    The hotel is wonderful! My husband had a conference at a nearby hotel, but upon reading the recommendations, I decided we should stay here. The breakfast had eggs, meat, and pastries each morning, but I was happy to get my cereal, juice, and milk with fruit and coffee for my husband. I took the shuttle to the downtown area each day and never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes (usually only around 5). The drivers were courteous and offered lots of helpful tips for visitors. When I returned, our room was always back in pristine condition, and the beds were VERY comfortable. And even though my husband and I hung up our towels each day, perfectly happy to reuse them, they were replaced with fresh ones. There is a nearby Kroger that the shuttle goes to, so you can pick up any items you forgot or snacks you need and store them in the fridge or reheat them in the microwave. Just be aware, like in all of Nashville, there is a noticeable homeless population, and some do tend to congregate around the 7-11 that backs up to the hotel.     The staff was very helpful, and the shuttle to town was great! We didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment on it. My only complaint in most Marriott hotels lately is that the lighting in the bathroom is too dim for women to put on makeup and the beds aren't as firm as we need. And there was no freezer in the mini fridge in this hotel, just in case anyone needs to know that. We had ice packs that we couldn't refreeze for our road trip. Otherwise it was great!

    My Wife broke out into hives from the bedding each time we had the sheet changed the stuff kept happening also they doubled charged me for the room so I had to wait 3 days for my money back which was annoying the city was great and the shuttle was nice but unfortunately the double charge and cleanliness left a sour taste in my mouth.

    Everything was really comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful! The shuttle was a big plus on our trip. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back. I do wish that the shuttle could accommodate an electric wheelchair that would’ve been ideal.

    Everything about this hotel is great! From service at check-in to the free shuttle to Broadway and back, the staff is friendly and helpful. We have stayed in this hotel multiple times and will continue to stay there, as the location is perfectly quiet at night but close enough during the day/evening to all the activity one goes to Nashville to see. It does have a workout room and small pool for those who like that in a stay.

    The property was in a great location and convenient. They also had a shuttle to Broadway. The breakfast as usual was delicious and convenient. The young man at the front desk was always checking with us as we exited and entered. However, I am still waiting on a refund for daily parking, which we did not use. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

    Since Covid , my expectations from hotels have declined significantly. This hotel knows how to do it right. The place was immaculate, the staff was friendly. The people behind the front desk, went the extra mile. The continental breakfast had hot eggs, turkey or pig sausage, bagels, English muffins… The rooms were clean. They provided a shuttle that was timely, friendly and clean. Can’t say enough about this Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott. Parking was included

    We really appreciated the snack bag as Marriott members—that was such a nice touch. Everything throughout the property was very clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve experienced. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded or noisy, which made for a really relaxing stay. We also loved the fruit-infused water station at the front desk—another thoughtful detail. The location was great as well. We found a few nearby spots and absolutely loved the bang bang shrimp tacos at Sunny’s, and the salad was fresh and delicious. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely return.

    The pool was great for young kids! Shallow, but big enough. The shuttle to downtown was an amazing perk of the hotel. The shuttle ran for the majority of the day and drivers were punctual and so friendly! The breakfast too was always clean, well stocked with a variety of items. Would for sure stay here again when in Nashville!

The safe in my room was broken; the fridge froze everything I put in it; no one ever came to clean my room the entire time I was there despite that I actually called down to make sure they would on the second day and was told they’d send housekeeping up; the carpet had an area that was wet and sticky so I wore shoes the whole time in the room; flat, uncomfortable pillows.

    Bananas not fresh. Wifi on TV very slow (Netflix); Men's bathroom in lobby - unable to lock door twice! NO YOGURT! (was finally replenished today, but at 8:50 am, when breakfast ended at 9am!) Also ran out of hard boiled eggs! Please improve breakfast, make it HEALTHIER by having lots of yogurts and hard boiled eggs. Why does shuttle end 9:30p? Many of us returning from Broadway well after that time!

    I stayed during the ice storm, Fern, and appreciated the fact that management saved my room even though I checked in late. They could have sold it but the manager called me to confirm I needed it instead of just selling it. I think more could have been done to clear the walkways.     The rooms were comfortable and the shuttle was super helpful. The staff was rude I.e. the cleaning/breakfast people. Also won’t clean room unless your do not disturb is off your door by 8 am. Only got room cleaned once in 4 night stay. Also they clean super early so they make tons of noise so I got up early everyday bc of it. Also shuttle does not stay till 10 like advertised and only certain places can u get picked up.

    Check in and check out was simple and fast. Room was very simple, nothing spectacular but the tv was awfully small which stood out. We didn’t spend much time in the room or hotel because we were there for NYE and a few days after and most of our time was spent enjoying Nashville.     Facility was well maintained, clean and attractive. The staff we interacted with left something to be desired. I ask about the best way to the Ryman and the desk clerk had to look up the Ryman; in a Nashville hotel he didn't know the Ryman? We missed the maids sleeping in, but there were notes on the door to let the front desk know and they would return. A different desk clerk told me he couldn't do that, but I could get fresh towels from him. Somebody needs to do some staff training!!!

    The rooms heating and cooling unit was not working properly the first night we froze the second night so hot you couldnt breath. Beds were very uncomfortable. We paid for two rooms joining we didnt get that we got one room as a suite and one standard. We checked in to both room and when family got there and we help them to their room someone elses luggae was in their room they gave our room away. The pool also was not heated as stated. When we left the desk employee runs out to our car and told us we didnt pay for our second room so we had to go back in and clear that up. Also they charged us 48 dollars just to park at their facility. 12 dollars a day two cars but the flyers for the cars said 10 dollars a day so charged us more than stated. Will not stay here again.

    Close to everything. Theres a shuttle that takes you downtown . If you have a car it’s $12 a day . Breakfast is a plus . They have it all cereal, eggs, waffles, oatmeal ect ect something for everyone not the best not the worst. Rooms are clean , bed is comfortable and the hot shower is the best ! Staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Thank you I will be back.

    All of the staff we interacted with were very kind & helpful. My girlfriend & I had a much smoother time with having the shuttle at hand. The drivers Tommy, Kevin, JJ, they were all great :) House keeping was also very respectful & kind. We enjoyed the breakfast, & liked that there was some variety. Especially the egg quiches, waffles w/nutella, bagels, & yogurt. It would’ve been nice to have some apples, or more fruit options, more variety of teas, baked goods, etc. but it was all very good either way! We liked the little store in the lobby, the pool, & the gym. We liked that there was lots of different options on where to sit in the lobby, it was all very comfortable. Our room was pleasant as well, we thought the bed was comfortable, though we did wish we had more blankets. We messed with the heat & AC the whole time, but when we asked for another blanket, it still wasn’t enough for us lol. There was a spider that came up the drain in our shower but that’s not fully in your control either. We appreciated the fire pit & seating outside, the nearby 7/11 & Dunkin, & the fact that they were able to hold our luggage even after check out. We also really liked that check out wasn’t until noon. That made things so much easier for us, along with the shuttle starting so early in the day. I know some people wished the shuttle would drive to the airport but I do not. Lyft/uber was very cheap in this town, & we’d much rather have a city shuttle than airport.

    We liked the location, shuttle and positive front desk personnel. However, the garbage truck woke us up at 4 AM on our last day and the noise from it banging last over 15 minutes. Breakfast was not good, eggs were brought out and when I took some and sat done they were cold already. The tv kept glitching and the water pressure was VERY low.

    We appreciated the on-site parking although there was a fee. The transportation to downtown Nashville was fantastic. The hotel was clean be quiet. The morning breakfast was limited and there was no black coffee because it was being brewed. They should have two pots of black regular coffee going at the same time, we ended up going to Starbucks across the street and did not have breakfast there.

    Just a one night stop on the way home to Ohio. Room was nice, seemed updated. Breakfast was good. Restaurants were across the parking lot. Only negative would be the area..... the people hanging around outside the hotel, homeless people sleeping across the street under bushes, etc. Didn't feel too safe walking to get food.

    Overall the hotel itself was fine.. won’t say it was AMAZING or bad.. the area around the property is a little questionable.. a lot of homeless people, which I know they can’t control..the rooms however were clean, water gets hot quick. The staff was friendly and helpful I had an issue with a neighbor and it was resolved quick. The free breakfast wasn’t amazing. Eggs were watered down.. they have a small gym area that was decent, but extremely hot. I liked the free shuttle that takes you to broadway, that was convenient. Starts at 7am and ends at 930pm.

    Room was clean. The safe didn’t work. Staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Shuttle to downtown, but didn’t use it so can’t comment. The Brooklyn Bowl is a straight shot south of the hotel; $10-$15 Uber each way. Location was fairly easy to get to, and in and out of, and was close enough to downtown, Vanderbilt, and any other area a visitor may wish to get to. The nearby 7-Eleven attracted a few outdoor living folks, but the hotel property did not appear to be a destination. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable 2 night stay.

    The hotel itself is not in a great neighborhood, and the staff were not friendly. I could excuse those things, but as soon as we went into the room and sat on the beds, I knew we would be checking out early. The pillows felt like sawdust, and the mattresses felt like sleeping on cardboard. Couple that with the fact that the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and dirty, the tile in the bathroom was broken, the shower wouldn’t drain, and the hair dryer was completely broken. We stayed only one night of the four we had booked and high tailed it to a different hotel across town.

    We enjoyed our stay. The shuttle to downtown was definitely a selling feature for us, because there is not much around the hotel itself. But with the shuttle you can get downtown and go from there, so it makes it really worth it to stay a bit further out. You call the shuttle when you want to go. You have to plan a bit because you might have to wait for him to come back, but generally it's not long waits. Hotel was very clean, rooms and common areas. Linens, pillows and towels were nice quality. Shower was spacious. There was a weird loud humming noise we heard on two of the days we stayed, but we never figured out where that was coming from. It eventually stopped. Breakfast was decent, not spectacular, but regular offerings.

    My Spouse and I visited this location for our Anniversary trip. Before we arrived, I called ahead and spoke with Drew. He was so helpful and patient with all my questions. I love that they have a free shuttle to the downtown area. Booking the shuttle each day was fast and convenient. Each staff member I encountered was so friendly and welcoming. Especially the ladies in the breakfast area each morning. The location is ideal and easily accessible to the major interstates, and you can walk to several restaurants. It sits right behind a gas station for quick snacks if needed. There is also a snack pantry in the lobby. The thing I appreciate the most and was the cherry on top was the help of the General Manager Hamza. I had a gift shipped directly to the hotel for my Spouse; however, it arrived literally hours after we left. He was kind enough to ship the item back to our home for me. I would recommend this location!

    The place was newer and clean. Did not like having to pay extra to park in parking lot of hotel. Had security in parking lot and lobby doors were key card entry only all day. Felt very safe. Front desk people were friendly and very helpful. Housekeepers were quiet and acted like did not want to be bothered. Breakfast was good but juice seemed watered down.     Overall, this was a decent place to stay. We didn’t partake in breakfast except we did attempt our last day towards the end (about 30 mins left) and the place was picked clean. There wasn’t much left for grab and go (bagels, etc). I have been to many hotels that no matter when you get to breakfast in that time frame there I plenty of food. Other than that, the air conditioning worked well, the pillows were too soft (as usual). We got housekeeping when we needed it. There is a 7-11 and Dunkin within walking distance which was nice. The location to most things was great with a drive of maybe 15-20 minutes max to get everywhere we went. They do offer a free shuttle to Broadway from 7am to 10pm but I like having my car so we didn’t use that. If I were to return to the area I would consider staying here again.

    The good: newish hotel, relatively clean, very quiet accept for the regular fire trucks going by (must be a station nearby). The bad: Owner is a bit greedy. They charge for parking ($10/day), they charge for wifi (if you're not a Bonvoy member), and the room rate changes daily depending upon the day of the week (we stayed 3 days and the rate was different each day). Maid service is only every other day (or every 3rd day)--by the end of our second day, we had to ask for toilet paper and towels. When the maid eventually visited the room, she made the bed and wiped the counters but the shower was not touched. The free breakfast was so-so. They ran out of eggs regularly. On our first morning, the egg container was empty so I poked my head in the service room and found the attendant sitting on boxes, scrolling her phone. I whistled but she didn't hear me. I eventually complained to the front desk--it took another 15 minutes before the eggs were refilled. Conclusion: nice place but not worth the high cost.

    Breakfast hours would be helpful to go to 10am. Shuttle was main reason we picked this hotel. Drivers were great. Would also be nice if shuttle ran later in evening - only runs till 9:30pm.
