Very close walking distance to the concert we were going to. Loved the ability go downstairs on the property to eat/drink prior to the concert. Parking was not included and quite expensive. You also had to go outside (it was raining) to access the parking garage.

Location was close enough to Broadway. Nice modern design. Interesting smell in the room. Kinda like trying to cover up unsavory smells duvet covers had visible rips in them.

Another amazing stay at Hyatt Centric! We have stayed here for every trip to downtown Nashville for years now and we are never disappointed. It's a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Our room was spotless and the staff is truly exceptional. We travel to Nashville numerous times a year and we will stay at Hyatt Centric every time.

Our two-night stay was fabulous! You cannot beat the location if you're planning to visit Broadway. The staff was gracious and helpful, and the bartender at Ella's was AWESOME! Our room was immaculate, and the pool was perfect for our relaxation and sun day. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, just off Broadway! The hotel was bright and cheerful, the room was simplistic and clean, complete with robes and bar fridge. The outdoor rooftop pool was a riot in the afternoon, we travelled as a larger group and the staff in all areas were lovely. The restaurants breakfast was wonderful!

Valet service for hotel parking was absolutely terrible. Both times I requested my car via the app, I had to ask multiple times and had long waits. I had an early morning flight - I asked if I could schedule this and was told no and that it wouldn’t be a problem as they had 24 hr service and that it wouldn’t take more than 5 min to retrieve at 4am. I waited over 35 minutes and almost missed my flight. Will not stay here again given the poor service which reflects on this hotel.

The only downside was the service at the bar/restaurant area. While the staff there were polite, the service was extremely slow and there didn’t seem to be much urgency, especially during busy times. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was excellent and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Car service call all did not work. Made it hard to get car in timely manner. Breakfast not served until 7. Had early flight and had paid for all inclusive breakfast. They suggested we go next door that opened at 6. Also no coffee at all until 7. Most have coffee out by 6

My stay started off horrible before I even arrived. I was called the morning of to verify that I was coming and that I wanted 2 queens. I verified that yes That was correct. I was called back about 4 hours later stating that there was no queen rooms available that I could take a King or cancel my reservation for full refund. Now why would I cancel seeing as how I apparently had plans in Nashville for several months. I did not understand why I was asked to change since this has been booked since January. I was offered a $50 credit to their little store for my inconvenience. I was told since I booked through Expedia they could not refund any on my room that I did not chose. When I arrived it just got worse. There was 2 huge big buses blocking the area for Valet. I drove around the block 4 times. One time I did park and tried to get the Valet's attention but had no luck as they both were on their phones. Another bus pulled up behind and blew his horn so I drove around again and called and the manager on duty told me drive around again that one of the buses had moved. Once I got in I complained again about the whole experience, i just didn't understand how they picked who was going to change. The manager on duty stated that the system overbooked queens the day before, those booking should have been the ones to be changed. They did offer me a validation for the parking after I told them that I would not want the $50 in store credit but I had to fight for that!

I just really like this place. It was convenient. Staff was friendly. Went out of their way to assist you. We had a question. They answered it very promptly. It’s in a nice area of the town there there’s a lot of amenities around the place Smashville itself. It’s just a great place to go.

The breakfast was amazing. Matt was our waiter and he was exceptional! I am a food service administrator and wish I could hire 10 Matt’s. The food was top tier. It arrived quickly but was amazing. Each item more tasty than the next. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in Nashville ! We paid a premium to stay at your fine hotel. It was very likely the most unique and well appointed hotel I have stayed in ( and I have traveled often in my 36 working years). I was disappointed that valet parking was our only option after the expense of the room.

I was very excited about the daily $5 credit in the shop. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The bartenders were great and knowledgeable. The valet parking was great and the app was nice to be able to use. It would really be nice if the pool stayed open longer since you are out on Broadway until late. We would have loved to spend more time in the pool after walking around all day.

First time to Nashville. Great location, nicely appointed rooms, and convenient food options. Very stylish boutique type feel, extremely quiet as well. Ella’s downstairs is so good and the staff was great, especially after a long travel day. We were able to see a lot on foot and really wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff have to be the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The hotel restaurant became one of my favourite parts of my stay. It’s run by a great group of people and the food is wonderful. I would go back a thousand times.

The room I was in an a nice view of downtown and broadway,but the room itself was pretty poor and needs updating and cleanliness. The ottoman was stained, the walls were srarting to crack and peel in spots and there was dust all over the leather couch. I was alsontold that the pool was heated fornyear round use and that was far from the truth. Thank god ive done the polor bear plunge before. I would also like to add that after paying through hotels.com that the Hyatt sent me a separate bill trying to charge me the same taxes I had already paid.

Overall, the stay was great. However, I literally brought my new bride in for check in (yes, we were both still decked out), and the receptionist was very lukewarm, which was kind of disappointing. You’d think they’re paid enough to at least pretend to be excited for newly married guests. Pretty lackluster in terms of service/staff. Nice building & great location though.

It was wonderful staying at Hyatt centric during the thanksgiving. The property manager and the service was at the top and we had wonderful time exploring Nashville while staying here. Breakfast was premium. We loved it!! 😊

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and now I wish I had stayed downtown another night just to enjoy the property and it’s close proximity to Broadway.

It was very clean, quiet with beautiful view but the hidden costs called “destination taxes/fees” are not known until checkout. Between these and the city taxes charged, it was an additional $70 dollars per night.

The front desk staff were so welcoming and informative. The room staff texted us asking if we needed anything because we left the do not disturb sign out all day. I normally do that as I don't need cleaning after only one night. We asked for bottle water and they came within 5 minutes. If you are considering a stay, the location couldn't be better. 1 to 2 blocks from honky tonks, stadiums and museums.

Charged $60 a day for parking, if staying in downtown, don't rent a car, use Uber or Lyft. The parking prices are ridiculous.

The hotel was really unique and the room was well appointed. There were robes in the closet along with nice amenities. The bed was comfortable and it’s very close to Broadway. There was a trash item on the bathroom counter from the previous guest and the floor was pretty dirty which were the only unfortunate takeaways.

Went on a couples trip to go to a Vikings/Titans game on Friday night, Saturday pool day and watch the Iowa State game where they played over and Ireland on TV at a vocal bar and then took in Broadway on Saturday night and home Sunday. fabulous hotel all the amenities that we could’ve asked for

I'm giving a 5 star for everything because the staff, the facilites the FOOD (wow) was amazing. There was one hiccup which I hope someone reads this in management and addresses it as I felt I shouldn't kill a great time, 5 star review because some knucklehead made a dumb decision. It took the valet almost 20 minutes to get us our car after we checked out which wasn't as alarming as when our vehicle was pulled up, the passenger front seat was laid completely back (maybe nap time for someone?) and the radio station was off our XM radio and on a local rap channel, REALLY? Now it made me wonder if they didn't go through my glove box, center console, etc. Again, I do hope someone finds out who was resposible for this inexcusable act and sends them down the road, because some people might not be as kind as myself

We loved everything! So walkable to Broadway. Beautiful and comfortable room. Our only complaint is the women at the bar/ breakfast area were pretty rude. We were getting coffee the hotel offered and they were not nice at all. That being said we had good service in the restaurant.

Water pressure in our room could be a lot better. Other than that no complaints. Will use this hotel again when coming back to Nashville.

Property is great but the in demand vacation spot bs to charge more sucks. Just raise the price initially, don’t throw it in when you get there, or put it in some small print. How does that seem like a good business model. Of course it’s a place people want to go. that’s where people usually go on vacation.

Staff was so welcoming, our room was perfect with a great view and beds that were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave them. We were an easy walk to everything we wanted to explore.

Loved the large window and view from the room. Hardwood floor was nice to see vs. carpet. Staff was very nice. Great area to stay in. Didn’t get the opportunity to use the pool but looked nice from the hallway window view.

We liked the unique decor of the Hyatt centric and the pool area was enjoyed and appreciated each day we were there. We really also enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to Broadway and found many things we needed or wanted nearby. Staff was always friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean as well as the entire hotel.

There was absolutely nothing to not like about this place. It was clean and quiet, the lobby smells peaceful, like a spa, and the diffused water in the lobby was great (and free). We were only there for 1 night for a concert at the Bridgestone Arena, and it was just a SHORT walk to the arena. The young man that checked us in was super friendly and he remembered my name the entire visit including checking out. The valet parking was convenient, professional, friendly and not much more than the pay to park lots. Overall, this was probably the best stay in a hotel I've ever had.

Arrived shortly before check in, room not ready. There were plenty of rooms for at least twenty other guests as I Had to wait almost an hour, and then was not able to get the room I had reserved. I only got a small standard king room with no view of broadway. No concern at all from the staff as I waited in the lobby with a cast on my foot while they assisted everyone else.

The hotel itself was nice.

Hotel was great and so convenient for us. We were in town attending a concert at the amphitheater. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Great location, I didn’t like all the fees they added to the valet. We expected $60, but was charged $90 due to miscellaneous taxes and service charges.

Everything was great! Warm cookies in the lobby were so good especially after a couple drinks at the pool. Location was perfect to walk to Broadway and right next to the Pancake Pantry which was also good for breakfast!

Nice & convenient to shopping & restaurants!

Bar- great craft cocktails. Location was great- just off of the business of Broadway. I’d def stay again.

The hotel is located so close to everything! Enjoyed our stay.

This property is perfectly placed within walking distance of broadways fun food and shopping and just far enough away from the awesome nightlife and music to be able to unwind and relax after enjoying everything that Nashville has to offer. The staff was excellent competent and caring.

Loved this property and location was perfect. Pancake Pantry next door was good but pricey. Breakfast for 4 was $120.00. The Diner on the next street over was good as well and it was under 100 bucks. The property charges a Destination Fee for free coffee, 2 bottles of water and a bunch of B/S Fees. I had 2 rooms reserved and those taxes would have been $66.00 per person per day. I didnt get the free coffee or water cause noone told us. So they did take off one rooms charge for the Destination Fee. We also did not want room service. Husband took nap one day and the others we both took a nap, so after two days they texted to see if we were doing ok. This was a nice thing on there part. I loved this place it was beautiful, clean and the downstairs restaurant Ella's was very good. Had late lunch one day and late night bar food the next night. Wish the Destination Fee would go away!

Property was great, excellent location as well. However a “resort fee” for water and other things we weren’t told about was not cool. I wish the person checking us in would had told us about this so we could atleast take advantage of the things the resort fee covers. Terrible way to end a trip knowing you had to pay $22 a day for stale cookies.

Enjoyed this hotel very much. Convenient and very walkable to Broadway. It was clean and the staff was most excellent. Super friendly. Highly recommend and would stay again if I’m in Nashville

Overall property was great and staff were super helpful. Beds were comfy and clean. Fitness centre was good although pool was shallow. A breakfast option and airport shuttle would be great to add to your amenities.
