    This was our 1st visit to Nashville & we truly enjoyed ourselves. We were traveling with kids aging from 6-11 & reserved the double suite, which provided us more than enough room for 6 people. This hotel was 10-15 mins away from everything with restaurants in walking distance. The staff on all levels were very tentative to our needs, the property stay cleaned at all times, me & my family felt very safe staying here.

    Bathroom light was flickering, the shower door wouldn't close all the way and made a very loud noise when shutting off. Also, no matter what we tried, we couldn't get the air regulated and it was a freezer but this could be our error. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and amazing. Room was great except for these issues.

    Loved the breakfast. Staff was friendly. Outdoor pool could’ve been cleaned better and bc it was dirty we had no choice but to swim indoors with a bunch of kids splashing. Room was okay but shower was weird and toilet leaked. Fridge took until the next day to make things cold. The smell of the hotel made our stomachs hurt. Smelled like old carpet. Definitely could use plug-ins or something to make the hotel smell better.

(King w/ sleeper sofa).. The breakfast was delicious.. Lots of hot options.. With 2 growing boys before a long trip home, its greatly appreciated.. I didn't stay long enough to really get the FULL experience of the other amenities, so I definitely feel like I need to come back.. The pool was one of those indoor/outdoor but the outdoor was closed off (probably because we visited April 6/7 (haha)), making the available space to swim very minimal ?

    Easy to get to, one of the few places where we can get three beds, which our family needs for travel. Breakfast was very nice, pool good for the kids The lay out for breakfast gets a little crowded which really isnt a big deal. Elevator is really slow, better off taking stairs

    The location and pool Breakfast needs more options! Fix the security mechanism on your room doors! Also make adjustments for them to close faster! Lastly, paying for parking at this small hotel is a tad extra. It makes a little bit of sense if the property was bigger in a more congested area. Even if the competition is or you are sold out. But if none of these are the case it's not a good look for accommodations in Metro Center/Fountain Square / Rosa L Parks area.

    The stay was great; we had enough space for a year. The room was nice, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was good, the breakfast was excellent, just what we expected. The parking area is quite adequate If they could improve something, it would be the shower, because when you turn it on, you always get cold water since you always have to open it from inside the shower and not just reach in to open it.

    I am a 68 year old women, (over weight, 3 bulging disks and foot problem. I stayed 3 nights. On Saturday I find out elevator is broke. I'm on second floor and can't walk stairs. I tell front desk im leaving next morning at 5:30 am. They tell me to call front desk and they will help with luggage. Next morning no answer on front desk phone. I go down and clerk goes I can't help you. I said I can't carry bags downstairs and she goes "Oh well". Last time I ever stay at one of there hotels

    Checking in was ready. Front desk staff was very nice. When we went to bed, my daughter found something all over her sheets and bed coverings. Clearly, the room was not cleaned properly. Called the front desk, and even though o had indicated that we were getting ready for bed, it took quite a while for someone to come up with a change of bedding. Which they tossed at us to take care of. I would not stay here again.

    I always have enjoyed staying at this hotel. But this visit from Monday to Sunday was a bit challenging. The elevator was out, we were on the 2nd floor and the ice maker was not working on the 2nd floor and had to go down for ice. I did eventually get ice bags and kept them with as i come and go and would just get ice on the way back to the room. This would be my 3rd stay. I will try them again and determine any future stay from there. I won't let this one visit with a few issues deter me. I was there for my church Holy Convocation and its only 2 miles from the church

    Front desk was friendly. I personally didn’t like that we were expected to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot. Luckily and unluckily, the elevator was out so they waived the parking fee. Room was fairly accurate to the picture but did feel a tad dated in certain aspects. Overall pretty good no big complaints.

    It was clean. No way to turn on shower water without getting soaked, then wet and slick floor. Flat pillows. LOUD a/c. Desk check In gave us terrible directions to park and to our room - maybe she has no grasp of hotel layout? Room was dark. Breakfast offered lots of variety.

    We had a great 4 night stay. Customer service staff were so pleasant and helpful. We did have a new staffer, who billed us twice, but by the time we left, we had our refund. I also had a package of medicine that needed to be delivered to the hotel and the staff was so helpful with that. You do have to pay for parking (which we were aware of ahead of time thanks to good communication) but we were given a discount for our longer stay- a pleasant surprise! The hotel was clean, nice small fitness center and pool area clean and warm (slightly cooler when we were in Nashville. It truly was an enjoyable stay. Our room was perfect. This hotel is slightly older but our room was clean and updated. We did a lot of eating in as we brought food so having a refrigerator and microwave was great.

    The overall stay was good and met our needs. I attended a 2 day meeting around a mile away from the hotel so the proximity was very good. Check in was pretty seamless, however we were not made aware that parking was not included with booking, check in, or by incidentals. There were signs posted throughout the parking lot, but apparently they are by a 3rd party that collects parking payments throughout the city. Again, no real big deal, but my wife and I were not given any information from booking or check in. The room was very nice and clean, however the bed was a little firm. Overall a good stay

    The bathroom shower flooded the whole bathroom floor and the fan did not work, so the bathroom stayed musty and wet. I talked to the front desk and luckily they switched us rooms. The second room wasn’t cleaned properly, had a substance on the toilet ( see photo). No hand soap for handwashing and the fan also didn’t work. There was trash in the room across from us in the hallway for 3 days! It smelled so disgusting. The beds were in even worse condition than the first room.     Room was clean, parking is easy, limited food within walking distance, but there are some and lots just a short drive. Breakfast was pretty basic, just eggs and sausage hot, the rest was standard fare. Would definitely stay again for business trips.

    Very nice property, very clean. The only negative was that the shower door was installed backward, meaning the stationery glass shower wall is placed where the shower door should be. One has to get into at the opposite end of the shower stall from the faucet and turn the water on while in the shower. It is cold and can then get too hot if turned too much to hot. No testing of temp. ahead of time.

    It's slightly outside of downtown, so a quick rideshare if you are headed to Broadway and it is less expensive than staying downtown. I would stay here again.

    Was not told there was $15 per day parking fee. We had ants in our room on 3rd floor. The staff was nice but didn’t spray for bugs. They did offer to move us but said nobody had ever complained about the ants. Ants must be in the walls! We saw them throughout our stay! We also saw a pretty big spider as well.

    Had asked for an accessible room for someone with limited mobility due to recent major knee surgery. Unfortunately this meant a room with mattress practically on the floor on a platform. Very difficult for a 6’3” person with limited mobility to get down to and up from. Bathroom had a regular tub with handrails instead of walk in shower. In the future if we stay here will just ask for a regular room.

    Check in took forever. We requested a first or second floor room and we were put on the 3rd floor. Then we got stuck in the elevator for a good 15 minutes. While stuck in the elevator the power went out several times so it was pitch black! The phone in the elevator to call for help was useless because nobody answered the phone. This is a safety hazard. We had to call 911 for help! The room smelled bad and the mattress was hard as a rock. They had to shut the elevators down after we got stuck so we had to walk up to our 3rd floor room with luggage. Just awful.

    There was supposed to be free parking they charged a daily fee for parking when checking in my room realized that this was not the room that I had originally made reservations for the hotel put me in what they had left which was a handicap room that I did not specify that I wanted they charged me for one thing and then gave me something different when I address this situation with the front desk they told me that there was nothing that they could do about it I showed them my reservations and told them there was nothing on my reservations that specified I wanted to stay in a handicap room the bed was very low to the ground and uncomfortable for a person who has me and hip issues getting up every morning was a painful struggle I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel they do not have any respect for handicap people or for their customers in general.

    The room actually looked like the pictures. The check in staff had a great smiley personality. Hotel smelled and looked nice. We asked for a room by the indoor pool and we got the first room next to it! We are very happy with everything.
