Answer to Expedia's 'How was your check-in?': It's all the little things that get return business. Well-groomed landscaping, the smell when you enter, the music playing, the professionalism of the staff, no obvious deferred maintenance. It doesn't need to be the Ritz Carlton, but these things little things are easy to fix. There were weeds, dead plants outside. A few items of trash laying around. 'C'mon Feel the Noise' by Quiet Riot blaring through exterior and interior speakers. Musty smell in the foyer (this initial impression determines whether or not we'll try the free breakfast - we didn't). Man with a ballcap and hoodie behind the desk. No nametag. Stained, computer-printed signs explaining the lack of housekeeping. Other properties nearby don't have these problems at roughly the same pricepoint. There were two chips on the edges of the tub. The constant trickle of the tub faucet had been going long enough that there were hard-water stains by the drain. The room was clean, and we slept fine - we just won't be back. I see other 'Wonderful' ratings, but I just can't agree for this niche market.

We stayed 2 nights. Front desk very helpful and made sure we stayed in adjoining rooms as we are a family of 6 with young children. Staff polite and helpful.

Shower tub was clogged. Event after repeated requests, staff didn't help remove it.

The room was clean and To answer the previous question there was already 2 beds not sure of they had placed because of my request or the room is of 2 beds. The price based on the room size.

Our stay was perfect. The only thing not great was the room that we stayed in backed onto the Home Depot garden section. Staff were loading skids of garden soil and items at 3:00 am and woke us up. Anyone staying in late spring should ask to not be placed where their room faces th back of the Home Depot.

It was very good and was near of the Niagara Falls Park. Also it was near of several restaurants and fast foods. The only concern I have about the hotel was that in my room there was a water sound. I thougth it was the toilet of the upper room. Every time they flush in the night it sounds in my room.

Walls are thin. Someone had a T.V. on all night into the sun rise and it could be heard in our room. Someone was also passing back and forth in above us. Every step shook the room. Those may have been one offs, but the fire alarm flashes all night.

Very basic but very clean. Front desk staff was a little inattentive and there were young (toddler age) kids running around the fromt desk/lobby but nothing detrimental. Good location, near shopping and restaurants. The fitness center was equipped well. Did not use the pool but looked very cloudy. We departed before breakfast so cant judge that. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Our room was clean snd comfortable. I appreciated the features in our room for disabled..bars near toilet and shower as well as pulldown seat in the shower. I will request it next time. I do have one complaint/suggestion. The hotel lobby and dining ares smells like strong cheap perfume. It's horrible! I'm very glad our room smelled .much better.

Alisa at check in was great. Missing lightbulbs in the room was weird. TV difficult to operate - bad remote? Kept losing signal. Breakfast staff presence did not allow for either quiet nor private dining - had to go up to our room for either/both. Loud talking, hovering in the actual and small dining area. Couldn’t hear the tv due to constant chatter with coworker(s). Just seemed like the guests were intruding on the staff. Sorry for the poor review.

Hallways were super loud with people slamming doors because that’s the only way you could get your door to close. We must’ve had an elephant above us because all we heard was nonstop stomping. Pool was slimy, green and didn’t look clean at all.

Room was not clean. Floors in bathroom were sticky with stains on them. The water in the shower had absolutely no pressure, couldnt even ronse the shampoo out of my hair. Went down for the complimentary breakfast in the morning, my young daughter put the waffle batter in the waffle maker and one of the staff members who was standing in the breakfast area, yelled at her and said"what are you doing, that one was closed, its shut down". I said there was no sign indicating that that waffle maker was out of order? He said " Jesus Christ, the lid was closed, give me a break." Im sorry, but she was a child, who speaks to someone like that!!! I offered to clean it, because obviously I was bothering and inconveniencing an employee to do his job imstead of just standing around doing nothing. He wathced my child pour the mix into the waffle maker and said nothing. He waited until she did it and then yelled at a kid. I tried to complain at the desk when I checked out, but the man was lingering around almost as if he knew he was rude to us and a child and wanted to see if I would say something to management. Do not waste your money, stay somewhere else. You get what you pay for. This place was a dump and the staff was extremely unprofessional and rude.

The pool was not clean. Feces was discovered in the pool, all they did was dump more chemicals in the pool & did not clean the feces out. My kid came out with red blood shot eyes thst were in so much pain.

The parking lot was barely plowed. The room was cold, no matter how high you turned the heat you couldn’t get warm. The heat basically shut off everytime you exited the room, the pool was closed due to feces in the pool. The one shower I took was barely warm, left after the first night and didn’t even bother staying as planned

The staff was responsive with our requests. Although the towels weren't always stocked in the workout room, they provided me with cleaning products for the area and made sure to inform the custodians of the deficiency.

Very strong perfume smells throughout the hotel attempting to mask the “eau de Niagara Falls”. The staff was polite and helpful, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast did have choices of protein including yogurt, eggs, and oatmeal.

The overall experience, excellent location to the airport, lovely room, the Staff were very accommodating. The only drawback was the breakfast was very bland, same old, same old.

Great little spot off the beaten path. Great if you’re there to shop at the outlets but definitely not in the touristy part of Niagara Falls NY. Having said that I would not think twice about staying here again, the rooms are quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was perfect.

This was the best stay I have ever had in Buffalo. The hotel as soon as I walked in smelled great! The staff were friendly and the rooms were nice! I didn’t use the pool but it looked great.

Heater in the room didn't work well, rude staff, pool area has mold everywhere, the wifi didn't work and all of the items are breakfast ran out by 8am. On top of that the cleaner was extremely rude.

The promptness of the staff when my husband called front desk experiencing an issue with the washroom…refilling the shampoo and fixing the shower rod.

So we didn’t wake up like we normally do in a hotel feeling like we smoked 8 packs of cigarettes. And they had comfy beds and good pillows!

Staff are nice but the room given us that was facing the back of the building was not as good as our previous stay (front of the building). The beds are inclined towards the head (probably old beds turned around; pillows seemed old that were compressed to half the size; pillow sheets seemed unwashed and smelly; thick curtains don’t extend to cover the inner thin curtains; hallway smelled sour and fishy (not sure if another tenant heated their dish).

It was good except the pool water was gross with black mold around the edges.

We loved that they had a HUGE ice water with lemon and fresh coffee and cookies when we arrived.

I had a wonderful experience staying here the staff was friendly helpful and very accommodating. Free coffee all day and even had lemon water out.

I love this hotel, but checking in was awful. They did not have my information in the system and I had to contact Expedia, even though I had the confirmation email. It was very difficult to get ahold of a real person. I just drove 5 hours to get to the hotel and it took nearly an hour to get into my room. I have used Expedia several times and never had this problem. The people on the chat were helpful once I got ahold of them, but I am rethinking using expedia to book as that was my worst nightmare. The woman at the hotel said this happens a lot with Expedia reservations.

Complimentary breakfast had many options, including hot eggs with sausage. Hotel is located five minutes from various shopping outlet stores and name brands- Walmart, Target, Michael’s, Hobby Lobby and others. Niagara Falls State Park is a 10 minute drive. For restaurants, I recommend Griffon’s and Buzzy’s.

Honestly, it was very nice. We were close to a lot of the event we wanted to take in. My only complaint, would have to be the toilet in the room, it needed some maintenance. It was wobbly, and I don't think anyone knows to clean under the rim of the toilet. We always bring cleaning supplies, because it may look clean, but you never know.

We had a great experience at Comfort Inn and Suites in Niagara during our 3 night stay. We liked that it wasn't directly in the middle of the madness that can sometimes be Niagara but still a short drive to everything Niagara has to offer. The hotel itself was very well kept and modernized and had a very comfortable feel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the staff made sure it was fresh and the area cleaned immaculately. My only issue was the mattress was not all that comfortable in comparison to other rooms we have stayed in. Otherwise, we enjoyed staying here and would stay here again if ever in Niagara.

I can’t say the hotel is bad because it wasn’t and besides I’ve stayed in some Hilton properties that were worse. The elevator had an unpleasant smell, carpeting in the hall and room needs to be shampooed. Lastly, the rooms entry floor was sticky. We did enjoy the free trolley to Niagara Falls and the breakfast.

Pool had 1 million chemicals in it. And was so cloudy you can’t see you hand in front of your face under the water. Looks like the pool hasn’t been properly cleaned in months just more chemicals put in it. Extremely cloudy. Morning staff was rude and inattentive ESPECIALLY.. the morning breakfast buffet attendants, except for one gentlemen he was an angel for our stay to be honest. Would not return would not recommend.

The room was clean. The mattress was comfy and check in was easy. I like that dining options were relatively close by within walking distance. The pool was warm and pool towels were provided. My biggest con was the bed: the base was quite squeaky and the sheets and blankets were thin. I would stay again.

Great hotel to stay and clean very clean. Breakfast was good the only thing was the guy was lazy to get jellies out of the cabinets said don’t have anymore and then took out them from the box and the big lady at the front desk was super super lazy to even talk to you and make recommendations I did not like that. We asked for room service and we did not get that did not pick up our dirty towels and give us new and the second day we had no toilet paper. Had to go and ask for it.

The hotel was easy to locate and there was plenty of parking space. Check in and check out were simple and quick. The lobby and elevator were clean. The room was good. We had to ask for extra sheets and blanket for the sofa bed, and front desk assisted us with what we needed. Overall, our overnight stay was ok.

It was very nice. Pool wasnt cold like most hotels. Breakfast always good and fresh. I liked how fresh fruit was available and wrapped for cleanliness. Silverware in wrapped packages was so nice and clean

Easy to find.

In simple words: No room service even after specifically mentioning it to them. Extremely crowded breakfast room. If you are early you will get food or many items run out of stock. No body wash at all in bathrooms.

The hotel was close to several restaurants which was nice. The problem was we were there to see the falls but we weren't really close enough. Also there were several things that could use repair ie: the elevator call button on the 2nd floor, the air conditioner in our room, the toilet in our bath (it ran constantly after a few flushes and I had to lift the tank lid and play with the inside) and the BR door was broken.

Staff was pleasant and helpful when available. Upon our check out, front desk staff was walking the property so front desk was unattended. No housekeeping unless you request it and only after third night. I’m okay with no housekeeping as I disinfect my room upon check in. I did have to track down a cart to leave used towels and grab clean ones. All in all, very good hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There were a couple of maintenance issues. The down button on the elevator on our floor was missing it’s cover, the thermostat on the wall in our room was not connected to the hvac system, and the ice maker on our floor did not work.
