    Odd odor in the elevator that we could also smell in our room. Hotel was fine, but $230 was way too much for an outdated room (still had popcorn ceilings) SNEAKY bottle of water left by the coffee maker but WATCH out, it has a little $5 price tag on it.

    The bed/pillows weren't as comfortable as I would have liked. I would have liked for the pool to be open or atleast pool side to sit out in the sun. I wasn't crazy about the shampoo/conditioner either.

    The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service is really nice. Easy check in/check out. I liked that they had the eatery but we ended up not eating breakfast due to the price.     My initial rooom had ants galore. The front desk clerk was very understanding and did not waste any time in moving me and my wife to another room. However, my wife still felt as something was crawling on her in the second room. We were leary of pulling our personal belongings out of our luggage etc. We were not totally comfortable for the duration of the stay. Bugs.

    I love this hotel. I moved to TN and still don't have a place to stay. I stayed at this hotel until I found a place. I told the lady at the front desk on 1/12 about the move and she put a little package together for me. It was really nice. The staff was, also, helpful giving me thoughts of where to live. I can't thank the team enough.

    Tip my hat off to all staff, especially Mrs. Melanie at the front desk, Max our shuttle driver and Megan the site manager. Thank you for the accomodations and for being attentive. Rooms were clean, hotel smells like a million bucks, coffee is excellent made fresh Everytime and on site; a definite must have.     The room was clean, the staff was courteous, and this hotel did the job as a place to stay before an early flight. The airport shuttle driver, whose name I didn't catch, has been working there for 15 years and was a delight. I appreciated the way the front desk attendant hid my room number from strangers standing nearby for extra security. I chose this hotel because a friend was staying there. Next time, I would probably seek out a comparable hotel that offers free continental breakfast if I had time to do more research.

    The hotel is very convenient when traveling out of Nashville. On site parking while you travel at a reasonable price, much cheaper than the airport. Shuttles are available to and from the airport. We stay here every time we fly out of Nashville.

    Construction happening in the parking lot blocking entrance and exit the whole weekend, received $20 charge to my card for daily parking fee that I was not told about.     It was normal Our booking was family leisure and booked including bf option and paid accordingly. But the front desk was not ready to accept for bf included option and said booking.com didn’t inform them. Next morning when v went for bf another front desk executive too said same and even though v had child, I had to ask several times n contact booking.com helpdesk etc. finally v get limited 1 person bf.     Reserved a room with 2 Queens w/ confirmed confirmation #. Checked in and was given a room with 2 double beds. Went back to reservation desk and asked for a room with 2 Queens per our res confirmation. Front desk said no problem, gave us a new room, and upon entry into the new room. It was two double beds again. I would not recommend this hotel. It is extremely loud as well. They now charge nightly parking fees (not talking about parking for airport).

    When we arrived we noticed a lot of signs in the parking lot saying "not responsible" for damage to vehicles. WHen found out why when at 1am we heard several car alarms going off. We then spotted an employee triggering the car alarms to try and alert guests that there were a number of break-ins overnight. Numerous police responded but the commotion continued making it very hard to rest. Thankfully our car was fine, but we would expect more from a Marriott property to prevent this and keep guests safe.

    I only took a star off the 5 ⭐ because of the lack of evening service at the Bistro within the hotel. While the hotel's excuse was the global IT crisis, nearby restaurants didn't have that issue. And people can always pay in cash,you know. There was pouring rain outside and it was very inconvenient to have to drive somewhere else for dinner. Also, I didn't find it safe that hotel doors were unlocked around midnight. At least the front and the side doors were open and everyone could go in without being a customer. It was interesting to see people gathered in the lobby at that hour as well. That were supposed to be quiet hours already.

    My flight to Nashville got delayed. I called the hotel to tell them I’d be arriving late and to confirm all was ok with my room. I am five months pregnant and traveling alone. I was told all was good. When I arrived at 1am - I was told that they didn’t have a room for me and that they were going to be moving me to another hotel 30 minutes outside of Nashville. Along the way I never received any email or communication letting me know that I should expect this change. It was wildly surprising and disappointing to arrive and be told this. Although, they did end up comping my stay - it was still very frustrating and scary to have this happen without any consideration or communication prior to my arrival. I’m sure the hotel is clean and nice. But I wouldn’t trust the judgement of the management staff.

    The hotel was great. I would stay here before going downtown anytime. If you go downtown you pay big money. Nothing wrong with that but this was a better stay. We wanted to save and have a good time and this was the best of both worlds. Me and my wife went for a concert and experienced the best of Nashville. We will go back and this hotel will be our next stay for the future. This place is great and I highly recommend! Great service and experience! Great staff!

    Check in was fast and easy. Had a shuttle to the airport. I noticed after I got to the airport my sunglasses weren’t in my purse. Called the motel. They looked for them in the lobby and the room we had. Didn’t find them so they looked even further and found them in the shuttle. I call that above and beyond!! I will pick up the glasses next week when we pick up our vehicle there. Great service. The only complaint I have is the sheets were really rough. Loved the pillows.

    It was easy to make a reservation. Check in was easy. The rooms were clean and neat. The restaurants were good, not amazing. I wish there a gift shop or convenience store where one can buy a soda or some sunscreen. The hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport. I think the shuttle will also take you to downtown Huntsville. The shuttle drivers were terrific and the shuttle was super convenient. There's not much around the hotel, hence the need for the shuttle or a car. It is a short car ride or 15 minute walk to the Botanical Garden, which is lovely. All in all, staying at this Courtyard made it easy for me to drop off my child at Space Camp, and attend the graduation a week later.

    Staff was super-friendly, tries hard. Room was comfortable and clean. Shuttle from airport was great - ask about the $10 ride to/from downtown. Minor things like pc that won't print boarding pass, breakfast menu confusions but all good in the end.

    My room was right next to a heavy steel door which was extremely loud every time someone entered/exited. It made it hard to fall asleep. They should use this room as a storage closet, not a guest room.

    Oir room wasnt available to is when we arrived. I dont care why. But no other room was made available to us. We had to move to another (lower grade property). Since they knew to room easnt going to be available, why didnt they change the accomodations IN ADVANCE OF OUR ARRIVAL and call us? Terrible issue management!

    Pool dried up as a construction zone in 80 degree weather was a huge disappointment as that is why we picked the hotel in the first place. :(

    My stay @The Courtyard by Marriott was great! My room was very clean, my bed was comfy, lobby & hallways were very clean as well. I also wanna add that as we slept the hallways were noise free. I will definitely stay here again when visiting family in Nashville 🙂
