Comfort Inn Downtown Nashville - Music City Center

The room was not very clean. Random stains on the walls, shower wouldn’t drain properly, and floors in the bathroom looked like they haven’t been mopped or vacuumed in a while. A good place to crash for the night but just don’t look to closely lol.

Great room for a one night stay. Approaching our room from the outside I was worried a little that the inside was terrible. But it was good. Im pleased .

The room was large and fairly comfortable. Furnishings looked a little like they came from Goodwill but they were in decent conditions. The free continental breakfast was actually better than most.

Great location right off the freeway and just a $6-$7 Uber to Lower Broadway. It was close enough that we walked there and Uber'd back. Nice pool and very solid breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was excellent! So many great options. They made omelets while you waited, you could choose from so many options! Waffles, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, cereal, bagel, toast and yogurt. Coffee, juice, tea and water were also available. The breakfast area was kept very clean. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. They were able to give us a later checkout due to the need of going to the hospital to be with our niece who had to have major surgery. The only negatives that I can really think of would be that the rooms need to update to not have carpet on the floors--especially in rooms with pets (since I had to bring my dog and the fact that you have to pay for parking. I would definitely stay here again!!

The only thing we found a little disappointing was the ‘fitness centre’. It has 3 treadmills, a stepper and a bike. There is also a rack of mismatched hand weights. The pool area is nice and clean with lots of fresh towels.

Great place to stay last minute. close to everything in downtown. my only dislike was it was next to the freeway. Hear loud cars and firetrucks all night.

We were met at the elevator after checking in, and were told that our room needed to be changed to accommodate our pet, when we got into our room there was black mold everywhere, the carpet was ripped up, there was what seems to be blood on one of the comforters and the lamp shade. Horrible experience overall

Staff was fantastic! I changed hotels VERY last minute due to finding a live roach in my room. Happy to report this hotel was very, very clean! No critters! Close to lots of eateries, close to hospitals, close to pretty much everything. You do have to pay for parking, however. Parking is somewhat limited. Beds were comfortable and I loved the pillows. There is a breakfast, but I had to check out prior to the start of it.

The location is convenient, walkable to the Broadway venues at Nashville. The breakfast was very good. I found it’s expensive for what you get, room is old, very small, beds uncomfortable. The floor of the halls uneven and dangerous for an old persons

Location Location Location Room appeared to be located close to some long term rooms / tenants. In these cases person's like to hang out in front of their rooms like a front porch. Also appeared to be several homeless trying to get out of the heat of the day by hanging out in the breeze ways and the stairs. This appeared to excepted by at least one staff member as i personally seen him walk up begin a conversation that ended in a fist bump with one of the homeless gentleman.

The door barely closed and had holes so bugs could get in. Had a bug in my bed when waking up this morning. Friend left her Apple Watch on accident and did find my and it was there yet “no one could find it there” so obviously someone stole that. Was kind of gross and dirty. Wouldn’t stay again.

This is a MOTEL which I was not aware of at the time of booking. The room we were assigned was directly in front of the parking area. There was a lot of parking lot noise, street noise, and people hanging around having a parking lot party in the middle of the night which kept us awake. In my experience I would not say it is family friendly … more of a “party” location. This is an older property that has been updated but it shows its age. Rooms are very tight and bathroom sink is unusually low. I’m glad that my stay was short… I would not stay here again.

The location was pretty central (about a 20 minute walk to Broadway). There was a small, clean pool, with lots of towels and sun loungers. Check in was quick and simple and we got a (paid) place to park. Breakfast was okay and free. There was chilled water in the lobby to fill water bottles. The room/hotel decor is very dated. Staff were fairly no-nonsense (not friendly, but not rude). Nashville taxes were quite a surprise, so the price we paid was a lot more than we were expecting.

Room was a descent size but floors were dirty and overall room could have been cleaner. The door was difficult to lock and beds were just okay. Breakfast was not good. The biggest positives were close proximity to the highway, we were able to bring our dog, and the gentleman who checked us in was nice. However, would not stay again or recommend.

One thing I really appreciated was that the bed had plenty of large, comfortable pillows, which made a big difference. The bathroom was clean, the shower had good hot water, and the room felt well taken care of. The location was also great and very walkable, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that they allowed a late checkout. My only small gripe was having to pay for parking, since I have not typically had to do that at other hotels, but the price was fair and it was not a major issue at all. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would be happy to stay here again.

I like the proximity to Bridgestone Arena and Broadway, about a 15-20 minute walk. Room was small, but clean with everything was in working order. Breakfast area was large and breakfast options were excellent! Loved that they had staff to make omelets and pancakes everyday and they kept all food stocked well. Pool was clean. Parking is cramped and slightly limited for occupancy. I don't like that the card they require you to put in your car window verifying you paid to park indicates the room number you are staying in and the length of your stay. At minimum, I would prefer the room number not be indicated.

The hotel building is very dated and hasn't doesn't appear to be maintained very well. On the positive the staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was better than you expect for a similar hotels they actually did make omelets to order so that's somewhat positive all in all I would not stay here again however

Good location for yravel to/from lower Broadway area and complimentary breakfast was really good. The room itself was underwhelming and could use an update. Especially the bathroom & counter area, which was extremely low and we are not tall people.

First of all, the staff were friendly and the property was clean...these are the most important things to me. This is an older property and it is evident everywhere. That doesn't matter that much to me except for the air conditioner. The older units they have in the rooms cannot keep up with the amount of humidity in the air. I suspect they have issues with iron theft because the iron was tethered to the ironing board, something I had never seen before. That was a minor inconvenience. Lastly, you can't take any food items out of the breakfast area. That was mildly annoying but not a deal breaker. The biggest issue was the air conditioner. The property had a lovely pool and was within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a nice surprise- well well done area and setup. Pool was perfect! It was farther from the main downtown area than we thought - had to get transportation on the hot time of the day, not really walkable.

We ended up not staying at this property. The room I booked online was nothing like the room when I actually got there. I asked to have a room that was like the one I chose on line & they said those were all taken. So the room I thought I was getting should've not shown available or been able to be selected for an option. I drove 4 hrs to get there for the night. They couldn't accommodate me in any way, so I had no choice but find something else. I called Expedia to get a refund since the property said they could give it to me, but its been over a week, and I still do not have my refund.

This property was great in so many ways, walkable to downtown, close to other places to eat/ shop/ Whole Foods, very clean, GREAT staff and service, great parking, felt very safe for our family and our car, great price, very clean pool. As a single female traveling for a work conference in downtown Nashville, I felt very safe staying here. It was within walking distance to downtown and I did not have to worry about parking lots in the downtown area, which have been frustrating in the past. The room was much bigger than expected. Breakfast had many options, including eggs and sausage, yogurts, bagels, waffles, etc. The fitness room is small, but sufficient. The night view is lovely. The massage chairs in the lobby were appreciated. The microwave and room refrigerator were a must for me. I would stay here again :)

The room was just right for the one night we needed. The breakfast was amazing, Sunday morning omelet bar, waffles, pancakes... Parking was easy and the location was pretty quiet for how close the hotel is located to nightlife. We would stay here again.

The property is older and it seems that not much has been invested in the updating. I just did not feel comfortable in our room and just felt dirty. I was disappointed in this Choice property.

This hotel is perfect location and could be a very nice hotel if they worked on it. Little things. Hair dryer in room did not work, coffee maker you could not plug in where it was sitting. The shade was broken. The breakfast that comes with the room was very good.

The beds and the breakfast were terrific! The staff was very nice—and the cleanliness of the rooms and the maintenance of the grounds was superb. I needed a place to park my van—why I chose this property and it was totally safe and secure. There was even security on site in the evenings. We were traveling with our dog and they gave us a ground floor-so it was very easy to take him outside. Also—the air conditioning is top notch. Ok, it’s not a five star—some of the decorations need updating—not a big deal. We SLEPT in the room and the beds were fantastic.

When we walked into the room we commented on how it smelled newly cleaned and everything looked good. We slept well, parking was good, staff was very nice. The next morning I got up and was going to take a shower and noticed something in the tub. I thought it was rust at first but when I wiped it, it seemed to be mucous like blood. Needless to say, I did not take a shower. I was pretty nauseated afterwards. There was also lipstick or something similar, on the toilet paper holder.

The room was not very clean or nice as advertised. Location is great is for downtown Nashville access. Price was low. Building is dated. I will definitely splurge for a higher priced, cozy, clean, modern hotel next time.

The hotel was under renovation during our stay. I appreciate that so I don't ding them for the construction. Breakfast was awesome. Much better than the normal typical hotel buffet. They have an omelets and pancake station where they cook them too order for you. I recommended it to friends, they'll be staying there soon.

To start when we checked in, I asked a question about a charge and they explained it, but then in another language, made a comment amongst themselves and laughed, found them very rude. The first night there were issues with the air conditioner and had to have maintenance come fix it. The maintenance guy was great, quick and helpful then had to have him come back 10 minutes later because the door wouldn’t close completely and could not lock I will say the staff we’re very nice just the front desk people were not. The Wi-Fi is useless. Spent a half hour on the phone trying to get connected once I did 10 minutes later I was disconnected overall poor experience. The location was good though and beds were comfortable.

This hotel is acceptable for the price. I did however think the price for parking was very high.

This place was not clean. From the dirty bathroom, dusty curtains, and dirty countertops, we felt uncomfortable for our stay. The rooms were also crammed with furniture. We felt uncomfortable eating the breakfast after visiting that area since that area was also not clean. We did not want to get sick so we picked up breakfast on the way out of town instead. We cancelled our return stay in favor of finding another place. It’s advertised as kitschy and fun, but it really needs a good clean up.

The hotel is clean and the rooms were equipped with a microwave and fridge. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet considering it is on a somewhat busy street. The pool was also nice with plenty of lounge chairs. Will definitely stay here again.

It’s good for what it is, but don’t expect anything better than 3 star. It’s old and dingy and beat-up and kitschy and it shows. Heck, it’s the middle of May and they still have their Christmas decorations up. But the staff was competent, the place was clean and smelled clean, the breakfast was serviceable, and honestly can’t beat the price for all of that in downtown Nashville. It’s mid, but that’s what you pay for.

The property/room itself was wonderfully clean with very comfortable beds, huge tv, and clean smells! The parking lot is a bit tight if you’re in a larger/wider vehicle & I did not realize there was a separate fee for having a vehicle parked in the hotel lot (not a parking garage). The lobby was clean but the front desk lady that checked me in was not very friendly, did not listen very well & completely avoided answering a question I had asked her about a paper I was signing. Love the room…did not care much for the staff.

Staff were helpful, location walkable (a long walk) to downtown, and close to the Tailgate brewery which is a really nice relaxed pub with good pizza. Bed was very comfortable. Room was dark and decor was dated. A bit noisy when luggage wheeled across uneven walkways and people coming home late on weekends.

Property is generally clean and maintained on the surface, but under the surface not so much. The front desk staff is is efficient, but not super friendly. Definitely not a Hilton or Hyatt. The free breakfast is pretty good though.

This hotel was a 15 minute walk to the downtown area where all the action is! They have an awesome breakfast with waffle and pancake makers, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, along with the regular breakfast offerings. We were about 10 minutes late to breakfast one day, and an employee made sure we were taken care of, getting us bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit and juice! The hotel is an older property, but they are keeping up with updates, and the place is very clean. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating.

The only improvements that should be made are the doors themselves, they did not shut tight, the extra lock seemed flimsy, so I was a little uncomfortable. I think they should have better shampoo/conditioner and shower gel products. The bar soap is too cheap, and not good for skin.

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was hot food and not just bagels and muffins. I did not realize when I booked the hotel that parking in the hotel lot was extra. The hotel was not in the area I expected (my fault). However it was a 1-mile walk from Broadway and the Ryman, etc. attractions.

The only problems with this place was the walk ways they were very uneven and hard to push the luggage carts down and was a trip hazard for some of the older guests. Other than that we had a great time it was close enough to walk to get food and entertainment.

The staff was amazingly helpful we had planned on staying for 3 days but because of a surgery at Vanderbilt was only able to stay one night and there was no problem with canceling and refunding for the other two nights we will definitely be back

Nice for a quick in and out from Nashville. Clean room however the bathtub was very slippery and there was the start of an infestation of fruit flies in the bathroom. Curtains should be darker as well. Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was good. The area was stuffy so some air circulating would be helpful for other guests. Parking fee is separate from the hotel fee that you pay once you arrive. I did find a jump park ticket stuck to one of the folded towels in our room.

Had a great 4 night stay here...easy cheap uber or lyft from the airport. Stayed 4 nights had a ground floor renovated room which was massive with two queen beds and a sofa. Really comfy beds good shower pressure and clean. Walkable to Broadway and other attractions. Good breakfast. 24hr tea coffee and cold water in the lobby plus mini chocolates! Probably our only complaint and it's a minor one was there wasn't enough clothes storage. OK if only there for a few nights but we were touring - would of liked a few more drawers! Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked lovely .

The room was okay and the distance was not a bad walk from downtown, however they were doing renovations and storing the unused mattresses just in the hallway. And the hallway was outside space, any bug or weather element could get too which kinda grossed me out. There was also hair in the crack of the mattresses and the wall along with our bathroom floor. I will say the water pressure and temperature was nice however if you are taller you may not fit comfortably in the shower.

The hotel was a delightful surprise given past experience with Comfort Inn brand in other cities. It was immediately obvious that the staff take pride in the property. The lobby and outdoor pool area were clean and welcoming. The staff quickly and efficiently checked us in. Beds were clean and comfy! Best hotel pillows ever! Breakfast was made better by an omlete bar. It was a safe, 15 minute walk to all the attractions. Staff were quick with a friendly smile and greeting. It was all great!

This location was perfect for us. We walked to our destination most days. And the beverages/snacks sold at front desk were only $1 (rare find). I enjoyed sitting at the pool (even though it was not hot). Breakfast was typical. The guys working the breakfast room were great. They provided luggage storage the day we left.

Pretty decent hotel for a short weekend trip. When I visited on the first day there was some room construction going on, so that was a bit of an eye sore- I didn’t see them after the 2nd day so that was nice. Overall the room was a good size, bathroom was large. The sink in the bathroom was quite short & I am 5’1 so washing my hands or face in the sink I felt like I was towering over the sink and had to hunch over quite a bit. Our AC did have a slight noise- we didn’t keep it on overnight so it didn’t bother us too much but something to be made aware of. I wouldn’t say it is walkable to Broadway unless you are prepared to walk for 20+ minutes- however the Ubers/lyfts were pretty cheap from Broadway so we didn’t mind.

Had to pay just to park at the hotel. It did not mention any fees to park when booking the room. All parking is outside so they are making bank on everyone paying to park. Breakfast would have been amazing but the room was dirty. And the man making omelette was very rude. His attitude ruined it for me.

Very good location , adjacent to west side of I-40, between 14th & 15th, & only 1-2 blocks south of Broadway, where all the action is, from about 12th to 1st. Good price too. Problem is fairly rude staff, especially the woman at front desk May 3 am, who couldn’t be bothered to engage customers for 20 solid minutes while on phone with someone. To other negatives: 1. Directions to breakfast room (which is upstairs and to which you have to exit lobby for an outside elevator) are very poorly marked; 2. At breakfast area: A.there are multiple signs (I think 3) reminding patrons not to take any extra food with them; B. At same time there is a sign next to a guy who makes omelettes saying he would appreciate tips. These things, together with the fairly minute cups for juice and coffee, just make the place look cheap, and leave a bad taste that easily could have been avoided.

For the price, this was a great stay. Staff was friendly, the room was clean and they have a great breakfast with custom omelets

First of all, this facility is an old fashioned m-o-t-e-l. The rooms are accessed from the outside and you walk around the outdoor pool to get to the rooms from the office. Our room was on the backside and very loud with highway noises most of the night. They were in the process of renovating rooms, but I couldn’t tell whether ours had been done or not. It’s an old building. The breakfast room is large and the selection is good. One bonus was a person making fresh custom omlettes.My husband said the coffee was really good. The facility, including the pool was nice and clean. The $20/day charge to park right outside your room was not mentioned at check-in. All in all for the price I would probably look for a different spot next time around.

Had to leave early. Homeless sleeping in front porch, manager walked right by, hear loud music played by staff outside my room at 6am, reeked of weed. Highly do not recommend.

The property is definitely having work done on it. Think the parking lot and trash need a little better up keep. Some of the staff were very friendly others not . We had roaches in our first room and the guy just said they come in from outside.. The lady understood what I was trying to point out. They can get into you bags food etc. She called our room and ask use to pack up or stuff and changed our room so we moved. They did go into that room to check into it not sure if they sprayed or what they did. We didn’t see any bugs in the new room. It could be because of all the work going on. Not sure.

Staff could be a bit friendlier. Other than that it is right there in downtown, located within 20 minutes of all the major attractions and reasonable pricing. If you don’t want to spend a ton on a luxury hotel and want to save and use your money elsewhere then this is perfect for a budget.

There was big blood drops in one of the hallways. It was dried up so it must have been there at least a day, really gross. Carpet was torn up from the floor in corner by the door. A/c unit had a loud vibration noise, fortunately I brought earplugs

This location was perfect for my one-night stay. I needed a hotel relatively close to the Pinnacle concert venue on Exchange Place. I was able to walk there and back in 15 or 20 minutes. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and nicely furnished and the staff were accommodating.

We had a leak over our bed and would not refund the nights stay. Everything was dirty, no hot water, and shower head falling off the wall.

Location was good if you like to walk or take ride share. Construction/renovations of rooms so noisy during the day but not awful and they kept everything clean. Staff wasn’t very personable but there if you needed them. Breakfast was not that great. I’m not sure what they were doing with their scrambled eggs and sausage had to walk away from it. Probably wouldn’t stay again but was ok for a couple nights

Close enough to town to walk there but far enough away for a peaceful nights rest. We just had a very nice visit to Nashville and our stay here was a good part of it. Breakfast was above average for a two-star hotel, featuring full cook-to-order omelets and plenty of sides to go with them. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. One downside is that outside noise does penetrate the rooms, and it can wake you up when people return late at night. That said, overall I was extremely satisfied with the service. Extra points for having two massage chairs in the check-in area—but make sure to take your shoes off before using them. The front desk attendant gets a little annoyed if you don’t!

A few things went wrong. The pictures lied and said there was a hot tub in the bed room which there wasn't. When I went to take a shower there was no hot water. The phone in the room didn't work. So I couldn't even use their phone to call the front desk. When I finally found out how to get ahold of them it took them almost an hour and 2 different people going in and out of my room to fix the hot water. Not only did the hot water and phone not work. The safe also didn't work and there were outlet covers coming off the wall. On top of that the floors were still dirty from the previous tenants, there were cigarettes burns in the blankets and small holes in the wall. Also something that isn't mentioned in the pricing for the room is that they charge a $20 parking fee on top of the room payment upon arrival.

Room was clean, beds were amazing! Breakfast was great! Only downfall was the cleaning of the rooms. We were there 4 nights and they cleaned it once. The only time they did clean it they threw out one of my travel make up bags. Not happy. It was clear plastic but still they shouldn’t throw anything out! Now I’m down one bag for my stuff.

Very unwelcoming staff, no one smiled once and they just glare at you, especially the guys who make breakfast. Weird too that it’s 98% males working there, even cleaning the rooms. Mens room in lobby had a plastic bag covering the urinal most of our stay and they don’t advertise the room doors are all outside, not in an indoor hallway. Did like the lobby coffee machine.

Checking into the first room and the smell was unbearable, we asked to be changed into another room. Second room was exactly the same. There were men loitering around our window and we believe one tried our door. We called to reception to ask for help and they told us to just bring the keys back. No offer of checking who was outside, no call of security, no help to seek other accommodation, refusal of refund and refusal of car parking charges. Rooms in photos do not represent hotel or the current conditions. If you are booked here, change it. If you are considering booking here, don't. Thankfully we did not see the cockroaches mentioned in other reviews.

Stated all rooms have private hot tubs when in fact it’s just a bathtub. The private hot tub in room was what made the choice to book here.

There were people outside the room talking and shouting all night. They didn’t quiet down, and everything could be clearly heard from inside the room. The only positive aspect was that the check-in and check-out process was quick. Additionally, breakfast was included and it was good quality.

I was totally fooled by the picture online… was way too expensive for what I paid for it was plain & ugly that it was a motel very very disappointing

The Carpets and curtains needed a good cleaning or replaced, microwave door was super cracked. Room also had a strong smell of whatever product they used to clean with. also you are charged for parking in the parking lot $40 separate from room fees.

The reception manager staff was very rude to the person in front of me and me when we questioned the fact that they charge for parking. He knew that at 11pm he had us cornered. They charge $22 per day for parking on an open icy lot. Later in the morning, the access door to the lobby was closed and I had to walk over 100 feet of a very icy and dangerously slippery section on the parking lot to get to the Lobby. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was marginal. Will not be staying there ever again.

The fact you have to pay an extra 20 dollars to park at the hotel you ALREADY PAID FOR is ridiculous and is not clearly stated before buying the room.

Staff was not very accommodating to my request for a handicap room. They said they had no rooms that were handicap and they would not move us to a room that was accessible without a long walk or uneven floors( all the sidewalks on the third floor were wonky) Breakfast was very basic and they didn’t even have hot water. You are not allowed to leave the breakfast room with your breakfast. One of the guys who checked us in was just watching people who came in for breakfast.they did have a omelette bar but the guy cooking them didn’t do a good job. Ours were tough and like eating cardboard. The elevator stopped working with us in it. Took several minutes for it to open up again thankfully on our floor again we took the stairs but my father had no choice but to try the elevator later because he is handicapped. They do not post the elevator certificate of operation in the elevator so I don’t know when it was last certified. Rooms were smaller than normal hotels rooms my father’s walker couldn’t be used in the room as the walking space was too narrow. The only plus thing was they did have a grab bar in the bathroom.

Upon arriving I was charged an additional $65 for parking which I told I would be refunded if I checked out early, never was. Had to leave 2 days early due to a terrible winter storm. When relaying this info to the team at the front desk they told me I’d have to contact Expedia. Expedia told me I’d have to contact the hotel. No one would help. I could have spent $60 for 1 night at the same hotel and ended up spending over $300 for that same single night. Expedia and the hotel have been terrible with customer service through this entire experience. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. Parking situation was terrible and you’ll overpay by nearly triple on Expedia

The room was put together well, but the sheets were riddled with stains. The room was not quiet at all. Highway noise was not muffled at all and You can hear everybody closing doors in the hotel all night long. Had my dog on high alert All night. All the rooms open to the outside instead of an enclosed hotel, a detail I overlooked. So it was quite a wake up to walk in 20 degree weather to get breakfast. Reminded me a motel stay along the highway. Definitely over-paid for this stay, but it got the job done. They did a great job on the exterior decorations!

It was a decent room, in decent condition. There were only two drawers to put your clothes into one was missing the handle which made it difficult to use. (BTW the handle was in the drawer). I was quite impressed with the breakfast.

Staff was friendly. Beds were uncomfortable. Only could smell weed in parking lot. Doors slamming all hours of the night and could hear the people next door flush their toilet.

A large roach was in our room. We killed it took picture brought it to the front desk and they proceeded to tell us to check out by 11am. No apologies, no credits from comfort inn no choice to change rooms. Very rude, very little customer service. We were extremely disappointed and shocked at the way we were treated by both Comfort inn and Expedia

The pricing was amazing, the waffles do breakfast were so yummy! And you can’t beat the location!

We just stayed one night but there were no issues. Close to some local bars that you can walk to if you wanna get out for a bit. Room was clean and check in was fast.

A decent place to stay when in downtown Nashville. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. It included made to order omelets, biscuits and gravy, sausage, and make your waffles and pancakes. The amenities were good.

Never cleaned our room…and had to ask for towels each day. Close to downtown, it was fine for our needs.

Staff was nice. I didnt see that I needed to pay $20 just to park in their own parking lot. Thats ridiculous. I book this stay because I live in a different town and needed to be at the hospital for surgery super early in the morning. There was black hair on the back of the toilet, a pillow and stuck weaved in my towel maybe from the wash. We had an extremely uncomfortable and super hard bed. It molded to your body but felt like a brick. My mother and I ended up sleeping in the same bed when I booked 2 queens. Other than that it had what we needed and no bugs and pretty clean.

Had stayed at several Comfot inns over the past two years. No more. Room was tired and old. Furniture op and dirty. Shower coming apart. Stall could be a lot friendlier. Only thing we asked for were directions to walk Downtown.

Everything was great except being put in a room near the housekeepers. We were woke up at 7:45 by the carts, noise, and banging.

The bathroom could have used a good deep cleaing, the shelves where the towels were had quite a bit of dust. Otherwise, location was great. 15 min walk from downtown, plus there were quite a few restaurants/bars right near the hotel.

The front staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We were able to walk to Bridgestone arena.

I booked 4 nights here and ended up leaving early the morning after flying in because it looked nothing like the pictures and was very worn down. Management is not warm or welcoming at all. Didn’t feel safe staying another 3 nights. Only got refunded for two.

The room was super clean but the best part was the bedding!!! It was EXCELLENT quality and I slept soooo well!! The breakfast was awesome each day, well stocked and attended to and the fresh omelette station? HUGE bonus!! It really was a great stay and at a great price!!!! I'd stay with you again!!

The room was very clean had plenty of towels and soap products. The bed was comfortable with enough blankets . The cleaning staff was friendly and the breakfast that they put out every morning was unbelievable had everything you could want.
