Reviews
Brilliance Suites is a highly recommended property in Santorini with stunning views, delicious breakfast, and exceptional customer service. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, with a bus stop and supermarket nearby. However, some guests found the pool to be too cold and noted that a car is necessary to fully explore the area.

Hotel was lovely in a great location about 10-15 min walk to broadway ! Great swimming pool! Rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay again. I wouldn’t say there was anything I didn’t like.

It’s was the greatest stay ever I enjoyed everything

My daughter got stuck in the shower for over an hour. The shower door was stuck shut. Maintenance had to come to the room to pry open the shower door to get her out. She was completely naked in front of the maintenance man that had to rescue her. The hotel staff never offered to move her and boyfriend to another room and they never offered any options to rectify the situation. The staff wanted to pretend like this never happened. The glass shower doors are dangerous and unsafe, especially if you staying alone. The shower doors create a suction against the shower wall and get stuck. If you’re staying alone in the room and this happens to you, you would be stuck in that shower until the maids come the next day. If you have your no disturb light on no telling how long you could be stuck in that shower of the door gets stuck.

Convenient location and attractive amenities Check in and checkout process awful - staff at desk were neither responsive nor capable.
- 2/5
Porter/valet staff need more training. Front desk staff were lacklustre and there’s no follow through. Bar/restaurant staff were great. Wifi/cell service is awful at this hotel (whether you pay for the wifi or not).

The brunch was excellent. Food was prepared well, selections were ample, and was very tasty.

Great location. Room was perfect. Staff was very courteous.

The staff were amazing and went above & beyond to accommodate everyone during the winter ice storm. Big shout-out to the bartenders Tiffany, Juan & one other but I didn't catch his name. These guys/girl deserve a raise because they never seemed irritated even though I know they were exhausted at times from the long hours. No complaints at all.
- 0.5/5
Thin walls it was loud all night. TV was broken they couldn’t fix it . Rooftop bar was closed without prior notice. Breakfast and WiFi not included. Staff refused to make it right.

The comfort and the fact that we got a surprise in our room: a champagne bottle to celebrate out 15th wedding anniversary. The little things count! N/A

The hotel was top notch. Wonder staff all around. I plan to return when I am back when I am in Nashville.

Location was great, and room was pretty swanky and very tech-enabled. Booked a King Suite Corner with a view of the city, specifically for New Year's Eve. I had researched a good bit to ensure my view would be of downtown. Upon checkin, it was side (Gulch) view. This was the main reason for dropping nearly $500/night to have a downtown view. I spoke with the front desk about a room change, but they informed me that no Corner Suites had a downtown view. I was very disappointed, and there was no option to change rooms of equal value to get my desired view. I think the actual view information should be better detailed on their website. Additionally, there is no free Wi-Fi. Every modern hotel has free Wi-Fi. And lastly, there is no general snack and/convenience type shop in the lobby (i.e., think toothpaste, chips, etc.) Instead, I was told to go across the street to Trader Joe's...

Loud outside bangs in the middle of the night can be heard in the room. I requested in advance non-feather room. I got confirmation online and upon arrival. And believe it or not the room had all feather pillows. On top some of the towels and robes weren’t clean enough.
- 5/5
The W hotel and staff were amazing. There was an apparent electrical fault in the room (the sofa sockets), resulting in a massive arc that tripped all the electrics. Maintenance told me, “Do not use this socket.” Additionally, I had to have the sofa cushions replaced because they were wet and smelled of urine.
- 5/5
My room was clean and comfortable. The staff treated us very well. especially the valets…so accommodating. I loved the live music in the lobby bar, great atmosphere.

Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. Cleaning service was good but not great. We enjoyed our stay.
- 1/5
This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. The customer service staff, the cleaning crew, and restaurant staff are rude and seem very inconvenienced with customers. Only the bar guy and the valet are nice to your customers. I assume that's because they get paid on tips. Flat pillows, room not cleaned unless cleaning staff contacted, overcharging for minibar items not consumed, charged for meals twice. The last night had to change rooms because the lights were turning themselves off and on. The front desk was rude, and offered no concessions for The almost $500 we were paying per night. So much for a 5 star hotel.
- 4/5
From arrival the staff were unhelpful and not particularly welcoming. The person who helped us on our last day however was friendly and helpful. It is in a good area, shops, nice places to eat and a liquor store all near by. Handy that there is a trolley stop Very close by too. Loved Nashvill, would return, but not W

The hotel and staff were amazing.
- 3/5
Disappointing stay. Housekeeping never came despite multiple calls, and I had to complain at the front desk just to get towels (no washcloths provided). Poor housekeeping service overall.
- 4/5
Fresh new hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable. Staff were very friendly beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the pool however tried to enjoy the rooftop on the 13th floor but left after few minutes music I would call it “elevator music” being played was not enjoyable and the breakfast is really ridiculously priced for eggs and a slice of toast
- 4.5/5
Just a little bit further from the attractions on Broadway. I was walking everywhere so it was a distance, but the property was great
- 4/5
For a property that is only 4 years old, it definitely has had a lot of traffic for it is showing on some furniture whether in the room or outside the room. The location, the staff, the walkable shopping and eating options were fantastic. The overall room experience was great. The only downside was the fact my original room had wet carpet in the suite and the tub did not work. The staff quickly corrected the issue by placing us in a different suite but moving at 11pm at night was not ideal for any of us.
- 5/5
Location is great ! The pool is so nice for relaxing or partying during the day ! Rooms were good bed was super soft and comfortable! I loved that they give you a water bottle and have water stations all around! Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again ! Nothing it was a great place to stay !
- 1/5
Hotel is off the beaten path so your not walking anywhere and getting uber is tough. Valet parking is complete nightmare and takes extremely long to get your car.
- 4/5
The stay was great, the hotel was great. My only complaint was that the pillows were super thin and they charge for WiFi on top of a “destination fee”. Any destination I’ve ever been to has free WiFi.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent!
- 5/5
Amazing hotel. Felt more like a resort. Hotel bar and pool bar were both great. The pool area has a DJ from 12 to 4 Friday through Sunday, so consider looking elsewhere if the club scene is not your vibe
- 1.5/5
It’s nice but the experience was terrible all the extra hidden fees and they do have bugs Property is nice
- 5/5
Room was exceptional!
- 5/5
excellent built hotel! beautiful pool.. a little small and crowded but had a great ambiance and a bar. also, it was open 24 hours. The room was beautifully decorated and had a great bathroom/vanity design area. the roof bar is big and open with plenty of area and great servers, the staff was very friendly and accommodating! I have nothing bad to say. one of the best stays I've had in a long time.
- 5/5
We went to Nashville for a concert and we stayed a few extra days to relax. Fitness center was amazing. Pool was great, but needed a bit of treatment. The water was a bit cloudy. When so many people use the pool, it needs daily treatment, but the rooftop pool vibes and service was exceptional. Bedroom was awesome and updated and the bed was…wow. It was very comfortable. This place was close to everything and the employees were awesome. Everyone! The bartenders were phenomenal and the Restaurant staff was great! Hotel was exceptionally clean. Overall, a great experience!

The restaurant was terrible. Could not even cook a poached egg. Staff kept disapearing Had keep reregistering for the wifi every couple of hours Could not get room cleaned depsite being out all day and requesting a service. I was asked for my feedback and told the front desk all of the above and they couldn't have cared less. They said someone would ring me but never heard back.

Amazing property!

First time staying at a W hotel. Service, staff, and experience was on point. Will be staying again.
- 3/5
Overpriced hotel that did not come up,to the usual worldwide w standard
- 4.5/5
Clean room, comfy beds. The corner suite does have some spectacular views, and the motorised shades was a BIG plus. Room service was...OK. Additional fees were a little steep. I've stayed in similar hotels for slightly less, I feel.
- 5/5
Hotel was very clean and felt very safe around the area at night. The rooms were very quiet which was great to get away from the abundant nightlife of Nashville. Would highly recommend.
- 5/5
The W never disappoints no matter what city you are in, and W Nashville was no different!! Their valet service went above and beyond to make sure we were in the proper vehicle. Five stars all around!!
- 2.5/5
I liked the aesthetic Room service only came one day out of three.

I when I checked in I asked questions about the pool pool area told me the pool was heated made of arrangements for my family to meet me at the pool. We were very disappointed when we found out that pool was not heated after checking out I was told about all these unnecessary charges That was not presented by Experian or the W very disappointed.

The week upon my trip I broken my foot and tried to reschedule my trip. I called to talk to customer service, the guy i talked to started with giving me a refund paused and then said that they only reschedule, after a couple of minutes going back and forth he becamse rude and then hung up on me. I then called back to speak with a supervisor he too was rude and was suppose to return my call never did. It was a whole horrible experience, i will never book through hotel.com. Hotel.com need BETTER customer service agents.
- 5/5
Absolutely perfect stay!
- 5/5
Great stay! My husband and I went for our anniversary weekend and the staff really took care of us! We will be returning for sure!
- 5/5
Excellent facility with great amenities and convenient to all of Downtown Nashville.
- 5/5
Experienced poor wi-fi connectivity.
- 3/5
I booked off Expedia and asked for early check-in. That didn't happen. I have pending charges on my credit card for extra guests, which I already paid for. I didnt expect the destination fee? Whats that? I didnt expect having to spend 35 dollars per night per room for another fee. I will he checking my card daily as front staff did not seem to understand. Rooms and facility very clean. Disappointed pool not heated. We had a 80 degree day and would uave been nice to be by the pool. Location was gr eat and convenient.
- 2/5
The lobby, restaurant, and bars were always cold and it was 12 degrees outside. Seems like they never turned on the heat. And all seating in the lobby/courtyard was made of concrete.
- 5/5
In the middle of a great city.
- 5/5
I will be back to the W in nashville ! Gorgeous hotel, great location !! thank you for an amazing stay !
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and gave excellent service. Hotel was clean and the food was awesome. I will definitely stay there again on my next stay in Nashville.
- 3/5
The Hotel felt understaffed. Service in restaurant bar etc was slow.
- 5/5
Fabulous property
- 5/5
Great service
- 1/5
Unfortunately, I am declining to share a verbal review of the property. I will not return to this hotel or to Nashville.
- 5/5
Our stay was wonderful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was great for getting multiple people ready and our view was beautiful. The hotel itself has so many options you don’t need to leave, but if you do everything you could want is within walking distance! The building is clean and the exterior is also a clean space.
- 5/5
Great rooms, kind staff, efficient all around.
- 5/5
My friend and I had a night in the city and we chose W Nashville for our stay and we couldn’t have loved it more. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was immaculate. There were many thoughtful and beautiful details from soft robes to easy to use lighting. The window gave us a lovely view of the city. And finally for my favorite part, the coffee was amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed hotel coffee before but this coffee was so delicious. We loved everything about our stay and would absolutely choose W Nashville again.
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay!! The room was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Excellent hotel. There was excellent entertainment on Thursday evening, but nothing on Friday or Saturday evening, so that was disappointing. Shower pressure for the handheld wand could be stronger. Martini at the bar was perfect. Room climate control excellent. Bedding and room lighting excellent. Restaurant service and food excellent.
- 3/5
I waited 10 minutes to see a bartender As well as waited 10 minutes for a Valet to pick up my car, they were nice when they showed up but took a long time
- 5/5
Great hotel and location!
- 4/5
Two things that they could fix 1. The mattresses. I think they need some firmness. 2. The biscuit breakfast is not easy to eat without messing like a 1 year old would.
- 5/5
Easy and convenient
- 5/5

The hotel was very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that visits Nashville. The rooftop bar is great location to go for an evening.
- 5/5
Nice staff and very clean rooms. Nice outdoor pool. Great hotel although the Bonvoy app and customer service is awful.
- 5/5
A dream hotel! Wonderful staff, excellent experience!
- 5/5
Great hotel. Nice neighborhood.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
The only thing I would change/ask for in the future is maybe adding some umbrellas at the pool. Absolutely no shade options unless you are going to rent a cabana.
- 5/5
Fantastic property
- 5/5
Another lovely stay at one of the W hotels. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was always friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Awesome!!!!
- 5/5
Awesome hotel, great building and rooms, fresh water on your floor as well. Great coffee shop down below. Service at the restaurant and rooftop bar aren’t good though, it’s decent when it’s a busy weekend but overall poor imo. Also no parking is kind of annoying but enjoyed my stay!
- 5/5
Always love a stay at a W hotel! This was a great location and walkable to many attractions. This hotel was modern and clean. A great pool deck as well!
- 5/5
Nice.
- 5/5
Really nice hotel, room was clean, pool was nice and the restaurants were great. Nice area with shopping and close enough to downtown to walk if you want. Would stay again!
- 5/5
Close enough to everything yet just far away enough to get a quiet nights sleep.
- 5/5
Expensive but worth it
- 2/5
The hotel itself is clean, modern, and upscale. However, the rooms are marginally better than a Hampton Inn or Courtyard, and definitely not a 4 or 5-star hotel. The bed was one of the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel. My back has been sore for almost 2 days afterward because the mattress was so bad. It wasn't just super hard, but it was also springy and cheap feeling like one you would expect out of a roadside motel. The hotel pool is good and there is plenty of sun around the deck. The only complaint for the pool is the waitstaff and bartenders. The service was poor at best. It was a busy weekend, so we understood we would need to wait. It was the lack of recognition that was frustrating. If they would even acknowledge your existence to tell you they are running behind, that would be fine, but instead they completely ignore you and leave you wondering if they are ever going to ask you a question. When you finally did get someone to take your order, they seemed to forget about it until you reminded them 20 minutes later. Overall, I will never stay here again. For half the price you could stay at any 3-start hotel and have a better experience. If you want a trendy scene, ignored even sitting at the bar, and back problems, then this is your hotel.
- 5/5
One of the best hotels I have been at! The staff was amazing ! They made my 40th birthday very special
- 5/5
Had a nice relaxing birthday stay! Thank You
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel with spacious room. Close enough to all the action but not right in the middle of it so you could have some quiet
- 5/5
The staff and amenities were excellent. The gym is exceptional.
- 5/5
See you again next time I'm in Nashville!
- 5/5
Great hotel with great staffs
- 5/5
Excellent pool and lots of restaurants and bars
- 4/5
Hotel was very good my only negative would be the walls were paper thin and you hear everything.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 4/5
Great hotel. Love the room and the pool. Wish pool bar stayed open later. Great staff.
- 5/5
Great hotel in great downtown area
- 3/5
I’ve stayed at several W hotels. For being new our bathroom had chips of paint missing. The shower knob falls off. At the pool bar an asked for “two margaritas “ when I got my bill was charged for premium tequila I didn’t ask for. Wasn’t going to say anything, but when checking out the guy at desk asked about my stay and I told him. He said “ok” and could care less.
- 5/5
The location of this hotel was so great - walkable to downtown but also the hop on hop off bus stops at the corner. There’s some great restaurants and shops in the Gulch and for those with pets, a dog park across the street, as well as a market and liquor store. Everything you need is close by. The bed was very comfortable, and the service was great. Definitely recommend!
- 5/5
Excellent hotel for stay. Great access to all Nashville attractions. Loved the experience. However, be aware of its expensive restaurants.
- 5/5
So great
