Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls Near the Falls

This review is actually for the Days Inn since we got switched from the Ramada Inn we reserved for, a week before our stay. The Days Inn location is great, one block right after the top of Clifton Hill, close to everything but far enough from the crowds and noise. Room was clean and spacious though furniture seemed dated everything was clean and functional. When we got switched from the Ramada Inn we lost the breakfast included feature of our stay, even though they had a “Breakfast Buffet “ for purchase at the Days Inn they responded that they didn’t had a restaurant on site: “Hello Miguel, Our property does not offer any breakfast as we no have any on-site restaurants. “

Great staff dinning room for breakfast. Ramada transferred our reservation to Days In last minute because of flood evacuates from the government. Days In was not up to our expectations, lock us from our room the last night, we had to ask every day for towels, toilet paper, etc. Ramada did nothing to compensate.

Resturant and entertainment onsite or next door. Arrived today as planned. I called the facility earlier in the day and confirmed my stay and accommodation. Following arriving at the facility, Wyndham were not able to accommodate a standard room as noted below. We were assigned a room with a king bed and rollout bed. The rollout bed arrived with no bed covering and coverlet. I have spoken to Marjorie Aud who dismissed this our contract (noted below) and unable to resolved this matter. Given our situation, travelling gor Ontario Basketball Association Tournament we reluctantly have to made do with this accommodation. I will be seeking compensation for the inconvenience.

The most disappointing part was that they did not provide the room that was originally booked. Be very careful when booking with this hotel. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. nothing

Room temp was quite warm. Tried to lower it.(January visit) Towels were like sandpaper. Room was missing typical furniture for socializing. Mattress was not supportive. It actually sounded hollow.There were "suprise " fees having booked through Expedia and charges for hotel parking!!! The staff was wonderful.

I made a booking for two days but unable to make it on the day due to harsh weather conditions and requested to cancel the reservation but hotel declined When I arrived the next day I have been told that reservations is cancelled due to no show and out of $265 paid they only return $65my reservation is cancelled due to no show

We did not book a room with the hot tub. The heater kept the room very warm. So much so that we had to turn ot down to be comfortable to sleep at night.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was very nice. We ask about few things they were pleasant. We asked for a couple of towels they brought way more than a couple also showed up with them very fast. The only thing negative was the pool water was a bit cold.

Hotel room was clean, fresh and spot less. As I completed checkin online, it was 5 min that I spent at reception to collect room key. Reception desk staff was very polite.

Check in staff pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious and clean but it did seem to lack furniture (no chairs at table etc). Hotel did seem a little dated but overall, we thought it was great value for money. About a 15 minute walk to the Falls.

We have been coming to this hotel before Covid during Covid and after Covid this hotel has always been amazing even before the renovations the atmosphere is amazing the customer service is so wonderful. And the price is very cheap for such a clean and well maintained hotel. Perfect for a little trip away from home or for business I cannot recommend this hotel enough beautiful establishment 10/10! Must stay here atleast once!

The first room they put my daughter and I in had feces on the bed , large stains on the floor and stains and dirt all over the chair, there was also rotten fruit on the floor beside the bed, the wall paper was peeling and the walls were full of dust . When I called front desk and informed the manager of this all he said was " unexeptable and he will send someone up with keys for a new room. The desk girl that came up did apologize however although the next room was cleaner the walls there also had dust all over them and I had a coffee maker that didn't work. The manager apparently sent me a message that I didn't receive and when I checked out he gave me a 50% discount on the room for the first night only which was the cheaper of two nights. There was no microwave and they don't even offer coffee in the lobby only the stuff they give you in your room. I booked this room for my daughte and I to have a long over due mother daughter weekend for her 13th Birthday and sadly we were very disappointed and over charged !! I am

The fittings in the bathroom were I’ll fitted. The shower was not so good.

There were all sorts of taxes added to the bill, including 20.00 per day for parking. These fees added over 50.00 to the booking price listed on the website. Very deceitful.

I stayed at the Ramada last night for my birthday. The staff were super friendly and welcoming! They gave us a cart to roll our stuff in and provided instructions on how to get to our room. Great stay at the hotel!

Very nice staff, clean room and walkable to a few different stores. Only issue we had was that we asked housekeeping not to enter the room but they did anyways.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The air conditioner was noisy and not very effective. The room's furniture was limited to a basic sofa. The biggest drawbacks were the additional fees: $20 extra for parking, extra charges for breakfast, and a facility fee of around $13. Considering these extra costs, I wouldn't recommend this Ramada location. It seems like they might have renovated an old building, but it still doesn't justify the price.

Corner king size room provided at first. The size of the room was like a shoe box. Had to request another room which was provide with 2 queen beds as opposed to a king. Coach roach also seen in the washroom. Taxes charged taxes. Not happy.

Stayed for one night, was a great value for the location. AC worked well, bed was comfy, and plenty of (paid) parking available. As many hotels offer, comes with coupons for nearby attractions and restos.

The room size chart between king basic and king spa looked the same on your website but it wasn't and I would've spent more to get the bigger room

Wasps were a major problem if you wanted to sit outside. Maybe putting up some wasp catcher would help. Other then that, always great stay.

Our vehicle was broken into and we lost electronics cash and a carton of cigarettes. The vehicle was locked and they broke into it still. It was a good time until the horrible ending happened.

I purchased a room to stay at your hotel from the Expedia website and paid CAD 104.83 with my credit card. The receipt for this payment is attached. I do not understand why you charged my credit card a second time for CAD 132.92, including a parking fee. Immediately refund the excess payment. I must also state that I have never seen such a terrible hotel and room in my life. It is against standards to build a room by closing off a corridor and a stairwell exit. There was no desk or table to put a laptop on in the room. The bedside lamps were either broken or were made like a riddle so people couldn't turn them on. Beams of light were seeping into the room from the edges of the door and window curtains. The crookedly shaped shower and showerhead in the bathroom were also interesting. You can't take a shower without getting your hair wet. Other than a small armchair, there was no other seating in the room. Since the toilet light and ventilation were on the same switch, I had to constantly listen to that humming noise in the bathroom. The hair dryer had no cold setting, so hair had to get burned. Even the most basic hotel should have breakfast, but yours didn't. The elevator doors and the room doors were painted the same color, making them difficult to distinguish. Placing a picture of a toy pool on the website and then deceiving people at the last minute, a hotel management with this kind of mindset can be called by another name, not hotel management.

I had water leaking from the sealing which I informed to front desk at 6:50am. I had no one came to check till I checked out and the water was still leaking. This is at Best Western - to which I was transferred by Ramada when I had to one week to check in.

Hotel room was average, spacious. Best part is proximity to the Falls, parking lot. Can easily walk to Clifton Hill. Didn't like that my parking pass expired at noon day of check out when check in is no sooner than 4 p.m.
