The suite was very clean and comfortable, and it was an easy walk to Skylon Tower. Our only disappointment was the breakfast. We didn’t see any options other than instant oatmeal. Nonetheless, we would stay here again.

The house was really cozy and the hosts were lovely. They gave us an upgrade without extra-charge and provided a shuttle service from the train station with very little notice at a good price. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood close to the waterfalls attractions. Highly reccommended!

It's a real cozy house, like a fairy tale house. Spacious rooms (we booked two). Very confortable common areas. Very very clean. Well located. Entering the house at arrival was simple and easy. The fact of having washing machine and tumble dryer was very convenient for us. Parking lot available. Mi son enjoyed complimentary candies. The owner was a little bit intrusive.

The house is very clean and tidy with good details. The owner is very friendly, parking is very convenient, and it is very close to the waterfall, just a dozen minutes' walk away. We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms and a private bathroom. There is also a small kitchen outside that is shared with another guest room, which is very convenient. I recommend friends who come to the fall to stay here! Nothing

The room and bed is excellent, very comfortable and clean, good size bathroom. Didn't feel private when the owner standing around when I'm in kitchen cooking, and told me have to do this or that in kitchen. And when I booked in your website it list the room for that price subpost to have hot tub but when I paid , and there was no hot tub.

The house is extremely pretty. Well maintained, clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed.

Close to the city but in a quiet area. Falls are only a 20min walk from the BnB. Would recommend to anyone.

I already rated this gentleman who was AWESOME!!! Beautiful clean wonderful place and now I know why they call it Cozy because it is. He had coffee, tea and so much available for me and my friend. I love this place and would go back and would recommend it. Its 10 minutes from the main strip of the falls..lundy's lane. This is a quaint Victorian home.. I'd give it a 20 plus if I could.

Enjoyed the cookies, fruit, oatmeal and water; convenient location away from the hustle and bustle but easy to walk to all the attractions.

Also, it's a bed & breakfast that doesn't include breakfast. There's an extra fee for that.

Found the shower very slippery. The bed was a little hard.

Very clean and comfortable. Less than a ten minute walk to fallsview casino. No one was there for check in or check out, but very communicative and easy process. Would definitely return and recommend.

Cozy House B&B is a true gem. We stayed here for one night only but the room was great and the reception by Johnson was excellent. He could not do enough for us. The room and spacious bathroom were spotlessly clean. Our only complaint about the room was that there was not a table of any kind in our room to set up a laptop or tablet to surf the web, although there was good access to the common areas to do so. The location is an easy walk to the Falls and other venues, and is in a quiet neighbourhood. We opted for the breakfast that is not included in the price for the room but it was excellent and worth every penny. We would absolutely stay here again if visiting the Falls.

The location was about a 15 minute walk to the falls. There is free parking on site. Area was safe. Liked having a kitchen to prepare meals and coffee was provided. We were on the 1st floor room which was not that big but was big enough for us. Has a small fridge and TV. We did not see the owners or had any cleaning done during our 3 night stay but there was plenty of towels and supplies. Another couple came to stay on our last night so we had the place mostly to ourselves.

An excellent location close to the attractions, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Johnson and Lisa are wonderful hosts who keep a clean and nicely furnished inn. We will definitely look to stay again.

Everything about this place was fantastic! If I ever need a place to stay at in Niagara Falls whenever I visit, Cozy House B&B is the place for me! I highly recommend it to everyone! Also, the gentleman who runs this place (Jonathan) is a gracious host and a very nice man! Please keep up the excellent work!

The location was easy walking distance to the falls. The hosts were very accommodating and the breakfast and the room was phenomenal! Highly recommend!

Check-in accessiblity towards accessing the property was really good. Facilities were also very nice with an open kitchen and dinning room for shared common use.

The hosts greated us and ensured we had a direct contact in case we had any questions. Room and bathroom were both very clean. Kitchenette with all the essentials one could need. Water bottles available and already chilled for guests. Lots of little added touches to make our stay positive. Walkable to all major attractions made this location great!

There is a full kitchen downstairs that we could have made full hot meals if we wanted. We would absolutely recommend Cozy House B & B to friends and family.

Location, location, location! Within a few easy-walking blocks of the hustle and bustle, this place is cozy, efficient, clean, and quiet. It was perfect! The rooms were actually pretty large and the amenities were pretty well stocked. We lacked nothing. The couple that runs this establishment is nice and very respectful.

Communication was great! Rooms were clean and private. Location was walkable to the falls and other tourist attractions.

Why anyone would want to stay elsewhere at Niagara Falls is a mystery. This truly is a cozy place! Very tastefully decorated and clean. Very affordable, especially compared to hotels in the area. It's nice and quiet in a residential neighborhood. It's only a few minutes from all of the action of Niagara Falls. They'll even make an amazing breakfast from scratch for you. I highly recommend this place!

Our stay at cozy house b&b was perfect. The house was pretty clean and easy to check in to. The host was kind enough to leave a lot of fruits and snacks for the guests and the kitchen was well equipped too. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Would definely stay anytime in the area!

Was given a code to get in and we didnt see anybody for the 4 nights we stayed. Nothing done in our rooms, the bins werent even emptied. They messaged they werent doing breakfast because of covid and would leave snacks which consisted of mini bags of cheesy sticks, mini school safe cakes and some fruit until some other guests checked in on our 3rd day and then they left a box of pastries. Obviously do that if they have more than 2 guests. Did some research about B&B'S near us costing around the same price and found that they were all giving their guests breakfast as expected. Think their customer service needs working on. On the plus side its a nice place and in a good location. Walking distance to all major attractions and easy to find.

The room was great. Big enough with a very large bathroom. We were in room 2. Nice little kitchenette shared by rooms 2 and 3 with snacks, fruit, coffee and a fridge we could use. It was very quiet and a short walk to the main attractions. Down the street from a lovely cafe where we had breakfast our second night. There was a fan overhead which was nice as we like to sleep in a very cold room and there was no individual AC (it was controlled centrally) but the fan kept it nice and cool to our liking. Most people would be perfect without the fan. :) We highly recommend and would stay here again next time we are in Niagara.

The Cozy Inn is perfect for a stay in Niagara. The person who greeted us was pleasant and cheerful. The room was clean and had everything you need. The property was quiet. They don't serve breakfast but there are plenty of breakfast places nearby. They had fruit and snacks for a quick bite. You can easily walk to all the Niagara attractions. We would stay there again.

Nice little house. Very neat.

For example, there are many hooks for towel and cloths in the bathroom. There is a large sized mirror behind the door. There are boxes for cushions under the bed tables. The fridge is in the closet to not make noise at night....etc Many economic hotels don't have this ideas because they don't really care about guests. That's why guests put cushions on floor, put used wet towel on sofa, and can't sleep well by noisy fridge. We recommend this place!

Clean rooms and quiet.

The location was convenient to attractions and the room was cute. The coffee station was self serve and we had a fridge, which was great. There was free parking as well.

I did not like , they said it was air conditioned but when we came in it was the slow fan. That’s why we transferred to other hotel instead. We just stay here overnight.

The property is clean and the pictures are an accurate representation. The coffee is terrific and we enjoyed access to an area for making a cup of tea or coffee. There were much-appreciated snacks and bottled water in the room. My only reservation is that no breakfast is served - a pretty big deal for me.

Cozy Inn is exactly that-cozy. The owners, Johnson and Lisa welcomed us like family. Johnson is the "front man", greeting everyone with a warm welcoming smile and explaining the B&B. Lisa is the "behind the scenes" person, or "the boss" as Johnson calls her. LOL! She cooked the most wonderful bountiful breakfast all from scratch! I definitely recommend staying there and will do so every time I return to Niagra zFalls. 👍 -noreen

Lovely place. Great hosts. Very helpful. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Rooms aren't huge but big enough and nicely appointed. Nice roomy bathroom with lots of space for storage. Quite comfortable. Great breakfast. Close enough to all the action (just a 10 min walk) but not right in the middle of it. There are stairs to get to the second floor but the owner helped with the luggage so that helped. Would definitely recommend.

Property cleanliness is attractive, nicely decorated, price little bit up base on distance from cliffside.I almost walk over 20 minutes from shore with my kids.

They served an excellent breakfast every morning. The Inn was older and could use updates, but it was clean. Host was a little nosey about our personal lives (Mostly financial). They were kind and polite otherwise.

It was nice to stay here,it was a 15 minute walk to Niagra falls.There is lots of things to do.The room was very nice and clean,the breakfast was very nice to.

Bathroom is super clean and provided with lots of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, It was far superior to any hotel room we’ve stayed in. The adjoining kitchen in the family suite has tea and coffee making facilities as well as fruit juice and water in the fridge. As for the breakfast, it was a feast. Orange juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, a cooked breakfast of egg, bacon, broccoli and toast, washed down with lots of freshly brewed coffee. We also had home made muffins and pancakes made by Lisa. Stay here when visiting the Falls. Free parking, within walking distance to the main town and two lovely people Johnson and Lisa who treat you like family. For your stay, their home is your home. We received a friendly welcome from our host, who showed us to our clean, spacious room. Breakfast was generous and delicious. The location is in a working class neighborhood, but is close to the Falls and local restaurants. That being said, we would stay here again.

Our stay at the Cozy Inn was marvelous. The Inn is located on a quite street but close enough to all the attractions to walk. The room was very nice with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent; with lots of fruit and muffins. The best part is how friendly Jonathan and Lisa treat everyone. They make you feel very comfortable. The Cozy Inn was an excellent place to stay. The location is ideal in the sense of being a short walk to Victoria Park and the Falls and < 20 minute walk to the other main tourist areas. Koutouki, a very good Greek restaurant was < 2 blocks away, and AG, a really, really great $$$$ restaurant is only a 10 min walk away. The Inn was very clean and comfortable. Johnson, the owner was VERY nice, hospitable and accomodating (e.g., he went and got soy milk after we asked if it was available for breakfast). Breakfast was excellent and different each morning. The scones were so good, we asked for the recipe. Our suite was spacious, the bed was comfortable, parking is good and wifi worked fine though was sometimes a bit slow. The neighborhood is quiet, but somewhat run down; however, the Inn is so close to the main tourist spots that that did not matter. Overall, I highly recommend the Cozy Inn.

Check in was convenient as we arrived at the during the specified check in time. We were greeted by Johnson who showed us around, answered questions and gave us the keys. Throughout the room were small touches that definitely showed their attention to detail. In the morning, breakfast was at 8:30. Breakfast is included in the price of booking but tips were welcome and we definitely did tip as the breakfast spread filled us up so much that we didn’t even need lunch. Everything is homemade and the service was just like any other breakfast restaurant. Overall, lovely stay and would definitely come back and/or recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay around Niagara Falls on the Canada side.

Amazing little B & B with great style and amenities just a few blocks from the falls. The owners make you feel like family when you stay there and the home cooked breakfast was the best i have ever had at a Hotel.
