Travelodge by Wyndham Niagara Falls

Pink mold all over shower curtain, pillows and blankets smelled like urine, body odor, and cigarettes, blankets stained with blood spots, towels stained, bathroom vent does not work, bugs, carpet a weird kind of wet and sticky all over, staff does not answer phone or respond to messages, no one at the desk in the mornings or late nights, the cleaning cart is left outside over night and even the cleaning products look dirty.

I had to check in early and I was charged and then I didn't stay in the room because there was too many freaking bugs had to stay in my vehicle and no one wanted to give me a refund of any kind and here I am from Indiana traveling for work figuring you know I might get something but I've never stayed in a room with bugs like this.

I didn't like that we had to wait 20 minutes for somebody to come and check us in I didn't like that there was two beds instead of one like I wanted and it was dirty

The hotel room was DIRTY ASF when I said dirty I mean dirtyyyy the people wasn’t even there for me to check in when I was SUPPOSED TO check on then when I communicated it to the people he acted like he ain’t care & told me to dispute it with my bank ! Very UNPROFESSIONAL do NOT recommend!

There was bed bugs wasn't even there two hrs before we seen then turned around and drove 6 hours back home

DO NOT BOOK HERE! I had a horrible experience! The pillows had stains on it! The trash can was full of garbage! And it was very old, outdated, and gross inside the hotel room. There was a keycard left on the table, and that’s not worst part - When I arrived, I had to stand in the rain and wait for a staff member to check me in! No one was there! Do not book here, no matter the price.

We arrived to find an unplowed parking lot strewn with garbage. The office was closed and the manager was no where to be found. A person left us in to our room but could not give us a key. She the manager would be around later to check us in and give us keys. The room was filthy, with stained sheets and mold and stains on the wall. We left immediately and did not complete our stay. I'm trying to get a full refund. We'll see. See above.

Had to wait forever to get my room. They went to get me a room key after they let me in. It took them an hour to bring me a key after a couple of calls to remind them. No remote for the tv. Won’t be back there.

There's plenty of parking, staff was very nice and helpful. It's also less than 15 minutes to Niagara Falls.

Good room at a good price, fridge and microwave work. Heat lamp in bathroom, giggle. Staff is nice, would stay again.

However, the bedsheets were dirty, there were many bugs and spiders in the bedroom and bathroom, and the cost was high for the quality of the experience.

I liked that there was a 7 eleven next to the motel. I didn't like that my room wasn't tidied up on the days that I was there

Everything was dirty feeling underneath my standards. Staff didn't want to refundbut did, and all we did was look at the room. We put money down they wanted i good faith so i was surprised at not wanting to return our full deposit. It appeared like a "no tell motel".

CONS-No pool.... its there but non serviceable. Ice machine broken. TV has to be plugged & unplugged OR Use 2 remotes.. 1 for channel & 1 for on/off - volume, Bathroom fan sounds like a helicopter. Carpet is filthy- ground in grime. PROS- Clean room overall, Wonderful shower heat & pressure, Location is close to everything food, gas & other stores.

Staff Manager Arib was excellent. Nice , courteous, polite and flexible. While there are always some issues with motels, it is their speedy resolution of issues that mattered. Definitely recommendable! And only 1.6M from Falls!

Travelocity description was deceiving. Location was not as expected. Older hotel with room doors tha open outside.

However when you step inside it is spotless. I stayed one night and was very happy. I would book it again.

I had a great stay

The big issue we had had nothing to do with the hotel , there was a guest next door who was terribly loud , blasting the tv volume at 4:30 am , and then at 8am screaming on the phone arguing with someone , I had to knock on her door over the tv volume, just a bad night that we didn’t get any rest because of this lady , but this is not the hotel’s fault , overall is a nice place to stay when price is your priority, nothing fancy just a clean bed and room …

The suite is terrible. The blankets are dirty. Smell like mold. Avoid this place.

I like the locations close to Niagara falls, the property needs to be clean and more towels specially you travelled with family we need more towels, and there is no room service we had to walked to the office caled lobby to ask more towels, the lobby or office was seperated from the building

Now for the down side : don’t forget your slippers - carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced . If that was a fan in the bath it didn’t work . Would not stay here again at current conditions

The hotel is an older hotel but is clean and refreshed. I originally booked a 2-queen bed suite as it was less expensive however when I got to the hotel, they upgraded my room at no charge to a king bed as they saw I brought a bike and was working remotely for my time at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the Niagra outlets and not far from the US side of the falls. The room I stayed in offered a Fridge and hotel style coffee maker. For the price I paid it was a great value and I would stay again if in the area and needed a place for a couple nights. The folks who run the hotel were very nice and I never had any issues getting in touch with them by going to the office. No issues while I stayed there, I checked out early and when I rang the bell at 5am in the morning someone came to the desk and assisted me with checking out.

Property needed some love. No ice machines that worked. Only stayed for one night which was fine. However the restaurant that they suggest to customers was great.

The bathroom door stuck. I was not told what to do with the keys at check out. No one came to the door when I rang the door bell. I put the keys in the mailbox.

My family and I stayed here on our trip to Niagara Falls during the 4 th of July wknd. The owner Amrish was very friendly and attentive. We got into the city a few hrs early and he allowed us to check in early. The lady is very conveniently located near food and about 15 min from the falls. Free parking right in front. Great experience for us. Especially on our first family road trip.

this is the worst place to stay. Management people are so rude and unprofessional. Terrible experience and it's next to road, you feel like you are sleeping on the road. rooms are not clean.

We were close to all the shopping and our room was clean and neat. Two seater table was great! It was very quiet when we were there. Our only complaints were that the beds were too firm - at least for us, no breakfasts available and we didn't have a microwave in our room (hot water and coffee was available for free in the office).

Quiet, clean, staff was friendly. Got in around midnight, and owner was very accommodating. Our door was messed up but the owner responded to our request quickly and came by and helped us. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a trailer for a motorcycle i went to buy from watertown NY and the manager allowed me to park the trailer and leave it in a parking spot unhooked from my truck while my wife and me went to niagra falls for the night and following day. I would definitely reccoment to anyone. Friendly place to stay.

Nice and quiet

From inside the property was clean and looked cleaned but the carpet was not cleaned and she to it's dark color you wouldn't know until you step in and when you see your legs, they are dark due to the dirt. The bathroom was confusing because the tap in the bathroom has a 100 year old technology so not an easy way to close the tap unless you play around with it. Not a child's game. TV has only one channel and that's news. No lotion and no breakfast. Fridge touches the ground so very hard to open as it touches the floor. It needs to be lifted up in a way it doesn't touch the bottom of the floor when opening and closing. Cleaning needs to be done or staff needs to be hired so the room does stay clean especially if you are staying over a few nights

The bed - mattress was extremely hard and not comfortable to sleep and there was no housekeeping done. I stayed two days.

The room did not look AT ALL with the pictures. The rugs are dirty and smell bad. Never ever again. I don’t recommend this place at all.

the motel was an average motel reflective of the price. a little noisy but overall served the purpose.

Severely bitten within an hour of laying down. Had to convince manager that the problem was real by showing him the bugs. There is no way that an infestation of this magnitude is unknown. Management failure to maintain safe environment. Would never go again or recommend this place. Not likely all rooms, but who wants to try their luck?

The rooms decent and was clean. The hotels old and it shows, but it was comfortable enough for a nights stay to show a friend the falls after picking her up at the Buffalo Airport.

It was dirty in the room. Pubic hairs everywhere. And old bar soap with hairs. The bath towel had poop. The bed sheets were nasty. And the room smelled like stinking feet. Not worth the price we payed. That room was not worth $250 a night…

It was an amazing short stay. The staff was extremely helpful. They didn’t have microwave in room so they helped in microwaving our food from the office.
