Friendly staff and clean room.

You cancel my booking out of the blue. I never make a reservation by your Hotels.com. I also want to tell all of my friends about your rude and non reasonable way to your customers.
- 1/5
Jfk inn canceled our reservation with them hours before our check in and emailed me that they would book me at another hotel but never did. I don't recommend jfk inn.
- 3/5
The place is outdated. Needs to be renovated
- 2/5
The staff was friendly and helpful but this property is located in a neighborhood with few amenities. It provided an inexpensive place that was close to JFK Airport and included free shuttle to meet an early morning flight.
- 3/5
No elevator? Staff was nice, but the facility verged on scary. The price was right
- 1/5
This place is dirty. People making noise all throughout the night. Felt unsafe. Door didn’t lock. Basically a place for drug users, homeless and prostitutes.
- 2/5
A rundown facility is a sketchy part of town. Old furnishings and dirty carpet. Made it through the night in one piece. Next room a woman was crying help and banging on the door. Took the first shuttle out the next morning.
- 4/5
Fine for one night stay with free shuttle to airport with free parking for the week. Good value for the service.
- 1/5
This is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Its stink, old, unfriendly staff. Run from this place. This shouldnt even be allowed to operate. Expedia you should remove this from your listing
- 2/5
No breakfast included as per advertised, the Hotel shuttle van seats were torn, hot water was on and off so it’d get SUPER hot for 2 minutes then it would be FREEZING water. The hotel was is worst shape than a Super Motel 6 but it was walking distance to a Burger King and 7/11 for food or drinks. Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. I would never recommend or book again.
- 3/5
Sketchy looking motel. However, shuttle service from the airport and the driver was really kind. Hotel is really run down but the rooms are fairly clean and comfortable. TV works. Wifi sucked from our room, barely got signal. No elevators - thankfully we travelled with carry-ons. Anyway it is what it is for a few hours of rest before our next flight.
- 3/5
Staff was helpful. Noisy guests, but what you get when a place is inexpensive.
- 3/5
More like a motel not really up to par.
- 4/5
The staff was very polite and efficient but no one helped me with my bags. The room was clean but the bathroom smelled very heavily of air freshener. The address around the. Hotel is sketchy, but I would stay again for the same reason I stayed this time. It's very close to the airport and it has a shuttle to the airport that leaves every hour on the half hour.
- 4/5
Security line was very long could’ve figured out a better system for that would be better
- 4/5
Property was ok
- 3/5
was not to my Standard. Staff was not friendly.

This was not the cheapest priced hotel however. As I only needed to sleep for a few hours I thought it would be fine. Huge mistake. The hotel phones - all four - at Federal Circle pick up do not work. Not the responsibility of any hotel offering pick up here, I am sure they are all aware. Took over an hour to contact the property and have the shuttle service pick me up. Was -6c so not ideal. The property is very dated and very dirty. No heat in the room, again it was -6 and apparently no other room available. The room was dirty, the heat did not work at all. Just cold air. No extra pillow or blanket, bedding was not clean. Room smelled damp and clearly has a rodent issue. Directly below the window was noise from assumably prostitutes. Seemed far too cold for that sort of activity, yet, there is no doubt that was the case.
- 4/5
Convenient for JFK airport, particularly due to the free shuttle that picked me up although it was approaching midnight. Spacious room and okay bed. Otherwise, pretty run down, but clean enough and with standard facilities like towels, shampoo, TV etc. Some lingering smell and traffic noise throughout the night. Still, for an overnight stay near JFK, I would recommend it. Decent value for money.

Ok for night stay
- 3/5
room was not as good as I expected
- 4/5
No comforts in room other than a bed
- 3/5
The toilet seat covers was no good it was pealing off the towel was dingy smell like weed you all need a upgrade for real
- 1/5
The place is a dump. Everything is broken.
- 1/5
I would never stay here again.
- 1/5
peeling paint, rusted faucet and the window had no curtain which exposed the room to the bright lights all night which makes sleeping very difficult.
- 1/5
Avoid this dump at all cost. I decided on staying here because it was the cheapest location with a free airport shuttle and immediately regretted my decision upon entering the property and solidifying the dread when I entered in the room. The place smells like it hasn’t ever been cleaned and the view is not much better. None of the outlets in the room worked so charging any of my devices was out of the question. The people working at the front desk were friendly and as helpful as they could be, but the property is horrendous. Do yourself the great favor and pay a few dollars more for an experience that will be so much better.
- 4/5
We needed a clean room to spend the jight before a flight from JFK. We got what we needed. There is nothing nearby, unless you're driving, so bear in kind you'll be spending 50.00 plus to order ubereats.
- 1/5
Worst dump I have stayed in since backpacking in Morocco in the 80s. Can't believe this is advertised on hotels.com and that they charge $140!
- 4/5
Outdated but clean . Shuttle service is good. The price is right. Some rooms can use maintenance.
- 2/5
Dirty
- 1/5
Did not stay there hopping for a refund
- 2/5
The first room was good. The last room was very smelly. Bathroom wasnt clean the towels very dirty. Room wasnt prepared. You really need to upgrade this place.
- 1/5
I like the staff at the front. But it was breakfast included but when I went there to have breakfast they said that they don’t serve breakfast anymore, they stopped that service but they only tell you when you already booked and you are there trying to find the area for breakfast. Also weird people trying to scam you.

This is unbelievable omg

Very rundown and dirty.
- 1/5
There was conflicts with the price, their ad said one thing and they offered a much higher pricing. The front desk staff on arrival was arrogrant and un professional. The room had the bare miminal, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The towels were dated, heating system noisy, other guests were noisy. I would not reccomend. I was over charged for the room.

Rooms are dirty and smells bad

Nothing it was the worst stay i had. The room carpet was so dirty, the hallway smell smoking. For $165 that was not worth it
- 1/5
Smoke, prostitution, I didn’t want a smoking room, no breakfast.

We booked this hotel, in part, because of the advertised free breakfast. The first morning we headed to the lobby to ask about the breakfast and we were told that Burger King was the closest option and that the advertised free breakfast was the fault of Expedia and other 3rd party vendors who hadn't taken it down. They said they haven't had breakfast since the pandemic. So the blame is on Expedia? No. Their own building has a sign on it advertising free breakfast to this day.

- 2/5
This was a last minute stay, but it was something to be desired. The lights in the room were motion detected and they wouldnt stay on. The ironing board had questionable stains on it. I literally slept fully dressed. Would not recommend. This shouldnt have cost more than 50 bucks!!!
- 3/5
Only reason I selected it was the price and the shuttle to airport service
- 1/5
It’s cheap but it’s not clean and it smells strongly
- 1/5
I request to Expedia that take out this hotel from your site, its not good hotel. Room not good at all. Smelling bed cigarette & mariona all the way. Receptionist attitudes very bad. No breakfast.
- 1/5
Tried contacting the hotel before my arrival to arrange services, still took 2hrs to get a shuttle. Staff seemed unkowledgable. There was a "room mixup" they checked in a different person. There were also roaches....
- 3/5
It was not really comfortable: broken furniture, old uncomfortable mattress and cockroaches on the wall. It is a really old hotel, but the service is good. The breakfast was not as well.
- 3/5
Inexpensive, but you really get what you pay for. Its not the nicest hotel I've stayed at. Only semi positive thing is that the sheets appeared clean. That's the only reason i didnt just leave and go somewhere else. I think the main problem is that its an old building and theres only so much you could do with the rooms to make them feel comfortable, clean, and enjoyable.
- 1/5
Never stayed, I left, I need to be refunded my money, the place was a mess.
- 2/5
The bed and toilet were clean, the staff friendly and the price cheap.
- 1/5
It lacks cleanliness and elevators
- 1/5
I found two bed bugs in my room. Every was old and dirty and there was no breakfast.
- 3/5
Location is good but very dirty. Furniture/blanket conditions is very old & poor.

No elevator..front desk lady had a bad discussion to a black guy, I don't know if that is a customer.good that they have complimentary coffee at front desk.bed is noisy, room smells old cgarrette
- 2/5
The check-in process was slow. At times it was confusing because the clerk was not sure of our reservation to keep our car there. When we open the door a bug flew out. When I brush my teeth, a bug was crawling up the wall. The floor was stained. The sheets were questionable.
- 2/5
False advertisement no breakfast as advertised, need a lot of renovation, rug is stained and dirty in room, very noisy

The hotel is dirty, nasty terrible, and have roaches don’t ever stay there
- 3/5
Staff very friendly
- 1/5
Misleading! No breakfast like website says. VERY OLD AND DATED, falling apart or bleached stains. I knew I wasn’t getting the Ritz, but nothing really positive about the stay.
- 4/5
However, my room was very clean and it even had a mini-fridge and microwave. The carpet was old but didn't smell and surprisingly, the room did not smell like cigarettes either. The staff was super friendly. They even allowed me to check-in in the room a few hours earlier. The shuttle to the airport run all night, which was pretty convenient since l had to be at JFK at 4:30 AM. Overall, stay here if you are just looking for a bed and a shower before or after your flight. Not a place for vacations.
- 5/5
Great employees
- 2/5
Disgusting Rugs and Comforters. Super cold. Non working hitter.
- 3/5
Clean but a bit worn. Small bathroom. TV not wotking
- 4/5
JFK Inn is a fine spot to stay if you've only got a short layover & need a place to stay overnight. Sheets were clean, shower water was hot, employees were friendly, shuttle ran well.
- 1/5
JFK Inn rooms was so dirty. Unacceptable. Rooms that were advertising in the website was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Once inside the room, the first thing I saw was a roach running across the room. Roach powder surrounded the perimeter of the room. The furniture was completely old and falling apart. The desk chair was completely tear up. The desk chair had stains and the fabric was ripped . As for the beds, I pulled the covers and there was stains in the sheets. The cover sheets also had stains and strains of hair from previous visitors. The AC unit was filled with dust and the bathroom was not even cleaned. Not even 5minutes have passed and I went down to the front desk to get a refund because of the awful room and refund was. The environment of the hotel is horrendous. The hotel and the rooms smelled like weed. How can you bring your family and kids in this kind of environment????UNACCEPTABLE. Do not stay in this hotel, unsafe, dirty, surrounded area is dangerous and very bad customer service.
- 2/5
They don’t have elevators and they sent us to a room in a kind of basement. Hallway was full of crap
- 3/5
The room was very clean but they sprayed the room with an odor that irritated my sinuses and made me have a runny nose for 2 days. There was no working coffee machine.
- 4/5
Basic motel and provided adequate lodging for a cheap price. JFK Inn is exactly what I expected at this low price and overall I was satisfied with my stay here.
- 4/5
None
- 1/5
It was horrible experience, I had booked it for my daughter since she was landing late in JFK from India . The linen was dirty , the room was scary, it was the worst experience she had of a hotel stay . They assured breakfast at the time of booking but refused in the morning as they had discontinued . Hotels.com should delist from their listing else people like me will loose faith on Hotels .com
- 4/5
It's not super fancy or anything like that, but it was a safe clean comfortable place to be. The staff was great, especially Miss Cali with her find self. All and all I would say it was totally worth the price, and I would recommend it to others.

I declined to stay at this hotel because the rooms were run down, old furniture and I got there on December 28, 2022 there was screams coming for a room a lady was saying that the man she came there with was abusing her and someone should call the police, it was not a good experience I did not feel safe there so I decided to find another hotel I ended up staying at the Holiday Inn which was more expensive but it was somewhere to stay for that one night.
- 1/5
Nothing is good at this hotel it’s the worst I ever seen. Thy send a broken down van to picked me up. Than the hotel have no elevator thy don’t have not coffee maker no tea nothing for $158 total I would expect some tea or coffee no microwave. This is the worst I am so disappointed. Expedia don’t check these hotel ? I would never used Expedia no more.
- 1/5
Shameful conditions
- 2/5
When booking shows free breakfast but only coffee/tea. Don’t have any towels. When checking out, I told the front desk that I will take a free shuttle to go to terminal 1.
- 4/5
No dining facilities. Lobby area is shabby.
- 1/5
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in ever. The outside of the property looks horrible. The room is old not clean, the linen on the bed is stained. The carpet is worn and dirty. The curtains are torn. The bed is hard and worn out. I need a refund. I have photos if you need them. This is unacceptable
