The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure was good in the washroom. The location was good and very close to the falls. Overall I had a pleasant stay and will be returning!

The location AND RJ made our stay a bit more comfortable with his witty sense of humor and bright smile thank you to RJ. The jacuzzi didn't work and that was the only reason I got that room, the TV never worked the bathtub was painted with oil base paint which had started to chip off into bath water. Before we arrived I requested that we check in early but I did get a response from the property, So when we got there they said that we're couldn't check in early which was an hour and half before check in....we had all of our things with us as we didnt have a car to keep our stuff in. The guy at the desk CHARGED us $20.00 for us to put our stuff in the room that we already paid for

Great value for money which is close to the Niagara Falls. It is also close to the main street which has restaurants. Air condition is very loud. Check in experience is below my expectation but manage to check in without much problem. Very basic room provided but can't ask for much with this kind of pricing.

Staff were absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough positive things about staff, especially RJ! Rooms where bigger then I expected, room was clean. There have definitely been updates inside the rooms. Peaceful night and for the price, I would definitely return! BTW, I'm a touch OCD when it comes to cleanliness, so to say I would return...speaks volumes. The appearance when I pulled in, turned out it was better then it looked. The curtains could have been a bit better when it comes to privacy

Price No smoke alarm, no towels, had to unplug fridge and microwave to plug in tv and cable box. Toilet seat missing 1 bolt to secure it. Wood and cardboard under fridge. Wood under a cabinet holding it off floor. Long screw sticking out of wall. Minor drywall damage, looks like something was screwed to wall. Arguing next door, being the office, for half hour at 9:30 pm then again this morning for another half hour starting about 9 am.

Staff is super friendly, room was clean. Great stay for the price. Only recommendation is better towels and maybe 4 towels in the jacuzzi rooms.

Hot tub uses a sink faucet so it takes well over 30 minutes to fill. It notifies you of that in person but not on the website. Tub is barely big enough for two people, you have to overlap. Good price though, and nice bed. That's about it.

Had newly remodeled room much improved over last years visit. Replaced old outdated tub with modern walk in shower. Sheets/Comfortable & pillow had a "cheese" smell to them however.

Service was excellent. The area is quite sketchy. Many drug addicts in the area. I wouldn't advice to take children to this Inn. But over all we were somewhat happy with our stay!

The room was a surprise meaning given the price, I thought I would get an old, smelly room. However, I was surprised to find a renovated, clean, and air-conditioned room. No issues with parking onsite, and with noise, and the internet worked great.

The motel is a short drive from the Falls and has many restaurants nearby. However, the outside of the motel/hotel needs a big makeover. It's very dated and our room door looked like someone had forced it open at some point. The AC was not strong enough to cool the room, even though it was on maximum when we arrived until we left the next morning. The latest reviews I had seen were from 2021and I honestly believe that this hotel has improved a lot since then.

The room was clean. Motel seemed pretty good for it's price range.

Horrible. Homeless everywhere. People outside smoking all the time. Homeless going through the garbage. People off the street sitting on the patio. The person checking you in she's anything but cordial. For two people we got two towels and one washcloth. When I asked for a hand towel and another washcloth she told me to come back later because she has to wash them and I didn't get any until the next day after lunch. You can't run the AC and the microwave at the same time. The AC unit is almost useless it took 2 days to cool the room down. All the front desk girl does is give you attitude and sit outside and smoke. This is a horrible rundown place in a bad location.

Very humble clean quiet rooms lots of space and easy access good locking and very respectful sweet customer service care!

Honestly was looking for a low cost inn or motel for a weekend getaway and this was good for us the rooms were clean and bathroom, had a fridge and ample storage for clothes drawers. One thing could do better with providing guests with a clothing iron and maybe more bath towels but overall a nice experience for a inn but to level up maybe offer hair dryer, iron and possible clothing rack to hang clothing. It was a great location not right in Niagara busy area but between all the businesses and attractions. Would definitely recommend for a nice stay if you dont expect all the hotel amenities, pool, hot tub, iron onsite restaurant etc.

Meh. It wasn't awful but there were a few insects, a long and curly blond hair on the hand towel, and an unfriendly desk person - who said I couldn't get a lower room because I booked online so it was impossible for him to make any changes. I know this to be bull. I didn't bother telling him I was ten days into surgery recovery and just sucked up the stairs. The bed was ok comfortable. The sheets seemed clean - not sure about the pillows I didn't want to check - the bolster pillow does not get washed I can tell you that.

I am not satisfied with my stay at the property. The air conditioner was terrible and not working properly. It took whole time to get the room temperature to normal.

Front desk guy had the personality of a rock with limited English skills. Tv didn’t work, fridge didn’t work.

I ended up not staying due to a miscommunication. When asking for wheelchair access, I was told that the room was not wheelchair accessible and perhaps I might not want the room. I asked if it was close to accessible parking and was told it was. I decided to take the room as this trip was for my anniversary and my husband and I were coming to Niagara Falls for a show. I had no idea that the room was on the second floor and only accessible by STAIRS. They kept my money. I paid for nothing.

I'm writing this to warn future travellers. I strongly recommend avoiding this place to prevent being scammed like I was. I wish I could add photos here, but Expedia doesn't allow it. Please have a look at my Google review before selecting this place. Don’t be misled by the positive reviews here.

It was a very low budget option and the staff was really helpful and friendly. Saw a few bugs in the bathroom, the bed was a little firm with flat pillows, some of the outlets didn't work, and things were falling apart in the room. No closet to hang anything up. The place could use an upgrade, but it was a cheap place to sleep while I was in town for a few days.

Clean room that fit my family needs and budget. Very near everyday things to get you through as opposed to tourism markup pricing. No fault of the inn but visitors must be mindful that the neighboring historic Lundy Lane park is filled with drug users and paraphernalia. I will stay here again the next time I travel to the Falls.

I got what I paid for. The blanket had a weird stain on it and the bathroom was kinda dirty. Shower was very nice though. Beds were super comfy. It was great for the price I paid. Wouldn’t spend more than one night though

The hotel is excellent. Hotel service is also good and fully clean.

Paid for a jacuzzi room the mirrors around jacuzzi were broken so was the stair tiles up to the jacuzzi and it was dirty the bathtub was all broken and chipped in the bathroom . Overall lazy cleanliness looks like furnitures never been moved to clean under/behind bugs webs and all .. within half hour of checking in seen a cockroach ... they dont give refunds kept all our belongings EVERYRHING in the vehicle sheets and blankets are stained/dirty .. fire alarm went off in the middle of the night in another room and we made sure our vehicle is locked because lots of sketchy people and drug deals going on i hated the experience i come to niagra falls every year for valentines and this was the worst experience ever NEVER AGAIN !

If i could have give it less then 0 stars I would have, don’t book here! There was no fire alarm, mini fridge did not work and smelled really bad. hair and stains on sheets, no toilet paper holder, toilet seat was supper loose felt unsafe to sit on. Sink didn’t drain, some outlets didn’t work. Seems like things some things haven’t been cleaned for days. Very uncomfortable stay, we only stayed one night out of the 2 we booked (because we were super tired the first night)

Excellent customer service, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Nice hot shower with good pressure, safe neighborhood, walking distance to the falls, restaurants, attractions. It is an older hotel, but If you are on a budget, Advance Inn is a good choice. Would stay here again.

Not as advertised. Picture of lobby and eating area are false. Metal stairs up to the second floor were rusted away in places. Pool has been filled with cement. Curtains bedding and floor in bedroom were new but the Bathroom was mouldy and dirty. Paper thin walls. Bring earplugs. On the plus side it was fairly close to the falls. About a 20 minute walk. Inexpensive place to sleep and shower before spending a day sightseeing but I wouldnt want to spend any more time there than necessary.

Dirty windows deadbolt didn’t work, no hot water, one pillow, 1 towel very un remodelled,curtains didn’t close .Most of all $125.00 security deposit applied to my credit card .More than I paid for the room .
