Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its proximity to downtown Nashville and Broadway, with many guests appreciating the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The staff is frequently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, there are some recurring complaints about parking difficulties, noise levels, and minor issues with room amenities.
- Close proximity to downtown Nashville and Broadway
- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Parking difficulties, often with valet service
- Noise levels, particularly from the street or other guests

Some of the breakfast staff were rude. I brought it to their attention that that waffle iron was sticking & they needed to offer guests non-stick spray. One of the managers rudely told me that I was the only one who complained & there was no issue. However, I watched another guest & one of the employees try to make a waffle & the same thing happened! Despite being told there was no need for non-stick spray, it was there at breakfast the next day. The access to free laundry service was SO NICE & hugely helpful! View of the hideous parking deck (which was literally 10' away) was not appealing. Front desk & valet parking staff were friendly. However, despite checking out a day early & letting valet know that we had a family emergency, I was still charged for the last day of use. That was pretty crappy, especially when we left @10a (26hrs earlier than expected). The cleaning staff only cleaned our room once in 5 days. We had to put the trash outside our room to get them to take a hint & come clean. Didn't realize the hotel did not have a pool. Good location for walkability to downtown & CMA Fest. Overall, it was nice (3.9/5) but I would consider another hotel if I return to the Nashville area.

Great location fair price very comfortable beds but just your standard motel breakfast in a box eggs
- 5/5
The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great every morning as well. Having the coffee shop in property was an added amenity we weren’t expecting either. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for us-walking distance to broadway and even the walk to/from Nissan was not bad. We will be staying again when we come to Nash!!
- 5/5
Great location and hotel staff were amazingly friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
- 4/5
Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was more than adequate. The only drawback for us really had nothing to do with the hotel itself but with it's location. We're in our 60's so the walk to Broadway was a little much. Younger folks should have no problem. Ubers were readily available so it was not a big deal.

Air conditioner noisy and no other room option would not refund and ended up booking somewhere else as the air conditioner was far to loud to sleep with. Not happy, suggest other accommodation options especially the cost.

It was very close to Broadway and all the amenities. Breakfast was good.

Location was good. The valet staff asked my underage daughter for her phone number after asking me how old she was and I told him she was underage. Very unprofessional! Beds were not comfortable at all.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was well stock and tasty.
- 5/5
The hotel was in a fantastic location, it was quick and easy to walk to Broadway but far enough away from all of the commotion. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating especially Maureen at the front desk. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit and some vegetables and refreshed as the morning went on. The common areas and the room were very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook if you wanted to.

Elevator under construction so had to wait for them
- 4/5
Staff was great! Breakfast was good. Elevator under construction so had to wait for them
- 3/5
Upon arrival we were told the room would be cleaned every other day. That did not happen. There is barely any sound proofing. We could hear everything out on the street and the comings and goings of our neighbors.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Parking is nearby but pricey, however that's how parking works in big cities We were close enough to walk to where we wanted to visit. Wheelchair accessible room was very accommodating.

Clean room, helpful staff, and great breakfast. Elevators were a bit sketchy. Really slow and made some loud noises. Felt safer taking the stairs. They did have a sign up stating they were working on them though. Overall Greg place to stay and so extremely close to everything. Walked everywhere we wanted to go.
- 2.5/5
the location The room had a horrid smell and the bed was not that comfy. You could also see through the elevator to the basement. The breakfast was limited compared to other Hilton locations.

Location and staff were awesome Hot water in the room didn’t work, for the price of the room a freezing cold shower is unacceptable

Great experience! Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, very convenient for exploring downtown Nashville. And the Frankie Rose coffee shop is terrific!
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
The elevators are old and could use an upgrade. Location is perfect
- 3/5
While located conveniently in downtown Nashville, this area is VERY noisy. Lots of party busses, sirens and obnoxious motorcycles. None of those are the fault of the hotel or staff - just important to know. While the suite had the basics, there was no place comfortable to sit and work on a computer. Facilities were older, the toilet overflowed, but the staff had it repaired and cleaned up immediately.
- 5/5
Great location. Clean and in good condition.

Proximity to the places we wanted to see. Also a great full breakfast. Great bed. The lobby was inviting but too cold to hang out in.

Great location, within walking distance of the Ryman theater, Johnny Cash museum, and Bridgestone Arena. Close enough to Broadway Street to check out all the bars but far enough away to not be bothered by the noise. The breakfast was amazing, David takes pride in the variety of food offered. Beds were very comfortable, housekeeping did a wonderful job. Would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing negative about the hotel! Clean, great helpful staff, excellent location to stay to be able to access all the main attractions!
- 4/5
Good location for walking to Nashville attractions, breakfast also good. Ground floor rooms need reno, suites on higher floors are much nicer and better kept. One room we had booked had broken air con, the room was 30 centigrade, they said they had fixed it up but it was still broken so they moved one of us to another floor. Comparing the ground floor suites (no windows and quite dingy) and the higher floors are like two different hotels. Ground floor needs work to charge a suite price, suite should also come with a window. Overall okay, reception staff helpful and sorted any problems.
- 5/5
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
- 1/5
Close to downtown Parking is a cluster. They don't display all the fees. They tell you they only offer Valet and it is $59.00 per night. There was a problem with the charges for parking and the hotel takes no responsibility. It is through a their party They charged me $160 for one nights parking. When I called them they credit back only 68.00. They said there was service charges and High demand charges. Had I known this I would not of stayed at this hotel. I think the hotel and the parking garage takes advantage of people and hopes they will not notice the charges. I cannot recommend this place.

When I went to check in I was told there was no room that I had booked on Expedia and it was 1st come, 1st serve at this hotel- which I said was ridiculous! it took over 1/2 an hour before a room like I booked was "discovered" I was then overcharged vs what Expedia quoted and it took over a month of working with Expedia to get my correct billing.
- 4.5/5
Great location, 5 minute walk from broadway, friendly and helpful staff, very welcoming. Had an issue with the electric blinds on arrival but got sorted very quickly after talking to the front desk. No on site parking and no discount code for garage parking nearby
- 5/5
Nice hotel Mrs Dee was so amazing and definitely deserves a raise!

- 4/5
Room was very nice and clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was okay. Front door could be marked a bit better. Seems like you’re walking into a restaurant. Elevator was not in operation during my stay.
- 5/5
This was the perfect location. Quick and easy walk to Music Row
- 5/5
Staff was exceptional

Great Hotel and location
- 5/5
Excellent stay. Great breakfast. A lot of selections. Great customer service at the front desk. Room was great and had a really nice view. Location was great to broadway.
- 3/5
Room was kind of dirty, trash underneath the bed. Sheets appeared dirty too when we arrived. Staff was awesome!
- 4/5
Hotel was great. However, check in is hard. Being downtown, you can’t pull up to the door & unload luggage. You have to park on the side in Valet, walk around the corner, go into the hotel, get a luggage cart, push it uphill, unload your own luggage & push it down the hill around the corner. It would have been helpful if the hotel provided these instructions beforehand.
- 4/5
The continental breakfast was not very good. Otherwise the hotel was great. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, dodywash and lotion! Very good products!

- 5/5
Upon arrival we did not receive the room requested, the front desk remedied immediately. The car valet service was top notch. The hotel bartender was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to all the fun. Will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
The location of the property was close to everything. The pull out and bed were both comfortable. Nothing
- 5/5
Our room was great and when we had to extended our stay because of the weather. The staff was great about booking us for additional nights and giving us a more spacious room for our additional stay.
- 4/5
The living room furniture needed to be cleaned.
- 5/5
Location is great for conventions. Staff is friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast is awesome.
- 2/5
The hotel over all is in dire need of a complete makeover. The lobby was not inviting and dirty. I will not stay at this property again. Still haven’t received my deposit back , it’s been a week
- 3/5
One of the 3 elevator cabs was out of order. I could not turn off the ice maker in the room so it was loud periodically. The refrigerator made a really loud noise randomly in addition to the ice maker. TVs in the room are not smart TVs so I was stuck watching cable tv
- 5/5
Great location. Room was clean, staff was great. Highly recommended.
- 2/5
Our room - the 2 queen 2 bunk room was horribly misadvertised. What appears from the description to be a 2 room suite with 2 queens and 2 queen over queen bunk is actually one room with 2 queen over queen bunks and a pull out sofa (and a tiny kitchenette). There was also a nice sized bathroom. The “suite” was obviously not meant to be a room as 2 of the walls were knee or waist to ceiling windows bordering the sidewalk outside. Anyone walking by could see directly into our room unless we had the “motorized shades” (which were all messed up in terms of length and movement up and down).pulled down. There were multiple extension cords in the room to plug lights and things into which I have to believe is a violation of some safety codes, but without the extension cords we could not have plugged anything in as the outlets were covered. The room served its purpose but was not at all up to the quality standards I would expect. If needing a room for multiple people - get a Vrbo. This place was expensive and was not worth it.
- 5/5
Great room and friendly staff
- 5/5
Stayed over for one night. The room was spacious, and everyone at the hotel was friendly. We came into town for a concert at the Ryman and a Predators game. We will stay again!
- 4/5
Nice clean up room. Well maintained. Because there are large windows opening to the lobby it was pretty loud. Very helpful staff. Parking down town is a headache.
- 0.5/5
Was NOT informed that there was a $60 parking for per night. When asking the manager about this, he very rudely told me that it was my fault for booking through a party and he couldn’t help me since I used booking.com instead of them. He then HUNG UP the phone one me. Was later told that was the GM. He answers to no-one and can create guests however he’d like. Called booking.com, however got a help center with folks in another country reading a generic script that had NO customer service skills, and could not help me, or even offer to refund my trip. When trying to CANCEL and just go to a different hotel, BOOKING.COM told me the hotel itself would have to refund me, when asking the hotel about that they told me Booking would have to refund me. So someone was lying. All around a TERRIBLE experience.
- 4.5/5
Everything was great N/A
- 5/5
We loved the hotel! The room was fantastic and the location was amazing as we walked to the Ryman Auditorium for an evening show on Friday, then Broadway clubs. The only problem was that we prepaid for two nights through Booking.com and because of the ice storm in Nashville and the cancellation of the Ryman show on Saturday Night, we checked out on Saturday morning to return to Lexington, KY before the storm hit. We were not given any refund.
- 5/5

The staff were super helpful and friendly! The breakfast had lots of choices. The rooms were clean and kept up well during our stay.
- 5/5
We absolutely LOVED Mrs. Dee!!! she was wonderful and so sweet to our group!!
- 5/5
The front desk was great!
- 4/5
The toilet tank didn’t fill up properly. It took a very long time to fill, and I’m not sure it filled correctly. I do think it was a bit expensive. I think it could have been $100 less a night, honestly.
- 4.5/5
We liked the layout of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
The location is perfect for anyone coming to town for the entertainment. The valet service was excellent and the workers were all so nice. They offered to take pictures of our group. The room is a little small. The sink right outside the bathroom didn't drain. Other than that, it was great.
- 4/5
Nice clean room. Refrigerator was very noisy and some noise from outside. Was on ground floor.

Great hotel suites!
- 5/5
The room provided lots of space and allowed us to spread out. It was clean and quiet. The staff were very accommodating, there was a misunderstanding, and they made things right. The hotel is close to everything, walking, scootering, biking, only took 15 min or less. We had such a good time we extended our stay one more night.

The hotel is noticably old. Staff was Hilton as usual, great.
- 1/5
Less than an hour after check in vallet called and aske me to unlock my shifter. Confused we went down to see whst they were talking about. The vallet attendant somehow broke the trigger button you press on my shifter to move it into gear. He then lied about it. When i tried to talk to him about it he told me not to talk to him. My Range Rover is now sitting on the side of the street in Nashville on New years eve because we cannot get the vehicle into gear and there are no mechanics available until Friday(2 days) but i have to be home tomorrow. Was told i have to pay to have it towed and fixed and they might give me some reimbursement if they feel their staff was at fault after their investigarion. On top of that, I was still charged for Vallet parking.

- 3/5
The front desk clerk knew nothing. Parking was expensive and difficult. Though not because of the attendant, he was great, glad he was there to help out the clerk! The room was a little worn too. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again.
- 5/5
Large breakfast variety! Only 1 elevator was working but overall great stay! Would stay again!
- 1/5
Cost us an additional $200 to park. Even then had to carry our luggage for three blocks and 6 floors up a parking garage. Hotel valet was full. The hotel staff were unhelpful with our parking issues and told us we were own our on. No hot water to shower with in the mornings. Horrible place to stay.
- 1/5
No parking lot, valet was full. Had to pack our luggage blocks in the cold. We had cold showers. Door to the bathroom is busted in multiple areas. Overall the worst stay we have ever had.
- 5/5
Bathroom layout is difficult. Hotel parking is only valet.
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff very helpful. Operation of the thermostat was not clear, so it got too warm at night a couple of times.
- 5/5
Kionna at front desk was the sweetest.
- 5/5
Staff was great! Had a complaint about no cold water in the room. That was a first! The woman at the front desk and I had a good laugh about that.
- 3/5
Issues were: 1. Out of the three elevators in the facility, only one was working. Even for the one working, the call button lights in the lobby didn't work and so we need to press the button and just wait hoping the call registered! 2. Toilet kept running. Told the staff and I think it got fixed. 3. Room given to me had no window! One small window that was 6 feet above ground, opened to the corridor but wasn't useful as a normal room window!
- 3/5
2 elevators not working. Most of The staff in front desk never turned their heads to say hi. Good morning, good evening etc.
- 5/5
The staff and room are absolutely wonderful!
- 5/5
Everything
- 3/5
The staff was amazing and friendly and one person even lent us her personal umbrella for the rain The every other day housekeeping left us out of coffee and cups and washcloths. ( I was able to get them at the front desk ) Gym was dated and worn with only one dirty mat Hotel was very walkable to broadway and restaurant
- 3/5
With luggage were very long near checkout and check in. Dresser in room was broken drawers would not push in or out. Very few plugs worked in the room - Hard to charge electronics. Breakfast was good to be included and the staff was friendly.
- 4/5
location was great but the bar closing at 10pm was an inconvenience since we didn't get there until after 10pm and just wanted a drink at the hotel
- 2/5
Clean but unsafe place. Every car parked on their lot in valet had their windows broken out and stuff stolen. 60.00 to park their over night and they do not keep it secure. The manager said it happens all the time.
- 3/5
I got a wheelchair assessable shower do to a isseue with my legs. When i sat on the stool it just filded down and caused me to fall and bounce my head off the wall.
- 5/5
This hotel was very nice and a great location. It was very walkable to Broadway. The staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. They had a large selection and it was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Room was great. Perfect size and staff was wonderful
- 5/5
Clean and great breakfast
- 5/5
I thought the breakfast options were fantastic! Every employee we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful! Jay with the valet parking was especially great! He told us our options with absolutely not pressure and recommended spots for us to eat since it was pretty late and we were starving. Would absolutely stay here again!
- 5/5
People were so nice!
- 4/5
Nice and clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Just don't let valet tell you its ok to park in adjacent lot until he can get your car moved even with handicap placard. Just received a ticket in the mail for $100.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Easy clean and great staff

We will return!
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff & decent breakfast
- 3/5
I didn’t get the room I registered and paid for. They tried to blame it on booking through a 3rd party vendor with different room descriptions. I double checked everything and the room descriptions are the same on your site as theirs. Then they said they didn’t have that type of room available. They should have upgraded at that point not down graded. I would not have stayed with them if it wasn’t for your platform.
- 5/5

Very clean. Nice staff! Wonderful location!
- 5/5
The hotel was quiet, which was nice after leaving the hecticness of Broadway, but was still close enough to walk back and forth (about 10 mins)
- 5/5
All the front desk staff were super friendly, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was good, but the coffee was bland.
- 5/5
Amazing trip excellent treatment by the staff The free breakfast was awesome
- 5/5
Easy walk to everything on broadway!
- 4/5
Two cars broken into in parking lot right next door.
- 1/5
Upon check-in I was informed that I work either need to use the valet parking at 59.00 a night or risk having my vehicle broken into. The clerk said that recently 7 vehicles were broken into and vandalized and that it was not safe to park beside the building. This was very upsetting. I'm sure that when we read the description of the hotel that it said there was free parking. If there truly is a security issue here it should be mentioned. Oh and here's an idea. Hire a private security person.
- 5/5
This was a family trip, as soon as we checked in we were greeted by Jacob and Anna, they were extremely friendly. Very accomadating. David in the breakfast room was super happy to help with anything needed. Close to Broadway, everything was great.

Clean room very friendly and helpful staff..ideal location
- 4/5
Great location. We walked everywhere. Clean spacious room. We did gave some issues and potential guests should be aware of some issues. WIFI went down for an entire day. Bar is fine but not open until 5 on weekdays. Noise is an issue if you are on the streetside rooms due to loud cars racing on street. The large window views and light were great, but noise is an issue. Overall, it was a good but not great stay. Not sure if we would stay there again.
- 5/5

Room problems right from the beginning. Air conditioning fan wouldn’t shut off and it wouldn’t get cooler. I had to call multiple times to get repairman up and they never came back to fix the problem. I had to keep telling then at the front desk, they didn’t seem to care either. Elevators are old even lamps on buttons wouldn’t work. Unsafe. Didn’t really care about my comfort or trying to help.

Wonderful place to stay and perfect location when you fly in and have no car. Never have to uber or Lyft to music row on broadway, so saves you lots of money
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, room was cozy and comfortable, and the complimentary buffet breakfast was delicious!
- 5/5
I would definitely stay here again. Great location
- 5/5
Nice hotel within walking distance of everything. Easy check in, breakfast was good, super clean.
- 1/5
Despite the Hilton app confirming the room, it was not ready upon arrival. Beyond that the rooms are in poor shape altogether. The windows and walls are paper thin. The noise levels were equivalent to being on the street, even in the 6th floor.
- 5/5
Our one bedroom suite was clean and the bed was comfortable. Completely in line with fee schedule. The cocktail party was a fun way to meet other guests. The location was truly a 10 to 15 minute walk to the famous area of Broadway. Valet parking is expensive, but well worth it! We used Lyft to/from airport and to the Opry. We rented a car for just a couple of days.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent and the room was extremely clean.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. The room was clean & has a little kitchenette. It is easiky walkable to Broadway & other attractions. The pnly thing we didnt like is our room had huge windows into theblobby which is brightly lit at all hours. The curtains didnt "seal" the light out.
- 2/5
quite rundown. No amenities. Room overpriced for what we got.
- 4/5
We loved the staff, rooms and breakfast as well the closeness to Broadway. The only reason it’s not a perfect rating is due to two days of malfunctioning AC in our room and hotel. August is very toasty in Nashville so coming back to a cool room is very important to relax.
- 2/5
A/c broken. Had to tell friends to stay elsewhere.
- 5/5
Staff at front desk was very helpful and hospitality was very good 👍, thank you for you for everything.
- 5/5
Great hotel near all the action. Very clean rooms. Will stay again.
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Maureen at the front desk was exceptional, she was so friendly and helpful. We had to request a new hair dryer as the one in the room was not working and she had someone come with a replacement in less then 5 min. Every time we saw her in the lobby she would say hi and ask how everything was...truley above and beyond. The breakfast in the morning was great, wide selection for all types of palates. David, who was the food manager welcomed us and was fun to chat with. One morning we heard him singing in the kitchen which was so pleasant to hear. If he saw us he stopped and said good morning, he was very humble and told us about his family, which was nice. The valet staff were great, they were very personable and approachable. They gave us some suggestions for food options in the area. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we go to Nashville again.
- 5/5
Loved being close enough to drink and dinner options, but far enough away to be quiet and restful. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast buffet provided good optiona for quick mornings

Excellent hotel and excellent location near Broadway in downtown Nashville

My biggest complaint is directed to Expedia, not the hotel. The rooms blocked off by Expedia were terrible! They are on the ground floor and right on the sidewalk which means that you can't open the shades without passersby being able to see into the room, and the noise from people talking and cars driving past is intolerable. Thankfully, they were able to move us to a better room on a higher floor away from all the noise. I recommend booking directly through the hotel even though it costs a little more.

Room with large clean and well serviced
- 4/5
Decent hotel for the area. Everything is walkable distance from the hotel.

Good

Great place to stay. The staff was friendly. They text me to check up on me. They always checked to see if I needed anything and how I liked the room. I will book again.
- 5/5
Great hotel. The staff was amazing and the daily free breakfast was top noth with a lot of selections. Id definitely stay here again
- 3/5
Staff were ok, but everything was a bit of a hassle. In a 3 day stay in their larger suite - the blanket/comforter was missing. I called and they brought one up in about an hour. The next day, the roof above the kitchen started dripping water from an open condensate tube. Called and about an hour later, the facilites folks removed a couple of saturated towels from the ceiling and likely put a couple new towels up there. The Valet parking was 59 per night, and on the third night, I recived an additional bill for 40 dollars from the parking garage itself. Just not a great experience.
- 2/5
It’s ok. The worst is the ac it is so loud and you cannot just leave the fan running so it goes on and off but wakes you up due to how loud it is. Room is roomy and bed is ok definitely smells like smoke. I would Not stay here again.

100% recommended!
- 4/5
Hotel was very nice and breakfast was great. I did not like my room street side. With a stop light in front I had loud engines and music which was going on all night. Felt like I was sleeping on a racetrack. My kids had room inside balcony and said it was very quiet.
- 3/5
This property has a great location but the noise level from nearby traffic is very loud.
- 5/5
Loved the valet parking, comparable cost for self parking in area
- 5/5
Great hotel close to broadway very friendly and helpful staff! Room was very nice clean and comfortable! Free breakfast was a plus!!
- 5/5
Every member of the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Valet was easy, front desk was always welcoming, kitchen provider great breakfast options each morning, and we met the kindest maintenance man while riding the elevator. He genuinely cared about our stay as well. Fast forward 1 month, we received a notice of an unpaid parking incident. The hotel provided our parking in a designated deck by valet service, and was paid for upon our initial check in. I called the hotel, and was assured that everything would be handled promptly! Thanks again for a fun, safe, and enjoyable stay!
- 4/5
Rather annoying to only have one elevator working. Should be more specific about parking being available for an additional 59.00 a day. Most of the valets were excellent especially Ethan.

Everything was wonderful facility very clean breakfast in the morning enjoyable staff more than helpful. Our room was wonderful.

Our stay in this hotel for my birthday trip to Nashville, was more than we could of asked for. The lobby, breakfast room, bar and especially our room was very clean. The staff were amazing. We stayed July 23rd-27th and checked in at maybe 9-930 at night and the beautiful lady behind the desk got us taken care of pretty quick. I wish I could remember her name, big shout out to her. One of the most friendliest people I've dealt with at a hotel. Everyone was great, but we also have to give shout outs to Rachel Kayla, bartenders and the 2 young men who work the desk at night. Our room was excellent. The breakfast every morning was good variety. The only issue we had was there was only 1 elevator out of 3 that was working. Not a big enough of an issue to not give 5 stars. The hotel is very close to Broadway. Maybe a 10 min walk. Country Music Hall of Fame is just another 5 min walk from there and is a must go. There are plenty of things to do and see. We are already planning our next trip back down to Nashville to bring our kids and grandbabies. We will be staying at Homewood Suites every visit. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one!!

I liked this hotel. It was spacious, it was clean, however the day we arrived the room smelled like it was cleaned with a dirty mop so that smell was there overnight, but the smell left by the next day. Great staff! I will stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel!!!!!
- 5/5
Will definitely be back and would recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Spacious room. At a time when many hotels are poorly lit to the point where reading is often difficult or impossible, this hotel had excellent lighting, especially over the sink. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Near the music venues on Beach Street.

Close enough to walk to Broadway, but not so close to be noisy

Nice and clean hotel in a walkable, convenient location. Unfortunately, the A/C in our room wasn’t working properly—it kept switching to eco mode despite multiple resets, and the hallway was cooler than our room. Disappointing
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay! The staff was ever so helpful. And it was a convenient walk to all the attractions.
- 5/5
staff was great. very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. breakfast was very good. I loved that everyday the breakfast burrito bowls were a little different

Excellent hotel.

The breakfast was amazing and David was so personable. The manager of the hotel was a great guy. We enjoyed our whole experience
- 4/5
The hotel was nice and safe. The neighborhood where the hotel is was unsafe.
- 4/5
The check in process was very easy as well as the valet service, which is worth the extra money in my opinion. The breakfast was really good and all staff were really friendly!
- 5/5
Great service from the whole team to vallet to the food and hospitality folks thank you for a wonderful stay

Overall a nice play to stay. Clean, friendly staff and within walking distance to Bridgestone Arena. The breakfast was enjoyable as well.

very friendly though.

Disappointing Stay Due to AC Issues and Poor Room Conditions We were really looking forward to our stay at Homewood Suites Nashville Downtown, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. Upon arrival, we noticed the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working — the temperature was in the high 70s and rising. We contacted the front desk and were told that “engineers” would come check it out. They flipped a breaker and reset the system, but that did nothing to resolve the issue. In fact, the room only got hotter, reaching into the 80s, making it extremely uncomfortable. When we requested to be moved, we were told the hotel was sold out of rooms similar to ours and that there were no upgrade options either. The next morning, still sweaty and frustrated, we followed up again and got the same answer. It wasn't until we demanded a resolution that we were finally moved — nearly 24 hours later — to a comparable room. While the new room did have working AC (thankfully!), it came with its own set of problems. There was peeling paint on the ceiling, hair in the shower, and the shower handle was loose and made a loud pounding noise when in use. Overall, while we were glad to at least be comfortable in a cooler room for the remainder of our stay, the poor initial handling, delay in resolution, and lack of cleanliness in both rooms ledt us disappointed. We had hire expectations for a Hilton branded facility .

Great place right in the heart of everything. Very helpful staff.
- 5/5
Nice hotel, in great location, close to Broadway. Quiet .
- 3/5
We were inconvenienced with only one elevator working. There were three, but only one working to use with the guest and staff.
- 1/5
The room carpets had a strong, unpleasant odor, and to make matters worse, I had to kill a cockroach that appeared on the carpet at night. When I informed the reception, their reaction was shockingly casual — just an “Oh, that’s bad,” with no apology or effort to make things right. For a 4-star hotel and a recognized brand, this level of hygiene and customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I will never stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone!

Location was great. Suite was warm- A/C couldn’t cool properly
- 4/5
It was a great location, only being a few blocks away, but the valley parking fee was ridiculous
- 4/5
All was good, but didn’t know it didn’t have a pool
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was attentive. Within walking distance of main attractions.
- 5/5
Awesome stay, staff very helpful, returned lost purse, and Dave made some of the best breakfast around!
- 5/5
All of the staff were wonderful, from the front desk to the valet, to the kitchen and house keeping, and maintenance staff. If you needed something they were their to help you. It's a quaint little boutique hotel in a great spot. Its close enough to Broadway but just far enough to be quiet.
