regular room. I was hoping for a bathroom as nice as home, but was disappointed. The bathroom was pretty small but the water pressure and the toiletries were very nice. I am not sure this room was worth as much as we paid for it. I guess we paid for the location, but it wasnt near anything that i found. We went for a concert at Bridgestone Arena and it was within walking distance, so we didnt have to take the car anywhere after we arrived.
- 3/5
Great hotel that was definitely up to standard but the parking situation was very aggravating. It’s $60 a night to valet which I was aware of but the car pickup took almost one hour for me personally and I saw several other guests affected in the same way. The word was there was only one valet working. I don’t blame the staff personally. It’s just frustrating to pay so much for a service such a this just for it to be way more inconvenient than walking a block to a neighboring lot.
- 4/5
Had a nice time. The lobby and the facilities were nice but the rooms need upgrades. Some of the furniture seemed pretty old and outdated. Other than that the staff were friendly and most everything else was nice.
- 4/5
They property was walking distance to town and to a concert venue we were going to
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Great room - close to downtown
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and the vibe was nice. Very walkable to downtown Broadway!
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Did not expect to have to pay to park. This was not known to us when we booked the room.
- 4/5
Thanks
- 5/5
I would’ve enjoyed it if the AC in the room was colder.
- 5/5
Great location and great hotel.
- 4/5
This hotel dropped one ball. They must have got pillows from dollar store. I travelled a lot in my life including 20 years doing special events. This was by far the worst pillow I ever slept on. Location was good, pool was good…. Go buy some pillows and throw out what you have. Not even fair to donate they are that bad.
- 4/5
There was hair on the toilet when we arrived and the breakfast options got a little boring after a few days. But the beds were huge and very comfortable. The hotel is fantastically located to walk down to Broadway. I would still recommend it.
- 5/5
This location was close enough so we could walk around to explore. It had good water pressure, comfortable beds, and a lot of restaurant options without leaving the hotel. The view was non-existent. It was a close walk to Broadway without actually being there and much quieter. I didn't realize parking would be valet only and $59/night plus tax.
- 5/5
There are many great places for vacation that are close to everything you need.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Centrally located near all activities and easy access to the airport.
- 5/5
It’s not your fault but the country is going through it ! Many homeless people stationed outside and often they come into the hotel as well, that’s my experience.
- 5/5
It was a great all around experience. Will reserve again in the near future.
- 2/5
Why haven't you fixed the obvious problem with the two "DOWNTOWN" Hilton. I have stayed my last ni g ht
- 5/5
Loved it was very walkable to Broadway, friendly staff very clean, pool was lovely and peaceful will come back whenever I come to town so convenient!
- 4/5
Hotel and rooms and clean! Close walk to everything! Fun roof top pool Which are the key points for me in a hotel Only thing I could suggest is an update in pillows! Thanks for a great stay
- 4/5
Booked a king room but got two queens. They said there were no other king rooms. They said reservations booked through Expedia gets whatever is available not nessecarily what was requested.
- 5/5
Great property.
- 5/5
Awesome location and clean
- 5/5
Easy to find, cleand, comfortable.
- 4/5
Slightly away from town center. Clean room
- 5/5
Nice place to stay but was not expecting have to pay $60 for parking.
- 5/5
Had a great experience. Wonderful staff.
- 5/5
We were in town for the Metallica concert. Great location. Super convenient to the stadium, Broadway and everything else fun. Plus the noon checkout was key.
- 5/5
second time staying here and it was perfect. The hotel is just a small walk to broadway which is the biggest reason we stay here. Very nice room, clean, and the staff is amazing and helpful. We will be back!
- 2/5

- 3/5
Good location. Toilet bowl was not cleaned and bar of soap had black on it.
- 5/5
Location was great
- 5/5
Very clean and great staff. We thought breakfast should of been included in the stay.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Great access and close to the Music City Center
- 4/5
The hotel was in a good location within walking distance of local attractions. It was close enough to walk to restaurants and bars in Broadway but far enough away that it was quiet. Parking was expensive but probably to be expected in a popular city. The room was a good size and the shower very good. As with most accommodation on our US Trip there did not seem to be any re-cyling bins in our room or general areas.
- 4/5
It was a very comfortable hotel and all the staff were pleasant. Perfect to walk to Broadway.
- 5/5
Clean great location close to everything, staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Very helpful staff
- 5/5
We could walk to Broadway and other attractions. Good location.
- 5/5
Safe parking
- 5/5
Very clean, beautiful hotel with a really nice breakfast! Will definitely return!
- 5/5
Very nice and convenient hotel near where we wanted to be
- 5/5
We were very happy with accommodations and the staff was so nice and helpful. The valet that helped us just about the whole time we were there was very, very helpful and polite. The only complaint was that the fitness room was right next to our room and there were some sort of heavy balls that they would throw/drop on the floor at 5:30 in the morning, jarring the floor and sounded like a wrecking ball hitting. It startled me from my sleep. I would say get rid of those balls. lol.
- 5/5
I booked an extra day in Nashville at this location. It is a smaller Hilton but had nicer and larger rooms than the Marriott I had stayed at for a conference. Customer service was above par at the front desk. Although they were unable to accommodate an early check in due to the high volume during a busy weekend, they were otherwise very accommodation and made an excellent recommendation for meal options across the street at Martin's. Would visit again.
- 3/5
When checking in you do have the option of valet parking or parking on the street, we did not see any street parking close so we chose the safer route of valet parking, however, when we received our car from valet the console between the two front seats was not closed (which was weird) and this made us check it. We noticed everything was out of its place and a bag of change had been opened and was missing almost all the silver change, (given it was about $15), this was not the point, the point is we paid the requested price for valet parking only for it not to be safe.
- 2/5
The room was not well maintained. There was a roll-in shower but no way to contain the water, so it was a horrible fall risk, especially with two elderly disabeled occupants. Further, they say the room is handicapped accessible. Well, they didnt consider everything that needed to be changed to make it accessible. The mirrors were too high as was the bathroom sink. Whoever designed the room should have been sitting in a wheelchair so the could appreciate the needs of the guest. Two thumbs down for these reasons.
- 5/5
The only thing I didn’t like was you could hear sirens from the street but everything was great. Hotel was nice and quiet
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
Loves being next to Martin’s Bar-B-Q! Friendly staff and great hotel!
- 4/5
Great hotel overall. Only drawback is its proximity to the fire station. Lots of sirens. Bring earplugs (which we did). Otherwise very nice
- 4/5
Good value - close to the action!
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Outstanding all around (staff, location, property). I would definitely recommend for guest of all ages.
- 5/5
The location was perfect. Close to everything!
- 5/5
My husband, son and I stayed overnight for a concert at the Nissan stadium. It’s in a great location, service was great, and a short 10 minute walk to the stadium. Our bed was slightly lumpy and the pillows could have been thicker. We chose the made to order Breakfast and the French toast was so good and my son’s breakfast sandwich looked really good. They let us check in early since there was a room cleaned and it helped us out tremendously. We would definitely stay again!
- 1/5
I was charged for 2 nights of valet even though we did not park there..If i didn't ck my credit card statement, this $129.50 would have gone unnoticed. This type of action could be deemed fraud. I called the hotel and they saw I was charged for valet and said they would reverse. No other consideration was offered for this obvious error. I wonder how many other folks this happens to annually. Maybe worth a look at for a class action.
- 5/5
Excellent location for our concert at Nissan stadium. Walked to eat first and then on to see Metallica. Great show and great stay at Hilton Garden.
- 3/5
Valet is good service
- 2/5
Greg at front desk was great. Xander in valet was awesome. AC was not working in unit. Called front desk around 1030 pm to ask if someone could come look at it. Waited up til midnight and no one showed. Room was so hot we could not sleep. Went out and around downtown next day to get out of room. When we returned we asked Greg if he could send someone up and immediately sent RJ maintenance guy to our room. RJ was very friendly, but unable to fix it. We had to move all of our stuff to a different room across the hall. Also received an email about enjoying complimentary valet which is not the case. You are charged for valet per night.
- 5/5
Close to everything and staff was great! Would highly recommend
- 5/5
Parking is expensive but the rest is perfect
- 5/5
Early arrival and my room was ready. Staff always goes above and beyond
- 5/5
Covenient, clean, nice ammenities.
- 3/5
Room was humid and damp no other roooms available
- 4/5
Nice. Water works shut off in the shower
- 4/5
Not happy with the restaurant. Went in for a bite and they had a take out order for 25 people and could only start preparing our food 45 minutes later. Nice bar and lobby. 24 hour store was good but needed more food choices
- 4/5
Beautiful hotel!!!
- 5/5
Close to attraction/event centers
- 5/5
Location is fantastic. Safe, clean, upscale yet still reasonably priced in comparison to other he area.
- 5/5
This was our second stay at this property. We feel very comfortable there and it has everything we need. Far enough from Broadway not to hear it but easily close enough to walk to.
- 4/5
Convenient location.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Pefect walking distance to Broadway.
- 3/5
We requested extra pillows and they refused to provide them. Bed was uncomfortable. Parking price was outrageous ($59 per day).
- 5/5
Liked the location and how convenient it was to everything. The staff was overly accommodating that was appreciated especially Grieg and Om. We liked all different areas to relax in down near lobby both inside and out.
- 3/5
Staff was great, lobby and common areas were very nice and clean. Our room was dury, stain towels and trash around bed frame. :(
- 4/5
Nice staff
- 5/5
Everything was perfectly wonderful.
- 4/5
Did not like staying at the hotel, and also being charged to park at the hotel! That’s total BS!
- 4/5
Nice spot on the outside of all the excitement
- 4/5
It was clean and the interior was up to date . We parked at the Music hall convention center parking garage since the parking fees were much less money there vs the hotel.. cons: rooms are not sond proofed from the outside sirens and parking at hotel is over 59 per day.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Walkable to Broadway, staff was excellent, Martin's BBQ with music right next door.
- 3/5
Overall, nice stay. Check in desk personnel not overly friendly, but hovering manager seemed to try and make it better. Good location. Great value for money. Except of course the parking. $59 a night is little on the high end, but parking in Nashville is always sub optimal.
- 4/5
Was very disappointed in the parking situation, was noted on site when booking that there was other parking for hotel not just the $59 valet parking, which was only option when arriving. Quite expensive parking for one night on top of hotel price.
- 3/5
Can’t believe breakfast wasn’t included especially for the exorbitant price of the room.
- 5/5
Beautiful, clean and safe! I think for the price you pay to sleep, the parking should be included. But, overall, would stay again and highly recommend!
- 5/5
Great hotel, close enough to Broadway and walk to every bar/attraction but far enough you don’t hear the noise/sirens and partiers!
- 5/5
Great location! Fantastic amenities!
- 5/5
Will definitely book here again. It is the perfect combo of what we need when we come to Nashville and want to experience the downtown Broadway, concert venue, etc. Walkable, lots of great dining establishments, and safe. the property is spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff are truly outstanding from each valet to the staff at the front desk. Keep up the GREAT work!
- 5/5
Parking is too expensive
- 5/5
Had a great room.
- 5/5
Sticky floor in entryway and bathroom. My sandals would stick to the floor. Almost fell on my butt in the shower due to a slippery substance.
- 4/5
We enjoyed the hotel and its proximity to Broadway and restaurants. The room was comfortable and spacious. We wish there was a restaurant onsite for a nice breakfast.
- 5/5
Short walk to broadway
- 5/5
Friendly & exceptional staff.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful. Place was very clean. Furniture was a little older but still good. Great area. Felt safe walking to broadway
- 5/5
The location was great. Only a seven minute walk to anything you want to see on Broadway Street.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5

Very nice accommodations, 4 blocks from Broadway and we had no need to drive or use car service. Will stay there again.

We’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times and it’s just that good. It’s clean. Smells good and the staff is always friendly. The valet guys treat you like royalty which is cool. Would recommend this place again and again.

Great location to downtown

There was no complimentary breakfast. So dont listen to the details that Expedia gives you. We had it in our package and the hotel kept saying no to it. Will not be coming back.

I liked the property. However I wouldn’t say it’s worth the $300 a night. And my biggest complaint is as we got in our car, our friends were in their car and I heard the valet man say ‘B*tch’ after rudley telling them they didn’t pull up enough. For context we were leaving property and valet is the one who put it there. Only sat there for maybe 2min

After booking was informed only parking available was valet and $59 a day. Would be nice to know up front. Would have stayed somewhere else.
