Reviews
The hotel has a great location, close to Central Park and the subway line to JFK, with friendly and helpful staff. However, the rooms are not very clean, with issues such as broken lights, shower problems, and lack of soap. The breakfast is basic and not always available, and there are issues with the air conditioning and internet.

Brilliant location. Comfy beds. Bathroom per dorm which was good. Was very clean. Some of the plug sockets didn’t work in the room. Only one light instead of light for each bed. Not well signposted. The checkin process was confusing - we went upstairs to have to come downstairs because we didn’t realise where the checkin was.

Localisation is the biggest plus of this hostel. Mattresses are worn out and you sink in the middle. There were several issues with gender and the rooms as staff did not pay enough attention to the reservations. Also, staff is very jaded, not very friendly and looks like they don't really care about their guests.

There is no point rating this Hostel. It closed down the day I left. A different company will be running it in the future

They put me in the female dorm. Nice, clean& quiet. Noisy outside because of Christmas break & everyone, like me had to see Rockefeller! Was nice though.

The location was central to central park and times square. Very close to multiple subway stations. Very clean and surprisingly gives a private feel even though it's a shared space. Would be great for a group of friends who don't want to share beds but still want a private room.

Excellent location - walking to Times square, easy access and responsive staff. Typical Manhattan hostel modestly priced, good Wi-Fi, laundry and dryer available. perfect for overnight stay for budget travelers In need of some repair on a small scale - outlets, door handles etc.
