It was located just 15 minutes from Vanderbilt Hospital and my father was in a car accident and was there so it didn’t take us long The breakfast that they served they had a few pieces of stale bread. They had waffles and cereal and milk and juice. They had no breakfast muffins no yogurt the breakfast really sucked. I had to go elsewhere to get my breakfast but other than that I enjoyed staying there.

Toilet falling away from the floor not fastened down, had to be extremely careful not to fall off of it ..Owners had a dog barking all Day and had it kept in the continental Breakfast room that they had blocked off with chairs where they serve the food.. outlets in the room not fastened to the walls..was afraid of getting shocked.. beds are rock hard and not comfortable.. no coffee pot in room or coffee products, no shampoo or body wash in the shower.. a little bar of soap to wash your hands in the sink and tiny little shampoo bottle.. never stay there again… what a joke

Good location near Hattie B’s but could not find the tourist row with neon signs and guitars. They should have had an instructional map. We paid for a 2 bedroom room which only had 1 bed 3 people had to sleep in.

Managers were unprofessional,except for Harry.Upon arriving and entering my room noticed major gaps in door jam,I could see into hallway and vis versa...Fridge was not getting cold and freezer was full of ice buildup.Twice I was getting exhaust fumes from a diesel truck running outside my window...first time I told Manager he said what do you want me to do? Hello??? Second time and after discovering the fridge was leaking freon( made me nauseous and I was not happy,again the fix was to unplug fridge which also shut down the microwave!!! No change of room,nothing but attitude from both managers...Second time exhaust filled my room,I was choking,immediate headaches...again no sorry,nothing.I called the Fire Dept...Outside my door was a gutter from outside,all crushed,just laying there for??? Storage,two days it never moved? Who does this? Multiple times I was told they did not have any OTHER ROOMS??? YES THEY DID,THEY LIE,DISCRIMINATE( IM DISABLED) FACT. UPON checking out Harry did offer to refund 1 night,he did not follow through with that as of yet. No pets,yet Managers dog barking in lobby,hallway area quite often....they do not act Professional other than Harry...still waiting for a refund Harry as you offered........oh almost forgot Handicapped room with NO seat,nowhere to put your soap/ shampoo and Hand rail fell off with just a slight touch( they had to know this was not safe) Why would I pay for this room and receive nothing but attitude...it's become a common occurrence here in NASHVILLE....

Super close to the hospital with a Waffle House next door to walk to. Price is also excellent. The breakfast was less than desirable. One of the reasons I booked was for the breakfast. A choice of fruit would be nice. Even an apple or an orange that would keep longer. Not sure why this chair (photograph) hasn’t been disposed of.

TV didn't work

The hall way smell like weed. I went down stairs and there was a dog that belonged to some of the people that was working there that was barking and growling at me and really scared me. Made me uncomfortable..

The roaches. Had to bomb 2 times. But other than that Great.

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. This place needs new general management. It’s not the fault of the regular staff, they were fine, though not outstanding at all. But this is a management that truly doesn’t care at all. Literally everything that could be terrible was. Honestly too much to even detail. Vending machine for water didn’t work, had to go to 711. Motel was grimy even at the entrance. The room had the cheapest plastic flooring I’ve ever encountered. The walls were “bleeding” brown stains, maybe old nicotine stains trapped under cheap paint. The floor was dirty. The counter spaces were visibly dirty. There was no smoke detector, only a hole where it should have been with exposed wires. The bathroom was astoundingly dirty. The shower was filthy, like someone had been covered in mud and only took a quick rinse and left splashed grossness everywhere. The shower got cleaner just by me taking a shower in there. Whoever was supposed to clean it didn’t even try. The toilet was broken, constantly ran water all night, though it did flush ok. It was not insulated well. I could hear the freeway pretty clearly. The whole experience was so terribly I was truly amazed. In the morning I just splashed water on my face from the sink to avoid getting in the nasty shower. I will be recommending to everyone I meet for the rest of my life to not only avoid that super 8 outside of Nashville, but super 8’s everywhere in the country/world.

Clean. Staff very nice and allowed us to leave our car there even after checkout due to concert rescheduling Way too noisy (interstate ) Vending only on ground floor and no public restrooms in lobby or lobby area. Bed so hard it’s like sleeping on the floor

Staff kept asking if I was staying there

Nothing, I regret booking with them. I tried getting my refund as soon as I seen the room. Broken fridge, burnt bed sheets, a foot print on the bed, and random black hair all over the bed.

The toilet didn’t work, had to fix it, stains on the sheets, tv didn’t work, breakfast was waffles, cereal and toast. Room was dirty when we got there

The room was good and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was very inadequate.. very ,very little selection. Only a few pieces of bread, no fruit, pancake machine was out of order, very little milk for cereal, a handful of breakfast bars were available and a dog was kept in the dining area when it was closed.

The temperature in the room was just right, which made relaxing easy after a day out. We had no complaints at all — everything felt cared for and well thought out. One of the best parts was the location: it’s within walking distance of several restaurants, including one right next door. There were also gas stations, small stores, and grocery options nearby, making it very convenient for travelers. All in all, it was a smooth, comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located place to stay.

When me and my family walked into the parking lot, a man came outside and told us to leave. We told him we were there for our room, he told us there were no rooms available. I had to get a room next door at the days inn. Then, they tried to charge me for the room and say I didn't show up. I told him I was the one he told to leave the property for no reason. He didn't even apologize!

The bed was hard as a rock. My non smoking room had cigarette burns in the comforter. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by a wire. The breakfast they offered was a joke. Had cereal no milk, two pieces of bread for toast. Nutrigrain bars 3 to 4 in a case. Learned my lesson to avoid that place

Overall good. Cleaned room each day except last that we were there. Affected tip. Breakfast okay but ends too early. Road noise bit of problem but air conditioning takes care of that

you do get what you pay for i guess. air conditioning didn't work - lucky it wasn't that hot out. room smelled of mold/mildew. room not vaccumed nor swept out before we got there. common areas hot and stuffy, it was gross. staff didn't seem to care or couldn't be bothered. no coffee no drinks no one attending to the breakfrast room. we gave up and went out to breakfast both days. cost me more. we came in for a big concert and knew we were only sleeping there otherwise would have left immediately.

This is the best place to stay if you’re on a budget. Safe area the room was clean and looked like it was recently halfway updated. The place is old so don’t expect anything extravagant. It was perfect for us. The breakfast is slim but there is a Waffle House in the same area walking distance. Only complaint I have is while we were gone for the day the cleaning staff came and took our towels and didn’t replace them. I brought towels and rags from home. I always do that. So it wasn’t that bad but if we hadn’t that would’ve been a big problem. But all in all a decent place to stay

The elevator was very smelly (cigarette) and very dirty. There was a very bad spot in the floor of our room. With some cleaning and a few repairs this would be a great place to stay.

Overall the hotel was clean and the service was good. NO POOL IN OPERATION as advertised on hotels.com. Was told they're waiting for seasonal permits. It's May. Room didn't smell like smoke but hallways did. Newer non carpet flooring in room helped not absorb smells. Nice adjustable shower head. Beds were comfortable enough. A/C worked but was noisy. From our room there was a lot of road noise and noise from other rooms. There was no iron or ironing board as advertised but upon talking with the mgr he said it could be requested. Also no coffee makers in room, also was told could request after we left and I discussed various concerns with mgr. Also no clothes hangers in room, only one luggage rack. Small room. Extremely limited Handicap parking and ramp to sidewalk was partially blocked by a vehicle in parking spot. Short small parking spots. Bullet proof glass at front desk was a concern. No Bible in room.

Overall the hotel was not bad for the price or for what we were there for. The room was clean and the man at the front desk was friendly. We were only there for the weekend and just needed somewhere comfortable to sleep which was what we got. The bed comforter did have a cigarette burn in it and the toilet handle stuck but neither of those were a deal breaker. The area around had plenty of fast food restaurants and little stores and it was about a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown. We would definitely stay again.

They are finishing up on remodeling and cleaning this hotel up. At first my sister and I were a little skeptical about staying because there had been some bad reveiws awhile back but the price was right for our budget. Im glad we gave this place a try. Right from the minute we arrived the staff was very nice, apologized for the construction that was going on but explained they were working on improvements. We arrived at the tail end of them finishing up with the inside improvements. I would recommend this place.

Nice remodeled room. Just 2 complaints : no lamp on the nightstands. The wall lamps above the bed were so high on the wall that I had to get out of bed to turn it off. 2nd. The hairdryer did not work. If you are looking for usb ports , there are none. There was a coffee pot, mini fridge , and a microwave.

The location was great - close to the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center. However, there was no sound barrier between the interstate and the motel, so we had to wear earplugs to get good sleep. The staff was excellent and met our needs quickly (my keycard wasn't working and by the time I got to the front desk, he had a new one for me). We did not eat breakfast there, but it looked pretty slim. Since there is a Waffle House in the parking lot, it would work better to provide guests with a voucher.

I made our reservations the night before we left. Got a great rate. Location was ideal. Only negative for me was the toilet ran constantly and one light fixtures was out. Clean, microwave, refrigerator. Nice staff

Perfect for short stay

This is one of the poorest property Travelocity has ever put me in. Poor neighborhood. Basically no "breakfast". Out of the way for attratctions. 80 degrees, when asked about the outdoor pool that was not covered, staff report "It's closed for the season", later in stay asked when it's open, she said when the next season is, I pressed and asked when this would be, she said "maybe June". Sign says, we don't welcome pets, however staff had huge barking dog that barked everytime you were at front desk. Poor cooling system in the room. Worst stay ever.

Our stay was only ok. Some of the descriptions were false. First the breakfast was very unsatisfying. They stated a bar was on the property but there is no bar. It also stated that there were irons and ironing boards in the rooms and that was false. But other than that the rooms were ok with very good air conditioning. The location was in the hood but safe and close to alot of things. I would stay again but I know what to expect.

It seemed to be in a work area. I wouldn’t have wanted to be there without my husband- not sure how safe in the area. In the room the blow dryer didn’t work, ran out of hot water, halls not lit well. The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient.

Toilet and bathtub had hair on it and stains. Room phone didn’t work Windows didn’t have a screen Sink handle broke off Paid $350 (Taylor Swift weekend) only to end up sick!

We had to switch rooms because there was no shower head in the first room. Second room had a filthy air conditioner, wax spill on the carpet and didn’t appear over cleaned. We noticed they are remodeling. Hopefully improvements will be more guest accommodating.

Hours of the night. Our bathroom exhaust fan was hanging by a wire that you could see. The beds were clean and that’s about all it had going for it.

Beds had stains on sheets. Burn holes in bedding. Dirty carpet. We couldnt afford to pay downtown prices so i guess when paying less you get what you get.

Hotel was poorly kept. Smelled terrible. Under construction. Room was not in good condition. Doorknob on the bathroom door was broken and I sliced my hand open on it.

The night clerk was very accommodating. We had our first hotel option cancelled. He worked with us to find us two non smoking rooms. There is a WalMart just up the street and some fast food within walking distance. Enjoyed out weekend stay.

The hotel was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was right next to the interstate so there was a lot of traffic noise.

To be honest this place was a horrible experience. We just stayed for one night. The next day I booked a different hotel. I asked for a non smoking room, the moment you walk in it smelled so bad. Me and my partner got so congested just being in there. The bed cover had cigarette burns. It had a really thin bedding cover. The carpet was so dirty. In the bathroom there was mold on the ceiling. The walls were dirty, I have no idea what they had. The bathtub would not drain. Never again.

I was upset about the fact that there was no guest laundry, gym and breakfast. Didn't have a coffee pot in the room and they don't have a restroom in the lobby...I came up from Alabama and was driving all day and hate to wait for us to check in to use the bathroom. Also I found it odd that if they don't accept pets then why are they allowed to have their own pet there? You had to call ahead to use the pool...and even though it was a non smoking....I smelled weed through the halls.

Friendly staff, very accommodating, clean room, and the property was really nice. A rating. Will stay there again and I hope it will be soon.

Don't ever book this property, it's a complete and utterly horrific property that should be torn down while the staff goes on a lengthy how to interact with customers course. They say breakfast but there was no breakfast and talk about disgusting and falling apart. I will see if I can share pictures to prove my review. NEVER stay here, your better off sleeping in you car.

The beds were great and the AC also worked very well. The breakfast was very disappointing and there was a lot of room repairs needed. Calking was used to fill gaps etc. and looked horrible. Mold found in the showers.

As soon as you walk in it smells like cat piss. And the rooms are nasty. I was finding trash and beer from the people before us.

By the expressway, so plan on traffic noise all night. We had a smoking room, but wasn’t clean at all. Stains on carpet, bedspread. Sink was help up with a 2x4. Cracks in tub, so floor under tub was soft. Waffle House 2 doors down, so that was a plus.

This property appeared a bit run down. There was evidence of prior bed bug infestation on the foundation cover. While the pool was filled, the gate was locked and we were not able to swim. Breakfast choices were very limited.

Easy to find. Needed somewhere to stay when my granddaughter was in a competition at opryland resort. Price was a little higher than i wanted to pay,but for the price it was clean and comfortable, and quite. No problems at all. Would stay again.

We saw a man sleeping on the floor in our floor, probably very drunk. There was a heavy smell of marihuana in our floor. The desk at the lobby was not responsive to our concerns and complaints.

Smelled disgusting in the lobby and hallls. No bath towels in bathroom. Slimy black mold around the top rim of tub. Multiple cigarette burn holes in the blankets on beds, even though supposed to be a non smoking room. The front desk complained rudely when I requested 4 extra coffee refill packs. Overall it was one of the worst placeswe have ever stayed in.

On our way back to Nebraska from Florida we stayed one night at this hotel. It's an older building needs more lighting and some Clorox bleach. No bugs though. The guy at the front desk had great customer service. My kids enjoyed the pool and there were plenty of restaurants and shopping to do nearby.

The bed and pillows were amazing. Best night sleep ive jad in a long time. The cigarette smell in the hall was horrible.

Overall the property was fine for the price; nothing really stood out except the really big pictures above the beds in the rooms of Nashville. My husband and I really liked those. The most negative about it was the advertising of serving breakfast, but all they had was a small cake like sweet, coffee, and juice. They had a breakfast room for waffles, cereal, etc., but the 3 items I just mentioned was all that was put out.

Th room was clean. Parking was lit and great. Neighbors above stomped and ran all night..I called the operator and 5 mins later it was quiet again. The toilet was loose but I reported it..overall I felt safe and enjoyed my comfortable nights of sleep

This place was just awful. No coffee in the lobby for breakfast, no manager on site till almost 730 in the morning and when they were there they were rude. Dirty stariwells, dirty grounds, and garbage everywhere. Was not worth the price we paid. Will not return to this location ever.

The facility has aged and maintenance has not been kept current. IT was clean and staff were helpful, but minor maintenance items weren't being addressed.

I was in my room and the house keeping lady walked right in didn't knock or anything and then the toilet was coming apart there was mold in the bathroom the air conditioner did not work well the sheets was dirty and under the bed was nasty

The bed was comfy, the air conditioner was cold. Timer on tv that shut off in an hour. Shower had nice water pressure and temperature but shut off in middle of both of our showers. For $100 a night, for a super 8, it was a smoking room and burn holes in carpet and comforter but also looked like things thrown like maybe alcohol on walks, scotch tape on wall, and possible DNA matter left on carpet in corner. Oh and microwave didn’t work! I was NOT impressed. I know it’s Nashville, but I expected way better! Oh it’s right by interstate VERY NOISY!!!

Overall motel is good. Rooms are clean. It’s just a little out of the way from downtown.

Besides the floor feeling like you was gonna fall through in some spots i guess the condition was ok...the problem i had was the night i flew in from Dallas it was cold so i went and bought a sweater from Walmart up the street...the next day i left to do my business came back and my key was deactivated...the man told me it was cause it was close to my phone but i never had it near my phone...so he gave me a new card when i went in i noticed housekeeping came in...i didnt have a problem till i noticed my sweater i just bought couldnt be found...ii thought maybe it was packed but it wasnt...the day i checked out i had to purchase another sweater....when i returned home i unpacked my suitcase and noticed not only the first sweater gone but my dress i took was gone too....i called super 8 and told them i was upset what took place...they got my info said they was gonna talk to housekeeping and call me back but never heard back from them....all i can say is if you stay there watch your stuff
