ROACHES IN THE BATHROOM !!!!

I liked that my stay was pleasant with all things considered, being my first time staying anywhere in Nashville. There was a mass transit bus stop very close to the property which was helpful. I did not like my room being close to the hallway door. I could hear the tail end of other guests and staff's conversation.

This is an inexpensive place close to the airport with a kind family running it. It gets the job done. No restaurants or amenities - vending machine didn’t work and shuttle never showed up. I’d stay again but be more realistic about expectations.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice newer shower. When I arrived the counter wasn't manned. The owners returned shortly after I did.

I only seen coffee there could have been more but I did not look. We were in a hurry to leave. A man from the staff had people he knew,move there car so we could park close. My mother is crippled. And he then took a couple of our bags so I could help my mother up the stairs. His help was much appreciated. For the price I was surprised.

My room was spacious and clean, and the bed and bedding were nice, which is key. Overall, the interior of the property is pretty rundown - with holes in the walls and ceiling, broken things and in general disrepair. When I called for the shuttle from the airport, they didn’t bother telling me to look for the lion band. I was looking for one that said Homestead suites. So after waiting a half an hour, called back again and overall it took me about 45 minutes to get a couple miles from the airport to the hotel. There’s no coffee in the room no breakfast no shampoo no hair dryers none of that. There was an iron and ironing board but no closet bar or hangars to hang clothes on. Pretty bare bones, but again a clean place to sleep at an affordable price.

We booked for the price and airport shuttle but when we arrived we were told our flight was too early and they wouldn’t take us. No ice, no coffee in rooms, and the one vending machine didn’t work. No front office staff when the sun goes down. They people above us sounded like they were jumping up and down on the beds and jumping on the floor so we didn’t get any sleep. There was no security and no front office to call for help.

Airport shuttle ends at 10:30 pm, and that’s when my flight came in. Room was fine for a solo traveler. No coffee maker in the room, and no notice that they served coffee in the morning in the lobby. Just be aware.

I stay here every time I'm in Nashville. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly but leaves you alone, it's across from the bus that takes you right to downtown, easy parking, close to a 24 hour spot for food and without a doubt the most cost effective rates you'll find unless you're looking for trouble.

It started in the lobby they have no regular creamer ( liquid or powder). Then there’s the room this is an extended stay style hotel with kitchenettes. Never have I ever stayed in an extended stay with no cookware, no dishes not even any silverware. When you stay at an extended stay you do not bring thoughts items with you or do you want to. Bed was very comfortable, shower head was sketchy and the water pressure left something to be desired!

To make matters worse, there were roaches in the bathroom coming in and out through gaps in the caulking. I managed to kill two, but one got away. At first glance, this place seems like a great value, but do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

This is a dump, loud parties all night and mangement could.care less

Do NOT stay here..the shuttle wont pick you up from the airport..youll wait over a hour..and still need a Uber. The room was in need of repair, holes in wall, tile falling apart...and there is a party every night! Youll be able to hear all of it through the walls or the gap under the foor. Lots of loud people and management could care less because it seems like this is the local homeless shelter. Please never stay here

Nothing to day i went stay the night somebody upstairs was having a rave none stop loud noises for no apparent reason all night but i guest i decided to be cheap so there…! Had it!

The room set up. The shower was AMAZING! And so was the price. The strange smell in the hallways and bot being able to talk to staff once when I needed them. No one was at the window or answering the phone. Someone finally came after about 10 mins though. Also there's no lamps. One light controls tge ENTIRE room except the bathroom.

Close proximity to location where I was working Lack of attention from property management. Out of office sign was up most of the time. I noticed other guests trying to check in or receive help and nobody around. I stood and waited trying to get new towels to use after 2 days and had no luck getting it taken care of. Poor attempts at cleanliness. The flexstone resurfacing of the sink and bathtub ensures to hide all the dirt and grime. Killed multiple bugs. Lights worked hit and miss. They would work for awhile then go off. Very strong unmistakable odor of cat litter in main hallway. In 24 hour period during ice and snow storm, no attempt was made to put salt down in main entrance or parking lot. Very dangerous for guests to navigate.

This establishment was extremely dirty and very run down and misleading from the pictures on there web site. The big dogs barked all the time. the cabinets were missing draws and I don't think the floors were washed in months. There was no staff except for 1 person who gave me his cell number to call if I needed him which I had to call after 4 days of being there I had to call to request changing the bed and take out the trash. there was no regular housekeeping. It was so dirty and the other guest that this place attract was very unsettling . I don't know if it was because of no deposit was needed to get a room. You had to just go on line and pay for each night. If you were 5 minute late on paying for another night after notifying the man on duty I needed to stay another night I would get a call asking me when I was paying. I told him I needed to go on line and pay because he could not take payments . then he would call me every 5 minutes for 20 minutes as I was on line to pay another night . after telling him I was staying . it was very unsettling . I would never go back. It was not a good place to stay. I could not of been more disappointed in this establishment once I got there and paid for 4 nights for Almost $500.00 that was not refundable to go to another place . I can't say it enough to get the word out to others to not stay at this establishment. There was other places right next door for the same low price that at least gave you a coffee in the morning an a continental breakfast and was decent with regular housekeeping and 24 hour friendly staff without big dogs barking constantly. I CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH ! DO NOT STAY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT ! It was so dirty and run down. And there was people there walking around that were very unsettling. I had my door locked all times. I am an ill person in a wheelchair and was just looking for an inexpensive place to stay and THIS WAS NOT ! THE WEB SITE PICTURES ARE TOTALLY MISLEADING ! How dirty and run down this establishment was with no regular staff. No regular housekeeping. there was just one man that only wanted to make sure you paid each night and that was it. And he was not friendly .

The condition of the hotel was very bad, very worn looking. I booked the hotel because it had a kitchen but there were no plates, glasses, bowls, spoons ect. The front desk could only find a plate a fork and 2 tiny plastic spoons after 5 minutes of looking. No plastic cups in the bathroom or ice bucket. Only 1 light switch so either everything was on (hall, kitchen and bedroom) or it was pitch black. No lamps near the bed, I left the microwave door open so I could see to go to bed. The room seemed like it wasn't finished. The closet didn't have a bar to hang clothes. The bathroom had some of the worst repairs. It was shoddy cheap work but it looks like they tried to have more modern furnishings but installed poorly. there are several more issues but I don't have time to list them. I won't be back

The place had black mold in hidden areas. The staff and guest seem to be very loud in the middle of the night. Doesn’t help that the walls are very thin!!

Improvements Needed: *The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle, but when I called the hotel to request it, the call would not connect. This went on for about an hour. I ended up ubering. *I requested the shuttle to the airport the morning I left. I walked out at 7 for the 7AM shuttle and it was nowhere to be found. *Staff was not present for morning checkout at 7AM. *My hallway was full of cigarette smoke. *Hairdryer was missing from the room.

There was roaches in the room when I got in there and a bag of chips in the cabinet no telling how long it's been in there then this morning because I had already wrote a bad review the guy is yelling at me for it I do not recommend this hotel and I will never stay there again he even threatened the cops on me because I wrote a bad review wrote a bad review wrote the bad review

Room was clean and person at the front desk was nice, however getting there from the airport was a nightmare as the hotel said to call the Shuttle compnay and the shuttle people said the hotel had to call them. Could not get a hold of the hotel after trying 7 times, finally paid extra for an Uber. Please, make sure the hotels you sell rooms for have great communication.

Owners and several of their families were living there. Put me in a room with their family above and kids were running around till 11 PM. Had to call three times to get them to quiet down and finally so we could get rest to get up at 4 AM to get to the airport for an early flight. Homeless people sleeping in the stairwells. Locks broken on the doors zero security. I would stay away from this place at all costs. I would never stay there again. No chance.

If you need somewhere cheap to stay, this is the place. There’s weird smells all around the building from the lobby to your room. your microwave might also be hanging and plugged into an extension cord. Stove and oven doesn’t actually work. Our towels also had stains on them. Also, the bed isn’t connected to the headboard so be prepared to move the mattress and box spring over several times

The manager was rude. There was no kitchen stuff to use. That is the reason we picked this place. Bedding had cigarette burns. Look like they had bed bugs at one time. Exposed wiring. I mean the list goes on. Pictures do not represent the way the place looks. Misleading 100%!!!

Hallway smelled like urine and weed. We booked a queen but The bed we got was a Full sized. The room smelled and looked like a a dorm room that hadn’t been cleaned or updated in years. We got up early to escape.

If you can spare some extra cash for a different area I recommend it. The halls smelled terrible from people smoking either in the building or around it. As well as the room had a foul odor. We had to turn the AC on immediately to disperse it. The guests also used a rock to leave the back door open which I thought could be unsafe because that means anyone could get into the building.

quiet just stayed overnight

This is a basic room. Basic as in hangers but no rod to hang them on. Iron but no ironing board. Towels but no towel bar to hang them on. A single light switch to light the entire room. The lights are bright (stadium lighting bright). The downside is that when you turn out the light the room is so dark you will need to memorize how far to the bed so you can get there (Helen Keller style). There are no other amenities or comfort items in the room. The room was clean. And the bed , though older was comfortable. I asked management for a flashlight to find my way to the bed.

The hotel smelled of cigarettes and our room and bed linen smelled of smoke. We got a non smoking room. I came wjth children and we all had head aches next morning and i brought a medically fragile child in wheel chair that also had to smell it. I was not halpy about it.

Really clean people were nice and the guest were to. Something thats alway a must for me is coffee and wifi. I asked for extra coffee when checking in and was told I can give you a coffee pot but you need to supply your own filters and coffee. Who wants to wake up at 6 am and have to wait 3 hours and go down stairs for your coffee. I couldn't get wifi at all and the cable tv well that wasn't but maybe 4-5 Chanels. Price was great and for my 2 night stay if passing through again just to lay my head I'd definitely stay again.

The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that they don’t have an elevator. My room was on the third floor. Other than that, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and pleasant.

I was not so thrilled about not having elevators because it makes it difficult to carry heavy luggage to your room. The room was however very neat and clean. It was a little noisy because there were children on the side and below us but I know that may be beyond the hotel's control. Overall, it was a decent place to spend the night. There was a kitchenette that we didn't use.

The ownership is obviously improving the place. There are a lively mix of people because the ownership is really GOOD people. They helped a family in a serious hardship while I was there. I always will support this one while in Nashville- people need owners like them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Drug everywhere and junkies too, needles in parking lot!!! It was awful. The picture they have is a lie, there are NO flowers or anything out front. When we pulled into the property, there was a young girl (20ish) with a small baby, smoking something out of a huge glass thing, right on the steps (on the side of the building). I told the guy at the front desk, and he said, "I know she smokes.", That was literally all he said!! Also, there are roaches there, we saw them and took our bags and etc to the laundry mat as soon as we saw them and checked out.. We were supposed to stay 3 nights there but left after one... NO REFUNDS either..

Even with the renovations it was quiet and clean. My room was neat and easy to access. The parking was close to lobby entrance and I felt safe in this area. The shower was spacious and the water temp got hot pretty fast. Great space, I will stay here again!

The actual "Owners" of this establishment found me in the makeshift and very shabby lobby on the first morning of my trip, awaiting an Uber ride. It was 31 degrees F outside. I was greeted with a roughly attempted "hey, you, what are you doing there...you cant be here, you cannot sit inside!' No inquiry at all about who I was or why I was committing such a horrible offense. These guys couldn't spell "hospitality" and should be ashamed of this review.

The heat was not working and it was cold. I notified the front desk and he told me he just checked it. Really I was in the room the entire time. No one never checked. when I left he was yelling at me to give him a chance to fix it. Um no you lied and never checked the heat.

The picture of the hotel is nothing like the actual hotel. It’s very misleading. The room smelled it had roaches in the hallway. The kitchen didn’t have any plates, utensils etc. There was a heavy smoke smell from cigarettes in the hallways. Also the picture that is advertised looks nothing like the outside nor the inside. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was not clean. Old air conditioner and spare parts in hallways and staircase. Booked a suite, fridge door was covered in rust and stove was not operable. The breaker had been shut off. When they turned it on smoke filled the room from something previously spilled in stove. Window was bolted shut - EXTREME FIRE HAZARD! Unable to sleep because we felt unsafe after all of this. Not to mention someone had a dog a couple of doors down that wouldn’t stop barking.

The pictures were better than the actual room. I wonder if it was even the same hotel. The appliances were dated, the a/c sound like a jet engine, and the bed leaned to one side. The whole room smelled like bleach and the hallway smelled like curry. Everything needed an update and refurbishment. The wifi didn't and the toilet seat was broken. The only good thing was it was quiet, until the police began knocking on the door across the hall. I will not be staying there again.

Front desk gentlemen was very nice and made check in super simple.

The people there weren't as nice as they could be. I think it's a bit overpriced for the value of the hotel. Very disappointed about the pool situation. The rooms were nice and did seem like they were clean. I love the fact that they allow pets. However, my dogs do now have a couple of fleas in which they didn't before. But I guess that's just what happens sometimes when you deal with dogs in a hotel. The staff was nice. There are a few breakfast items such as muffins and coffee, but you got to make it early.

I felt incredibly unsafe at this property. There was another guest banging on my door at 3:00am who wouldn’t go away. The staff was rude and argumentative. Even though it’s a hotel near the airport, the staff did not have late check in. There was dust and dirt all over the place. The bathroom has hair all over it from previous guests. This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in years.

The scent of ethnic food filled the hall. The room was huge, a true suite. Nicely appointed, however there was no coffee maker or utensils in the kitchen. It was like heres your full kitchen, but dont use it....? The beds were hard. Pillows flat. But the air conditioning worked like an arctic blast! Bathroom was small with no hair dryer, but clean. Overall, not my favorite place, but tolerable.

Beware, I found over six Roaches in our room. When i spoke with management, they DID give us a non-roach room on the upper floor, but didn't bother to help us move our bags. This is a gross place!!!

Check room 209’s mattress for bed bugs. Sheets were tearing in spots. Itchy skin and tiny pin prick looking bites on hands and neck and legs. The hot water tanks surely work though.

They let me check in early

I got there at 11 and was under the impression that there was 24 hour check in. To get this, however we had to call the corporate line and get someone to unlock the door for us. We waited for 40 minutes before we gave up and decided to go to a different hotel. Thank goodness we chose to pay upon arrival instead of up front.

It was a nice stay

Everything in the room was sticky with layers of dust everywhere. One of our lamps was completely broken, with components not intact. We could not open the window more than a half inch because they put stoppers that we could not remove. Someone was smoking on our floor and the smoke was coming through our vents. They were also actively painting the ceiling on the first floor while we were staying there.

A giant roach greeted us as we entered the room so I immediately took video and went back to the front desk where they, of course, gave us another room. The door lock had been broken and it wouldn't lock. So I went back to the front desk and told the attendant to which he called someone who came to see the door. He went and got tools and fixed it on the spot. The refrigerator leaked. At that point it was already late and i said eff it. Will never stay there again. The name was similar to another chain that i thought this was. Pay attention to this review cause eeewwww....this place needs to be brought up on some violations.

Okay the bed were hard and on our last day we found bugs in our room. We ask for more towel because they didnt give us enough.

I was terrifed after reading the reviews but was relatively surprised. Had a suite room, one bed with kitchen area. Room was clean, & nothing broken, no terrible smells ect. Area seemed a little sketchy but didnt see anybody else hanging around anywhere. It seems like theyre at least trying to clean it up. The man at the front desk was really kind. Only complaint was the bed and was hard but ive stayed at places way worse in NYC. Good value for the cost.

This was not a good place to stay. We felt like there were drug dealers in the hotel, and when we came back from downtown, there were two squad cars with lights on in front of the main door. I did not feel safe. The room was dirty, Staff didn't seem to want to make anything right or anything better -- don't stay here.

So definitely the worst hotel in the area. Old. Sketchy. Out of date. The only positive is that it the cheapest on that strip. You get what you pay for.

Upon arrival there was what I could only imagine as a female street walker. The next morning there was two more hanging out in the stairwell. They have card parked with flat tires and people working on others. There is trash all out in the front parking area along with broken containers that were once used for plants outside the lobby door. There was a couple continuing to fight and slamming doors next to my room all night Every Night! Then on the third night around 3:00 am someone decided they would lay onto their car horn constantly for around 15min. The morning before I checked out they were giving a room to a homeless man and for what I paid per night this has to be the worst ever I have experienced. Plus, the pictures of the rooms online do not look anything like the rooms, they stank to high heaven, the paint was peeling off the walls and why in hell would any hotel consider themselves as “Suites” when they don’t even offer plates, cups or flatware in the room but have decrepit old appliances that you can’t use without place settings. I would NEVER even recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Seemed like a place people live more long-term than a short term stay hotel. It was decent, but not nice. There was noise and overwhelming smell of people cooking full meals. Furniture was worn and not really clean, but was decent. I would stay here again if I needed to and the price was really good.

It was an average room the furniture was old. The sofa mattress was thin. It wasnt to uncomfortable but it was nothing id brag about or think to recommend. Check out was at 11 the lady busted in the room about 9 without knocking. And it's not a place I'd want my kids at.

It’s supposed to be smoke free, however the entire place wreaks of cigarettes. And the cheap lemon cleaner they use to cover it up makes it worse. If this wasn’t a last minute/urgent need of accommodations, I would have asked for my refund and went elsewhere.

Checked in to this property and when we got there there was no one working in the front and we witnessed a drug deal happening in the lobby. We called the number on the paper sign to have someone come check us in. When he arrived he was in his boxers. I apprehensively paid for the room. We went to the room and it had a very strong odor of cigarette. We went back to the front to tell them we were leaving. Again, no one was there. We called the number again and got no answer. We left and left the keys at the counter. We went back and forth with them and they refused to refund us any money. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Stayed for 3 nights, towels and linens not freshened or changed even once. Unkept facility, very dissappointed.

Hotel cancelled reservation hours before I got there, claimed there was a flooding problem with the room and had no rooms available. When I left a bad review, they then falsely claimed that my card had been declined. I never even stepped foot inside the hotel to have my card charged for anything. They lied online about the situation. They clearly overbooked, lied to me, then lied online about what had happened.

Towels were old and scratchy. Also one per person only. The size were two different, so I gave the small one to the wife. She was not happy.

Carpet felt damp in entire room, room service rude, no breakfast options.

I needed to talk to someone to have them re run my card. They didn’t try to run it again and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to talk to them. I get there later in the evening and find out my room was cancelled because the card declined. They only had one room left available and it was 2 double beds when my original was 2 queens beds. No other hotels in the area had anything available within our budget, so I had to accept the room The hallways smelled awful, the room smelled bad, the key to get in the side door didn’t work. The girl at the desk had to call her manager twice to get him to help and find out what was going on.

The picture that is posted is very deceiving. They are beautiful on the internet but once you arrive it is so not what it look like. Upon arrival people was hanging out in the parking lots as if it was their front yard. I was place on the 3rd floor but of course no elevator. Once entered into the room there was this horrible odor so I immediately went into my cleaning supply and just wipe the entire room down. Let move to the bathroom. I had to clean it before I could use it. There was wire hanging over the bed ( I guess that’s where the smoke detector use to be, because it was in the drawer. The water wouldn’t get hot. Food left over in the refrigerator from previous guests. The place really need to be torn down and renovated. Bed was very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It was horrible.

It was pleasant stay. Clean. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Friendly. Modern design. I would stay again.

We left 10 minutes after we checked in and went to a better hotel.

I didn’t stay here at all. When we pulled up to the facility there were 2 people sitting out front. Both very intoxicated. There was a car that pulled up as we were turning around and it looked as if there was an exchange of some sort. The picture is not the picture of this place and the whole property was filthy. Stay at your own risk.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES IN THIS LISTING. This proprty is nasty. The pictures are misleading. We had an awful experience. The property nor Hotels.com did anything to fix the issues. The smoke detector was falling off the wall. It started beeping at 1030pm and continued all night. The comforters had stains on them so we placed blankets of ours on top so our kids could sleep. I would not allow them to walk without their shoes. We also did not shower as the bathroom was dirty. We had people knocking on the door through the night. There were people drinking and smoking in the halls that led to yelling and cussing at 2am. We did not feel safe enough to leave, but we were uncomfortable with our disabled child being here. After driving over 10 hours, we were too tired to continue to our next destination and we paid in full ahead of time so we could not afford to find another place to stay. The hotel took advantage of us, refusing a refund. As we checked out, there was another couple complaining about issues they had also. The property refused a refund to them also. This place is a place for drug dealers and alcoholics not families.
