I insured this holiday and could not be there. Result - the money was not returned to me and what good can I say about this hotel????
- 4/5
Our check in was fast and easy. We didn’t arrive until right around midnight due to an event we attended and that was no issue. It’s a fairly old mom and pop type place. It needs to be updated and it would be much nicer. The drop ceilings freaked me out but that’s just me I don’t like them and they were stained badly. However, when compared to other rates on the area this is what we could afford and it did the job. We had a place to rest for a few hours before journeying back home. Good for a night.

Perfect place ! Love it !
- 1/5
It was so dirty and smelled so bad! We found pubic hair in the bed! The blankets were dirty. The windows were broke and it looked as if the door to the room had been kicked open at one point!
- 1/5
The room was clean but there was significant water damage where the ceiling tiles were warped and gapping. There was a musty smell as well. The tv wouldn’t work and several lights wouldn’t turn on. It was cheap and you get what you pay for but I was quite disappointed with the quality.

To bad pig farm is better than this
- 3/5
Pros: - Inexpensive - this is the main reason to stay here - Odd furniture layout in the room, but more than sufficient for our purposes. - Seemed safe enough (room and neighborhood) - Very convenient to food shopping, gas stations, franchise restaurants, etc. - About a 15 minute, easy drive to Niagara Park - not much traffic - Free and easy parking right in front of the room. - Every room is on the ground floor, so no worries about carrying luggage up stairs. Cons: - RCI is not a luxury chain - don't expect it! - Check in took about 15 minutes, because no one was at the desk and we had to call on the phone to get service. - Key card "broke" the first day and needed to be replaced. No problem doing so, but we had to wait for a few minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Wasn't a big issue, just took some extra time. - No daily towel or linen service, but if you ask for it, you can get what you want. Overall: If you are planning to leave the room in the morning and return at night to sleep, you'll find this RCI to be a perfectly acceptable motel. It's not a "location hotel" in which to spend a lot of time, but it is a very good low cost alternative if you just need a place to stay.

He need to fix this hotel is a really bad Hotel everything sailing is from water and bathroom is broke down and everything it's red carpet is very bad Motel we need a lot of things to fix
- 5/5
Simple place.
- 1/5
Completely awful! Smoke detector was disabled and put in a drawer! When I contacted the front desk they told me they knew and it was in there because it kept beeping. Smoking devices found in drawers and bottle caps found on floor. Ceiling looked like it could cave in. No refunds available for the 15 minutes my family was actually able to stay in this hotel.
- 3/5
just seemed a little 'divey'.
- 1/5
one tv did not work. called the office and they never showed up. cigarette burn hole in bed spread. parking area dirty and looked like homeless people congregating
- 1/5
"check you account let me know asap i pay all mt payment call me call me call me" I called and was put on hold. I ultimately slept in my car at a rest area and gone charge for this reservation. I would like to hear from someone as soon as possible.
- 5/5
Well I rode my bike out to Lockport but I got back late so I discide to stay for the night I got in Niagara falls at 11 pm and left lock port at 3 pm
- 2/5
Could not find at first because street sign is completely faded out and just plain white with no text. Everything was very old and broken, linens dirty and stained, heat did not work. No person availble to leave feedback when checking out, just a sign to leave my key card.
- 4/5
Every thing was fine, just basic accommodations, they switched us to a non smoking room thankfully but then at 1 am tried to rent our room to someone else.
- 1/5
I had a reservation in this property for 2 rooms/1night. I was planning to stay with my family including a kid and an infant. I could not stay in this property with my kids and I had to checkout immediately after checking in. One of the rooms did not even have lights. This was a non refundable room and I trusted Expedia with providing me a good room for my family. I was disappointed by both the hotel and expedia.
- 1/5
Place was filthy and uncared for.
- 1/5
Way below standards/ needs to be redone from floor to ceiling
- 1/5
This property has No insulation between the rooms. It's noisy. Fridge was noisy too.
- 5/5
The Motel was a little run down but it was clean, and the staff was friendly, and the price was right.
- 1/5
No good
- 2/5
The TV no work, no internet the air condición no work 😩
- 5/5
Great service, very close to the stores and quiet. I had all the necessary in my room.
- 5/5
Very friendly owners a good place to catch some rest. refrigerator didn’t work in our room he replaced it with a brand new one within minutes. Very good
- 3/5
The rooms are big enough for a family, but hotel needs renovation. Furnitures are too old, air conditioner was too noisy. The rooms were clean enough but towel are too old. There were no coffee machine or water boiler in the room. Wi-Fi was too weak, TV has only three chanels. Too expensive to receive such service over 100$ during my weekend.

Bathroom was good. Room was pretty basic. Had too much network issues and wifi wasn’t working as well so hampered my work
- 1/5
We booked a night at this Niagara Falls Red Carpet Inn on Expedia, and when we arrived we found that this shabby, broken down property had closed for renovations two days earlier. I spoke to the owner, Mr. Patel, who claimed no responsibility and did not help us find accommodations elsewhere. We were basically stranded. Thanks a lot, Expedia! Can you compensate me somehow for my inconvenience? Otherwise, I will never use Expedia again and advise all my friends to do likewise. Jeremy Pelegrin. [email protected]

I left!! I expect my refund!! By the end of this week. Expedia and red carpet inn figure out who's refunding me. Both of you got paid from me. I got screwed!!!! Expedia??? Phone calls and online chats just get forwarded to another so-called department, where I sat on hold for 46 minutes until I hung up!!! REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!

Family suite perfect. 2 beds in 1 room, 2 in other. GREAT price, clean, comfortable. Needs minor repairs.
- 5/5
It was quick and easy and the person practiced social distancing
- 4/5
Although the facilities is good outside, Need the facilities in better condition , especially inside the room.
- 3/5
i did't like hotel environment and clinliness, they charged more.. not happy with the stay.
- 3/5
funtional outdated but clean. communication barrier with front desk.
- 3/5
IT AN OLD MOTEL SOME OF THE ROOMS RENEOVATED AND RESTROOM AS WELL , BUT ANY WAY YOU GET WHAT IS PAID FOR SO ITS LOW RATE AND ONE STAR MOTEL
- 3/5
It was a room, no frills. The most important thing to me was the room was clean. The breakfast was disappointing, only had bananas, bread to make toast and mini donuts.
- 1/5
Bugs everywhere! Old, smelly and dirty.
- 4/5
Nice place to stay for a good price I had no problems
- 1/5
They took my drivers license and kept it even after my check-out.
- 3/5
Convenient travel from niagara falls usa to canada side niagara if your looking to experience both side but its no five star..if your looking to drop off your stuff and rest your head but no luxury its needs a new renovation, it brings you to the 70s
- 2/5
It was cheap but it wasnt worth saving an extra few bux it was disgusting and noisy at night
- 1/5
I made the wrong decision to stay here even after i read so many negative reviews about this place . Everything was disappointing. The staff was rude and unhelpful, bathrooms were in a bad condition, rooms were not clean , closet door was broken. Breakfast was close to nothing . Iwould never ever stay there agian
- 1/5
Second: Dirty dirty dirty Room smell BAD! Towels smell bad and feel not clean Bathroom not clean, bathroom door has fingerprints and dirty.
- 3/5
Nice, quiet and felt safe. Clean room that needs some work on doors and woodwork. Breakfast was disappointing as there was little offered. This was a good place for a one night stay in route to another destination.
- 2/5
The property was very tired... The bathroom remodel was nice but the shower faucet was already broken. There was a door in the room with had a heater behind it. That door almost fell off its hinges when we opened it, thinking it might be a closet. The fridge was very loud. We had to turn it off to sleep. The room was very small. Every time I got out of bed my legs hit a table which was next to the bed. It was low priced though compared to the other properties Expedia was showing.
- 1/5
The room was not clean
- 2/5
Room was in very bad condition. Full of mosquito and bad smell
- 1/5
the property wasn"t a place i would stay not neat or inviting at all
- 3/5
It was some improvement made but keep working on it
- 1/5
It’s was very bad experience
- 3/5
6people got accommodation, one bathroom for all. The wifi was very poor.
- 1/5
I didn’t like anything, old, deteriorated, ugly, too bad I couldn’t cancel. I wouldn’t recommend.
- 1/5
Dirty place, torn bedsheets, no lock to bathroom, no breakfast, rude front desk, no high speed internet.
- 1/5
The room was a disappointment; the newer carpet was filthy, The air conditioner, the tv, the cable box & fridge were all plugged into a a inexpensive power strip,..an electrical nightmare. They didn’t even have a coffee pot, alarm clock or phone in the room. They had a lamp by the bed, but the electrical outlets didn’t work. I had to unplug the air conditioner to charge my phone since there was only 1 outlet that worked in the whole room. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, so forget about shaving or drying your hair as long as you brought your own hair dryer. The sewer gas smell was disgusting. There was no hot water in the sink. The only thing the room had was a bed that creaked, and hot water in the shower. The ceiling tile over the bed was falling down. My husband & I travel quite a bit, & have never experienced such a poor excuse for hospitality & lodging.
- 2/5
Falling celeing light notworking wi-not working not working table not sabel
- 3/5
The room had no coat hanging space, although the room was spacious (perhaps renovation was not completed, but then we should have been given another room).
- 4/5
Great location
- 2/5
Tv didn't work most of the time, no coffee machine in rooms nor breakfast. No laundry machines.
- 1/5
Checked out day early. The owner did not refunded my money for the day that I did not stay.
- 1/5
Horrible night stay walls with holes no one at the office and no breakfast in the am. Ad was misleading. Poor heat in room dirty sheets
- 3/5
Not that good they need to chenge floor carpet and also need to use while lilen on mattresses.
- 1/5
There was hardly anything on breakfast bar - not even hot water - was slightly lukewarm. Room was cramped and had bifurcated double beds.
- 2/5
Our room had filthy walls, every wall but closet, and lots of filth. I didn’t want to touch anything. One wall had a hole and had a sanitary pad stuffed in it. The shower wall, which are newer but lacks grout, also had filth on it. The bathtub was clean. The tv had nice channels. The sink was clean but was old with burn marks. The only housekeeping we had was our garbage can emptied. The bed was not made.
- 3/5
Good location and bare-bones amenities. The place was clean, but there is plenty of room for improvement, but the price was great
- 1/5
Very very very bad hotel. The worst hotel i have ever seen. And when they cleat they steal my stuff
- 1/5
There was roaches in my room and my friends room there was bed bugs. When i saw the roaches i packed my stuff and walked up to the front desk and told them. They said nothing, no refund. I got two kids.
- 1/5
this motel look like it was from a horror show, the owner says he's seasonal and you can surely tell. the beds are horrible, the whole room is horrible. I was honestly afraid to leave my dog in the room alone. and staff...….the re is no staff! please whatever you do, don't waste your hard earned money here there are several motels next door, across the street, choose one of those!
- 4/5
We had a nice stay. Pros: Relatively cheap hotel in comparison with other hotels in Niagara falls Rooms and bathroom were reasonably clean. The beds were comfortable Fast checkin and checkout Housekeeping was good. Cons: > Cold water was not working in wash basin > Breakfast could have been better > Wifi was poor
- 4/5
Overall great
- 1/5
The room was $180, and it was HORRIBLE and we would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone.
- 5/5
Comfortable room
- 1/5
The room was filthy! Had mold in the bathroom cabinet! Carpet was stained and very worn looking. There was actually an extension cord hanging off a night stand strung across the floor with a power strip so the tv and mini fridge could be plugged in. If we hadn’t arrived so late, close to midnight, we would have gone else where. Never again will I book a stay here.
- 2/5
Rooms are dirty, no proper maintenance, No internet access
- 1/5
NO INTERNET CONNECTION. MOSQUITO AND FLYES WERE INSIDE ROOM.
- 1/5
Awful run for the hills don’t go to this place. Mold was growing in restrooms. A/c in rooms (because I was in two rooms) didn’t work at all. After paying a fee of 135 ppl working didn’t want to refund my money even with sweating in their rooms! Awful customer service!
- 5/5
Good service and good staff good money and good view
- 5/5
Everything was very good
- 3/5
The room was clean, it was not until the morning that as I was trying to some what fix the bed sheets that I noticed an old blood stain on one of the sheets. Also, there was an undergarment inside the bathroom vanity. The other beds were clean. Other than that the our stay was good. Quiet place and a lot of good restaurants and stores around the area, very convenient location.
- 3/5
Hotel was clean and comfy. However, the wall in the bathroom has cracks and the cabinet dusty. No hooks or shelfs to setup nothing in the bathroom. Need an upgrade.
- 2/5
We had one night stay. Overall not happy with the hotel.
- 2/5
Not good for family.
- 1/5
The worst I have seen, yet.
- 1/5
It was awful. The room smells dirt and mold.
- 4/5
Great shopping nearby, Pancake house within 3 block
- 5/5
Clean. Bathroom was just redone. Staff greeted us quickly on arrival and departure
- 1/5
Noisy late at night. Floor was still wet after it was cleaned. No refrigerator in my room
- 2/5
Not good experience. Room is not neat. Water is leaking from above the roof when shower is on in the bathroom.
- 4/5
Nice place, older building , very clean. We booked it because they offered a large family room, 3 queen beds. The room was good size, and offered a microwave ,refrigerater, as well as a television. The hotel also offered a breakfast.
- 1/5
bathroom door not locking, very smelly, wall socket not working.breakfast only couple of piece of bread.
- 4/5
Hotel was old. Mirror in bathroom was broken and quite dangerous. Management d idnt offer room change. If I had children with me I would have insisted on a room change
- 4/5
nice place, had to walk to office ,for morning coffee.
- 1/5
Dirty. Nasty. .
- 3/5
Very, cooperative helpful staff. Very clean room. Good TV
- 1/5
Hotel.com and other websites has misleading photos of this place. Hotel does not look anything like that.
- 2/5
Sheets were dirty and holes were in the ceilings. When we checked out we seen the cleaners redo the beds without putting new sheets on. So gross. Our sheets weren't clean and hair was on them as well
- 2/5
We booked this hotel as everything close to Niagara Falls was sold out during Labor Day weekend. While my husband and I had a memorable trip to the Falls, I however have to say that pretty much everything about this hotel sucked- the only exception being the good wifi in the room. The worst part was the management. They were very unprofessional and unhelpful. In fact there was hardly anyone at the reception every single time that we tried to contact them.
- 1/5
At $59/night that was within the range, but to be charged $159 for one of the nights was $100 too much. Had I seen that that was the cost structure I would certainly have stayed elsewhere more fitting for $159 for the night.
- 3/5
We were originally doing a one day trip. When we decided to stay one night this place was the best option price wise. The owners are friendly and the room was good for one night,.
- 4/5
Ok to stay for a night. Pretty old room n equipments
