Nothing. Had to pay for parking I. Their parking lot
- 1/5
Nothing I didn’t like to stay at all room was not clean pillows had mold on them. Phone didn’t work dirty walls. Dirty vents sheets had a funny smell.

Close to down town Parking is not free

- 3/5
Having to pay for parking while staying is not ideal whatsoever. The elevators took forever to come, so we ended up taking the stairs every time we had to go down or up. Never got our room cleaned or fresh towels while we were there.
- 4/5
Overall the hotel stay was nice. There were just a few things I didn’t care for. First, you have to pay for parking and it is expensive. Second, two of the face towels in my room had black stains on them, and three, the elevators were very slow. They do have excellent breakfast and the view in my room was nice!!

Property needs updating. Common areas are good. Room not so much. Tub was scary. Bathroom door handle looked like it was in a fight. Hated the high parking fee. It didn’t keep me from being approached by a panhandler.
- 3/5
The staff were awesome. The pool was nice. The location was convenient and safe, which was of high importance to us, BUT the bedding was hard. AC turned on and off and sounded like a car starting. We lost hot water during the day with no discount offered. No free toiletries on the counter. A couple of crumbs in the bed sheets upon arrival. Stains on the comforter from previous guests. Peeling ceilings, duck tape on the grout beside the toilet, cracked bath tub floor.

Great staff breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about but did the job.

Front desk person was so unfriendly when we went to check in. Never got out of her seat or looked up at us. Rude!

The mattress was sagging, there were bedbugs, there were no towels, and they never provided a trash bag. They charge a $120 deposit—which they never mention beforehand—plus an additional $140 for parking for four nights. The ceiling was cracked; the place is poorly maintained. The elevator takes forever and smells foul, and during all four nights of my stay, people were screaming and fighting in the hallways at 3:00 a.m.—drunken individuals shouting and making a scene. It was a horrible experience, especially considering the cost; it leaves a great deal to be desired.

I told staff they said they would refund me 1 night stay And called talk Exepidtia and y’all only gave me the wrong amount credit, shorting me Why??!!! And I called and still not corrected Not happy about any on this!!

Pretty decent, bed wasn't as comfortable as I hoped for but overall okay stay. Breakfast was good. Parking fee wasn't great was 42 dollars.
- 2.5/5
Location, sq ft of room, bed was firm. Shampoo was the same as soap, all drawers in the room would not stay closed. Parking on the property is expensive; I understand gated parking, but for the cost, I would not have expected to have my center cap stolen and another car's window busted out. Shower was the worst I have ever been in - no pressure or stream.

This time around the breakfast was a bit messy and lacking basic items. The one waffle machine was broken and the station itself was extremely messy. Garbages were full.

Highly recommend this accommodation. They have parking available as well.
- 3/5
Overall, though, the property could really use some updating and better upkeep. Also, parking is managed through a third party, so it’s an extra cost on top of the room rate. This wasn’t a huge issue for us, but it’s worth noting. Our biggest disappointment was the staff. My husband and I are very easygoing people and rarely complain, but the staff consistently acted inconvenienced by simple requests. Since housekeeping isn’t provided daily, towels and toilet paper aren’t automatically replenished, which is understandable. However, when we asked the front desk for a couple extra towels and toilet paper, we felt like we were bothering them—even though we went downstairs ourselves to pick them up. I hate leaving negative reviews, but as someone who has worked in customer service, I think guests should be treated with kindness and professionalism. If you just need an inexpensive place to sleep near downtown, this hotel may work. But if you want a cleaner, more updated property with better service, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

Great distance to Broadway and stadium. Parking is $50/day of which it did not tell me that up front. I didn’t look over the building but hallways have an odor. Room seemed clean but carpet filthy with stains and room had an odor so not real sure how clean.
- 5/5
Great staff.

We had a very nice stay, everything was clean and the room was very comfortable. We will use this hotel next time we come to Nashville. I did think having to pay an additional $35 was completely ridiculous!
- 3/5
Proximity to event we were attending and close enough to walk to place and not have to worry about paying to park. We were required to pay for parking. We were told it was $35. However you have to do it through an online service that's charged extra fees increasing that to over $40. Disclosure about parking never stated that it wasn't a flat $35. Common areas like hallways and elevators were not cooled which caused it to be very warm within the hotel if not in your room.
- 3/5
There is a hidden fee. The property has a third party parking system. On Expedia it says self parking. I couldn’t find where it says you pay extra. I stayed two nights and it cost me 17% of the stay, meaning 17% of the total of the two night stay. Very expensive. Second Hampton Inn in Nashville to do this. One more caveat: you do not have to be a customer to use the lot. Meaning it does have the potential to fill with non customer parking.
- 4/5
The room was nice and location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. We interacted with 3 staff during our stay. One was very nice and helpful the other two were unfriendly.
- 5/5
I had a very good experience at this hotel and I would definitely go back. Super close to all the nightlife on Broadway (we took an Uber). I had left something in my hotel room after checkout, came back a couple hours later and the hotel staff was super helpful returning it.
- 4/5
Thermostat didn't work. Window blinds didn't work and not enough coffee left in room or water plastic water cups.
- 4/5
The room was a bit outdated. Could use a freshen-up. Can’t complain though. Great staff, great amenities, and love a complementary breakfast! Hope to be back soon!
- 1/5
Days terrible experience won’t stay at a Hampton inn again and paid over $1000!!
- 3/5
When we checked in and went to our room, the key didn’t work. As we were trying to enter the room someone opened the door. We had to go back to check in as they assigned us a room that was already occupied. When we got into our actual room there were old stains on the carpet, no soap, the handle for the bathroom door actually came off in my hand, and the shower got warm at best. No hot water for showers. The “dark roast” coffee at the breakfast was so weak it was transparent. For the price, I expected much better.

My husband and I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 am after driving for over 8 hours. The young lady at the desk was unable to find our reservation which we had made a week before. She called her co-worker for assistance and he found our reservation fairly quickly. Once we got our room key we headed up the elevator with all of our bags. When we got to the room we noticed a do not disturb sign hanging on the door handle. We did not attempt to use our room key because we figured the room was already occupied. We contacted the front desk and the young man came to investigate further. He knocked on the door loudly but no one responded. He then attempted to use her master key but he still could not get in. We all went back down to the front desk hoping he could find us a vacant room. He checked the computer and the security officer even tried to help. The young man made a few phone calls trying to reach an off-duty manager but had no luck. This went on for about 30 minutes or more. I was extremely tired and ready to get some rest because we had a busy day ahead of us. The young man finally found us a room on the 7th floor. When I walked into the room I noticed paint on the floor and carpet. I looked up I saw the terrible patch job on the ceiling. It looked like the ceiling had a leak at some point and someone attempted to repair the situation but they lacked the skills. We were given a discount for our troubles. But the rundown rooms did not match the pricey rates and parking fees.

Had to pay for parking at the property.

The hotel stay was wonderful and parking was very accessible with for decent price!

- 4/5
Great stay & great staff! Just hated the parking situation….$42 for a one night stay 😩😭
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 5/5
Would humbly like to thank the staff and management for all they did to accommodate our family during a very stressful time with a member of the family in the hospital.
- 4/5
Great breakfast. Did not like to pay $35 per night stay.
- 1/5
Had to pay for parking on top of paying for the room. Trash was left in an elevator. Got stuck in the elevator bc it would not work on the floor we stayed on and no guest was informed on that floor. Front desk did not know anything about the surrounding area to help us navigate to our appointment.
- 3/5
The fact that I had to pay for parking when I arrived was a big surprise.
- 2/5
Unexpected 45$ parking fee to park in a already full parking lot that is not even secured!!
- 4/5
The tub needs to be rodded. The drainage could not keep up the water from the shower.
- 4/5
Breakfast offering was great as a complimentary amenity
- 3/5
Yes and parking should have been free
- 5/5
Great stay. Do not like paying $42 a day for parking
- 2/5
Breakfast was mediocre at best, parking was controlled by a second party and recieved two violations within 18 hours of being there the first one an hour after being there. The first was paid but we still got another parking ticket. The property has no amenities other than breakfast. The property is so run down with only 1 working elevator we were on the 4th floor with bad hips and backs not walking stairs. There were a ton of damages in our room. No working bathroom fan, one pull down shade in the bedroom, no sink plug, the bathtub was filthy, the floors were not swept. Walls are thin. Was not worth the money that was paid to stay. It was a very disappointing stay. Will not recommend.
- 4/5
Staff was amazing. Room remodeling seemed to be slightly unfinished but overall in good condition. A little sad the pool wasnt open since it was an outdoor pool. But had a good stay
- 3/5
parking was expensive. did not know prior we had to pay.
- 5/5
Good stuff enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
breakfast very satisfying
- 3/5
$35 a day parking, hot water turned off for maintenance for several hours. Staff is great but value for price is not there
- 2/5
Shower was backed up the three days we were there
- 3/5
Also it would be more convenient to add the parking value instead of just saying available parking on the website. The staff were great. The overnight front desk was simply awesome. He was very, VERY helpful in resolving our needs as we came in late from dinner.
- 2/5
Room was worn, in disrepair , and in need of a remodel. Staff was seemingly unconcerned. .
- 3/5
First room was disguising. Long hair in the bathroom, shower, in the bed and on the pillows. I was offered another room, but it wasn’t much better. There was no hair in the bed at least. Garbage still had trash in it. Worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at and one of the worst hotels.
- 1/5
One dissapointment after another! Check in time was 3:00 I arrived at ~4:00 room not ready. Went to get a bite to eat. Room still not ready! No hot water for hours! Peeling wall paper and ceiling paint. Leaking faucet damaged bath tub! Damp carpet in most of the room and a leaking window from a rain storm! In short, I need a full refund and an apology.
- 5/5
INCREDIBLE WORLD CLASS STAFF!!
- 5/5
Breakfast was mediocre at best - would like to have had some fruit and yogurt, which is typical breakfast during my stays at hotels like this one. Room was great, gym was also great - I enjoyed using the ellyptical on both days.

The property is old and has not been maintained. Our room was 74 degrees and would not get any cooler. There was no soap, shower gel, or shampoo in the bathroom, neither in the shower (there was conditioner hanging on the wall out where the bottle dispensers would be for gel and shampoo- there were just empty hangers) nor on the sink counter. The lamp on the desk did not work. We heard two others complaining to the front desk about their accommodations. Although the cheapest option in downtown Nashville, for the state of the property, the prices was still not worth it.
- 5/5
Great hotel !
- 1/5
Staff was nice
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Front desk person was rude and short.
- 4/5
Staff was helpful and respectful. Room needs updating found a single pub hair in soap dish on bathroom sink. Morning breakfast was great.
- 5/5
Easy and a great stay
- 5/5
The staff was so incredibly supportive, uplifting, and kind. In all my travels - this humble place and service alone will bring be back to Nashville.
- 1/5
$42 including fees, just to park in a parking space at the hotel that I had already booked. There was NO MENTION of this on the booking page.
- 5/5
Room was clean and the staff was nice snd helpful
- 5/5
Room was spotless and very nice. Good breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended
- 4/5
Parking Sucks in Nashville.
- 5/5
Several restaurants across the street (Chili’s..1 block away, BBQ restaurant across street) other restaurants close by. VA and Vanderbilt Hospital close by.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was ok/sufficient. The rooms were quite dated and felt very worn although the furniture did feel newer. Bathroom and carpets need upgrading badly. Easy walking distance to many things though.
- 4/5
Staff was courteous. The value was good.
- 4/5
The room is so clean and comfortable the staff also knows how to attend to customers very well
- 1/5
Both the sink and shower backed up and did not drain. A two and a half minute shower had the water filling up to my ankles. The bathtub didn’t have a non-slip mat and my mother-in-law and wife almost slipped in the shower. On a new note, I will say that the staff were friendly and the hot breakfast was pretty taste for hotel breakfast.
- 5/5
The Staff: the nicest most helpful people. 5 Star for them. Breakfast: clean area; plenty of tables; good selection. Price: Excellent Location: quick short walk to Vanderbilt University which was the reason for our visit. You don’t need a car. $2 bus ride to downtown where you can tour the Country Music Hall of Fame, The Arena and most importantly- listen to great live country music local bands performing at the many bars.
- 4/5
Parking should not cost so much to stay there.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Room was amazing!!! Everything was great until leaving this morning—no huge deal, but we could exit the side automatic door facing the parking garage, but it would not open to enter/re-enter. Another guest said he had already notified them about it, but I let them know again. Probably just an oversight, but breakfast began at 6am-we were there at 7:20am. Juice machine was not turned around for use, and could not locate any water to drink. Walked to front desk to let them know. Gentleman working desk reluctantly gave me a bottled water, made comment they normally only hand those out upon guest arrivals. I informed him there were no drinks including water for anyone eating breakfast. He proceeded to ask me if I told anyone working over near the kitchen? I’m sorry, get up out of that chair you’re glued to and find out for all the guests
- 3/5
room was good bed confi bathroom needed a little bit more cleanin
- 3/5
Room was in decent condition. It looks only slightly dated but lacked typical items like USB plug-ins. Needs more outlets in general.
- 3/5
The room was ok. It was the lingering smell of urine in the room. I couldn’t tell if it was on the carpet or dried up on the sheets. It was horrible.
- 5/5
yes
- 3/5
Need to have curtains up at the windows to block lights from other buildings. I didn’t get much sleep that night.
- 1/5
They gave our room away so we had nowhere to stay. Now I can’t get through to them to get a refund. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Absolute worst!!! Do yourself a favor and just don’t even deal with them.
- 5/5
Yes they was very nice my husband had surgery I stayed the night before wasn’t very friendly when I was asking about a room for that night but the one I made through hotel .com was nice
- 3/5
The bed could have been better. Also it was $42 dollars for parking. If I pay for a hotel room, I expect to be ble to park in the parking lot. It doesn’t make sense to pay 42 dollars for less than 24hrs of parking.
- 4/5
The bartender that evening was very courteous very kind
- 1/5
The vanity sink was leaking. The return vent for the HVAC system started leaking the first full day in the room. The floor was messed up & when the vent started leaking, it was clear that this was an ongoing issue that nothing had been done about. The floor was absolutely filthy & clearly had not been mopped in a very long time. The room was dusty. The bathtub looked absolutely terrible, & the grout had mildew. A few of the towels also had hair from staff members on them. This was such a disappointing stay & was way overpriced. My family just needed a place to stay while our power was out due to the ice storm, & the hotel stay didn't help our stress levels at all. The only plus was that there was hot water & heat.
- 4/5
Accommodating and kind. Breakfast was very bland, not consistent on condiments offered & hardly had someone attending to cleanliness/restocking. For the king suite with the kitchen, very basic needs were supplied as far as utensils. should mention if you go grocery shopping it is easier to buy already prepared foods such as diced onions or vegetables and pull top cans as there are not utensils to cut anything (unless you want to use butter knives) or to open cans. The gym is very small, often limited to one person at a time on weights. They were prepared very well for the snow storm and sidewalks were always as safe as they could be despite freezing temperatures. Staff at front desk were kind, not overly talkative but willing to answer questions regarding property if you had any.
- 3/5
Other than that the Hampton was great.
- 4/5
The room is clean but needed some maintenance for the window curtain.
- 2/5
Property is in disrepair. Safety sign falling off, one of two elevators inoperable, the operable elevator was in extremely poor condition with no inspection certificate posted in the elevator.
- 5/5
Everything was great except $42 to park at a $173 a night hot l is insane
- 3/5
The room was in good condition. The lady at the front desk was friendly but didn't seem to anxious to help me find a first floor room. We needed one as my adult son is in a wheelchair. The room was very tight with the wheelchair in it
- 4/5
Nice location and room
- 1/5
The room is absolutely disgusting. There are stains on the beds, pillows, and floor. The staff at the front desk were very rude and I had to pay $84 for parking. Will absolutely never stay here again and will post a negative review online too.
- 3/5
This was our 3rd visit to this Hampton Inn all booked thru Hotels. Com app. We were referred to this hotel by Sarah Cannon Cancer Research Institute.
- 3/5
Did not eat
- 3/5
The room was okay. There are no usb ports for charging phones iPads etc. clock in the room did not work and also had to call in maintance to fix AC/heat.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and attentive. Furniture could use a little updating. Room was quiet. Breakfast was very good. I did not like the expensive on site parking and because of that I probably would not stay here again.
- 3/5
Room needs another chair to seat in. Needs to be updated
- 5/5
Great hospitality
- 1/5
Parking. While we pay the parking on mobile phone, we received a ticket for not paying the parking. Then the person raced off before we could do or say anything.
- 4/5
Everything was fine but just be ready to pay $35 per day for parking.
- 5/5
Convenient. Friendly staff
- 5/5
The room was clean, stocked and inviting.
- 2/5
Parking was a ridiculous $45.00 per night and the app kept sending the code to my husband's phone (who was on an airplane) instead of to my phone. After I finally convinced the front desk clerk that I couldn't complete the transaction because of this flaw in the "Happy Parking" app, she found a work around. The heat in my first room didn't work and it took longer than it should have to get moved to a room with heat.
- 3/5
this Hampton has hidden fee's. They charge for parking 35 dollars a day. Also thw room we were in smoke detector was old and battery backup was broken. Rain came into the room around the A/C unit carpet was soaked
- 5/5
The same lady has checked us in the past two times, names Sherell. She is a great asset to your hotel. We stay at the Hampton Inn because it's close to where my husband gets his chemotherapy treatments. We are Hilton Honors members because we usually stay in the Hilton family of hotels. We loved our room, #707, however I'd like to mention that the carpets needed cleaning in both of our last two rooms. Two weeks before we were in room 113. That won't keep us from coming back. Our next reservation is already December 30th!
- 5/5
Staff was great. Room was clean. Top notch!!
- 4/5
Room was comfortable, clean, and convenient to Vanderbilt Med Center. Several good places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. Just know parking is $40 a night and handled through a third party even though it is on the hotel grounds. That’s the same for just about any hotel in this vicinity. Expect to add $30-$40 a night for your stay for parking.
- 5/5
Yes, we were very happy with the room and all the amenities. We had to leave very early before breakfast time for surgery and the staff made me a little snack bag. I really appreciated that. Marla Leatham
- 5/5
My stay was great
- 5/5
The room was spotless, breakfast was lovely, staff was great but paying for parking while booking at a hotel is insane
- 5/5
Everything was very nice! ********** 10 STARS
- 4/5
One side of the building faces a parking garage with lights on all night, there are blinds to block most of the light out. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable too. Parking at the hotel was 42.00, something to figure into your budget. The location is walkable for food and Vanderbilt University and the Pantheon.
- 1/5
Awful hotel. Water refill station only worked in the gym, AC system did not function correctly, huge divot in the bed, and the shower did not work.
- 3/5
Air conditioning intermittent
- 4/5
Convenient location close to Vanderbilt. A bit too far to walk to the bars downtown. Parking is expensive. Breakfast was limited.
- 3/5
Vanity drawer not cleaned out...hairbrush with hair and headband. Chairs way too low for table...table at chin height. Only only small glass and two coffee mugs provided. No creamer or sugar for coffee. Could have done better preparation of room.
- 2/5
Room outdated , the bath tub has soap scum in it Don’t feel clean
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and courteous. Room has paint peeling from the ceiling above the beds and was unable to connect to WiFi and front desk had no clue on how to assist. Convenient to Vanderbilt stadium and easily walkable .
- 2/5
The bathroom in our room was in poor condition with wallpaper coming off the wall. And that wall was in need of repair and the lighting by the sink was terrible. For the cost it should have been better.
- 1/5
No Hand soap in the bathroom. Left instructions for a wake up call but no call came in. Could not call the desk from the room. BUT having to pay for parking took the CAKE, $42 dollars to park one small car. I was not informed of this ridiculous parking charge till after check in. Never in my life have I paid a Parking fee while rooming at a Hotel . To name it Park Happy ? Another joke, you got me. Several people were also very unhappy about Park Happy. Never Again.
- 3/5
No hot water, had to wait for it to warm up for at least 15 min; no shampoo in bathroom; lights burned out in bathroom. An expensive property for the quality, but location is good. Should be considered on a rough par with a two star hotel. Employees however courteous and helpful.
- 3/5
Wall mounted dispensers of lotion and body wash were empty and it was difficult to get replacements.
- 3/5
The rooms were clean, but outdated. The bathroom sink made a glug glug glug sound that wasn’t pleasing in the middle of the night. The microwave made a weird sound when running. We smacked and it stopped for awhile. The worst part was parking. We had to pat $35.00 plus tax per night. You have to look hard on the hotel info to see it. They use a separate app for parking. What made us mad about the parking situation was the fact that it was the Hampton Inn parking lot. We have never had to pay to park in the actual hotel parking lot. The breakfast was very good though!
- 5/5
Thank you to the staff. Everything about our stay was amazing. The breakfast was warm and tasty all 3 mornings. The room was huge. Thank you for the upgrade.
- 4/5
Breakfast was not the best, cold eggs, tasted like powered eggs. Sausage was cold. Bananas over-ripe. Trash cans were full.
- 5/5
Friendly staff clean comfortable room
- 4/5
No shampoo in shower and the furniture is all out of date. Needs renovation
- 5/5
Breakfast could have offered a few more choices of warm items such as pancakes or biscuits and gravy. Other than that, everything else about this hotel was excellent!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great location
- 5/5
Great staff, very nice room
- 2/5
The breakfast buffet had great variety and was always kept replenished. The floors and rugs in the room were dirty. The toilet in the room is so low I had to have my wife help me up off the toilet, so I had to go to the lobby and use the toilets downstairs with the handicapped rails and a higher toilet
- 3/5
This is an average hotel in the heart of Nashville near Vanderbilt, Centennial Park, restaurants and shopping. It's a basic hotel with minimal amenities. My room was a little outdated and the free breakfast was bland. Staff was avaliable and helpful. For this part of Nashville and the price point, I would return, because of what's offered near the hotel. I walked to lots of places.
- 4/5
Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The few things that I would mention are specifically about our room. The bathroom had no fan (or didn't work?) so the humidity after a shower would leave us sticky and not quite dry. And second thing is our mini fridge had ice build up inside so there was little room to put anything, but ironically didn't keep anything "ice cold" either. We did not adress these because our stay was short. Anyway, other than that, which we didn't consider a huge inconvenience for us, our stay was great. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Sheets were clean. Would recommend.
- 3/5
Great location and a good stay. Rooms need a proper clean (we found fries on the floor by our beds) and the property generally is a bit run down.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms!
- 1/5
Our room was extremely dirty and had black mold around the bathtub. We didn’t notice it until we were going to bed, so the next morning we asked to move rooms and the girl at the desk didn’t want to move us since we hadn’t said anything the night before. She finally agreed to move us and the new room had no soap. It took 45 minutes before we got some from housekeeping.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay.

I booked and I paid a king size room but received double bed instead, because they didn’t have king size available. The front desk was not really helpful.
- 4/5
We had an issue with our room but it was sorted immediately with no hesitation. The rooms were clean and the staff really great.
- 2/5
The tub drain was clogged, and it seems this would be sometimes the cleaning staff would immediately notice and act upon. The main light in the bathroom wasn't functioning... This place needs help!
- 3/5
The staff and room was ok, but the parking was awful they charged an extra $40 for parking.
- 5/5
I like this hotel, close to Vandy, the breakfast is good…my room had a loose grab bar in the tub and the caulking was beginning to mildew
- 3/5
Mixed. Hallway water fountain and Peloton not working. Ants in our room. Slept well although AC was noisy. Great location. Clean. Very basic TV. Couldnt even get to a menu to access digital TV.
- 3/5
The carpet was wet all around the air conditioner.
- 4/5
Front desk staff needs to learn how to smile and can be a little more helpful. Did not know how to made change with coins. Maintenance man very nice and helpful. Very clean room and the hotel was nice and quiet
- 1/5
Our room was dirty, and had a foul smell. We politely complained and the front desk host came to look at the room, she instantly said “I detect a smell.” She apologized and “upgraded” us to a King suite. We had a suite with two queens, so it really wasn’t a difference. The new room smelled normal, and was cleaner than the first. However, there were still stains all over the carpet and frayed strands several inches long in numerous spots. This hotel is very run down, and not being kept up. Also, even tho they have their own parking lot you have to pay a 3rd party to park at a cost of $25. Very disappointed and we hardly slept.
- 2/5
The next surprise came when we discovered the next day that there was no maid service and no fresh towel. This particularly irksome as the inexpensive shower curtain allowed water to spray on the floor. Much to our later regret we used one of the precious towels to clean the water up. I've been given the option before on towels and service but here it was an unstated requirement.
- 5/5
Some of the things like chairs in waiting area are awful used and could be replaced. Laundry room leaked water all of the floor. Pool outside was so cold could not use and was not cleaned regularly. No popcorn and no water available when arrived. Had to pay $100.00 for parking at the Hilton. We never pay for parking but this location does not own the parking lot. The staff was very very friendly.
- 3/5
Rooms were clean. Staff was great. Bet was very comfortable. Hallways were outdated and hot. No vending and broked ice machine on floor
- 5/5
Friendly and convenient with parking and breakfast included
- 5/5
Weekend getaway
- 5/5
Kayla was the young lady that was working when we checked in and we had several contacts with her. She indicated that she had just started working at the hotel and I told her that she was doing an excellent job
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Very clean. Good continental breakfast
- 5/5
Pet friendly, attentive staff, good breakfast. I recommend. The only downside is parking is $25 per night.
- 3/5
Decent hotel but kinda dated looking. Friendly staff. check-in was kinda bumpy, the assigned room wouldn’t open so after 30 minutes waiting we were moved to another room. We ask front desk for an extra towel and they never showed up, we had to ask a housekeeper close by our room the next day. Breakfast was meh and asking the attendant extra stuff was met with an attitude, just terrible service.
- 3/5
Place needs renovation. Bathtub was old and had stains that couldn’t be removed by cleaning.
- 4/5
The front desk lady was not nice.
- 5/5
Easy check in. Friendly staff. Walking distance to nice restaurants. Nice pool
- 3/5
Bed was uncomfortable and hard. Don’t understand why handicapped rooms are so far from elevators. Was able to adjust room temperature for our liking. Breakfast is appetizing.
- 5/5
Great location, close to the Fisher center. Very nice staff
- 5/5
Beds were comfy. I would have loved to have the same pillow at home. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was helping.
- 5/5
Close to everything
- 4/5
The bathroom sink faucet appeared broken, trying to turn off the handle would run into the wall, and the shower temperature was extremely hot.
- 4/5
The beds were so comfortable and there are so many food options within walking distance. The breakfast buffet at the hotel has alot of options and was great
- 3/5
Bathroom clean was lacking, and that’s kinda the baseline for hotel cleans
- 5/5
Property is in a great location for our needs. Our family opted for the room with the kitchen/livingroom which gave us plenty of room to spread out. Room was clean and ready on time. Breakfast options were good with enough choices. Beds were comfortable as was the sofa pullout bed considering it is a pullout. All in all we would stay there again.
- 3/5
The housekeeping and front desk were seriously understaffed, causing lengthy waits to check in as late as 5pm.
- 1/5
Avg clean. Bed hard as a rock. Room hot and humid even with temp @64 F. Wake up at 2am and carpet was saturated wet obviously from poor drainage from ac unit. Info desk staff at daylight. Recieved zero compensation or satisfaction to complaint. Other hotel visitors stated they had similar experience with room change. Will never stat again.
- 1/5
This hotel has charged my card when I already paid through Expedia 3 months earlier… contacted hotel and they say they haven’t charged but it is on my account… Won’t be coming here ever again
- 2/5
Very dated rooms, first room was dirty and beer bottle cap on the floor. Moved to another room that was better and glad it wad only one night.
- 5/5
Nice
- 2/5
The sink in our room gurgled and made a very loud bubbling sound every time a room around us would use the toilet, sink etc. from 6 am on it was loud, talking to us non stop. It was quite annoying and not great. Super disappointed as we’ve stayed at Hampton inns before but the quality of this was just wasn’t great
- 3/5
The people were great. Hoyel needs updating. 1 of 2 elevators not working
- 5/5
No complaints, everything is very good, I loved it, good price
- 5/5
Courteous staff and very clean hotel
- 1/5
Could not check in until after 1100 pm due to housekeeping not showing up to work. Could not get key to room for 3 days. Rooms old and dirty
- 5/5
Conveniently located within the city.
- 2/5
The bad experience started at check in when we
- 5/5
Everything has been wonderful! I would definitely recommend it to everyone
- 4/5
Very nice, friendly team. The room was clean (minus a small stain on the comforter). The property needs common area updates and a freshen up. We had a good stay overall but the property in its current condition isn't a $330 per night hotel, IMO.
- 3/5
unfortunately first room was wet carpet from A/C and smelled moldy. Second room had no working A/C. third room was ok for one night. Staff was trying their best with very busy reservations due to Coldplay concert in town. Staff was to comp me the $25 parking fee
- 4/5
Hotel and staff were nice. Area around hotel not well lit outside, missed turn several times and they have all other entrances closed.
- 3/5
Clean rooms, great breakfast, great staff. Bathrooms outdated and unsafe(extremely low commodes/extremely high step over tubs/needs more lighting)
- 5/5
Clean nice hotel for what we paid it was a 1 night stay
- 5/5
Great staff, great parking, good location.
- 5/5
We stay here about every 4 weeks due to visits to the hospital and every stay is good. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are always clean. If I’ve ever had an issue it was addressed right away.
- 5/5
Pinedale is a little dated, but the service is very good and they were very attentive to our requests. The parking was only $25 a month, which was very reasonable for Nashville.
- 5/5
Awesome place to stay if you want convenience of dining n entertainment
- 4/5
I’ll be honest it was a nice place and everything, but we got bit in the bed by something every night and we even asked them to change our sheets and they were very accommodating, but it didn’t stop from being bit up. I’ve got pictures of the votes, and believe me , that was not pleasant. I have no idea what it was biting us, we never could find it. We told them about it, but they just said oh sorry.
- 3/5
You have to pay $25 to park. Constantly out of things like swim towels. Room didn’t have soap in shower. We were missing towels for the room. Staff was nice, but it took a long time to get things. Breakfast was not very good.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was a nice selection at breakfast. Close to restaurants and attractions.
- 5/5
Clean and convenient
- 5/5
It was a fine one night stay with great breakfast and close to great things like centennial Park and the Parthenon
- 4/5
Despite being overwhelmed with bookings, both the individuals manning the front desk went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Our second day was much smoother after the hotel received much needed supplies. Breakfast was great once it was stocked.
- 3/5
Showed up at 3pm to check in and the ladies working the front desk were extremely rude. Said they were overbooked and none of the rooms were ready yet. We had to wait an hour and a half before our room was available. The room wasn't stocked with towels and wash clothes once we got to it. There was a gentleman at the front desk that ended up waving our parking fee because of our wait though. He was probably the only friendly employee there that we spoke to.
- 5/5
Area around is very nice and quiet
- 5/5
The location was great. Lots of dining near by. Quick drive to all attractions
- 5/5
Great stay, easy check in. Checked out about 5am and coffee was available!
- 4/5
Our stay was good, we actually came back on June 16th and stayed another night. We were there for doctors appointments both times and it makes it easier than driving the day of the appointments.
- 2/5
everything is old and outdated. there are no usb outlets, the in room coffee is the cheapest worst coffee on the market. the entire hotel needs updated, it's not good
- 4/5
Initially, our room's air conditioning was not working. The staff was awesome in getting us a new room. Overall all we had a great stay, but there are just some things that needed updates - buttons in the elevators would get stuck, we had a broken towel hook in the bathroom, the sink and shower were not in great shape. Minor complaints though.
- 5/5
Loved the breakfast. The popcorn and coffee were awesome. Great pool area. Close to a lot of restaurants.
- 4/5
Room was clean and the stay was excellent
- 3/5
Great location. Bathroom did not have a fan so the room got very humid after a shower. They also charge $25 a day for parking
- 3/5
Breakfast employee is horrendous came down at 930 she was cleaning up and putting breakfast away and i asked will more stuff be coming out she said no breakfast starts at 6 am and we dont replacewhat was already taken !@@ i have stayed in many hamptom inns never had any breakfast issues they usually full and wait until 10 am to start cleaning up.
- 2/5
Room had no a/c, hotel staff changed our room, new room also had broken a/c. And a terrible odor of urine. Mattress in both rooms were worn out. Will rethink booking Hampton inn in the future
- 3/5
Very outdated and not the best. Our bed didn’t even have a box spring cover in it?!
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay. Nice property and attentive staff.
- 1/5
Once you pay for the you are charged extra for parking. I’m a Hampton rewards member and paid because my son was in the hospital. The couple who checked in after us was not Hampton rewards member and when they said they would go somewhere else to stay
- 5/5
Staff was great breakfast was really good and so was the service.
- 5/5
Keisha was so friendly and super sweet! She made check in quick and seamless!! For whatever reason, maybe Expedia, but I was disappointed that I was not able to pay cash at check out. That needs to change, the option should be there, but William was sweet and amazing! Thank you!
- 2/5
Good location by Vanderbilt, easy access to Broadway. Room showed signs of age and damage and generally needed updated/ maintenance. Cleanliness was lacking and only one elevator was working.
- 4/5
Beds pillows were horrible.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 1/5
We had 5 rooms. One of which the bedding was soiled and it took 48 hours to obtain new bedding….
- 5/5
とても良いホテルでした
- 3/5
Property needs some work. Only one elevator works. Had to move rooms due to AC problems
- 1/5
Couldn’t get room made up “no English” Just not a good impression
- 5/5
Nice area very clean

Great
- 5/5
The whole check in process was amazing!!!stress free, easy and quick. We ran into a lil snafu booking through expedia not informing us of all our responsibilities while accepting our reservation online, but Keesha and Derrick were absolutely amazing!!!!! They remedied our issue quietly, quickly and so very professionally. I am grateful for their awesome hospitality. Everything about this hotel was clean, quiet, welcoming and comfortable. On a side note, their showers are amazing, lol. If you ever stay here please shout out to Keesha and Derrick and I hope this hotel knows how lucky they are to have them. Thanks for a great stay!!!! The Webbs

Excellent
- 5/5
The manager, Jina, was really sweet and helpful to us during our stay.
- 3/5
In such bad shape! One elevator the three nights we were there. Every machine in the gym out of service or broken in some way, and no room cleaning our entire stay, even after specifically asking for it.
- 1/5
Broken elevator and I’m ADA. Dirty. Blood on pillows. Called Expedia and they failed to handle the situation and get me a refund. We left two days early only staying the one night. I was told that there should be no problem getting a refund by Expedia and Hampton. I never got the refund and everyone dropped the ball on resolving this for me.
- 4/5
I don’t think you should be charged for parking if you are staying at the hotel. Otherwise we had a good stay.
- 5/5
Room was real nice & it was very Quiet. Th e Daily Breakfast was Totally Delicious and Awesome ! I would Definitely Stay there Again.
- 3/5
The room was clean but older. Only one elevator was working so it was a bit of a wait sometimes. The floor in the halls and elevator was dirty. A lady out front was begging for money. Not the best experience
- 4/5
It was comfortable and close to the venue we were attending. Staff were attentive and the price was right for us!
- 4/5
The area was great
- 1/5
Unfortunately, this was not a good stay. When we arrived, we did not get the room we paid for. No batteries in remotes. We were giving a pullout couch instead of the two queen beds we asked for. The Elevator was broken. Bugs were on the caramel sauce downstairs by the waffle maker. We were given no extra blankets for our pullout couch. Luckily we brought our own blankets. The phone line did not work when we tried to call out to downstairs. We’re told we were only gonna have to pay $30 for parking. We were charged $60. Our blinds did not work correctly in the room. When we tried to let them down for privacy in the bedroom, they did not roll down . And we had a staff member come to our room on our second day to ask if we were staying again that night. We were not offered a refund or any accommodations besides the one room that was free. We were told they can do nothing for us because we did not book directly through the building. We were in town for a competition so we had no choice but to take that room. This stay was not a good experience.
