    We had a one night stay. Staff was great. The only thing I would recommend is that there were two more bigger sized towels . A hand towel was not quite big enough to put my hair in to dry.

    The staff at front desk very aggressive and mean, they very poor customer service and communication. Rooms never checked during my stay, I had to go and ask for towels, toilet paper and requested to take my trash out. And all what they were saying was that they don’t clean the rooms until the guests leave.. never come back to that place again. And also on top of the charge for my stay they also charge me 6.99 per day for safety… I hope you did pay attention to the reviews because that place awful… 👎👎👎👎👎👎

    I read a lot of great reviews about this hotel and that is why I ultimately booked this location. It was unfortunate that the reviews didn’t steer me in the right direction. My room had towels with yellow stains on it and there was also a cockroach in the bathroom hiding in one of the floor towels.

    The property was nice and well maintained. However, after arriving to my room around 8:30 PM, all I wanted to do was shower. Upon starting my shower, there was a huge lougee in the bottom of the tub. Ok, whatever, I’ll just have to clean it myself. Then the tub wouldn’t drain! So I go to do a quick clean up in the sink and there is muddy soap bubbles and scum on the actual sink! I had to check out at 4:30 AM and let the front desk clerk know and she rolled her eyes at me as if she didn’t even care. Definitely will be staying somewhere else next time.

    This is an airport hotel, and we used it to make our flight easier. It is perfect for that purpose and an excellent value. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. It's obviously not a vacation resort or big city hotel, and we were happy to save a few bucks on what a fancier place would have cost.

    Expedia canceled our room!!!! We paid $230 for what we were told was a two-night stay, only to later be told it was somehow only booked for one night. Instead of working with us to resolve the confusion, the staff handled the situation in the most unprofessional way possible. While we were out, hotel staff entered our room and removed all of our personal belongings without notifying us. Coming back to find our items gone was shocking and completely unacceptable. No guest should ever have to worry about their belongings being taken out of their room without communication or consent. To make matters worse, the staff was rude, combative, and showed zero concern for customer service. Rather than trying to help, they escalated the situation and treated us like we were the problem. This was an extremely stressful and frustrating experience, and I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. There are far better places to stay that respect their guests and handle issues professionally. Save yourself the headache and do NOT stay here.

    It was fine. One step above a seedy motel, I guess. The room was mostly clean, although the floor felt a little sticky. The power went out for at least half an hour during a thunderstorm. But it was quiet and convenient to the airport for a really good price.

    The shower was disgusting and had hairs all over it. The bed also had hair all over bottom sheet it was very clear it was never cleaned. But I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up in the office when I checked in and then when I went back down several times nobody was in the office but was very late and I had an early flight. I was completely disgusted at the fact the room wasn’t cleaned but the beds weee just made up with dirty sheets. Unacceptable.

    The attendant needed to be more clear. I go in at 1:15pm to check in and I was informed there was no room. I was like why did I make a reservation. He stated he meant the room was not ready and needed to be cleaned. Once in the room around 2pm the tv did not work (staff was aware, why was I put in this room then) and I had the room switched.

    Our room had a door to the outside (I think all the rooms do have a similar set up) and there is a sidewalk adjacent to the door and next to that a strip of lawn. Someone had let their dog have a bowel movement on this green area and didn’t pick up afterward. We didn’t notice the excrement and one of us accidentally stepped on the mess! This experience was unpleasant, to say the least, and cleanup of the shoe was difficult!

    A tenant drove into the side of the building. Her and her guests were kicked out of the room for failure to pay yet they remained on the property and were following females traveling alone up multiple flights of stairs and to their rooms. I called the front desk to warn them someone appearing to be homeless was doing this but they were allowed to stay on the property and continue to do this. They hung out in packs in stairwells smoking cigarettes and drinking making it difficult to get in and out of stairwells and into rooms and got in loud altercations. It felt genuinely unsafe.

    The staff were wonderful and the room was very clean & modern. The poor review stems from a chemical leak from the air conditioner. The scent permeated all my clothes, bags, luggage. I was there for a conference and I smelled like industrial chemicals. My clothes still have the scent even after washing. It’s been a few days and I’m still physically sick & nauseous to the point of canceling my only vacation this upcoming week. Please check and maintain facility equipment regularly.

    Needed a one night stay near the airport and that's what we got. The front desk staff was pleasant and the room was clean. There's a Waffle House and Panera next door and fastfood across the street. All pluses. The minuses were the room had an unpleasant odor and damp feel, like there was a wet dog hiding somewhere. The curtains did little to block out the outside lights and the bed was terrible. But it provided the basics: a place to lay our heads for a few hours and a shower.

    Room was only cleaned twice over five days so no tip deserved. Hotel rooms should be cleaned everyday we aren’t in a third world country. Phone didn’t work in 309. Staff took three to five days to refund deposit. AC was. Ot explained but on fourth day I figured it out. Angry customers carrying on in hotel office over damages they didn’t do.

    The pictures make it look so much better than it really is. It’s very old nasty not clean and a dead bug smashed on the wall. The bedding was dirty the pillows very old and flat. Then to beat it all a homeless man setting right past our door. A car alarm went off and woke up everyone. I will never be back to a place like this.

    Our room was clean, but had a bad chemical odor. The AC worked, but poorly. It is a nice place to stay and you can't beat the value. I will say that you don't get the promised "snack box" with the premium room any longer, I got it the first couple of times I stayed and it was a nice little extra after a long day of driving. If they don't offer it any longer, it ahould be taken off the amenities list. I still recommend staying here if you just need a clean room to sleep in.

    Listen, you’re not coming in expecting the four seasons. The young man at the front desk was sweet, and the bed was actually really comfortable. When you land late and just need a place to rest your head before you’re off to the next place- it was perfect for me at least. A comfy bed and hot water is really all I need.

    It is pet friendly that is the good thing. The room was not very clean. There was mold behind the AC ceiling falling off. So at 10 pm some drunk tried to get into the room had a key if we had not had the bar lock on he would have gotten in. Trust me the results were not what he was expecting. We have started at a lot of these redroof inns and this was the worst one so far.

    TV in room did not work. Called front desk and the guy said “oh, I thought they had fixed it”. I went to take a shower to discover it had not been cleaned. The bath mat foot print area was still wet. The bar of soap was opened, wet, used and laid back in the wrapper. The shampoo bottle had been opened and was over 1/2 empty.

    For the price this was a great place. Our second time staying here. It is no frills, but for the price I didn’t expect much. Our beds were comfortable. The three pillows on each bed were very good. The a/c work very well. Bathroom is small but shower had great pressure. And the towels were unexpectedly really nice. Only thing lacking were breakfast foods, just coffee. Lots of grass for doggies to do their business (we were in room 124) and the poop bag stand even had poop bags. Management obviously is doing an excellent job of watching all the details. We will stay here again when just driving through Nashville needing a place to sleep for the night.

    Checked in Room 121. Got unpacked and was ready to relax when the TV wouldn’t work. Went back up to front desk which moved me to 141. Had to repack and move all personal belongings to that room. The card key wasn’t programmed correctly so the door wouldn’t unlock. Had to walk all the way back to the front desk to get another card key. Finally after 25 minutes I was able to relocate

    The shuttle stopped running before we were told it would and we had to Uber to the hotel from the airport. Cleanliness was mediocre at best and human 💩on the wall in the corner of the stairwell. As well as smoking on the balcony despite no smoking signs. Service was hit or miss. We had one front desk attendant who just didn’t seem to care. And we had a very lovely lady another day. Will not be staying there again.

    We were grateful for a pet-friendly location! There was plenty of grass outside to walk them in. If traveling with pets, we recommend upgrading to a premium room. Our room was pretty small for all of us. The pillows and bed weren’t the most comfortable, either, so that’s what kept it from getting 5 stars from us. I thought it was kept clean, though.

    Property was clean but they never cleaned our room the entire stay (5 nights). We had to ask for new towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was small like bagels and yogurt type items and if you came down later during breakfast hours there may not be spoons or knives as they didn’t restock during breakfast hours. Location was noisy downtown. Other than that, it is a nice hotel and staff was friendly enough. We most likely won’t stay there again.

    Going into the room, it appeared acceptable. After 1st night noted no makeup of the room, fresh towels (only 2 towels for 2 persons). Never was answered on hotel phone. Went to desk and was informed they do not make up the rooms even thought I was there for 7 nights. When asked about towels, handwash cloths, coffee, cups, trash bags, I was given some supplies. The office people did not appear caring and for the most part seemed bothered by my questions and request. Just stating that was the policy. When asked what to do with trash and towels, they shrugged their shoulders and just said put it outside. They also have electronic locks to get in, but no interior dead bolts. There is a latch to move but no deadbolt. Anyone could come in when your asleep. Very unhappy for 6 of the seven days. I asked what the plus stood for in Red Roof Plus+? The desk person said it was for airport transfers, (when available). Horrible and disappointing. I was give a card for Tara Glover the General Manager, but was never contacted by her when requested.
