Staff and location was amazing and super helpful after a super long travel day. I want to give thanks to the team especially James from the desk area and Manager Ed who were very welcoming and helpful after having some reservation complications. I loved that they offer delicious made breakfast, luggage holding on day of check out to not have the suit case hassle and they look out for you during your stay which makes you feel safe in an area youre not familiar with and also require a room key to open the hotel entry during late hours which is also a major plus for safety. Rooms were very comfy and clean. I dont have anything i did not like about the property during this stay

El desayuno es buenísimo. El cuarto muy limpio con una cocina con todo los utensilios para preparar tu comida de así necesitarlo y una nevera espaciosa. El personal muy atento y amable. Una vista espectacular desde el piso 40. A mi me encantó, y si algún día vuelvo a New York me volveria a quedar en Elements.

This hotel is the best I’ve stayed in in Manhattan, NY over the years. Everything is just right and just what we need as travelers. The hotel is new and well maintained. Room is spacious. Bed is super comfy. Elevators are fast. The kitchenette is a plus. And the price is right. I’m coming back to Element Times Square.

Hotel is a big building, located at pretty good spot, but elevators are very weak, waiting time too long, waisting time. Breakfast has many options, but you have to be in a battle for it with thousand other customers. Room is clean, cleaning is every "other" day, but if you look out of window you can only see a wall of other building.

Location was perfect, was a bit worried about this as we had travelled with our kids, been that it is located at times square, but it was a decent location ,breakfast was good and l like the fact that the rooms had a kitchenette. The hotel in general was good, comfortable, customer service from the staff, was perfect. Wouldn't mind staying here again. Rooms small, but it was good enough for a family of four, the lifts were too slow, and small especially in the morning rush hour.

Room was small but comfortable. Included kitchenette was nice; although I didn't do any cooking it's nice to have the option. I also liked the full-sized slim refrigerator/freezer! The shower had great water pressure and there was plenty of hot water. Check in process could have been better; not enough staff at the registration desk at 3:00 (check in time) leading to somewhat long waits and a little crowding in the lobby. As mentioned above the water pressure in the room was great and there was plenty of hot water but it was very difficult to control water temperature. Most of the time the water came out almost scalding hot. The handle in the shower fell off when I turned on the water and I could have sustained serious burns had I not been standing outside the shower when I turned it on.

The room itself was excellent: clean, comfortable, with a great view, a very useful kitchenette, and everything matched the photos exactly. For a 10-day stay in New York, that matters, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was basic but perfectly adequate, enough to start the day. Also, the people working in the kitchens and the breakfast staff were very kind. The only real downside was the front desk staff. I've rarely encountered a reception team that seemed so uninterested in interacting with guests. No smiles, no warmth, and no real sense of hospitality. The stay was genuinely enjoyable, but we quickly found ourselves hoping not to have any reason to contact reception. Check-in and check-out shouldn't be the moments guests dread the most, yet somehow they were. We understood that any conversation with the front desk would leave us in a slightly worse mood than before. Honestly, I would have preferred dealing with an AI for check-in and check-out. At least it would have felt equally efficient while being more pleasant to interact with. A special mention to manager Ed. He certainly did his job, but managed to make every interaction feel unnecessarily cold and unpleasant. It's a shame, because the rooms and facilities are genuinely very good. With a friendlier reception team, this hotel would be an easy recommendation.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially the breakfast service staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable; minor wear and tear but everything in good working order. Kitchenette fully stocked with utensils and cookware and diningware and a large apartment sized refrigerator which made eating in room convenient when needed. Location was very convenient near train station, bus station and subways. Easy to walk to Times Square, Empire State Building, and Rockefeller Center, and the subway to get uptown or downtown. Busy hotel so sometimes slow to get elevators on top floor and busy during peak breakfast time. Breakfast is full hot and continental buffet; dairy free and gluten free options available upon request and staff are willing and friendly to help. Asked for fresh made dairy free scrambled eggs two days in a row with no problems. Lots of dining options nearby. Check out Schnippers for variety of meal options that are quick, reasonably priced and taste great.

There was a constant smell of weed on the premises and when I complaint about it the answer of the receptionist was that that odor should be expect in NYC.....not ok given than I was with my 5 year old there. Cleaning: every other day and for some reason the toilet paper was never placed on the holder....I asked other guests about it and apparently several rooms on the 6 and 7 floors had that issue. Noise: the ac/heating device was extremely loud and between that, the outside noise and the construction going on the premises, my family and I had pretty bad nights of sleep.

Stayed more than 10 times at this hotel over the couple of years. No more daily housekeeping and trash not cleared daily. Even on the day of housekeeping, no replenish of items in the room. For breakfast, only had one (juice and fruit only) throughout my stay this trip as the food are the same and so not interested in eating. Breakfast staff still continue to use same cloth to wipe tables and then chairs, they wear gloves, but after wiping tables chairs and clearing trash bins, they may replenish bread/food without changing gloves on their hands. Unhygiene and dirty. The long wait for elevators issue still unchanged over the years.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Overall good experience. The staff was courteous and accommodated our request for early check in. I was a little skeptical after reading some negative reviews about noise, cleanliness, room size, escalator wait time but my stay was actually good. The breakfast options were good. Room size was good and similar to other hotels in the area in the same range and in room kitchen, filtered water amenities were great for us. The staff did mention about noise during weekdays 9 to 5 pm. But i did not experienced it though i was out of my room around 11 AM everyday. Location was good, the room was good. The view was good. The breakfast and happy were good. Busy hotel since it's location. But slept fine and liked the room's view, as I had a higher floor room view towards downtown. It was perfect to walk to Time Square and our Stranger Things broadway show. I am a bellman myself, so the bellman's could be a just a little more thankful and friendly, but perhaps it's because of the sheer amount of people they deal with for luggage storage as it was busy and they probably get stiffed a lot too. But I tipped them well and it was efficient getting our luggage. The main complaint is I didn't have wifi the two nights I was there, it just wouldn't work for me. I didn't bother telling anyone as the front desk looked busy always too. Overall though, it was fine, expensive of course for the view and location, but it worked out fine for my girlfriend and I. Walked out the morning of check out and was easily able to hail a cab to the airport. Felt safe and got a good night sleep. They just need to fix their wifi.

Very busy hotel but a good location in NYC. The breakfast choice was very good. However, there isn't anywhere near enough space for everyone to eat. Many people had to go to their rooms or eat in the reception area. Only three lifts lead to long queues as people wait to go between the 40 floors. The room itself was OK but the noise from the very large, old air conditioning unit and the fridge freezer unit (right at the side of the bed) meant sleep was very interrupted. The room was clean and adequate otherwise, with USB charge points and basic kitchen utilities. The room had no drawers and no space in the bathroom for any toiletries so we felt very cramped and living out of our suitcases. The electronic safe was a good size. Our room was close to one of the fire exit staircases and the smell of pot coming from the stair well was overpowering at times. Also, there was no hot water one morning at all in our room. Reception just said 'well there's no problem with the hotel'. The roof terrace was closed and did not reopen as we were told it would.

The staff were really pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I also found it helpful that there were notices throughout the hotel that explained the best times to visit the dining area for breakfast according to the level of business. The room was average overall. It was clean; size was ok for family of 4. There were holes in the walls in several places that had been poorly patched. The side of the dishwasher was peeling badly. The tv didn't work; we was told the cable services were under maintenance but they could help us try to get local channels. The location was great; close to everything. I'm thinking that is what largely attributed to the price of the stay. I have stayed in Marriott brand hotels before and this was the worst one; wouldn't stay there again.

The location is great, about a 10 min walk from Times Square. I never felt the area was unsafe, despite some comments. The entrance is secure, with locked doors and security always present. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is every 2 days, which we found perfectly adequate since we were out all day and we are clean people. The room size was good, and the kitchenette was very well equipped, including a large fridge freezer. The bathroom was good with no issues at all. We were lucky to have a view of the Empire State Building and The Edge. On the downside, the air conditioning and heating system was difficult to control and quite noisy. The mattress in our room was worn and could use replacing. Storage space was adequate for our needs, with a small cupboard to hang clothes. Breakfast was buffet with a good variety of hot and cold food, with extended hours compared to other hotels. At around 8am I always found a table easily. It got busier after, with short waits and some people taking food to their rooms. The 3 elevators can be busy, so some waiting is expected, be patient. They also stored our luggage for free after checkout until 6pm. We paid in full when booking, and the hotel only held a $250 deposit, which was refunded promptly an got it back in my bank account the day after checkout.

The location, the cleanliness, the helpful staff, the extra shelf space in the bathroom, the kitchenette, the comfortable beds, the included breakfast - all are fantastic! The only thing I would change is the awful mirrors in the rooms. They are too dark for fully seeing and applying makeup. But that is the only thing.

Great location- walkable to Times Square / broadway and numerous shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed but room itself is showing wear and tear. Our room was spacious but not much of a view room 207- toilet inconsistently flushed and coffee maker did not work. For a weekend of watching broadway shows, it was an excellent stay.

I had already checked out a day early with refund due to unannounced ( very) loud construction at the hotel. Unfortunately, I needed to stay another night in nyc, and the hotel was listed on Expedia at a very cheap (£1) price, so I decided at that price, and put up with the noise during the day. Check out was at 12- housekeepers started knocking every half hour from 9:30! Bathroom sink was very slow to drain.

Clean and spacious room, friendly staff, full, fresh breakfast spread, coffee and tea available all day, location is perfect, rooftop was closed and elevator can get full fast which was a bummer but other than that I would highly recommend and I plan on returning.

I unfortunately needed to stay another night in nyc and the hotel was listed for £1 on Expedia so I just booked in again just for ease to get to PABT. Bathroom drains in every room I’ve stayed in are very slow. Housekeepers start knocking on the door from 9:30 ( check out is at 12!) It’s a very good hotel but needs to work out some issues because it is very large with a huge customer turnover.

The hotel is convenient to the subway and Times Square. It’s definitely a heavily trafficked area (especially when there’s an event at nearby Madison Square Garden). While it can feel a bit hectic it also means it feels safe at night. That said, you have to walk southeast to find any charm in NoMad or Chelsea. The breakfast is amazing for a hotel at this price point and the best I’ve ever seen. It’s also very popular, so leave time. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom clean (if a tad worn). I didn’t even reserve a view room and it was on a high enough floor to get lots of natural light. Every NYC hotel has issues with waiting for elevators. It wasn’t quite as bad at Element (the higher the floor, the better since they’re usually full by the time they get to the lower floors). Overall amazing value for the money.

Very happy with our stay. Good variety at breakfast, nice afternoon snack M-Th, staff was SUPER friendly from the front desk staff on check-in to the staff working breakfast/snack to the staff working the door. Room had a large fridge with small kitchenette. Bathroom had plenty of room with large shower. Views of Time Sqaure from our window. Excellent location, walkable to Time Square, MSG, and train station. Plenty of food and shopping near by. Felt very safe in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

From the stench of dead rodents in the hallways to the poor attitudes of the front desk personnel. And from the terrible housekeeping staff that left broken glass on my floor for 3 days despite 5 requests to have it cleaned, to the non-working TV in my room that took 2 days to fix (I heard several other guests complaining about their TVs too). My stay was nearly 2 weeks and engineering never came to fix the bathroom light that would turn on and off intermittently. The furnishings are cheap and heavily worn. This place is definitely not deserving of the "8+ very good" rating on Hotels.com. Maybe Marriott (the owners of Element) bought that high rating because it's a 3 or 4 at best. I strongly recommend avoiding Element.

The Element was in a great location in Time square. There were a lot of things to do within walking distance. The staff was pretty nice. The breakfast was okay grab and go mostly. The room was clean and had decent space for a Hotel in New York (rooms are usually small here). I would book again. Just note If you're on a higher floor elevator can take a few minutes in the morning.

I didn't enjoy the breakfast menu. European hotels have a lot more generous continental meals. I didn't feel the variety day to day and quality of the food was not great. My room didn't have free bottle of water. While I appreciated green room service, the service was not neat enough. I wish they picked up the dirty towels as they stock the new.

Although the room was average there were a few minor issues but don’t impact too much during our stay. There was a bulb out in bathroom there was a constant leak from bathroom sink there was very low pressure from kitchen sink. No tray in microwave to use it. And the temperature in room was either extremely hot or cold. But again was an average stay and we did advise the front desk of the issues upon checkout. We still choose the element every trip to NYC.

M at the front desk - she was extremely pleasant in spite of the number of people checking in. She was giving individual attention, and didn’t seem like she was rushing things along. As the first point of contact for my stay, this set the tone for my stay. J E and J R - J E kept an eye on the breakfast food, and was quick to call for replacements when needed. There was very little wait for this. I’ve stayed at other hotels where they seem indifferent when things run out and take their time refilling things, but not J E. Assisting him was J R, who made sure that tables were cleared off when vacated, and greeting the guests. He was attentive to all. With J R and J E working on that, it made all the difference. T at the front desk - Once again, he came through for me with a late checkout. While I was thinking of just an hour more (because of a Zoom meeting), he offered until 1 so I didn’t feel rushed after the meeting. While this may seem like a little thing, for me it made a difference, and I appreciate it. Housekeeping was responsive when additional towels were requested, and the room was well maintained. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels. What I’ve come to realize is that it is the staff that really makes the experience special, and the team at the hotel was outstanding. I look forward to my next stay there.

I had a wonderful stay and I’m glad I chose this hotel over others. Our seven-day stay was very buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff—especially in the dining area—were very accommodating and well trained. The extra miles of service they are providing is incomperable. There was some minor wear and tear in the room that needs attention, but it was not a major issue. My only concern was with the front desk staff who assisted us during check-in (Geo, along with his manager). His manner came across as rude and arrogant. We asked if we could use the restroom, and he informed us that the hotel restroom was out of order. However, there was an alternative restroom on the second floor available for temporary use, and he refused to provide the key, even though guests were waiting in the reception area after checking out and waiting for their taxi. I later observed that another guest was allowed to use the restroom, which felt unfair and inconsistent. I understand that hotels have policies, but such rules should be applied equally to all guests. Additionally, the hotel already had a copy of our passports, so safety should not have been an issue. I have stayed at other Westin properties and have never experienced this kind of behavior as a hotel guest. This situation was disappointing and should be reviewed to ensure better guest service and fairness.

The location is outstanding, close to several metro stations, lots of eating places around. Room cleaning happens every other day. I wish it was every day but that is better than some other hotels. The hot water takes a while but once it gets hot it is good and has steady pressure. Awesome for a good baths after a brutal day of walking in NYC and having to touch the handrails in the completely filthy metro system. There is no issue with having extra towels. They allow you to control your own room temperature, great for my wife who changes the room temperature 3 times every night... Breakfast has many great choices and the support staff is very attentive. Having a great breakfast at the hotel is a fantastic perk in this very expensive city. Food costs are outrageous in NYC. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. I do not like the $250 hold placed on my card but what can you do. There is a gym on site. We opted for a room with a city view. I highly encourage you to pay extra for the city view, it was worth it. The guest laundry and general use bathroom in the basement looked like it has been broken for a very long time. Knowing what I know now I would still choose this hotel, simply because in the overall scheme of things the scale goes to the positive side. Great breakfast, clean room, friendly staff, and location, location, location.

Building and room was very neglected. TV and phone not working, bathroom leaks, the front door to the hotel, just various little inconveniences and staff would not care when brought up. Many amenities including the rooftop, laundry room, and downstairs bathroom were “out of order” the whole time I was there for a week. Housekeeping and breakfast staff were amazing though.

Location was good but the hotel and service was horrible . Our room had significant damage, horrible maintenance work, shower flooded the bathroom when we showered because there was no seal on the door, toilet was cracked and caulked back together , outlets were loose and could be very dangerous for children ,house keeping didn’t clean the room the 3 days we were there.walls were filthy from old headboard about bed. I complained and they charged me $217 saying one of my kids peed the bed when it was a coffee stain that was there when we arrived and they did nothing about.seemed to be pretty convenient that they charged me this fee saying it’s because the room has to be out of service when in the morning I spoke to the manager and told him about these issues and he said they would pull the room out of service to work on it and now conveniently I get this charge .I would never recommend this place to anyone . The “managers” are horrible and seem to not care about the condition of the property. The floor smelled so bad that they had air fresheners in the vents to try and cover up the smell.

Breakfast food was a little cold, but still good (we also got there close to when the buffet closed - I'm sure the food was more fresh and hot at premium times!), and they provided many healthy options. Room was comfortable with beautiful views of iconic buildings from our window. Love that all of the rooms provided a kitchenette with kitchen equipment and utensils. Room was very clean, but I do wish that the shower water was a little hotter (especially after walking around the city all night in 20 degree temps!). Fitness room was also very clean with plenty of equipment. Everything was within walking distance for us, including the bus station that we used to get into the city. We never needed to Uber or use the subways. Also very impressed by the price compared to other hotels in the area. Will definitely stay again!

The hotel is situated near Times Square and Javitz conference center. The room is clean, spacious, and has the items we needed. The staff were helpful. The dining area staff were accommodating, including John, Aaron, & Elaine. Needs more variety in breakfast, though. I left an item in the room, and they retrieved it. I am waiting for it to be shipped back to the West Coast. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing place in New York.

We needed toiletries and towels and had to take the elevator down 30 floors. Wifi was not reliable. We couldn’t access Netflix. Room was clean and staff friendly.

Old run down building, poorly maintained. Long waits for elevator. Worst part was that they advertised on Hotel.com as a 28 square meter room which means over 300 square feet. But the room was actually less than half of that size. Very unethical of The Element and of Hotel.com. I will boycott both of them from now on.

The room size was okay, but there were dust on headboard, dirty pillow covers and sheets. Had to report to their supervisor to fix it. Hot water was a joke. When you turn on water only hot water comes, no warm water or cold water. You have to play with the sink water and flush the toilet to get warm water temporarily. Cleaning crew don’t speak English, so very difficult to communicate. I wouldn’t stay again at this hotel.

One of the three elevators was out during our stay, so elevator waits were quite long most of the days. Our bathroom had no body wash when we arrived. We called housekeeping and they offered to send it "right away" but it never arrived! We managed to snag one from the housekeeping cart parked in the hallways. The shower head was also weird—it took extra work to balance it in position so it wouldn't fall down while showering. The lighting situation was off as all the switches were far away from the bed and couch. Overall, an OK place to crash for a few nights in NYC.

We went to New York for the first time celebrate my mom’s birthday. I love how the area was close to many shops, stores and Times Square so we walked most of the trip everywhere even to Chelsea Studios to see the Sherri Show. I loved how they had many selections of options for breakfast each morning especially for those who don’t eat pork. Some days turkey sausage is served but not everyday. We stayed from Wednesday-Saturday and were happy to find out during weekdays the hotel provides complimentary snacks and drinks in the hotel from 5-6:30 pm. Rooms were a nice size for 2 people and modern with mini kitchen setup (fridge, stove, microwave and sink) along with utensils in drawer. There was a nice view of street and Manhattan building across. The glass showers were very pretty as well. Housekeeping comes every other day and staff was helpful. Overall would stay here again!

2 complaints; cold water runs poorly in room 2706. Despite letting the cold water run for 10/15 minutes it was still pretty hot, never cold. I was able to shower with some discomfort but got through it. This happened almost every time I showered except twice. Also and I asked them to check the temperatures of the cold water it was functioning properly So they didn't think anything was wrong. I believe it might be a faulty valve, I can't tell you the whole building runs out of cold water or not I didn't ask anybody else who was staying there. Anyway it can be an issue because the coolest water was still pretty hot. Also cable TV/menu/streaming didn't work in that room. I was told it was a faulty cable box, wasn't replaced. Not that important to me except I do like to have some news on sometimes, and the only channels were some very basic cable channels and only about five of them, mainly old reruns of comedies or documentaries, one cartoon channel. Again not the most terrible thing but I did want some kind of local news in the background when getting ready and most hotels I've been to have that available to you, plus movies or ability to stream your own Netflix. Etc.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was fine, but it could use a some spiffing up. The furniture and bathroom vanity were chipped. The shower looked like they decided mid project not to add tile. The TV didn’t respond to the remote. Beds were fine, not the most comfortable- but not the worst either. Breakfast was a perk though. And the coffee was delish. Location was perfect for us, even though it’s not in the “nicest” area.

The property and our room was impeccable. I have no complaints. Staff were very friendly and helpful. House keeping was amazing. The room itself had stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and utensils. The breakfast options were amazing. If I had to pick one thing they could improve is their elevators. Our bad time, one out of 3 elevators stopped working. During breakfast and checkout time, there was always some kind of problem. I had to come down 35 floors by stairs for a breakfast. Other than that I loved the place. I would definitely book again.

I booked the hotel based on its ratings and reviews. We arrived before check-in time, but there wasn't even a restroom, and we waited an hour and a half to use it. After checking in, I think they'd given our room to another guest, and suddenly someone came into our room, which made us feel very unsafe. Later, a hotel employee bothered us again to get our information. In short, the location is nice, but we weren't satisfied.

Everything was fine in the room and at breakfast. But there is one thing I have not encountered in any other hotel and I have been to many of them. The wait for the elevator in the morning was terrible and I often stood in line for 25 minutes as the elevators passed the floor (35) and did not stop at all because they were full. It is difficult to understand that a hotel with 40 floors is run with only 2 elevators, there are 3 but one worked only part of one day out of the 6 that I was with you, its owner was also slow and there was a long line. I can tell you that on the last day I gave up breakfast because I was afraid that waiting as I was used to, I would miss my flight.

Almost everything was very good. Strategically located. They had some work improvements made to the WiFi & TV that resulted in an inconsistent service at time and one of the three elevators was out of service, which caused a serious traffic congestion during breakfast peak time. Hotel was in a good central location. Breakfast was better than expected, with different hot items each day. Evening snacks and drinks midweek were nice. We opted for a room with the view. It’s very clean and comfortable. There were some gremlins here and there, but the hotel staff was able to fix them pretty quickly. There are 3 elevators on site, but one is not working. I guess it hasn’t been working for months based on previous reviews. During peak hours like breakfast time, check-out and check-in hours, there were times we would wait for over 10 minutes. During those times, they had a staff member who controlled the elevator. And sometimes they would express the elevator past our floor a few times before the elevator stopped on our floor. Otherwise, the wait wasn’t that bad. They served a full breakfast with a large variety of options. The staff at the dining room was friendly, efficient, and kept the place clean and humming. They even had happy hours there Monday through Thursday serving wine and beer. The rooftop is small but offers a near-panoramic view of the city. There’s also a gym at the basement which was very well stocked with almost every exercise equipment you’d need. Overall, I had a great experience and I will definitely consider staying there again when I visit NY.

Great Potential in This Hotel- but Needs to Work Out the Kinks. Stayed here during AnimeNYC. Hotel is clean and gives included breakfast. One elevator had maintenance, so only two were running. I feel like even with three the elevators are a huge problem for this 40 floor hotel. We would wait twenty minutes for an elevator that ended up being full to capacity. People would get tired of waiting and cram into one elevator unsafely. Beyond that, amenities were good. There was no option for late check out without a huge fee, but then leaving bags at the front desk seemed like an annoyance to the staff. Also, our keycards stopped working at one point out of no where. My brother was locked out and he had to wait for someone to open it- which took a while due to the elevator issue. I would stay here again but only after all these issues are resolved.

The shower head was a handle with a mount that was not tall enough for a 5’9” man to stand under (had to crouch) - Sharp metal on shower, easy to cut yourself - TP roll was not in the holder (locked like a public restroom) - The bathroom fan was not running, room would get a bad mildew smell. Our stay at this hotel was good. The only downside is one elevator wasn’t working so we had to walk thousands of stairs downstairs for breakfast as the elevator would take a long time to reach our floor. They warned us when we checked in so we expected this.finding a working elevator to go up wasn’t an issue it was just to go down. There was also an issue with the water turning really hot randomly when showering. It was very frustrating dealing with that. They addressed the issue when we reported and taught us how to deal with it if the water turns hot again. Overall, i would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

When I checked out, an African-American person responded to me, Compared to responding to white people with a smile, he deliberately spoke English at a speed that we couldn't understand, and pretended not to hear even though he could hear the room number, which was extremely uncomfortable. Taking such an attitude towards us Japanese was a blatant challenge to us, and at the same time, I didn't think we wanted to stay again. It can be said that it is not worth paying hundreds of thousands of yen to stay at all. What kind of education have you received at higher education institutions such as your family or university? I didn't think they were from the same developed country. The hotel will know the name of the employee who responded on 7/31, so I would like to ask the hotel to respond to penalties without overlooking it. Otherwise, when they come to Japan, we will just respond in the same way.
