So this hotel is pretty nice for a place to lay your head. We stayed for only 1 night. It was pretty clean. You could tell it was recently renovated. The 3 things I noticed were that the ceiling light in room 33 looked pretty beat up, the smoke detector looked dirty but upon closer inspection it was painted over and the vents on the air conditioner where dirty. But the floors, the bathroom and furniture where clean. The mattresses are in cased and pretty comfy. We would definitely stay again. The proximity to the falls and the casino where pretty good. It was about a 10 min drive. All in all it was a good stay at a family owned and run motel

The room was very clean. It was very comfortable that we felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. Very close to attractions and outstanding place where we felt safe and like we were in our home. I will recommend my family and friends to stay there should they plan to visit Niagara Falls, NY. N/A

There is no coffee machine. Atleast provide a coffee maker in the room. I know Breakfast is not served here.

Sufficient parking places and few stores (incl. groceries) and restaurants on walking distance. Room had a very bad smell and didn't feel quite clean. Carpet smelled quite old and smoky.

Extreme budget motel. Room was comfortable enough. Bed was good. Carpets in the room? Ew. I kept socks on anytime I had to walk around the room. They do have an DC fast charger on property (USD15 flat rate for a charge) which is the primary reason I booked this place.

This was a great option for the area, it was clean and friendly, it was a great place to be the base for a day or two at the falls.

It was ok- parking lot noisy till after 9ish then quieter. Was a decent stay, nothing fancy. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful- he was great!

The property was extremely old and had an unpleasant odor throughout. I couldn’t even bring myself to use the shower. The door knob was swarmed with houseflies, which was completely unacceptable. The overall atmosphere felt more like a scene from a horror movie than a hotel stay. I honestly do not understand how people could rate this property as high as 8. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

This motel has very nice rooms and great amenities. The beds are comfortable and the linens clean and fresh. The bathroom are large and the shower puts out hot water. The wifi is clear, the refrigerator larger, and the is an ice machine. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️!

The main room is pretty good for the price as the carpet and furniture seemed to be clean and not worn out. But the bathrooms are old and need to be renovated.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Staff was very kind and let us check in early. They're absolutely doing the best they can with the property they have. The pool looked clean, but didnt get a chance to use it due to time. Our room was clean and updated. Fridge and microwave in the room. Short drive to the Falls.

The Woodlands Inn is a very nice courtyard hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable. The Wi-Fi works like a champ. The microwave is new and clean, snd the mini fridge is large. There is a beautiful pool. Thank you for a wonderful at ay.

I did like the kindness of the hotel. I loved the pool. The room was very comfortable. I found very convinient and useful the presence of a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The internet was very good as well. Also, the location offer the easy acces to the public transportation.

Check in was very smooth and the desk clerk was very friendly. This guy place was a classic motel where you can park your car right in front of room door which makes it convenient. The room was nice and simple. Very clean. They have the cutest pool….its small but very clean and has chairs and loungers around. The area has a lot of stores and restaurants and conveniently located close to Niagara Falls. We’d definitely stay here again.

Do not let the shabby exterior fool you, the rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. They made sure to leave us our room key so we could get there late at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, location. It’s near to every place you need. Budget frendly, highly recommended.

This property is not very clean. It didn't feel safe. When the office is closed there is no vending machines or a place to eat. I kept hearing noises all night. The walls are very thin. Terrible stay.
