The Roxy Hotel is a unique and artistic property with a great live music scene, appreciated for its cool NYC vibe and convenient location. Guests generally enjoy their stay, highlighting the friendly staff and clean rooms, but some have issues with noise and lighting.

Location is amazingly situated. Comfortable beds. The bar food was awesome. The staff were extremely warm and thoughtful for example they sent up red velvet cake for my friend’s birthday. I didn’t mind the noise from the music/bar downstairs. It was a memorable stay. It was all lovely.

It was a very enjoyable experience. The valet Derek was very informative and entertaining. Probably would not had have such an amazing stay without his guidance and knowledge of the area .

Really hip hotel perfectly situated at the intersection of Tribeca and Soho.
- 5/5
Best hotel in the city. Always stay there
- 4/5
The rooms are really nothing special, they are comfortable. The staff that works there are excellent. I was there for a reason, the club downstairs, Django is an excellent jazz club. Got to meet up with my family It’s a nice hotel.

Nice place
- 5/5
This is our go-to hotel when we come to town. Rooms are a good size and pillows an beds are comfortable. Staff is so kind and accommodating Collette at check in was great and gave us a bottle of Prosecco after telling her we were celebrating my friend's 65th BD. Loved have daily breakfast and coffee service in the morning and an evening cocktail listening to jazz in the eve. Lots to do at The Roxy, we love it
- 4/5
Well programmed and very unique. Room was not well ventilated.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel with a ton of personality. Had a great stay.
- 5/5
The hotel does not disappoint! It is not contemporary in the usual sense, but it’s very clean and has good food and drinks!
- 5/5
Spot on. Location, staff, bar, music, shopping, eating. It all here and all close. Excellent.
- 4/5
The room felt spacious by New York standards, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with soft, cushy white pillows. The shower was solid—clean with medium water pressure, nothing luxurious but definitely did the job well. A couple of downsides: I asked for bathrobes and they were unfortunately out, which was disappointing. Also, it’s one of those hotels where you have to pay for extras like toothpaste—I always appreciate when places include complimentary dental or shaving kits, so that was a miss for me. That said, the restaurant/lounge inside the hotel was a standout. It had a really cool vibe with cushioned leather seating, games, a pool table, and a great food selection—including an oyster bar—which made it a fun spot to hang out. I’d stay here again for the location and overall comfort, but I’d probably also explore other options next time just to compare.
- 5/5
Always a great stay at the Roxy!
- 5/5
Great location & energy!
- 5/5
One of the best places to stay. So much to do in the city but this place will make you not want to leave your hotel and explore.
- 5/5
Staff is amazing
- 5/5
Always awesome
- 4/5
GREAT LOCATION. The hotel was well situated. the housekeeping service was excellent. some of the staff in the front desk, restaurant and bar were not friendly or service driven,
- 5/5
Always a good time at the Roxy! Love the location and people are great. Rooms are generous by NYC standards.
- 5/5
The location is ideal and the property offers plenty of options for food and entertainment. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
- 5/5
Great hotel, would stay again
- 5/5
Awesome place to stay with a really cool bar/lounge. Would highly recommend.
- 5/5
We stayed with our infant for four nights, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They helped us dissemble our crib at 6am after we realized it wouldn’t fit into our car.
- 5/5
Hotel is amazing. Cool jazz vibes.
- 5/5
The overall experience was very good, the room is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. If you look for a lively scene this hotel delivers, if you need peace and quiet keep in mind that the lobby has live music and the sound carries. Most of the staff is very kind and helpful. I’d certainly stay here again.
- 5/5
Everything was great , the staff was welcoming, the room was clean and fully stocked . The jazz club and bars was clean and friendly
- 5/5
Stayed here with my dog Ocho for an art show I had in SoHo. Cant say enough about the amazing staff & property. Roger the bellman is THE BEST & helped me with anything I needed, coffee at the cafe was superb & we ended up at the bar for our after party which was great to just take the elevator up the beautiful atrium and go to bed, ha. Had small bites for dinner one of my nights there at the restaurant & was pleasantly surprised. Didn’t get to check out Django but it’s on my list & since I actually live in the city, will make a night of it soon and will be thrilled to staycation there again! Also I forgot some items in my room and they had everything bagged up & ready for me to pick up the next day. Super dog friendly - they bring a dog bed & bowls. Thanks again Roxy for an amazing weekend.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel! Cannot fault it
- 4/5
Great experience, most staff were lovely, did wait a long time for deposit to be cancelled from our account.
- 5/5
The staff goes above and beyond. Always love my stays here!
- 4/5
Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Nice room. We wanted to be in soho and this was a great location. My only gripe is the rooms are quite noisy with the live music and air con. Being on floor 2 it was pretty noisy.
- 5/5
The Hotel Roxy….Discover a stunning historic hotel nestled in the heart of New York City's vibrant arts scene. With its rich red velvet decor, the ambiance pays homage to iconic films while exuding a lively energy. Enjoy captivating live music and attentive service that makes every guest feel special. Indulge in expertly crafted cocktails and a delightful array of creative culinary offerings. Unwind with a game of billiards, savor exceptional coffee, and find a mini bar in each room stocked with affordable treats. This hotel is a rejuvenating escape for your soul—an experience you won't want to miss.
- 1/5
Super loud, dusty rooms, unhelpful staff, wilted lettuce, clogged shower, no bikes, no water, no service
- 5/5
Great stay! The hotel does have a movie theatre, which was super cute. I do wish there were child friendly films while we were there, but that did not take away from the great stay we had. We will definitely go back
- 5/5
The staff was helpful, friendly and fun! We would stay there again and refer family and friends! The Roxy rocks!
- 5/5
Great atmosphere, excellent customer service
- 5/5
Good vibe and location
- 5/5
Loved the coffee bar in the morning.
- 5/5
Everything is as great! The rooms were nice and clean with comfy beds, loved the bar area and the food was delicious. Will definitely stay here whenever we come back to NYC
- 5/5
Front desk staff was courteous and efficient—especially Carmen and Zillah. Fitness center was nice. Restaurant was nice. Great location! Just a wonderful experience!
- 5/5
Great location and property.
- 5/5
Fun vibe (esp live jazz), comfy beds. Gym mediocre but options nearby. Staff super friendly and attentive. Great coffee bar.
- 5/5
One of the best nyc hotels I have stayed at. Everything from my room to the open lounge areas to the food and staff was just perfect. I can’t wait to stay here again. Felt like an extension of my living room.
- 5/5
Zella at the front desk was the best from start to finish. She is a shining star. Great location!
- 5/5
Great hotel!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, delicious food, fun location!
- 5/5
A cool rock and roll hotel. Heater worked well. Anything needed, arrived fast. Great breakfast, delicious. Fantastic night life in lobby w live music. Fun additional bar w Dj.
- 4/5
Totally fine. Very cool amenities- great bar/ lounge area open to all, downstairs there is a movie theatre and a jazz club. The rooms themselves (at least ours) was clean but somewhat dated. It is in the Art Deco style but could be nicer. HOWEVER, you can't beat the location for access to everything in the Village, Soho, Tribeca.
- 5/5
Love the feel of the hotel. Looking forward to staying there in the future.
- 5/5
We had a fabulous stay with fantastic service. The rooms were spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the built-in white noise machines were such a unique touch. Check-in with Zella was quick and friendly, and the front desk team was proactive and accommodating with storing our bags after checkout.
- 5/5
Great !
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Daniel, Dexter, Roger were welcoming and provided great information and assistance with questions. Loved the energy in the hotel
- 5/5
Amazing staff. They were so very helpful. Gorgeous and lovely king room. The white noise feature was very helpful. I slept amazingly. Beautiful lobby with live jazz performances were a bonus. The whole stay exceeded expectations!
- 5/5
Super hip, fun hotel, creative decor, cool jazz club, classic LPs for the in room record player. Loved it.
- 4/5
It was a very good stay, It’s a party hotel, which I was not aware… However in the rooms it was quiet and we slept very good
- 4/5
It’s a bit loud. Kind of like a glorified motel when you look at the configuration of this hotel.
- 5/5
Very charming hotel! The deco and furnishings are incredible. Room size is very large for Manhattan. Every staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The local is surprisingly convenient. Subway station is just across the street. 15 minutes walk to Chinatown. The bar/restaurant at the lobby level offers jazz performance and pretty good food. 10 in 10 experience.
- 5/5
Awesome location, great vibe and friendly staff, service at restaurant was somewhat disorganized.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay here!
- 5/5
Room one of my favorites - Staff great!
- 4/5
Love the ambiance and the oyster bar.
- 3/5
Room is big for NYC, but kind of dated. Lobby is exceptional and has live music. The staff was a mix of treatment, some were fine but more than one occasion they were unpleasant or unhappy to see you.
- 4/5
We had a wonderful stay at the Roxy Hotel. The room was cleaned everyday and we appreciated the kindness of the staff. The only thing I would note is the lighting inside the room, but that’s more of a personal preference. Overall, the experience was great and the location is amazing.
- 4/5
Hotel restaurant/coffee bar with live music was great. Proximity to subway super convenient. Nice staff, clean rooms with cool mid-century modern vibe.
- 5/5
Always amazing! Staff, rooms, restaurant, attention to detail.
- 3/5
My stay was just… okay. And there is an additional $45.48 fee for “amenities and resort fee“ that is not disclosed until checkout. It’s overpriced and overrated.
- 5/5
Absolutely incredible stay, love the location, rooms are great, staff is excellent. Will stay here again.
- 4/5
Clean room Pillows a bit uncomfortable
- 4/5
The staff at front desk and Derrick were very nice. So was Tedene. Other than that, the bell staff were not nice at all. My friend who was visiting me told me he felt he was racially profiled. Also, the room was not as clean as I had hoped. There were stains in the shower area and the wash basin.
- 5/5
Nice ambiance
- 5/5
Great stay

Great service? Super comfy beds, fun place

Room was great, all the staff was so friendly!! We loved our stay here
- 1/5
The room was terrible, they handled the situation only after it was escalated, stuff was rude.
- 2/5
Safety and staff issues
- 5/5
The staff is fantastic. Rooms are comfortable and very nice. We love the bar and the Django jazz club
- 5/5
Everyone was great
- 5/5
Fantastic and sun stay!!!
- 5/5
This was my 4th stay at The Roxy. Out of all the options in NYC, this is by far my favorite! From the convenient location from the Holland Tunnel and the valet setup, to the the Bellman who's always there and super helpful! He sees you coming and anticipates your needs before you have to ask! The front desk is always friendly. This was our first time traveling with dogs. The Roxy is the perfect doggie hotel! - offering dog beds and bowls at no charge. The location and staff make a world of difference, and both are fantastic at The Roxy!
- 5/5
All of the above11
- 4/5
Front desk, room service fix, doorman - each were divine. I have to say that charging an amenity fee and there is no tea in the room ?????? Even Holiday Inn has tea in the room. I never would think to provide my own tea at a nice NYC hotel. There was no coffee in the room, either. They did bring some up when we asked.
- 5/5
Clean, Vibe, Amenities, Location/Walksble
- 5/5
All of the above and super accommodating friendly staff
- 5/5
Great stay , great location, bathrooms could use some love.

Very clean room with excellent staff all around.
- 5/5
We had a great stay! The rooms are a great size for NYC and the lobby was amazing and so festive for the holidays. The service was outstanding too! We can’t wait to come back next year!
- 5/5
Really cool hotel. Live music in the bar, theatre downstairs and jazz club downstairs too.
- 5/5
Best hotel in NYC
- 5/5
I loved the stay here. The room was big and nicely decorated. The bar was very nice and great food and drinks. I would absolutely come back here again.

Superb, friendly staff. We had a great 2 day trip over New Year and The Roxy New Years Eve Party was great fun !!

We had a great stay! The location was great - walkable but quiet. Staff was helpful and attentive and rooms were cleanly and nice.
- 5/5
Loved the room and location!
- 1/5
Horrible service and check in experience. Rooms also not ready for an hour and a half past check in time.
- 5/5
It was all good, but the staff and restaurant were perfectly matched to our preferences.
- 5/5
Room was good. Food and drinks as well.
- 5/5
Convenient location!
- 5/5
Large rooms
- 5/5
Fantastic room, location, staff, food and entertainment. Best hotel in the city.
- 2/5
Overcharged at checkout. Rude front desk staff.
- 4/5
Reception staff were great; person assisting with transport arrangements (to airport) was particularly good. However - staff serving at the bar were the opposite - ie poor.
- 5/5
I’m absolutely love this hotel

- 5/5
Nice Big room for NYC. Cool vibe good location
- 5/5
Great place great people always clean
- 4/5
Bar was good however restaurant food was okay
- 5/5
Room cleanliness and location of hotel are a 10/10. We got a last minute room located on the 2nd floor which is VERY noisy since they hold a lot of events at their restaurant area.
- 5/5
Clean room and very friendly staff
- 5/5
Very cool vibe right in Tribeca convenient to the subway. We stayed here to see all the holiday sights in Manhattan and everything worked out perfectly.
- 4/5
Mantras is old.
- 3/5
- Too many private parties booked by hotel that disrupted our stay. Paid premium price for lodging… was not worth it.
- 5/5
We also liked the location in lower Manhattan rather than mid-town.
- 3/5
Great size for an nyc hotel room. Love Tribeca. Restaurant is lovely. The band is super loud though and had terrible getting to sleep. Also they shut their water off the morning of my departure so I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth!!! The front desk did nothing. I did not pay $1000 a night to not face water
- 1/5
Dont stay here
- 5/5
The hotel is in a great location… Every staff member that we interacted with was friendly and polite and kind and seemed genuinely excited about doing their job… Which is incredible considering that the hotel was sold out for the weekend very busy at a very busy time of year and everybody was lovely and pleasant. Colette at the front desk… Katie in the Roxy club and bar… Timothy has a bartender at the oyster bar and Derek and Roger as front doorman and luggage assistance.
- 5/5
Clean room with a touch of vintage decor. Friendly staff, great bar, nice little cinema and so much to see
- 5/5
Room was decorated beautifully and was spotless!! Staff was so attentive to any need we had!
- 3/5
Dingy and dated and loud
- 5/5
Great location. Great Lobby w live music and fun. Attentive staff. A good buzz.
- 3/5
And they hand you two bottles of water when you check in as if you really feel like carrying water up to your room with your luggage. At $1000 a night the complementary water should be in the room not something you need to carry.
- 5/5
Location is perfect and the room confortable
- 5/5
.

Nice and clean rooms, attentive staff, great amenities, live music every evening. Overall great stay.

- 5/5
I’ll be back…if only for the pool table. It comes with a cool place to stay!! Love you guys!!
- 4/5
The location of the hotel is perfect. But obviously the hotel needs renovation. The room was clean but the service was not the best.
- 4/5
The hotel restaurant and bar is very nice.

Had issues with air conditioning 2/3 nights of my trip, was not an enjoyable stay. Apart from that, hotel had great restaurant, bar and jazz club.
- 4/5
Location, service, staff
- 5/5
Great easy check in
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Beautiful place very helpful and they have valet parking
- 2/5
Room was super noisy and the AC was really loud. I got a room that wasn't what I had booked and the water in the shower was either too cold or too hot.
- 4/5
Very well positioned hotel
- 5/5
Great location. Walkable to Brooklyn over the bridge. Evening entertainment and great food. Our go-to in Tribeca.
- 4/5
They need more bathrooms, the bathrooms are on the basement. Need a bathroom on the first floor.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, excellent location, friendly staff! What a nice surprise it was to visit during a film festival and watch a movie premiere at the hotel’s cinema. Can’t wait to visit again!
- 5/5
Always wonderful, have stayed here may times
- 1/5
The staff was extremely rude, wouldn’t allow us to have water or a luggage cart when we asked. Inconsistent depending on who was on shift. Extremely rude and unprofessional
- 5/5
Very cool vibe.
- 5/5
Fabulous stay in NYC! The staff was over-the-top amazing, welcoming and accommodating in every way! Diana and Derek made our stay truly world class! I would highly recommend staying here!
- 3/5
Men and women are treated very differently here. Single men get bigger tables in the dining areas, and quicker service from the staff. Also, check the square footage of your room before you book it. The room names are deceptive. But the worst part is the very loud band that plays from 5 PM to 12 AM. And they are located at the bottom of an open space that rises up the center of the hotel, so you are blasted with their performance regardless of your location. The staff do their jobs, but they do not seem happy.
- 5/5
love it but a bit too loud at night
- 4/5
Best hotel in Vegas
- 5/5
The Roxy is my choice for stays in Tribeca!
- 2/5
If you don’t care about room quality of being spoken to rudely by staff, the bar is really fun spot with great atmosphere.
- 5/5
Great hotel room & space in lobby/resto/bar area. Plan for the evenings- live music in lobby:) but the rooms have white noise & sound proofing so you won’t hear it in your room
- 5/5
The location was perfect, if you like music check out the bar downstairs This was a quintessential NYC experience.
- 5/5
You will go wrong here.
- 5/5
Excellent ad always. I’ve stayed here dozens of times.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean. But the windows looking out were filthy.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend
- 5/5
Great venue and options to different locations in NY. The staff are excellent and the music at the hotel is an added bonus
- 5/5
Food was excellent. Check in staff was amazing. Easy location to get around Tribeca.
- 5/5
Great location friendly staff
- 5/5
Great service in front desk
- 5/5
Checking was amazing$
- 5/5
Saint Nick is his name, upon arrival I was checked in by Nick. Wow he went above and beyond to make our stay simply perfect. From the glass of prosecco. To ambiance of this truly special place right over the bridge truly a great place to visit and revisit.
- 5/5
Staff was extremely friendly
- 5/5
Great spot to get anywhere in lower manhattan
- 5/5
Great location and fun elements to the rooms. Loved the live music and bar area.
- 5/5
Always the best
- 5/5
Good location for my friends
- 3/5
Very dark, outdated hotel. Room, bathroom are tiny. Towels grey color and ripped. Will not be back
- 5/5
Love the “speak-easy” vibe this place has.
- 5/5
Such amazing staff, I lost my wallet on the way to our hotel and the hotel concierge was so kind and calmed me down and called and helped retrieve it for me. Eternally grateful for her! The hotel itself is also nice, perfect location and very comfortable bed!
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Loved the Bar area. had a great time!
- 4/5
Great location !
- 5/5
Great option in the heart of Tribeca. Very atmospheric and retro.
- 5/5
Staff was extremely courteous and helpful, room very clean and most comfy bed I’ve had in a hotel stay in years
- 5/5
Loved the live music downstairs
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Many amenities on site.
- 5/5
Love the vibe and ambiance of this property. Lively and plenty to do without leaving. Convenient to walk to soho and west village. Gotta see the Ghostbusters fire station a couple min walk away.
- 5/5
This was our second time here. We love it! They really invested in retro decoration throughout the hotel. Staff are super friendly and professional. Great live music every night and the food is great.
- 1/5
Staff are incredibly rude. As soon as I arrived, I knew it was not for me (very dark, loud and not what you would expect at this price). I cancelled the rest of my stay. Upon leaving, I noticed I left an item in the room, called back a few hours later, and they claimed 'nothing had been turned in'. I know for a fact that I left this item in the room and housekeeping either stole it, or threw it away. Total regret. Avoid this place
- 5/5
Live jazz around the clock
- 4/5
WiFi was terrible unfortunately
- 4/5
Great location though we made the mistake of eating in one night - food was terrible - subpar.
- 5/5
Amazing place. Clean, big rooms.
- 5/5
Two thumbs up!
- 4/5
The check in staff particularly Zillah was lovely and attentive. The restaurant is very good with live music and a lively crowd.
- 5/5
We’ll repeat our stay soon. One of the best hotels we have stayed at.
- 5/5
It was a beautiful hotel. I will stay there again!
- 5/5
Greeted with a glass of prosecco. Super friendly staff. Clean room
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Very very friendly. Needs a renovation especially the bathrooms. Good location.
- 3/5
Also, we are normally asked if we want a bottle of water or glass of prosecco but neither was offered, He was noticeably indifferent and not a good representative of your hotel.
- 5/5
The level of service at this place is unmatched. The entire staff was fantastic and the pet policy absolutely won me over. I will absolutely be staying at The Roxy again.

Amazing place!

We always love being downtown NYC and the Roxy is in the heart of TriBeCa. The hotel is a little loud because of the live music but they do stop at 10pm.

We arrived to the hotel early and checked our bags with the hotel staff. Upon returning to check into the room, the bags were returned to us minus one bag. We were told all the bags were returned although the number of bags we received vs the number of bags on the ticket did not match. After being persistent, we went down to the bag room and found the missing bag. The hotel room initially looked tidy but upon settling down we noticed lots of spider webs in the chandelier and corners of the room. I called down for mouth wash and was told I had to purchase the dental kit that was in the mini bar area. The mini bar and fridge was obnoxiously filled with products for purchase to the point where you couldn’t push anything to side. I’ve been at budget hotels that provide more complimentary items. The air conditioner worked very well but was very noisy. I woke up several times throughout the night when the air conditioner would turn on. The mattress felt like you were sinking down into it. Unfortunately, I prefer a medium firm mattress so I didn’t find comfort sleeping. The front desk provides complementary water bottles which is very helpful on hot summer days. On the day before checkout, I went to the front desk to ask for a cool bottle of water. The woman at the front desk loudly questioned if I was a guest at the hotel. She could have simply asked for my name a room number. Luxury price with poor customer service and care for guests. The hotel is centrally located

Beautiful hotel great staff great location

We tried to take out bicycles, but all four were broken. UNUSABLE. This was all of their bicycles. Front desk staff made no gesture in correcting this or suggesting a fix. The Peloton was calibrated to a cartoonish speed. On a positive note, the beds are ultra comfortable, room was fairly spacious by NYC standards. Cool programming offered, but it’s NYC, who stays in at their hotel at night?

Roxy has a history to it. We loved it

The Roxy was a great place for our quick getaway. The retro feel was consistent throughout the property while maintaining comfort, style and quality. I have a bad back and the bed was great for a good nights sleep. We'll definitely be back.

Great neighborhood. Solid hotel with a cool bar that typically has seating available. Small but functional gym. Quick room service. Staff is not obtrusive but also not overly helpful. We have stayed here many times and will continue to…the best review a hotel can receive.

nice property- has a nice jazz club downstairs of the hotel

Excellent location, good food and excellent front desk staff.

Great location and great vibe in this hotel. Loved our stay there

Rooms are compact and designed to look cool, in some areas giving up function. For example I'd take more counter space over a garbage can in the counter that my stuff falls into. Location is great. \My teen loved the hotel. And we didn't really even get to make use of the amenities like jazz club and theater.

I have stayed here many many times until a security manager was super rude and unprofessional to me while I was waiting in the lobby. So will not stay here again ever and I don’t recommend it.

Beautiful place. Didnt like the area

This was our third time staying at The Roxy, and it never disappoints. It’s the jazz vibe that’s really fun. Service is excellent and food is very good. Amazingly quiet at night, despite all the live jazz going on. Very convenient for downtown sight seeing. Short cab ride for uptown activities.

It’s one of our favorite hotels in the city. Great vibe! Love listening to jazz in the atrium. We were upset they didn’t have a band play today at brunch before we left. But guess it’s slow season in the city!

The staff was very nice, especially Nick, i don't know his surname but he checked us in.

Always wonderful. Will be back!

The Roxy is a great choice because of location and cool factor. We enjoyed the nightly music and that it was close to 3 subway lines. I really appreciated the noise canceling in the room and the big windows with sunlight. Tribeca has its own charm and much more quiet than midtown.

Location was great. Bands were great, noise cancelling in room was great, bed and pillows were comfortable. Textured wallpaper in our room needed to be dusted alllllll the way up to the ceiling. Cobwebs needed to be removed from ceiling. Bfast menu was $$$$. Bathroom had no fan and toilet was a scary LOUD flush.

Beautiful property and great staff!

The entertainment was great. I love that there is food and drinks on site. City is easily accessible with subway systems nearby. I would love to see the coffee in the room be complementary like the bottled water is :) Would stay here again!

Fantastic stay for music lovers! We loved the whole steampunk retro vibe of this hotel. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. We had a room on the second floor off the lounge and yes it was loud, but the noise was great music! We were warned before we made our reservation that you can hear the music in your room and we knew what to expect and really enjoyed the fantastic musicians! This hotel is also in a great neighborhood with easy access to the Tribeca Film Festival.

very pleasant stay which lived up to expectations

My solo trip for a birthday weekend was wonderful. The staff, managers, bar, and coffee were the best! Entertainment was awesome and I was pleasantly surprised by Django Club. I have to give Roger a special thank you. He made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I was even surprised by cake and tasty bottle of bubbles!

Not only do they misrepresent the noise but the rooms. A standard room on Hotels.com posting shows a different room than what they offer. All standard rooms are ADA compliant and the beds are smaller, the sink is a pedestal sink not one with counter space and a stand up shower that leaks into the room. The room was dated, dark and dusty. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for years and I’ve stayed in over 10 in the SoHo area in the past two years. Go elsewhere this one isn’t worth it.

I love the chic casual and jazzy atmosphere of the Roxy.

The hotel was fine but nothing great. We got a room with blood on the sheets and we asked for a new duvet which we got and had to change ourselves. Then as we were changing them we realized the blood soaked down to the sheets. We called to ask for a new set of sheets and never got any. There was also what seemed to be blood strains in the hallway outside of the elevator. That said the location was great.

The Roxy always provides a great stay. Friendly employees and a cool bar are a couple of the things we appreciate. Gym could be bigger/better but is adequate.
