    We arrived late after a long drive and no staff were present in the office to help us check in. We used the phone provided outside the office to call for help and we could hear it ringing inside. Nobody ever answered or helped us so we had to go to a different hotel.

    The rooms were horrible! Everything was nasty! The carpet was heavily stained and gross! We had to change rooms and it wasn't as bad but it was still awful! The rooms smelled like marijuana.. and come to find out there was a man 2 doors down that was smoking pot and had traffic in and out, every time his door opened it was strong smelling!     Not much on breakfast just some packaged muffins, b-fast bars etc. But there is a 2 eye stove top, microwave and fridge in the room. After a trip to Kroger I ate good. Let me start with...I'm a dog ? lover! But there was 1 incessant little barking dog ? on the first floor. Some days it barked for hours straight. And of course on those days which were most days it rialed up the other dogs ? staying here. I mean some days it went on for 3-4 hours non-stop.

    I can tell the staff was trying but they didn’t even have staff when we arrived. I think they are understaffed and they staff was doing the best they could with what they had. Arrived to a sign saying the front desk person was helping someone else and would be right back. They never came. The girl on the next shift showed up. And bless that poor girl because she had a lobby full of not so happy people. She literally took her coat off and was trying to get everyone situated. I guess the other person just left…. We had two tiny pillows for a king bed, asked for another and were told they could have them next day (we were checking out the next day…) but again the staff member was trying just weird the hotel doesn’t have enough pillows. The under sink counters were broken and really needed repair.

    Nothing. We did not have a room when we arrived because of overbooking. Booking.com overbooked the rooms. We drove 90 miles to stay near the airport and when we arrived we had NO room to stay in. Everything was sold out around the area. I will not be using Booking.com ever again. Very poor system of communications.

    Stayed here for the weekend for an event (Friday night through Sunday morning). When I checked in, I was given a room that wasn't cleaned. They give me a new room. I work remotely so needed wifi which is advertised as free. When I sign in for the wifi, it literally won't let me bypass the upgrade options and closing it out doesn't activate the wifi. So I buy the upgrade for a day at $5.99. End up getting it for two days and the prompt says it's charged to the room. Fine. The next day, I leave the room at 5pm for my event and get back around 11:15pm. Head to the room and my key card isn't working. Hmm... weird. Tried a few times and then head downstairs to the lobby. Apparently, this isn't your typical hotel as the lobby is only open from 7am-11pm. There's someone at the desk that eventually notices me trying to get in and comes to the door. Tell him that my key card stopped working and confirm my name and show my ID. He leaves me outside to go check it out. Comes back and asks if I brought wifi and that there's an $11.98 charge to my room that needs to be paid. Okay...? I paid it. So we don't charge guests for room charges upon check-out. We lock people out of their rooms for $11.98 at 11pm at night. So to sum things up: I'm a woman, traveling solo and I was locked out of my hotel room at 11pm in an unfamiliar city for $11.98. Yeah, never staying here again and don't advise anyone else to.

    The bathroom want clean, the toilet still had items inside and hair all around toilet. The stovetop was very dirty and the floors not clean. The staff at check was fine, but we didn’t have the room we booked. We booked King and was given a double. Every morning we didn’t see breakfast bags and the staff wasn’t there to ask. A/C was fine. The shower had ups and downs with temp, but was fine once you found the right spot.

    This was horrible I had to email corporate! I called to inform I was doing a late check in. I got there at 1215 am. I gave all of my information asked of me. The guy at the counter older African American Bald gentleman wearing hospital scrubs no name tag or anything that leads you to believe he even works there. However 30mins into checkin he states he can’t check me in. My phone number isn’t correct. I have him my number again and he showed me the screen I assured him it was correct. He said he can’t check me in the number is wrong. He asked was I sure if my phone number I said yes. He then states why is there 01 in front of my phone number. I advised him of how his system works and let him know 01 Is the Country code for the United States. Smh. Then after he takes 01 out it goes through. Now we are at 1am he says oh I can’t check you in I’m about to do night audit! I’m like are you kidding me! He asks can I go somewhere for 40mins. I was like if I had somewhere to go I would t be here. I left and returned at 2am. He would not answer the phone outside the lobby in the phone box to call inside. My friend had to beat on the door. He answered the phone and we stated we were back. He took 15mins to come open the door. Then he wouldn’t let me inside saying somehow my reservation got cancelled! I was furious! Not only does he not know how to do his job he smelled and looked ungroomed. And I was welcomed down the street at the AVID great customer service. I would never stay here!

    Was yucky. Dirty floor (Cheetos on the floor and just dusty). Smelled of smoke and pot. Found a roach and a spider. Blanket on bed was stained and was just all around yucky.     Front desk was very helpful. I had reserved king suite non smoking. Somehow we were assigned a room which smelled heavily of smoke. Front desk staff reassigned us to a room with only a bed and no pull out couch. We wrre then reassigned to a king suite that was perfect. Bath tub was not clean so couldn't give a better score.

    I'm sorry for this bad review, I honestly never leave one. But, after dealing with the fully booked issue for 3 hours, the bad communication, the unfriendly manager, yes I did the booking at 10pm but I never thought you wouldnt give all info to expedia or even closed your fully booked hotel so you wouldnt get any more bookings. There was no front desk available after hours. I found out your hotel was fully booked when I arrived to your hotel and call from that old phone to your manager. Expedia did a favor of finding me a hotel after I couldnt get anything for the night. Five stars to Expedia!

    I have stayed here numerous times in the past 10-15 years. Does the whole place need a bit of an update and upgrade, probably yes. But their staff has always been polite friendly and helpful. The rooms have never been horrible, again just a bit outdated. The prices are almost always very reasonable and all the rooms are outside or however you describe it, but as a smoker that is a plus cause I can walk out of my room and walk 10 feet from the door to smoke instead of having to navigate hallways and elevators, etc.

    The "Deluxe suites" were FILTHY! The odor of pet urine burned your eyes. The bed sheets were stained. They did not have any extra linen for the sofa couch. When pulling out the sofa couch, large black spiders the size of quarters ran out from beneath. The hard wood floors were so dirty we threw our socks away, and all of this we experienced in less than 10 minutes. We got our suitcases and run out of there!

    The room was a last minute stay. We had a puppy that we were traveling with and at first they had us on the 2nd floor. With the puppy I didn't want to use the stairs for potty breaks. I would have had to carry her. So the nice lady at the front desk moved us to a ground floor room. So much better. Room was covered in spider webs and spiders. Guess it had not been booked in a long time.

    I cannot give a review for the hotel, this is for Hotels.com We didn't get to stay here. When we arrived the lobby was closed and no-one answered the call box. Not sure if this was the fault of Hotels.com or a miscommunication between them. The confirmation said midnight was the latest check-in but their lobby closed at 11 pm. I contacted Hotels.com via chat and got zero results. Called the hotel the next morning and they did credit the stay on my credit card. So I am somewhat satisfied, I had to pay twice as much at another hotel but we were so tired from our drive we didn't care at that time. Hotels.com, I am sure will not be offering reimbursement for that though...lol!

    The man in the front lobby called me a racial slur and a "hobo bi*ch" over me asking about more flavors of oatmeal. I asked why he's being such a an A hole and he said he's kicking me out. He locked me out of my room at 8:45 a.m. and I couldn't take a shower or anything and he called the cops out there on me. Over breakfast items?!?. I recorded it and it will be posted online for other to see how this hotel acts. I couldn't get back into my room to get my stuff. They have roaches and the water didn't work in the sink. If you want to be called racial slurs and other names then book here if not go somewhere else. The guy that chased me over oatmeal, is pathetic. Never in my life have I seen unprofessionalism like this. It will be dealt with and be on YouTube.

    First, there was no vending machines on site and no water at the front desk. The operator never answered the phone. I had to continually walk to the front desk. The microwave only worked once. Then it beeped all night. I had to unplug it for the beeping to stop. The bathroom was not cleaned. The to of the refrigerator was dusty and looked as if it was cleaned in at least a month.

    We had an eldeely parent that was unable to climb the stairs so we had to check out 2 days early. That was not the only reason though. We had to clean our room when we arrived as well. It had not been wiped down propely on surface areas, doors or tub. They were still dirty. Front staff was excellent!

    I booked two rooms for a 4:00 p.m. arrival. Arrived at property and was told that only one room would be available because the hotel had overbooked. Was also informed that it would be after 6:00 p.m. before the one room was available. Asked the clerk to cancel my reservation and he said I would have to deal with Expedia. After all this, the hotel still billed my credit card.

    Got there right at 3pm for check in and had to wait an hour because they only had 1 housekeeper. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and it was a non smoking room. One of the showers didnt work properly, the other bathroom was stuck on shower only. Cabinets were broken, cigarette burns on the carpet.

    The shower had NO hot water. The room smelt of stale Cheetos and it was loud most of the evening around us. Breakfast was just packaged muffins or granola bars. I’ve never experienced a bad stay at this chain before. I would spend the extra $ to find something better.

    Too mush to list, the place was filthy - I’ll send pictures, the smoke alarm was chirping, called from desk from my cell because the phone wasn’t working and they told me they could send maintenance in the morning - it was chirping every 30 seconds, literally. I took a shower in a dirty tub and was amazed by how much dirt came off my feet, it all made sense when I picked up my bath mat, it was black underneath, the floors were caked with dirt and I was walking on it

    I am very unsatisfied with my recent stay at this hell-hole..Poor customer service, staff barely present at desk, room keys didn't work, staff reasoning was old property conditions. I came from out of town, but Tennessee residents have to pay an additional $200 fee, that they were unaware of. The refrigerator made strange noises throughout the night. And the tub looked as if it hasn't been washed at all this year.

    There was a major problem checking in. I was told I can check in over the phone and arrive after 11pm and get the key so that’s what I did. Upon arriving closer to midnight the staff on duty told me nothing was left for me and I didn’t have a room in the system. So I was basically homeless! I asked to charge my phone because it was literally dead and while I was searching for nearby hotels to check into, the man found the key for me that the previous employee left. I was just happy to have the room. However, The room smelled like smoke. I asked for air freshener the next morning and was told they would bring it up but they never did. I ran out of toilet paper and was told they don’t clean my room on Sundays but would give me one roll. This place had friendly staff, but they are either not properly trained or something because I felt like I wasted my money there. I could have paid a little more and went to a better place, which is exactly what I’ll do next time.

    This place was a total dump! If it was not late at night and I didn’t have my 75 year old mother with me I would’ve looked for other accommodations. There was blood on the mattress pad, bugs on the ceiling, a non smoking room that was definitely a smoker room, the carpet was disgusting. I won’t even go into the noise all night, the horrible smell in the parking lot and what sounded like construction going on half the night! The secure additional non key lock was also broken and just hung on one side. It was not a good peaceful sleep that’s for sure.

    There was nothing to like. Without warning and about 2 hours before we were supposed to check in I got an email - not a phone call but an email - stating we’d been relocated. The hotel we were switched to was very run down that we didn’t even check in. Horrible experience.

    Gross do NOT stay here, the room was not clean, towels were dirty , it gave more a motel 6 vibe than an extended stay. Bugs all through the room , and it claims to be a non smoking room but it reads if smoke and filth . It would be worth it to pay a little more money for a better more well known place!

    Absolutely disgusting! There is 3 inches between the door and the door frame! You can literally see the street /outside and hear everything. This place is so run down so old I felt so unsafe. I checked out after seeing the room and the condition and other tenants there. It seemed to be a grungy motel being being booked by druggies and prostitution . I seriously question if this hotel/motel dump is up to code. The state needs to do a thiural inspection of this motel and shut it down if they don’t make this a livable/short stay motel.

    Refrigerator had pooling water in the bottom. Shower had a silverfish. Couldn’t get cold water. Advertisement stated fully furnished with kitchen cookware and eating ware but nothing in the room. Had to retrieve from the front desk. Upon checking out, had to wait 10 minutes for front desk staff to return. Breakfast was pathetic. “Only one item per person” which consisted of breakfast bars or small muffins, nothing else.

    The stay was so bad I stayed 5 hours and cancelled my remaining 5 nights. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke, the floor was coming up in the bathroom and rooms were not labelled so I couldn't find it walking around the building at midnight

    Our door would not shut properly, so we could not lock it. We asked for another room and we were told they didn’t have one. They called other Extended Stays in the area and no one had a room. We had ants crawling on our bed. There were ants crawling on the tub. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but the smoke smell was very strong. The wall near the fridge had a smashed cockroach on it. We will never stay here again.

    Guess services was amazing and very helpful. However upon arrival to our room, bathroom shower had mold growing under the soap dish. I took some tissue to see if it was just a stain, but it came off. Needless to say,we don't use the shower. There was also mold growing in the grout lines in the shower. Carpet was worn and could use an update.

    This room was decent. A little dusty with hair in the shower I had to wipe down. Second level room made it inconvenient to carry luggage from parking lot to my room before and after stay.
