Very nice hotel . Hotel has a liquor store and convenience store across the street. Was about 1 mile and a 30 minute walk from Nissan stadium. Brunch was very good at the hotel and prices were good.

The Waymore Hotel is ALL smoke and mirrors. NOTE TO ALL GUESTS: THE AC IS LOCKED ON A 1 HR TIMER. You will manually have to turn it on every hour to keep it running. I had a terrible night sleep. Also, the rooftop bar, was closed for a private event all day. And when it finally did open, they closed 30 minutes before last call. They lock access to the roof, so you cant even enjoy the view. The hotel is so Nashville. All hype, no substance.

The hotel was super cute and mostly clean and comfortable. Oddly though, the shower head was disgustingly filthy. I rubbed it with my hand and a bunch of gunk came off so I did the rest and made it clean for myself to shower. The other big issue was the mattress had a huge dip on one side that made the whole bed uncomfortable. Such a shame.

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular! The city view is chic! The rooftop is quiet and lush! And the staff was totally accommodating the entire experience!

Their downstairs restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch is fantastic! The room was spacious and very comfortable. Their coffee is delicious. The top level bar is very nice. All the staff we interacted with were amazing! We really loved this hotel. Don't forget to get your picture taken in the photo booth!

The breakfast was basic and did not come with any condiments (no salt, pepper, ketchup, etc.) - bland. The heat took at least an hour to come up to temperature, and the rails of the bunk beds were dirty with dust and debris.

We came in for a concert at Nissan and it was very walkable. The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. The only small disappointment was no small refrigerator or coffee maker in the room. There was free coffee in the lobby however. I would definitely stay here again.

Was a very pleasant stay. Considering the "hip" vibe. It wasn't noisy, but a very relaxed and chill atmosphere. I visited the downstairs lounge as well at the rooftop bar. Both were great. Property and rooms were very clean. One caveat though. The beds/mattreses are shorter than normal.

Advertised a smart tv which it did not have. The bed was about the same as sleeping on a cold rock. Staff and everything else was great!

The staff is great and the room and property are well maintained and clean, my only real issue was the noise, between the rooftop music and the street right outside the window it was impossible to sleep we could also hear people in the other rooms, plus the bathroom was an echo chamber, for the price of the rooms it should be soundproof, worste sleep ever, 2 stars because staff was great and room was clean.

Excellent location and overall design of the hotel and rooms. The only thing I was surprised by - we stayed there 3 nights and nobody came to clean the room during that time.

The check-in was fairly slow as the bar tender had a couple of drink orders which had priority. The check-in was friendly and efficient once I able to check-in. The room was very nice and the parking was great. The elevators could use a cleaning and had a foul odor. I didn’t use my complimentary cocktail as the lobby was slow. I would return.

Everything was on point, stellar staff. Lobby, restaurant, rooftop were pretty amazing as far a work- life- balance goes! Evan was stellar in service at Tall Tales. The only thing I found to be missing was a mini fridge in my room. We will be back in the future!

Great stay for our time in Nashville. However we were not provided proper information about the hotel during check in. We didn’t know the hotel served food, has access to a nearby gym for workouts, and wasn’t provided our drink vouchers upon check-in. Otherwise, the staff is nice and the rooms are great.

Room was clean, though rather Spartan, especially for the price. No in-room coffee, no iron and board (though there was a steamer), quite a bit of traffic noise given weeknights and location. Not much else nearby for food.

My overall experience at Waymore was satisfactory. The warm environment and the check-in person, who was caring and attentive to our needs, contributed to this. Great night's sleep. Overall, it was a pleasant vacation experience that left us feeling welcome and satisfied with the service.

We really liked the location. There were a lot of nice restaurants within walking distance. It’s only a 1.5 mile walk to downtown. We really liked the rooftop bar - good drinks and beautiful sunsets with a view of downtown. There is a parking garage below the property. The neighborhood seemed like it’s growing. The building itself has an industrial vibe which I like but I think at times it contributes to an echo-y sound from the surrounding rooms and hallways. But overall it was quiet. There was some street noise at times but nothing that kept me up or bothered me too much. The mattress was a little too firm for me. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too big and would billow out and drip water all over the floor despite my best efforts to contain it.

Was a great stay at Waymore's Guest house. Wish they included free water and a refrigerator but other than that it was a nice trip. The lighting in the rooms are rather dark but it goes along with the industrial aesthetic. Live music in the lobby on the weekends was a nice touch.

Very cute hotel convenient to almost everything. The rooms are smallish but very adequate and clean. Loved how they were stocked with snacks and drinks including bottles of wine at decent prices. The bed was (much) firmer than I prefer. And there were no drawers. The Tall Tales rooftop bar was very cool. Loads of seating and great views. All the staff were great. I would definitely return.

The hotel was in a great location the staff recommendations for good places to eat were awesome. There were tons of local places to eat plus bars and music venues within walking distance. The room was clean and well decorated very cute. The hallways colors and lighting were very playful and the lobby seating area was very cool. They had an espresso bar and a dinning area for the morning, they also offered a full bar for drinks with a well decorated out door space with lights and gas fire pits. The rooftop bar was a nice touch also well decorated with a very nice view of the skyline of Nashville. I would definite stay here again if coming back to visit.

We stay at Waymore’s often. We like that there is no charge for parking. The vibe is great. Love the lobby. The main thing it is lacking is an in room refrigerator. The suites have them but not the regular rooms. I also dislike the lack of overhead lighting in the bedrooms of the suites. The table lamps are very dim.

We stayed for one night while on road trip. Arrived really late and check-in was a really great experience. There’s a nice garage for the cars, which is included in price of the room. Room is comfortable (we got skyline view), loved the hardwood floors. Restaurant was amazing, with creative menu. We got a nice big breakfast before getting back on the road. Will definitely stay at this hotel again and check out rooftop bar!

Really cute design. Front desk staff were nice. Towel in the bathroom was dirty and had not been changed, with a lot of very obvious makeup on them from a previous guest, pretty gross, but there were lots of towels and I was only there a night so I didn't say anything and just avoided the dirty one. The listing makes it look like there's a gym but there isn't. Apparently they give a pass for one "down the street", but did not want to leave the building in gym clothes so that was a disappointment. The sparse room and concrete ceilings meant that I could hear every move of the cleaning staff in the rooms above me and it was LOUD. No mini fridge. Basically cute design and concept but could use some upgrades and more attention to cleanliness.

Really beautiful property. Good location, excellent staff and amenities. The restaurant and bar have thoughtful menus and are fun. The bed was really bad though. Such an uncomfortable mattress and the metal frame sticks out right at shin height. Would stay again, but I’d so appreciate a better bed.

We enjoyed breakfast, and Drinks on the rooftop were the best in Nashville ( at least where we went). BUT the room was a concrete block that smelled like mildew. hence 4 stars

Fourth stay at Waymore's Guest House! This is a gem of a hotel. Great staff at front desk and bar. Clean and stylish room. Beautiful lobby.

They keep running charges to my card and I left the hotel early. I haven’t even been there and my card keeps getting charged. If anything I should get money back. How are you accessing my card when I have left the hotel.

East Nashville has a great VIBE, My daughter live near the hotel so we were able to walk to meet up Etc. the rooftop bar was nice and the check in staff downstairs eatery and bar staff also Super Nice The Bartender on Saturday night up on rooftop was NOT NICE the girl was super. The BAR manager also nice guy and gave us some great intel about Nashville . Other than the ONE big GUY bartender our stay was nice.

The room smelled humid & there was mold on the pillows. The window was leaking water and while we let the front desk know nothing was ever done to fix it.

Room and hotel were very clean and nice, but there were a few things that were lacking. The pillows were genuinely so bad I think I got neck problems. The rooms didn't have refrigerators, and the front desk staff were willing to use their fridge to keep guests' items which was nice, but it seems easy to add minifridges to the rooms. Also, it was just really loud in the hotel all the time because the walls and ceiling were lacking insulation. But for the price and the quality of the rooms, it still seems like a reasonable deal; you get what you pay for I guess.

It was more of an elevated hostel experience rather than hotel. Staff was not very pleasant and treated guests as a burden. We were supposed to have free drinks offered and breakfast, as per booking, but no one even mentioned anything and when asked, responded they didn’t know what we were talking about. No room service. No desk lamp at a desk (???). Forget about slippers and robes. That doesn’t exist here. No gym. No fridge. No room cleaning. They will only replace your towels IF AND ONLY IF you put the ‘yes please’ card on the door. But guess what, at the check in they NEVER mentioned that. And no instructions anywhere say that. Be prepared to be cold unless you’re used to only be covered with a flat sheet while sleeping because their ‘blanket’ was just that, a sheet. At the checkout, we thought a random dude was sitting at the bar with his laptop working and no one else was there. Turns out that was the receptionist that told us to just toss our cards on the counter and he’d take care of everything. What??? Puzzled how this hotel got on the top list of anything. It was not a positive experience whatsoever

Staff was helpful and friendly, check-in was really simple. Rooms and beds were comfortable and well thought out without a lot of fuss. Lobby and rooftop bar ooze style and the bar has exceptional cocktails. Restaurant food was great.

Only things that need improvement are water pressure and maybe an extra or backup at the front desk - being a barista, a bartender, a concierge, and a front desk agent is just too much for one person at a time. Not fair to the employee or the guests/bar patrons (or the people calling on the phone. Lovely idea, but also a bottleneck.

Great hotel. Only minor inconvenience was cheap steam irons and no option for an ironing board. Made me late for a meeting but overall the hotel was very nice and inspiring and the free parking was a huge plus.

We love staying at the Waymore for concerts at The Basement East. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice. Love the shower in the bathroom. The beds are moderately comfortable. The only real downside is the rooms that are not suites do not have refrigerators or a good place to hang clothes. It is great for a one night stay.

The room had a urban modern industrial design. The bed was comfy and the room.had exactly what you need. Very cool lobby area with an inviting scene! East Nashville is an amazing area and this place is right on Main st. This is definitely the side of town you want to stay for the best food in Nashville. Hang out with the locals listening to great music in a small neighborhood venue, or shop at a local shop nestle among the residences. You never know who you might run into!

The room was great, and we had a view towards downtown, which was a bonus. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The lounge bar was fun, and it was easy to navigate anywhere we needed to go from the hotel.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable and very modern. The beds were comfortable. I slept like a log. The café had delicious breakfast and at night we enjoyed the well stocked bar. The only thing I ask is that you get some cards and more games to play in the lounge. Otherwise, everyone was so very nice.

The hotel was great! Very clean and parking garage high enough for roof top Thule and very convenient and safe. Cute comfortable bar/lounge. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because we heard everything from the room next door. Thankfully, they did not go to bed late.

There is no overhead light in the bedroom so at night it is like a dimly lit cave. The mattress is uncomfortable. It was nice having two separate bedrooms for us and the kids. Price is a little high for East Nashville but free parking is nice.

Unfortunately not a great stay at this hotel. The room felt neglected. The floors were sticky. The bed had a metal frame and it was incredibly loud. The lights too bright or too dark. Staff was helpful, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Definitely recommend adding a small refrigerator. Such a small amenity but would go a long way especially for those who may have a refrigerated prescriptions.

The room was spacious, modern, and clean! Loved the vibe of the lobby and the location in relation to Nissan Stadium (an easy, 20 minute walk). The only things to note are that you have to request housekeeping services the night before and there is an $18/day “amenity fee,” which, for us, covered parking and morning coffee.

this is one of the coolest hotels I’ve stayed in not just in Nashville, but all around. The staff was super friendly. The lobby was beautiful. The location is great if you like East Nashville. The room was a little small, but honestly it had everything you need except for maybe a fridge. The rooftop bar was pretty cool too though it was cold so we couldn’t sit outside. Very reasonable for pets and I will stay again.

The room was very clean and overall comfortable. I personally was disappointed in the comfort of the bed. The mattress didn't seem to be suited for a platform bed.

Housekeeping never visited my room over the 3 nights I was there and I never put the hangtag on my door to not have them come. I am a business traveler and when you book for 3 days, you should be offered a refrigerator in your room. Also, the gym is located 10 minutes away and not on site, which wasn’t clear on the website, so I was disappointed to not have easier access. The staff never asked about my stay and seemed bored.

The staff was so professional and friendly. Rooms and amenities were top notch!

Bed was comfortable, but room lacked a luggage rack. The room had a phone but no notice of how to reach the front desk. I called the hotel on my cell to request an extra blanket and never received the blanket I requested. Garage parking is not guaranteed and parking is limited so keep in mind you may need to do street parking.

We stay at the Waymore when we go to concerts at Basement East. We love the vibe at Waymore’s.

The staff is really kind and personable!

Room was dirty. Towels were used. Trash in cans upon arrival. Dirt on floor. Alcohol bottle under bed.

Fully stocked mini bar with good choices. Rooms were clean, and there was no noise at night. The sky view rooms have such a pretty view that we slept with the windows open to see it until we fell asleep. We visited for a doctor’s apt, and we will definitely be back.

We had to change rooms due to numerous issues - mainly broken toilet. Never an apology, never an urgency to move us, we was made to feel like a hindrance for daring to complain that things were broken beyond repair. The noise throughout the night was horrendous resulting in very little sleep. The only plus was the roof top bar which was lovely, fun with great, helpful, friendly staff. Unfortunately due to the customer service at the reception area, very average rooms and location I would not recommend this hotel. Overall disappointingly poor ☹️

Waymore's was a great place to stay that was quiet and a short trip to the main part of Nashville. Felt very comfortable walking around East Nashville at any hour of the day (or night). Never had an issue with parking but could see how it could get challenging for this hotel. The service was friendly and helpful- from check in to check out, everyone was great. The amenities offered in the room was a great touch, but yes, they come for a price. If price isnt an issue, definitely enjoy them!

Instead, two employees who “help out with maintenance” showed up. They only clicked around on the thermostat and said to wait a few more minutes. One went to get a portable heater. By 9:30 pm, the heat still wasn’t working. He said he would notify the manager and that we could speak with him at checkout. The next morning, the manager insisted the heat was working and dismissed our concerns completely—no apology, no acknowledgement of the inconvenience, and no offer of compensation. From 7:30–10 pm the room never warmed up, and we were repeatedly told to “give it time,” even though heating systems should kick on within seconds. I had planned to stay here again in December, but after this experience, I can’t imagine staying during colder weather. Ignoring customer concerns and refusing to resolve an obvious issue is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel in the winter.

Great location and nice room, but I gotta say, those bed corners are brutal and my shins are not happy. My only complaint is about those things! They need some padding or guards or something!

The issues began at check-in. We arrived early and were told to wait in the lobby and that we’d be notified as soon as a room was available (which I fully understand and was fine with). However, three parties who arrived after us were checked in before us. When I asked about it, the front desk agent told me it was “first come, first serve,” even though we had clearly been waiting in the lobby the entire time. Her attitude was dismissive, and when she went to get the manager, she returned without offering any update or acknowledgment. She walked right past me without saying a word. When we finally received our room, it was disappointing. The room was very small, the temperature could not be adjusted, and it felt muggy the entire stay. The toilet was clogged and required maintenance, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the rooms do not have coffee makers, so the only option is to go down to the lobby in the morning—an inconvenience when you just want a simple cup of coffee without having to get fully dressed. Overall, the experience did not match the standard we expected, especially given how often we visit Nashville. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was clean and well serviced. The dining option met our needs when we needed a quick bite before seeing the sights. Overall it was a good hospitality experience slightly off the beaten path of the downtown Nashville area. Easily accessible via ride sharing too! Would definitely recommend!

Toilet in room kept running, and the shower door was hard to open and close, misaligned.

Room was very small. The metal bed frame sticks out too far from under the mattress causing us to hit our legs on the corners. So much so that my husband ended up with a very bad gash on his leg. We had to call for towels and our room wasn’t refreshed at all for 2 of the days we were there. The lobby is very nice but overall they are missing the mark. Oh and the ice situation definitely needs to be improved.

The staff is very friendly and it’s a quaint hotel with mostly modern features throughout! If I had a concern it would be getting in and out of this hotel. There’s very little room to park or pull in for checkin. Checkin is also at the bar as you walk into the lobby which is unusual! After you checkin then you get a key for underground parking which proved nice. Loved hanging out at the rooftop bar the staff were fun and engaging.

This is a cool hotel. It's Nashville, but a different vibe from downtown. It's also close to cool restaurants and bars on the east side of town. I'll stay here again.

We chose the Waymore because it’s a dog-friendly hotel. As it turns out, it was perfect for everyone in our party. A very comfortable lounge area, free wine 5-6, a good breakfast, a responsive checkin counter, parking, and we loved the rooftop bar with fire pits. We had one of the best old fashioned’s there. In the lounge/lobby, there are all kind of coffee table type books to lead through and board games. We stayed in the junior suite—it had everything you could want. We will be back.

Me and my wife stayed a night, hotel staff was super nice, our main door didn't lock on our bedroom and the hotel didn't have a gym. When i booked the hotel, they had photos of a really nice gym so kind of bummed.

Outstanding stay from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was quick and friendly (and even WAY early), and every interaction throughout my stay was genuinely warm and professional. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed — every little detail made a difference, from the quality of the bedding to the quiet air conditioning. They even brought us a refrigerator when our room didn’t include one! The amenities were excellent — rooftop was beautiful, lobby is super hip complete with a photo booth, coffee was delicious, and location was perfect and safe. It’s clear that the management truly cares about maintaining high standards and creating a relaxing experience for guests. Specifically Fernando and Katie, they were SO nice and made me feel like they had known me forever. I travel often, and this hotel stands out as one of the best I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Nashville — I’ll definitely be returning!

The Waymore is a great place to stay. I have stayed there every time I visit Nashville. But I will make a note to self to request to stay on floors 2 & 3 from now on, because floor 4 is directly beneath the Roof Top Bar which plays very loud music until late. I also had to listen to a wedding reception that went on until midnight. Not great when you have a sleeping baby in your suite.

There was no in room frudge, microwave, ice machine on floor and room was small. No way it was a king bed either. Website very deceiving

The front desk is located within the bar. Bad design. Especially when the bar is packed and you have to make your way through people to check in. Staff is bartending and checking in. Location is unappealing. Staff is not friendly or helpful. No cleaning service. Was advised by front desk "You have to request cleaning service at most hotels...." NOT IN MY EXPERIENCE! No smart tv. Tv's appear to be old refurbished tv's. Room smelled when we arrived. Would NOT stay here again.

We were so happy that we chose to stay at Waymore's for our extended weekend with friends. We loved the live music at the rooftop (only wish they had it nightly), had a lovely breakfast in their restaurant, and enjoyed every staff member we encountered. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. Loved the vibe. We would stay again.

The rooftop bar is amazing! The rooms are also clean and comfortable and have all the necessities. You do have to go downstairs for coffee though but I was up early and it was available early. It was also good coffee.

I loved staying here for The Weeknd concert! It was so so pretty and unique. I loved the decor and different lighting in the hallways. The room was perfect for getting ready. Staff was nice, but we waited a while for an employee to come help us check in. Overall a great stay!

Paid for skyline view but the way the bed was positioned you couldn’t see it at all out of the window. No coffee in room. Also, the walls are very thin and we were woken up in the AM hours next door making the bed shake.

Booked for an overnight stay and overall, it was a very good choice! Hotel has an artsy-deco feel & very inviting. Front desk service was very nice & welcoming. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, & relaxing. There is a secure parking garage and the surrounding area appeared okay & safe. Many people out walking in the area, close to many attractions and downtown. There is a rooftop club at the hotel but there were absolutely no noise disturbances!!! I would definitely stay here again.

Funky, vibrant, fabulous location.

Honestly for the price, property was great. It was close to everything, incredibly clean & the staff were all really great. The only thing I did not like is if we wanted to have a few drinks cold before going out or after having some great dinners we weren’t able to bring back leftovers as there are no fridges in the rooms.

The staff was amazing and I can’t say enough about the parking situation. It’s so hard to find a place that offers easy parking. The location is amazing and the food/drink offerings are great at well. The fact that it’s pet friendly is also a major plus.

Food option we’re not available as we check in pretty late and everything was close. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I preferred. The black out curtains were not long enough to cover the entire window that was annoying but so is life 8/10 I’ll definitely come back often! The staff was amazing

The hotel was nice. However it said online it was 2-3 min from Broadway and that was not true.

Perfect. No issues other than needing to get re keyed. The first ones don’t “take”. I simply went back down to the front and they fixed it for me.

Two main things. First I’m 6 feet tall and my feet were off the end of the bed. Second, I was there five nights and no one cleaned until I asked for it.

Loved the abundance of houseplants and bohemian decor in the lobby. Loft style room was awesome, great for our family. Food was a cross between hip and southern and was reasonably priced. Overall this is a five star place in a three star neighborhood.

Jenky/fake hotel in a bad part of town. Worst service I’ve had in a while: front desk disappeared for many minutes without even a greeting at my presence, restaurant room service did not answer phone so I could place an order (I had to order Uber Eats), front desk did not answer phone, then front desk made me walk all the way to lobby to pick up my uber eats. I will not return.

Loved this cute boutique hotel. Found a parking spot outside of the garage behind the hotel before checking in (always a tad worried about finding parking with the vehicle we road trip in being too tall for most garages) so that was awesome. There are maybe five or so spots there. Walking into the lobby to check in, it almost looked as if we were checking into a bar, but had a cute check in sign and friendly attendant. We loved the retro style and decor, as well as the instruments (my son loved the piano) and coffee table books (spent some time with the Kehinde Wiley book) in the lounge area. Our room was perfect except for the fact that it was two doubles instead of two queens - a little cramped for my husband and me in one little bed. The room was exceptionally clean and smelled good, and honestly, so did the hallways! I don’t think I’ve ever been able to say that in a review, haha. I even liked the hallway carpet, another first. Great rooftop bar with free prosecco at 5:00. Highly highly recommend anyone to stay here when in town!

This has become our go to stay in Nashville. Within walking distance of some amazing restaurants for breakfast, coffee shop, or dinner. Very trendy with a cool vibe and great bar in the lobby and on the roof. $8 uber to Broadway.

I had a view to the back of the building but the other side I’m sure was a gorgeous view of downtown!

We were a bit concerned upon arrival due to the area of the city, but it turned out to be a wonderful stay. The rooftop bar area is amazing. The lobby is funky and chic and playful. Room was great. Complimentary wine for happy hour was nice touch. Would stay here again.
