This place is immaculate. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is easy. The pool is well maintained.

Breakfast was great! Beds were a little too firm. Quiet and was a good place to stay one night.

And room was dirty when we arrived.

Short vacation to Niagara Falls. Hotel was updated on the outside but the rooms are 80s reminiscent. We were there 3 nights and there was no maid service (only 4 plus nights) which is very odd but we made it work. Didn’t use the indoor pool but it looks like it needs some attention-it’s kinda dark and looks like no one cares about it. Maybe some new lounge chairs, etc. staff was helpful and there’s a good breakfast included, but the menu is the same every day.

I loved the option for public transportation pass. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helped us with all information about our stay.

The room was big and enjoyable. King suite with 2 full beds. The pool water was a bit salty, more than I prefer. Breakfast was great, AC and bath fan were quiet, great for sleeping.

It was fine. Kids loved the pool and video game area. We loved washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was okay...kids loved it. Adults..meh.

Location, ample parking, comfy beds, big tv, cold a/c, decent choices for breakfast, good indoors heated pool. The hotel is very quiet. We stayed for 3 nights and not once did they come in the room to change towels etc. We had to get our clean towels, toilet paper, tissues from the reception. The conditioner dispenser ran out and they did not replenish it.

Room was clean but I guess towels can be a bit more cleaner. Staff were good and breakfast was pretty good. They have same menu everyday. So can be a bit boring if you are there for 3/4 days like we did. The onsite laundry is small with only one washer and drier but it works. Overall it’s good.

The room was nice and clean. But it was really small for a hotel room. It lacked an alarm clock (basic nessitity) It would have been nice to have a luggage rack to put our luggage on instead all our suitcases were on the floor. There was no lighing upon enetering the room. You had to go by the bed to turn the light on over the bed.

Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We found a cockroach on the wall in the first room and notified the front desk. They assigned us a new room, and we saw the another cockroach. We zipped up all luggage through out the night.

Very convenient to the Falls. Many places to eat, pick up necessary items nearby--all with free parking. Adequate breakfast but no variety in 3 days of breakfast. We had two queen beds, enough for 4 people but only space for 3 towel sets and no place to hang them after using. Beds were comfortable.

We liked the Room, Breakfast, and overall the hotel was maintained well. The gym equipment was not working.

I do think the value is there for what you paid per night and get the room with the complimentary breakfast. Some of the guests were noisy and while it's difficult to contain them it does not make the best stay The kleenex was not put into our room. The explanation of how to keep on the lights at the two and table desk areas was not explained. The quality of the food is okay but I do understand you get what you pay for. The faucet in the bathroom sink should be installed closer to the sink so that the water doesn't go all over the back all the time and get everything wet. And the lighting in the bathroom is not very good as well no hallway lighting

Location to Niagra Falls was great! Breakfast variety was limited, but I'm always happy with waffles. Which they had! The front desk who helped me was extremely wonderful and helpful. We were due to arrive at 2am but due to unforseen car troubles, we didn't make it until 6am. I called the hotel as soon as i knew wed be in later afraid we'd lose the room, but the woman on the phone was so helpful and checked me in, so all I had to do was pick up the cards when I arrived early morning.10/10 very nice. The carpet in the rooms caused bad allergies. Breakfast was limited, but it was always warm and stocked.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was a nice bonus — there was a good variety including waffles, eggs, yogurt, fruit, and sausage, which made mornings easy. There were just a couple of minor inconveniences: our room didn’t have a remote for the TV, and the bathroom sink was positioned in a way that caused water to drip onto the countertop when using it. Neither issue ruined the stay, but they’re worth noting for future improvements. Overall, a solid experience with friendly service and good amenities.

Too far from the falls

The breakfast had 2 broken waffle makers with only one working. The conditioner as empty in the shower. Checkout is at 11 and at 10:45 someone knocked on our door, I opened the door and he said, oh i didn't hear anyone and thought you had left. Very strange behavior. I wish I would have spent the extra money and stayed down by the falls.

Toilet rocked. Lighting was awful. Our door made horrific squeal every time we opened and closed. Breakfast was nice but very limited and exactly the same every single day (we stayed for 4 nights).

I had a quick stay, but it was nice. The sheets were clean and the staff was polite. Walls are thin though and some was blasting the tv, but that can't really be helped.

This was the best hotel on our trip. Breakfast was good, it was quiet, and the room and bathroom were very clean. There was an issue with our air conditioner when we checked in, they came immediately and when they could not fix it, gave us a new room. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Check in and check out was a breeze. Helpful staff. Breakfast was decent and not too busy, but really could use bigger cups for juice, Basically only get 2 to 3 sips. The room was clean, a/c worked but not as cold as it should have. Overall, good night stay and i would stay again.

To expensive for the stay time

staff was friendly, room was clean. pillows left some fluffiness to be desired. had to figure out how to get the TV plugged in fully but once we got it working, it worked well. Perfect for a quick stop halfway thru our road trip.

The room itself was clean, nothing special but sufficient. Everything worked properly. I thought we were supposed to have a view, but our view was a brick wall from a bowling alley.

The property was well maintained, rooms very clean, beds comfy, full hot breakfast with lots of options, quiet place even with lots of families. Helpful large staff. Good parking with lots of EV stations. I did not use the indoor pool but it looked very clean and maintained. For Best Western value stay, its likely a top property. Close drive to Niagara Falls, outlets, airport and Canada. If your looking for a budget friendly property this is a great option!

Rooms were alright, the bathroom was poor- the shower water didn’t stay in the shower unless you wrapped the entire curtain around the whole back of the shower otherwise you ended up with a lake in your bathroom. The shower curtain is also old and no longer white. The light/fan was loud as loud can be. I wish they would upgrade their pillows and blankets especially for a king bed you shouldn’t have to put 4 pillows across to have the width of the bed. We were on the ground floor which I don’t recommend as kids were running back and forth from the moment we got there to when we checked out. Walls are super thin as are the floors. It’s fine for a quick night stay , the hot breakfast is a great addition for the mornings so I was very appreciative that it was good as well. Overall it was a basic stay, decent I guess.

It's decent, you have to always be quiet or someone will complain and front desk will be knocking on your door within a minute, overall friendly staff though. Housekeeping is a bit slow with picking up trash outside your room as instructed to do so. Rooms are pretty good, beds are creaky as I always was waking my partner getting in and out of bed to go to the restroom.

The property it self was nice. The room was ok...I found clothing tags from the people that stayed in the room before me in the bathroom behind the towels and the tub/ shower was still dirty with hair in it. The breakfast buffet was nice lots of choices. But it was a little off putting that the other guest didnt control thier children. Some of them were actual going up to other guest and asking if they could have some of what t h ey were eating. Another went and started touching another's guests food. So we just took out food and went back to our room.

Only complaint would be our room had an odor that was unpleasant but the room was clean, I opened the door and aired the room out, odor possibly from food, like stale pizza with onions. Would stay again.

Breakfast was cold. The eggs, sausage and potatoes were all cold even though the ‘warmers’ were on. So we had to toss them out and wait in a line for 20 mins for waffles. The juice cups are really small as well.

One thing I found frustrating was how dark the room was. It made it difficult to find things in my luggage, especially when I was trying to get ready. The bathroom was quite small, but it was clean, which I appreciated. The towels looked very old and heavily used, which was not ideal, but again, considering the price, it felt acceptable. On the positive side, I really liked the pillow, and the bed was comfortable as well. I usually notice right away if a bed is uncomfortable, but this one was good and I woke up without any back pain, which was definitely a plus. Overall, it was not a luxury experience, but for the cost, it was fine and met basic expectations.

If you have kids definitely go here, huge pool and they have rooms that have balconies that look at the pool, 3 beds in a room great for my family of 5, they had an arcade room right outside the pool room (play till you win) and big breakfast.

Staff was nice. Room was decent but carpets could definitely use replacing. The only downer was the shower. Not having anything to stop the water from flooding the bathroom was a huge draw back.

Clean room, easy check in. Pool was nice not deep. Good breakfast for a breakfast included. Was cold when we entered the room but tirned on the heat and it heated up within 5-10mins. Even in the shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Stayed her for a night to do some shopping near by. Was a good deal and a decent place to stay. Will stay here again for sure !

Clean Room, Nice Staff, Great Location, Reasonable Price

Room was simple and clean. But the fact that on valentines day it was kids running back and forth until around 11pm and then started back up at 6:30 a.m was ridiculous! Breakfast was so packed we didnt eat due to the fact that people were hovering shoulder to shoulder and kids werent supervised just grabbing stuff bare handed. Staff said nothing to parents, even after calling to complain! Quite frustrating. And lack of parking was the WORST!! Driving around the property 30 minutes after checking in trying to find parking is ridiculous! Not enough adequate parking at all!

Room and staff were perfectly fine. Unfortunately it was the guests staying there from a children’s hockey team. Multiple families with young children unsupervised while parents were in front of pool/ game room drinking alcohol and smoking pot while kids ran wild! Two nights in a row kids were running up and down the hall very loud! We tried to get coffee Saturday morning but they were everywhere and absolutely rude. We went out for coffee and breakfast both days. Horrible, disrespectful group of people!

Overall everything was super clean and comfortable. The free parking, breakfast, the pool and games make this hotel so complete. Our kids loved it. I highly recommend it.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Arcade was small but fun for the younger kids. Pool area was clean and pool temp was perfect. Felt like 85 degrees F, warmest hotel pool ever been to. Kids stayed in it for hours. Great location, close to shopping. Free breakfast was good enough, kids managed to find something they liked to eat. Stayed in the 3 bed suite. Highly recommend , will return in the future. 9.5/10.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was pretty clean. Walls are really soundproof, which was nice. It definitely had a cigarette smoke smell that was pretty strong so if you’re sensitive I would avoid this place. Pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was really nice. There is a bowling alley next door that had a great gastropub and dinner was reasonable and tasty.

Hallways were freezing and had a smoke odor , room had dried toothpaste in the sink so and an open soap in bathroom.

Our room was left uncleaned for a few days, despite us being out of the room for long periods. The front desk staff don't care about it and just told me "housekeeping issues." Noise levels were unacceptable.

An inconvenience that was noted in our room was that the bathroom faucet is too short and consequently the running water splashed onto the sink countertop. Overall, a get stay and when visiting Niagara Falls New York, do not hesitate to consider this hotel.

I talked with the person at the front desk and they switched my room. The second room smelled way better and felt cleaner than the first room. When I checked in, I was told that breakfast would be the same thing every morning. I didn’t mind having the same options, but I felt like the sausage links were several days old. They were stale. I enjoyed the other breakfast choices. The seating and the breakfast area looked like they were recently renovated and felt clean and bright. The staff was incredibly friendly. The room and beds were okay but I wasn’t expecting a luxury stay for the price.

Front desk staff extremely helpful

The downside is quite a few things. They only do housekeeping every FOUR DAYS!! We stayed 3 nights (4 days) and never got housekeeping. By the time we left, we had no toilet paper, no soap, the garbages were overflowing significantly and we had to ask for new towels at the front desk several times. The friendliness of people wasn’t great. The only person who was super friendly was one woman at the front desk named Megan. She is great. The other women at the front desk were short and unfriendly and the woman manning the breakfast obviously hates her job. Even if you say “good morning” or “thank you,” you are met with grumbles and glares. I don’t think I saw her smile once, only negative complaints when I heard her speak. The place is okay, but if I had known what I know now after staying, I would have looked into other hotels in the area.

I would stay here again. And the pool and exercise equipment and laundry facility was a great bonus.

My teen kids loved the pool and mini arcade area. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Basic accommodations. The tv was a nice size. We had no issues. I would recommend to others and stay again.

TV didn’t work or wasn't set up properly and fridge wasn't turned on. Also, climate controls wasn't set either. Room was a bit cool. Went to the front desk to let them know, and the nice young lady at the desk, upgraded my room. Queen beds, instead of Doubles. Everything worked in the new room. Breakfast was alright, but they could/should change it up a little. Not having the same thing every morning. I would probably stay here again, if needed.

Everything was refreshed unfortunately the beds were not included. They were as hard as a rock. Everything was clean. The bathroom could use some more counter space. Staff was friendly and helpful. My issue is the area. It is Nextdoor to a weekly older motel. People were hanging outside and just uncomfortable.

Will not return! Room key was deactivated everyday where we had to obtain a new key upon our return. Staff was watched my husband like he was stealing at breakfast.

The property is pretty old and rooms need renovation. The room had a smell of dust probably from the carpets or the AC filter but it was very prominent and made our stay a bit hkplessant. The rooms were clean though and breakfast was good.Then location was nice, there's a 7 eleven close by and pizza/burger place

Although this property is clearly on the older side, it has been nicely updated somewhat recently and was very clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. Our room with 3 big beds was perfect for my husband and I and our teenage son and daughter. It wasn't too far at all from the falls, and extremely close to a mall with lots of food options. We would stay here again!

Is a good hotel, nice rooms, good location, close to niagara falls, what i didn’t like was the matresses, to hard for my liking, i recommend it, but be aware of the matresses, if you like soft ones, this chain dont have them, i have stayed in the same chain hotels in other cities, and all have the same hard mattresses

The check-in process was easy, the greeter was very nice. The parking lot was very dark at night, needs better lighting. Our room was a handicap room which was fine but the shower flooded everywhere because it didn’t have any sort of lipto keep the water in the tub. The door to the bathroom was very loud, stuck hard to open and mostly put in incorrectly. Our bed was extremely hard and the pillows extremely soft. The door to the hallway stayed open and didn’t automatically close, which made me feel very unsafe. All in all, way over priced. $230 for one night def not worth it for the distance from the attractions.

Hotel was okay. Hotel policy is maid service 1 time for 4+ night stay - we asked for it at the halfway point but had no maid service the entire week. Had to ask for more towels and used a paper sack for overflow garbage in our room.

The room was just okay. It was clean, but felt dated and looked nothing like the pictures we saw. The fan in the bathroom was so annoyingly loud that it was hard to keep on. It served our purpose for a quick overnight trip for a concert, but i wouldn't stay there again.

First morning when leaving room there were empty beer cans and trash left directly in front of our door. Left swim clothes in room after we checked out. I called 3 times to get items back. Manager(Sam)never called me back. Front desk told me they didn't find the items. Immediate area around hotel is not the best but if driving there are restaurants not too far. Breakfast is ok.

Super friendly staff

Our room was clean, and well maintained along with the rest of the hotel. Pool was open and also well maintained, set aside from a spot they had marked off with tape and chairs due to the side crumbling a little. Breakfast wss absolutly amazing, coffee is avaliable, on tap at that, 24/7. The only issues we really had was having to have our room card re keyed twice.

Super friendly staff, clean room and easy parking. It’s 10 min drive to Niagara Falls but easy to get to it and inexpensive

The room was clean, quiet and the temperature was perfect. It would be good to have a microwave or machine to make tea inside the room instead of having to go to the breakfast area. Guests and a staff smoked cigarettes at the main entrance even thou it is a smoke free property.

Wasnt to bad overall. Breakfast was terrible. Pool is very small. And they start vacuuming at 9am. Check out is 11am I think that was very rude for the guest.

Great stay

The shower curtain soaking wet because is not water proof causing the water leaking all over the bathroom floor, had to used many towels to dry the floor. Notice the staff they knew about that and told us come down to front desk to get towels.They don't make bed or clean room, only leave some clean towel unless you ask. Breakfast is -ok. Stayed at Best Western in a different states are fine, but first time in NY we're so disappoint Booked tor 5 days but stayed 3 days.

We don't like pillows in the bedroom, as they look crumpled and have no flexibility.

This a good hotel to sd tay at. It was close to everything. It had breakfast which was okay. The area around the hotel was not that great .

For one night, price was fine. There is food options near by. However, my room wasnt cleaned well when i checked in. There was wrappers on the floor, water still on the sink and i also had some stains on the blinds by the window:(

The room was clean and quiet. Young lady with glasses on front desk seemed to be the nicest person.

The continental breakfast was great, the bed was comfy and the workers were very nice. The pool was heated however not well heated. Maybe it was because it was close to the end of the night but it was warm by the jets and then colder throughout the pool. Again it wont stop be from using best western in the future.

I like that shops and restaurants were close by. This hotel was dirty with bad smell in the room, curtains dirty with a lot of stains and towels were dirty also, very noisy, kids running around all night and early morning. Breakfast was the worse, we ate breakfast out everyday, their eggs looks like it’s been frozen for months, some of the staff were not friendly like the lady that was working in the diner cleaning looked very annoyed shaking her head the whole time she was cleaning, very unprofessional, specially when the breakfast was trash. I will not recommend this place.

Room and hotel are kept clean which is the most important thing. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t great but I suppose you can’t expect much from these types of places. Staff could’ve been more welcoming but not unpleasant.

I noticed a few weeks ago someone mentioned about the pool having caution tape near one entrance...it is still there blocked with plastic chair blocking it...some type chip near the entrance. Very limited handicap parking...only 1 The biggest complaint i had was the breakfast wasn't great at all, previous hotels have been better, sorta interesting since good reviews on that. I noticed the oldest thing at breakfast....the staff helping themselves to breakfast before i guess there shift start in the morning. Maybe a 1 off or continuous thing. I worked a few hotels and never had the option for breakfast. 1 or 2 nights ok, probably longer somewhere else's be better, especially for the summer rate.

The staff was so wonderful ! I left my cell phone in the room at checkout. They called within minutes and I was able to return for it. So helpful! Wonderful breakfast, hot coffee 24 /7, clean, comfortable, safe.

My 5-year-old son got deep cuts on his foot while swimming here. When I reported it, the staff only offered a bandage and told me to come back the next day to speak with the manager, even though other kids were still in the pool. Very unsafe and disappointing response to a serious issue.

Everything was good and has good service

This is a surprisingly large property and it is always spotless. Super easy free parking, long breakfast hours with lots of options, a nice indoor pool and comfortable rooms. This is my go-to hotel when visiting Niagara and the university.

I liked the room, it was spacious and clean, it was perfect for my family of 5, the breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly, the only thing I didn't like was that the carpet smelled too much of feet and humidity.

I was actually surprised, better than i expected. Decent place. Room service is the only thing i believe they need to work on.

The property was clean but was told they don’t clean if only there for couple days and that if we need anything to come to the desk, we were checking out and was waiting for our taxi and the lady working in the dining room was not very nice

A bit surprised by the excellent rating for this property because it definitely wasn't. The area around the hotel is pretty seedy. Alot of undesirable people hanging around. At times it felt unsafe. When we walked into the room, the air conditioning had been turned off so the room was very humid and the sheets and comforter on the bed had a dampness to them. Not a great first impression and it made the room feel dirty and uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable though. The bathroom was clean though. Pool was disappointing. It was either really dirty or too much chemical was put in. Either way it was so cloudy, you couldnt see your feet and it tasted really salty. I found this out the hard way. Also, a chunk of the ledge had prviously broken off and there were two plastic chairs with Caution tape tied around them warning people to stay away from the broken section. There were still small pieces of the broken stone edge resting at the bottom of the pool and I stepped on several of them, hurting my foot. The pool is only about 4 feet deep all around. Breakfast in the morning was good. Just your average waffles, eggs, turkey sausage and such. One thing that should be changed, in my opinion anyway, is the size of the cups they provide for drinks. They're literally the size of dixie cups. Excercise room- a little oudated but functional. I wont stay her again. For almost $200 a night, its not worth it. I expected alot more then we got.

Excellent stay hotel

The pricing wasn't bad if you are being charged less than 150 a night. I would not pay over $200 or more a night for the outdate and crowded room space. The hotel is very outdated. The rooms are small/compacted. There is no shelving or closet. The outlets were wore out we could not plug anything into lamp area or the side wall where the T.V was. The closet space was just enough to hang a few items if you needed to use it. The bathroom was so small you had to walk all the way in to close the door The sink was not in the bathroom it was stationed outside the bathroom. The door into bathroom actually touched the toilet to get in it, that's how small the bathroom was. The tub was not draining well. The staff was nice but not accommodating to issues if you needed a newer room, they made us accept the issues we had and denied any accommodations because they said they would miss out on renting out the room. But if the room has issues why would you rent it out to someone else. If I ever visit Niagara Falls again. I'm sorry, I will not stay here again. Overall, really did not like this one.

The hotel has clearly been updated. However there was a lot of marijuana smell (clearly people were smoking in their rooms) in the hallway.

It’s ok to stay for a night or two, they offer breakfast and also a lot of places around to eat or go shopping it’s just 15min away from the falls, not bad at all

The hotel is clean overall but there was a strong smell when you walk in that punched you in the face and was not good. It dissipated as our stay progressed but was not great. The breakfast was less than stellar and the only tasty option was the waffle that you made yourself. Overall it was fine and the pool was fun. Not sure we would book again but it was not a bad hotel just some opportunities with the food and the service.

My family of 4 had a wonderful experience here. We stayed for three nights and the rooms felt clean, the whole hotel felt clean. Nice pool and they have a great complimentary breakfast, along with an ice machine that lets you fill up your water bottl with water which we really appreciated. This location is less then 15 minutes from the main Niagara Falls area and I think it was a perfect distance. Look no further, this hotel was great!

Excellent hotel to rest and spend the night, comfortable, clean, with excellent amenities, and the service from the staff is exceptional. I 100% recommend it.

Toilet didn’t flush well and no grab bars in shower. The toilet was very low to ground for seniors. All in all we had a good stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. Staff was very nice. Place is clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay there again.

Front staff was great. Cleaning ladies were rude and cussing and complaining during breakfast. Made you feel uncomfortable asking for help with things such as asking them to check the roster since bread was burning and refilling the waffle maker.
