    Very clean nice location convenient to everything that you would need. Lots of restaurant options walk king is definitely an option to those areas as it’s very safe. They had a big breakfast spread fresh coffee. Everyone was super helpful and they had a free shuttle to the airport.

    The hot and cold water pipes were switched so I took a cold shower before realizing the hot water was right side as you turned the shower on which was not warm at 4:30 A.M. we also had to pay for parking in the hotel’s parking lot.

    I didn't like the process for the five dollar parking fee. It just seemed complicated with scanning the QR code following the steps. It would've been a lot easier to pay cash or with the credit card. I found it annoying and tedious after driving all day. It's a good thing. The front desk clerk assisted me. The side of the bed seemed worn in. They need a new mattress for the room.

    Breakfast is fair. Bacon cooked to a crisp, barely edible. “Gravy” for biscuits has the consistency of white water. Brown apples. Coffee was good. Breakfast was stocked. Hotel eggs not dry. Waffles. Facilities clean. Room clean. Near gas station and Waffle House for breakfast. Parking and breakfast were pain points. Overall good facilities. Guest laundry available.

    1. The bed was too soft and sank in the middle. 2. The pillows were terrible. Worse than $6 Walmart pillows. Should be replaced immediately. 3. The window in the room was filthy dirty. There was a film on the window that had built up my not cleaning it. 4. After a long days journey, the lady at the counter was not welcoming or friendly. It was all business. 5. The gravy for the biscuits was watery. The worst biscuits and gravy ever.

    Microwave and refrigerator Parking was horrendous. Had to back out of parking lots. Very tight. People were parking at the gas station next door and in the grass. Because of a high curb, the luggage cart could not be rolled from basement parking into ground floor. Toothpaste was not cleaned from sink. No linens in room for sofa sleeper. Staff seemed confused as to why we needed more than a flat sheet on the sleeper. No top sheet or blanket. Both entry level hall floors needed vacuuming. A first impression is important.

    We booked the room because my brother needed a 3am shuttle to the airport. When we arrived the door to our room was open, so we inspected the room and figured it hadn't been closed all the way. The room was clean, but everything felt old. The shower curtain was just fabric, there was no liner. My brother told me his shuttle was about 20 minutes late, but he made his flight without any issues. In the morning my husband and I enjoyed the breakfast. It wasn't fancy, but it was good. The staff I interacted with were polite and helpful. You need to download an app to pay for the parking which was annoying but understandable. Overall, if you need a place to stay before catching an early flight, it's a decent place to stay.

    I booked this place thinking this was going to be a nicer end spot by the airport. The room key didn't work after several key changes. Eventually, we had to change to a different room because something was wrong with the lock. The entire place smelled like mildew/wet and weed. Overall, very disappointed in the stay.

    Close to the airport and restaurants At 7:30 in the morning, a family of 4 was trying to get into our room and woke my daughter and I up from a sound sleep! Scared the heck out of us. I opened the door and the man was in shock that the room was occupied by us. He was apologetic but it wasn’t his fault. Then 10 minutes later the front door manager that checked us in the night before asked our room number and confirmed our late checkout at noon! No apologies that he gave our room key to another family. Said everything was fine now. I disagree! Waking up out of a deep sleep as someone is coming into your room is not a pleasant experience. Especially when it’s just a mom and daughter. A HUGE apology would have been a good start! Plenty of other hotel choices at same location. Would not recommend!

    The room was relatively clean. It was very close to the airport. As for the room itself I was on the ground floor and I could not use the blackout curtains because if I used them the air conditioning would not cool the room. The room was very warm when I arrived and it never cooled down. The shower leaked water all over the floor into the hallway outside of the bathroom creating a slipping hazard. I did show the staff when I left.

    The hotel was pretty and updated, but we walked in the room, the toilet seat was up with 2 spots of poop under the lid. The bathroom floor was not swept either. It had pieces of something on the floor. The shower, sink and beds seemed clean and the bed was very comfortable and the pillows. The breakfast was acceptable and the lobby was clean. The people were nice.

    It is close to the airport and has a free shuttle service to and from the airport. You can also pay per night to leave your vehicle at the hotel instead of parking it elsewhere. The room was clean but the “view” was just trees. The night we checked in and following morning, the staff were fantastic. But when we landed and needed the shuttle to take us to the hotel, the receptionist was extremely rude. When I called, she put me on hold for over 10 minutes then rushed me off the phone and I had no idea where I was supposed to meet the shuttle. After 30 minutes I called back to make sure he was on the way and double check I was in the right area she said, “Yes, he will be there when he gets there,” and hung up on me. Thankfully the shuttle driver called and we were able to figure out I was not in the correct area even though I was where she told me to go and he helped me find my way. He said he had been waiting for 20 minutes. As long as she’s not the one working, you should have a pleasant experience. But that alone is enough for me to never book at this location again. If you’re going to work in customer service, you can’t show that you hate the customers.

    The room was large and comfortable. We were next to the elevator but never heard it running. The hotel appeared to be recently built so everything was fresh and clean. Difficult to get into and out of the hotel parking lot by car. Additionally having to pay $5 a night for parking seems a bit trivial but I understand the rationale behind it.

    nothing Terrible customer service, rooms dirty, door didn't close properly and large gap at the top. They shuttle took us to a nearby restaurant and when we called for pick up, they left us stranded for 45 minutes. When we called to see where driver was we were told he left at 3pm. Never told the next driver. Woman at front desk was unbearable. Wanted to charge $40.00 for early check in when the room was ready. She told us the rooms were ready but wanted the 40 bucks. Being in the hospitality business this was a definite poor service all the way around.

Was told twice the driver was on his way and he never showed up. Waited an hour and then got an UBER. When we got to the hotel the shuttle van was sitting there and was cold. Had not moved in forever. They even stopped answering the phones when we kept trying to call. The hotel itself was great but I will never stay here again when needing to be picked up by them.

    I enjoyed the airport shuttle and how available it was! The ability of checking in early was also amazing! Breakfast was also well a pretty good few options. Would definitely stay here again. I just wish there was a pool or hot tub to enjoy at the end of a long adventuring day.

    Unpleasant reception hostess. I felt like i was asking for too much by trying to check in early. I asked about the shuttle and she failed to tell me that I needed to book my shuttle ride and therefore I had to pay for a rideshare to the airport last minute. The bathroom floor was dirty and apparently unswept. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There wasn't any water available in the room and no vending or ice machine on my floor. I would never recommend staying at this property. Very disappointing.

Even worse, the parkinig is paid to a third party by way of an internet check-out system, which requires more personal information than I felt comfortable to give.

    Entry into the hotel was a bit challenging from the west? Since you had to do an illegal u-turn to gain access. Breakfast was meh but convenient and the complimentary airport shuttle was also the reason I booked this hotel & location and certainly a bonus.     If you have a long layover in Nashville, this hotel is a perfect choice. It’s conveniently located less than a mile from the airport and offers a 24-hour shuttle service, which made my stay very easy and stress-free. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again for an overnight layover. Highly recommended for anyone needing a convenient, affordable place near the airport. The hotel service was great. I can’t wait to visit Nashville next time .

    THE OWNER WAS THERE A SPENT 5 DAYS HOGGING THE 1 OF 3 HANDICAPPED PARKING NEXT TO THE FRONT DOOR! HE HAD NO HADDICAPPED TAGS OR WINDSHIELD HANG UP PLACKARD! I am handicapped! Had to walk over wet grass that was uneven in total darkness because their parking lot could NOT accommodate about 25 people. ThIs was for 4 nights the same.     I will NOT return to this location! I have handicapped parking. I was denied parking in the handicap space on 3 separate occasions because the OWNER of this location took the spot! He had know handicap license plate or hanging a mirror handicap tag! I had to park on a grass hilly knoll in darkness and walk over grass, dirt and stones without ant light, stumbling and with fear of falling. I asked whose car was the white BMW parked directly out the front door and was told by a staff member, that was the OWNER and he always parked there when he was in town. I inquired if he was handicapped in any way, and thus response was NO, it was more convenient! TV remote needed batteries. That should be checked by those who clean the room. That's not a guests responsibility to carry the remote downstairs. The TV was not programs, so I guest, if they wanted to watch TV, had to start at 02 channel and one by one scroll to 99, just to find what was available to watch! I stayed at this hotel about 4 years ago and it was wonderful. I'll not return now with this OWNER not caring about his handicapped guests!!! The rest of staff and personnel were very nice!!

    The ac was cold and ran well. The check in clerk was friendly and helpful. He handled multiple calls requesting transport to & from the airport while we waited to check in. Efficient & courteous. He gave dinner recommendations as well. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming however. There was a waffle machine ( yay) but the eggs were cold enough that we had to warm them up in the microwave to eat them. The seating in the breakfast nook was also strange as the chairs were too big for the tables so we had to sit at an angle. All in all it’s a well run, clean hotel and we would stay here again when passing thru Nashville.

    A lightning storm started just as we arrived. The power went out then came back on after a lightning strike nearby. The desk manager was trying to get the computer rebooted for about 20 minutes. When he was almost done the power went out again. I asked the manager if they had an emergency back up power generator and he said yes but it wasn’t working. The guests couldn’t get into their rooms, no lights, elevators, etc. I booked a room at another hotel on the Hotels.com site, and then contacted Hotels.com who helped me get a refund on my reservation.

    The parking is a joke!! They say it is 5 dollars per day, but it ends up over 6 on your credit card due to fees. You can't pay at the desk, you have to scan a QR code in the parking lot, enter personal information including your credit card. Such an inconvenience over such a small parking fee. If you are not that experience with scanning codes on your phone or entering information on your phone this will be a nightmare. The phone and alarm clock in the room didn't even have cords. I guess they are there just for looks. I realize all of us use our phones for alarms and obviously phone calls, but why even have them in the room if they are not plugged in.

    Unfortunately this hotel was just not up to my standards. There were stains on various items such as the sheets and curtains, the smell throughout the lobby to the elevators and the hallways was unpleasant, my requests weren’t met (asked for a do not disturb sign and didn’t receive one, declined room service and cleaning staff still came into the room and tidied up). The cleaning job was not up to par from the start (grime and dirt throughout the bathroom). The staff we encountered were friendly which was a plus! Overall I would not recommend staying here. Spend the extra money for a more comfortable and cleaner experience.

    I was unable to get into my room until the power came back on at midnight. I know this was a act of nature but my complaint is there was no way to get into my room.     We were in town needing a quick stay to beat airport traffic and make it to the airport quickly. The hotel staff were friendly. For the price I guess it was worth it but the rooms were not very clean. Our bathroom toilet seat had left over urine on it. The entire hotel floor was sticky, you could tell the place barely gets mopped. The chair and bench in our room had stains in it. The tile of the back of the shower was not completely clean. I felt the cleanliness was just not up to standard for a hotel regardless of the pricing. We likely would not stay at this property again moving forward. The price for parking and airport shuttle is really convenient though so that was nice.

    The room was dirty. The floors of the room, elevator, and hallways were sticky and gross. The elevators smelled like cigarettes and weed all the time. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. The people on the floor above us let their kids run, jump, and throw things for hours on end, well past 10pm while we were trying to sleep. Had to ask the front desk 5 times to do something about it so we could sleep in peace. Will never stay here again, and never recommend anyone else stay there.

    Front desk staff were super helpful and friendly, especially Prexa! Prexa went above and beyond for our group of 6 kids and 6 adults. The only downside to our stay was breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30 am ( weekdays) and breakfast staff stopped bringing out scrambled eggs etc..prior to 9 am. When I informed breakfast staff at 9 am they were out of eggs, they ignored it and so other guest didn’t have eggs from 8:55 am- 9:30. I informed manager, he said he will talk to breakfast staff.

    Hotel concierge was too busy talking into his phone to get me the bag he was holding for me, just feet away. He just kept jabbering in Indian, I believe, and kept asking me to “wait a second.” Well, I waited many seconds, but I needed to get to the airport. Finally, I screamed, “Give me my bag!” He did, but then told me the next airport shuttle was a 45-minute wait despite it being advertised as every 30 minutes. I called an Uber.     The hallways smelled super strong like they were covering up a bad scent. The breakfast did not have any waffle batter the first two days of my stay. I was told by the staff that they had not had any batter for over two weeks. The waffle iron had crusted dried batter in it and looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time, that’s especially odd if they had not had batter in that long. The cups holding utensils all had various food crumbs at the bottom of them. On Wednesday morning, I opened the chaffing dish with eggs and there was a long black hair cooked in with the eggs. I decided not to eat any breakfast after that.

    Good location near BNA. Room was clean. However there are bright lights shining directly into the windows at night. You can close the curtains but if you sleep with the air fan running it lets light through. Also, this hotel will charge your card prior to your arrival. Our group travels for business and commonly has one person (me) book everyone's rooms using a 3rd party service such as hotels or expedia. We have never had an issue selecting pay at hotel and having each person pay upon arrival using their own card. However this hotel charged all rooms to the card on file for the person who made the reservations (me) the day before we were due to check-in. While we were able to remedy the situation after a lot of back and forth both over the phone and at check-in, this tied up hundreds of dollars in my personal bank account for multiple days, unexpectedly, while traveling. Which is less than ideal. This is an ok hotel for a quick stay but be aware these guys will charge your card long before check-in even if you select pay at hotel.

    Random spills and splatters throughout the room on mirrors, chair, desk etc . Room chair had a crack in a leg was afraid to sit in it. Door would lock, but didn’t sit in door, jam evenly, and had a massive gap on the top bottom of the door. Toilet seat was almost falling off.

    Great CLEAN room! Clean hotel. SAFE AREA. Big tv, quiet location. A great breakfast! Easy check in. Only two cons which are very very minor things.. is the elevator is pretty slow, and parking is a little tight. Other then that great and i mean absolutely great location ( within 20 mins of anything and anywhere ) it is right next to the airport however there was no loud plane/airport noises at all. Will forever be staying here in future trips!

    I stayed in room 603 the bottom of the door does not meet the jam to pour I could get three fingers side by side and I could see the colored carpet of the hallway through the crack. On the out side you could clearly see in the room. I could see my jacket on the chair. I was not in a position to complain it was the last room available on 1/27/26 in remnants of the ice storm but I should have been warned. Additionally when I checked in I was not in formed the tv provider was out since they use dish.

    I am writing to formally report serious issues during our recent stay at your hotel and to request appropriate compensation. Upon arrival, we discovered bedbugs in our assigned room. Additionally, the air conditioning in that room was not functioning. After reporting these issues, we were moved to another room, which we appreciate; however, the replacement room had an air-conditioning unit that was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep. This occurred after a 14-hour travel day while traveling with a 10-year-old child and a two-year-old toddler. Due to the conditions, none of us were able to rest properly, which significantly impacted our stay and caused considerable stress and exhaustion. Bedbugs present a serious health and hygiene concern, and combined with the lack of functional and quiet climate control, the experience fell well below acceptable hospitality standards. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a refund or other reasonable compensation for the inconvenience, discomfort, and distress caused. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this matter.     Room was fine, clean and comfortable. I was disappointed in the shuttle service as I called for a pick up. We waited 46 minutes and called back again. 10 minutes later we were picked up and driven to the hotel which was around 6 minutes away. Not sure if it was dispatch or the driver? Otherwise the hotel stay was good.

    We stayed here because they had long term car parking and shuttle service. Bed was very comfortable! Room hadn’t been cleaned very well tho, strange hair in shower/bathroom floor.     Staff was very friendly. They offer cheap parking while you’re away in a covered garage and a shuttle to the airport. The room itself was just ok. It needs a deep cleaning. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed and I keep finding bits of plastic. Beds are small and pillows are even smaller. AC smelled pretty rough. But we were only there a few hours before our flight. The emergency elevator keys were left hanging in the door. They said it was easier that way.

    The staff tried to be helpful, but took forever to confirm that we hadn't wanted to book 2 rooms, just one. We also had a bathroom sink that would plu up quickly and they never came to fix it in the 2 days that we were there. Also the towels were very thin. The ice was only on the 1st floor.     Room had ants. Invaded 1/2 pizza on the counter and all of kitchen counter. Ladybugs but that is to be expected this time of year. Chair in room was filthy and torn. There was no coffee at 7 am on the breakfast buffet. No one around to tell. Told front desk staff, they got some, was FULL of grounds. "Hot" breakfast was anything but. Very disappointed because I have frequented this property (been a few years) and have always been please in the past. I can not recommend this property in it's current state and I will not be staying there in the future with so many other options close by. To be fair, they did issue me what appears to be a 1/3 refund. Almost paid for the 1/2 pizza (was a very expensive pizza!) the ants ate.

    The staff here were very nice. Always at my service. I loved that they have a free shuttle to restaurants nearby and the shuttle to and from the airport was very easy. The room was nice and clean and the property itself was quiet (I was awakened by sirens pretty nonstop outside but that’s not the hotels fault). The breakfast was decent; cereal, waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage. I do wish there was a little variety in the hot breakfast, as it was the same both mornings I was there but it was free, can’t complain too much. I really liked that they had about 5 different cereals to choose from which I feel like isn’t always the case. I’d stay here again.

    We were switched to 3 different rooms our first day there. The 1st room on the 4th floor had a soiled mattress protector on the bed (resembled a crime scene being covered up by layers of sheets), when we asked for someone to change it, I was taken to the basement with a maid staff and she handed me a new one and walked away 😳. I contacted the front desk (by my cellphone because the room phone just gave a busy signal) and they switched out room to the 2nd floor (Room 203). This room was infested with stink bugs and lady bugs. When I complained I was told that this happens in the winter. There were at least 7-8 stink bugs and maybe 5 ladybugs. We were then switched to another room down the hall (Room 209) which had a leak behind the toilet. I informed the front desk (again by cellphone because that phone, along with the phone in 203 also did not work and only gave a busy signal when you hit the button for the front desk). They said that they would send someone up to fix it. The toilet no longer resulted in a wet floor but we were awake all night from the sound of running water. This hotel was horrible! I have videos and photos of the soiled sheets and the bugs. Never again! I read several reviews before booking and thought that this would be a good place to stay, but after my experience, I will never again “try out” another Country Inn & Suites. The shuttle was nice and we never had the breakfast which was included. The room also had a microwave and mini refrigerator.

    The woman who was supposed to be keeping everything filled walked around as if stoned. No fresh fruit options. Eggs were empty for about 20 min(one man was very upset which is why we noticed, he kept going over & asking if/when there would be eggs). No forks or spoons, finally someone from the front desk area came & started telling the other woman what to do so she started filling untensils & put more yogurt in the fridge. When the woman from the front desk watch multiple people have messy issues with the waffle iron, she went & checked the waffle mix. Pulled it out of the dispenser, and sniffed at it, then made a face as if it was bad. Took both sides out of the dispenser & into the back room where a "discussion" was had with the zombie-staff. Coffee was good. Watching the chaos was frustrating. Went elsewhere for breakfast after.

    There was hair all in the bed and shower. There was hair even on the ceiling in the shower. The check in lady was extremely rude and didn’t explain anything about the location or how parking works. I mean maybe it was just too early in the morning. The room though could have been cleaned better. Didn’t eat breakfast, saw it when we left for the day.

    The room needs painted , one elevator was broken and it took forever to get to the room plus I was double charged for my stay and have yet to get it resolved. You also have to pay to park there. There’s is no left turn out if the parking lot so it’s difficult to get anywhere to eat because you have to circle around on the interstate. No way would I stay there again

    This hotel is disgusting. The hotel is infested with stink-bugs coming out of the ceiling, all over the curtain adjuster rods, all around the edges of the room and hallways. I was told to try another room, as if the infestation was localized to one area. I came back refusing to sleep with bugs crawling on me to then be shown a flyer about it being their season & them being harmless & not to worry. DISGUSTING.

    A beautiful facility that is very clean and well staffed. The staff was exceptional and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were somewhat firm, but pillows were very comfortable. Within walking distance of many restaurants.

    The rooms were filthy. I took the sheets off the bed and there was dirt under them. We pulled those sheets off down to the bed protective cover which is covered in hair and finger nails. The bathroom floor has something red and sticky on it. It looks like this room didnt get cleaned at all. Highly do NOT recommend this hotel at all!

    The first room I was in, the blackout portion of the curtains was not completely connected at the top. After reporting to the front desk, I was moved immediately. In the second room, the bottom of the shower almost overflowed because the drain was not working appropriately. Also, only 1 of the 2 elevators was operating. These nice looking accommodations with all the things not everyone sees felt like they were trying to put lipstick on a pig.

    Very helpful staff. Suggestion to check remotes for tvs ours were not rrplaced in 3 days we were there. Still gets top reviews from us. Those coming in to area with rental car..look for shell station as plsce to enter driveway. A bit trivky to find drivewsy at night

    All 3 rooms plus the 1st one all had a smell and multiple stick bugs and other bugs. After walking each room and looking around the whole hotel has a mold problem and a stink bug problem. They clearly are not cleaning the rooms properly. There were 2 live bus on the windows and several all over the floor alive and dead and that was just our first room. We demanded a refund and stay elsewhere.

    I had to ask for my stay receipt after I had checked out. It should be standard to email receipt to guests after they checkout. When I contacted the front desk a week after, 10/25,2025, the lady with indian accent had an attitude and took more than two hours and i still don't have a receipt of my stay.

    The shuttle service going to and from the hotel was very good. The room was as expected and seen on the photo, and clean. Maybe do better on customer service, there were a lot of guests that came early to check in, we were really early, breakfast was still being served, it would've been nice if we were welcomed for breakfast while we wait than just saying theres no room available. And you're welcome to stay and wait in the lounge room or was it a library would've been nice than just leaving us at we cannot check you in early, when we said we have nowhere to go and will just wait for our room.

    My overall stay was fine. My only complaint about this hotel would be the parking. Parking is extremely limited. If you leave for any reason you’re at risk of loosing a parking spot and parking was $5 a day. The cost is not a problem. But it becomes a problem when you pay extra and your not guaranteed a parking spot if you leave for dinner. We were there because my daughter was having surgery which required us to use a wheelchair upon return. We were unable to park in the front of the hotel due to no availability. So I found one parking spot in the back of the hotel. As I wheeled her up to the back door of the hotel I had to try to hold one door with my hand and try to push her in. This was absolutely not going to work. I pushed her around to the front of the hotel. The side walk had no ramp access until you were actually in front of the doors. On top of that I had to wheel her over a speed bump. So if you plan to stay at this hotel be prepared to not leave until you absolutely have to. This hotel is not fully wheel chair accessible. I even asked upon check in if I would run into any trouble getting by daughter in the hotel in a wheel chair. I was assured I would not. Clearly that was not the case. Other than that, it was quiet and I felt safe.

    Rooms were clean and bed slept well. I had to leave too soon for the breakfast. I paid for a parking pass for an additional $75 above the price of the hotel(that I didn’t know prior to purchasing the rooms). And the hotel assured me I would be refunded that cost. However, I did not receive that money back. I will not be staying here again nor will my family!

    They will screw you out of the $75 deposit! Beware! Stayed there alone..didnt dirty the room. Only used a couple towels. 3 weeks later i still cant get my deposit back..they put me on hold and then hung up on me. Rings busy now.
