Guests generally enjoy the Moxy Hotel for its excellent location in downtown Nashville, close to Broadway's music and entertainment. The hotel's unique ambiance, fun rooms, and helpful staff are also frequently praised. However, some guests have complained about the small room size, lack of windows in some rooms, and issues with temperature control.

The staff was great all around. It was not clear when we booked there is only one parking option (valet) and it’s not cheap. We chalked it up to the price of being right in the downtown Broadway district. You can’t possibly stay in a better location than this. My wife and I looked at one another when we walked in because the place had a hint of sewer smell in the air. We walked into our room and it was notably worse. The staff quickly changed our room which was much better. The walls are thin here. We could hear everything going on in adjacent rooms. I’ll leave that there without further words. The lobby bar area was a nice refuge from the crowds. Always good music & places to sit. We would not stay here again. The rooms are small and the prices are high. Low value, lower quality than what you get staying further out. We will uber in to this area next time for a nicer stay.

Great location if you want to stay in the heart of Broadway. Little noisy at night. One can still hear music being played late at night.

Go elsewhere! Looks like a college dorm, no drawers-hooks only, housekeeping not great, couldn't get internet connection, check in/out at the bar, no extras like lotion, slippery shower, thin towels. Very disappointed in this Marriott Hotel.

Fantastic location, walking distance to Broadway and other cool places right nearby! Hotel has everything, except pool and hot tube, otherwise excellent food and drinks and atmosphere. Better than the larger hotels, in my opinion.

I love that it was close by to everything, parking garages and broadway. We were able to walk everywhere and we could see Bridgestone arena from our window. It was a very cool place to stay, we really liked the vibe and atmosphere. Will definitely stay there again the next time we are in town for a concert or just a weekend getaway.

Different in a good way! The location is perfect. The room had a sound machine but it was not necessary because we couldn’t hear any of the live music performing downstairs. The person in charge was awesome. There are no closets but we had plenty of room to have our luggages wide open on the floor. We are planning to comeback with friends and stay here. I recommend this place.

The room size was a bit small. Fair trade for being so close to everything.

Funky design, great location, bathrooms were excellent, comfortable beds, valet parking was a plus and very efficient (if a little pricey) Free drink tokens didn't apply to the upstairs bar. When I tried to use them downstais for wine was told beer and vodka only by the bar man although check told us it was beer or wine. Couldn't close curtains in my parents room all the way due to the way the exposed beam/pipe design cut through the window.

This property is adorable/beautiful would absolutely stay again!! Roof top bar has excellent food and view. Staff friendly and helpful. The location could not have been better! We were between Bell Bottoms Up and kid rock and adjacent Ole Rd, Chiefs, Luke Bryan ect absolutely Percy spot!

Not only is the hotel extremely aesthetic, the live music and proximity to Broadway and the action is spectacular!! Hotel is also super dog friendly!

Location, close to the venues. Location, though we liked the location we didn’t know the bars played music til 3am. Also we had no cold water in our room and the noise machine did not work.

The rooftop bar was open to anyone. Weekends got very crowded with crowds of locals not allowing visitors to feel safe. Breakfast had 1 waitress to handle everything while hostess danced around and worried about no one needed basic items.

Rooms are clean, although small, but your in nashville. We spent most of our time walking around Broadway street, enjoying the music and adult beverages. So the small rooms where no big deal. Staff was excellent. We loved the location of the moxy, everything was in walking distance, so didn't have to worry about cabs or driving. This was the third time I have stayed at the moxy. Will for sure go back.
- 2/5
Everything about this stay was disappointing with the exception of walking right out to the strip. No parking,$55 per night valet. Arrived to an ultra small room, a note on the bed about all night noise, and a complimentary pair of ear plugs. No closet, a small folded table and chair hung on the wall for use. Mini fridge sitting on the floor. An uncomfortable bed laying in a board a foot or so off the floor. Maybe trying to be contemporary, but disappointing. No window as they put you in the center of the building to try to help with noise. Rooftop bar right above our room so dragging table and chairs all night, then bright and early in the morning as they clean up. Never again.
- 3/5
Only coffee was free at front desk , breakfast was only on weekend for a price. Rooms were small no dressers or closet

Location There was blood on my sheets the first night, when I got there, they said I didn’t have a booking reservation and charged me an additional $700 and housekeeping only cleaned my room on my second to last day when I made a comment in the elevator in front of one about how my room had not been cleaned in five days

You’re definitely paying for location, which was nice being so close to downtown. The room however was very small. Bed was way too stiff with flat pillows. Shower was great but super slippery. 5th floor bar and food was really good and rooftop has great view of Main Street. Girls bartending upstairs were great to chat with and the live music selection was great.

Moxey Downtown Nashville was clean, perfectly located and had an amazing staff! We couldnt hear anything in our room which was shocking given the location. Highly recommend!!

It was very nice property very close to downtown. Lots of fun. Some of the rooms are very small, but very nice and we didn’t spend a lot of time in them anyway other than to sleep. Clean, clean, clean! Great place to leave your luggage if you’re traveling and want to do more fun things before your flights.
- 3/5
Didn't eat here. Staff weren't very helpful or kind for that matter. Couldn't get to the hotel, the road right out front was blocked and we called for assistance and didn't get much help. Very expensive to park in this area and valet was 55. A hotel has noise machines in the room to block out some of the night time noise.. ours did not work. We could not shut it off because it was very annoying. Housekeeping had someone come in and they just ripped it off the wall. Wouldn't stay here again
- 5/5
The property is located half a block from Broadway! We come to visit with family and we, there are 6 of us are all over 65, like the location. The rooms are clean. The restaurant upstairs and downstairs bar & social area are super areas to meet and share time with friends & family.

We always stay at the moxy every year in April for our wedding anniversary. Tyler the bartender is wonderful. I hope u will come up with a system for returning guests that have discounts.

The check in/out process. Apparently they put us in the wrong room at check in, when we went to check out the guy said we were good to go and said he would email the receipt to us We never received the receipt, instead got a phone call as to why we hadn't checked out, we checked out at 10am. So now it looks as if they charged us a late check out charge. We were given keys for room 609 and they told us as on our drive home we were listed in another room and there were still items in the room. I haven't heard back from them regarding this issue, nor have I gotten a receipt.

For the price this hotel charges, I was expecting it to be a lot nicer. I paid extra for the street view of Nashville. Checked in and received a nice room on the 6th floor. Around 2am, I woke up and noticed that there was no water. I heard a water noise so looked out in the hallway and entire floor was flooded with standing water. I went down to lobby was switched to a second room on the 6th floor which also did not have water. I then went back and was given a 3rd room on the second floor. This room had water, however was a small room with no window at all and the AC was stuck and would not go below 76 degrees. I was told by the night staff that a manager would contact me and they would make it right. After not hearing anything for a day, I went to the front desk. Guy on day shift was very rude, said he did not believe me about what happened and told me he could not compensate me for a night. He then stated he would get the manager. Manager would not even come over and talk to me, had the guy come back to relay the information. While understanding that a flood is out of anyone’s control, there is zero customer service. I would definitely consider staying anywhere else if visiting Nashville.
- 3/5
On our first night the entire hotel flooded (not their fault, I totally understand) however, we weren’t notified and woke up to a ton of water on the floor which had come down from the ceiling and soaked some of my belongings that I had on the provided hooks. We contacted the front desk who told us it was fresh water, thankfully. However, the manager was very dismissive about our things getting soaked and just rudely asked if we needed a new room. The remainder of our trip we had loud Servpro fans going directly outside our room 24/7. The room was clean, nothing special. Our “street view” was a dirty parking lot. There is no closet or dresser, literally nowhere to unpack so we lived out of our suitcases. One day, after our room was cleaned, we were left with only one towel, so my husband had to run to the front desk to get more. The evening staff seemed to be a little more friendly. For what we paid to stay here, which I understand is pretty much purely for location, that’s really all we enjoyed
- 5/5
Great location for the bars on Broadway. Lovely modern room, perfect housekeeping, really great staff overall. Good rooftop brunch at weekends, great bar, 15 minutes easy Uber to the airport. Free coffee and ice water in the lobby. This area of Nashville is not quiet but that’s why i like it.

Close to our Bruno concert at Nissan Stadium. Right at the walkway. Though streets were closed valet staff took care of us. Wonderful trip and experience. Minor on parking at this time but that is only temp due to street construction.

On arrival loved the lobby/flow. Staff were promp, nice and helpful. For those curious about the noise in the room well im sure it all depends on If u stay on what days u stay and room located. For us it was fine barely heard any noise. Only negative is there are no drawers//storage but we made it work and had plenty of places to hang clothes. Fyi peeps it is Nashville on Broadway aka party strip!!!
- 2.5/5
Location is absolutely perfect The rooms do not have a ceiling panel so all the pipe work is on show, unfortunately the pipes where very noisy all night with a whooshing noise, also the way the hotel is set up it feels more like a hostel than a hotel.
- 5/5
Great location, near everything!
- 5/5
A bit small. No closet
- 5/5
Amazing
- 4/5
The hotel was excellent overall; however, if you prefer natural light or fresh air, it’s important to request a street-view room, as many of the interior rooms do not have windows.

The location and staff were great. It was very nice to be able to sit downstairs and watch TV or listen to music. The upstairs bar had a good atmosphere and enjoyed sitting out on the roof people watching and listening to music. The main downfall for this hotel was the room smelt like the sewer.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Nashville. We pulled up to Valet, they took our name and said they would add it to the room. We checked in within 5 minutes and were in are exceptionally clean room with a view of Broadway! Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
We paid $60 extra a night for a window in our hotel room. The win
- 4/5
The room was nice and comfortable. It was a little loud until live music stopped.
- 4/5
Pretty good location Boring and amenities were just ok
- 5/5
Convenient to main area of downtown.
- 4/5
Nice little rooms. Bar and restaurant were accommodating for my gluten allergy. Would be cool if the valet could retrieve manual vehicles. We had to walk to get ours. Overall, good deal.
- 5/5
We loved the decor and convenience to everything!! Would definitely stay at this property again!

Property is beautiful. Nice, modern, & clean. The rooms are very small. You can hear everything in halls
- 5/5
The location was excellent
- 5/5
The rooftop brunch in the weekends is an excellent place to start your day. Great staff, good food and view of Broadway to start you off right. Lobby has live music and good bar/staff to unwind and finish off your day.
- 3/5
Parking was on our own even tho we missed the valet by 1 minute. They still wouldn’t let us do valet. No coffee/water available at the bar until 10am the next day. Didn’t tell us about complimentary breakfast, staff at bar was not friendly or informative.
- 5/5
Great lively lobby and you check in at the bar and they give you a free drink too. It’s a great location close to all the broadway honky tonks. It’s loud at night though as you hear the beats of the local music (even in the interior rooms). Otherwise it’s a solid recommendation if the sounds of music beats don’t bother you at night.
- 4/5
Everything was great. Only small compmaint is that the HVAC ran constantly and made it hard to hear the TV. This may just be my hearing, but it was bothering me running constantly.
- 4/5
Modern, unique hotel and room. High ceilings giving the illusion of large room. Cement floors no carpet was a bonus and why I chose this hotel. Clean spacious bathroom with hot water shower. Bed large a mattress and pillows fairly firm. Lots of space to hang up clothes without a conventional closet and different chairs to sit on or place bags. Free coffee a nice touch. Cons when we walked in our hotel at 11 pm-the wall mural was too light and super bright but after we figured out how to turn off, we slept well despite the Spring Break festivities occurring in lobby and downtown. Definitely recommend and will stay in a Moxy again
- 2/5
We were give a room without windows.
- 5/5
Dropped in for one night and I really loved this hotel. It is right next to Broadway. Which made me get the most out of only being in Nashville for one night.
- 4/5
The hotel is more like a boutique hotel. You kind of have to do everything yourself! Rooms are small. But nice. In a great area if you’re going to be focused in downtown!
- 5/5
Location…Location…Location. The location was PERFECT! This was my husband & I’s 25th anniversary. We had been to Nashville once before, but stayed up near Nashville yards. It was a little bit of a hike to go back to the hotel after checking out the bars. We decided to stay here on our return trip and this hotel was perfect. The rooms were a little small, but that’s not why we chose it. Did I mention the location? lol…I did think it was kind of weird they didn’t have a dresser or a closet, but we understood why. They were trying to maximize the small space. I absolutely loved the vibe. Music and space to hang out downstairs. The restaurant was very good and the balcony overlooking the strip was great. We got more music from the surrounding bars and the ability to watch the street. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. The valet, I didn’t catch his name, but he had only been there a couple days was great getting our Ubers. Very polite and nice to talk to. The bartender even tried to get us a free uber to the St Patrick’s Day parade. The green drinks were really good. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The rooms are very small with minimal amenities for guests. For the price, I would've assumed some sort of a view other than a picture that lit up. Barely enough room for one person let alone two.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful. I had a great
- 4/5
Nice hotel, friendly staff, bathroom wasn’t cleaned fully but overall a nice stay.
- 3/5
The rooms are very small with just a bed, very small dorm refrigerator and a bathroom. No coffee maker in the room and no complimentary breakfast. Definitely, get there early in the day because once the night life starts it’s chaotic. The only positives are that it’s in the heart of downtown and the staff were very nice. I would go to the other hotels where it’s cheaper and more amenities to make it worth it.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 4.5/5
Smaller rooms but we weren’t in it only to sleep so it was fine
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and it was nice to have a bar and live music in the hotel. The location is exceptional, we walked EVERYWHERE! My only issue was no refrigerator in the room. The room and bathroom were great and very clean.
- 4/5
Convenient location to bars, restaurants, stores. Clean and staff was friendly. More adult oriented as rooms are small and don't have a lot of storage space for clothes, etc. Depending on where your room is, can be loud at night with the bar right next door but one of the best hotels to be walking distance to the main strip. Also close to the airport.
- 5/5
Excellent location, great customer service, and clean rooms
- 4/5
Fun hotel with a prime location on Broadway.
- 3/5
I asked to have my room cleaned only 1 time in the 7 days I stayed there. Asked several times 9:00 am,11:00 1:00pm and was told it would be done by 2:00pm which is was not. I said I really wanted to lay down and didn’t want to be there for house keeping. My room finally was cleaned around 3:00pm. I should have asked the house keeper instead of the front desk people but they don’t speak English. It cost $3000 to stay a week and only time I asked for anything they didn’t accommodate.
- 5/5
Rooms are very nice and the staff was great.
- 5/5
Heaven was AMAZING
- 4/5
Lots of noise at night with banging doors from guests could do with better fitting and soft close doors.
- 3/5
Room is tiny. Staff is friendly. Parking is a nightmare. It’s great for young people, I think. Bar and entertainment in the lobby with a pool table. Cool. Rooftop restaurant is nice.
- 5/5
Room was great. Location is amazing. Staff was courteous and helpful.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean. Everyone was very nice. Fourth year in a row staying at the Moxie. Highly recommended.

Location is perfect! The room was very clean. The room is very small but we expected that. It met all our needs. Hotel itself is a really cool place! Would absolutely stay again.
- 5/5
Everything about this hotel is amazing. Cant recommend enough
- 3/5
The room was clean but it was just a different type of hotel. It was as described online so I knew it would be that way. It was just not a relaxing place for me. I just wouldn’t pick there to stay again. I was very conveniently located to Broadway.
- 5/5
Excellent location, friendly staff and two nice bars.
- 5/5
You can’t ask for a better location!!
- 4/5
Room is small, but cozy, with thoughtful details Just too over-priced for the trip we planned
- 5/5
Staff was very nice
- 5/5
Fun place
- 2/5
Staff not interested at all. No advice as to where to eat. Best thing is the diner opposite
- 5/5
Very clean room and quiet room. The lack of an outside window actually lent to a quieter experience since Broadway can be very loud.
- 5/5
Loved the music-themed decor! Johnny Cash museum is directly across the street and Broadway is only steps away. Perfect location!
- 5/5
Omg...I cannot say enough about this hotel...it was the best hotel on our 2 week trip through various States...right in the heart of the music venues. If you are looking for something unique, this is the one. If you want a quiet evening this is not the one and you shouldn't be downtown. Walk to everything...bars, restaurants, shopping...the staff is awesome, the rooms are very cool...lots of water pressure, comfy beds, coffee in the morning...even a white noise appliance if you are calling it night early...just perfect.
- 5/5
Overall great hotel

Great live music, bar, and lounge area in the lobby. Convenient, central location. Very nice bartenders and helpful staff. Phenomenal selection of local beers on draft. Room was very nice and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. It was a bit loud at night but I like that
- 3/5
Nice hotel good rooms. Crazy loud our hotel faced the bar and you can hear the music like you are there until 3:00 am.
- 1/5
Extremely small hotel room with no window. It was a full size bed. It reminded me of years ago being on a cruise with no window at the bottom of the ship. The staff is very nice and the location was really good.
- 5/5
Great staff and very clean. Couldn’t have been a more convenient location. Onsite parking even and beautiful rooftop bar. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Great area
- 4/5
Lobby was cute and had a lot to offer. Room was clean and nice but also small, with limited amenities. No window. Clicking noise throughout the night. No fridge, microwave, safe, etc. The water downstairs attached to ice machine was hot. Staff weren’t the most friendly.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly, cool little place. Rooftop restraunt was yummy as well.
- 5/5
Beautiful room & lovely view 😃
- 5/5
Friendly staff, cool vibe and clean!!
- 4/5
In the heart of downtown, everything within walkable distance only had an issue with the parking.
- 5/5
Clean room. bar staff was great. great entertainment
- 4/5
Great location to downtown. The hotel bar was for socializing. Just wish the ice machine was not located on the first floor. No mini fridge nor microwave in the rooms.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly at our check in. Our room was very clean and cozy.
- 1/5
The room smelled like sewage or trash. I asked to be moved at no charge. Later I find I was charged 2 rooms and when I called with my two invoice approvals the desk clerk Heaven was rude and told me to just dispute it. This is after 5 days of trying to call the hotel to get a return call from the Gm who o find out is on vacation and no one else can process refund.

Always a great place to stay
- 5/5
Always a great place
- 5/5
1. the curtains did not close all the way, so we had light from the bars and sunlight coming in. 2. no shower door really is a terrible idea. My wife gets cold really easily, plus I guess I splash alot for no reason bc the floor was always wet even tho we had towels. 3. No fridge or microwave, so leftovers are just not a possibility. We will certainly stay here again, but will bring a small cooler for anything we want to keep cold, and some hair clips to keep the curtains more closed.
- 5/5
Great city hotel right in the mix. Smaller rooms but to be expected.
- 5/5
Loved how close it was to lower broadway! The rooms were super clean and the staff was super helpful.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and the smell of the hotel lobby was absolutely amazing! The perfect location to everything! Would definitely stay here again if ever visiting Nashville!
- 5/5

Everything was great

Moxy was a great place to stay nice bar live music daily. To be honest I was concerned after reading some other reviews about noise and not sleeping my wife is a very light sleeper but we had zero issues, they did have a noise machine in the room if needed but we never needed it. We were greeted as soon as we came in had an early flight in but they went ahead and checked us in Early anyway the gentleman that checked us in was very nice. There were lockers that you could use to store your luggage if needed with code locks so if you can’t check in yet you’ll be able to store your stuff and hit broadway while you’re waiting. There was a steamer for our clothes in the room and an ironing room available but we never needed it due to the steamer in our room. The room had just enough space that you didn’t feel cramped I’ve stayed in smaller for more, sure there is a table and a chair hanging which we never even used the bathroom wasn’t small to us. The only thing is there isn’t a closet for hanging clothes but the location is absolutely perfect for hitting Broadway if you’re looking to have somewhere super close to everything this is the place. We ate breakfast at the rooftop it was delicious as well. It isn’t your typical hotel but it was cool to us. How much do you really stay in your room I guess is the question with everything around you to do ?

We wish the room was a bit larger but we didn’t spend much time in the room, so that was easily over looked! Will definitely be back!
- 5/5
The location first of all is in my opinion the best area of Broadway next to Kid Rocks. Second, hotel has a great look/vibe and very clean and updated rooms. I very highly recommend staying at the Moxy. I will be staying there going forward when in Nashville.
- 5/5
Hotel was in a great lication
- 5/5
Would be nice to have a small breakfast offering… And for the staff to know about the restaurant upstairs, which a couple of them didn’t even seem to know about which was odd
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Rooms are small, house keeping is slow, no real help from the check-in desk. If you like self serve hotels & no real amenities. This is the place for you!
- 4/5
Everything was great, as usual, with the exception of the reception this time. Unfortunately she made it pretty clear that she wasn’t going to go out of her way for anything. Very disheartening. Otherwise, room was clean, all other staff was very friendly and the location is a dream.
- 5/5
Did not eat there.
- 5/5
Great location, staff and unique boutique vibes!
- 5/5
I liked the fun vibe except for the check in. We checked in and our room wasn’t ready. Instead of giving us an option to text us when it would be ready, they told us to just check back in a couple of hours. Everything else was great.
- 4/5
The space is ideal for someone that intends on staying out until after 2am and doesn’t mind a noisy room without windows or access to freah air.
- 5/5
Recommend an interior room with no windows if you want to sleep. It was nice and quiet. Surrounded by bars I was told by another guest the rooms with windows heard the bar noises.
- 5/5
Very cool theme and style
- 4/5
This hotel is in a great location. Directly across from the Johnny Cash museum. Our room did not have windows but knew that going in. It was very cute and clean. Hotel has lockers to store your bags for free while you are waiting to check in/out. Loved this. Only complaint is that there are dumpsters right next door so a bit smelly walking to the hotel. Price for the room was very reasonable. Live music in the hotel lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
$50.00 a day for parking was crazy to me. Minus the parking everything else about our stay here was perfect, we will defiantly stay here again.
- 5/5
A cozy little room which was just right for the little amount of sleep you'll want in this bustling area. Right in the heart of the Broadway action, many sights are easily walkable from this location.
- 5/5
The staff and the vibe of the Moxy made our trip extra special and we enjoyed the entire experience! We will definitely be back.
- 5/5
I was very pleased with everything at this hotel. It was right in the middle of everything. Very clean.
- 5/5
A great place to stay downtown.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
This was a great place to stay just steps off Broadway. You can't get any closer to the action.
- 4/5
Great location, live entertainment, but no fridge in the room
- 5/5
We will return
- 5/5
Our room didn't have a window and we didn't miss that at all. It was so quiet in our room and that's amazing considering how mousing that are can be all day and night.
- 5/5
Its the closest hotel to Broadway. Everything is so close, even the Titans stadium is a short walk over the bridge.
- 5/5
Awesome place
- 3/5
I requested a window room, but I got a no window room.
- 5/5
The moxy was absolutely amazing. It smelled so good, had great vibes and amazing rooms
- 4/5
The greeting from staff was just ok. The morning coffee area empty at times. The room was great. The location was great, It was a good hotel for what we wantex to do in Nashville
- 5/5
This place has a really cool vibe and aesthetic. You will love the live music in the lobby and bar. The rooms are small, but provide everything you need and you cannot hear the noise on the street! In the center of all the fun!
- 5/5
One of my favorite places Ive stayed
- 1/5
The street was blocked off with no access while the titans game fans exited the stadium. Instead is using the valet in front of the hotel I had to park 2 blocks away for $35 for 3 hours! If they had communicated that ahead of time I would have planned for it. People at desk didn’t care and offered no solution.
- 5/5
The MOXY is a great choice! The location can not be beat. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are thoughtfully done to maximize space. The bed was very comfortable and we were not bothered by noise at all. We were able to walk everywhere. One thing, it would be amazing to have a couple of bottled waters in the room each day. We would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Clean, great staff & close to the fun bars
- 5/5
I loved staying at Moxy and would 100% stay there again. You can't beat the location. Staff was great, nice little bar in lobby and restaurant upstairs and so close to everything!! You can park your car and not touch again until you leave. My room was clean and comfy. Would be nice to have a coffee maker in room but they provide coffee in the lobby so that worked fine. Nice place, nice vibe and the location couldn't be better!
- 5/5
Location is great, rooms are nice. Service is good. Parking sucks. Forced valet or you have to park further away and bring your luggage.
- 5/5
We had a large group (18) at the Moxy to celebrate our son's 21st birthday. We chose the Moxy because of its convenient location to Broadway, but had never stayed at a Moxy before so we didn't know what to expect. The convenience was exactly as expected - EXCELLENT. The hotel itself was outstanding. It was perfect. The staff was so welcoming and kind. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We were treated to free drinks upon check in and they did several other special things for us over the course of our stay to make us feel welcome and to help ensure that our son's birthday was amazing. It was! We will definitely stay here again - and we'll stay at other Moxy hotels going forward. The lobby area is such a cool place to hang out - lots to do - always live music - friendly bartenders - and lots of space and games to play. The food at the restaurant on the 5th floor is great. The service there was a tad slow, but it was late at night and we had a big group, so I'm cutting them slack on that front. The food was good and reasonably priced. We will be back!
- 5/5
Everything great, rooms a little small but expected based on location very convenient
- 5/5
Perfect location, food was delicious, comfortable, all was great.
- 5/5
Location location location. Fab hotel in the heart of Broadway
- 5/5
Everything was great !
- 5/5
We will definitely be back to stay there!! Very close to all the music
- 5/5
This hotel was in the best location. The Valet service was excellent. The rooms are nice, the only thing missing is a mini fridge. We heard complaints of noise, however we never heard a thing. I will stay here again.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Everything is in walking distance! Great location.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing! Service was excellent. Easy to get around where we wanted to go
- 3/5
Rooms were very small.
- 5/5
Clean, convenient and very accommodating
- 5/5
great location , Staff was freindly and fast to help. The hotel was clean and live music in the lobby with a pool table and plenty of places to relax.
- 5/5
Nice building, quaint. Close to the busiest part Nashville. Could walk all the places we wanted to go
- 5/5
Best location for us, we love the Moxy.
- 5/5
Great place to stay, so convenient. Air-conditioning could have been better but no other complaints.
- 5/5
Minute walk to broadway. Food and shopping options. Great spot
- 5/5
Super convenient to Lower Broadway (less than a block). Easy walk to many attractions and stores.
- 5/5
They were very accommodating
- 5/5
Fantastic property very close to the best bars, restaurants and amenities downtown (right off broadway) unique design, clean and comfortable. Fantastic staff, easy check in process. Thumbs up all around
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 1/5
Paid for a certain room and ended up with a lesser room. I Was supposed to get a king with a window and walk in shower. Guess what, I ended up with no windows in a tiny Closter phobic room with a tub that had a bench in my way. This is after they tried to put me in a 2 queen room. Called Hotels.com, they offered me $30 which didn't even cover the cost difference between the rooms. She then went up to $50 and then back tracked to $30 again. Seems like all they want to do is play games. I got hung up on by a manager who I will say does not listen to any of your concerns. The management at this place can make zero decisions. I'm not sure the total amount of business I have given to hotels .com but it's been a lot. Not anymore though after how they handled my concern today.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
Perfect place for our first trip to Nashville.
- 5/5
perfect location
- 5/5
Located in the heart of Broadway, walking distance to the Nissan Stadium. A great plase to hang out, eat and lodge. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Only downside is the parking, or lack there of, as well as the price of Valet parking at $55.00 a night. But then again, it is to be spected from a location right in the heart of Nashville's Broadway street. Trully a great place to stay at.
- 5/5
Couldn’t get a better location.
- 5/5
Nice place. Just lots of homeless nearby.
- 5/5
The location and vibe were amazing. We loved hanging in the lobby to listen to live music.
- 5/5
😉
- 4/5
Great location! Excellent restaurant and rooftop. Very cute and quiet room. Really accommodating lobby and staff. Only a few cons; pillows were flat and hallways smell musty. Otherwise all good!
- 5/5
Right nextdoor to kid rocks place and 40 ft to Broadway. We will be back.
- 5/5
Loved the proximity to broadway!
- 4/5
The location was unbeatable and was within walking distance to all entertainment
- 5/5
Great place to just hang out.
- 5/5
The staff were excellent!! The room was exceptionally clean.
- 5/5
It was very clean and the employees were very helpful as this was our first trip to Nashville. And enjoyed having the valet service which took care of our vehicle.
- 3/5
As far as sound proof room no where near sound proof! It was like there was a drummer in the room until clubs closed down!
- 5/5
Great place to stay..only 1/2 a block from broadway..bar staff wasnt real friendly but they took care of the orders either way
- 5/5
Great atmosphere, but also pretty loud.
- 5/5
The location of this place is amazing, walk out the door and you’re right in the action. The staff was amazing and the food at the restaurant was excellent. We will definitely stay here next time.
- 5/5
Our only complaint and it’s nothing big, we didn’t like there wasn’t a full door on the shower. My wife would get cold if she wasn’t directly under the water.
- 1/5
Room had an odor, Location is the only plus about this hotel. The valet Josh was a thief that stole from my vehicle as he parked it. Unanswered reports to management
- 4/5
The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is right off Broadway so you can walk everywhere and not have to Uber to all the action.
- 3/5
The valet service was horrible took way to long to get car after requesting it 15 min prior to coming now
- 5/5
Was awesome!! My date and I had a fantastic time at the Moxy, with it being so close to all the entertainment.
- 5/5
Great access to all the action downtown.
- 5/5
Close to all the action. Maybe too close...lol
- 5/5
We had a wonderful time at the Moxy. Close and convenient to everything on Broadway! Valet service is great and, Chris, the bouncer at the door was very friendly and helpful with all our needs.
- 5/5
nice place
- 1/5
From check in to check out I instantly regretted booking this hotel. So many added fees. They only offer valet parking and it’s so expensive but u gotta do it because the area is so busy. We had fun in downtown but couldn’t sleep because of the noise. It’s very loud.
- 2/5
Service was good but the room and hotel lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, and the rooms smelled like weed. Also it was super loud right next to a bar with live music all night. We decided to finally go to another hotel and had a better experience. Would probably have been fine if I was in college.
- 5/5
The lobby entertainment is some of the best on the strip!
- 4/5
You can't beat the location. The rooms are also super quiet. My only complaint is the rooms are small and there is no refrigerator or ice machine.
- 1/5
Paid for a King room on Expedia, given a Queen room, no compensation for different rate and Expedia says nope also.
- 4/5
Great location. However, parking was a rip off! $55.00 per day to park your car at their parking garage when you already are paying a hefty price to stay there.
- 5/5
The rooms were small but who wants to hang out in the room when in Nashville. Perfectly located downtown, everything is within walking distance. Great bar in the lobby that has live music playing all the time.
- 4/5
Great location.
- 3/5
The hotel has a great location and live music in lobby. The staff (lobby desk/bar) are kinda rude and one dude was in particular. The rooms are cute but very small, no closet, no fridge, dimly lit, and there was NO cold water :-/ and it tasted kinda icky. Otherwise if you’re only looking for a good location - sure this works.
- 5/5
We loved the feel. Loved the bar, layout, and live singers.
- 5/5
I did not make the trii
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
I guess many people would not like a room withiut
- 5/5
Close to everything but soundproof walls. My room had a guitar I could play too!
- 5/5
The heart of downtown. Great place to stay for events or a weekend
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
I have no compaints
- 5/5
Great place!
- 5/5
Loved the connivence of the location. Right near Broadway. Loved the bar! Great check in! It took some time to get over the windowless room. Rooms were small no where to sit comfortably or put your suitcases. No closet, no frig.
- 4/5
Great for couples walking distance to bars and restaurants
- 3/5
I liked its closeness to downtown. Rooms were small.
- 1/5
Room was small and it feels like a basement. A lot of the rooms have NO WINDOWS! Be careful what uou get.
- 5/5
I selected this hotel because we could walk to everything on Broadway Street in Nashville
- 5/5
Location and staff was great
- 4/5
Our stay for the most part was excellent. The staff was night and the hotel was beautiful. So close to Broadway. My one complaint was the valet. I understand things can get busy but on the last day we had to wait 45 minutes to get our car to get to the airport. I texted 20 minutes before we needed the car. Then we gave our ticket to an attendant who took the ticket. Half an hour later we saw him walking by on his phone. We had to grab someone else to get our car. He walked us to where they parked our car. No apology. I understand waiting 20 minutes but 45? Please fix this for future guests.
- 5/5
Location great.
- 5/5
Cool vibe great location
- 5/5
I have wanted to stay here for years and finally did and it did not disappoint!! Super cute hotel. GREAT location! Staff was great!! We were given a room I didn't book so I went straight back down to tell them and we were upgraded to a beautiful room with no problem! Live music was great and the rooftop bar! Zero complaints at all!!
