I booked a room there and paid by credit card A friend later told me they were closed. I called them and a man answered and said they were closed and they would refund my money, but they charged my card anyway. I’m now trying to get my money back through the credit card company. Booking . com sold me the room and said they can’t help me???

My stay was excellent. The rooms are a little small. And in the hallway the doors are to close tog. It was a little bit noisey in the hallway while you are trying to sleep. But other than that it was overall excellent breakfast was great.

Very good
- 5/5
Nice, convenient, walkable
- 4/5
There was no soap caddy in the shower so we had to open the shower door to get the soap from the sink, use the soap, and put it back in the sink each time of use. This was the most annoying exp. The great breakfast made us forget this bathroom flaw. However, the caddy problem needs a fix.
- 5/5
Wish they had shuttles to airport
- 1/5
Made a reservation through expedia for a one night stay and when i got to the hot he said he couldnt find it and they were all sold out of rooms. Unnacceptable.

Staff was nice stayed in the past but it was before COVID property was nicer look new. For the prices they charge it could be upgraded. Costodial staff exceptional.
- 0.5/5
There were bugs in the room, the noise was way beyond reasonable. The price I paid wouldn¿t have been bad if the floors were clean and the place was a little more quiet.
- 1/5
This property needs a lot of renovations. I was dissatisfied
- 3/5
Pretty much what it says on the label. Cheap airport hotel, lots of heavily scented cleaning products in use, but glad they're using them. Pillows are cheap, those terrible half-pillows, and no other ones are available. Shower drain wouldn't close for a bath, room had lots of renovation scars no one bothered to fix, but security was good and that's the most crucial thing in the area. Staffing was good, elevator worked fine, heating was loud but consistent.
- 3.5/5
Good
- 3/5
I really can not rate this property. The cab driver never heard of this hotel. We went to the address and found it was a warehouse area. The airport assistance desk did not seem to have any information about it. I spent the night in the terminal. I am disappointed in your service.

Normal Las camas no estaban limpias.
- 5/5
The room was small.
- 2/5
Un clean, old, and bad. Very expensive for the facility’s
- 4/5
Nice hotel but it seems like the rooms are either too close to one another or poor sound proof .You can literally hear all the activities in the next room. Everything else was excellent
- 5/5
Everything was good Nothing
- 3/5
it had good facilities in the room and a good choice of food for breakfast. The arrangement of the room. The iron board was stored in the one wardrobe. Also the safe took up room in the wardrobe, We needed more space or another wardrobe to hang clothes The drawers could have been maintained better. We didn’t use them.

Good
- 1/5
Poor overall
- 4/5
The bed is large enough, comfortable and the breakfast options are plenty including some good tea I have not taken in a while. There is no working desk in the room I was assigned to and the fact that one has to go two floors down to pick drinking water. Would be great if drinking water was provided in the room
- 5/5
The location and proximity to the airport was perfect. The price of the room was so reasonable and very clean, especially for a short stay. The tasty breakfast was truly a pleasant surprise because of all the different options. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed. Rooms are small and you can hear your neighbors and anyone who walked by talking.
- 2/5
I made a reservation under my name, but upon checking I gave my wife’s credit card which has her maiden name i T it (she kept her name after we married). Reception clerk refused to take it and demanded a cc with my name in it. I do not carry a cc. I gave my debit card and the charge caused 3 overdraft fees totaling $105. Clerk claimed that people chargeback if card and reservation have different names. Never heard of it. Please refund $105 to my account immediately
- 4/5
Area around isn't that great but the inn was good price and quality for a layover flight.
- 5/5
It was good
- 5/5
Short stay, very peaceful and quiet
- 5/5
It was good experience.
- 4/5
We were desparate, having lost our flight home to Miami from Istanbul, AA Terminal at JFK a true disaster. This was all we could find but it worked out, breakfast was great!
- 4/5
Don't recommend venturing outside at night.
- 3/5
The hotel is outdated and was expecting a little more for the stars. There’s mold in the bathroom. Lamps usb don’t work.,,needs painting the pillows are the worst
- 4/5
Fair
- 2/5
The property does not deserve the price they asking
- 4/5
Staff people were helpful and very nice.
- 1/5
This property management is horrible because we stay one more extra day they almost chargers double price and they are not friendly
- 4/5
Conveniently close to the airport. The rooms are clean but very small. There is no lobby space, and the area is not convenient for dining.
- 4/5
Great breakfast, but they don’t have shuttle
- 4/5
The room was very tiny.. you could hear people talking in the rooms next to you. Very hard to get a late checkout. But over all it was the best choice for a 1 night stay not far from JFK airport.
- 4/5
The front-desk staff are friendly and helpful. They tried their best to accommodate my requests. But I hope the appliances in the room can be updated. For instance, the coffee-maker and a lamp are on from time to time when plugged into a power outlet.
- 5/5
It was nice they had breakfast they give you directions and the staff was very nice room small tho
- 4/5
(NOT happy at all with them!) but this place was a real pleasant surprise! Great bed and linens, at check in it seemed like a father and son were working together to get people in quickly. It was clean, we felt safe and was short Lyft ride back to JFK. Definitely would recommend.
- 2/5
The only good things: the staff treated us nice, nice comfortable king size bed and a large shower, close to JFK airport.
- 5/5
Very pleasent staff...My recommendations,for sure.
- 4/5
It was close to the airport. Staff was fruendly and accommodating. There was areas in the room that were dusty.
- 3/5
I was alone with my daughter. Felt unsafe. Very basic room no space and the furniture (desk) was rooted Also people talking loud on early hours that i clearly could hear noise from window what was extremely disturbing.
- 4/5
Not having access to a microwave in my room. Everything else was good thank you.
- 3/5
Close to airport but for $249 a night it is sooooo not worth it. Place is not clean
- 4/5
Close to the airport
- 4/5
The hotel is close to airport clean no frills
- 4/5
It was all good
- 5/5
I was expecting a Queen Bed, but I did not have it
- 3/5
Dirty abd smelly
- 4/5
Condition was quite good. I felt safe. We had a two-bed room, with 2 double beds. There was hardly room to get into the beds as the room was too small for two beds. However it ended up being more affordable as we had 4 persons stay there overnight. Towels were not sufficient for 4 persons however. There is NO BREAKFAST (false advertising) so we had to walk down the street, but fast-food restaurants are nearby. Very convenient to JFK (especially for short layover)! I would stay there again
- 4/5
Clean place to stay close to JFK. There are no frills and it isn't the best area but if you have an early flight this spot is convenient to JFK.
- 2/5
Nothing. The priory is raggedy.
- 1/5
False advertising re "shuttle" service.
- 1/5
Since you enter a strange smell. Not friendly. Didn’t help with luggage. My father was in Walker and no one could help me with anything. The rug’s where dirtiest things I ever seen. And I could not sleep with the smell.
- 1/5
Room was disgusting. If i hadnt shown up at midnight to sleep just a few hours before my next flight out it i should have slept at the airport instead
- 3/5
Didn’t get to stay due to no parking and the area was scary
- 1/5
No tables in room beds are too high no cleaning
- 1/5
Ok it’s not at all safe. Not a 3 stars. Here in Florida it’s a $45 dollar night for a place like that. My room front door you can push in and it would open! The bathroom was full of mold. .. do I need to say more?!
- 2/5
The elevator/lobby smelled like urine.
- 5/5
Good place to stay for a some sleep
- 4/5
It’s ok. Fly in bathroom and dirty shower. Wallpaper ripping apart. Need some TLC for the price they charge.
- 1/5
Everything
- 4/5
The accommodations qas just enough for my adult childrwn and myself for overnight for a funeral.
- 1/5
They gave me a room with nicotine smell. I had to place a bag in the vents to be able to sleep. I requested another room but they told me none was available. Couldn’t sleep all night and checked out at 5am!!! Would like a credit for this incedent

I couldn’t believe my ears! It was obvious that the sheets were not changed. There was also a hair strand that is definitely not of my hair texture on the bed. I called Expedia who I booked with and they called SleepInn. The hotel told Expedia that the room was ‘clean’ and again insinuated that I messed it up. I DID NOT. I was wearing a white top when I checked in and didn’t even change because I went right to sleep on checking in. My clothes had no blood or red stains on them. I had no cuts and I’m done with periods. I’m 57. They then came to the ridiculous decision that they would give me half my money back but I had to leave within 30 minutes or I stay and put up ( they had the linens changed while the banter was occurring). I left! It was a matter of integrity for me. First, management could have apologized and changed the linen and I would have been ok with that. However, they chose to falsely blame me. Second, in this period of COVID they should be taking extra precautions to ensure the health and safety of guests are addressed.I know this is not being done because THOSE LINENS WERE SOILED when they gave me the room. I saw in the reviews someone had a similar experience with bloody sheets.
- 2/5
Badly needs an uplift. I stayed at this place a while ago and it was a very pleasant stay. The towels were frayed. This location cohld use some real updates very fast
- 3/5
Nothing is particularly appealing about this hotel, but if you need somewhere to sleep overnight near the airport, it may be an option.
- 1/5
Terrible worn down place not worth staying.
- 1/5
When I initially booked this hotel for my daughter, who was stuck at JFK, the room was listed for a rate $29 cheaper than what I had to agree too, at the end of the transaction. They also listed free breakfast on their website, and in the morning she was told that there was no free breakfast, and she had to leave the hotel and pay for breakfast down the street. Will not book with them again.
- 4/5
Staffs were accommodating and gracious. The room was clean. The room came with a mini fridge but no microwave. Had to use the microwave two floors downstairs.
- 1/5
Room was moldy, bed was damp. Had at least 12 bags of trash against our bedside window. This place is dangerous, dirty DO NOT STAY HERE
- 5/5
It was a nice place to stay aftr a long day of suffering.
- 4/5
I stayed at this hotel when my JFK flight was canceled and rescheduled the next day. The hotel was very close to JFK. The room was small but I’m very clean and completely met my needs. The night manager was friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

Rude

SLEEP INN IS MY FAVORITE HOTEL IN THE JFK AREA..I AM A REGULAR GUEST WITH THEM. THE STAFF IS REALLY GREAT ALWAYS ACCOMMODATING AND EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY..THEY RECENTLY REMODELED AND UPGRADED THE BEDDING WHICH MAKES YOUR STAY EVEN BETTER..I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE TRAVING IN THE AREA
- 3/5
The room was clean enough but the hallways and public areas were worn and not always clean looking.
- 3/5
Bed was ok. Bedding, curtains walls was dirty room tiny location ok
- 3/5
My room had a terrible smell and the floor/carpet was wet. It made my socks wet and uncomfortable. The on/off button on the air conditioner was broken and that was a huge inconvenience.
- 5/5
Pleasantly surprised by new tile flooring. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were cloud-soft, not foam! They also have a free full breakfast, not just a roll and juice. What more could you want? We booked this for the price and convenience, but were pleasantly surprised by the comfort. We booked again for the return flight after staying here.
- 4/5
Very convenient for my trip because of a forced stay overnight at JFK. Great staff!
- 1/5
Can’t understand how it got the good rating.
- 5/5
Thanks

Hotel is in a great location for an overnight stay near JFK. The room was comfortable and quiet. The airport shuttle was great.
- 3/5
Area is scary to arrive to late at night. Staff friendly and clean sheets, but wouldn’t stay here again unless I really had to.
- 4/5
Very basic hotel, the rooms were clean and friendly staff. Accommodating to very early morning airport shuttle needs.
- 4/5
Nice clean room, Nice property. in a shady area. Did not feel safe.
- 5/5
Great over night option! Price, cleanliness and breakfast. It’s on a busy street and thought that might be an issue. Noise quiet down for the evening and enjoyed a good night sleep
- 5/5
We stayed only one night and it was what we expected. The room was small but clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was, again, what is the norm for this hotels, with fresh pastries, waffle maker, scrambled eggs, cereal and yogurt.
- 4/5
Nice for an overnight stay. Stayed one night while in transit.
- 4/5
Was fine. Just needed overnight for flight the next day...
- 4/5
It was clean and well kept. Great place for overnight stay near airport with a free shuttle.
- 5/5
Clean well run for what’s considered a budget hotel. Bus stop to subway is right in front. You can buy tickets at the front desk. Free airport shuttle (I think). Very convenient in transit.
- 3/5
Clean, nice staff. Helpful with transport to and from JFK
- 4/5
A pick up from the airport and a very clean nice room with comfortable beds and nice sheets. Breakfast and a transfer back to the airport. A very nice experience and will stay here again
- 2/5
There was no oarking available at the hotel, the parking was rented out to passengers flying out from the nearby airport instead of paying guest of the hotel. I had to find parking on the street. There was only one ice machine the ice was not clean i advised the front desk.clerk there was something in the ice and basically was told to eat it at my own risk. The worst part was the front desk making a photocopy of my credit card eventhough i paid for my room in advance i was told they make photocopies of cards to send the the accounting office?? Why when mybcard was ran through their system for incidentals what is the pint kf a paper copy immediately felt at risk for credit card fraud... i will never stay here again and ill be sure to sharet experience with others so they can avoid it too
- 3/5
Had booked my room there before a month. The person at the desk provided a room in the basement which had black mold stained carpet and floor. When asking for another room, person said the rooms are given first come first served (even though I had pre-paid the room and reserved it since a month). After some strong conversation, was given a room on the 4th floor. Make sure you check the room before settling in.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing!! The breakfast was good. I really like the hotel.
- 4/5
We had a pleasant experience. Everything was very efficient and staff were very friendly and helpful
- 4/5
The parking at this property is limited I, traveling two to
- 4/5
Good breakfast. Silent room. Fast transport to JFK. More difficult to book free shuttle to hotel.
- 2/5
Disappointing overall. Given a room in the basement/ lower level. Very uncomfortable, small, and noisy near the dining room.
- 2/5
Expected a bit more. Reception was dirty . Rooms are clean and okay.
- 4/5
This is a basic hotel, but I believe the rooms were recently remodeled. The front desk is still old, but don’t be discouraged... Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. The 24-hour shuttle to JFK is great.
- 1/5
It smells
