This was my first time staying at a Home2Suites of the Hilton brand. The hotel has a nice decor, was very clean and staff we encountered were very pleasant.

Everything about this hotel was great except two things. Breakfast was limited and not as good as other hotels with similar breakfasts and the second was a little bit of an institutional smell in room and hallways.

This was a great hotel! Staff were polite and helpful and the rooms were very nice. Also, it was an easy walk to FirstBank stadium!

We checked in, and checked out 10 minutes later because it was absolutely disgusting. As soon as we walked into the room, there were flies everywhere and smell that genuinely made us both wretch and gag. We've never smelled anything like that before and we cannot believe that they would have considered that room to be acceptable for any guests. I wouldn't even let my dog exist in that space. When we went to reception to inform them of the situation and ask about solutions, the receptionist was very kind about it, but she didn't seem surprised. We funded a different hotel from our own pocket and a refund was later approved by Expedia once we'd returned home. I do not recommend this hotel at all. We felt very uneasy about the situation and the room itself.

Very clean room, with lots of space for our stuff. Breakfast was somewhat repetitive but the breakfast area was also clean and orderly. Our only negative was the pillows were very flat and limp, providing no support for us side sleepers. But we would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay while visiting a college for my daughter. Rooms were spacious and spotless. We were very pleased with our stay. The free breakfast had plenty of choices and the food was fresh and monitored for when it needed refilling. Will stay here again!

Kudos to allowing me to transfer my reservations to family when weather made my travel and their living difficult with a fairly new baby. Heros!! Your parking fee is high and tight for a large vehicle.

We stayed here during The Great Ice Storm of Jan 2026... The staff went above and beyond to create a safe smooth stay as much as humanly possible, even as the power went out throughout the neighborhood. The location was on a generator well over 24 hours to run basic lights, the elevator, and the lobby/office, where the staff kindly set up a charging station, some delicious food from one of the only nearby functioning takeout restaurants, and waffles! They never lost their patience and understanding to make the most of an awful situation throughout the city. "Home2" was exactly that. I can't thank them enough. Objectively speaking, this clean, orderly property is in an outstanding "launch pad" location for visiting Nashville. Thank you to the whole staff and we'll be recommending the hotel to visitors all year round.

The breakfast hours changed but was told different hours at check in. When i went to the desk to inquire about what time breakfast was, the clerk told me "you must have not read the sign" and pointed toʻ a small sign at the desk. The sign had small print and other information on it. Her tone was rude and seemed to be aggravated that I was asking. There were no signs posted in the elevators or in the breakfast room. Other than that the room was comfortable, quiet,and clean.

The room was clean and well appointed as an efficiency suite! Delightful and attentive staff.

I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay - the room was comfortable and had everything we could possibly need or want, the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome from the very beginning, and the breakfast was plentiful.

The front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast service folks were all pleasant. Check-in was easy, our room was clean, and breakfast offerings were refreshed well. The breakfast area was clean despite the traffic running through there. I did enjoy the breakfast, although the fruit offerings were limited. The bananas were almost black on Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) and nonexistent the following day. Only large apples were available both days. Increase the fresh fruit, and all would be great!

The room was very nice with a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Cups, plates and utensils to use for meals. Staff was amazing making sure everything is taken care of. Great place to stay, especially for going to Vanderbilt.

I’m very unhappy that I could not cancel this reservation about 20 minutes after I made it by mistake. I called the hotel and was told that hotels.com could cancel the reservation. This booking was part of a longer trip to Gatlinburg which was booked also through hotels.com. I did not realize until after booking that the Home 2 Suites in Nashville was too far off the route to my final destination to the Homewood Suites in Gatlinburg. Also, I did book a hotel via hotels.com that was more on the route the night before I got to Gatlinburg. Very disturbing that this is understandable by hotels.com and after paying for two hotels, on the same trip, I still had to pay for a third I couldn’t use.

Fast check in. Convenient location to concert at Geodis. Breakfast was very good. Room was large and comfortable. Everything was very clean.

The hotel is close to downtown but sets back off all the main streets and quiet. I will make sure to stay at this hotel again and anywhere i travel to!!

Our second trip to Nashville, and we plan to make it an annual trip. Glad to have found a very clean, safe and affordable hotel, so close to Broadway.

My family and I had a great time. The rooms was clean, the staff was friendly, the staff was knowledgeable and told you everything you needed to know up front. I like the fact that it had a parking garage next door that we were able to utilize.

I liked staying here. The parking in the deck and paying separate for parking was my only drawback.

It was a very up to date property with a very good breakfast. The food in their restaurant was good evening dining. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The West end was a good location. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator in the room as well as a dishwasher.

Friendly and accommodating staff. I see the $30 daily parking fee as a bit unfair. We are paying to stay at your hotel . Isn't that enough revenue ? It wasn't until we checked out that I learned we were also charged $45 a day as a security deposit . Knowing we did no damage to the property, I asked if I had that money coming back to me and I wasn't told I was. Waiting to see if the money is returned to me via my card.

We were here 8 nights for a big birthday celebration, and couldn't have been happier with our stay. Big room, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. They have a breakfast included in the hotel, but we mostly ate in our room. The hotel is away from Broadway, but an easy Uber/Lyft straight into downtown, and so much quiter!

Front desk associates were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was well appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only negative was an extremely unpleasant smell the morning of checkout, Saturday morning. It was putrid!

The hotel staff were very warm and pleasant during our easter stay. The breakfast bar was feeling and convenient, and parking was a so easy. There is a lovely wine store near and plenty of things locally to keep you busy

The staff was amazing. The facility was nice. The room was clean and well maintained. I was so thankful to be able to bring my fur-grandson. The power was out the first night which made my stay hard. Because I also had my mom in a room and she has early on set Alzheimer's and could not understand why the lights are off. I feel like we should have been credited for the time but no one offered any accommodations. The next night was a good night I will stay here again

Location was perfect away from the hustle, bustle. Easy to get to downtown with Lyft and we were able to walk to many destinations on our bucket list. Hotel breakfast was hot and delicious with a variety of selections to choose from. Highly recommend this location.

The hotel was in a nice and quiet area. The drive to the heart of the action was relatively short and the staff was pleasant. Our room also met our expectations for cleanliness and comfort.

We enjoyed our stay at the Home2 suites in Nashville, but I would’ve preferred to have room service daily. That being said, the breakfast was good overall with several different options. The room was clean and had a good amount of living space. The parking situation was somewhat frustrating and confusing though. We could never figure out how to park and get into the hotel easily, and it seemed rather expensive for the hassle.

Pets are allowed but not really pet friendly. No area for them to relieve themselves.

Unfortunately the power was out. All of the other hoyels close were booked.. my mom has dementia and it was a rough stay all around. $800.00 to be in the dark.

Everything was perfect. A wonderful place to stay. Comfortable, quiet, and secure. Complimentary breakfast was great. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and well equipped. Parking is in a deck right outside the front door.

The front desk staff was really the star of this review. They helped me so much while taking care of my mom after a surgery at a near-by hospital.

This was a great hotel for value for money. Huge room, spotlessly clean and breakfast included. It was a barely a $10 uber ride into town. Saved a lot of money with this choice.

We loved staying here. The staff was amazing. My only complaint is I never received a receipt for my stay.

We were not impressed with the breakfast. It lacked options for anyone with gluten issues. The only option on one morning was a hard boiled egg and a green apple. The next morning there was a very cold (supposed to be warm) egg and green apple again. That was the only fruit. The 2 different people that we talked to at the front desk didn’t seem to care at all. Room was clean and nice.

Stayed after Christmas to meet family for the New Year. Room was neat and clean. Staff was cordial but not overly friendly. Beds were not comfortable and did not sleep well. Breakfast was okay.
