Breakfast was lacking, toilet paper left something to be desired, room looked like it came out of 2002. Wouldn’t stay here again
- 3/5
The parking was good. Staff were very nice. Fast food places in walking distance. Other than the carpet, it was good.

The room was clean. The ac worked wonderful. The staff were very friendly and made us feel comfortable at check in.

Receptionist was nice. Arbys is next door Was like a half way house for the homeless….

I would stay here again. Very nice place to stay

What's not to like, it's about 15min drive from the airport. A bus Downtown is a 4 min walk and about 20min max ride to the city, use your credit card when boarding 2 dollars gives you travel for 2 hours. Swimming pool great, there is a Mex restaurant Ryes a 5 min walk brilliant staff and serves customers as a bar so you don't have to eat. The wash hand basin is in the room out side the toilet and shower but that was a small thing for us.

Clean room, affordable, and property was in great shape.

Excellent shower and bathroom Parking was always available
- 5/5
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Possibly breakfast could’ve been better. A bit more choice. But no real complaints, coffee and toast was good for me.

The stay was very good, but for what we paid for, we should have gotten a better breakfast. I have stayed at worse places with better breakfast, like hot breakfast, but all over and over, it was nice

As always, we had an excellent stay! The location is perfect, the staff is beyond helpful and friendly, and the hotel is clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
I did not take breakfast, but one was on offer I don’t have a dislike
- 5/5
As always, we had an excellent stay! The location is perfect, the staff is beyond helpful and friendly, and the hotel is clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
Breakfast had no protein. The general area of hotel did not feel super safe though we happily woke up and found our car safe.
- 5/5
We had 2 rooms and both clean and nice. Affordable and within 10 min to Nashville. Breakfast was basic, but acceptable.
- 3/5
The room was ok, was clean and everything works as expected, breakfast was too basic, so we skiped. The staff on check out where rude to my wife. wont be back to this brand.
- 5/5
This room was nice, clean, and cozy. The A/C worked well. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was super wonderful from check in to check out. I missed breakfast due to my scheduled events, but everything else was a 10/10!
- 3/5
Clean but no gym and no pool
- 1/5
I used the reserve now, pay at the hotel feature when booking this hotel. This allowed me to get a refund for night #2. The checkout staff was accommodating; I got the feeling that she has delt a lot with unhappy guests. I read the reviews, looked at other hotels and booked a mid-higher-level hotel hoping that it would be decent. Ugh, the process is so frustrating. When booking through Expedia (which I like to do) I will forever use the reserve now, pay at the hotel feature.
- 5/5
The beds were comfortable, room was clean, & the parking was convenient.
- 5/5
El precio es el valor de lo que ofrecen, no esperes lujos con este precio; un cuarto cómodo
- 3/5
Very outdated. But clean beds. Breakfast wasn’t great
- 4/5
The A/C worked, the place is clean, the food was ok, and the day staff (owner's family) is amazing.
- 5/5
We didnt get breakfast cause they had a couple buses of kids in for a competition and there wasnt enough breakfast and supplies.
- 1/5
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Hygiene is out of the question. It’s an old, run-down hotel that should probably be demolished. The carpets seem like they haven’t been changed since the building was first constructed, and the furniture is falling apart. Do not waste your hard-earned money on this hotel.
- 4/5
Large, clean room with great layout. Location was convenient but entry off a busy road, entry downhill and with speed bump took a bit to maneuver. Quiet. Breakfast was a little light on options but well stocked with what they did offer.

Rooms were clean and nice. Walk in shower was great. For the money a good value
- 4/5
Amennity like Gym will be nice

- 4/5
More gluten free breakfast options would be nice and doors work but look dated
- 5/5
Room and lobby were very clean and that staff was very nice. The location was great. Close enough to the city to be easy so it was easy to get in and out but far enough away to be mostly peaceful.
- 5/5
This was an excellent place to stay! Great location. Good price. The room was clean and the staff so friendly. We will stay here again. Thanks for making our trip enjoyable.
- 5/5
Clean room, great friendly staff, and good breakfast!
- 5/5
I got some good rest
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was subpar, but adequate.
- 5/5
room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful
- 4/5
The parking was safe!!
- 5/5
All staff was exceptionally nice! The hotel was impeccably clean at all hours. The beds were comfortable. The room was nice & spacious, did I mention clean!?! My son even left his phone charger and a nice employee ran it out to us before we left. We will stay here every time we come this direction!!
- 4/5
It was a good clean room. Would be nice to have some kind of protein in the breakfast, even hard boiled eggs, something. Yogurt loaded with sugar doesn’t count ;)
- 3/5
Very bad service. Breakfast doesn’t have coffee, hot water, no eggs, no sausage, only waffle. The carpet is dirty and smelly. The front was on the phone when helping me check in. I even couldn’t clarify whom he was speaking to. Not recommend.
- 5/5
Price worthy

The hotel needs repairs, internally. Friday I misplaced my room key card, went to the front desk and asked for a new key. The front desk person asked what room, I told him and he gave me a key. I questioned why he didnt ask for my ID and why was it so easy to get a key to a room without verifying identity - he stated "didnt need it". That was worrisome, as we were female travelers. The last night of our stay which was Saturday, someone tried entering our room around midnight. I could hear yelling down the hall. I made sure door was locked will all locks from the inside and laid back down. Around 1AM someone tried entering our room again. I placed a chair against the door. We had our alarms set for 4AM to depart and get on the road, when we woke up none of the lights worked in our room. We then packed quickly and left. I began to think the staff was in on something sketchy for sure. Will not stay in this area or hotel again, did not feel safe at all!
- 5/5
Good place
- 4/5
Clean hotel
- 2/5
The door key only opened the door every once and awhile. Homeless people hanging in the parking lot and the parking lot itself was really messed up.
- 2/5
The room was run down, and breakfast was sparse!
- 5/5
Staff was pleasant and helpful.
- 5/5
Quiet and convenient
- 3/5
Furniture in lobby needs an upgrade. No good selection for breakfast.
- 5/5
Overnight stay only so not much to say but would go back if the opportunity presents itself
- 5/5
Very clean room, friendly staff, and overall good for the price!
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The room temperature was perfect, and no noisy AC... The front desk staff were polite and helpful. We thought is was a good value.
- 5/5
Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Included breakfast but not the best. Area is not the best but never felt unsafe or anything...price was right
- 3/5
It was ok for the price. Served the need. Was here for a family emergency, drove 5 hours to be told couldn’t have the room because I didn’t have the cc room was booked on, due to family member booking room for me due to the emergency. Room booked on family members Hotel.com account. Was finally given the room. Made for a stressful check in during already stressful situation.
- 2/5
The bathroom shower door was dirty and moldy. The blow dryer did not work. The room was very small.
- 4/5
All good.
- 4/5
Property was comfortable and mostly clean. A very simple stay with no frills.
- 2/5
Let me say my rating is not about the friendly desk personnel or the comfort of the bed which was excellent. My rating was because we had to turn off the air conditioning to prevent illness. It was blowing mold. The filter needed to be cleaned or changed. Next, the carpet was so dirty and even sticky. I am not sure how a King Room get over a 9 rating in reviews. That was not our experience.
- 5/5
No review after checking in.
- 4/5
an adequate hotel for staying outside of downtown Nashville. about a $15 uber ride away from Broadway. Didn’t have any complaints but would probably look for something a little nicer next time.
- 1/5
Overall this hotel needs an overhaul the rugs were worn and dirty the breakfast was a joke . I would not stay again . they closed the breakfast area early evening so we couldn’t order pizza and sit with friends. would not recommend this hotel !
- 4/5
It was pretty good for a weekend
- 4/5
Everything was perfect but breakfast was below par.
- 3/5
Sometimes you just need a room, and this was that time. The hotel clearly needs some updating and maintenance - the carpet in the halls and stairs especially! My room was fine, beds comfortable and clean linens, but lots of things were dirty or in bad condition. The towel hook in the bathroom was pulling out of the wall, mildew in the gasket of the shower door, no cover on the peep hole in the door, and the coffee maker didn't work and ended up splashing hot water on my hand. Like I said, sometimes you just need a room, but I wouldn't have booked this place if I had seen the building in person.
- 5/5
The air conditioner was awesome ,parking was good , breakfast was ok if you wanted something fast. Would have love to see some fruit available or even yogurt
- 4/5
Everything else was so nice.
- 5/5
It was a pleasure to stay there for the price you get more bang for your buck. Barry the GM is very customer friendly
- 4/5
Further out of town than I would have liked. Continental breakfast was very limited. Coffee cold upon arrival and not available for early am flight out.
- 5/5
The stay was great however we never received our deposit back
- 5/5
Everything has been great! Hust wish there was a bath tub! Otherwise.....everything has been great! The front desk staff have been awesome!
- 3/5
The price was a bargain. You get what you pay for ... the basics.
- 5/5
The property and the room were very nice, much nicer than I expected. I didn't eat breakfast, even though it was included, because it was mainly carbs and fruit. It would have been nice if there was some protein like eggs and bacon or sausage. In all, it was a great value for the price. I would stay there again.
- 4/5
Cheap Uber ($10 during the day) to Broadway. Clean and Quiet Hotel. Free Waffles for breakfast!
- 4/5
Clean, easy access
- 3/5
For the price, it was okay. The room was clean enough to sleep. Trash in the bathroom was not emptied. The room had a musky smell the moment we walked in. We used our own deodorizer to help. The chair in the room had a nasty stain that kept us from using.
- 4/5
Nice property for a quick visit to Nashville culture
- 3/5
Would have liked air conditioning and some effort could be put into breakfast
- 5/5
Great hotel, good location in East Nashville. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable, the shower was clean.
- 2/5
The room smelled of mold and very run down.
- 3/5
It was okay.. I got what I paid for
- 4/5
Met our needs for a stop over night in Nashville. Short Uber to Broadway
- 4/5
Staff on the whole where super friendly and helpful going above and beond to help really made our stay in particular big shout out to the young chap who made me a remidy for my sore throat and our lovely night staff lads and the manager always thoughtful and kind putting out more coffee for me warm regards see you again

- 2/5
The room was adequate. There was no breakfast to speak of. The attendant when we arrived was very rude.
- 1/5
The staff was very nice however the place is terrible
- 1/5
Front desk lady at check out was terrible!
- 5/5
Quiet, parking was good, staff was nice !
- 3/5
Room and beds are small. The room was not properly cleaned. Female sanitary pad wrapper stuck on bathroom door, that was really dusty.
- 2/5
Old building, very old carpet, this is not a kids friendly hotel. I don't know why hotels.com is having 8 rating. This is not a family friendly place. Very limited options in the breakfast though. Enjoy the road noise if you get a room towards the road. The front desk person was very nice and respectful.
- 4/5
Nice staff. Pillows terrible
- 4/5
The stay was awesome but I need meat for breakfast
- 3/5
Sketchy area. Decent Hotel for price
- 2/5
however, The bed was comfortable Not sure how they received such high stars.
- 5/5
Friendly staff nice hotel
- 5/5
Great location to stay for easy parking and a 10 to 15 minute drive to Broadway St or Grand Ole Opry. Nice room, staff and a two thumbs up to our cleaning staff👍
- 5/5
We arrived a day late due to illness and the manager was able to refund one day of stay at the property which he didn't have to do because we were outside of the required notice of cancellation or change we really appreciate what he did he went out of his way to help us
- 3/5
Stay was okay. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was hard, breakfast was mediocre, but over all it was okay. I'd stay again for a night but any longer I'd find a hotel with more comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Just uber and save the grief. Dont expect to walk to a restaraunt after dark.
- 5/5
Front entrance rugs were always filthy, never swept where as the rest of the place was immaculate! Continental breakfast was something else to be desired! Need more fresh organic options! Laying bread out where the air gets it makes it dry out! Would be better if fresh made bread not prepackaged store bought pre sliced! Fresh fruit choice was questionable! Man who checked us in was good except he snuffed his nose the whole time he was checking us & my sister in. Made me feel less than safe cleanliness wise! He should have excused himself, blew his nose & washed his hands! Then finished checking us all in! I am sorry but covid is still to fresh in everyones mind to do that sort of thing
- 2/5
The room was okay, fine if you are only staying for a few nights, but it is very small. The bathroom is is very very tiny. If you are a larger person, you will not feel comfortable using it.
- 4/5
Great place to crash on a stopover. Staff was great.
- 5/5
It was an ENJOYABLE stay!!
- 5/5
Super friendly people and a real nice place to stay!
- 5/5
I appreciated the extra touches of the linens and folded towels. Someone showed the pride they take in their work
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and the bed was so comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
The place was nice and very clean the double bed rooms the beds are a full size and just too small for two people wish they were at least a queen size
- 5/5
Good location
- 5/5
Fast check in. Nice rooms. Lot of options nearby.
- 3/5
It feels like this used to be a really great bed and breakfast but has been taken over by new ownership and run down. They didn’t have any water in the lobby to fill my water bottle and our room had roaches. It was a weird stay.
- 5/5
Close to the highway, good price. I came in late, slept well, had a quick bagel, and was off again as the sun rose. It was exactly what I was looking for.
- 5/5
Great stay, staff was friendly, perfect for what we needed!
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Bagels were good. Would stay here again.
- 3/5
The rooms are right beside the road and are constantly being interrupted by ambulances and sirens all night. The neighbors can be heard all night through the walls even just constant conversations. The electric went out in the middle of the night we had no heat for 4 hours and it was freezing cold. We woke up very early and checked out.
- 4/5
Staff were friendly. Restaurant was good. Would have like the option of Netflix/ Amazon to have been provided. Tv was limited.
- 3/5
Aging hotel. Front desk attendant checked us in without once smiling or offering a positive response. Breakfast was underwhelming. I couldn’t get the juice machine to work so asked the desk attendant about it. She said it had quit last week. Could they not buy a carton of juice? No eggs or meat. Overall disappointing. We had stayed at Sleep Inns that were lovely with very helpful staff which made this one even more of a disappointment.
- 4/5
It's good stay. But breakfast is very small.
- 4/5
I have no problem with the hotel. good location for new years eve at music City. however i am not too fond of a certain middleman website that starts with E charging me $20 more than they paid the hotel and then somehow that got hidden on the hotel invoice.
- 4/5
Great place to stop.
- 4/5
Was clean, staff a little bossy, but other than that, pretty good stay.
- 5/5
The staff were awesome!
- 5/5
Stayed there for four nights. It was quiet, clean and staff was friendly. No complaints.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Good
- 3/5
My room was a bit dirty, breakfast options weren’t really available.
- 5/5
The guy who was working that front desk on Friday then 1st, forgot his name. Had tattoos. Was great. We came in late from a wedding and he checked us in with no problem. The hotel was very clean, beds were surprisingly comfy and the breakfast was delicious.
- 3/5
When checking in Saturday afternoon thebman was verynunfriendly
- 3/5
The hotel was clean, but every noise inside and outside of the hotel can easily be heard.
- 4/5
Nice place for the cost. Clean and economical. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable beds. Quiet. 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville.
- 3/5
The room was fine, the shower didn't have a shower head on it and it was off in the shower the water and shower still worked fine with pressure but that was an issue. the door also was very sticky and wouldn't always open first try.
- 5/5
It was really good. Advertised as being closer to downtown than it actually was.
- 4/5
We had a great experience at the hotel. However, the room walls are quite thin. The continental breakfast included was a great option, but within an hour of the ending of the breakfast, a lot of the food was gone already. Staff were very friendly. The hotel was a great inexpensive option for an area outside of downtown Nashville and we would stay again.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean Large quantities of tv channels Breakfast was mostly waffles and muffins coffee and toast some cereal Close to highway Beds were average in comfort
- 4/5
Good for a quick stay.
- 5/5
We booked one night on our way south and we're so pleased that we purposely stopped here again on our way home. We knew the room would be clean and fresh, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was kind and helpful. Really appreciated the gentleman that checked us in. He gave us recommendations for activities in the area and the inside scoop on where to park. Very pleased with our stay. Travelled with our two teenage children.
- 4/5
Helpful staff.
- 4/5
It was a good location to visit Broadway street via Uber and Nissan stadium for a Titan game.
- 4/5
Liked the property. However, had to use uber a lot, due the distance from down town. It got very costly.
- 5/5
Overall this hotel is very good for the price paid, cleanliness was excellent and the bed was comfortable. One point I have to make is that in the description of the hotel it says there are safety deposit boxs available in reception, this is no longer the reality. The desk staff did apologise for the safety deposit box's not being available.
- 4/5
Old buildings
- 2/5
Far away from town but charging in town piices. Plus the reviews are inaccurate. It got ovérall 7.5 stars for a4 possibly 5 property
- 3/5
Property was very clean. The breakfast area was very small so many guests found there was no tables available to have the continental breakfast. We stayed 3 nights bit were very disappointed to find that we had to make our own beds, find clean towels etc. As the maid did not come to clean.other than our stay was ok.
- 5/5
Great helpful staff. Room spotless and fantastic housekeeping service. Lovely clean pool which was very welcome after day in heat wandering in Nashville! Highly recommend staying here
- 4/5
Very comfortable beds breakfast ok. Free parking is a bonus. Quick to the city centre. Lots to eat around. Very good.
- 4/5
Upon checking in on 08/31/24 the desk clerk was very dry and unfriendly but checking out on 09/02/04 that desk clerk was very friendly and appreciative. The breakfast needs some improvements, but the beds were very comfortable, and I was overall pleased with my stay.
- 4/5
Needs a little maintenance but it was quiet and comfortable. Lots of parking and easy drive to attractions.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service and a good overall experience.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is we got double charged for all the rooms but they fixed it for us.
- 4/5
Easy access from Highway
- 3/5
This was a last minute booking. The facility and rooms are a little bit outdated. The receptionist at check-in wasn’t very personable. I’m not sure if he was tired or what. The beds are very uncomfortable. Felt like we were laying on an ironing board. I felt like we were one step up from being in a motel. The room was very spacious. The purpose was served and we were able to rest for our drive home. Checkout was a breeze.
- 3/5
When I booked, it said this hotel was close to Broadway. It was a 15 minute drive. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not great. Very limited options.
- 2/5
The facilities are correct, although they could be a bit cleaner, but our shower door would not close, and we had to use a towel to keep it from opening. The breakfast is almost non-existent, and we had to stop somewhere else on our way out to eat something more filling than a dry toast and two mini-muffins. A cockroach was found agonizing in the guest laundry room.
- 5/5
A great experience. Very clean property, from the lobby to the bed sheets. friendly staff (especially Devon) . He accomodate me and the kids with a specific room that was pool accessible. The breakfast was very nice and according to the star standards. Overall, I recommend this place! Thank you for all the team.
- 5/5
Great value.
- 4/5
Nice quiet and clean motel. Only issue is pool closes at 7 PM. Not practical when wanting to venture out for attractions during the day and then wanting to wind down at pool in the evening.
- 4/5
The breakfast was entirely inadequate, nothing hot except a cook-yourself waffle, or toasted bagel or bread. There was a large armchair that took up too much space in my room, and it had seen better days. The carpet on the stairs to the second floor was soiled. A disappointing experience compared to my first Sleep Inn stay.
- 5/5
Check in was good. No one at the servi e desk after 1.00pm. Room was small but comfortable.
- 2/5
On the positive - the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Very clean, great staff, lovely swimming pool
- 5/5
When I first drove up, I was honestly kind of worried as we were the only car in the lot. Checked in and checked out the room. Bed was very comfortable. While bringing in our bags, Devon (I hope I got the spelling right, lost my paper where I wrote it down) brought us a couple of pamphlets of stuff do to based on our conversations while checking in. Honestly, he was probably the most delightful person we had the pleasure of speaking to on our entire trip. Later on on the first night, a couple of tour vans stopped in with lots of people checking in. We were not able to hear any of them from our room. It's a little out of the way for the strip, but not so much more than I'd expect in most cities. I'd happily stay here again and recommend others to.
