Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Airport

We stayed here for one night before flying into Bozeman, Montana. It was very clean and very close to the airport. We loved watching the planes fly in from our window.

The hotel is currently under construction so it's got a few things that need to be fixed but it is a good overnight stay

The room was excellent and spacious. Had a living room along with a separate bedroom with two beds and two tvs. Staff was patient and kind. Breakfast was provided from 6am till 10am. Perfect for our family & 1 night stay but could have definitely stayed longer and bee. Enjoyable.

The host who checked us in was extremely rude. Stuck us in a room right next to their new construction which made it very hard for our kids. The room was also extremely bare (no chairs at all). Also, the floor was filthy, and the room as a whole was not very clean. We left 30 minutes after we checked in.

This hotel was good overall .. this hotel was under renovation so it made the experience less enjoyable. The staff was good .. we were in room 422 and the room had a light odor . Me and my wife think it came from the bathroom. Maybe from bad plumbing. The overall room was okay just needed to be updated.

Unfortunately our stay was during their remodel. The second suite we were placed in was better than the first. The General manager took care of the room problem without question.

Breakfast was very good. Airport shuttle shuts down at 11. Our flight got in at 11:45. It must be scheduled. Only found that out when we were checking out. Van was full. Only comes once an hour. Missed our rental car deadline. Costed us an extra $150 to rent a car. When I asked front desk about van process, she pointed to a sign at the side of the check in area and said "it's right there". And it was clearly on our booking paperwork. It wasn't. In 30 years of business travel, I have never seen this kind of airport shuttle arrangement.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The hot breakfast hit the spot each morning! When we interacted with the hotel staff they were very attentive and strived to remedy the issue. Close to the freeway and local attractions.

The hotel was under construction. The room was clean. The staff was wonderful. The wake up call system was not in operation with the construction, the shuttle service to the airport does not start until 4am. Unfortunately we had to be at the airport at 3am, but the parking spot is across the street which is 24/7.

It would be nice for the property to inform guest prior to booking that they will not be serving breakfast during your stay. Most travelers based their stays on this specific amenity and unfortunately they did not have it available. They said the kitchen was down/remodeling. This is inconvenient for guest who depend on this to leave on time from their property.

Great hotel and comfortable beds, clean room. But they did not have breakfast available in the morning, which was a disappointment because that was part of the reason we picked this hotel.

Hot breakfast was unavailable due to ongoing renovations. Only a bagged to-go option was offered. This was disappointing. The rest of the stay was fine.

It was clean. Elevator was out of order. The bathroom sink faucet felt like it was going to break off in your hand.

The elevators were out and I was put on the top floor. So at 68 years of age I’m dragging my suitcase up 8 sets of stairs. I get to my room and need ice and the ice machine is broken. Room not very clean. They were cleaning the main floor carpet and a truck was sitting outside under my window with the compressor to run the carpet cleaner. That went on and off until about midnight. Very run down. Nothing has been done to update in years.

Check in person had not been trained well. Big long line when we arrived and no one's check in was going smoothly. The desk attendant kept needing to make phone calls to find out how to do something. She said she had only been there for a month. Why would you assign Friday evening to someone when they hadn't been trained properly?!?

Came with a hairdryer. Love the body wash and hair care in the bottle in shower. Staff keep the towel refreshed and room tidy. Only issue that actually was not a big deal was I request/booked two queen beds but got king bed bed instead. Lucky we didn’t have any extra guest that needed the other bed. We used the pull out couch for our toddlers.

From our view it was nice to see the airplanes coming in. My 13 loved it. Finding the entrance was odd, through the BP gas station… A couple sheets and washcloths had stains.

Worst pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel room. There were 4 “half” pillows and no regular size pillows. Like trying to sleep with small couch pillows. The blinds wouldn’t close all the way so light was shining in all night. It was clean and bathroom was fine.

The breakfast was phenomenal. The access to airport was easy, and the shuttle was nice, although it does stop at 11pm so if you have a later flight you're unable to take advantage. The rooms were clean and comfortable and it was in a safe, quiet location. The gym was well-maintained too, which was a nice perk! The staff who greeted us at night continued their personal conversation for a while before attending to us while we stood right in front of the desk. Normally, this sort of thing doesn't bother me, but it was midnight and we were ready to get to bed.

Carpets in hallways were wrinkled and dirty. 3 different types of carpet in rooms and had stains on them. Looked like renovations weren’t completed and left as is.

We liked the friendly staff, the airport view and breakfast was good. The sofa bed mattress needs updated.

Staff was polite and prompt. Nice breakfast options. Close to Nashville Airport.

The rooms were great, spacious, comfy. Right by the airport so it was a quick uber ride after our late flight. The locks on the door were broken. We weren’t able to lock our room door, bolts were missing in the lock, etc. the mini fridge wasn’t on, we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. We would had called front desk, but it was 11:30 by the time we got there we were just too tired

Close to airport Bed linens were not clean, body odor smells on pillow and pillow cases. Bedsheet was not fresh. Window pane (outside layer of double pane ) had a hole the size of a softball.

The room was big and clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quieter than I was expecting, considering it's next to the airport. No hot tub and the pool is outside, but still a great hotel.

We called to fix the toilet from running. It stopped once and then started again. Then breakfast was not all good. Flavorless. But, the staff were very nice. The hotel is right near the airport so it is convenient for those traveling. I will say though it is not a top spot for quiet. So you get what you pay for. Safe and clean.

I booked this hotel on Saturday morning and chose to pay at the hotel when checking in. When we arrived at around 3 to check in, we were told there was no reservation for us. Apparently they were fully booked up and Hotels.com should not have reserved us a room. I never received any contact from Hotels.com or the hotel itself making me aware that our room had been canceled. The only email I received was my confirmation and then a request for a review for a hotel I never got to stay in.

Stay was very comfortable, staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially the morning and breakfast crew. The breakfast was great! Great variety, all very hot and delicious. Great start to the day!

The room was clean, comfortable and let up so well. The breakfast served each morning was fresh and convenient. Staff was nice and helpful. I love that this hotel offered free shuttle to and from airport, and it’s a great location about 15 min away from Downtown Nashville, Broadway area. I definitely recommend this hotel and I’ll come back.

Their computer system went down and I had to wait in the lobby about 30 minutes to check in. Other than that it is your regular Hampton Inn. Not fancy but reliable.

Our room is clean the mattress is the bed for me it’s firm linen and pillows don’t smell. The pet area a grassy have some poop left by pet owner who doesn’t pick up.

We booked a king but was given 2 queens, when we asked they said they over booked. The ac unit was so loud. we had to place a chair against it to minimize the noise. We had an early flight and no time to make a different decision.

Great stay

The phone, bathroom plug and tv remote didn’t work - and we stayed in a handicap room, so the shower water ran into the bathroom, soaking all of the towels. We were on the 1st floor, so it was noisy at night and early in the morning. We stayed a week ago and didn’t experience any of these problems. Overall, we were disappointed.

Maybe we misunderstood parking fee but $5 is per that you are staying at the hotel. They charge $20 per day if you stay one night and fly out the next day. We chose this hotel for the $5 per pay but that did not work out. Plus the shuttle only runs once on the hour. We ended up parking at the airport for $21 per day.

Room was freezing when I arrived! Attempted to turn the air conditioning down, but it didn’t work. Controls on unit also were not working. Wall control was set at 70, actual temperature was 61. Finally in plugged the unit!

Pool was full of dead bugs. Mentioned Thursday. Again Sunday. Maintenance man was to skim pool. Never did. Otherwise, staff and breakfast were very good.

The king suite was so large and quiet we had a dog with us and we never heard any doors closing . We loved how nice the room was . It was like having a one bedroom apartment.

Not impressed… only 1 staff member was nice.. our door wouldn’t shut all the way and the lock on the inside wouldn’t stay locked. They were also paving the parking lot and did so in a way you had no choice but to drive on asphalt that wasn’t all the way dried.

We booked a stay here for the convenience of a multi room suite and for the pool. In fact, I chose this place over another cheaper priced hotel because it advertised a pool. The pool was not open the entirety of our stay and nowhere was it posted of that until check-in. Breakfast offering was a nice enough, something for everyone.

When I first arrived I was absolutely shattered my room smelled bad and was dirty but I was so tired I fell asleep but the morning I had to ask to be moved which they did breakfast was basic lifts were so slow it basically needs a makeover in all areas

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The rooms themselves just looked rough and the rough feeling like a douvet thing was horrible. Yellow dots along ceiling looked like urine was leaking down.

Quick access to a main highway and close to the airport

Despite calling the hotel four times and being told a shuttle was right around the corner, I waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive for a five minute Shuttle drive. Staff was simply lying. I understand being busy, but tell the truth about where your shuttle is. My room was not vacuumed. Would not stay here again.

Eveything was great. Room was spacious and clean. The shuttle service was excellent. Adam, at the front desk, went above and beyond. He picked us up at the airport in the shuttle and then jump started are vehicle once we returned to the hotel from our vacation to find out that our car battery died. To have employees that care that much to help their patrons should say it all.

I really liked the setup of the room we chose. We are a family of 4 with 2 little ones, and being able to separate by having two separate living areas is helpful when trying to distress.

Chips and candy bar was $4:50 each. A bit steep.

I think $4.50 for chips and $4.50 for candy bars is a bit too expensive. Breakfast was good and comfortable rooms. Staff was very pleasant.

The property is right next to the airport so it is very convenient. Beds are hard, property is a little tired looking for the price and the room was not laid out well, for example, bed was right next to the wall on one side so you could not conveniently access that side of the bed. Meh is my opinion.

Very convenient to the airport

Staff were very kind and we were greeted well by all of them. One of the best Hamptons I have stayed in. I am a Hilton's Honor member so it is great to know that this is top in my list for Nashville.

This hotel was excellent. Our room key didn't work for the first room so they gave us another room instead. The staff was very nice and the room was great.

Staff was extremley helpful on advising where to eat and returning rental car.

The room was not the greatest. The floor was moist and musty. We were given an accessibility room for some reason and the shower flooded the bathroom floor. Also the room had extremely small pillows.
