Would recommend to all that just need somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep.

We liked our first stay. We returned because we were satisfied. But on our return it seemed like they put us in a room they were remodeling nothing was going right in there.
- 3/5
Need microwaves in the rooms and housekeeping came in our room when we left and said they cleaned which was not true, no fresh towels or trash dumped.
- 4/5
We always live staying here. It's modern, nicely furnished, clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Very good
- 0.5/5
The location was good. The room was not clean. Shower faucet was broken. No access to TV without paying for any gold shows. The breakfast was HORRIBLE!
- 4/5
Nice clean property, good location, but could use some updates.
- 5/5
I really liked the breakfast, shuttle and restaurant... all very convenient.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Do not stay here for the breakfast. ZERO meat, and only a few choices that were bland (boiled eggs, bread, cereal, coffee, juice, fruit) They did not have the $10.99 breakfast anymore, was very disappointed in that. Hotel itself was great! BEST SHOWER HEADS EVER!!!
- 3/5
In dire need of renovation.
- 3/5
Worn out desk chair. Tired carpeting and bath tiles. Very limited “restaurant”
- 4.5/5
Thankful for the shuttle to downtown. That was a great surprise.
- 5/5
So charming. Yes, it's old but we slept well and didn't break the bank.
- 2/5
The location was perfect It smelled like animal and the facility was very dated. There is Carpet which probably is the cause of the smell. It could be a lot better with some updates

The property is Beautiful. Location is awesome & the staff is incredible!
- 4.5/5

Location Not clean
- 1/5
We found cockroaches in our room.
- 5/5
The price is friendlier for the budget. The shuttle to downtown is convenient and the driver was very friendly with a lot of knowledge on music history which we enjoyed
- 5/5
The parking lot is big & can hold multiple vehicles & larger size vehicles. Like us pulling out trailer. THANK YOU The trees in the driveway going up to the main entrance / main doors need cutting back for taller vehicles - like our jacked up truck

- 1/5
Dirty, super outdated room. Need lots of repairs.
- 3/5
Parking was great
- 4/5
It was a great time. And a great place Nashville
- 5/5
I was surprised by how clean and comfortable this hotel was. Plenty of parking in front and nearby downtown. They provided a shuttle to and from downtown so it saves you money on Ubers and taxis. There was on site security so I didn’t have to worry about my car being broken into. One of the best hotels I honestly stayed at and I travel a lot. Receptionist welcomed me and not one problem during my stay. If I ever return I will definitely stay at this hotel. Exceeded my expectations.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Is was very crowded due to function going on. Overall, it was a decent stay. I like the location. It was very close to everything.
- 5/5
Great location and service! Love the shuttle
- 5/5
The stay was great! The staff were amazingly helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast. Unfortunately for the young man working, it was him by himself. So breakfast wasn't started on time. And for the price you pay for a room the breakfast needs a vast improvement. They have a light continental breakfast when in fact they used to have a way better breakfast buffet. C'mon Millennium, get it together. Go back to the large breakfast buffet like you used to serve. That large of a kitchen and serving a motel breakfast isn't it.
- 3/5
I was visiting for medical travel and booked the night before. There was a glitch in the system and booked for the night I was booking not the next night I needed. Hotels.com reached out to the hotel because it was a glitch and advised I rebook for the correct day. When I arrived the next day I spoke face to face with the front desk about the incident and they assured my it would be fixed and they put it in the notes from the night before as I was standing there. They apparently lied to my face and denied my refund. I have to visit Vanderbilt frequently and thought this may be a good hotel to stay at when I go back but after being lied to I don't think I can go back.
- 5/5
Very clean room and very nice staff. The only part that I did not like was that the tub was not accessible in an accessible room. It was a high sided tub and not a roll-in shower or walk in shower.
- 2/5
Not worth the price. Stay at across the street and the hilton or whatever it is over there.
- 3/5
Liked the transportation to broadway
- 4/5
Staff were helpful and friendly. The Millenium location works great for getting to all the fun spots in town. The shuttle to Broadway is a big plus. Clean rooms, comfortable beds.
- 5/5
I am partially handicap so the walk-in shower was amazing the room was very clean and the service was wonderful
- 4/5
Room was clean, lobby was well lit, plenty of parking.
- 4/5
Shuttle to downtown was nice, although only one stop was only a bock from the Ryman where I was attending a concert. Also last shuttle back is 10:30pm. My event lasted 'til a little past 11. Had to get an Uber.
- 5/5
Beautiful property and friendly staff. Loved having the shuttle take us downtown. So convenient
- 3/5
Front desk staff was friendly The breakfast area was clean. Carpets are horribly filthy
- 5/5
!
- 4/5
Staff was excellent and very nice, water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest but the view we had from our room was beautiful. But we had wished the breakfast was complimentary.
- 3/5
Cool
- 5/5
Upgrade on the beds are nice. Always loved the Continental breakfast.
- 4/5
The staff was good and listened to all of our concerns. I like also they have the shuttle bus that goes back-and-forth to downtown. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience. That’s why I came back again and brought my friends this time.
- 4/5
free parking free breakfast
- 3/5
The hotel was not what i remembered it to be when i was in school in the late 90’s. Staff was excellent however the hotel is in dire need of renovations. It was fairly clean however the fixtures and furniture were outdated.
- 1/5
The rooms were not cleaned. The shower was clogged and when called to get it fixed they came in and didn’t do anything about it. The rooms were also not cleaned.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
First off, excellent front desk service. Very warm and personable after a long drive. Overall the hotel room was decent, only gripes were ants in the bathroom, fairly thin walls hearing people in conjoined rooms, and as much as I appreciate the YouTube connectivity it would boot me out and force me to sign-in every 20-30 minutes seemingly. Not the biggest deal since we didn’t hang out long. Even though we didn’t partake in the complimentary breakfast it was open longer than most which I appreciate. I don’t expect a ton from hotels so it wasn’t bad altogether. For the price and closeness to our concert venue I was happy with the experience.
- 3/5
They didnt clean my room. I requested, they didnt
- 5/5
Great overall stay and pleasant staff

Staff are friendly. Carpet throughout and in the rooms are dingey. It was well priced. Rooms are old. You get what you pay for.

- 5/5
GREAT PRICE FOR A NICE HOTEL GREAT STAFF
- 5/5
VERY FRIENDLY STAFF ROOMS A LITTLE DATE BUT IT WAS OK JUST FOR A GOOD NITE SLEEP
- 5/5
Neat musical decor and excellent staff!
- 4/5
The rooms could've been cleaner, but all in all the property was nice & the staff was extremely friendly & helpful. I would absolutely stay there again.
- 5/5
PROBLEM: They should be ashamed to ask people for money for breakfast. Such a disgrace for $10 or whatever it is. So don’t buy breakfast!!
- 4/5
The room was clean, the staff friendly and efficient. The free shuttle service to downtown Nashville was a pleasant surprise.
- 4/5
The staff is SOOOO nice here! The inside is a bit antiquated but it served its purpose. The room was clean, the lobby was welcoming. They do have their shuttle to go downtown which is nice to save some Lyft money.
- 4/5
I stayed at the Millennium before and liked the amenities, unfortunately, this time I arrived planning to have dinner only to find that the restaurant was closed and only open on certain days, I believe Wednesday to Saturday. I found the same situation with the shuttle bus to downtown Nashville only operating Wednesday to Saturday. These are reasons that the Millennium was chosen and now they are gone.
- 5/5
Fun
- 4/5
They need to mow the dang lawn. Looked awful from the outside
- 4/5
Lounge and restaurant was excellent.
- 5/5
Hotel needs update. No amenities really the included breakfast was not edible and the pool was closed for renovations with out knowledge to me when booking.
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay and everything was really good. However, I was expecting a hot breakfast the next morning instead of a continental breakfast. Other than that, I was very well satisfied.
- 3/5
Cleanliness.
- 4/5
It’s a great 3 star hotel. Don’t expect the ritz. Our review is slightly lower do to bad timing with hotel upgrades. Many of the amenities were closed and there was no I for about that anywhere including their website.
- 4/5
The rooms wasn't as clean as I remember them being in the past. The overall place is starting to look, ran down and outdated. Maybe some new floors in the lobby would help.
- 4/5
Coooold A/C clean and a ton of parking
- 4/5
Yes
- 1/5
The shuttle wasn't operating and the restaurant and bar were closed.we should have been notified of this. We're never staying there again

Location was great, view of the cparking was great and no fee
- 3/5

- 5/5

- 3/5
Was very run down and old and breakfast wasn't good nothing to chose from
- 5/5
It was clean, staff was nice, it’s definitely outdated n it says there is an balcony option for higher rate but it’s not and I feel maybe that should be updated on the website cuz I need a balcony becuz I hate walking all the way outside for fresh air I was excited wen i seen the option then was mad wen I arrived but I would stay again
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff very friendly. And the free shuttle was great!
- 2/5
Very dated rooms with poor furnishings. Loud ineffective A/C.
- 3/5
Was having a problem with the Front Desk lady after we had made a mistake on our reservation we had thought we booked two days. We didn’t get back until late and realized that we had made a mistake on a reservation so we tried to book a second day and fell into a lot of problems. She was being unreasonable. She came to her senses and pushed the second night through.
- 1/5
Was unable to take a shower as shower did not work
- 3/5
Other than a ladybug infestation the breakfast, for which we had to prepay, was pathetic. Barely even could qualify as “continental”. Staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Nice stay. No problems with Room. Staff was nice. Quiet area near downtown but not in the busy area. has a shuttle every 1/2 hour to the Honky Tonk highway.
- 5/5
The courtesy van down to the bars was great
- 5/5
Have stayed here a few times. It is pretty nice place staff is friendly and price is good
- 4/5
Nice place to stay and the free shuttle to broadway is nice
- 5/5
Staff was amazing! We were there 12 years ago for a half marathon came back for my daughter‘s 25th birthday and had one of the same servers. They have great people playing music and the location is amazing. All of the staff is incredible.
- 4/5
Welcoming to pets
- 4/5
lady bugs in room, not very up to date with carpeting and bathroom.
- 2/5
Leaking bathtub and TERRIBLE breakfast
- 1/5
After booking my rooms I found a “Destination Fee” and “Fees” on my receipt. These fees added another 25% to my price. I booked these rooms on the fly while working, so I did not notice the “fine print” until after booking. I have booked over 90 nights in hotels in the past year. This is my first unsatisfactory review. These fees were not clearly stated. I would expect a resort fee at some nicer hotels. This is an older/rundown hotel. Outdoor pool (closed for winter). Nothing extra. When I questioned the hotel about this fees, I was told it covers parking (which the hotels.com site lists as free parking), downtown shuttle (which was not operating at all while I was there) breakfast and coffee. So I payed an additional 25% over my room cost for coffee and breakfast. Neither of which I used. Sadly, I had extended my stay by two nights before I found these fees. Refrigerator in room is very small. Like a little wine refrigerator. No in-room microwave but there is one on each floor by the elevators. Highly disappointed and do not recommend!
- 4/5
The place was decent, staff was really pleasant, room was average, breakfast was decent. We didn't have hot water in our show, but our sink did, so we had to do cold showers. Walls were thin and our neighbors were noisy, so we had a hard time sleeping. Staff was helpful with that problem, but it did dampen our good time a bit.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice. It’s an older hotel and it was obvious. There were white specks on the carpet in our room. Needed a quick vacuum. Most disappointing thing was the coffee pot did not work. I tried plugging it in two different places, but still didn’t work. I don’t drink coffee after I brush my teeth, so I went without. Long drive home Overall it was ok
- 2/5
Room was dirty, toilet would not stop running, the heating/ AC was burnt out I unplugged it to avoid a fire. NO refrigerator
- 4/5
All was good.
- 5/5
Excellent value. Had everything we needed. Basic services and a bit outdated but clean and well appointed. The shuttle to downtown was fantastic and the staff was all really nice.
- 2/5
Room/AC/ No towels/Parking/
- 3/5
Well I asked for towels n sheets on second of 4 days, never seen them. They give u breakfast tickets but it’s a continental so why the tickets? The whole place could use an update! The shuttle was awesome but only runs til 10:30pm.
- 4/5
Staff was nice and helpful. Loved the shuttle from the hotel to nearby Broadway. The hotel itself could use some updates for sure. Breakfast was not very good. Really good for what we needed it for though and for the price I would stay again. I didn't realize there would be a $25 charge per day that they keep once you get to the hotel, so be sure to get clarification on all charges.
- 5/5
Best staff ever
- 5/5
Rooms were clean enough for a few days of stay. The staff were polite and the breakfast just right without being overwelming.
- 3/5
No vent in bathroom no microwave in room dated decor. Nice shuttle service friendly staff
- 5/5
Wish the restaurants were open more.
- 3/5
Dated but clean room, continental breakfast is very disappointing
- 5/5
Very good value for this area. They even included a shuttle to Broadway St that ran every half hour. Included breakfast was a nice touch too. I’ll definitely stay here again next time i’m in the Nashville area!
- 1/5
The bathroom needed repairs, the water pressure is way too high making the shower uncomfortable and the tv didn’t work.
- 5/5
The room was clean and quiet!
- 5/5
Great room. Wonderful staff. Very pleasant. Highly recommended.
- 3/5
The room itself was in ok condition. Hall ways and pubkuc areas need major reno. Rooms need moderate reno
- 5/5
front desk lady was so sweet and rooms were very clean! i was nervous abt booking on expedia so i got the protection for 4.50 and it was seemless! definitely recommend
- 4/5
Great location and friendly staff
- 4/5
The staff are really nice.
- 1/5
The shower head in the room was broken. My husband has to hold the shower head up so i could shower and vice versa. Then the tub wouldn't drain. I attempted to call the from desk with the room phone, well it didn't work. So i called from my cell phone at 923am was told by Antonio someone would be Sent right up to fix it. We waited until 230 and still no one. I went to the front desk twice and was told by Antonio again that they had put in a ticket and someone was coming. We went ahead and went out for our evening. Came back it still wasn't fixed and we were told they couldn't switch or rooms. Other than that the door that went into the other adjoining room wouldn't lock and we had to put the dresser in front of it. The breakfast was terrible, the biscuits were soggy and the gravy was a thin as water and there was cereal all over the floor. It was the worst hotel I've stayed in. I do mystery shopping and this one would get a big fat ZERO! The company itself should send mystery shopers in and really find out about this hotel.
- 5/5
The lobby is beautiful! The breakfast was way better than I expected, based on some other reviews! The view from the room was great! I ate at the hotel bar and really enjoyed the quesadillas. The room was clean, not super fancy, but definitely above par for the price!
- 5/5
Nice place

- 4/5
Room was great. Staff was super nice even after the ice storm they had.
- 2/5
The room did feel neglected i mention about the tub being broke with a slow drain. It filled up with water to my knees taking a shower in knee deep dirty water! No soap /body wash in shower instead was lotion nobody corrected fixed or said they apologized. My incidental fee of $100 was partially refunded without explanation im going to never recommend staying here ever again to all my clients and colleagues and your customer service was very unacceptable and poor! No excuse hold yourselves accountable!
- 1/5
Was horrible the room it was hair in the bath tub, the amenities were so bad
- 5/5
Clean room, staff friendly, quite.
- 4/5
It was clean
- 1/5
The AC didn’t work and the mini fridge didn’t work. The shower drain was clogged up. So I had to take a 2 minute shower. Breakfast was a joke. I was very disappointed at this hotel.
- 5/5
Comfortable room
- 4/5
Zero issues with our stay here. Staff was great, shuttle was awesome. Super convenient location. Would stay here again
- 1/5
They never got the reservation from expedia
- 4/5
Staff was really helpful and nice! Room wasn’t the best looking but it worked for one night. Breakfast buffet was a plus!
- 1/5
I was charged a hidden fee per night that I had no idea to expect.
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable, no issues. Skip the free breakfast, not good and very limited. Hotel does not have any vending or snack machines which was a little disappointing. Overall, we would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very nice room and staff
- 5/5
Staff was nice
- 5/5
Is an amazing hotel I love their country culture concept
- 5/5
Awesome Experience
- 4/5
ok
- 2/5
Room is in disrepair. Sink handle was falling off, shower didn’t drain properly and filled while showering. Staff were very nice. Hidden $21 fee that was not clear in the sign up that they said “doesn’t show up for third party bookers”.
- 1/5
I ask for a walking shower and didn’t get one twice I guess the receptionist doesn’t know the difference between a walking shower and a shower with a bath tub. Then our room did not have tv service.
- 5/5
Courteous staff and very clean room.
- 5/5
Great hotel and atmosphere. I felt safe, and there is a shuttle to get you to Broadway.
- 1/5
From service to rooms was nasty change room 3 times 1 room bug 2 rooms hair n bed 3 I broke out all over was the worst experience
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Check in was easy and fast.
- 4/5
Would stay again.
- 5/5
No microwave in room. Bed was comfortable 💖💖
- 3/5
In room phone didn't work had to go to the front office to use the phone there wasn't a remote for the TV in the room had to ask for 1
- 5/5
We weren't planning to be able to check in early but when we inquired about not checking in until checkin time the lady said let me look and see if we can get you in early. She said she could so we got to check in way early. That was awesome and we appreciated it
- 4/5
However the hotel really needs to do some updates especially with the carpeting. It’s staring to look and smell pretty bad these days
- 3/5
Carpet was dirty and sticky by the wash basin. It was a nice hotel in its day but nothing was great. Check in was efficient but not friendly. The bar was closed when we arrived on a Tuesday cause it is only open Wednesday through the weekends in off season.
- 4/5
Staff was great and super friendly. Rooms are a little out dated and the bathrooms could use some upgrading.
- 5/5
Unfortunately I didn't have time to try the breakfast but the room was clean & bed was nice and comfy. Not the best channel options but not the worst either (plus I spent most of the time asleep anyway lol)
- 4/5
The room was great.
- 4/5
-
- 5/5
We had a very clean and comfortable room. The shower has great water pressure. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean . We had a nice view.
- 1/5
A cockroach!!!! There was a cockroach in our room - promptly went and got a new room. But it’s a very dirty hotel. I didn’t want to walk around my room without my shoes on. Would never stay here again!!
- 2/5
My tv did not work, I could not get hotel WiFi to work. There was a surprise $50 deposit when I arrived, $21 they were keeping for a resort fee, which is funny on a few levels. It’s dirty, there are signs in parking lot of theft, feels unsafe. I know you get what you pay for but I would not stay there again.
- 3/5
The room was fine, although the toilet leaked and there weren’t enough towels. We had to get additional towels. Fro t desk staff person in the am hours was not very helpful. We were very disappointed in the breakfast and the additional charge for what really wasn’t a continental breakfast. The coffee was good but there was no distinction between caffeinated and non caffeinated.
- 5/5
Room was very clean .
- 4/5
Staff were very friendly
- 5/5
It was very nice
- 5/5
The staff have been amazing! When I checked in the lady at the front desk was super polite and very informative. My room was impeccably clean. The only downside is there is no microwave in the room but there is a microwave by the elevators which is very convenient. From now on when I come to Nashville I absolutely will be staying at Millennium Maxwell House Nashville
- 4/5
Fantastic location with a shuttle to take you into the downtown area. The rooms were clean but are worn. Could use a facelift. Shower pressure was wonderful and water was hot. Staff was friendly and courteous. However we were charge an additional amount for having booked through Hotels.com/Expedia. So what we thought was a good price actually cost us $66 more! What’s up with that?
- 5/5
Breakfeast was very good.
- 3/5
Staff was was wonderful. Room was dated. Needs updating.
- 5/5
Yea but no microwave
- 4/5
Nice room for a good price.
- 5/5
Good place to stay when you want to visit broadway
- 5/5
Comfy bed
- 3/5
Property is good the breakfast is horrible.
- 4/5
Property was great. However...Complimentary shuttle service to Broadway downtown was nice but last pickup was 10:30 pm. We had a concert Fri nite that ended 11:30 pm. Cab fare was $40 to go 1 1/2 mi back to hotel. 12:00 pickup would be more reasonable on weekends! Also, the older lady driver asked for tips immediately stating a sick husband & their dependency on tips to live. We always tip but this felt uncomfortable.
- 1/5
Cockroaches in our room.
- 4/5
I am a satisfied customer.
- 5/5
Yes, very good, yes, n/a
- 3/5
The hotel itself was underwhelming and did not compare to the elaborate looking pictures online. We had a desk chair in our room that didn't even fit under the desk so it just stuck out and took up walking space. The individual sink area was tiny and we had 2 full beds and they said only a few rooms had queen sized beds. The lobby area just looks dated with dirty carpet. The late night front desk person was rude and not very helpful. The daytime front desk person was kind, patient and helpful.
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was blah, no breakfast meat offered and it became boring on the 3rd morning. Nice service offering a free shuttle to and from downtown. Everything was super clean and the hotel was quiet.
- 3/5
This hotel has the potential to be a great hotel the location is good but it needs a lot of updating and upgrades. All the floors I. The hotel look bad the room furniture was very outdated and old the phones would not work. This hotel has been neglected. But the staff was great.
- 4/5
Hotel needs a bit of updating- mainly the carpets in the hallways and main reception area- they are all stained. However I was surprised at how much I liked the place. Old school charm. Nice big casual bar/restaurant/. Lots of main lobby space to sit and an outdoor area to relax at. Rooms are just rooms- if you are going to Nashville to hang out in your hotel room- skip this place. But in general I liked this hotel
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, comfortable.
- 5/5
I wish they included the "resort fee" and "incidentals fee" in their actual total rather then adding it once you get to the check in counter, but other than that the place was great. Room and shower looked very clean, AC and fridge worked, staff was friendly, and breakfast was pretty good.
- 4/5
Good location and the free shuttle downtown did save us a few ride share trips. The toilet and shower area were dated, but otherwise the room was ok. Good value for this area if you are willing to rideshare/shuttle downtown.
- 1/5
The hotel is very very dated. Paid over $250 for a what looked like a “themed” 80’s room. The lady a check-in looked like she was in a terrible mood, did not give information about a shuttle to and from downtown (I overheard the receptionist dealing with people next to me about this). The carpet in the entrance was a disgrace. Rooms - what looked like polystyrene ceiling tiles (thought these had been outlawed due to being a fire hazard). The bathroom was tiny, so small the sink was in the main room where the beds were. Not ideal when sharing a room. Air conditioning until was the size of a small tank and just a noisy. Breakfast, less said the better, plastic plates and cutlery. Orange juice watered down to within an inch of its life. Last day, shuttle bus cancelled due to illness (which cannot be helped) but no information regarding this. People were queuing next to the bus for some time. Lack of communication

Room was clean, no soap because it is on back order???? Really needs an upgrade to the bathroom. Tub has clearly been repair multiple times. Water sits in the middle and does not drain. Needs more outlet options in room. Breakfast was a joke and the staff there was not helpful. Front desk was very friendly. Shuttle service was nice to have back. We have stayed here several times and it is always okay. Just an old hotel that really could use a make over.
- 3/5
Arrived to first room air conditioning not working, no handsoap on sink. Moved rooms quickly, air working but very noisy. Breakfast bar very busy and not replenished when empty. Employee in the breakfast area was not friendly nor helpful. When checking out the emplyee behind desk did not greet me , when i said i wanted to check out ahe turned and said ill be right back. Did not return. A different employee came out, told her I wanted to check out and she said nothing and walked down the counter to other register. Very poor customer service checkout day and breakfasts. Elevator also out of service on check out day. The day we checked in the Employee was amazing helpful and could not have been better!! Pool looked beautiful and gift shop employee was awesome!

The overall condition of the property needed a lot of work! From our broken toilet seat, broken tiles in the bathroom, stains in the bathtub, and dirty mattress. Really a shame as this could be a reslly nice property if it were remodeled and upgraded.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay. Close to everything.
- 3/5
Lobby area and rooms need an update and change of floor titles/carpets
- 5/5
Clean room with friendly staff
- 3/5
The property desperately needs updates and repairs. The price is great compared to downtown Nashville but this property could be outstanding with a little TLC
- 1/5
Place was dirty and outdated
- 4/5
Good location to avoid the crowds. Free parking.
- 1/5
Thread wore carpets and several stained. Bedding not fresh, smelled like old men sweat. No microwave in rooms, very small fridge would only hold a 6 pack. Room very dingy. Stunk very poor hotel. Paid as much at a Hampton inn and I had a much nicer experience.
- 3/5
This is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. The hotel is not very clean. The carpets are stained and ripped. The rooms are okay but everything looks very old. Despite the condition of the hotel, the staff was very friendly.
- 3/5
Dated and bathrooms need updating.
- 3/5
TV broken. Water on toilet runs constabtly throughout the night. AC needs to be cleaned, very musty smelling.
- 5/5
The property was neat, clean, quiet, and pet friendly! Excellent staff
- 2/5
Ants in the room
- 5/5
Breakfast was better than expected with the possibility to make waffles, toasts, bold eggs …
- 4/5
The hotel lobby floors could use a cleaning but our room and everything else was clean and good. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful when checking in. We ended up having to bring our child with us on our trip and she accommodated him on breakfast too without any issues . Would stay again
- 4/5
We had a pleasant stay
- 2/5
Stayed here last week and got early check in but not this week. TV not working and direct dial to front desk.
- 5/5
Millennium Maxwell house hotel was such a nice hotel for our stay in Nashville. It was very nicely decorated and well kept. It was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to downtown Nashville was very nice and helpful as well. We will definitely be back.
- 4/5
Love the shuttle service , breakfast Was decent . Bathrooms are dated needs future upgrades bath tub old stained but clean .
- 4/5
liked the transport bus to downtown and the pool was nice. Rooms need maintenance and bed mattress was terrible
- 4/5
The price was reasonable, staff were friendly and helpful, location was convenient and the shuttle downtown was great. The room, specifically the bathroom, was starting to show its age but it was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others and stay again.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean. Beds were comfy.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Shuttle was amazing!
- 4/5
Hotel is a good price for location and free parking. It is a perfectly serviceable hotel, but nothing fancy. The shuttle to downtown is handy. We will continue to stay here but if you want luxury, this is not the hotel for you.
- 5/5
Breakfast selection was not up tp par
- 4/5
This is a great basic hotel with a nice pool and restaurant. Parking is free and they have a shuttle to the strip. We always stay here and it is reasonably priced for its quality.
- 5/5
Good price
- 4/5
It was great
- 4/5
Pool. Convenient.
- 4/5

- 4/5
Hotel was a great rate. Free shuttle was a selling feature. Rooms could use some TLC
- 4/5
Millennium Hotel is an older building. Comfortable & relaxing with a very nice professional check in staff.
- 1/5
There were multiple car break ins in the parking lot the entire time we stayed there. Police were there and everything bc of this.
- 5/5
Good price, comfortable beds, great free breakfast, and a shuttle to and from downtown. So glad we found this spot!
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Nice pool area. Lots of things to do. Enjoyed the breakfast.
- 1/5
The roof in our room started to leak and we had to be moved at 1am. The bathtub had mold in it. The shower curtain was old and torn. The bed had couch pillows as bed pillows.
- 4/5
I was not informed of a Resort Fee….i don’t even mind the deposit for incidents BUT resort fee
- 1/5
Bad place horrible
- 5/5
Nice transportation downtown
- 1/5
Hotel Maxwell refused to consoder refund initially My first room leaked and we had to move rooms - still the floor we were moved too had very smelly painting ongoing. I ask for management to offer consideration - but no one contacted us during our three day stay and Im still awaiting a call and invoice too Awful service and understaffed
- 5/5
Very good
- 4/5
The room nice a cool when arrived (most places turn off the heating/cooling unit when not in use). The shuttle to and from downtown is extremely convenient for when you don't want to drive or pay for parking downtown. The only bad part about the stay was the breakfast. It was atrocious! The pancakes were hard, the eggs were bland, no meats, the fruit tasted like it was fermenting, the apple juice tasted like it had previously reached room temperature and cooled again, the orange juice tasted like it was from the dollar tree. The breakfast is the only thing that needs attention. Other than that everything else is good to go.
- 4/5
Pretty place and good price!
- 3/5
there was food in the refrigerator from the previous guest and children toys were found in my room
- 2/5
Good: Some of the desk staff was super helpful! They had ice water in the lobby. The pool was very nice.
- 4/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
DIDNT LIKE CONDITION OF AIR CONDITIONER IN ROOM NEEDS CLEANING
- 5/5
I love the bar and shuttle to downtown. Also the pool and diversity of guest is a plus.
- 4/5
No comment
- 2/5
The staff were really nice but everything in the property was really old and dirty. The rooms, bathrooms(broken faucets,) dirty rugs, gross food,) awful!!
- 4/5
Also when I was taking a shower I hit my head on that bar the metal bar no less than four times so that's almost makes me feel like it's not ADA compliant or something because that's probably the only reason the bar is in there wouldn't you say.
- 4/5
Decent hotel with amenities and shuttle to downtown. Unfortunately the front desk is hard to reach via phone if you have a question.
- 2/5
The carpet smelled and we saw a roach on the sink.
- 5/5
Good pricing considering how close to Downtown 😁
- 1/5
Initial room was dirty. There was chewed up food on the floor and the tub had dirt and hair. Obviously was not clean.
- 5/5
Absolutely loved it and the staff was so friendly!
- 3/5
The girl in the giftshop wassnt friendly. The rooms were dated. And house keeping knocked 3 times. Before 11 when check out was. That was annoying
- 3/5
The hotel was okay. Clean room and pet-friendly. Affordable and pretty close to area we needed to be.
- 4/5
Close to downtown
- 5/5
They had all the amenities we love. Free breakfast, pool, restaurant/bar with fun games, a gift shop, free water station in lobby, lots of lounging areas in lobby with view of the pool, and a free shuttle that will drop you off at Broadway.
- 1/5
Second, The carpet was extremely worn and dirty, my room had splattered God only knows what on two different walls, huge cobwebs or dust collections above the curtains, dead bugs in the AC unit vents and to top it all off.....I was greeted one morning by a MOUSE! Lastly, the continental breakfast served hard boiled eggs that were soaked in lemon or vinegar and were AWFUL! We ate at the little pub in the hotel one night because we were short on time and 3 of us were served checken tenders & fish that were so overcooked. Not just a little overcooked, they were HARD! So dissa disappointing!!!
- 1/5
I didn’t like my stay.
- 2/5
It was good
- 4/5
It was good
- 3/5
The staff was really nice and friendly. We were also really happy with the shuttle back and forth to Broadway. However, the property needs an upgrade.
- 3/5
Clean
- 4/5
Had all necessary amenities. The rooms are quite old but clean and good for the price.
- 1/5
Hotel is run down and not well kept. Dead bugs found in room, very thin walls, could hear conversations in next room. Answered the door once because I thought someone was knocking in my door and it was two doors down. The air conditioner is so loud!!!! Ugh! Ate un the restaurant and 3 people in my party ordered chicken tenders which came out so burnt they were inedible! The server did remove them from our bill but we were on a tight schedule so it was not ideal at all! Not a great stay at all!
- 3/5
Cheap and quick. Not the cleanest or newest hotel stay
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property is dated and has a smell to it. The carpet in the lobby gives the hotel a bad look and unwelcoming view. The room was okay but smelled and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Walls were tiles with sludge on them, shower had zero pressure. If you’re looking for a Knights inn or motel 6 you have found it.
- 4/5
No staff emptied any garbage receptacles, rooms were clean, but new caulk around tub needed, carpet frayed at doorway, no staff replenished towels at pool area, staff was friendly except fir maybe two.. the shuttle was convenient, but one of the drivers was not very nice, and seemed annoyed at guests who asked her to wait a minute, buffet breakfast area was not replenished in a timely manner for guests.
- 2/5
The beds had stains on them, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and the shower didn’t drain completely.
- 4/5
Iii
- 4/5
Overall, it was a good experience; however, there was no fridge or microwave in the room.
- 4/5
Okay 👍
- 4/5
Very nice and a great value for the price. Will stay here again.
- 5/5
My stay was excellent and I will be back soon!!!
- 1/5
Didn't go. They gave my room to another person somehow. Then fought me when I said it wasn't me acting as if I was lying for whatever reason. It was non refundable I was just making sure I wasn't getting charged for things I didn't do.
- 4/5
One staff member was rude and not helpful. Breakfast was only basic.
- 3/5
Breakfast was a joke. Rooms needed vacuuming, especially behind the door. Need more TP, none at the front desk and housekeeping had none on her cart....
- 5/5
The staff was great. Very attentive and efficient. The room was ok. The bed had small pillows with itchy fabric. The bathroom had rust in the tub and the shower head was dirty. However the water pressure was awesome. Breakfast was super mediocre. Yet it was good. The staff was the best part of the experience. Very accommodating kind and caring. Id stay there again if i needed a quick spot to rest and get up and leave. The gym was nice. My car was in good shape in the parking lot. Overall it was a good stay and i appreciate it.
- 5/5
It’s a nice hotel to stay in for a couple of days, money’s value.
- 5/5
Four day trip with spouse to Nashville for pleasure. Chose hotel as it was reasonably priced and in good location near major highways and about 1 1/2 miles from Broadway. Facility was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good. Pool was nice. Hotel shuttle to Broadway was very handy. This is a real find if you're going to Nashville!
- 4/5
Property starting to age but overall good for me. My coworker had issues with her room with bad water pressure, noisy air conditioner and thin walls/noisy neighbor
- 1/5
Just plain horrible service!!!!!
- 3/5
its old need clean up
- 3/5
It was alright resort fee is pretty much for the convenience of being downtown and the shuttle overall not too bad but not too great.
- 5/5
Great hotel great staff enjoyed my stay
- 4/5
Our stay was good, but the room left a bit to be desired. The sink was right at the entrance - no privacy - with very little counter space. The bathroom was worn with a cracked toilet tank that also had a hole in the front lip. The bathtub tiles were cracked with evidence of mold or dirt in the grout and one rust spot in the tub's ceramic; the underside of the shower curtain rod was rusty.
- 5/5
Love the vibe!!
- 2/5
room doesn’t have water, tea. Service is not good. wifi is slow.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
Customer service outstanding. Found a bug in bathroom. They need extermination.
