- Poor customer service and communication
- Mismanaged reservations and cancellations

Staff was ok, but specially Miss Areeba was wonderful person, helpful and tried to solve our problems whatever she could 5 star ***** to her. Appreciated her work.
- 5/5
Convenient and close to airport, check in and out was easy and smooth thanks to Bea. Clean, albeit, a little dated. Towels were soft and plentiful. AC worked great. Breakfast tasty and coffee hot. Shuttle was on time
- 3/5
I did not like the location. Also the breakfast was not good. They did not have water or fruit or bread.
- 1/5
Noisy and rough location. I could hear traffic and people all night long, they were so loud I may as well had my window open. Hallway and doors noisy, maybe because there is no carpeting. TVs do not work...the staff said they normally only have 3-4 channels and management do nothing about the TV system so it is clearly not a one off problem. Bath does not have a drain plug so you cannot take a bath. Breakfast was a sad and very basic affair. I get they are price gouging due to the FIFA world cup but at $350/nt they are taking the piss.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Booked at the last minute and price was reasonable
- 3/5
Friendly Staff. Airport Shuttle q hour. Offers breakfast but hours didn’t start early enough for early departures so not sure what foods are provided. Elevator available. Weird layout, sort of split level. Has rooms in basement that look out at wheels of cars. Blinds grody and unreachable by anyone under about 5’5” (at least in the basement rooms.) Most direct travel route requires use of stairs. Not enough snack or drink options available unless I missed vending machines somewhere. Should offer at least prepared hot coffee for early departures. NYC rates ridiculous for what you get.
- 4/5
Conveniently close to JFK. Airport shuttle. Overpriced for what it offers but that’s a New York thing. Location seems a little dodgy.
- 4/5
The room was clean, the staff was very polite and helpful, the airport shuttle was right on schedule, and the breakfast was good, although the facilities were a bit crowded.
- 5/5
Perfect location for a short stay between JFK and the Jamaica Avenue Train Station. Clean rooms and friendly atmosphere.
- 4/5
rooms, lobby and breakfast room very nice breakfast could be enhanced a bit
- 5/5
Súper conveniente , el personal muy atento. Me gustó mucho
- 3/5
It was apparent the property was updated. It did look nice on the inside. We were happy with the room. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and bar soap. The breakfast was continental with mostly bread, cereal, waffles, coffee, milk and orange juice. One morning there was yogurt, another boiled eggs and one added fruit. I would recommend having fruit, yogurt and boiled eggs daily. Every night the entire hotel smelled of marijuana and you could tell people were smoking it in their rooms. This is no fault of the hotel but the rules of no smoking should be enforced. The staff were nice or neutral but no complaints with them.

Nothing Locality, breakfast, room size
- 5/5
The property was super close to the airport and ideal for an over night layover. The property was super clean and the staff were really nice and accommodating. The shuttle was free and the driver was amazing.
- 3/5
Big bed, shower worked great, aircon was good and very close to JFK (5 min drive). Otherwise it is a really run down hotel, dirt and mould in the bathroom, dirty footprints on the floor. The only lift to get you case down the stairs is for wheelchair use however when you open it there’s a suitcase trolley right in front of it so you have to struggle to move it out of the way (impossible for a wheelchair user!). Very noisy, couldn’t really hear traffic even though on a main road but you can hear every guest. Unless your local I wouldn’t go out, just full of people trying to get cash off you and following you to keep asking.
- 4/5
Nice location and shuttle for free !!! Perfect place if having a layover
- 2/5
Though it seemed fairly clean, this hotel is in desperate need of some TLC! Towel racks falling off the wall, rusty lamps that don’t work and barely stand up, window blinds that don’t work for either opening or closing. If you’re choosing between this place and another one- choose the other one. We only stayed for one night while awaiting our flight, but I still wouldn’t stay again.
- 4/5
The hotel was very close to the airport and they picked us up very fast. The area where the hotel is located doesn’t look good. The lady at the desk was not friendly. We had to take an elevator and it was very small and dirty. We could had walked. However, the room and bathroom were clean, my friend and I slept for a few hours and took the shuttle at 4:00 am without any issues. If you are staying for a night, it is a good place to do it.

Rude
- 0.5/5
I had no working television until my last day. There, the place was very dark and dismal, very bad lighting plaster, and the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom
- 4.5/5
Conveniently located to JFK

Do not stay there. This is a nasty, dirty hotel Nasty, dirty sheets on bed someone else had slept in.
- 2/5
The breakfast was terrible and ran out of stuff.
- 2/5
Floor had areas where vinyl was in need of repair. Shuttle service drivers were great. Staff seemed to be helpful.
- 4/5
The room has a fridge, iron for clothes, a hairdryer, and soaps. The coffee pot in the room was not very good. The room was nice and cool when we arrived and it smelled nice.
- 3/5
Staff was uncoperative
- 2/5
Although it was affordable it wasa lot to pay for a dump.
- 5/5
perfect location near the JFK airport the free shuttle really helped a lot.
- 1/5
Quality inn customer service is terrible. Me and my wife were on our 5th anniversary and traveling from Connecticut. The property cancelled my reservation because they said I didn't call to say that I was coming to the property. We arrived around 5pm. Usually you get a few hours grace period. So basically if you don't prepay you must call them to tell them what's your ETA or your reservation will be cancelled
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 3/5
Location Cramped breakfast area. Very average food. Shuttle service at one hour gap and that too only up to Jamaica Air station.
- 2/5
The hotel is pretty run-down, although the room itself seemed properly cleaned. The room had very poor noise insulation so it was very loud — I could hear the noise of coughing hotel guests, a barking dog in one of the rooms, and a lot of street noise of people yelling. Thus, is it was hard to sleep. The shuttle driver was very nice and it is a fairly short drive to JFK airport. The price of the stay was too much for the quality of accommodations, but I made the reservation last-minute and didn’t have much choice. If you want a quieter room and nicer accommodations I would go elsewhere.
- 5/5
The shuttle drivers were so friendly and helpful
- 2/5
AC worked well. Room was clean but bldg is not well maintained, older property.
- 5/5
We had a 7 hour layover at JFK that was arriving at 10pm. I knew we didn’t want to be stuck in the airport that long especially being that late and nothing open so I booked this hotel because it had a free 24 hour shuttle. It worked perfectly! We took the shuttle to and from the airport. There was a Burger King walking distance from the hotel, but we door dashed it instead because it was late by the time we got to the hotel and I didn’t feel comfortable walking in a new city. It was very reasonably priced and the room was clean. The hotel staff were nice and the shuttle driver got us to and from the airport quickly. Would highly recommend for a no frills place to close your eyes for a couple hours between flights.

Hotel is a bit tired but clean and staff are excellent. Breakfast is pretty basic but works ok
- 5/5
solo lo usamos para dormir pero estuvimos cómodos y con la atención adecuada la verdad si regresaría
- 3.5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet. It is convenient to Logan Airport. The shuttle didn't work out for us regarding the timing of our flight. Also, it was unusual that you had to text for a pickup, instead of calling. We wasted time trying to call, and then it was too late.
- 4/5

- 5/5
The place was very clean in the lobby and room. The shuttle driver was helpful and pleasant
- 3/5
Tv was not properly workink during my 6 nights standing with very poor signal
- 4/5
Fairly friendly staff with a good location.
- 2/5
The swing bar lock on my room door was somewhat broken, and the door had a small gap in it. I could rattle the door if I tried to open it while it was locked. This hotel is located next to a major road and has extremely thin walls, so it was difficult to sleep. A hotel next to a busy road should have much better walls; this was very disappointing. The hotel shuttle was a great service.

Front desk lady’s behavior like I was bothering her. She doesn’t smile at all. One night for sleeping after a festival and we weren’t able to take a shower since there was no cold water at all. We called front desk they didn’t fix the shower, neither offered a solution for taking a shower. The lady said was No parking available but we saw the parking lot had 6 parking available in the night and next day as well. 1% recommended. It’s in a very nice area, very close to JFK airport, many places to eat and nice walkability. Bad staff and administration
- 2/5
It is not clean and old
- 5/5
The free shuttle came in very handy both ways. The room was pretty basic, but size was large. Rooms are little on old side, but cleaned every day. The hotel is also located near a 7/11 and a Burger King, so food and drinks nearby. Also near public transportation so easy to get around.
- 5/5
This hotel is an excellent location with free 24hrs airport shuttle service.
- 3/5
Stayed there for one night. Property is ok. Booked it bcoz it’s near to airport and airport shuttle. Served the purpose perfectly.
- 3/5
This property needs to be updated, it just to crash overnight and catch your flight the next day. Staff and transport driver was very nice.

1. The room I was given didn't have a refrigerator as said online when booking. 2. The room was right next to the back door and it made me uncomfortable because I'm disabled and was traveling alone. 3. I was given another room with a refrigerator, however the TV didn't work a.i called the front desk and was told it'll take fifteen min before someone would be able to come. They never did I paid one hundred sixty nine American dollars to sleep here for one night ie: not worth it. 4. I use a walker so I was told since my room was downstairs I could use the lift😲. I've never seen a lift to take ppl to a room if traveling with suitcases or walker. 5. The breakfast was sub par to say the least but it's ok cause eating here would've been a stretch. To sum it up DON'T STAY HERE cause the bedding is itchy and there's a smell in the rooms. I didn't sleep all night cause I thought it was bed bugs. I checked the bed but it wasn't any I could see. There's more I want to say but I'll leave you with this: don't trust what you see in the pics cause it looks nothing like what's shown online. Hell, I thought I was at the wrong place and my Lyft driver was talking me somewhere else. This place resemble a crack house and I'm glad it was only for the night. I hope this helps you NOT stay here, that's unless you can't find a crack house to sleep in.
- 3/5
The shuttle driver and the receptionist were tremendously, helpful and welcoming The rooms themselves are in need of renovation. The bathroom had a large moldy patch in the ceiling above the shower. And there are cloth shower curtains, which could be changed out for a glass shower door. The hallways have flooring, which encourages conversations to carry into the rooms.
- 5/5
Reviews about cleanliness but I personally watched the cleaning crew scrub those rooms. Staff was so very nice and helpful. A+

The area is very noisy and we had loud conversations just outside and below our second story window. Not to mention the smell of marijuana wafting in even through closed windows. The bed was comfortable enough, and the bedding was a very nice. The breakfast area is incredibly small. If you just need a one night to get to JFK in the morning, this will do.
- 4/5
People are helpful, especially the shuttle driver from Puerto Rico; he is a great asset to the team. The room is a good size and the beds are clean. The flooring in my room was not adequately cleaned. As a result of walking barefoot, my feet became soiled by the dust present on the floor.

- 4/5
Proximity to airport Nothing. Exactly as advertised
- 3/5
Dirty and very loud. Our room hadn’t been swept properly, and it was situated right next to the community area, so the tv was blasting very early in the morning and woke me up.

We just needed a place to stay for less than 10 hours due to a long layover at JFK. Shuttle was convenient/easy. Breakfast was decent. The room was in pretty rough shape. Stains all over the walls, poorly patched holes - overall very run down. We made do because it was such a short stay - but wouldn’t recommend for more than just a quick layover.
- 5/5
Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very clean. It’s not in a terrific area, but super close to JFK, which is what I needed for the evening.
- 3/5
Helpful for a quick overnight stay at airport.
- 4/5
The staff was always willing to help. Whether it be to open guest door's resulting from the key cards being inactive. Room cleaning was available daily and they did an outstanding job. Zara and the front desk staff were awesome!
- 5/5
Everything was great. The only thing that could have been better is the driver that took us to the airport could have prepared the passengers for taking the Train transportation to the gates.
- 2/5
The hvac in the room did not cool, only 5 or 6 channels on the tv worked, the large mirror was cracked and the tub would barely drain. Only positive was the airport shuttle service was good
- 3.5/5
Unable to reach the shuttle because the AirTrain was so packed there was no room for me and my baggage. Although I requested a quiet room, I was given one of the noisiest rooms on the ground floor facing traffic.
- 3.5/5
They charged for parking $25 while as per booking parking is free..Please get it refund.
- 2/5
This is not the best place to recommend on the 2nd floor the smell on the hallway is very bad like there’s dry pee all over
- 3/5
Loud area and older hotel. Little over priced but only needed for overnight travel stay.
- 3/5
There’s a $25 per day parking fee that I was unaware of also it’s in a dicey location. It served its purpose for overnight use but I don’t think I’d stay again. There are steps to the elevator which trying to navigate luggage was difficult.

Breakfast free but basic and in very crowded dining area
- 0.5/5
Room was clean Very noisy .Had to pay for parking.breakfast sucks.
- 1/5
My reservation was cancelled because we arrived about 5 hours after check-in and had a pay later reservation. The property does not have any such rule listed on expedia regarding a time limit for check-in, however, it seems that the property reserves the right to do so. The staff were quite helpful and allowed my husband and I to utilize their breakfast area to straighten out our luggage and re-arrange a few things before our flight a couple hours later.

- 2.5/5
Location to JFK was great. The room was dated, lamp on desk was broken collapsed when I tried to turn it on. In thier posting they listed parking. When I got there it was an extra $25. Which is not bad but should be listed in thier booking add so no surprises. I stayed at 3 quality inns this trip, thier breakfast was very basic compared to the other two. No protien or muffins for example.
- 3/5
Ordering the shuttle on arrival at Federal Circle was the first problem. The courtesy phones weren’t working and I couldn’t get a phone signal. When I did finally manage to contact them using a digital phone service the driver who picked me up was very helpful. The door to my room didn’t work with my key card so one of the staff had to let me in again if I left the room. There isn’t a lot to choose from for food in the area. It can be quite noisy with people coming and going all through the night and being next to the main road. It is a handy and reasonably priced hotel for an overnight layover though and the staff are friendly.

The Shuttle had broken side glass. The driver door was about to fall off. The check in was a small desk and you had to walk down stairs which brought you to the eating area. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. You have a choice of cereal, bread, pancakes or yogurt. You have a choice or coffee or tea. The bedroom is normal. The room that was given to me had no vents on the HVAC, it was just completely open so you couldn't direct the airflow. The TV also had very limited channels that worked. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

My daughter stayed here due to the close proximity to JFK + the free 24 hour airport shuttle. When she arrived at JFK, she tried numerous times contact the hotel(with the number provided) to order the shuttle. No luck. She waited by the shuttle area hoping it would arrive. No luck. A Marriott shuttle driver noticed her waiting and drove her and wouldn't even accept a tip. The 24 hr shuttle is misleading. It leaves every hour on the hour - not when needed so my daughter took an Lyft back to the airport. Lastly, she asked the front desk if they could mail a letter for her(it had a stamp on it). She was told they couldn't do that. ?????
- 2/5
No refrigerator in the rooms and the hallway smelled horrible the day I checked in.
- 1/5
The room was clean. The AC was noisy. The in-room hotel phone did not work. The morning receptionist was defensive when I narrated the shuttle incident and the lack of phone service. This hotel needs some serious re-vamping of management.

Hotel ran down very old. The window shade broken but taped together with masking tape. Ran out of coffee and food before breakfast time was up

Noises from outside the room were heard loudly. No bottled water was offered. Breakfast had very few items which were running out- no eggs, limited juice quantity/ yogurt. No oatmeal either.

Breakfast was subpar. I only had a coffee because was uncomfortable eating other items. I will be back in 6/6 on my way home. I hope that I will be able to enjoy my stay then

All good. For the shuttle, one need to call from his own phone to the hotel once arrive at the airport. The free phones at the pick up place do not work...it created some inconvenience to us. But it's great to have a shuttle service.

shuttle Stayed at Quality Inn, 153-95 Rockaway, Jamaica, NY 11434 (NY890) Checked in on May 11th after 2:09 p.m. Don't let the pictures fool you, it's in a bad area and the hotel is comparable to a cheap hotel not the standard of a Quality Inn. From the lobby we descended a half flight of stairs into a basement breakfast room. The handicapped elevator that was used just for the half flight was as big as two phone booths and room for one person and luggage. After entering room 116 we heard a loud engine noise outside our basement type room that had a window at street level. A refrigeration trailer less than ten feet away made the room unusable. We requested another room and returned after moving luggage. The reissued room was 114 and still had the same problem, right next door to 116. Went back again and another lady stepped in to help with better English and was told there were no other rooms. After a lengthy exchange she assigned room 209 on the other side of the building. After the ordeal it was well after 3:00 p.m. check-in time. That night at about 3:10 a.m. we were awoken by screaming and shouting that went on for 45 minutes. Earlier we saw people mixing vodka at the small patio adjacent to the street. My check-out receipt revealed a $50 early check-in charge. The receipt indicated check-in time at 2:09 p.m. However, I challenged the early check-in charge, that I was unaware of the charge, I did not ask, sign or initial for, and did not receive an early check-in as we got to our final room well after 3p.m. Charge is being disputed now. Worst experience at a hotel and soured our trip after staying in three lovely hotels in Canada. Recommend paying more money and avoid this one.

Receptionist are blunt and rude to some people and fake nice to others. Not flexible at all. Shuttle driver didn’t want to take a few costumers to the air-train station and told us that it wasn’t running. When it was. The least they can do is to be polite and respectful to their costumers. They all need to work on costumer service.

An old, unappealing property with substandard maintenance and upgrade. The breakfast choices were poor. No eggs, protein or cheese choices. White breads. It is a property that cuts corners at every opportunity. But is close to JFK and has free shuttle.

I booked this hotel thru Expedia. I booked 3 nights 5/18-5/21. However when I arrived this hotel the lady in front nothing helped me. I just wanna stayed 1 night. And wanna refund 2 other nights. She said call Expedia and they will give you refund. I called Expedia the front desk can adjust in front of me. She didn't do it for me cause don't need to adjust If i leave even if I don't stay. They get my money for nothing to do. This place staffs working terribly. I don't trust this place. I bought warer paid cash $5. The guy front asked what is my room number? I answered my room number they charged again to my room. This place terrible.

The night I stayed there, my flight was delayed. They picked me up at the airport at 2:00 AM—super fast. When I arrived, since they knew my flight had been delayed, they handed me the key immediately. At 6:00 AM, they took me back to the airport. This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and honestly, I will definitely continue to do so. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have everything you need to spend a night while waiting for a connecting flight with a long layover. The shuttle driver at 6:00 AM explained how to get to the terminal, and both of the staff members I interacted with were very pleasant.

This hotel was ok. We got stranded in jfk due to weather. They have a shuttle, the rooms were clean. Beds ok. Showers good. Cheap and convenient to airport. Very good Indian restaurant across the street but not much else. Room was clean and ac worked. Shuttle in morning was great.

Honestly look somewhere else, I didn’t make a fuss because it was late but the hotel was dirty, broken window. Hair in bathroom and pretty noisy. The breakfast was yogurt, toast, waffle machine, coffee and orange juice. I guess ok for being included but not eggs or fruit. The shuttle was the good part of it.

If just a quick stop in for a night and you aren’t a female traveling alone, go for it. Definitely could use some up keep but I’ve seen worse.

First , I would like to say the shuttle driver was very nice and accommodating and got us from the airport to the hotel in a timely manner . As i arrived to the hotel to check in the lady stated that my room was cancelled that morning and that they were booked up .Immediately after , she begin checking in somebody else .I got confused because of there were not any rooms left how did he get one . And lastly if my room was canceled I not receive a cancellation phone call or a email. I am very disappointed in my experience here . The only good thing was the shuttle driver didn’t have a problem taking me back to the airport.
- 3/5
Limited parking for a price, limited breakfast options, air conditioning did not maintain temperature.
- 1/5
Nothing! It is a dirty facility with many problems and a rip off. The front desk is just observing, not helping. I had no TV for the three nights I spent. The bathroom is a disaster with the faucet leaking when opened. The room door had a hole in it, indicating that mice had entered many times. I had to fill this door gap with towels at night. The breakfast is just horrible. The young girl in the front desk lied to me and said the TV will be fixed next day and it turns that it did not. The place is generally filthy and you have to drag your suit cases down the steps to ride the elevator. What a waste!

Then in the room, the toilet seat was dirty with yellow stains, I had to clean it. I took pictures. The shower head was leaking. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Helpful staff Waffles for breakfast Shuttle Service to JFK Rooms right by the street are quite noisy. It was not possible to change the room. The bed was was Toom soft from too many uses it seems and also was there a metal stick coming Out the Side of the bed by the footend and this was somewhat dangerous! Last time we liked the room better (further to the back)
- 3.5/5
Handy location. Area isn’t very nice but for a night after arriving at jfk was ok. Room was comfortable but small.
- 2/5
Cancelled my booking without notice to tell me it’s sold out. When I asked for the manager I was told there is a room for more than what I originally booked. Washroom was filthy hair in the tub and dirt around the tub. Had no choice as I was only staying a few hours for a connection and had my toddler with me. Shuttle service was the only great thing.
- 2/5
Llegue tarde al check in pero avise por tf y la señorita no fue amable en su atencion. No nos queria dejar a entrar a nuestro cuarto a pesar de estar pagado. Felizmente llego a kas 7am otra empleada y nos dejo entraral cuarto.

Great staff. Good shuttle service. Decent room. Good location. Better than I thought it would be.
- 4/5
Easy shuttle and arrival check-in. The airport shuttle is available 24 hours and that was a plus. I would recommend, if a layover is required because of its proximity, ease to and departure. Property is clean.
- 4/5
The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and the airport shuttle was a definite plus.
- 4/5
A nice small hotel, and short distance from JFK Airport. Very nice staff, good size room, spacious and clean The price is good, staff very nice

I only stayed for one night due to an early flight. It wasn’t bad for one night stay. It was a little noisy at night. The room was clean. The shuttle to JFK AirTran runs every hour.
- 3/5
They have a shuttle which is great for the area. It’s cheap and ok. I’ve stayed here multiple times though if that tells you anything.

I was on the 2nd floor. The window wouldn't lock and there was no screen on the window. Being on the 2nd floor it was still was easy for someone to access from the outside due to the location of the window being along a fence/ledge overlooking the sitting are/patio. I did not feel safe at all. Very loud street noise, the toilet paper holder was not only coming out of the wall but it was installed lopp sided, the 'wooden floors' were cracked and tore up, dirty counter space, the tv was all fuzzy so I couldn't watch tv, the closet bar to hang up my clothes was not high enough to keep my dress and long coat from touching the bottom of the closet, and their were only 2 hangers (one broken) to use. When taking a bath there were a few black hairs in the tub (gross) and the hot water ran out before the tub could even be filled. I highly recommend not staying there. The girl at the check in counter when approached about a question was on her phone watching videos. Very unprofessional but considering the conditions of the rooms, I'm not surprised.

Yes, it was fresh.

Great airport shuttle service, prime location!
- 2/5
The night shift staff was awful. She was unkind throughout the check-in process. Around 11 pm, she called my room without any explanation, simply asking if she was coming up. She also failed to check my passport initially, only to request it very late at night. Additionally, although there was a lift to the first floor, she never mentioned it — I only found out the next morning from another staff member. I had two massive, heavy suitcases, and the night staff completely ignored this.

Old building! I was expecting the airport shuttle to come pick me up but they called said there is a problem and need an hour to fix. Staff could be better. Overall good for 1 or 2 nights.

Property was okay for an overnight stay. The breakfast was very basic. The free airport shuttle was a bonus.

This is perfect for a layover stay. Affordable. Clean room and linens. Clean bathroom and great water pressure. Comfortable bed. Don't expect a grand spread for the breakfast.

In side the hotel is clean, but needs a lot up grade. The blinds are broken, the shower curtain is falling off, the water was going down in the sink. It's was very noisy even in the middle of the night you can hear people fighting, playing loud music slamming doors. The breakfast was terrible dry bread and bitter coffee. The front desk didn't even asked about your stay. Will i stay again, no i don't thibk so.

Shuttle was easy and clean
- 4/5
I had a short stay only one night the staff were kind and the place was clean. There was no parking on site & the bed was as hard as a rock
- 0.5/5
Nothing. I was treated miserably by the staff. They charged me for checking in early even though I had to wait until a room was ready. That was $40 and then $50 to extend my checkout time because I wasn't feeling well, but they kept banging on my door to leave the room because they had no records of me paying for an extension. They kept interrupting my sleep even though I had told the head of housekeeping that I had paid for an extension and shouldn't be disturbed. I was livid! Horrible people! I didn't like the breakfast bar and the way I was treated by the staff. There was no lift to the ground floor so I had to go up and down the stairs. The elevator was used to hurl luggage. Unbelievable!

The other thing is, if you are looking at staying here because it pulled up on the list for hotels with a shuttle near Laguardia or were looking for a place between the two (my unusual circumstance this trip) know that they only provide a shuttle to JFK. You will have to get a ride share or taxi to Laguardia.

Muy buena atención

The beds were comfortable and clean The sound proof was bad. It was a decent stay for 3 nights or less.

while this is an older place, you could see they had taaken the time to put in new floors, beds and bathrooms. the staff was great and it wa handy to be pickedup at federeal circle. the hot meal was waffles, all the rest was cereal, yogurt etc. decent coffee

When I called for a shuttle pick up from JFK just before midnight, I was informed it was not too late to use the shuttle service and that a driver would pick us up in about 10 minutes. After more than 15 minutes of waiting outside in the cold, I called the hotel back and he said the last shuttle had already departed the airport and the service was no longer availabe. The next morning we went down to have breakfast at 6a on our way to jfk but it was just being set up around 6:15 when it was supposed to start at 6a. The front desk staff and shuttle driver where very polite but the service was poor and we did not have a good experience. The king room was spacious and clean.
- 3/5
The receptionist was friendly and smiling upon check in, which went very smooth. The traffic noise is a bit much, but again, if you just want a basic place to sleep, this is a good option in the area. Water pressure in the shower was good, and the room was very clean. The window blinds could use some repair as anyone from the parking lot could walk up and peek right into my room with the broken slats. I was too tired to care or complain. The continental breakfast was quite the show. When I came down to eat, some guy already dumped the entire bucket of waffle batter all over the floor and was trying to clean up the giant puddle with very little success. The coffee was criminally bad. The croissants looked like last month’s batch, and the cereal wasn’t gonna do it for me either. Everyone started showing up and rifling through the limited options and crowded the whole dining area so I just went to the BK next door for breakfast. The woman at the front desk and the airport shuttle service is 10/10 though! Good luck everybody.
- 3.5/5

- 3/5
Close to the airport and reliable shuttle staff. You can hear everything through the walls.
- 3.5/5
It’s not a luxury hotel. They do accept pets, so if you’re sensitive, you will smell it. The rooms are clean and the mattress was great! Noises can be heard from hallway and people talking. The location is great for being close to the airport (5 mins), but neighborhood may be a little questionable. Shuttle service is good. Breakfast was ok to poor as they just discontinued serving eggs and bacon. Just waffles and toasts count as hot breakfast. Price was the lowest for the day we needed it. In summary, is a good one night stay. Noise, pet smell, poor breakfast choices, neighborhood.
- 2/5
Wasn't that clean and far from city But doable

Far from stores and city

The people at the desk are very helpful. I think if's a bit pricy for the location they are in. Overall my stay was good.

Not clean far from things Stores city
- 1/5
Staff were nice. Close to airport. Shuttle was nice. The ad said soundproof. Not soundproof. Noisy as hell. The potato chips in the hallways. The floor in the room was unclean. The sinks tap wouldn't shut off unless you played its game. I felt more like I was in a brothel, not that I've been to one. New experiences, right! Overall it had a feeling that was dubious.
- 2.5/5
The shuttle service works well. I appreciate the proximity to JFK. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shower didn't work properly (one thin stream of water, like in a faucet). There was no hot water in the faucet over the sink. Wi-fi didn't work. Bad breakfast.
- 2/5
Nothing Staff were not friendly at the front desk. The rooms badly need upgrading. The TV had no guide for the Chanel’s, the heating unit was hard to figure out.
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable. Close to a couple of restaurants.
- 4/5
This hotel is adequate for the price. It is a good deal in the area. The breakfast is cereal, yogurt, toast and waffles. They have a shuttle that takes you to the skytrain and car rental shuttle area. It starts at 6am.
- 2/5
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The airport shuttle had already arrived by the time I got to the transportation area. The check-in process was seamless. However, the property is in dire need of a renovation. To access the rooms from the front desk, you have to carry your luggage down a set of stairs. This was inconvenient as I had more than one pice of luggage. The carpet throughout the hallways had debris stuck to it, there was an obvious odour in the hallways (resembling stale smoke), someone’s hair in the shower, noticeable water stains on the wall of the shower, and black dirt along the cocking of the bathtub. Regardless of how long I let the water run, it only got lukewarm. Would have been nice to have hot or even warmer water to shower with. The bedding was clean and fresh. And the overall space in the room appeared to be clean. For the price I paid, I definitely had higher expectations.

I Booked this hotel for an over night stay after my baby shower. I got there 2:00 am. The receptionist told me she didn’t she my reservation. I showed it to her and she told me we are sold out. I had to walk around in the middle of the night to find another hotel. I was never refunded for this purchase. I had to pay for another hotel which charged me double because they only had one room available at the time of the night. I most likely would never book this hotel again.

The shuttle service didn't came to pick us up from the airport at the time of check-in leaving me & 10 year old to freeze on a cold night (and no one picked up the call at the front desk and even their voicemail was full)... We kept waiting in hope that the Quality Inn shuttle will show up but the other hotels shuttle came thrice in that time frame when Quality Inn shuttle didn't even showed up once. I eventually had to book an Uber and checked-in cursing myself thinking Why did I even wait for the shuttle and booked this 3rd class hotel!
- 1/5
Very bad experience in this hotel, definitely not coming back. There are others within the area that I would have preferred if I was more familiar.
- 4/5
The accommodations served the purpose of being close to JFK.
- 2/5
No hot water in bathroom sink, it was actually turned off underneath. 4 tv channels. Hole in the wall next to the bed where the lamp should be. Overall gross and dirty. However, the bed was surprisingly very comfortable.
- 3/5
Staff in hotel was Great, The early shuttle bus driver was great. Leaving hotel shuttle driver smelled of weed, He was high AF couldn’t load the van with luggage. Kept saying it’s his first day of work an didn’t know any better! Drive like a crazy person! Didn’t stop for stop sign!! Other than that driver we had a good time! Hotel was clean. Odd lay out but it works.
- 3/5
My original room was filthy and did not have any heat however when I went to the front desk the young girl working could not have been more sympathetic and polite and gave me another room which was much cleaner, working heat, and a very comfortable bed.
- 2/5
Room was noisy, Toilet did not flush. Early morning shuttle to airport did not show up. Avoid this property.
- 1/5
On the website, they said breakfast is available but when I went to the dining room they said no breakfast coz of the renovation of the dining room. I didn’t know what to do. I have medication to take . They should let us know so we can settle ourselves.
- 2/5
The phone number is not working to call for the shuttle service. I waited 2hrs before I finally got the shuttle. The hotel is being renovated while they are still operating. The vending machine was not working properly, we never got any breakfast in the morning as stated. The nicest person was the Shuttle driver. Will never go back there, nor would I recommend there to anyone.
- 1/5
The room is not very clean, check in person was not friendly, no breakfast. I checked out after one night and charged me for 2 nights. I want a refund please.
- 4/5
Good staff, clean facility and great room nice and quiet, but vending machines need fixing
- 3/5
No coffee nor breakfast offered
- 1/5
Very dirty hotelor what I would consider a motel. Guests complaining no heat in the rooms when it was 12° outside. We had a reservation for the last room and when we openes the door, somebody was already staying in there. They charged us $25 to park, but there was no parking so they were telling us to go down the street. We had to leave and asked for our money back and they are giving us a hard time.
- 4/5
We were stuck there during the snow storm. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable.
- 2/5
Staff were not very good, unhelpful especially regarding airport shuttle. Toilet didnt flush, shower was a cold dribble. Corridors were full of boxes for rennovations.
- 1/5
I booked this for my daughter. The room was cold, heater supplied was not in a good condition the bathroom was flooded when she entered the room and the place was not properly clean. She informed the hotel that the bathroom was flooded, maintenance then fixed it but did not clean it properly. Shuttle services did not show, she had to organise alternative transport to the hotel
- 1/5
Only stayed one night because of a cancelled flight. Room was extremely small and the staff didn’t seem very attentive or welcoming. Not the best experience overall.
- 2/5
This hotel needs major renovation and changes, if they want to survive. Looks like a dump. Nothing but white bread and coffee for breakfast. Had to wait for the shuttle for an hour in 10 degree weather, and the shuttle never came. Ended up taking Uber. Will never stay there again.
- 4/5
Parking is limited Renovation being done to make it nicer
- 1/5
I made a special require of providing water bottles which they completely ignored. Worst hotel experience ever. Wish I could give 0 stars I'm not even going there anymore.
- 1/5
The shuttle never arrived to transport guests to the hotel. In addition, there was a constant rattling noise from the heater unit that was never addressed despite reporting it. The telephone in the room did not work, the blinds were broken, and overall the room was run down and poorly maintained.
- 3/5
It was ok to stay overnight so I could fly out early the next day. It was noisy and the breakfast was really lame. On the positive side, it was clean and the staff was friendly
- 3/5
Checking in and out was smooth. However, the room given to me was clearly old and not well maintained. The mirror, door lock, and door peephole were broken.
- 3/5
The staff was lovely, and the shuttle driver was on time and efficient. The rooms are very dated, beds are not that comfortable, and the road noise was awful.

the furniture where the TV is, in Unit 125 needs to be replaced. It is heavily stained and affects the overall appearance of the unit. Investing in something inexpensive yet clean and presentable would greatly improve the unit’s presentation.

Stains all over the desk and floor. The restroom wasn't working correctly, I had already transferred room because the window in the 1st room didn't close all the way. You are not getting what you pay for. The price was very high for a 2 star.

Staff was fine, room was clean, but more like a basement, with a too small window above eye level, overlooking the mechanical equipment on the roof, which was incredibly noisy. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana, and there were condoms for sale in the vending machines, so not family -friendly.
- 4/5
Room clean, friendly staff & affordable

Yes the room spotless, shèets were clean and towels are clean and ever 2 days. The evening checked December 12th in she was in point. She was professional, courteous and she made me comfortable. I was going to 7seven, later, a gentleman (he was not working but I assumed he was a crew) he helped instructions to store .(he gave me couple ketchups 2 condiments packages). She,he and I laughed small talked. I that 5 minutes my day. Breakfast was good (bacon and eggs could nice) You don't have a 5 star hotel, a view, luxury suite, room service...You can have a company,CEO or one owner can have in an accordance. awful experience. Room was not sound proof. Couldn't sleep because of the noise coming from outside and room down the hall. bed was some what ok but pillows were a joke. They need to invest in buying new pillows. Bathroom mirror was broken. Phone in the room didn't work, so had to go down to make a request.

The place is a dump.

No smart tv and no channels to watch. The satellitetv had limited channels. There was no microwave unless you went down stairs to lobby in public. No jacuzzi like advertised. Sheets on mattress was dusty.

Room can be improved. And some amenities as vending machines can be added.
- 4/5
Very convenient location - Clean room - Comfy bed - On time shuttle both ways - No frill breakfast buffet -
- 2/5
The room felt neglected. the mirror in the room was cracked and overall cleanliness could have been better. i feel the door to our room could have been more secured. Breakfast in the morning was non existant. there was hardly any food or drink and when we asked about replenishing it, it took so long that we had to leave to the airport. but for a one night stay, it is bearable.
- 1/5
Very bad room, the staff was very rood
- 1/5
The room had no hot water for the shower no cable channels only a few worked
- 3/5
Hotel itself was pretty basic. Clean. However front desk staff not particularly helpful. We couldn’t get TV to work….”oh we only have a few channels”. Breakfast was adequate with only a few options which was fine. But supplies ran out well before the end time and were not replaced. When asked if she could replenish, she said there was no one to do it. It serves its purpose for us by having a short free shuttle ride to airport. But would not stay here as part of a vacation in NYC
- 3/5
The hotel is very close to the airport and was convenience for a night of sleep. Would not recommend for long stays. The room had broken blinds and in dire need of remodeling. However, the bedding was clean and so was the bathroom. The area was very dark and there were some interesting people nearby.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Excellent service from the front desk and the shuttle driver, both very kind!!
- 1/5
When I first checked in the lady at the front desk was rude and not very helpful when asking questions about the breakfast and shuttle. I got in the room the lights next to my room did not work. The blinds were broken and it was very loud outside. Also the room looked "clean" but the sheets were smelling weird and had stains. The breakfast was terrible there were flies and bugs and the food was cold. I was not even able to eat there. The shuttle back to the hotel the driver was going super quick and driving a little wreck less. I had paid $50 for extension of check out which has not been credit back to me since I did not check out late due to the conditions of the room. Over all I will not recommend this to anyone EVER......
- 2/5
Poor room cleanliness. Airport drop shuttle time frequency is low.
- 3/5
The airport shuttle took forever to come, I had to call 3 times, no apology from the driver or the ONE stuff on site.
- 1/5
All of the above
- 5/5
Yes wonderfully clean, well-lit and all amenities are very nice
- 5/5
Good hotel for one night. We had a handicap person with us and they were very helpful.
- 1/5
The only positive was the Chexkmmm
- 5/5
Yes, everything was perfect.
- 3/5
Just average. Poor shuttle service. Nobody to answer the phone when calling for shuttle service from Federal circle. Waited more than 45 minutes to get a ride to the hotel.
- 2/5
I booked a room for two days ($325.82), although I was there for less than 13 hours, because of my arrival and departure times (5:30am to 6pm on the same day). I called beforehand to inform that I would be arriving at 5:30am. Upon my arrival, I was told that I was listed as a “no show”. I was then told that I had to pay $50 for early check in, which I did as I was tired after flying all night. Later in the day, I was told that I was not supposed to be in that room as I did not have a reservation. They eventually settled after I showed my printed confirmation, and let me stay for the remaining 4 hours. I wasn’t given a refund for the first day, even though I paid for early check-in for Day 2. I spoke to another guest who informed me that he also was made to pay an extra $50 for an unknown reason. Is it that they create issues to charge more? Further, the shuttle driver to the airport, drove rather recklessly and raised his voice at me when I asked if I was being dropped at the departure terminal or the Air train. The housekeeping staff were extremely pleasant. Their proximity to JFK Airport is really their biggest positive.
- 3/5
Yes the room was good but the breakfast could be improved with a few more items like eggs and a few more items
- 1/5
toilet wasn’t flashing. I requested Help the first day. It wasn’t until late the next day somebody fixed it.
- 2/5
Below average cleanliness. No shampoo and conditioner in the shower Dirty shower curtain Very limited options for breakfast
- 2/5
Sorry your stay wasn't ideal. What didn't go well - room, staff, amenities, or something else?*
- 1/5
Our visit was a disaster, starting with the shuttle. They say to call to schedule a shuttle, but turns out it’s supposed to come every hour anyways. The shuttle ended up being 45 minutes late. During that time, when we called for updates the continuously misled us, saying it was 10 minutes away. The staff was unhelpful and brusque at check in. There were three attendants but only one was helping customers, the rest ignored us. The room was filthy, inclining mold in the bathroom and a bed we suspected of bed bugs. The final straw was missing emergency information and door locks, which definitely feel needed given the hotel’s location. We left immediately and booked elsewhere. I’m still trying to get refunded by Expedia.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the girl at the front desk was good.

The night we checked in, the front desk attendant was very rude and unwelcoming. She then confirmed our booking, then I inquired about parking because I did not see a lot. She rudely again responded that parking is $25 per night in the rear of the building. After a long day of delays due to the gov. shutdown, this type of attitude was the very least I expected and I was not ready to entertain it. I reluctantly paid the $100 for the 4 nights in advanced as it was already apprx. 1am by then. We just wanted to get some rest. Then we went down some stairs and through a long narrow hallway to an elevator. When the elevator door opened, a bad smell escaped but stayed through the 3 floors flight up. Then we finally got to room. It was literally a little box. Too late now, we had to deal with it. The shower head did not work at all. The water just would not come out, so we had to use the lower faucet. Oh, it was back braking having to bend down and splash. Overall the staff wasn't bad, except for that girl the first night. The breakfast is very limited. There was only pan cake which you had to make yourself, toasts, cereal , coffee (24/7) and Orange juice. Coffee 24/7 was cool though. I would recommend this place for a quick 1 night stop, BUT definitely not long term. Oh, did I mentioned that our card was turned off 3 times during our 4 day stay.. Wiered!!
- 5/5
Customer service was very good and helpful
- 2/5
Other then that service is good room is vlean .but you need to fix the nise problem . And dont chose the basement rooms, the noise was more. I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport, than i find out that transportation need to take you back to jamaica station, so its better to book near the station , or book near to the subway will more convenient
- 2/5
actually you should call it a motel! The only good thing is super close to the JFK
- 5/5
Everything was fine
- 3/5
Water on floor slipery stairs. I understand the area had flooding not the nicest place bed comfy
- 4/5
staff was courteous and helpful. rooms and facility was clean
- 5/5
Room was very clean and staff was very friendly would stay again
- 2/5
Very convenient location to JFK. Very comfortable bed and bathroom very clean. It’s just the neighborhood on Rockaway Blvd that is sketchy. There are many other accommodations facing the same situation. I understand.
- 4/5
Shuttle left too early for me to sample breakfast.
- 3/5
Hotel is dated but near the airport and room was clean. Be prepared to carry your luggage up and down stairs to access room elevator. A couple of issues but the maintenance staff was helpful. However, the shuttle driver with the Jamaican accent was EXTREMELY rude, belittling, and discourteous and needs basic training on customer service.
- 3/5
We selected the hotel because of its airport shuttle. Fortunately, it was no problem to get a ride from the airport. However, on our return trip to the airport, there were many more people trying to use the shuttle than there was space for riders. We ended up paying for an Uber to get to the airport, since we were told the shuttle only ran once per hour and that spots could not be reserved.
- 2/5
Front desk lady was just a B. We were asked for $22 more for a room that was paid in full on Hotels.com. OK, not happy but I wanted to lay down. The credit card processing machine was not working. We tried 4 of my husband's cards and 1 of mine. None worked which is impossible. We then got her $40 in cash at ATM in lobby. But, SHE COULD NOT OFFER CHANGE! We came back in the morning and she was still not able to make change. Why she could not have accepted $20 instead of the $21.98 is beyond me. Luckily, we found 2 dollars. The place feels shady and a seedy although there were many other people traveling like us- get in late on flight, few hour sleep, and then back to the airport. LYFT was $21 from airport. Prob the better choice late at night. They have a shuttle. Get there early in the AM bc it fills up. Only goes to Air Train, so allow extra time for both. Would I do it again? Maybe, but I would also check on better brand hotels around the area. They were twice the price when I checked and since we were only resting for 6 hours, I could not justify it.
- 2/5
Poorly organised and unhelpful reception who charged us twice for the one room and messed up our booking.
- 3/5
Very basic hotel but my room was serviceable and the bed was clean. My window didn’t lock but I was on the third floor so still felt OK. Breakfast was extremely limited to prepackaged muffins. All in all a low cost and it was only one night while awaiting a flight so not bad for that purpose.
- 1/5
What a dump! In a horrible part of the city. Dirty, old and worn out. Felt unsafe. Bed was ok and had new bedding and towels. Breakfast. Nothing there. No yogurt, fruit. Make a waffle or toast, bowl of cereal. That’s it. Go somewhere else.
- 2/5
Shuttle was nice and driver was friendly

Night of Oct 18-19: I had expected a very nice motel near the JFK airport...my wife, niece, and I were really disappointed and insulted. First of all, we had booked TWO rooms...one single and one King bed. We ended up with ONE room with ONE bed. And three people were supposed to share it?! REALLY?! When asked about the second room...nope, "full up"....yes!....with HOOKERS. I decided to sleep on the floor...asked about spare blankets. Nope. REALLY?! A motel with NO spare blankets?! Lots of loud Middle Eastern music going on outside out room in the alley next door. We arranged for a taxi to take us back to the airport at 5 A.M. the next morning...the lady at the desk didn't call for a taxi, she called for her brother/cousin to pick us up (an illegal taxi service). And he charged us a HUGE flat rate to take us to the airport (twice what a normal tax wold charge)(we got ripped off). As we were waiting for our taxi, cars were pulling up to unload their HOOKERS. Very sad. I sincerely hope you compensate us for this....and DO SOMETHING about that motel! Far below standard for Quality Inn!
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful, room was clean, breakfast was tasty and convient. Also the drivers were both excellent
- 2/5
Airport shuttle only 1 hr/shuttle
- 1/5
An absolute hard No! From the broken door latch, peeling wallpaper, paper thin walls, street noise, lumpy bed, zero amenities. It was a stopover near JFK. I would rather sleep on the floor of the airport. The 4 am van driver was MIA so i gave up by 4:20 and called an Uber. I didn't feel safe. Hotel desk sealed behind thick glass partition so it makes me question many things. Wasn't cheap either.
- 2/5
Was the weirdest hotel I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed at motels and 5-star resorts. My expectations are reasonable but this was the most bizarre hotel, and not cheap. Hotel shuttle didn’t start until well after JFK flights so we ubered. You had to walk down internal stairs to get to an elevator in a strange hall to get to your less that desirable room. An elderly couple had the most difficult time navigating it and it was painful to watch. If the front desk has plexiglass it doesn’t assure you the neighborhood is safe.
- 1/5
OmG ! I cant think of where to start. The rroms are awfully small, doesnt at all look like as shown in picture.Everything is broken starting from cabinet handle, cabinet doors, light switches, chairs, windows, air condition machines.I was feeling like a homeless inside. The AC will sound like a commercial lawn mower. The windows and doors are not soundproof at all.I could hear somebody laughing 3 rooms away in the same floor. You could literally feel that you are sleeping on the road its that noisy and there is no sound proofing at all.Breakfast is a joke you will get only bread /jam cereals and coffee. Ironically bf is firat come first serve basis. Its 6-9 am and I went to the dining at 8.30 and everything was finished. They dont bother to refill. If you can grab anything consider yourself lucky.Horrible and total waste of money. All the hotels in the same locality are similar. So choose wisely before paying.
- 3/5
Good for a layover
- 2/5
Having an industrial heat pump two feet away from the bed as the air conditioning hardly made for great sleeping. The only food that I could find in the vicinity was a Burger King.
- 3/5
Low cost hotel equals low cost expectations. However I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were also equally kind and helpful.
- 3/5
Okay
- 4/5
Close to JFK for easy overnight stay.
- 2/5
Had very bad experience in staying there. The room was smelling and the not happy at all. Will never recomend to any of my family and friends. They change my room but that room the telephone was not working. They gave me at 3rd floor. any problem or issue have to come down to the lobby. Maintenance was not good at all.
- 1/5
-Lobby closes at midnight. Hopefully your flight won't be delayed (like ours) and you won't be forced to spend $50 on a taxi just to get there on time (like I had to) -Airport shuttle leaves every hour from the hotel. It's a 10min drive; it should be offered more frequently -Can't decide if you want to take a shower or a bath? No worries! You get both at the same time! The shower backed up every time it was used. -NO microwaves are in the room. Why offer a place to keep things cold if you don't offer a way to heat them back up? -Mirror in the room was broken. The most minor complaint I had because it doesn't affect me much, but I'm afraid I'm going to get charged for something I didn't do. -Room certainly was not soundproof. Glad my kiddo was asleep so I didn't have to explain the sounds coming from next door. "They're watching a movie" would not have explained anything. -TV got next to zero channels, and all of the ones it actually did, cut in and out. I couldn't even get through a 30sec news story without missing half of it. -Breakfast was okay, but I was expecting way more. Everything was very low stocked, and I had to ask almost every day for a yogurt for my kid's medication. There was a place for fresh fruit, but no fruit. Nothing like danish, bagels, or muffins; only bread for toast. I noticed other families brought their own OJ.
- 5/5
Free shuttle service
- 5/5
It was great!
- 1/5
Terrib
- 2/5
Bathroom not cleaned fully, free breakfast doesn't really add any value, at least they offer free shuttle hourly to airport
- 5/5
It is a unique layout, requiring every guest to go up/down @ 15 stairs to get to the level where an elevator is. Area seemed sketchy but did not stop me from walking 3/4 of a block to Burger King at 1 a.m.. Shuttle van was on time with friendly driver. Van itself needed repairs; badly cracked window, door not closed properly, Room was clean, minor material condition issues but fine and basically, for my need of a layover place to nap and shower, it was reasonable value for the money. Front desk clerk was kind, smiled and was calm and gentle under pressure.
- 3/5
It is what it is. Could convenient airport hotel. A bit dated, but friendly, clean, everything worked. No complaints.
- 2/5
Mala información de la recepción, instalaciones viejas, obsoletas y en no muy buenas condiciones
- 3/5
Shuttle arrived on time. Breakfast is basic
- 2/5
On time and punctual
- 4/5
Not bad for one night. Needs improvement & updates.
- 4/5
Clean and basic
- 3/5
Perfect stay for JFK vicinity if you need a place with enough space for privacy morning breakfast and absolute actuality of convenience so it is price range is better but for price range it could be made better but for that require amount spend so consider it a motel near to the airport
- 1/5
Our first view of the room was the broken blind. The bed was large and comfortable but the noise of vehicles passing over loose metal plates in the road outside made it impossible to sleep. At about 1am the lights came on outside with no way to block it out. Upon arrival I was told my credit card had not gone through with no notification. I had to make a new reservation upon arrival after waiting at least 45 minutes for the shuttle, for an additional cost of course.
- 3/5
This hotel was in a “perfect storm” - road construction went on all night. Rooms VERY out dated in every way. They were clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff also was great but overall NOT a good experience
- 3/5
We had to carry all of our luggage up/down about 8 stairs to access the elevator to the third floor. The single-pane window let in all of the outside noise. The bathtub/shower wall looks like water leaked and we hope there is not mold lurking.
- 2/5
Everything generally was fine, but the portable crib they provided was covered in mold. There was zero way we could let our baby sleep in it. This made it extremely difficult for everyone to get the sleep they needed.
- 4/5
It was ok
- 1/5
Would not recommend this place. Rooms had human stains on duvet covers, although sheets seemed clean. Drops of pesticides were noted every few feet on wall trim boards, indicating bug problems. Street has construction with metal plates makeing such load noise ac unit could not even mask sound. Sounded like boulders being dumped into dump truck all night. Hotel hallways had filthy stained carpet. They use automatic airfreshners in hallway that choke you out, trying to mask smells. Felt unsafe/unclean.
- 1/5
Reservation was made for a in room hot tub according to their website. No hot tub was given to us upon our arrival. Bathroom mirror was shattered. Desk laminate broken , fridge leaked water on floor. Floors had multiple soft spots with dips. Bed was very uncomfortable, rooms and hallways had musk smell. Not worth the price.
- 2/5
We had a reservation and we got in about 11 o’clock at night. In order to get to the elevator, we had to go down a flight of stairs, and apparently the elevator for someone in a wheelchair was not operating so we had to carry our bags down this flight of stairs to get to the elevator.
- 1/5
Check in time is 3pm. We arrived at 2pm and asked if our room was ready. It was, but in order for us to get it we had to pay a $50 early check in fee. We wanted to drop off our luggage, as we were going into the city for an event and dinner. Not wanting to pay an extra $50 to drop our luggage off in our room and leave, I asked if we could leave our luggage in the office or somewhere that was safe and/or locked up in the lobby area. The answer was no. They do not have anything like like. It makes no sense that if our room was already cleaned and available, that in order to get in, we had to pay $50 to get in 1 hour early. Absolute no customer service or common sense. What were they losing out on in letting us check in early to secure our luggage in our locked hotel room? Not friendly staff. The front desk is surrounded by glass (scary)! Once arriving to our room, it was filthy and clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned. DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
- 3/5
Convenient for what we needed, but would. It stay again based on the surrounding neighborhood
- 1/5
The rooms were not fully cleaned and the outside noise was coming through even though we had our window closed. During my stay a cook burned something and the fire alarm went off. The staff made little effort to assure guest of safety. We left a day earlier due to the conditions and the front desk refused to refund our last day. They even misrepresented their refund policy and did not back down when they were corrected. Just Terrible.
- 3/5
Hot water not working
- 3/5
I had requested a room on an upper floor and was told there were none available. The walls are very thin and I could hear loud voices well after 1 am. The cheap furniture and finishes were worn and shabby. There was only 1 plug that was accessible to charge phones etc.
- 2/5
2 phone line not working. Cannot hear anyone on other end 3. Nodirectory on phone, just blank. No indication of what number to call for service. 4. A c not working. No cool air, only fan blowing. 5 Breakfast pastries were stale.
- 3/5
The location to the airport was important. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property was clean but average.
- 2/5
No syrup available one of the days Staff spoke no English Room falling apart paint chips and loose wallpaper Not safe area to walk around limited food options
- 2/5
I would not stay here again.
- 1/5
Horrible accommodation and amenities
- 5/5
Don’t know
- 3/5
We stayed for 10 hours on an overnight layover from JFK. The staff was nice and the shuttle was helpful to and from federal circle. The rooms are very old and it was loud from the outside noise. Wouldn’t stay there for any other reason than a layover but it was fine for a bed and shower.
- 1/5
Tear down hotel and definitely take off your property list
- 3/5
Had to take an Uber to the airport. Van is too small for people and luggage.
- 1/5
This property is beyond rundown
- 2/5
2. Hotel is noisy with no sound proofing whatsoever. 3. In name of breakfast the have toast and butter and waffle batter. They dont restock stuff for breakfast. 4. Airport shuttle is limited seats and only runs once a hour, so if they are full or you miss it, you gotta wait.
- 3/5
there is a bad smell, no phone charger available, and the coffee machine is not working and the continental breakfast was quite poor
- 2/5
Front desk was not helpful with where to get some dinner. And barely seemed to care we were checking in. We were told to"take your luggage down stairs" to reach the elevator. There was a lift but it wasn't offered. Maybe it didn't work? Hotel was shabby. Breakfast was out of everything except white toast, a waffle machine, OJ and coffee. No yogurt, fruit or pastries. This hotel is barely adequate.
- 3/5
Our 1-night stay at this hotel met our needs and expectations for a convenient, affordable place to sleep close to JFK, with shuttle service. While the decor needs refreshing, our suite was spacious, clean and the bed was much more comfortable than often seen in a budget hotel. Both shuttle drivers were welcoming and courteous. Check-in went smoothly. Not impressed with the breakfast, but when the coffee is hot, life is good!
- 3/5
The TV was broken. The ice machine was broken. The mirror in the room was broken. That hotel is BROKEN! The room needs a deep clean and remodel.
- 1/5
Location around international restaurant
- 4/5
The night receptionist needs to let people use elevator to take luggage to lower level. When we arrived she said we had to use steep stairs, NO elevator. She said that area where elevator was a storage closet! On our return the bus driver showed us the elevator. Don’t lie to the guests and say you need to use stairs which are us safe with large suitcase. We did enjoy our stay and will return to your hotel when going to JFK.
- 4/5
It’s good for short stays
- 4/5
The driver Indian was a cheating man The Punjab
- 2/5
We had booked to stay three nights. We returned to the room on three separate occasions during our stay to find ourselves locked out as the door access card would not work. There was only one bedside table. Coffee etc. was not replenished. The room smelled very damp. When we booked the free shuttle back to the airport upon our departure, we (and other guests) had to wait 50 minutes. Despite what reception told us, when the shuttle finally arrived it was obvious it had been used to collect cleaning supplies, leaving guests stranded and panicking about missing flights. We are very unhappy guests...and not the only ones.
- 4/5
Staffs are friendly and very convenient to go to hotel and return back to JFK airport by using its shuttle bus service.
- 2/5
Not what I expected.
- 2/5
Basement room with view of parking.
- 2/5
The receptionist was unwilling to help and the breakfast was very poor after 8:00 a.m. The price paid does not justify the service.
- 3/5
- FYI: $25 for parking unless you on street park. - Wardrobe missing one handle. - Nightstand had no knobs on either drawer. - Only artwork was writing on the walls in the main room and bathroom. - TV was broken. - Free breakfast supposedly starts at 6am, not not one stitch of food was out at 6:10. - Felt dirty, although I do believe sheets were clean.
- 1/5
I had a guaranteed reservation got to hotel (Quality Inn JFK) at 3.40 pm. They stated there was no reservation for me. I SHOWED them proof on my phone. The guy at the front desk said the charged my card before my arrival and when ot did not go through they cancelled my reservation and there is no more room at the hotel. So I have to scout for another means of accomodation.
- 3/5
You need to take steps down into the dining area in order to access the hallway and elevator. This means carrying your luggage down and up several steps on arrival and departure.
- 2/5
As an airport hotel, their instructions are to get into the air train at JFK. Take it to a certain stop and call them on the courtesy phone to let them know you have arrived and you want to check into your hotel. The desk clerk told me that The shuttle driver should be there in 15 minutes. We waited about a half an hour until we finally gave up and got a $20 Uber. This place was not even 2 miles away from the airport. We wanted a bottle of water really bad and were told we should go cross Rockaway Boulevard on foot at 11 o’clock at night to go to the 711. I could go on but you get my point.
- 5/5
a comfortable bed after a long journey. much appreciated.
- 1/5
Room had a very strong smell, AC very noisy.
- 2/5
The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Shades on window were broken and the sound on the television didn’t work. The windows are so thin that it sounds like they are open and every sound outside sounds like it’s in your room. Absolutely not worth the price. I feel very ripped off.
- 5/5
Very Convenient to go to restaurants outside.
- 2/5
Nice with airport shuttle. Bathroom sink had dried toothpaste. No working fire alarm. TV has poor distorted signal. Unable to watch TV
- 4/5
It served its purpose. Close to JFK
- 2/5
We called the morning of our arrival, informing them that we were arriving on a late night flight and asked to confirm what the shuttle schedule was and if we would arrive in time. Was told that there was no schedule, we just have to call whenever we arrive and they would come pick us up. When we arrived we called and were told that we needed
- 1/5
The hotel overbooked their rooms and canceled my already paid for reservation without notifying me. Staff had no problem leaving me & my wife out in the cold & took no responsibility for their mistake & told me that it was my problem (I paid months ago!!!) Didn’t even help me with the refund. I had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia customer support just to get my money back. What a joke!!!
- 1/5
Parking fee, dangerous area, swearing by guests. We did not stay there and want our money back
- 3/5
Bad service personel
- 2/5
Safety of the area was not good. Property condition was very poor . Hallways were filthy.Room furniture were in poor condition. Area surrounding the building was not clean and dangerous.
- 4/5
Close to the airport
- 2/5
The light switch plate was broken. Looked like a kid had been drawing on the walls and bath tub drained really slowl so while I was talking a shower I was standing in A tub full of water. The worst part was the front desk person had an attitude when we ask tom change rooms. She did exchange the room and her attitude changed as well she went from Ms nice and friendly to Ms very cold and dismissive. I have the pictures if you need them.
- 1/5
Front desk woman. Rude. We asked of possibly a room was ready before 3. She answered check in is at 3. Then i tried to ask a question about the people she let check in and gave a key and she kept telling us check in was at 3. We sat down. Another couple came and she checked them in. We asked again and got the same answer. Then another couple came in and she checked them in. Today as we are checking out, 2 couples came in at 12 noon and she checked them in. All she needed to tell us was our room wasn't ready. We know check in us at 3 but we watched her give other people keys as they came in so it's obvious that check in can be before 3. Taking 1 minute and answering a question makes a difference. We were thankfully only having to stay here 1 night. We will stay at another hotel next time we're flying out of jfk. We won't be staying here again. Just bad. Leaving at checkout from our room we saw the next room being cleaned. She wiped the toilet seat and then the counter. Nasty. The floors are all sticky under our shoes. The sheets on the beds in the room appeared to be slept on and not just normal laundered wrinkle. It looked like bugers/snot smeared on the walls. I used a baby wipe to clean the nightstand and the wipe was black after cleaning it.
- 2/5
Room was extremely noisy with very loud traffic at all hours followed by screaming of other hotel residents in the middle of the night. Awful sleep. Room outdated and poor quality. Go elsewhere.
- 3/5
Not clean facility
- 2/5
Except for the shuttle service it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
- 1/5
While we were eating breakfast, a cleaner was sweeping the stairs, and the dust the broom had raised reached the plates we were eating.
- 3/5
Area outside the Hotel can be sketchy and you should be very cautious. Great for one night if you don't want to leave once you get inside. I had food delivered. Vending machines don't work. Convenience store across the street but it's dangerous. Stairs no elevator. Very clean
- 1/5
Disgusting and dangerous. There appeared to be literal human feces smeared on the wall. The front desk staff sits behind bulletproof glass. Our room was next to the emergency exit which leads to the street and the door was open when we arrived. The deadbolt on the door literally fell off when we opened the door. Do not under any circumstances stay here.
- 3/5
The room needs hangers in the closet, very limited parking but yet hotel charging $25 daily. Bed lights not working
- 3/5
Lift didn’t work. Heavy suitcases with elderly people. Nightmare
- 2/5
The window was not properly installed and it didnt fit the space. So there was a large gap in the side leaving it open to the outside. The toilet ran all night. The springs were broken in both beds. Breakfast times are not convenient for people with morning flights simce they are an airport hotel.
- 1/5
Worst hotel and worst service I have ever encountered. Reservation was for 1 room with 2 queen beds for 3 adults but when I checked in was told they only had 1 room left and it had a king bed. There were only 2 towels in the room and when we asked the front desk for more they said they could not provide more towels since they were locked up. Worst service and experience, would never recommend this dump to anyone
- 3/5
Noisy room. Hear cars outside . Not able to get sleep
- 5/5
Convenient for shopping because it is on a bus route.
- 3/5
Pros: Room was fairly clean--- Surprisingly nice sheets / bedding Economical compared to other options close to the airport if you just need a place to sleep for the night Burger King, 7 Eleven, Liquor Store and Indian cafe quick walk nearby. Appreciated after a 7 hour flight. Staff I interacted with were very friendly. Mini Fridge was in the room - convenient Cons: Ice maker broken Breakfast this morning on check out was late in setting up about 30 minutes. Threw off my departure plans a bit. Things happen. I get it. Room (220) was a bit shabby here and there, like stupid stuff... Owners---What is with that bench covered in old paint -- looks to be from an art class or workshop?) lol. Also-- it seems that a 5 year old was hired to redo the bathroom caulking. You may want to fix that. There is a hole in the ceiling (large) next to the smoke detector. The laminate on the desk area is being held together by black duct tape in some places. Shuttle driver was grumpy and barely spoke to anyone. Needs a few lessons in basic hospitality I think. Appears to hate his job. Overall if you are on a limited budget this option works fine. If budget is not a concern I would go with another place. For me, it didn't make sense to spend $350+ for a room elsewhere that I would be in for 8-10 hours.
- 3/5
Comfortable bed friendly staff a bit dated in rooms but clean
- 1/5
Scary area!!! Stay elsewhere!
- 2/5
They did not answer the shuttle phone line at the airport but finally did answer in their regular number on the third call. We were in the first room, #100. Don’t EVeR accept that room. It’s on the street, so pretty loud traffic noise all night. Twin people came in the middle of the night to checkin. They both had to yell ‘hello, hello, hello’ to get anyone’s attention (and awaken us). Then breakfast setup starts about 6:00, right outside the door and you get to enjoy everyone’s conversations while eating. And if you open the door from Room 100, (just to get a cup of coffee), people eating breakfast can look right at you or your spouse in bed. It is fairly cheap and close to the airport, but get a room on the right side away from the road, and a higher numbered room so you’re not near the unmanned front desk and the breakfast area. Enjoy!
- 3/5
Suggestions for improvement: Do not charge for early arrival because a guest on a budget is counting on the lower Expedia price per night. Please ensure that the hallways have been vacuumed and include proteins in the breakfast menu. Thank you.
- 1/5
fake description.
- 2/5
Property could use an upgrade, there are no phones in the rooms, the wall paper is peeling, the floor can use a polishing, the walls have scuff marks on them, and the breakfast dinning area is small.
- 1/5
It was unfortunate for us that we needed a quick place for a layover before we caught our Amtrak coming back from a flight. The ceiling in the bathroom had black spots which looked like mold. The room we were in was right below street level and we heard a lot of noise at a price of $200 for a night. The black desk in our room had tan paint spots all over it. We wouldn't recommended paying this much for a place like this. I wouldn't recommend this at all..morning staff needs customer service skills.
- 5/5
Airport shuttle was appreciated, especially for night time arrival and early morning departure. Only complaint: patio was right outside our windows and guests gathered there until rather late, talking and laughing.

Gave up on shuttle

My first impression was at the airport courtesy phone that didn't work. The second phone i tried did but kept going to voicemail, and of course there's no service at the airport so my mom and I walked out to the shuttle pick up where I proceeded to call 7 times before I got anyone to answer and whoever answered was difficult to hear and understand. But a shuttle did arrive, and was dented and I. A poor state on the inside. Them when we arrived at the front desk there was three women all on their phones behind the desk and it took them several minutes to even acknowledge us. And the first floor reaked of weed smoke. Then when we got to the room there was no microwave, unlike what was stated on their Google page, the room was mostly clean, aside from scuff marks and stains on the sheet. And there was only 8tv channels. After a long day of traveling it was such a frustrating let down. And to top the day off the vending machine only took ones, and the desk didn't have singles, so we couldn't even get something to drink without door dashing it or walking to the thankfully nearby 7/11.

We had an unexpected layover at JFK and this was a last minute option. Our room was not clean, the entire hotel smelled like weed, there was hair all over our bathroom and bed. We did not feel safe. Do not recommend.

Safe, quiet and freindly staffs. However, breakfast time and items are below average. Lift issue

Had to take stairs down to the lift to get to our room on the 3rd floor (ridiculous). The staff and management were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to and from JFK airport was good but I had to assist my mother getting on and off the bus as it had no additional step. The choice of food at breakfast was poor.

This is really a low budget hotel! Very very noisy from surrounding businesses late into the night. I wish I would have taken pictures. Broken mirror in bathroom, broken and dirty tile around tub. Carpet dirty. Elevator broken, hot day in NY, NO Ice machine. The breakfast was a JOKE! No meat, old boiled eggs, white bread, waffles, watered down orange juice. Shuttle driver didn’t drop us off at the terminals at JFK.

The room looks old and the area doesn’t seem safe

Well located, shuttle service was good. Nice continental breakfast, clean dining area. The bed was good and the bathroom clean. Overall, the property needs updating.

The blinds were all torn up. It looked like a child wrote all on the floor by the end of the bed. Bed sunk in. For $150 a night I would have expected better.

We did not feel overly safe and there is a musty smell throughout all areas of the building we were in. Had we not been travelling for over 27 hours and in desperate need of sleep we would have left and found another hotel.
