    My family and I stayed at this hotel as I was attending a concert locally. The front check in/out lady was really nice, I’m not sure her name. She was very helpful and friendly. The room itself was okay, there were a lot of stains all over the carpet and chairs. It did not look clean. The beds were clean and all white, I didn’t notice any stains. The bathroom looked worn out, hard water stains and scratches on the walk in tub as well as shower head. The sink had a lot of grime around the sink hole and around sink basin as well. The boards around the wall were pretty scuffed up too. The room definitely needed to be cleaned better and stains removed. Even the carpeting the hotel itself were stained. The light fixtures in hallway were quite dusty. I’m not sure how much it gets cleaned. Not very appealing as I have young children and don’t want them in dirty places. There is also an early checkout fee of $200, so be aware of that. It’s not ideal at all. The location was good and parking per night was $36, which is ridiculous as I was paying $200 a night anyway. Perhaps it’s a Nashville thing. The breakfast, I can’t speak to that. I even got an email from the manager apologizing for the state of or lack of breakfast. If I had to, I might stay here again but for the price and how stained things were, I think the cleaning could be improved upon, parking price be lowered and it would be a lot better. It’s not the worst hotel but also not the best. 3/5 stars

    Super location for walking to shops and restaurants. Front desk staff is outstanding. Bonus to relax at a rooftop bar on site after a busy day. Comfortable, clean, modern rooms. Breakfast was super. On site parking in the hub of everything (love to come and go as we please not deal with valet) a huge bonus.

    The location was amazing! Very close to everything you need but also very clean, quiet and away from the chaos of the bar scenes. The staff was the BEST! From the kitchen staff for morning breakfast to the desk staff, they welcomed us and chatted with us every day! The rooms were so nice and not only clean but a great size to fit 3 of us. The bathroom was large as well! We would highly recommend this place along with the free breakfast buffet daily to kick start your trip to Nashville !

    The young lady that checked us in was polite but there seems to be a bit of a discrepancy in the pricing that was given to us for parking and incidentals. She advised that parking was $36 per night - this is in addition to the $200 per night that we paid in advance for the room. She also advised there was a $20 per night incidentals fee that would be refunded when we checked out. There are currently 2 charges on my card from this property - 1 for $50, and 1 for $20. Upon check out I asked the man working the desk about the $50 charge. He advised that the parking was $36 per night + tax & that the total charge would be $39 and some change...still I have been charged $50. Beware of these fees and be sure to ask for EXACT pricing when checking in if this matters to you. The breakfast was sub-par. The only meat option was soggy sausage and biscuits...like microwavable sausage and biscuits sitting in a steamer with sausage gravy to go on top. Waffle makers were not in use at all...there was a stack of black garbage bags sitting on the countertop where they were located which I guess was supposed to indicate that they were not working. The lady working the breakfast area looked like she had just rolled out of bed herself. Very unprofessional and not dressed like anyone I wanted to see handling anything that had to do with food! For $200+ per night, DO BETTER!!!

    The location was close to many restaurant options. The staff welcomed me and my husband back every time we returned to the building and were very accommodating when we arrived early. The facility was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

    When we arrived, we received a letter explaining that rooms are only cleaned for guests staying three or more nights. Since we stayed four nights, we expected at least one cleaning, but unfortunately our room was not serviced at all during our stay. We ended up having to request basic items like toilet paper daily, which was a bit inconvenient. At one point, we asked for fresh towels and were told they would be brought up right away, but it took about two hours to receive them. When they did arrive, they had a strong odor that made them unpleasant to use. That said, there were some positives. The bed was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the breakfast and coffee bar—both were a great start to the day. The staff was generally kind and friendly, though the front desk experience sometimes felt a bit unprofessional, with some staff wearing AirPods while assisting guests. With a few improvements in housekeeping consistency and overall professionalism, this could be a much better experience.

    Clean, quiet room. Suite was a nice upgrade. Breakfast would have been better if at 10 am they were out of hot food & they weren't bringing out anymore (Breakfast didn't end until 10:30 am). It felt safe. I think they could certainly charge less or nothing at all for parking b/c they own the parking garage & it's not valet. Staff was nice.

    Breakfast each day was fresh, good food with a well-stocked good selection to satisfy multiple morning cravings. My paid-in full ahead payment method through booking.com was denied at the hotel and I had to use an alternative payment when check in. I had to call the hotel a week later to settle a double charge to two payment methods for this one stay. It was resolved but it was inconvenient to say the least…and what if I didn’t have another method of payment when it was already paid in full ahead of time.

    Excellent location. 5 minutes from Bridgestone Arena. I took my family to Nashville for a concert and got 2 rooms. Both were very clean (BIG must). The hotel is QUITE lovely and contemporary with beautiful views all around. Rooftop was LOVELY. Bar food was GREAT as were the prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ☆☆☆☆☆

    Great property with a really good price compared to all the other area hotels. There was road construction in the area, but that did not effect us. We were within 1 mile of the Bridgestone Arena where we went for an event. Pretty close to everything and walkable for us. The hotel staff was super friendly. This is a really nice property that charges much less for parking than the other hotels. As with pretty much hotel I've ever been in, there was hair on the floor and in the sink in the bathroom. The shower was by far the best hotel shower I've ever been in. Roomy shower with lots of shelf space for your products, but there are products in pumps on the wall provided if you want to use those. The water pressure was absolutely amazing. If ever in the Nashville area, stay here and save money.

    Terrible stay for a variety of reasons. Definitely not up to par with what I'd expect from a Marriott property. Staff were very friendly and prompt, however, that was the only good thing. Food on the rooftop restaurant was terrible--cheap quality frozen bagged chicken and bread. The room needed full updating. Only minimally clean, fabric on boxspring was worn and had holes, mattress had a large, body sized dip in it, making you sleep in a hole. Linen and pillows need replacement. TV did not work--only had a Netflix account from a random person named Linda and no way to reset. No other channel or app options. Walls are thin with plenty of noise around. Location is full of construction and not overly walkable to selection of food or shops.

    We got our first room and the air conditioner was on and making a loud noise. They put us in another room that seemed dirty. The bathroom glass shower door would not close and had previously been broken. It looked liked it had been glued with super glue. The ceiling in the bathrooms paint was peeling. The coffeemaker lid was missing as well. Just seemed like it needed a lot of repairs. My husband and I wanted them to light the gas fireplace on the patio and were told there was no remote. The outdoor area looked very dirty and not well kept. Overall, the staff was very nice.

    We opted for this location because we wanted to be away from the loudness of Downtown. It was a 15 min walk to downtown. The Gulch area has many restaurants. The room was clean. No issues.

    The beds are very hard. The maid had music too loud in the hallway. This 2 night stay was definitely NOT worth over $800.00!! These so called "high end" hotels just aren't worth it anymore. 😏

    Convenient location, quiet and close to downtown (5 minutes driving/20 minutes walking) Breakfast was good (eggs, ham, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, coffee and juice). Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

    We enjoyed our stay. Daughter lives in the Gulch and we could walk to her place! Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Pillows could be better but overall we slept well.

    Checked in on Saturday, No service to the room on Sunday, at all, they said,,but charge over 100$ more for a Saturday night stay! If you’re not going to service the room at all,, and I have to ask for clean towels 3x, which I pick up at the front desk myself,, So Wrong!! It's a Hotel, not an airbnb! It should be the same price as the Sunday charge!! Marriot needs to better service their customers!!

    I liked that there were plenty of places within walking distance to eat. We also used an Uber to get to the First Horizon Park and it was very easy and inexpensive. Our room had a connecting door and the neighbors were loud in the morning and we could hear their tv very clearly. Not the hotel’s fault, but easy to hear others nearby and in the hall.

    Came to Nashville for weekend trip with family. The location is perfect. Away enough from Broadway but close enough to great restaurants/bars. Got to the hotel early at 10am, and they were able to check me in. The room was just cleaned and smelled amazing walking down the halls and rooms. The front desk associate was amazing and personable when I was asking about the area. My family got there a day late and staff was so kind when dealing with parking. My sister and bil loved the breakfast, they even made plates to eat in bed. Relatively clean and very family/crowd friendly neighborhood. Tons of people walking their dogs in the mornings. Great people watching on hotels patio.

    I really enjoyed the hotel and the location! The only thing that disappointed me was that we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the rooftop, Up. First night, kitchen closed early and the second night, a company took over the rooftop and we couldn’t go up there! Overall, I enjoyed it!
